The Langely mansion break in pt 1

sitting outside the tea leaf cafe was both Amber and Amanda, or better known as the largely sisters, the daughters of their wealthy parent's,, Sense their father happened to be the mayor's assistant and second in charge of the Town,. they were trying to enjoy some nice refreshments after a nice long shopping spree on the Main street, . they however were playing game were they would judge every person that they saw based on appearance and actions, and state they think could be improved for them.

"ugh, I swear, when dad becomes mayor one day, or even better . president, I have it he'll outlaw any unhip fashion choices. like those ugly scrunchies I keep seeing," Amber said sticking her tongue out in disgust.." i know that Samantha girl wears then all the time, "

" what about that Billy Kid ? he's always wearing those ugly jean jackets..." Amanda said. motioning to the boy as he walked buy,

" like gag me with a spoon is all I'll say in response to that. "

" yeah, I have to agree. I mean look at this town..you want to know what's wrong with it,...so many unsophisticated swines living here with out any way for them to know that they are making such awful choices in fashion , how can people like us be stuck in a mess like this, " she said observing the town's folk as they went about their business,

" no kidding, it's hard to find something that fit's my taste in any of these shops. but you know what, the day we open our own boutique here and get it spread world wide, we'll be able to make the world a far more pleasing place to look at " she chuckled.." until then we'll just have endure this. "

but you know the thing is, I bet if we had the chance..we could really teach a few things to the people in this town, " she said as she continued to observe more of the people that passed by,

" You really think they'd have a chance ? " Amanda chuckled..

" Of course..we already know a lot about what makes a person,,,a well being, so much that I know we could make a better change in everyone, " she said rather confidentiality.

Amanda laughed.." I guess it'd be tough..but I suppose it could be done, " she said as she began to scan around some more until her eyes met something that made her smirk..." Hey now..what about Him..you think he has a chance ? " she said pointing,

Amber looked over to see she was motioning to wilbie who was seen exiting a video game shop...

" you mean the creepy kid who hangs out with those creepy ghouls ? " Amber said, " heh..I don't know..he's what I call...a lost cause..I mean..what would you even do with that, he has so many things that just...ugh..I don't even know what to say about him ." Amber winced

" yeah..it's funny that he's like the only person who'd ever want to hang out with those gruesome Ghoul girls..and because of that..he's inviting there nasty standards to come into this town." Amnada said..

" you know...your right..looking at it..that's more of a problem then I thought...because of him befriending those ghouls..they could think that any person would want them around..but we know better then that..we know that anyone else in this town don't,,and we aren't afraid to show them how we feel, " Amber said slamming her drink down on the table..she then awkwardly chuckled a little. " well I guess there's nothing we can really do about that, "

" Yeah I suppose " Amanda shrugged...

Later that evening,..

Amber and Amanda were both sitting in the Tv room .trying to find something good to watch,

" come on let me have the remote, you flipped through all the channels twice already, " Amanda said trying to take it from Amber's grip.

" no way, if i let you have it I know you'll pick something dumb, " she said holding the remote away further from her.

" ugh..you always hog it to yourself.." Amanda said rolling her eyes.

" I'm older so I get too ."

just then they were bot interrupted by a voice on the TV ,

" we now return to your movie,, The Nightmare lab ! " the voice said as large green letters displayed the title on screen, soon a scene from a movie came onto the Tv, it was of a man strapped down to a table in a strange room wearing a strange metal helmet with many TV's surrounding him, his eyes were forced open with metal looking wires,

a mad looking scientist was then shown standing on a balcony observing the scene, he then began to speak, " now Mr Andrew, you'll soon begin to see things my way, " the man said in a cold and sinister voice.

" I'll never work for you DR. krutz, your insane ! "the man strapped to the table said as he struggled to get loose.

"Ah, but you will, after you been put through my mind control and brainwashing scenario. " the scientist said as he pressed a button on a remote causing the tv's to start flashing strange images and words..

" ugh, what are you doing, change the channel I don't want to watch this junk," Amanda said rolling her eyes,

how ever Amber ignored her complaints as she continued to watch the movie, seemingly be interested in something as she observed the man in the movie was forced to watch all the screens that were displayed in front of him. flashing subliminal and hypnotic images, and by the time it was done.,,the man had been brainwashed into...becoming an evil servant for the scientist, Amber then shut off the TV shortly after that with a devious grin on her face...

" umm..okay like what is your deal, are we not watching anything at all ? " Amanda said raising an eyebrow

Amber then turned towards her continuing her devious look, " Amanda...I just got a brilliant Idea..." she said with a smirk and sinister chuckle...

" really now ? what ever could that be ? " she said sounding like she didn't really care..

" oh...indeed. I think I found a way we can get under those ghouls skin..and..take care of those problems that wilbie Kid has..." she said rubbing her hands together..

...

the next day

wilbie was laying on his living room sofa playing with a new handheld game device he bought . he was trying to beat the last level which involved trying to out run a large monsters that tried to eat him,, he was doing well until he was suddenly interrupted by the doorbell ringing, causing him to mess up and get caught...

" Nooo ! so close ! " he cried out. sitting up...

the door bell rang again...

" wilbie sweetie ! can you get that, I'm a bit busy ! " he heard his mom say from the other room,

" ugh..so was I. " he said looking sourly at his game device, the door bell then rang again,

" alright, alright i'm coming ! " he yelled jumping up and heading over towards the door,

he answered it and when he did he was met with a bit of a surprise...both amber and Amanda were standing on his Door step,

" oh finally, the right place, we had trouble finding your address. " Amanda said

" wha ?...you two , what are you doing here ? " wilbie said looking and sounding shocked to see them,

Amber then cleared her throat, " * ahem * good after noon wilbie, me and my sister have come here in hopes to have a bit of a do over with you, " she said in a polite tone

" do over ? " he responded,

" yes, you see, when we first met...we admit we got off on the wrong hands, you know when we criticized your looks and tastes and well, we would like to..try it again, " she informed,

" Yeah, we know the ghoul girls say were not the nicest..and well we may be a bit...uncool to them, but we just want to show you that we aren't so bad, and so we won't have anymore issues with each other,, " Amanda added

wilbie crossed his arms and looked a little unconvinced, " really now, I been told by ghouls that you constantly tease and try and humiliate them, which doesn't sound cool to me, why would i want to try and be friends with you, ? "

" Look..we only want another chance to make a good impression, not to mention we walked all the way over here in heels so please don't turn us way " amber said

wilbie looked at the both of them, they seemed to be be acting like they met what they were saying, but..he wasn't so keen on...trusting them so easily, but he figured he should at least let the say what they wanted,

" well..what exactly do you girls have in mind then ? " wilbie said leaning against the door frame..

" well, we know you are very interested in horror stuff...so we figured we could try and have..a..horror night ? " Amanda said looking as though wasn't even sure what that was even supposed to mean

" a Horror night ? "

" yea, we'll show a bunch of...uh horror movies and all, and get to know one another, we'll also have...creepy decorations and stuff hung up for the occasion. and...creepy themed food ? " Amanda said, " we even have a big in home theatre we can show those movies on, you'll love it," Amber exclaimed

" yeah come on. it's the least we can do ? " Amanda pleaded..

wilbie rubbed his chin trying to process all this, he wasn't sure if he could really take their word..but again..he only met the girls a few times..perhaps they do want to start off with a better start between them,...though it does seem odd for them..to want to throw this so called horror night.. but if what they say is true, maybe he can also get them to see that the ghoul girls are bad at all, maybe he should go along with this.

wilbie rubbed his chin..." well, fine...if you really want to I'll accept the invite ."

" oh you won't regret it wilbie...you really won't " Amanda said sweetly..

" yeah, just stop by our place at this time, "Amber said handing him a note with their address on it,

" see you soon, they both waved as headed off down the road..wilbie just returned the wave though a little awkwardly, not sure what to make of what just happened,...he knew the Langley were not the crowd he was really interested in hanging around with, but he wanted to see just what they had in store,

" who was was that sweetie ? " Helen said as she finally came to the door,

" just some, kids ma. they want me to come over later.." he said.

" oh really ? like kid kids ? or do you mean the ghoul type ? " she asked.

" oh..they're, humans..." he stated.." though they sure are strange in there own way, " he muttered to himself, before heading back inside..

" oh, and they want to hang out with you. you certainly are becoming the popular kid in town aren't you " she said patting cheerfully as she headed back into the other room

" oh...i wouldn't say that.." he said rubbing his chin as he looked out the living room window..

meanwhile as the sisters were walking away, they both had sinister smirks on there faces...

...

later that day..

wilbie had fallowed the address on the note which led him to a another residential area in town, were here he could defiantly tell a lot more upper class folk's were living then back in his neighbor hood,

as he mad his way down the street,s he finally came across were the note said they lived. The Langley mansion. was what was imprinted on a tone pillar near the entry way to their home. which was indeed a large mansion, looking to be three stories tall, and surrounded by a large iron fence...it clearly looked a lot more taken care of and tidy then the grimwood mansion with nicely cut cut grass surrounding it it,,...but of course he didn't think that made it more better the the grimwood's place.

wilbe notice there was no closed gate keeping him from entering the residence, so he shrugged as he made his way up the pathway to the house...as he did, he then notice something off to the left of him.. there in the front yard was a large dog house...and on top of the house's arched doorway was a plaque that read " Poochie "..

wilbie cocked his head..." what kind of name is that to give a dog ? " he shook his head. when suddenly he heard growling come from the dog house...and to glowing eyes appeared from within..staring right at him..then in and instant a large dark grey bullmastiff came charging out of the dog house, barking and snarling at him..wilbie's eyes widened as he quickly bolted for the mansion porch, as the dog continued to chase him, trying to bite and snap at him as he did, he quickly made it up onto the porch of the house. but tripped over the last step and smacked right into the front door, he groggily stood up holing his head . he then looked back to see the dog had been stopped by a chain leash that had been tied to it's collar and tied to the dog house...the the just barked and growled at him viciously

" heh heh, " he laughed to himself.. he then brushed himself off just as the door opened behind him..
he turned around to see both Amber and Amanda there to greet him,

" Oh great you made it " Amanda said excitedly

" yeah. well just be glad all of me made it, your dog just tried to kill me ! " he informed them..

" who poochie, he such a good guard dog isn't he ? don't worry, once he begins to recognize you..he'll have no issue with you, " she said placing hand on his shoulder..

" so now that you are here..come inside will ya. " Amber said slight pushing him onto the manson..

" well wilbie, I bet your just as excited for this time you'll be spending here as we are, " Amber Said with a slight devious smirk

" yeah..we'll begin..* giggle * our little activities real soon." Amanda grinned,

" Look..I knew I said I'd come over..but uh..can't stay too long, " he said suddenly feeling little uncomfortable. as the girls practically dragged him into the foyer,

" oh..there is no need to worry wilbie..once were done with you..you'll defiantly reconsider staying longer.."Amber giggled..however it was more of a...giggle that made him feel even more uncomfortable..

" um okay..so..are we going to check out those Horror movies..i bet with a mansion like this you must have a vast collection laying around here don't ya ? "

Amber then let out a small another chuckle.." oh...I'm afraid...we don't have any horror movies in store today. but instead we have a much more fun activity for you, " Amanda said turning around and rubbing her hands..

wilbie raised an eyebrow.." what do you mean.." he said as he didn't notice Amanda creeping up behind him holding a purple scarf and before he knew it, she quickly tackled him to the ground. as she then proceeded to try and place the purple scarf over his eyes and tie them tightly

" hey just what do you think your doing, get off me ! " he blurted as he struggled to push her off,

" how about you just hold still ! " she grunted trying to pin him down..how ever that proved to be rather difficult as he kept thrashing about.. she then looked up at Amber.." you know I could use some help here ! " she yelled.

" Oh right " she said as she ran over to assist her. where she proceeded to try and grab his legs only to be met with them kicking frantically, wilbie then managed to break free and push Amanda off, he then jump up and in a frantic mess. he tried to run away from the girls. while still blindfolded..

" I don't know what your deal Is but I'm out of here ! " he said as he ran towards what he thought was the exit, all while trying to rip off the blindfold.. he then blindly ran into the wall right next to the door..

both the sisters just winced as he then stumbled back groggily.." oOoh, *grunt* like I said..I'm. out of here, " he said before collapsing to the ground..

" um, you think he's okay ? " Amber said

" Uuh, I'm sure's he's fine, come on let's pick him up"

they soon took both hold of him and lifted him up as a he groaned and began to struggle again.

" ooh. just you wait, what ever you got planned...you girls are making a big mistake I'll tell you that " he dizzily said..

back at wilbie's home.

Helen was busily cleaning the house sense wilbie was out again for a bit, , she was fixed in her apron and head bandanna, as she was busily cleaning up the house while listening to some tunes by the beach boys on he radio, she was cleaning out things in wilbie's room such as pop cans and bags of chips that were littered around,.. she then took a hold of Babrba's cage as she began to carry it out into the living room..she did, she then heard the doorbell ring.

she quickly set Barbra down on the coffer table and turned down the radio, then made her way over to the door and answered it. to where she saw the ghoul girls standing,

" hello mrs. Mitchell, can wilbie come on out and play ? " Tanis said sweetly

" It's can he come hang out tanis. " winnie said shaking her head,

" oh hello girls, sorry. but he's not home right now, in fact he may not be back for another couple of hours " she informed them,.." hence why i am able to get some actual cleaning done, I was just about to start cleaning wilbie's room at the moment, would you like to come in though ? "

" oh. we don't want to intrude if your busy. " sibella said,

" Yeah we can always come back if your busy " Phantasma said.

" Nonsense girls. I'd love to have company. least let me offer you some refreshments. umm you see. I have some spoiled food i was going to toss out,..but if you would like..I mean..I hate the thought of food going to waste.." she began to explain,

the ghouls chuckled before she finished.

" say no more mrs. Michelle. we'll help you rid of some old food. " sibella chukled.

the ghouls then made there way into the house and into the living room. were they took a seat on the sofa's. though tanis went up to barbra's cage on the coffee table.

" Hi there barbs, how are you doing. " she said sweetly to the spider as she playfully watched the spider come up to greet her..

" hmm..wilbie's out eh. I wonder where he's gone off to. " winnie said itching her head..

" Probably to the only other two places he goes beside the Grimwood school. that being the Comic shop or the game store. " Elsa said with a chuckle.

" hmm. he did mention something about buying a new gaming system that was released.." winnie mentioned..

" I wonder what the appeal is to those video games. actually..what is a videogame supposed to be anyway ? " sibella wondered..

" I hear it's like a movie...only you can make things happen in it, you know...you choose what the main characters do. " Elsa said,

" interesting i suppose.. ? "

" OH are you wondering about where wilbie went ? " helen said entering the room again with some old banana's and apples.." cause he did go out yesterday to go and get a new gaming system. he woke up surprisingly early to go and buy it. he's been on it ever sense ." Helen giggled.. she then cleared throat as she put the food down on the coffee table..

to which all the gohuls helped themselves too..

" How ever right now. he actually went to go and..visit some other kids, apparently he was invited to some special Horror night at some rich kid's place. "

All the ghouls then exchanged glances, seemingly not being sure what to make of that..

" oh..he's making other friends then it seems..that's good ..I mean. I guess he'd probably want to hang out with some humans from time to time, " sibella said with a smile...though she seemed to have heavy tone to her voice..

" hmm...yeah must be good for him . " winnie said crossing her arms and looking down at her paws.." boys are they ? " she said.

" oh what ? I'm sure that hasn't crossed his mind...he loves hanging with you girls. " and actually the two kids who invited him were girls.." Helen informed just then the phone rang on the other room.." oh you girls will have to excuse me. you enjoy those snack. " she said backing out the room to answer the phone..

" well..it really is nice that wilbie is making other friends.." Tanis said taking a bite of her banana
" I do wonder who it is, you'll think he'll tell us all about them when he returns.? " she questioned,

" I guess...but I don't know...something about this doesn't seem right to me " winnie said scratching a claw on he chin,

" What do you mean ? "

" well..think about it...two rich kids...both happen to be girls...invite wilbie to hang out..? something about that is setting an alarm off in my head, " she said." I mean..don't we know to girls who happen to be rich ? "

" gee you know what..your right...you don't think ? " phantasma said..

" come on girls...its probably just a coincidence " sibella tried to find a reason.

" well how about we ask " Phantasma suggested

" sounds like good idea to me " Elsa agreed.

just as helen returned into the room again. winnie jumped up to ask the question..

" hey Mrs M...we were wondering. did you happen to catch the names of those girls wilbie went to go visit ? "

" oh..well I'm afraid I can't remember what there names were. but well from what I recall there last's names were Langly..yes that was it " she said.

all the ghouls eyes widen as they heard those words come out of her mouth.

" langly you say ? " winnie said sounding alarmed.

" yes langly. I remember that.. why do you know anyone with that last name ? " Helen asked. suddenly She was interrupted again by a beeping sound coming from the kitchen.." oh my..the roast is ready to go in. sorry again girls last time, " she said as she went into the kitchen..

" okay...this is not good..something is defiantly up.." Winnie said, " those to brats are nothing but trouble I tell you, "

" I agree...why on earth would Amber and Amanda want to hang out with wilbie..not offense to him but he's not the type they'd enjoy being around. " Elsa said,

" yea, remember when they first met him...they made fun of him as soon as they could..they are up to no good for sure.

" and that fact it's a horror night they are throwing...definitely means they have something bad planned...but what could it be ? " Phantasma said .

" what should we do...they probably are planning torturing him " tanis said alarm

sibella thought for a moment...she knew very well those sisters were up to something bad, they always were..but she couldn't even guess what they had in store for him..but all she knew was..they had to do something before they did something awful...

" well...I think we need to go and get him back...you are right tanis. those girls are cruel..wilbie hasn't known them long enough to probably see that..but we do..those girls will go beyond plying a harmless prank on anyone they can .and we may be his only chance.." sibella said standing up " we need to go and save him..."

winnie then jumped up onto the couch again.." winnie let out a howel.." I agree, I can't bare the thought of those Langley's harming him with what ever horrible thing they have planned " winnie said . she then imagined a scenario with wilbie tied above a boiling pit of lava..with the two sister cackling evilly as they slowly lowered him down.." she began to sweat..at the thought..

" well then. let's get to it, I know where they might live.." Elsa said standing up...

" yeah let's go teach those Langley's a lesson. ! " winnie growled..

" alright then...the grimwood ghouls to the rescue ! " all the ghouls said having strike'd a heroic pose...
they then looked at one another a little awkwardly..

* ahem * " well come on then, let's go. " sibella said as she made her way to the door. followed by the others..

shortly after they left. Helen came back into the room...she noticed that the girls were gone...

" um, thanks for coming ? " she said a little confused...though the one thing she did notice was that Barbra was not i her cage either...
