Totally Spies: Clover's Totally Fabulous Birthday

Chapter 11

"Happy Birthday, Clover!" Everyone shouted.

Clover, who was wearing a party hat like everyone else, blew out the candles on her birthday cake. Everybody clapped.

After Grace Husk was taken away to the WOOHP holding facility, Clover and the other spies headed back to the penthouse for her birthday party.

And to say that Clover was really surprised and happy at how well the place was decorated would be an understatement. She was also really impressed by the cake.

"Thanks, everybody," Clover said with a big smile. "Now let's dig into some birthday cake."

"Me first!" Alex said excitedly.

Everybody took a piece of birthday cake. As they ate the cake, they conversed.

"You know, except for the part where my birthday was almost wrecked and my sister was abducted by yet another revenge crazed villain…" Clover started speaking. "Today was perhaps the best birthday ever!"

"We're happy you had a good time, Clover," Stella responded to her daughter.

"And it was even better that I got to spend it with my best friends and my family," Clover pointed out. She turned to Daisy. "And that my awesome little sister could be here for it."

"I really enjoyed spending time with you and your friends too, Clover," Daisy said with a big smile. "And I can't wait till I start training to be a spy like you!"

"Yeah, me neither!" Clover said excitedly.

"I am very happy that me and mom will be staying in Malibu for another for days for my spy-training," Daisy commented.

"And I'll be there the whole time watching your sister and her friends train you, Daisy," Stella responded with a smile.

"Thanks, Mom," Daisy said as she smiled back.

"And Alex and I will be inviting our moms over to watch too," Sam pointed out.

Alex squealed in excitement, "This'll be so great!"

"I just hope I do good at it," Daisy said nervously.

"I'm sure you will, little sis," Clover assured her little sister.

"Yeah, don't worry, Daisy," Sam assured the young girl. "I'm sure you'll make a terrific spy."

"Yeah, maybe you'll even be a super-spy like us!" Alex added.

"You really think so?" Daisy beamed.

"Well, we should see what Jerry thinks of Daisy's skills first before jumping the gun on that, Alex," Sam pointed out.

"Yeah, you're right," Alex agreed. "Still, I think you'll do well, Daisy."

"Thanks, guys," Daisy responded. "But right now, let's put all our attention on my awesome big sister, Clover. It's still her day, after all. And she's also my hero for saving my life."

"Couldn't have said it better myself, Daisy," Sam as she held up her drink. "To our best friend, Clover's birthday."

"Cheers!" Everyone else said as they held up their drinks.

"Aw, you guys, this is so sweet," Clover said, choking up with happiness. "Sammy, Alex, Daisy, Mom, all of you guys, I'm really lucky to have very supportive friends and family like you."

"And we're really lucky to have a friend like you, Clover," Alex spoke. "Right, everybody?"

Everyone else murmured in agreement. With that, everyone else continued eating their cake.

Later on, it was time for Clover to open her birthday presents. Clover was very happy with all of the gifts she had received from all of her friends and family. Most of them were all more outfits, of course, but that's just how Clover liked it.

"Alright, everyone, gather in for a picture!" Dean announced.

Dean was setting up a camera on a stand as everyone gathered in for a group photo. Dean set the timer on the camera before getting in the picture.

The camera flashed and took the photo.

As the picture was taken, Clover had the biggest smile on her face. Aside from having to fight a baddie and rescue her sister, it was a very happy birthday for her.

The End…
