The man in the black coat was hard at work on his book. Notes and research were all over the area. A dark corridor opened and out came Akirix.
"So I take it your mission was a success?" Asked The man not looking up from his research,
"Yep. The guardians are traveling together training for the war. Looks like Yen Sid or the mouse didn't want to risk the princess of heart after the heartless attack on Twilight town." Said Akirix.
"Exellent…..the plan is in motion" said the man continuing his work on the book he was writing. "Which world will they reach first?"
"They are heading for Twilight Town first like you did before setting off for other worlds." said Akirix,
"Very good." said the man in black,
"From what I saw in Olympus. Kairi has showned to be skilled with her keyblade." Said Akirix.
"Perhaps if we were more trained before the clash, they would have survived on my timeline, but then again…" said The man before reaching for his hood and taking it off to reveal an older Sora but he had an eyepatch over his left eye. A nasty scar was over it as well as an X shaped scar on his cheek, his spiky hair was messy dark brown and black with streaks of gray in the spikes, his hair looked a bit more tamed than his younger self..
""Yen Sid or The king never gave me the rank of master." Said Master Sora before he glanced at a rusted gummiphone. On the screensaver is him young holding Kairi at their tree. "We were clearly not yet ready for the war" growled Master Sora,
Flashback. Twenty years ago, Master Soras timeline.
Mickey turned around to reassess the group, "Is everybody okay?" Axel gave a thumbs up, while the rest gave a nod. Satisfied, it was Sora who said, "Come on, lets go!"
Then Ven saw someone in the distance, beyond the storm of dust. As the storm cleared, the group could see that it was Terra who stood before them. Without thinking, Ven cried out, "Terra!" and ran to him. Aqua called out to Ven, "Ven, wait!" And Axel tried to stop him, but they were too late. Aqua then went after him.
When Ven reached Terra, he grabbed his arm, "Terra! We found you!" But Terra just looked at him, expressionless. Aqua finally reached the two, and when she saw his face again up close, she couldn't help but join Ven and try to reach her friend. "Terra, please say you're in there." But then Terra's eyes started to show a hint of malice, which Aqua noticed, and quickly pulled Ven back.
As Axel and the rest ran towards them, Ven asked, "What gives, Aqua?!" But Aqua addressed the man who looked like Terra, "I know you're not him." Ven gasped and looked back at the man who stood before them. Aqua continued, "Now let our friend go!"
The Terra lookalike laughed, and then allowed his form to change, his hair turned white, and his eyes shift from blue to yellow. Then Mickey remarked, "HE is their thirteenth!"
Terranort finally spoke to the group, "Today is the day you all lose." "What?!" Aqua yelled in defiance.
"Before you even face the thirteen" Terranort resumed, "every last one of you will be torn heart from body. But fear not" he says while he summons his Keyblade, "The X-blade will still be forged!"
It was Sora who spoke back to Terranort, "We're not gonna lose to you." But Terranort merely scoffed at Sora's empty threat, and teleported towards them. Before Aqua could react, Terranort had appeared beside her and in front of Ven. Before Ven could block the strike. No-Name Struck his chest and he was thrown back by the blow. He landed far away from the group. "No! Ven!" shouted Aqua.
"That's it!" shouted Sora as he summoned his keyblade and charged at Terranort. He swings his weapon only for Terranort to stop it. He smirked before he tossed Sora back. He landed on his back as Terranort aimed for Kairi next. Lea blocked the strike with Flame Liberator but was thrown back as well. "Axel!" shouted Kairi as Terranort loomed over her. He raised No-Name high ready to strike her down. Sora ran and hugged her. Shielding her from Terranort. "Sora!" said Mickey as Donald and Goofy ran to save their friend. Before Terranort can strike them. Goofy blocked the strike with his sheild sending him back as Donald began building up energy as a rune circle appeared underneath him, "Donald! Dont!" shouted goofy
"ZETTA FLARE!" shouted Donald as he fired his ultimate spell. A large beam of fire energy comes out of his staff and sent Terranort flying.
Sora let go of Kairi as he looked at Donald with worry. Donald with his eyes closed dropped his Save the Queen Staff and he fell down after using much of his mana. "DONALD" cried Sora as he, Kairi, Mickey and Goofy ran to his side. "This can't be happening!" said Sora crying as of this point. Kairi was doing her best as well as Axel came over to them holding his arm. "We need to retreat!," said mickey.
"It's too late for that Little King." said Xemnas as he appeared with Saix. "Now to deal with the trator"
"Bring it on Xemnas" said Axel as he swinged Flame Liberator at Xemnas only for Saix to block it. Axel and Saix began battling each other while the rest watched them. Saix went into his Beserk phase as he manage to knock back Axel. "And today, you will be charged for the crime of Desertion Traitor: said Xemnas as chains restrained Axel and before he can break free. Xemnas's began his laser barrage. Axel could only take the hits from the lasers before Xemnas extracted his heart from him by using the same attack he did one Sora. . "AXEL!" screamed Kairi as Xemnas extracted Axel's heart and tossed him to a rock. Axel began to fade away as Kairi had tears in her grabbed his hands and Before her eyes as Axel faded away. "NOOO!" She screamed with anguish watching her training partner fade away. Xemnas and Saix teleported away.
"They'll pay for this!" shouted Aqua holding Master Defender as she when A Demon Tide appeared before them. but then, the group felt the very earth tremble, and not one, but several heartless swarms burst from the ground. They violently flung about in the air, then joined into one larger swarm at a single spot not far from where the group was standing. As more swarms joined into one, they ended up taking the form of a massive tornado. The tornado grew, until it was too big for the group to stay at their current distance, and were forced to pull back due to the heartless-tornado swirling around with enough force to cause powerful ducts of wind to fly in its direction, sucking everything into it.
As the group tried to hold their ground, Aqua looked on in horror, "It can't be…no…." The very sight of the horde that took shape before her had lowered her defenses enough that she didn't see a heartless swarm spring out of the tornado, flying towards her and grabbing hold of her. Master Defender fell from her grasp as she was taken. "Aqua!" Sora yelled, and then more swarms came out of the tornado, each trying to overwhelm or catch the remaining warriors. The Swarm took Ven' next and then headed for Donald. Goofy with his shield began to block the swarm with his might to protect his friends. "Goofy!" shouted Mickey and Sora as the Captain of The Guard was then taken next. Mickey reached for his friend but was too late as the Swarm took off with Mickey, Donald and Goofy. "DONALD!,GOOFY! MICKEY!" shouted Sora watching the swarm take his close companions. The Swarm aimed for Sora next as Kairi pushed Sora out of the way, the swarm grabbing her instead. Sora looked on as Kairi got dragged away. He reached out to grab her, and Kairi reached out to him, but before he knew it, Kairi was drawn away, and into the tornado.
Sora then fell back down to his knees, dropped his keyblade, and let out a cry of despair as his fists hit the ground. Riku ran to him and called out in a concerned voice, "Sora!" With his face still on the ground, Sora replied in a helpless voice, "They're gone. Kairi, Donald, Goofy, the King….gone forever." Finally, Sora looked up at Riku, and Riku saw his friend in tears and pleading to him, "What do we do?" Riku just looked at him, not knowing what to answer as Sora continued, "Without them…I…All my strength came from them! They gave me all of it! Alone….I'm worthless…..We've lost….It's over…"
Riku reached out to Sora, but didn't touch him. After a moment, he stood up, and with new determination, said to his friend, "Sora, you don't believe that. I know you don't." Sora looked at him again, as Riku then walked forward to face another swarm heading straight for them. Riku took a deep breath, held his Keyblade back, then struck forward to part the heartless swarm. Sora watched as the swarm kept running into Riku's Keyblade, as Riku stood there defiantly, not letting either of them get caught. Then Sora noticed one of Riku's hands get engulfed in darkness, and Sora tried calling to him before the swarm had taken him as well.
But then, something in the sky as it was a Suit of Armor. Sora recognized it as the Lingering Will. a being he fought a while back. The Lingering Will then formed it's Ultima Cannon and fired it at the Swarm knocking it back. The will then jumped into into swarm with it;s glider and came back out with Kairi. "Kairi!" shouted Sora as the will landed before them. Kairi ran from the will as it went back to deal with the swarm on it's own. she cried into Sora's arms. "There gone. The Heartless took their hearts!"
"No" muttered Sora as more tears formed in his eyes. Riku, The King, Donald, Goofy, Ven and Aqua were now lost.
All of their friends were dead and it was only them and this armor. The will landed before them after it had finished off the Demon Storm. Sora walked over and picked up Braveheart, Master Defender, Flame Liberator, Donalds staff, Goofy's shield and Kingdom Key W and dismissed the weapons. "Xehanort will pay for this" growled the Lingering Will held it's grip on Ends of the Earth. Within moments a column of Earth had rose and standing on it was Xehanort with a smirk. "Twelve keys i have now"
Sora,,Kairi and the Lingering Will watched as the hearts of their friends formed into copies of No-Name along with Marluxia, Larxene, Luxord, Dark Riku, and Saix. They too became copies of No-name. the twelve keys behind him, six on either side, then resumed, "Leaving just one more!" As the two kids grunted, Xehanort pointed his own Keyblade skyward and fired a beam through the clouds high above. Then those clouds parted as well, revealing Kingdom Hearts in all its glory. Sora and Kairi looked on in despair, as Xehanort addressed the boy specifically, "Now, Sora. Darkness and light's final clash." He then looks around at the survivors with an ominous grin…."bring me the girl" said Master Xehanort.
Ansem and Xemnas made their move and Sora and the Lingering will clashed with them however Young Xehanort moved towards Kairi who froze only to meet a fist from Vanitas. The boy in the mask landed on front of the girl with void gear out, "Vanitas! You dare betray your creator?" Asked Master Xehanort.
"You promised me Ventus! You betrayed me for the last time Master!l Vanitas snarled before engaging the younger incarnation. Soon it became an all out battle between Sora, Vanitas and Lingering Will to protect Kairi from the incarnations of Xehanort. Kairi then joined in the fight against Young Xehanort, "look out!" Said Kairi casting a Pearl which was easily deflected by young Xehanort,
Vanitas and Young Xehanort contined to fight when A storm of Keyblades came right at him. Before Vanitas could get away he was frozen in time by Young Xehanort. "And now you will join them Traitor."
the keyblades tore up his body leaving many cuts. Vanitas yelled in pain as the keyblades all tore him up badly. Sora and Kairi watched in horror as the boy in the mask fell down after Young Xehanort approached them next until a Sharp pain came into his chest. He looked down to see Void Gear had impaled him. "If im going down, im taking you with me!" he said with a sadistic laugh as Young Xehanort collapsed and began to fade away. He shot a look to Sora. "Your Days are numbered Sora,...because i will live my life filly and you will…" he never finished as he faded away completely. Sora and Kairi ran to the boy in the mask as they knelt down to look at him. "Sora...please take off my mask." said Vanitas weakly.
Sora nodded as he reached for the mask and he took it off. Both him and Kairi gasped as they saw his face. Vanitas face was a lot like Sora's only he had black hair, yellow eyes and pale skin. "Y...Your face" said Sora shocked as was Kairi.
"I'm the piece of Ventus that was taken away and your the piece that Ventus needed to be whole. so why shouldn't we look the same" said Vanitas. "You define me Sora as does Ventus and together we are Brothers."
He coughed a little blood out of his mouth and Kairi wiped it away with her thumb.
"Then why fight for the darkness when you could have fought alongside us" said Sora.
"Because i am your shadow that you cast and i do stand by your side. I am darkness and i've accepted that" said Vanitas as his body began to fade. "How is that okay!, Vanitas!" said Sora as Kairi grabbed his arm. "Sora's his hearts decided and we can't change that" She said as she looked down to Vanitas who smiled. "You two are the only lights left. Keep each other safe." said Vanitas as he faded away completely. Sora picked up Void Gear and dismissed it. "We gotta flee Sora…we're not strong enough against them" said Kairi, the Highwind is seen coming down. "Hang on Sora, Kairi! We're coming!" Said Chip and Dale at the controls. The ship landed and the ramp opened. Jiminy hopped onto the ramp. Jiminy said. "Hurry! We gotta get as far as we can from here!"
Sora nodded before he can even register it. The Highwind was blown up into many pieces. One piece of Sharp Gummie hits sora in the face. "Gyahh!" Sora said,
He is seen clutching his face right where his left eye was. Blood is seen running down his hand. "Sora, let me see" saic Kairi worried. She moved his hand to reveal his eye was completely gone. They then look to see the burning ship.
"Chip! jimmy! dale!" Sora exclaimed in horror Holding his njur3 eye
Xigbar appeared holding his guns and he grinned. "Why in a rush, your both invited to the Forging of the X Blade especially Redhead."
Xehanort had thrown the Gazing Eye towards Sora who was distracted by the fate of the three inside of the ship. "Sora! Look out!" Exclaimed Kairi shoving him out of the way before the weapon impaled her chest. She screamed when the blade pierced her heart.
Sora now out of his shock saw what happened. "KAIRI! Noooooo!l
The blade removed itself from her as she fell down. Sora caught her. "Baby stay with me please" said Sora tears falling down his one good eye
She looked at him with glossy eyes and she touched his cheek with her hand. Sora could only hold it while staring at her glossy eyes. She said with her dying breath…."Sora….i love you"
She then went limp.
"Kairi?" Said Sora before he tried to wake her up, "come on baby, don't do this to me…"
Sora then broke down holding his dead girlfriend. "No surround your heart to the darkness" said Ansem with his arms crossed. Sora then sets Kairi down before his hands clench into a fist. A dark purple aura is over him as he had embraced the darkness. "You took my friends and now…."
His face snapped up showing his fury. His one good eye now Golden yellow. He roared "NOE YOU KILL THE GIRL I LOVED! IM GONNA FUCKING KILL YOU XEHANORT!l"
Summoning kingdom Key. He charged at the old man before he easily blocked the strike, the thirteenth key appeared and slashed him in the face. This time creating the x shaped scar on his cheek,
"XEHANORT!" shouted The Lingering Will as it jumped towards Xehanort. Xehanort blocked the will's strike with No-Name. "Ahh Terra, How nice of you to join us. Sadly you are too late to the party" said Xehanort as he shoved the will back with much force. Ansem and Xemnas,
"now…the Keyblade War will finally reach its conclusion!" He called to him the other keyblades as they circled him. Xehanort was floating towards Kingdom Hearts as it was now free from the clouds. Xehanort then pointed his own keyblade toward Kingdom Hearts, and watched it transform into the powerful X-Blade of legend. The X-Blade was far larger than other keyblades. This blade had two Kingdom Keys crossing each other in an X fashion, their teeth pointed out, and shiny green wings coming off of them. Above where the two keys crossed, a glowing yellow blade of impressive length rose up, with a hollow point in the middle where another smaller blade erected underneath. The handle for the blade was where the two Kingdom Key handles met.
"Xehanort breathed sigh of satisfaction, "Ahh, the X-blade is complete! Kingdom Hearts! I call upon your true form. Open now and show me the World to come."
Sora watched hopelessly as Kingdom Hearts became enveloped in darkness. The sky darkened, and dark meteors fell off from where Kingdom Hearts loomed over the land. The lingering will landed beside him. He then opened a corridor of light for Sora. "You need to get away, your the only one left!, I.l buy you some time" said Terra.
Sora nodded before he grabs Kairis body and leaves though the corridor as the Lingering Will prepared for battle against Xehanort.
End flashback
Master sora was still looking at the phone. "Master?"
He snapped out of it before looking at Akirix. "Are you alright?" She asked,
"Just remembering the pain that man has brought onto me…too bad he didn't get to enjoy his power for long." Said Master Sora.
"The Demon King, Voldemort, Palpatine, Thanos and Maleficent." said Akirix in regards to the other dark lords.
"Correct, they all wanted the power of Kingdom hearts since they too had their own powers sources, The Demon king with his Gloom and Army of monsters. Voldemort with his army of Dark creatures from his world. Palpatine and his Empire. Thanos with the Six Infinity Stones. Their war waged on for twenty years after the fall of Light. they had each conquered their own worlds and the result was they destroyed each other. And without the X blade or any of the other items they controlled. The damage could not be revered to the worlds forever shrouding them in death and darkness" said Master Sora. An Image of a dark skinned man with blood red hair and two horns appeared briefly before fading, a pale snake like man with red eyes, a deformed man with yellow eyes with a man in black armor behind him. a purple man wearing armor and then Maleficent are seen though his mind,
Akirix approached her master. "What's the plan"
"Now that I have recovered from using the Power of Waking to get us here from the future. We can proceed with our plan to ensure the guardians take this seriously and deal with those other lords of darkness to ensure they never rise or worse join with Xehanort . Akirix, keep trailing my younger self and the others for now…I have other things to attend to," said Master Sora.
"Yes master" said Akirix before vanishing though the dark corridor leaving Master Sora all alone to continue his work.
/Radiant Garden./
The following morning in Radiant Garden. we find Lea, Aqua, Riku, Mickey, Donald and Goofy all ready to go. Lea, Riku and Mickey are in the new clothes the fairies provided them.
Riku wears a black, hooded jacket that he keeps unzipped, with short sleeves, gold buttons, and a checkered pattern at the hem. Underneath, he wears white shirt with a V-neck. He wears blue cropped trousers that are hemmed with the same checkered pattern as the jacket, black glovelettes on each hand, and black high-top boots. He had cut his hair a bit shorter,
Lea's new attire attire was a long sleeveless hooded black vest, a sleeveless dark gray and red plaid button-down shirt with a short-sleeve black shirt underneath, and blackish-red pants and black mid-calf boots. he no longer wears the Black coat the organization wears.
Mickey's new attire is a short-sleeved jacket with white lining. The top half of this jacket is black, while the bottom half is red, and there are two yellow straps dangling in front of it. His pants are red and sport a zipper going down the front of each leg. Each leg also has a yellow pouch with a black strap that partially cover the zipper, as well as a blue strap on the outer side of each pant leg.
Aqua was still in her clothes only the X-strape on her chest was removed and her mark of master exam was pinned on her chest now. Dpnald and Goofy were still in their same attire. Hercules and the Genie were also prepped and ready to head out too. The genie would be returning to Agrabah very soon after spending more time with Sora and Co.
"Hey? Where are Sora and Kairi?" Asked Lea,
"I'm right here" said Sora coming down to them. His new clothes seemed to be a modified version of his dream attire. a black jacket with grey pockets and a stripe of the same color on each sleeve. The hood, sleeves and jacket have a red lining, and six buttons can be seen on the front. Underneath, He wears a black tanktop with a V-neck style collar and a white lining. His gloves are replaced with gauntlets with a similar color scheme to his jacket. The gauntlets have red linings and grey circles on the backs, with yellow buckled straps wrapped around his wrists. The palms of his hands are shorts are black, and are roughly the same length as they are in his Kingdom Hearts II attire, with several grey pockets. A red band wraps around each pant leg. His shoes also resemble those of his Kingdom Hearts II outfit, with the blue straps and zipper now removed.
"Looking good Sora" said Mickey, soon Kairi joined them with Tifa and yuffie. her outfit is a unique hooded pink-and-black dress, with two small black cat ears. There are black ruffles on one side of her skirt and plaid on the other. She wears thick belted black boots. She wears thin white bracelets on her left wrist and a thick wristband on her right wrist. She had cut her red hair to reach the navel of her neck "How do i look?" she asked her friends.
"It looks good on you" said Riku,
"Yeah, you look great Kairi" Sora said. sora couldn't hold the blush in seeing her in the outfit, Barret caught onto that before he grinned. The boy reminded him of Cloud when he would blush in front of Tifa. Riku, Donald and Goofy also caught it and they too found something else to tease him with.
"Thanks you guys look great as well" said Kairi to her friends. A suddon pop came as Chirithy appeared before them on Soras head.
"WAK what is that!" exclaimed Donald on seeing the cat.
"A Dream Eater?" asked Riku.
"Yeah, this is Chirithy, She's said she knows Ventus and is going to help us find his heart" said Sora.
"Your just so cute!" exclaimed Kairi before grabbing the dream eater off his heac. she hugged the dream eater who smiled in her arms.
They all headed for the Hanger and towards the Highwind when they saw a large vessel right beside the Highwind.
It was roughly triangular in shape and was nearly as long as seven Gummi ships. It was pitch black and red, and the light-speed engines jutted out from the rear and sides. The top and sides were dotted with blaster emplacements.
It was then that Genie found an opportunity to act ridiculous. A cheesy white suit appeared on his and he floated up to float around the ship.
"YEEES! It's a brand new GUMMI!" He announced in a voice like a cheesy game show host. "This beauty comes fully equipped with the latest in warp-speed technology and weapon systems! It has a dozen bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, optional tinted windows and a deluxe set of cup holders! Come on down to claim your prize!"
The group that would be taking the trip gazed at their new ship in awe. "Say hello to the Goliath, fellas." Mickey said.
"That...is" Riku said, with his eyes bulging.
"Big." Sora completed.
"Chip and Dale are real proud of it." The king added. "This is the biggest gummi ship ever created."
"And the best weapon systems and life support in the universe." Cid added.
"It's also been stocked with plenty of food, water and medicine." said Aerith. The restoration Commitee along with Yen Sid, Ansem and Ienzo have come to see them off. "Watch your backs out there, who knows what Xehanort has planned" Leon said.
"and follow your hearts" said Ansem the Wise.
"Hey, mind if I come along this time?!" Yuffie hopped in excitement.
Everyone looked at her, surprised that she's wants to come with them on this quest
"Yuffie, you wanna go?" asked Leon.
"Sure, we haven't had a lot of action lately anyway!" she said.
"Actually…you got room for three more?" Asked Barret. He was holding a bag and so was Tifa and Nanaki is beside them,
"You guys want to come too?" Asked Riku,
"We want to do our part and help, plus I want to find Cloud and make sure he's okay," said Tifa.
"There hasn't been any heartless sighting for A long time here." Barret said.
"I don't see any problem with it at all" said Sora,
"Okay, you fellas are in" said Mickey, Tifa and Nanaki headed for the ship. Barret was about to board when he heard. "Daddy"
Barret looked to see a four year old girl coming to him. . She is a young girl with a small stature, fair skin, brown hair, and brown wears a pink dress with a yellow bow, rolled up white socks, and brown ankle boots. Her hair is cut in a bob with a straight fringe.
"Marlene…Baby"
He gets down and picks her up in his arm and she looks at him sadly, "do you have to go?" Asked Marlene,
"I have too baby…there are other people out there being attacked by the Heartless and they could lose their homes too like we did." Said Barret.
Marlene looked at him before she hugged him. "Be careful and come back home soon"
"I will baby girl…you have my promise" said Barret. He then hands Marlene to Rinoa who holds her in her arms.
The group began to ascend the ramp. The King, Sora, Kairi and Riku were almost to the top when Mickey suddenly stopped and turned around.
"Master!" He said. "Did you tell Kairi about her clothing?"
"Aaah.." he sighed. "Kairi, my dear, come here for a moment, please."
Kairi walked back down the ramp, and Sora came with her. Riku and Mickey continued to the ramp and waved goodbye from the door.
"I'm terribly sorry I forgot, but those garments have other abilities." An orb of pink light appeared in the sorceror's hand and floated toward her. Kairi backed away at first, until he added, "Take the orb."
Sora couldn't wait to see this. Kairi touched the orb.
Instantly, her clothes flashed. They were now white and light pink, glowing golden circles were on the front of the dress. The most drastic change, however was on Kairi herself.
A shining golden halo floated five inches above her head. Out of her back had sprouted two large, gold eagle wings.
/She really is an angel.../ thought Sora looking at his crush.
Kairi simply stood there in awe of the change for a few seconds. She raised her hand and fingered the halo, which was apparently solid. The light seemed to flash under her fingers. She lowered it and her wings twitched, as if eager to get her off the ground.
She appeared to concentrate for a second, and her wings beat harder, lifting her off the ground a few inches. A smile formed on her face. She beat them still harder, and gradually rose into the air several feet. Then with one great beat, she rocketed twenty feet into the air. Her estatic laughter could be heard traveling through the air.
Sora stared after her, a huge smile forming on his own face as she got the hang of her wings.
"She's got a lot of spirit, that girl. Her training is proof that she is ready for this war" Merlin said, watching her loopdy-loops through the sky.
Kairi sped right past them two inches above the ground and shot back into the sky. "She's got talent, too." Leon commented.
/and that is why I love her/ thought Sora.
Kairi landed, she bowed to Yen Sid. "Thank you, master."
Yen Sid chuckled. "You have natural talent, Kairi. Simply concentrate, and you should be able to enter the Angelic Form if you have enough energy."
The wings and halo faded, and Kairi landed gantly on solid ground again.
"Hey, you guys coming or not!?" Riku called from the ship. "The worlds aren't going to save themselves!"
Sora and Kairi hurried onto the ship and towards the control room. It was a fairly large room. There were three chairs surrounded by display consoles and ship controls. In the left hand seat that controlled the weapons sat Stitch (Sora was a bit worried). In the right hand seat for communications and RADAR was Donald.
The pilot's seat was unoccupied.
Sora looked around for a second, and expected to see someone sit down. When nobody did, he asked, "Hey, who's flying?"
Everyone looked him as if shocked that he would even ask such a seemingly obvious question. Sora just looked at them blankly for a second, before Riku actually dragged him to the vacant chair and pushed him into it.
Sora twisted around in his seat and asked, "You sure?"
"Take us out, Sora!" Mickey said.
Sora smiled gratefully and nodded. He eased the throttles on either side of the front console, and felt the engines hum to life. He grabbed the steering veins and eased them forward. The ship lifted off the ground until the castle was far below them.
"Uploading coordinates for Twilight Town." Donald quacked from his seat. Since Twilight Town was closer, the group decided to go there first and to see how Hayner, Pence and Olette were doing.
"Please fasten your safety belts while the yellow light is on." Genie said in a high female voice "And do not exit your seats until the light is off. Do not smoke, please turn off all electronic devices and be considerate of your other passengers. Thank you, and enjoy the flight."
Sora chuckled as he turned the Goliath in the direction of Twilight Town. "Let's head out!" He pushed the ship forward with the air of a professional pilot. It sped forward into the atmosphere, until the pale blue faded to be replaced by black dotted by silver.
Sora sped forward to put more distance between the ship and Radiant Garden. He couldn't resist showing off a bit, so he barrel-rolled a bit. Thankfully, the artificial gravity was on.
"Warp speed in five" Sora announced, reaching over with one hand and making a few adjustments. "Four...three...two...one!" The black changed to gold and silver for several seconds as they felt the rapid acceleration of the ship.
Eventually it felt safe to walk, and the view became mostly normal again as they entered warp drive.
"You are now free to move about the cabin, thank you for choosing Keybearer Airlines" Genie said as everyone stood up again. "Thank you again, and have a nice flight."
Sora pressed the Autopilot on and noticed Kairi and Aqua were no longer on the bridge. He shot a look over to the King who replied. 'Aqua's taking Kairi to train in the training room fro some more training. Master Yen Sid, Merlin and i agreed Kairi still needs a little more training so Aqua decided take her as her own apprentice as were traveling and training at Disney Castle." Said Mickey, sora noticec that Barret and Yuffie were talking with the Genie, Riku was on his gummiphone trying to get ahold of someone but he got no answer. Hercules talking to Meg on his Gummiphone. Donald tried to get Stitch away from the ship controls and started a fight (which Goofy tried to break up).Shaking his head did Sora and the king arrive to see Aqua, Tifa and Kairi were standing in the middle of a forest. Tifa is seen wearing workout clothes she had brougth with her. "Now Grand magic is very powerful. it takes a long time to master it, for example." Aqua said before she pointed her keyblade Stormfall at Demon Tower that the room created. "Firaza!"
A large fireball left the end of her keyblade and struck the Demon Tower dealing massive damage to the monster. "Now you give it a try"
Kairi nodded before she focused all of her power before she pointed her keyblade in front of her. "Pearlza!" a large ball of light left her keyblade and struck the Demon Tower, her spell completly destroyed it. "Way to go Kairi" sora and mickey cheered watching from the control room. Kairi smiled on hearing Sora's priase for her. "Shall we keep going?" asked Aqua.
"You bet!" said Kairi. over the next three hours, Sora and Mickey watched Aqua give kairi more training. Teaching her about shotlocks and command styles that even Sora didn't even know. Even Tifa showed her some hand to hand combat. . by the time they were finished, the three was covered in sweat. "Very good Kairi, you are a quick learner" Mickey after the girls came out of the training room.
"Like i said before Mickey….its my turn to protect the things that matter to me." Kairi said.
"We'll work on your reaction timing and Aqua, I can teach you martial arts as well if you would like" said Tifa.
"I would like that very much Tifa." Said Aqua
"Can you teach me too Tifa?" Asked Kairi,
"Of course" saic Tifa with a smile. the three girls then go off to get cleaned fro, training while Sora returned to the bridge. Soon the three returned freshly showered just as the ship approached Twilight Town.
Everyone went onto the Teleporter before they were beamed down to the train station.
Everyone warped from the ship to the front of the town's train station.
Kairi ran to the stone railing, staring in awe at the scenery, "I didn't get to see the sunset the last time I was here. It's beautiful."
"Isn't it?" asked Sora standing beside her.
"Yeah, the sunset back home is beautiful, but it pales in comparison to this one," Riku agreed.
"I wonder where Hayner, Pence, and Olette are," said Goofy.
"Lets go find out" Riku said before the group moved out and arrived to the Marketplace. Namine appeared alongside Kairi before she spoke. "The old mansion in Twilight Town, It has data on me and Roxas which could be useful to Ansem the Wise"
"so lets go get to that mansion" said Sora when the group heard someone shout. "Where did they come from!"
"Get the Ice Cream later!" shouted another voice and the group saw Hayner, Pence and Olette running away from a large mass of Shadow Heartless in the form of a Demon Tide, "What is that!" shouted Goofy and Hercules.
"A Demon Tide. Form up!" Aqua said before summoning Stormfell, The rest of the group summoned their weapons as Hayner, Pence and Olette ran by them. "Hey Sora, Bye Sora" said Hayner.
"Go!, We got this!" Sora shouted as the group prepared for battle against the Demon Tide.
"Here it comes!" yelled Riku, just as the Demon Tide came flying at them!
Everyone jumped out of the way, an anyone who knew magic, fired some kind of spell at the swarm while Stitch fired at the swarm with his blasters. Aqua focued and Sora can hear like she was locking onto the swarm of then pointed her keyblade at the swarm before she shouted. "Prism Rain!"
She fired a Many colored orbs at the Demon Tide. Kairi then hits the swarm with her Heart of a Princess Shotlock. Lea formchanged his keyblade into his chakrams before coating them with fire and attack the swarm. "This may leave a Mark!" Genie replied before unleasing a full array of thunder, Ice, Water and Fire spells at the swarm. Riku fired Dark Firagas, Mickey with a pearl spell, Donald with his magic and Goofy kept them safe with his shield. Barret fired his arm gun and Tifa. Yuffie and Nanaki attacked the swarm with their quick moments when the swarm passed them.
Hercules tossed a boulder at the swarm and Sora then decided to use his new keyblade's formchange. "Counter Shield!"
his keyblade transformed into a shield and his clothes turned yellow with a diamond like pattern on his pants. Sora then attacks the swarm with his shield before using his own Shotlock with his shield. "Atomic Deluge!"
A ball of lightning comes down from the sky and he smacks the ball with his shield. his shotlock doing more damage to the Demon Tide before sora transformed his weapon into a chariot with a pegasus made of magic pulling it. Sora with his chariot flew around the Demon Tide, striking the swarm with thunder. The swarm wasn't done yet before it charged right at the group mainly Riku.
"Riku lookout!" Exclaimed Kairi. Before he can even react.a barrage of Firagas are seen coming along with bullets. They struck the demon tide. Before anyone can say anything. A hooded figure jumped from the rooftop and began to attack the swarm with a keyblade. The keyblade she wields is the Sleeping Lion but hers was different than Sora's , the handle remains the same, but the guard is now not as symmetrical as previous iterations and now bears a wing similar to the Way to the Dawn's teeth. The blade is longer and more cyan, as is the Keychain, and the fleur-de-lis has more prominent wings. The Keychain token now has a wing emerging from the mane. It is meant to resemble the Lionheart Gunblade from Final Fantasy VIII.
In her other hand is a sub machine gun. She jumps and shoots her gun at the swarm. Unloading her entire clip at the swarm, having enough did the swarm flee. The figure then jumps and lands in front of Riku pointing her gun at him.
"No call…no anything Riku. Have you no shame to keep your girlfriend alone for a year," she started to scold him making the dark user sweat.
"GIRLFRIEND!" Exclaimed everyone except for Mickey.
"Hiya Crystal. Gosh don't be mad at Riku. He's been really busy training Kairi and Lea with me". Said Mickey,
"I know that…I just wanted to make Riku panic." Said Crystal with a laugh taking off her hood. crystal had long blonde hair with White highlights at the end. Her hair reached her lower back, her Violet eyes sparkled with mischief, she then took off her coat to reveal her outfit. She had on a Dark Rec blouse and she wore a Necklace with the lion on it, the necklace nestled in her ample cleavage. She wore dark blue jeans that hung onto her hourglass figure and she wore combat boots. A gun hoister with a Glock 9 handgun is seen,
"Uhhh I can explain Crystal" said Riku but the girl rolled her eyes and grabbed him and pulled him in for a deep kiss. Riku immediately returns it much to the shock of everyone, Lea and genies jaw dropped out of their mouth.
They pulled away before she grinned. "Your forgiven by the way."
Riku could only grin on him. Crystal grabs his hand before looking at the gang,
"I'm Crystal Lloyd…it's nice to finally meet you all." Said Crystal with a small bow
Everyone introduced themselves to crystal. Crystal on seeing Kairis dress said. "I like your battle dress Kairi."
"Oh thank you." Said Kairi with a smile already liking her.
"Wow!" Hayner's voice praised. "That was awesome!"
The Twilight Town trio had also gone through some wardrobe changes. Hayner was wearing a white shirt with a small black skull design at the bottom. His vest was black with red-and-black plaid on the bottom. He wore jeans and his shoes had the same red-and-black plaid design as his vest. He still wore his "X" shaped pendant.
Pence now wore a black headband, the bandana around his neck was orange, his shirt was black-and-white and the "Dog Street" name was above a dog munching at bones, his jeans were black, and his shoes were now orange and white.
Olette a pure black tank-top with stitch-like vertical orange lining. Her shorts had a plaid pattern with a primarily red-and-black background with small vertical orange stripes and small horizontal blue stripes. Her socks and shoelaces were red and her shoes were black and grey. Her bracelet was red-and-black and her necklace bead was red.
"You did it!" Olette cheered as they approached.
"You guys were amazing!" said Pence. "Oh, and good to see you again, Kairi!"
"Hey, guys," said Kairi. "Long time, no see."
Olette went up and hugged Kairi, who giggled as she hugged her back.
"You're so pretty~!" Olette cooed.
"Thanks, you too!" Kairi said back.
"HEY, what is he doing here?!" Hayner exclaimed, pointing at Lea.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa!" Lea cried as he raised his hands. "Easy! I'm on one of the good guys, now."
"It's true!" said Kairi. "Lea's one of us now!"
"He's cool," Sora added.
"Well, if you say so," Hayner calmed down.
Roxas appeared next to Sora, "Hayner, Pence, Olette, it's been ages!"
"Roxas!" Pence exclaimed, but then got confused.
"I'm confused, too," Olette said. "This is the first time we've met, but...I feel like we already know you..."
"Same here," Hayner agreed.
"We have proof that you know each other," Goofy showed them the picture of the four of them, in front of the mansion.
"Wait a sec, we were friends in the other Twilight Town, weren't we?" Hayner realized.
"Yeah," Roxas confirmed.
"The other Twilight Town was a virtual reality composed entirely of data," Mickey explained. "Ansem the Wise created it with data from hearts in the real world. That's why, even though Roxas was friends with you in the fake Twilight Town; the bond you shared affected you hearts in the real world."
"Oh, that's why we felt like we needed to see Sora off at the station when we first met him," Olette realized.
Roxas remembered that; Sora had shed a tear.
"Sora?" asked Kairi as she put her hand on his shoulder, worriedly.
"I guess, I was feeling what Roxas felt," he said. "Leaving the place he thought was his home."
Roxas, Xion and Lea looked up to the clock tower. where they always sat after every mission, eating sea-salt ice cream. Roxas had even sat there with the virtual Hayner, Pence and Olette."Now lets go find that manor and get the Data for Roxas and Namine" said Riku.
"We'll meet you guys up there, We have to go finish something up." Hayner said before the three residents left the group alone. The group then left towards the Manor.
The group made it to the woods which led to the mansion, but found a strange sight when they got there.
A big pile of fruit by a tree.
"What's all that doing there?" Kairi asked.
"It sure is a mess, I'll tell you that," said Riku.
"Guys, look!" cried Yuffie as she pointed at a large pack of Powerwild Heartless!
"Heartless!" shouted Mickey.
Goofy looked closer at the tree, spotting a small rat with bluish-grey fur, cowering on one of the branches. He exclaimed "Look! The Heartless have that little feller surrounded!"
"Hang on, little guy!" Kairi exclaimed. "We'll save you!"
Everyone summoned their weapons and went after the monkey-like Heartless.
Some were on the ground and some were in the trees.
"The ones on the ground are no problem," said Riku, "But what about the ones in the trees?"
"I got 'em!" Sora answered as he suddenly leaped from tree to tree in a flash and took out the Powerwilds in the branches, one-by-one!
"He's gotta teach me that!" Kairi exclaimed as she cut three down.
"Watch out for flying nuts!" Donald shouted.
"Flying what?!" Lea asked, only to duck down when a large walnut went flying at him. "Whoa!"
One nut went flying at Goofy, who held up his shield, which caused it to bounce back at a Powerwild that ended up falling out of the tree!
Yuffie threw several shuriken and kunai at more Powerwilds in the trees. Genie casted Graviza on them making them float down to the ground and Tifa used her fists to knock them out. , Aqua and Kairi fired spells with their keyblades and Riku used his keyblades to take them down. Crystal, now armed with a shotgun, covered his rear flank and shot the Power Wilds trying to be sneaky.
Before too long, all the Heartless had been defeated and the group dismissed their weapons.
"That takes care of that," said Sora.
"Come on, little guy!" Kairi called to the rat. "You can come down, now! The bad guys are gone!"
The rat blinked at Kairi before he scurried down the tree.
"Aww, he's kinda cute!" said Sora.
Aqua picked up one of the fruits, "Are these yours?"
The rat smiled and nodded, pointing at the rest.
"I think he wants us to gather the rest," Goofy said.
"Simple enough," Riku said, gathering up some of them.
"These look really good," said Aqua as she held up a mango. "Where did he find these?"
"Who knows?" Mickey said.
"What are you gonna do with them?" Kairi asked the little rat in her hand.
The rat made a hand pounding motion, and wave motion with his other hand.
"Uhh...I have no idea what he means," said Sora.
"Me neither," said Riku.
"I think he's trying to say that he's going to make something with them," said Aqua.
"Well, we have somewhere to be, so we'll leave you to that," Kairi said, putting the animal on the ground next to the pile of fruit.
"See you later, little guy," said Sora.
"Remy," Kairi said.
"What?" Sora asked.
"That's his name," Kairi said. "Remy."
"Did you decide to call him that?" Riku asked.
"No...he just looks like a 'Remy' to me," said Kairi.
The group continued through the forest till they found the mansion.
"We're here," said Sora. "I wonder if Hayner, Pence, and Olette are already inside."
"This place is spookier than I remember," Riku said.
They headed inside, finding Hayner, Pence and Olette waiting for them.
"Hey, guys!" Kairi greeted.
"Hey, we were starting to wonder," said Olette. "We ran into a few more of those Heartless things on the way here, but we got away."
"Alright, let's go down to the computer," Mickey said.
-Scene Change-
Everyone entered the lab, then Pence ran over to the computer. Roxas and Namine appeared transparent again and stood beside their somebodies.
"Alright, the password was..."sea-salt ice cream"," he typed it in, and gained access to the computer.
He typed a few more keys, but got a flashing red light on the screen, along with a box that said "DATA ERROR".
"Dammit, the transporter's been protected." Pence replied.
"Protected from what?" Aqua asked.
"Us, maybe?" Pence guessed. "We can't use it to get to the other Twilight Town."
"That's strange," said Roxas. "I wonder why it's not working, now."
"None that I know," Pence said, regretfully.
Mickey, Donald and Goofy shrugged and shook their heads.
A familiar tune rang out from Sora's back pocket. (Sora's Theme is his ringtone~! XD)
"Hey, what's that?" he questioned.
"It's your Gummiphone, silly," Kairi reminded him.
"Oh!" said Sora as he picked it up. "Hello?"
Ienzo's face appeared on the phone, "Hello, Sora. You wouldn't happen to be in front of a computer by any chance, would you?"
"Oh! Ienzo!" Sora exclaimed.
"Yes, we're at a computer," Aqua said.
"Hi, I'm Pence, we're at the old mansion in Twilight Town," Pence said. "I'm the one who logged in. But, I'm kinda stuck: the program we're trying to access is blocked, so I can't run it."
"Which program?" Ienzo asked.
"The transporter to the other Twilight Town!" Hayner, who was getting impatient, exclaimed.
"Ah, the one I had Roxas in while Naminé finished restoring Sora's memories, with that Data, we should have more than enough of their memories to put into their new bodies," Ansem said.
Ienzo said. "Pence, let's establish a link between our computers."
"Okay," Pence said as he typed something on the computer.
"Good, now we can control the terminal there and change the privileges,Using that data, we'll be able to decipher Master Ansem's Code more quickly." Ienzo replied.
"Then do it!" Sora said. "Maybe it'll work!"
"Sora! Manners!" Kairi scolded with a small glare.
"...Please," said Sora.
"Of course," Ansem said. "Chip and Dale will also be helping us on this end. We'll call you once we know anything more."
"Thank you, Ansem," Mickey said.
"Of course, my friend," Ansem smiled.
Sora then ended the call and pocketed his phone.
"Oh crap!" Hayner exclaimed. "We've got work! I totally forgot!"
"Oh, jeez! Come on, guys, we gotta go!" Olette cried.
"I still gotta work the computer, though," Pence said. "So, you guys have gotta earn my share."
"No way," Hayner replied, teasingly. "See ya guys later!"
He then ran up the steps that led out of the lab.
"See ya!" Olette waved before she ran after him.
"Hey, no fair!" Pence called after them.
This made everyone laugh.
"Hey," Sora began, "I don't know about anybody else...but I'm getting kinda hungry."
His stomach rumbled, causing Kairi and the girls to giggle.
Goofy's stomach rumbled as well. He said "I could go for somethin' too."
"Eh, why not?" Riku agreed.
"Well, we'll leave you to it, Pence," Aqua said.
"Yeah, see ya," Pence said as they left the lab.
Before leaving the mansion though, Kairi had an urge to go up to the second level, to a room on the left.
The room was totally white. The smooth floor, walls, and ceiling were shining white – in stark contrast to the crumbling, dark rooms behind them. The long table and it's chairs were white, the mantle place was white. Even the vase and flowers on the table were totally white.
All around the room were drawings, all of them done with colored pencils. Kairi then sees that this is the room Namine placed her drawings while working on Soras memories. She then went and took down all of the drawings to store for her later. She met up with the others who were ready to return to town.
Mickey chuckled as well, "Well, let's head back to town and get a bite. I noticed a fancy place called "Le Grand Bistrot"."
"Ooh, sounds French!" said Kairi. "I love it! Let's head there!"
The group exited the Mansion when they heard a cold voice speak to them. "so you Think you can bring back Roxas and Namine?"
Everyone turned to see Ansem(SOD) Standing there with his arms crossed.
"Ansem!" growled Riku summoning Braveheart and the rest of the group got defensive. Crystal then pulled out an RPG out of nowhere and pointed the weapon at the man who hurt her boyfriend, "try anything heartless and ill be sending your guts flying" she growled. Riku was quick to grab the weapon from her before she could fire. The last thing they needed was someone to hear explosions not to far from the city, Barret pointed his armgun at him. Nanaki growled and Tifa was on the defensive
a dark corridor opened and out came Xemnas. The nobody of Master Xehanort and previous leader of the Organization.
"Xemnas!" said Mickey but Aqua was stunned to see his face. he looked to be an older Terra but with yellow eyes and long silver hair. /Terra?, is that you?/ She thought. Xemnas then saw Aqua before he replied "So it seems you were able to find another of your Lights"
Ansem(SOD) replied. "Roxas and Namine shouldn't have existed in the first place, What you both seek is impossible."
Sora gritted his teeth before he replied back. "Roxas does exist, his heart is inside of my Heart"
"and the same with Namine, Her heart is apart of mine" Kairi said.
"And where would you put their hearts if they were separated from you?" asked Xemnas. everyone was silent to not tell them about the Replicas. they had to keep Xehanort in the Dark for as long as possible so that he doesn't interfere. or worse, learn about Xion
"If you two and Master Xehanort can exist without sharing a body, then there should be no reason for Roxas and Namine to exist too." Goofy replied.
"you tell em Goofy" Mickey replied with a smile before glaring back to Xemnas.
"So get lost or else do we have to show you the way out?" asked Lea glaring at his former boss.
"In that case by all means," said Ansem(SOD) with a small wave of his hand.
"Nothing would please us more than the Return of Roxas of course." Xemnas replied with a small smirk.
"Get real Xemnas!, Like he would ever serve you ever again" Sora said.
"Still so blind are you Sora, A Nobody is what is left of one who gives his heart to darkness. there is only one way to bring back Roxas which is for you to give up your heart, Sora are you going Call upon to the Darkness?" asked Xemnas pointing his finger towards Sora.
"No he won't, Because i will never let him call upon the Darkness like that." said Kairi.
"The shadows are never far away" said Ansem(SOD), He snapped his fingers as Neoshadows appeared behind the gang, Xemnas summoned Dusks as well. Both then said "Now set your heart free"
Sora then with his keyblade charged towards the two members of the true organization only for them to vanish. Sora turned around to see that Hercules, Stitch and the Genie had already taken care of the heartless. "Are you okay Sora?" asked Hercules.
"Im good," Sora said.
"We better watch out for Ansem and Xemnas, who knows what those two are up to" said Mickey. The group then left the manor for good.
-Scene Change-
The group headed to where Mickey had seen the restaurant, where they met a familiar face.
"Well, bless my bagpipes!" A familiar Scottish accent called out. "It was you lads and lassies that rescued my chef!"
Everyone turned to see Scrooge McDuck!
"Uncle Scrooge!" Donald exclaimed, happily.
"Last we saw you, you came back home along with Huey, Dewey and Louie," Mickey said.
"Well, you know me, your Majesty," Uncle Scrooge said. "I love to travel!"
"It's good to see you, again," said Sora. "So what are you doing here?"
"Oh, this fine establishment here is my newest project," Uncle Scrooge said. "The Bistro is a fantastic five-star restaurant, thanks to my chef. Speaking of which, he wanted to thank ye for helping him earlier, so he made this for ye."
He handed Riku a white box.
"What's in here?" asked Riku.
"It smells yummy!" said Crystal as she opened it up, revealing a pastry made with fruits and cream!
"Wow, cake!" Sora, Donald and Goofy exclaimed.
"Actually, I think it's called a Tarte Aux Fruits," Kairi corrected them. She did take classes to speak french after all.
"That's correct, lassie," Uncle Scrooge praised her. He then took off his top-hat and held it in front of him, where the little rat from earlier landed on top of it, smiling at them.
"Remy!" Kairi exclaimed, happily. "I'm glad to see you're okay!"
"We were starting to wonder about you," said Aqua.
"It all started when I was on another world, enjoying one of the best meals of my life," Uncle Scrooge explained. "And when I asked to speak to the chef, I met this wee genius. As it turns out, he wanted to expand his culinary horizons. So, I thought: that's an opportunity. And I financed the whole operation."
"So this little guy is a chef?" asked Sora. "That's really cool!"
"Yeah, normally rats aren't allowed in kitchens," said Kairi.
"Well, it's my place, so I make the rules," Uncle Scrooge said.
The rat made more hand motions, like he was explaining something.
"I still don't know what he's saying," Lea groaned.
"Wait, I have an idea," Aqua made some lavender colored sparkles with her hand, and waved it around.
The sparkles swirled around the rate for a couple seconds before they disappeared.
"You were saying, Remy?" asked Aqua.
"I've always had a strong sense of smell and taste, so I know what ingredients are used to make dishes better," the rat explained, in perfect English. He was actually talking! "And I love to cook! Course, that made me different from the rest of my clan. I hated the idea of eating garbage."
"Wow! You can talk!" Sora exclaimed.
"Wait, I can?" Remy asked before he gasped.
"Well, only we can understand you, as well as Uncle Scrooge and anyone else we trust," Aqua elaborated.
"Remarkable magic, lassie!" Uncle Scrooge exclaimed.
"We actually came here because we're hungry," Goofy said.
Both his and Sora's stomachs growled at that.
"Sorry," Sora said, embarrassed.
"Say no more, I'll whip something up for everyone!" Remy said.
"Umm...Remy?" asked Kairi. "Quick question: how are you gonna make everything? The kitchen seems pretty big for a little rat like you."
"Oh, don't worry," said Remy. "Watch this!" He then jumped on Sora's shoulders and climbed up to his head and grab some of his hair. This made Sora move around weirdly who then exclaimed in annoyance. "Hey, I'm not a puppet!"
The others started to laugh as Remy continued to control Sora.
-A little bit later-
Everyone sat at a large table, that now had a large assortment of dishes and deserts.
Wow, this all looks delicious!" said Aqua.
"Yeah," Sora said, "And after helping Remy make all this stuff, I'm ready to eat it!"
"Then what are we waiting for?" Mickey began to dig in.
"Mmm...yummy!" Kairi exclaimed.
"Mmm...and I thought Sora's mom's cooking was good!" said Riku as he ate some, too.
Sora chuckled a bit, scratching the back of his head.
"Oh please, you only did what Remy commanded," Donald remarked.
"Like you could do any better," Sora argued.
"Still making a menace out of yourself, eh?" Uncle Scrooge chastised his nephew.
"Ahyuck! That's Donald, all right!" Goofy said.
"Why'd you have to say that?!" Donald whined.
Everyone couldn't help but laugh as they continued their meal.
Once they were finished...
"Ahh..." Sora sighed. "That was so good."
"Definitely," Kairi agreed.
"That was just as good as the meals I would eat where I came from," said Aqua before she had a small memory of her, Terra, Ven and Master Eraqus stting together in a small room having a feast. smiles were on their faces before Xehanort and Vanitas came. Rather Xehanort for while she had been in the Realm of Darkness. She had seen the abuse Xehanort had put him though and the dark half of her friend was determined to end his pain by forging the X Blade.
"Say Crystal…how did you meet Riku?" Asked Sora.
Crystal looked at them before she answered. "We actually met in traverse town while you three were sleeping. At first I was gonna take him out for working for that evil old Witch but when I learned he was tricked and manipulated to work for her. I let it slide, we both learned to how to use our Keyblades from each other and we just connected instantly. My Mom and Dad are from Radiant Garden. My dad was a Guard and my mother owned a Bakery."
"You we're from Radiant Garden too?" Asked Lea.
"Yeah, after the town was restored. I was busy helping secure it from the heartless and Nobodies. That is what I was trying to do while you three were fighting the original Organization. i wasn't aware of the Mark of Mastery Exam until it was over." Said Crystal,
"Hey guys!" Hayner's voice called, as he and Olette ran over to them.
"We finished setting up the posters, sir," Olette told Uncle Scrooge.
"Ah, good work," said the tycoon duck.
"Posters?" Kairi repeated. "What posters?"
Olette showed them one of the posters, it showed Mickey in the palm of a giant.
"Oh, look at that!" Mickey said. "That's me, back before I became King!"
"Oh, cool!" said Sora. "What is it?"
"It's called Classic Kingdom," said Hayner.
"You put all this together, Uncle Scrooge?" Yuffie asked.
"Of course, lassie," The elderly duck replied. "Provide a bit of entertainment, and then give folks a nice, cozy place to relax. Like me bistro here. They'll all be happy, an' hungry, an' eager to spend their money." He then snickered and turned away.
"Sheesh, he's greedy," Kairi muttered.
"Definitely runs in the family," Tifa added.
Everyone laughed at that and Donald's face was a bit red in embarrassment.
"Welp, I think it's time we headed out," Mickey declared standing up.
"Yeah, I agree," said Sora. "I'm stuffed."
"You're leaving?" Olette asked.
"Sorry, but a hero's work is never done," Hercules said.
Hayner, Pence and Olette looked at each other before Hayner asked."is there a way fro us to join you guys."
"We want to help out and bring back Roxas too." Said Olette.
"Could we possibly become keyblade Weilders like you guys" said Pence.
"I don't see why not" said Mickey before he summoned Star Cluster, Aqua with Stormfall and Riku with Braveheart.
'In your hand take this key...as long as you cherish those around you..one day you will wield this key" Mickey said.
Mickey offered Star Cluster to Hayner, Aqua with Stormfell to Olette and Braveheart to Pence.
The three residents of twilight town took the keyblade from them and studied the weapon. They didn't vanish as the three were accepted by the blade. "Congratulations...you guys have been accepted by the keyblade, which means you three will recieve your own keyblades." said Aqua.
"In the meantime, until you three get your keyblades.. We will begin your training at once in the Unity training room " said Riku,
"I'll be glad to help out." Said Barret.
"Same here" said Tifa cracking her knuckles
"Here ya go laddie. I found this the other day. I believe it's a new keychain." Said Scrooge. Scrooge then handed Sora a new keychain which he then took Hero's Origin and transformed his keyblade into Shooting Star. The Shooting Star has an abstract swooping design based off of shooting stars. The top of the handle has a silver shooting star design ending in a multicolored star. The length of the blade has a swooping blue and yellow tail ending at the top in an open blue star and a reversed yellow star that make up the teeth. The keychain is three yellow diamonds, and the token is a multicolored star similar to the one on the handle with a yellow diamond on top. The name refers to the Keyblade's shooting star motif.
He dismissed his weapon. the group continued to chat unaware of Xemnas and Ansem watching them from the roof tops. A corridor of Darkness opened and out came Xigbar. "So it seems we have to find another Vessel after all," said Xigbar.
"Indeed, we cannot proceed with our original plan to kidnap the princess of heart, She has been trained well by Riku and the little king" said Ansem(SOD)
"Eh, No biggie, we'll just have to keep on looking for our next vessel" said Xigbar before he looked up to the sky. /Don;t worry master, Everything will remain according to plan, The Reenactment of the Keyblade War will commence and Kingdom Hearts will be Balanced so that you can return to this world with the others. May my heart be my guiding key/
The three returned to the Castle that never was. The ever growing group of warriors headed up to the Train station since the teleporter to the Goliath is there. A corridor of darkness soon formed.
The group was on the defensive just to see a man in a black coat appear with his hands behind his back.
"Can we just get a break from you guys already" said Sora getting tired of the Organization trailing them
"Easy there Spikey. I am nothing more than an observer" Said Master Sora looking at the group. /so far my plan is working to perfection., there traveling together building an army./
"I bet your here to mutter some Mumbo jumbo and leave right?" Asked Sora.
"You wound me Sora….im not part of the Organization. I would love nothing more than to have Xehanorts head mounted on a spike for what he did to me." said Master Sora darkly. His Dark aura radiated off him which made the all very uncomfortable. Kairi can't tell but she could have sworn she knows this person.
"What did he do to you?" Riku asked him holding Braveheart. The darkness radiating off him was a whole other level.
"He killed the woman I loved after I refused to fight him" Master Sora said. The flashback of his Kairi being slain right in front of his eyes were still a nightmare for him.
"Master Xehanort has taken someone that I care for too. he's harmed all of us here" said Aqua
"I would advise caution ... .his seekers are keeping tabs on all of you just to gather seven of you to forge the X Blade. Especially the Princess for her heart can be used as Insurance until Kingdom Hearts is opened." Said Master Sora pointing to Kairi. Tifa and Yuffie got in front of Kairi defensibly.
"He's not gonna lay a finger on Kairi. Not while I'm around" said Sora,
" you can't always be around to save the day boy….but then again….prove me wrong the way Your traveling now as a group instead of being separate" Said Master Sora before summoning a corridor of darkness. "Until we meet again."
He then walked though the corridor before muttering. "May your heart be your guiding key"
Everyone looked at the dark corridor watching it vanished,
"What did he mean by that?" Asked Lea,
"No idea, I think we should keep our guard up around that man. I don't know if we can fully trust him." Said Mickey, the others nodded before heading for the Goliath which was hovering above them.
Roxas and Xion became transparent to look at the sunset one last time, Sora and Lea approached them while everyone else boarded the gummiship. Kairi and Olette we're gonna go train in the Simulation room.
"I wish we could stay a bit longer." Roxas muttered.
"It never does feel easy to leave home." Sora said, understanding. "When you don't know when you'll be back."
"Or if you can ever come back at all." Roxas added glumly.
"Don't worry Roxas, once this war is over with, we'll be back" Lea added. Roxas and Xion nodded to him before they went back into Sora and the two somebodies got on the Goliath. Sora took the wheel of the ship and left Twilight Town.

next world sill be the Pride Lands. The man in black is none other than an older Sora who traveled in time to prevent the fall of the light with his apprentice Akirix.
