Chapter Nine

"You... you love me? No one cares about me. I'm just that kid who everyone hates," he said, his voice filled with a mixture of bitterness and pain. Hinata shook her head gently. "No, Naruto, you are so much more than that," she said, her heart breaking for the young boy who felt so 's eyes burned with determination as he clenched his fists. "I'm going to show them all! Watch, I'm going to become Hokage, and then they'll respect me! I won't just be that kid anymore!"

If you truly love this village, then nothing will stop you from becoming Hokage."Naruto looked down at the ground, pondering her words. After a moment, he looked up at her with a hopeful expression. Naruto was pretty annoyed as he found himself back in the Leaf Village, but something was off it looked different. He was standing in front of the Hyuga Clan compound, confusion washing over him. "Why didn't Hinata agree to this?" he muttered to himself, feeling , he felt a familiar weight on his shoulder. "Naruto boy," Grandpa Toad croaked, appearing out of nowhere, "you must pass this trial.""What trial?" Naruto asked, but before he could get an answer, the old toad had vanished."Great," Naruto grumbled. Just then, he saw a small figure in the distance a young Hinata, her tiny body trembling as she faced off against Neji. "Again, Hinata," her father commanded, his tone cold and attacked, and Hinata fell to the ground, gasping in pain. The sight of her suffering made Naruto's blood boil. He couldn't just stand there and do nothing."Stop!" Naruto yelled out, rushing forward without Neji and Hiashi turned towards him, surprised. "Who are you?" Hiashi demanded, his voice sharp."It doesn't matter who I am!" Naruto shot back, glaring at Hiashi. "Why are you doing this to her?"Hiashi's expression hardened. "I'm the clan leader. This is clan business."
"Clan business?" Naruto repeated disbelief in his voice. "Why are you doing this to her?"
"Because she's weak," Hiashi said coldly. "She's making our clan weak."
"Don't call her weak!" Naruto shouted, his fists clenched in anger. "Hinata isn't weak, she's loving and caring, just like your wife was! To become strong, you need love, and you need to care enough to protect those you love. Being strong isn't about controlling someone with fear!"
Hiashi's eyes narrowed, but Naruto didn't back down. "Come with me, Hinata," he said, turning to her and holding out his hand. "I'll always show you love."Hinata, still trembling, looked up at Naruto with wide, tear-filled eyes. Slowly, she reached out and took his hand, allowing him to help her to her that moment, the world around them began to shimmer, and Naruto felt a warmth in his heart. "Trial completed: trust," a voice echoed in his mind.
Naruto blinked as the world returned to normal. He looked down and saw Hinata in his arms, not the young girl she once was, but the woman he loved. "Hinata," he breathed, holding her tight. "It's me."Hinata's eyes fluttered open, and she smiled up at him. "Naruto..."
"You both went to the past, to when you were most vulnerable," Grandpa Toad's voice echoed in Naruto's mind. "And you were able to get your past selves to trust each other."Naruto smiled, holding Hinata even tighter. "We did it," he whispered. "We passed the trial together."Hinata nodded, her heart filled with warmth and love. "Yes, Naruto... together."The purpose of this trial was to strengthen your trust in each other, emphasizing how crucial it is to rely on one another, especially when they cannot see or understand the full picture.
Granny Toad and Grandpa Toad appeared before Naruto and Hinata, presenting them with a rare toad flower, its petals closed tight. "This flower only blooms once every hundred years," Granny Toad explained. "But to make it bloom, you must be completely honest with each other. This is your second trial."

"Are you ready for your last trial?" Grandpa Toad asked, his voice filled with warmth and and Hinata nodded determination in their eyes.
In an instant, they were transported to a grand ceremony hall, unlike anything they had ever seen. The room was filled with all kinds of toads, each one dressed in ceremonial garb. The walls were adorned with intricate tapestries depicting legendary battles and moments of wisdom. In the center of the hall stood a magnificent statue of Jiraiya, Naruto's beloved sensei, watching over the proceedings with a proud smile carved into his stone face.
Grandpa Toad and Granny Toad stood at the front, their expressions serene yet full of excitement.
