Here we are at Chapter 61. We are back again baby! However, I need to tell you all something. I plan on doing five more chapters in this story, and then it will be completed. After that, I plan on taking a little break from Fanfiction for a while. I'm not done with Fanfiction, I just want a break after churning out so many chapters and stories nonstop. Hope you guys can understand. Anyway, it's time for more RWBY KEPL Chibi! I do not own RWBY. They belong to VIZ Media. I only own my OCs. Here's chapter 61. Enjoy.

Chapter 61: Augmentations

Skit 1: TMI

In the town square in Vale, Ruby and Khazhak wait around for their friend Penny to arrive.

"So, you have any idea why Penny wanted to meet with us today?" Khazhak asks.

"Um, Penny told me her dad gave her some prototype augmentations to try out and she wanted to show us. Since we're the only ones in Vale that know she's not a 'normal' girl, she wanted to show just us," Ruby shrugs her shoulders.

"Augmentations? She didn't get equipped with a grenade launcher or gas bombs or some kind of massive EMP, did she?" Khazhak gets nervous.

Ruby waves it off, "No no, nothing like that... I'm sure... I think,"

"Why does that not fill me with confidence?" Khazhak deadpans.

A few seconds later, Penny walks up to the pair, "Salutations, friend Ruby and friend Khazhak. I'm so glad you could make it!" and she's as cheery as always.

"Hey, Penny. So, what did you want to show us?" Ruby asks.

"Well, my father wanted to try and improve my sensory systems and make them work more like a normal human's. So, I wanted to show you how well they can do," Penny explains.

"Okay, how are you going to do that exactly?" Khazhak asks.

"See. A moment," Penny holds a hand to her ear. "I can hear sounds from an additional thirty miles away now. Like for instance, I can hear Weiss yelling as she chases Lloyd and Porphyrius. Something about the two boys dropping a bucket full of whipped cream onto her head and getting her hair all messy,"

...

"You guys are gonna pay for my hair bill! Do you hear me?!" Weiss screams while shooting ice shards at Lloyd and Porphyrius, who are running around while laughing.

...

"I can see them doing that. Weiss is too easy sometime," Khazhak notes.

"Next, I can smell the scent of lavender of the new shampoo brand Yukari is planning on making Voshkie'ahk use after she's tried it out herself. It smiles lovely, actually," Penny takes a long, big sniff in the air.

...

"Once I make sure this shampoo works perfectly, I'll make Voshkie'ahk use it. To think, the two of us using the exact same brand of shampoo. Ah, I can practically picture her using it in the shower. Her perfect body covered in soap and hot water as it cascades down her beautiful form," Yukari mutters, drool leaking out of her mouth.

"I'm gonna kill her," Khazhak grumbles.

"Calm down, Khazhak. No killing," Ruby pats his shoulder.

"Now for my eyes. My eyes have the most improvement. They come equipped with x-ray vision now. I can see through walls, through cars and suitcases. Even through people's clothing," Penny's eyes glow green.

"Wait, what?" Ruby gets scared.

Penny looks at Ruby, "Huh, I didn't think friend Ruby would wear underwear with little doggy-,"

"AH! Penny, look away! Look away, now! Khazhak, forget what you just heard. Don't listen to her!" Ruby covers Khazhak's ears while blushing.

"Huh, Ruby, is something wrong?" Penny remains innocently oblivious.

"Please, next time, have your father teach you more about common decency than simply giving you weird upgrades," Ruby groans.

Skit 2: Happy(?) Mother's Day

"You guys gotta help me!" Raven pleads.

Outside Beacon, Khazhak, Qrow, and Ruby watch as the bandit leader practically prostrates herself before them. And she's far too proud to ever do something like that. That means two things. One, this is very serious. Two, it can only involve one person.

"What do you want with Yang now?" Qrow crosses his arms.

"Well, Mother's Day is tomorrow, and I was hoping you could convince her to spend a little time with me. I am her mother after all," Raven explains.

"That's a matter of opinion. What makes you think we'd even agree to help you? More importantly, what makes you think Yang would even agree to spend time with you? You don't exactly have a good track record for any future 'mom of the year' awards," Khazhak is very skeptical of her.

"Okay, okay, I get it, I'm not the best mom around. That was Summer's forte, not mine. I just want to at least try and spend a little time with her. Please!" Raven resorts to begging now.

"This is a bad idea," Qrow gives his sister a flat stare.

"Yeah, maybe we should just-," Ruby begins, only for Raven to grab her by the ankles.

"Please, please help me! I promise I'll make it up to you. I'll buy you a baker's dozen of chocolate chip cookies," Raven is nearly in tears now.

"Really?! You've got a deal!" And Ruby is hooked.

Khazhak and Qrow merely facepalm. Ruby is so easy when it comes to negotiating.

...

Somehow, Ruby managed to convince her sister to spend some time with Raven. But, Yang never said she had to like it. Khazhak, Qrow, and Ruby would hang out nearby, watching in secret. Qrow and Ruby would watch Yang to make sure she's at least trying to hang out with her mother. And Khazhak watching Raven like a hawk to make sure she doesn't steal anything or give Yang bad habits. They first go to a local cafe for some sweets. Raven tries her best to reconnect with her daughter, but the blonde is not making it easy. When Raven offered one of her treats, Yang simply turns her head away in refusal. Raven frowns, but doesn't give up.

Next, they head to a local arcade to play some games together. Anytime Raven tried to coax Yang into playing one of the two-player games with her, Yang would just play one of the single-player games instead. As the trio of spectators watch these events unfold, Ruby starts feeling bad for Raven, Khazhak doesn't care, and Qrow just wants another drink. After they arcade, they hit the local shopping center for some clothes shopping. Yang had a little fun there, but Raven had no idea of local fashion trends, so it just became awkward. The day when by with the same or similar events until everyone finally returned to Beacon. Suffice it to say, Raven didn't make much progress, though that might be more Yang's fault than hers.

"Are we done for today?" Yang looks impatient.

"Y-Yeah... we're done. It was... fun, spending time with you, Yang," Raven looks defeated.

"Great. I'll be going now," Yang starts to walk away, but then stops and sighs. "I suppose... we could try this again another time. But next time, we do things my way," she says and leaves.

Raven's eyes fill with renewed hope, "Yes, of course! I look forward to it!"

"What the Hell? How'd she manage to get Yang to want to do this again?" Khazhak can't believe it.

"Beat me. Maybe because Raven agreed to pay for everything they did today," Qrow shrugs his shoulders.

It's one of life's mysteries and it probably won't get solved anytime soon.

Skit 3: Oriental Occasion

In her store, Yukari looks over some sketches for a few new designs she's working on. They all have the oriental them in mind, but the problem is this kind of clothing has to be perfect or else her customers won't buy them. Unfortunately, there aren't a lot of people here in Vale who wear this kind of thing. She needs someone who typically where's that style to give her an educated opinion on whether or not her new designs will work.

"Ugh, of course the show would be in Mistral. If I was there at my other store, this wouldn't be a problem. I have to find someone to try on these designs. Of course, I would love to have Voshkie'ahk try them on. She looks beautiful in anything, but these are primarily men's clothes. I won't do to her what Qrow once did, that drunk buffoon," Yukari mutters while walking out of her store. "Hmm, maybe I should look around and see if there's anyone else here is from Mistral and wears this kind of thing."

Yukari walks around the city, looking for anyone who could potentially help her with her little problem. Sadly, most people here are from Vale and don't wear Mistralian clothing. However, her luck changes when she hears some noise and spots Nora and Ren walking out of a small grocery store.

"I can't believe you ate all the syrup again. You know were supposed to share that with the rest of the team right. Besides, too much of that stuff will upset your stomach," Ren says, holding a few grocery bags.

"Hey, it's not my fault syrup tastes so good and your pancakes are delicious. Maybe you shouldn't have learned to cook so well. Actually, forget I said that. Otherwise, I wouldn't get to eat your delicious pancakes," Nora retorts.

Ren sighs, "Come on. Let's hurry back before the others get too hungry,"

"You're the one I've been searching for!" Yukari yelps when she pops up next to them.

"Excuse me?" Ren looks confused.

"Hey, back off, he's mine!" Nora stands in between them.

"Wait, what now?" Ren's even more confused.

"Listen, I don't mean it like that. I need your help. You're from Anima, right?" Yukari asks.

"Yes," Ren nods.

"Excellent. I just finished some new designs for a new series of men's clothing from Mistral, and I'd like you to try them on and tell me how they feel. Would you be willing to do it? I'll even pay you for the labor," Yukari asks.

"But, what about our pancakes?" Nora groans.

"If he gets paid, he'll have more money to get more ingredients and make even more pancakes," Yukari says.

"Deal! Let's go right now!" Nora's hooked and pulls Ren along.

...

Inside Yukari's store, Ren tries on a few outfits one would see in Anima or Mistral while Nora gets the chance to check him out in different outfits. First, he tries on a red Tang jacket with gold edging over black pants. Next, he's wearing a green Hanfu outfit with pink lotus designs on it. After that, Yukari has him try on a black Cheongsam outfit with matching pants underneath. All-in-all, Ren thought the outfits wear nice and well made. Nora certainly looks like she enjoyed them, since she was drooling all over her pancakes just staring at Ren. Suffice it to say, Yukari got exactly what she needed and was ready for the fashion show in Mistral.

And that's the chapter. It's nice being back in this story after a while. A different pace. Keep those ideas coming since there won't be many chapters left in this story. Until then, please Read and Review.
