The next morning at breakfast
" Elsa sat down at the dining table tinkering with one of her stitches on her arm, phantasma appeared next to her in curiosity,
" say, what ya doing ? " she said examining her,
" every night I keep waking up having lost something that keeps my body together, yesterday it was one of my neck bolts, this morning it was my entire left arm, it just became detached overnight..I think I need to used stronger stitches.." Elsa answered tying in the seams tighter...
" well at least your not losing your head huh ? " phantasma chuckled a little,
" heh, yeah at least not yet. " Elsa said finally completing the work,,
" so. do you think miss Grimwood decided who's going to be on the team yet ? " phantasma then asked,
" eh, beats me. but really how much does she have to choose from, ? "
" well, I thought we all did a pretty good job, I mean look at the strength you showed yesterday. it'd be crazy not to put you on the team. "
" hmmph. well to be honest, I'm still a little iffy on the matter, i just don't have the interest in sports I once had thanks to that, " elsa said shaking her head,
" aw, but that's the great thing, imagine victories we can have, after all we all got some special ability to aid us, " phantasma exclaimed,
" yeah, you even mean sibella, ? " Elsa said raising an eyebrow,..
phantasma then stopped looking so cheery and rubbed her head, " oh, you mean because of yesterday at tryouts ? "
" I'm not saying she's bad..but she did end up smacking a volly ball into someone's face, after trying like a dozen times, "
" well...I'm sure she can get the better hang of it, after all. practice does make perfect, " phantsama said wagging her finger in the air,
Just as they were speaking they both then notice sibella walking into the room,
" ooh, there she is, lets have her sit by us, so we can talk to her about the team,"
" what ever floats your ghost boat. " Elsa said now tightening another set of stitches on her body,
" hey sibella over here, ! " phantasma yelled across the room, trying to get her attention,
sibella groggily turned her head over to see them sitting down at the table, she let out a yawn and made her way over to them..
" hey sibella, we were wondering if you want to come and join us here for breakfast, sense we been trying out for the same team, we may start better getting to Know each other, " phantasma giggled,
" ooh, yeah, the sports team * yawn * I forgot about that for a moment, " sibella said almost sounding half asleep. she then sat down next to them, to which they notice her hair was a mess and not combed and there were bags under her eyes,
" whoa. you don't look to good, " elsa said noticing the lack of her concern for appearance,
" sibella just gave her a dirty look. then sighed. " I know., it's just, I had the worst night of my life last night,
" gee what happened ? " phantasma asked
" my new roommate is a nightmare; she has no respect for others. and kept me up all night with there annoying antics, " sibella moaned.
" sounds rough, who was it ? " elsa asked..
" Ah-ooooooo ! whos ready for some grub ! " they all heard a voice shout.
they all looked over to see winnie enter the room
sbiella just looked over at the others with a salty expression...
phantasma and elsa both looked at her . " ooooooh. " they both said...
" well, sense she was trying out for the team, we were going to ask here to sit near us, " Phantasma said a little sheepishly,
sibella groaned. " fine, I don't care, it's already morning and a new day, so she can't annoy any more now, "
phantasma then called over winnie. to come and sit by them.
winnie perked up and ear when she heard her name being called and looked over to see the others sitting at the table,
" uh hey, whats up ? " she said walking over to them.
" we thoughted you'd join us this morning, ya know for breakfast," phantasama explained,
" Me huh ? what for ? " winnie asked place her elbows down on the table,
" we want to discuss what you think about the sports tryout " she answered.
" oh, well if your wondering if we passed. I know for one I sure did, "
" i think we all have a good chance, " phanstasma nodded.
" well like I said, it's not like she has many others to choose from. and plus, she called us to her office yesterday to suggest we go to tryouts, would 't mean anything if she decided not to pick us. "
" Hey sibella ! " Leaona called out,
sibella looked over to see her friend approach them and take a seat,
" oh hey Leona, " sibella greeted her as she did, " excuse me a moment please, " sibella said to the others as she got up to greet her friend,
they let her be as they continued to talk to one another about the sports team matter,
" you won't believe-" Leona was about to say something when she cut herself off, focusing on sibella's hair. " oh my...you look, um, you ?, uh, you have a rough night or something ? " she said trying to find words to say,
sibella looked up at her hair and grabbed it " she let out a sigh.." you have no idea..." she said through her teeth,"
" oh...well sorry to hear that..want to talk about it ? " she said not sure what to make of it,
" no not really " sibella said eyeing up the werewolf with a groan, " please tell me what it is you wanted to say ? "
leoana shook her head and got back on track , " oh yeah, what i wanted to say was, after my graduation I'll be going somewhere exciting, " she said looking as though she was about to burst into excitement .
" oh really ? do tell me were " sibella said sounding eager to know,
" well after my graduation, i plan to travel cross the seas, and head to Transylvania,
" oh my, that's wonderful to hear, my fathers home country , what ever will you be doing there ? " she asked,
" well my parent's have some family who live near the coast, and as for graduation they want to take me some place beautiful and full of ghoul history," she said with gleeful tone,
" sibella softly smiled. " oh I have not been to Transylvania sense I was a small child, I'm so happy for you, such a fine place I hear it is, " sibella's smile then slightly faded away, " though i guess that means, we won't be able to talk much again, " she said with a sigh,
Leona then place a hand on her shoulder. " hey, I won't be there forever, and I promise, I will come back and visit sometime, " she reassured, " I mean I would love to travel and see the world , but I'll always have some fond memories of this place, so much won't stay away forever . " she said in a reassuring tone, " miss grimwood thought me a lot of things, and i'll know she'll do the same for you "
sibella smiled and nodded, she then look over at the other sitting at the table still chatting, " your right, i'll defiantly look forward to what ever that will be, "
Lenona smiled and nodded, " great to know, speaking of new things to learn, I want to ask, how's the vollyball thing holding up, ? "
sibella then frowned, " oh that is, uh, ugh i'm not sure what to say, after yesterday sorry again for hitting you with the ball by the way, " sibella quickly apologized
" oh, no need to worry about that...it was a blunder, " she said rubbing her cheek, " but hey, don't let that discourage you, you can only improve am I right, ? "she said with a shrug,
" yeah, though the weird thing is..ever sense That, I been getting weird looks from the other ghouls, its like they know what happened . i'm positive someone told them what happened ,
" oh what gives you that idea, " she said finding that thought a little amusing, just as she said that a zombie ghoul walked by and looked over at the both of them.
" hey, im so sorry about your face being assaulted by a ball, do to her poor sports skill, " she said motioning to sibella and then placing a comforting hand on Leona's shoulder, then proceeded to walk away...
Leona just stood there a little dumbfounded..." oooh, I see then "she said giving sibella a understanding look,
sibella sighed, " it has not been by week so far, I tell you things are getting more and more bizarre, and my new roommate doesn't help. " she said glaring over at winnie who was seen tossing a chocolate beetle pancake into the air, she attempted to catch it only to have it land on Elsa's head, who looked a little un-amused, specially by phantasma bursting into laughter..,
sibella rubbed then her chin and thought a little, she needed a way to get things back in order for herself, and for starters she was going to have to talk to miss Grimwood about her new roommate , there was no way she was going to endure another night with her, at least not let her continue with her annoying antics,..
