Darius, Jungle, Night
Darius, Kenji, and Sammy were still being held by Mitch and Tiff.
Mitch and Tiff weren't having it this time as they held them at electric staff point.
"Look babe, all I'm saying is maybe, you could have handled it better." Mitch whispered to Tiff who scoffs in response.
"Excuse me?" Tiff asked almost daring him to repeat what he said.
"Now, now, now wait don't get mad." Mitch said defensively.
"Don't get mad?!" Tiff repeated as the two began bickering incoherently.
"Okay, step one is take their guns away, what do we do after that?" Sammy whispered to Darius.
"We run." Was Darius' simple answer.
"But what if Rexy shows up?" Kenji asked in a hushed tone.
"Run faster." Darius replied as they hear Tiff and Mitch start getting louder.
"Oh so it's my fault the girl got away, like it was 'my' idea to bring these kids along, just like it was 'my' idea to spend our last anniversaries with our families." Tiff said exasperated.
"You know your mother hates m-" Tiff is cutoff by Mitch.
"Hey! How much further to the watering hole? And what are you three whispering about?" Mitch asked them as the group stopped.
"I was just saying..." Darius trailed off.
"The watering hole is right this way!" Kenji picks up for him.
Tiff gasps. "We're here at last." Tiff said as they began walking forward again.
As they got through the bushes Mitch and Tiff realize that there was no watering hole...they were just on main street.
"This isn't the watering hole babe, does this look like the watering hole?" Mitch asked Tiff.
"Sure doesn't." Tiff responded sinisterly.
Ali
The group was still examining the map Darius had given Yasmina.
"If he's taking them to main street, isn't that where-" Ali is cut off as they heard growling coming from the forest.
Ali jumps in front of Brooklynn and Yasmina in a defensive position in order to protect them against whatever was making their way towards them.
Suddenly a large Ankylosaurus came into view as she bellowed and tackled Ali to the ground.
Yasmina gasped in fear and shut her eyes tight.
She opened her eyes in confusion as she heard Ali chuckling and noticed the Ankylosaurus nuzzling him.
"Bumpy?" Yasmina questioned recognizing the Ankylosaurus before she looked up.
There was...Ben albeit dressed way differently but it was definitely him riding Bumpy.
Ben leaps off of Bumpy and turns to Yasmina. "Hey." Ben said lamely as they both just stared at eachother.
Ben feeling a bit awkward cleared his throat and extended his hand. "Yasmi-" Ben is cutoff as Yasmina embraces him into a sibling-like embrace.
Ben returns the hug. "You're a hugger now?" Ben asked through a suppressed voice.
"Still have mixed feelings about it, but you-" Yasmina cuts herself as she hugs Ben again.
"Okay, okay, we get it Ben's alive, but can we do this after our friends are saved!?" Ali yelled/asked as he held his face away from them.
Yasmina scoffs at him. 'Is he jealous?' Yasmina mentally questioned but didn't tease him for now.
"Right, right, Darius is taking the hunters into the T Rex lair instead of the watering hole." Brooklynn informed Ben who scrunched his face up in confusion.
"What? Why would Darius purposely walk into a T Rex lair?" Ben asked finding that to be absurd.
"The geography effect, Darius, Sammy, and Kenji know how to maneuver their way through the main street terrain, Tiff and Mitch don't so it's an easier way to shake them." Ali explains to the others.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go help them!" Yasmina exclaimed firmly.
"Yes, Bumpy and I are ready to roll." Ben said leaning on Bumpy.
"But wait, how are we going to get there before them? This bike nor Bumpy is fast enough for that." Ali points out.
"Well there is one obvious shortcut." Brooklynn said pointing to the vents.
"Welp, we don't have much of a choice, come on folks." Ali said as he put his helmet on.
Yasmina and Brooklynn put on helmets as they both got on the back of the bike.
Ali drives off carrying them as Bumpy and Ben follow behind.
Vents
"We're doing this!" Brooklynn yelled whooping as they flew through the vents.
Ben and Bumpy were right behind them as Bumpy was easily keeping up with the bike.
"Left!" Ali exclaimed as all three of them banked left to make a left turn.
They drive down the hallway until they come to another turn. "Now right!" Ali exclaimed as the three of them all banked right.
"Can we try and cut down on all of these sharp turns!" Yasmina exclaimed with a yelp.
Suddenly they're all forced to yelp as Ali hit the breaks hard stopping them from slamming into a gate.
"That was close." Ali said as he got off the bike followed by Yasmina and Brooklynn who sighed in relief of being alive.
Soon Bumpy and Ben ran up to them and noticed the gate.
"Ben, get Bumpy to break the gate down, maybe her strength is enough." Ali suggests as Ben nods and he and Bumpy walk up to the gate.
"Let's take this down Bumps." Ben said hitting the gate with the electric staff.
Bumpy then bellows and charged at the gate slamming her tail into it.
The gate didn't budge at all causing Ben to panick slightly.
Bumpy kept slamming her tail club against the gate repeatedly to no avail.
Ben then joins in as he wildly grunted whilst hitting the gate.
"Yea, I don't think wild child and his amazing dino will be able to punch through that gate." Yasmina pointed out.
"There's gotta be something we can do." Ali said in thought as he sighed exasperatedly.
"What are we gonna do now?" Brooklynn asked as they all sat there watching Ben assault the gate.
Darius
Darius, Kenji, and Sammy were being cornered by Mitch and Tiff who stalked towards them menacingly.
"You think this is some kind of joke?" Tiff asked infuriated.
"Well, if Ali was here he'd probably somehow spin this into a joke." Kenji pointed out as Tiff growled.
"But, the watering hole is just thr-" Darius is cutoff as Mitch turns his electric staff on.
"Don't lie to me Darius." Mitch said darkly.
The kids had backed up all the way they could as they were cornered by a bookshelf.
"You little liars!" Tiff exclaimed prodding at them.
"Now!" Darius exclaims as they turn and push the old bookshelf forward distracting Mitch and Tiff.
They ran away as Kenji picked up the bag that had Mitch and Tiff's guns inside.
"Ugh, they took the guns!" Tiff exclaimed in annoyance as they watched the kids' retreating forms.
"It'll be easier for us if they're alive." Mitch suggested as Tiff cackled maniacally.
"Maybe, then again...maybe not." Tiff said sinisterly as she turned on her electric staff.
Ali
Ben and Bumpy were still mercilessly trying to break down the gate.
"It's not budging!" Ben informed them as if they didn't already notice that.
"Gee was that before or after the three hundred and thirty second hit?" Yasmina asked sarcastically.
"There has to be a way to get to them, they need us." Ali said as he closed his eyes.
Suddenly Brooklynn jumps and turns around due to a sound.
"There it is again..." Brooklynn said as she walked towards the sound.
Ali follows her as he signals the others to follow her aswell.
Brooklynn gets to a hallway where the sound was most prominent from and notices a door with a red flashing light on the handle.
Ali walks leisurely towards it as he put his ear against the door.
"There's electricity surging through here, if we could get in there we're definitely going to be able to open that gate." Ali said as he looked at Brooklynn.
"Brook, use your keycard to open the door." Ali directs her as she nodded and ran over.
Brooklynn inserted her card as the light switched from red to green meaning the door was opened.
The group began laughing in celebration of their success.
Their laughs were replaced with coughs as the room hit them with a lot of steam.
"Okay guys, let's go." Ali said coughing slightly after the steam cleared.
He led the team down the eerie hallway with red flashing lights.
"Woah, it's cold enough in here to-" Ben is cutoff by Brooklynn.
"Freeze flowers." Brooklynn said ominously as Ben looked at her confused.
"Is that a thing people say now?!" Ben asked/yelled.
"Nope, just Brooklynn being Brooklynn." Ali finishes as Ben looked at him with wide eyes.
"How are you not cold?!" Ben asked/yelled at Ali as he notices his jersey had no sleeves and he was wearing shorts.
"I'm from New York, this is mildly cool to us, isn't that right, Yas?" Ali questioned with a smirk.
"Yup, this is nothing." Yasmina said returning the smirk.
Ben looked at them as if they both grew two heads.
Darius
"The plan actually worked!" Sammy yelled as she Kenji and Darius ran away from Mitch and Tiff with their bag.
"Yea, but just keep moving!" Kenji yelled in response.
"Kenji's right...we have their guns...but we still gotta lose them." Darius said as he pants heavily.
"Kids! Get back! We just wanna talk!" Mitch exclaims as he and Tiff chased them down.
"Quick! Split up!" Darius orders as the three of them go in seperate directions.
Mitch and Tiff lost sight of the three kids and were now stalking around main street in search of them with electric sticks readied.
"Where'd they go?" Tiff asked in annoyance.
She recieved no response as they kept searching through the debris to find them.
They spot a familiar baby blue shirt as the body of Darius appeared for a brief second catching their attention.
Mitch signals tiff to move in. "Be reasonable D!" Mitch exclaimed as they both began moving in.
"You know we're hunters right?!" Mitch asked/yelled.
Kenji was crawling as he heard them yell and resisted the urge to flinch at their shouts.
"Just give us our guns back and we can forget this ever happened!" Tiff exclaimed as Sammy crept with the gun bag, with a look of fear on her face.
"There's only so long you can hide until we find ya!" Mitch exclaimed as they kept persisting.
Kenji realizing Mitch was getting closed to him crawled forward to avoid being caught, Sammy and Darius also crawled forward.
"Darius! Kenji! Sammy! Sweety! Kids!" Tiff called out only to receive no answer.
The search was intensifying.
Ali
Ali was still leading his team through the eerily lit tunnels.
Brooklynn and Yas walked beside him as Ben walked behind with Bumpy.
Yasmina felt a bit cold so she snuggled up to Ali slightly.
"It's coming from over here!" Brooklynn yelled as they all turned their attention to a door with a red light.
The light soon turned green as Brooklynn swiped her card over it.
As the door opens, they step into a dark room.
Ali goes in front of Brooklynn and puts an arm in front of her protectively as he inspected the room.
Ali notices a chair in front of a desktop setup with controls that didn't make sense to him.
"Alright guys, the coast is clear." Ali informs them as they all walked in a looked around.
Bumpy growled at the ominous place as Ben tried to calm her down.
"What is all this?" Yasmina asked to herself.
"This must be some kinda back up power center, and from the looks of it, it wasn't exactly an authorized one." Brooklynn says directing their attention to the ingen logo.
"We have to find something to help Kenji, Sammy, and Darius, start searching!" Ali orders as he alongside Brooklynn searched the control panels.
Darius
Darius, Kenji, and Sammy were still warily crawling as Mitch and Tiff menacingly stalked them.
Sammy wasn't looking where she was going causing her to accidentally slam into a box.
Darius and Kenji both gasp in fear as Sammy tried to retrieve the guns.
The collision from before got the attention of Mitch and Tiff as they walked towards the noise.
Suddenly a loud screech is heard causing Tiff and Mitch to get startled.
Mitch accidentally backs into a piece of debris distracting them.
Sammy quickly picks up the guns as they were distracted.
"Nice one." Tiff said sarcastically to her husband.
Mitch feeling embarrassed kicks the piece of debris away as they began to search again.
Kenji, Sammy, and Darius were still crawling away in fear.
Suddenly a low screech is heard as they turn to notice a little Compy.
The Compy was making a ton of noise as the kids tried to shoo it away.
The Compy then roots around for something that was between Kenji's legs.
It was a slice of pizza that is pulled out, causing a heavy amount of noise.
All of the noise caught the attention of Mitch and Tiff as they made their way to the sound.
The kids crawled to another hiding space quietly.
Darius then pointed something out to the group as they began smiling.
The three then began deliberately shaking an umbrella that was in the air.
This caught Mitch's attention as he narrowed his eyes.
Mitch and Tiff made their way to the umbrella.
"Got ya, ha!" Tiff exclaimed as she shocked them.
Only to be left in shocked, it wasn't even them, it was a cardboard cut out of Brooklynn.
Mitch and Tiff looked at eachother with confused expressions.
Ali's Team
"We have to find something! Anything!" Ali shouted as they were all frantically looking for ways to help the others.
"We're trying! We have to find a way to get the power on!" Yasmina shouted in response.
"None of these buttons work!" Ben exclaimed as he and Brooklynn kept mashing the control system buttons.
"One of them has to be! I once helped some Deutch people find an actual needle in a haystack, I can do this." Brooklynn said determined to help.
"Okay, I'm counting on you Brook." Ali said as Brooklynn nodded to him.
Ali then noticed a hatch on the wall as he looked at it thoughtfully.
Ali then pulled the latch pack with a grunt of effort as he noticed it was actually a power panel.
Ali then flips a switch in the panel as the lights suddenly flicker on.
They did it, the power was finally on causing them all to let out relieved sounds.
Brooklynn sighed in relief as she noticed the monitors power on.
"Ali! You did it!" Brooklynn exclaimed happily as Ali smirked.
Yasmina lunged at him and hugs him catching him by surprise, he eventually gets over the stupor and hugs her back.
"Way to go, all star." Yasmina whispered in his ear.
"Thanks, track star." Ali whispered back as they broke apart and went over to Brooklynn.
Brooklynn started pressing a few buttons and flipping switches.
This causes some of the lights in the actual park to turn on.
Yasmina sits at another one of the control seats and did the same thing Brooklynn did.
This caused all of the power in the park to be restored.
Darius' team
Darius, Sammy, and Kenji watched as the lights came back on with surprised expressions.
Back with Ali's team
The gang watched as the screens on the monitor showed footage of different parts of the park.
Ali, Brooklynn, and Yasmina cheered.
Ben was busy looking at a green button in the power panel.
"Hmm, I wonder what this does." Ben says as he pushed the button.
Ben looked around to notice any changes, after he notices nothing he began spamming the button.
After nothing happened Ben just gives up and walks over to the others.
Little did he know, somewhere in another room that button he pushed would be releasing Hell upon the island.
"Okay guys, let's find the camera that shows the others." Ali said as Yasmina and Brooklynn nodded and kept toggling through the cameras.
"You guys look! Look! They're right there!" Yasmina yells out pointing at the others running through main street.
"Woo!" Ali cheers as they all burst into cheers at the sight of their friends.
"Finally!" Brooklynn exclaimed happily as she had saved her cru- Ahem, Kenji, Sammy, and Darius.
Ali then stops cheering as he noticed they wore worried expressions on their faces.
Suddenly the entire group gasps as they noticed Mitch and Tiff stalking their friends.
"Shoot! Shoot! No!" Brooklynn exclaimed holding her head.
"Darius! Kenji! Sammy! Behind you!" Brooklynn yelled trying to use the speaker.
"Kenji!" Ben exclaims as they all frantically tried to get their attention.
"They can't hear us unless we get that speaker working." Ali said solemnly as he looked at the screen trying to divise a plan.
Darius' group
"It's over! And don't you even think about running!" Tiff exclaimed anrgily causing them to get startled.
They were now cornered. "Where did you think you were going? You really think we wouldn't find you in the jungle?" Mitch asked smugly.
"Well, our od-" Kenji is cutoff as Mitch growls at him making him shutup.
Mitch and Tiff began walking towards them as they backed up in fear.
"This isn't a game, children give me the guns." Tiff said menacingly.
"We can't let you shoot dinosaurs." Darius said defiantly.
Kenji stepped to his side. "We WON'T let you shoot dinosaurs." Kenji said emphasizing the word won't.
"Hm, brave of you, but that's not really your call, is it? Give me the weapons D." Mitch said stretching his hand out.
Darius looked at him with a hardened glare and shook his head.
"I'm n-" Mitch is cutoff by a beeping sound.
It was the tablet Tiff was carrying, Tiff picked up the tablet and noticed there was power.
Tiff gasped in realization aswell as Mitch did.
"Whoever turned on the power, thank you!" Tiff exclaimed as she and Mitch began laughing.
"Sorry D, I guess we don't need you to show us where the watering hole is anymore." Mitch said smugly turning away from them as him and Tiff looked at the tablet's display.
"Oh no." Sammy said solemnly as the three kids looked distraught.
Suddenly a loud stomp is heard as the ground shakes.
The kids turned to their right and notice they were right in front of the T Rex nest.
"Oh, this makes everything so much better." Kenji says sarcastically.
Ali's team
"Where's the stupid speaker button!" Brooklynn exclaimed frantically.
"Hey! Wave if you can hear us!" Yasmina exclaimed.
"Guys look!" Ali exclaimed as he directed their attention to another camera.
They saw a tail leave the frame causing them to gasp, it was Rexy.
"This situation just got ten times worst." Ali said to nobody in particular.
Darius' team
"We have to go." Darius says to Kenji and Sammy quietly as they kept hearing the stomps.
"What's that one?" Mitch asked pointing at the red bogie on the map which belonged to Rexy.
"Hm." Was Tiff's brilliant response as the loud stomps got closer.
"We need to go, now." Kenji said urgently as the three began running.
Ali's team
They watched on in horror at the peril their friends were facing right now.
Brooklynn kept flipping through the cameras to find the T Rex.
She finally found the T Rex, the bad part was it was heading to main street, where the others were.
"Oh no." Brooklynn said in a hushed tone, voicing everyone's thoughts.
Darius' team
The trio watched in horror as the T Rex stomped into their view.
Without a second thought they all split up and ran away from the beast.
Rexy doesn't pay attention to the kids, she notices Mitch and Tiff standing to her right.
Rexy roars loudly right into their faces.
"B-Babe shoot it!" Tiff exclaimed in fear.
"With what?" Mitch asked in a hushed tone.
Rexy roars at them forcing them to run away screaming.
Rexy then begins flipping things around with her large head.
A piece of wood she flung hits Sammy causing her to fall and drop the guns that Darius had given to her.
"Sammy! No!" Kenji exclaimed as he turned around to help her up.
Darius runs over as they all tried to pick the guns up.
Mitch and Tiff run over and grab onto the other half of the bag and began a game of tug o' war.
"No!" Darius exclaimed as they all grunted trying to pull the bag away from Mitch and Tiff.
Suddenly Rexy growls loudly and snaps at them causing them all to let go of the bag in order to avoid being killed.
Mitch somehow still had a hold of the bag as it was also hooked in Rexy's mouth.
Kenji, Darius, and Sammy run over into hiding.
Rexy began swinging Mitch around causing him to yell in fear.
Suddenly Rexy flipped her head upwards as she got the bag off her tooth and dropped Mitch in the process.
Rexy then diverts her attention to Tiff with a loud roar as Tiff backed away in fear.
Rexy then snaps at Tiff causing her to duck and run.
Tiff makes her way over to Mitch as she helped him up and they ran away with the guns being chased by Rexy.
The couple run under a building in order to escape the monster.
Mitch falls behind Tiff as Rexy pokes her head through the pillars.
Rexy was too big, causing her to get stuck between the pillars.
Mitch realizing he had the upper hand rises up and began striking Rexy with the electric stick.
Rexy lets out pained roars causing the kids to close their eyes feeling sorry for her.
Rexy lets out a loud roar of anger and pain as Mitch and Tiff take off running into the jungle not taking any more chances with death.
With one last pull, Rexy rips herself out of the pillars breaking one in the process.
Rexy roars loudly in anger that her assailants got away.
"She's in the way of the exit." Kenji whispers to Sammy and Darius as they laid low to stay out of her sights.
Their breaths were ragged as they watched Rexy march by them.
Ali's team
"Okay, so we got rid of the Mitch and Tiff problem for now but, we just have this one obstacle left, come on guys." Ali said urgently.
Rexy seemingly was about to walk back to her nest.
"That's it, be a good girl and go on back home." Brooklynn said calmly as she squeezed Ali's shoulder anxiously.
Darius' team
They watched in anticipation as Rexy stopped at her nest entrance.
Suddenly Rexy's head raised up as she turned her head back and began grunting.
Rexy turned fully around and began walking towards the table they were hiding behind.
Sammy gasped sharply and began hugging Kenji tightly.
Rexy began inspecting their table, it's like she knew they were there all along.
Rexy then moves a chair out of the way but it wasn't enough to fully expose them.
Darius scoots closer to Kenji and Sammy as they all huddled together.
After what felt like years of breathing heavily, Rexy looks under the table causing them all to scream and run.
Rexy roars and chases after them.
The trio drop down and sit in between two walls that were close enough to stop Rexy's attacks.
Rexy tried her best to snap and bite at them.
Ali's team
They were pressing random buttons and flipping random switches looking for a way to help.
"There's gotta be another way to help!" Brooklynn exclaimed frantically.
Ali looked at all the buttons trying to find one that could help.
"Come on guys, just hang in there a little longer." Ali says determined.
Darius' team
Rexy was still trying to get at them as they all shrieked in terror.
"We are literally staring death in the mouth right now!" Kenji exclaimed as they all watched Rexy's giant teeth chomp at them.
Ali's team
Ali noticed a few corresponding controls as he gained a determined expression and began doing the controls.
"This has to work." Ali said as they all looked at the camera in anticipation.
Darius' team
"Wednesdays, are kids eat free days at Jurassic World." Said a voice over a loud speaker gaining Rexy's attention.
"Pastries are half off, try the tricera-muffin cake." The voice irritated Rexy who roared loudly at it.
Rexy was distracted from Kenji, Sammy, and Darius.
Ali's team
The group began cheering because the plan had worked.
"Yes!" Ali exclaimed as he highfives Brooklynn who chuckles happily.
Yasmina gets up and giddily hugs Ali as he picked her up and twirled her around.
Ali puts Yasmina down as she blushed slightly but still smiled at him.
"You never cease to amaze me." Yasmina said grinning.
"Right back at you, Yas." Ali said as they turned back to the camera alongside the others.
"Let's add some more to this plan." Ben says with a smirk as he began playing with the park lights causing them to flicker.
Darius' team
Rexy roared in confusion at this, she was trying to figure out this oddness.
"Ah! The park is haunted!" Kenji exclaimed as Sammy chuckled at him.
Rexy was already disoriented as she began roaring annoyed.
To top off the diversion, a T Rex hologram appears in front of her confusing her even further.
Rexy then begans to challenge the hologram not understanding it wasn't real.
"Let's get out of here while we can!" Darius exclaims as they all agreed and ran away escaping Rexy.
Ali's team
They were all cheering and celebrating their victory.
"Hey Brook, if you ever wanted to make a prank channel on YouTube please tell me the first upload's gonna be called "Pranking a literal T Rex!" Ali said chuckling.
"You bet ya, all star." Brooklynn replied with a chuckle of her own.
Suddenly the speaker gives a feedback noise drawing their attention as they all looked confused.
Darius' team
They were all panting heavily as they ran through the jungle frantically in order to ensure they were nowhere near that beast.
"Did that really just happen? Did we really just make it out alive?" Sammy asked not believing it.
"This is the same question I ask myself everyday we are on this island!" Kenji yells in response.
"Yea but, the lights were definitely not part of the plan. " Darius said panting.
"From now on our plans should only include one step." Sammy said exasperatedly.
"What would that be?" Kenji asked her.
"Run?" Darius said in a questioning tone.
"Survive!" Sammy answered for them.
Suddenly they hear a speaker receiving sound that caused them to stop and look up in confusion.
"Hm, I wonder if I could get Kenji to believe I'm a ghost if I talk in a spooky voice." Said the voice of Ali over a loud speaker.
Kenji looked around with an annoyed expression at that comment.
"Ali?" Darius stated in a questioning tone.
"Where are you guys?!" Sammy asked/yelled.
"We found a backup generator and turned the power on." Said the voice of Brooklynn.
Ali then notices them making signals and shouting at them, but the audio was messed up because they couldn't hear them.
"We can't hear you guys, what's going on? Do you know what happened to Tiff and Mitch?" Ali asked rapidly.
Sammy, Darius, and Kenji then began to make random signals trying to say the watering hole.
"The watering hole! You know Ceratosaurus central!" Kenji exclaimed.
"Uh, still can't hear you, act it out!" Brooklynn yelled as they began acting like they were drinking water.
"Oh! I love this game! Um, is it a book!" Ben suggested.
"Um is it a circle!" Yasmina adds in.
Darius then makes a circle with his arms as Kenji and Sammy began drinking from it.
"They're drinking uh, they're drinking water!" Yasmina exclaimed as this lights a bulb for them, Ali gasps and looks at her.
"The watering hole, Tiff and Mitch are heading to the watering hole." Ali announced as Kenji, Darius, and Sammy showed their thumbs up.
Darius then makes a gun signal and fires the fake gun.
"Mitch and Tiff know where the watering hole is." Yasmina said in a hushed tone.
"And they're going to kill all the dinosaurs." Brooklynn adds in.
"This is...bad." Ali said as they all looked fearful at this situation.
