Prologue
Have you ever heard of Vampires? Werewolves? Dragons? Well, what if I told you that every monster you've heard of actually exists? My name is Connor, and I'm here to tell you a story. You see, in the world I live in, monsters are real. Or as most people like to call them: "Anthros." But they aren't feared by humans, they actually live side by side. They treat each other as equals.
Now, this story began a long time ago. On a night with a full moon, a woman was attacked by a Werewolf called Red Talbot. However, the following morning, Red accused the woman of startling him as a Werewolf. Thankfully, a defence attorney called Leo Barclay was able to prove that Red attacked the woman on purpose.
After the trial, Leo and the woman called Jennifer Norris, fell in love. A few years later, they were married and had a daughter called Wendy. However, when her daughter was still young, Jennifer turned into a Werewolf for the first time. Wendy instantly found out, but she thought her mum was a Christmas present.
Jennifer pretended to be Wendy's imaginary friend for a while. But one night, Wendy also turned into a Werewolf for the first time. Her mum had to tell her the truth about being a Werewolf. However, Wendy was happy to be a Werewolf along with her mum. Leo was shocked at first, but he quickly calmed down. After that, all three of them went on with their lives as usual.
Ten years later.
"Breaking news! The police has come back with positive results of the car crash that occurred last night. Sir? What can you tell us about the incident?" "Well, the victim was a previously convicted criminal called Red Talbot. After doing some tests, it appears he was drunk when he was driving. So, the police department has officially declared this incident an accident."
A young man was watching the news on a TV. Suddenly, he shouted: "Fuck! No!" He then covers his face with his hands and cries loudly into them. "Dad, why the fuck did you always drink?! Wait, this isn't his fault. It's their fault! Jennifer, Leo and Wendy Barclay! They are the reason he's dead! But I'm going to make those Werewolves pay! Just you wait!"
