I don't own these characters; Disney/ABC does.
5: Oddball
Emma almost fell off of the stool she sat on in Two Witches Out of the Fire. Her eyes opened wide as she caught herself. Tired did not begin to explain how she felt. Maleficent stepped next to her and put a hand on her shoulder.
"Maybe it's time for you to go home and take a nap, Duckling," Maleficent said, her voice soft, concerned. The fact that she expressed worry over Emma kind of irked Emma. She was fine.
Emma shook her head. "I don't get it. I used to be able to stay up for days with no problem. Now, I'm trying to do a good job to help out and can't keep my eyes open."
"You're doing a lot, first and foremost. You've done it for a week straight for twelve hours, not counting you're up with Regina, too," Maleficent pointed out.
Emma frowned. "You're still here and you show up with Regina."
"You think I'm constantly moving in the back? I promise you I'm not. By the time we open, the most I have to do is replace anything we run out of. You've been on the move since the doors opened all week. You're allowed to be tired," Maleficent replied.
"You should go home and finish studying for your test. You have to take it soon, right?" Tink said, eyes full of concern.
"Things are slow right now." Maleficent motioned to the cafe. There were a few customers, but not many as it was ten in the morning. Most people were at work or school. The lunch rush would happen in a couple of hours.
Emma nodded and yawned. "But, I rode here with Regina. It doesn't make any sense to go home." She did not trust herself to walk there. She might just curl up on a park bench. It would not be the first time she caught a nap in a public space.
"Then, go to the place where you study and hang out with your friend. Just relax for a couple of hours," Maleficent said.
Emma groaned, but she did not argue. She needed a moment to turn off, even if she did not fall asleep. She grabbed her bag and took the ten-minute walk to Granny's. She did not say anything to Ruby, going straight to the back where there was a spot for her to sleep. Book bag as a pillow, Emma curled up on the floor. Her eyes drifted shut and then she was asleep… until Ruby shook her awake.
"You could've just gone up to my room in the B&B," Ruby pointed out.
Emma yawned. "I didn't think I was that tired, but I guess I wasn't thinking straight to begin with." That would explain why she slept on the floor like the homeless person she was. "How long was I out for?"
"It's almost noon and you have your free job waiting. You more than likely get a lunch rush and they probably need you back."
Emma rubbed her right eye with the heel of her hand. "Oh, yeah. You gotta come by soon." She needed her friends to experience Regina's dream and the tasty treats Regina and Maleficent created.
"I'll grab M&M and we'll come through after school." It was adorable and admirable that Mary Margaret was a teacher when she did not even have to work. Plus, she loved her job. Ruby also loved her job. Emma needed to be like them.
"Yes. Do that." Emma grinned and sat up. "Damn, I was supposed to study for this damn GED." I can't get like my friends if I don't get this stupid GED.
Ruby snorted. "You're ready for the damn test. You've been studying for weeks. Regina's been helping you, too."
Emma nodded. "True, but I'm so nervous. I can't fuck this up, Rubes. While Regina might not be open to dating now, if I level this shit up, when she is ready, we could date." Or so she hoped.
"Uh… I don't get why you think you have to do more than you're doing already. She's obviously into you already." Ruby waved the whole matter off.
"It's not about her being into me." Emma held up her index finger. "It's about me being able to take care of her like she takes care of me."
Regina deserved that much. Hell, that was the minimum. Regina deserved the world, the moon, and the stars. Emma needed to work on at least being able to treat Regina to lunch.
"Beyond that, I've told you about the people she dated. Even though Robin was an idiot and an asshole, he had a huge job and could shower her with gifts and take her on amazing dates if he wanted to. I can't do any of that," Emma pointed out, needing Ruby to understand she was not quite worthy of Regina yet.
Ruby scratched her head. "Yeah, but would Robin be running his ass ragged to help at her cafe?"
Emma rolled her eyes. "That's nothing."
"I feel like it's not, but we don't have time for that. You gotta go and I gotta get back to work before Granny gets a switch." Ruby chuckled.
Emma did not argue that and rushed back to Two Witches Out of the Fire. The place was packed with folks looking for soups, stew, salads, bread, and, of course, sweets. Emma tossed her backpack into a corner, put on an apron, and got to work.
"Had a good nap?" Tink asked with a wink without missing a beat as she rang a customer up.
"Good enough," Emma replied as she handed over a cup of tea and a donut to the customer.
Things were busy for almost an hour and a half, but the crowd thinned out. Emma retrieved her bag, went back to her stool, and opened her textbook. She barely read anything before the bell chimed for the door. She looked up.
"It smells damn incredible in here," Ruby said with a grin.
"Welcome to Two Witches Out of the Fire," Tinker Bell's voice was so warm and welcoming.
"That's a… name all right," Mary Margaret said with a slight wince.
Emma frowned. "Mary Margaret." It was rare Emma was the one doing the scolding in their group.
Tink chuckled as her eyebrows raised. "Mary Margaret, huh? You're very aware of the history with these two and I'm sure you know what happened to this building."
David tilted his chin up. "We helped put this place back together."
Ruby winked. "I love that name. Now, is there a friend discount?" She pointed to Tink with both index fingers.
Tinker Bell laughed. "We can't afford another employee. You think we have discounts?" A smile remained on her face.
Mary Margaret's gaze narrowed and she folded her arms across her chest. "Wait, are you not paying Emma?" She was ready to fight for Emma, as always. Too bad she often wanted to battle the wrong people.
Tink glanced at Emma. "We've been paying her in food. She's definitely happy with that."
Emma rubbed her stomach with both hands. "The food's freaking delicious."
David grinned. "Then recommend something. It seems like a lot." His eyes went to the menu on the back wall, with rows of tasty stuff, and then fell to the display case. "Wait, are these homemade donuts?" He bent down, pressing his nose to the glass.
Emma licked her lips. "They are and they're freaking amazing. The powdered sugar on them is addictive."
Tink waved that off. "You're addicted to everything, so that's not much of an endorsement."
Emma made a face and then yawned. "Damn, I'm tired." She rubbed her burning eyes, only making the matter worse.
Ruby nodded. "Are you guys ever actually getting a second employee? I don't think Emma can keep this up for much longer."
Tink gave an enthused thumbs up. "My sister should be up here in a couple of days. It's been a fight getting her away from my mother, but she's on the way. Of course, Emma's still gonna show up and pretend to keep Regina company in the morning when she bakes."
Emma still rubbed her eyes. "Yeah, that's true."
"Doesn't make any sense since Mal's here, too, but whatever." Tinker Bell shrugged.
Emma did not engage and started recommending the goods to her friends. David was the most invested. He studied the menu and arched an eyebrow.
"Wait, wait, wait, why does it say authentic chicken and dumplings? Like what does that even mean?" he asked.
"It's an actual southern recipe and not some crap Mal just made up from her posh northern lifestyle," Tinker Bell.
Emma stepped closer to Tink, now suddenly interested. "Wait, Mal's from the south? I thought she was totally an East Coast yuppie snob."
Tink threw her hand back from laughter. "You're terrible. No, we're originally from Georgia. She moved up here as a teenager, though, after some sketchy stuff happened that I'm not too clear about. But, considering our family, I'm sure it was awful. The stress of it led to more sketchy stuff with her."
Tink glanced at Emma, as if to check if Emma knew what happened. Was this what led to Maleficent being addicted to some drug? I wanna know more. I need to ask questions and find out if Regina's open to talking about that.
Tink continued when she did not receive a reaction from Emma. "But, my family being awful is one of the reasons it's so hard getting my sister up here. My family's one of those things you gotta escape from."
"Are you guys in a cult?" Ruby asked, more of a joke than anything else.
Tink blew out a breath, running her hand through her hair. "Might as well be."
Emma frowned. "Damn, that sucks. I've been in my fair share of crappy families. I'm sorry about that."
Tink waved her off. "Don't be. I'm outta that mess. Mal's out of it. And, in a couple of days, my sister will be out of it and it'll be cool because everybody else that's still in it wants to be." She blew a raspberry. "Screw that, though."
Emma patted Tink on the shoulder. "That's right. You can build your own life and your own family. This is an excellent town for that, too." She gave a thumbs up.
Tink smiled. "Good to know. So, now, what can I get you all?" She focused on the group for a moment before she glanced behind them, checking if someone else stepped in line. No one yet.
"Okay, well, I wanna try these chicken and dumplings," David said.
Tink nodded. "You gotta have a biscuit with it. They're all handmade and fresh." Emma backed her up, making an "okay" sign with her fingers.
"I think I want food, too, but not something that heavy," Mary Margaret said, finger stroking her chin. She stared at the menu on the back wall.
"While we obviously don't make the meat for the sandwiches, all the bread in the shop is handmade and we've got a huge variety. We also have special blend condiments." Tink pointed to the edge of the menu.
Emma ended up recommending a sandwich and condiments for Mary Margaret. Ruby ordered three different pastries, a chocolate cupcake, and an oatmeal cookie. They all gaped at her, but she did not let that affect her and stuck to her order. Emma threw her hands up and fetched Ruby's treats.
Emma's friends made their way to a center table. Tinker Bell shooed Emma off to go sit with them. Emma did not need that much convincing. She wanted to experience them trying the food.
David dived right into his meal, stuffing his cheeks. He moaned. "Oh, my god, this is incredible!"
"And the whole menu is like that. I haven't found a single thing I wouldn't eat again," Emma said.
Ruby was not impressed. "To be fair, I've seen you eat moldy bread."
Emma frowned. "It's fine if you pick the mold off and just because I eat anything doesn't mean I don't know what's good. I have enough food experience to recommend all kinds of stuff."
Ruby held her hands up in surrender. "Fine. You're a food expert."
"And don't you forget it," Emma said with a grin.
Mary Margaret gave her a stern look, an expression that had to make her students laugh. She was about as threatening as a declawed kitten. "Be nice, Emma. You won."
Emma let her friends enjoy the food. She could not help smiling as they made pleased noises. Their eyes were bright and they smiled through every bite. Regina's and Maleficent's food had that effect.
"Okay, you guys need some signature drinks or something cuz I can't just sip a damn Snapple with this damn cinnamon roll." Ruby pointed down to her half-eaten cinnamon roll that dripped with icing. How she could eat that after just having a cheese danish, Emma would never be able to figure out, despite being open to eating anything.
David nodded. "Yeah, the bottled sweet tea isn't doing a damn thing with these dumplings." He frowned in the direction of the drink freezer, right next to the counter. There was a variety of beverages — water, juices, and soda. "I need the real deal sweet tea."
Emma smiled. "Yeah, I'm sure they'll get to that eventually. I think it'll come when Regina can focus on this full-time."
Mary Margaret looked around. "Where is Regina? Is she legally allowed to be here while she's the mayor?"
"Yeah, she can." Emma nodded. "She doesn't want to do it often. She thinks it's unethical or something. I dunno."
Regina was of the mind that if she showed up to Two Witches while still mayor, she was using her position to promote the business. Emma kind of got it, but also it was kind of ridiculous. There was no way Regina was the first or only politician to own a business. surely they all did not avoid their businesses once they got elected.
"It'd seem like she's using her office for publicity, but we all already know the mayor owns this place, just like we already know she was accused of burning it to the ground and the very catchy name is a taunt to whoever the hell burned it to the ground," Ruby replied.
Emma threw her hands up. "I dunno. I just know this food is fucking amazing and I can't wait to see Regina moving around in here. She's gonna be so damn happy." Her friends laughed and her brow furrowed. "What?"
"You are so in love it's hilarious," Ruby explained.
"It's a good thing, though," Mary Margaret added quickly, as if to make sure Emma was not embarrassed by the assessment. She patted Emma's knee in encouragement.
Emma only smiled. What was there not to love? Regina was amazing. She had to figure out how to be that amazing back. Step one was still getting her GED. Step two, who knew? With luck, land a decent job, one where she earned an actual paycheck and did not get paid in turnovers and fritters. Though the turnovers and fritters were awesome.

Regina rubbed Duckling's feet for her. Duckling's moans were almost depraved, but she looked cute and ready to fall asleep right there on the sofa. She took the massage from the foot up to the calf and Duckling got louder.
Shivers went down Regina's spine with each noise. She bit her lip to keep from making a noise in response. How can she have this effect on me?
Yes, Duckling was quite attractive, especially now with some weight and muscle on her. But, she was nothing like the type Regina was usually attracted to. Yet, Regina was ready to fall over herself whenever Duckling made a sound or showed a little skin.
"Are you doing this on purpose, Duckling?" Regina asked, as it was completely plausible.
Duckling gave her a dopey smile. "I might be up-playing it, but it does feel so damn good."
"You'll be happy to know Nova landed this afternoon and she'll be starting tomorrow, so you don't have to keep doing this."
Duckling purred and pressed her bare leg further into Regina's fingers. "I dunno. I might miss it. I like helping you out. I also wanted to see your face when you came in to help out."
"That's important to you, hmm?" Regina had not been into the cafe while it was open yet.
"Yup." Duckling stretched, her tank top riding up her abdomen. "I imagine how bright your smile would be before you try to get it under control, so people don't see, but the light won't ever go out of your eyes. People probably wouldn't even know it's you, used to you looking so serious all the time, but I'd know it's the real you."
Regina smiled, warmed by Duckling's attention. "I'll try to come tomorrow. Nova might need the extra support, anyway. She's not as outgoing as Tink."
Duckling hummed and twisted a little. "I'd like that. Tink was saying her family is like a cult and like her sister had to escape."
Regina made a light noise. "That's an accurate way to put it. The family isn't really big enough to be a cult, but their mother is overbearing and she's that way with her children and sisters."
"How is Maleficent related to her?"
"Tink's mother and Mal's mother were sisters. Mal's mother passed away when she was very young. Mal was passed around through the family, but ended up with Tink's mother. It wasn't a pleasant experience from what I've pieced together. I don't think they ever let Mal properly mourn the death of either of her parents."
"Her dad died, too?"
"Yes, but he and her mother had already broken up. In time, he took control of Mal when she was twelve or thirteen, which is how she ended up here, but he died shortly after. So much damage had already been done by then and they weren't done. Her family in the South harassed her for years to come back. Fortunately for her, her father arranged for a friend to care for her, but things were always hard." Regina gave Duckling's calf a strong press.
Duckling groaned and stretched. "Her home life worse than yours?"
"Possibly worse than yours. At least I didn't have to deal with being told I was going to Hell constantly and I had my father for some reprieve." Regina switched feet.
Duckling sighed and nodded. "I'm glad you had a good dad."
"I am eternally grateful for him. I wish you had at least one person who was there for you."
Duckling grunted, not because of the massage. Silence followed. It stretched until it was almost awkward and tensed, which Duckling sensed. "Any way I can talk you into making this a full-body massage?" Things were normal again.
Regina chuckled. She did not blame Duckling for not sharing. It was difficult, even with a trusted person. "I knew that was coming. I suppose you'll also want kisses with that."
A grin spread across Duckling's face. "So many kisses."
"Too bad I'm too far." Regina gave Duckling's calf a particularly hard squeeze.
Duckling moaned and arched, shirt riding up, showing off her defined abs. Regina had to look away for a moment. Duckling arching should not be something that needed a repeat performance, but Regina would not mind one.
"I'm suffering so much abuse here," Duckling whined. "One leg at a time and no kisses? Dinner was kinda plain, too. I mean, I only had two lasagna squares and you didn't make more cookies."
"Yeah, you should run away from home." Regina pressed on a spot that made Duckling melt into the sofa.
Duckling moaned and gripped the top of the sofa. "I will! After a good night's sleep. At the foot of your bed?" She grinned at Regina with hope.
"You're always pushing the envelope, but I think I'll treat you. You've been such a big help." Duckling had been so instrumental in keeping Two Witches running smoothly that Maleficent texted her several times about doing something for Duckling, not wanting to wait for her birthday.
With a gasp, Duckling shot up into a proper sitting position. She gawked for a long moment. "I can sleep at the foot of your bed?" She clapped, like this was a magnificent reward.
Regina tilted her head slightly. "You'd really like that?" Would I like that? Duckling in the bed with me? Her heart thumped and a slight buzz erupted in her stomach.
"I promise I'll stay at the foot and no funny business." Duckling held up her right hand and put her left hand over her heart.
Things had been going so well Regina shrugged. "Why the hell not?" She would do pretty much anything to make Duckling that happy. Besides, Duckling deserved whatever reward she wanted and this was simple.
When it was time for bed, Duckling ran upstairs. Regina held in a laugh as she followed behind Duckling. When she hit the landing, Duckling circled her, so eager, like a puppy. No one was ever this happy to be around Regina, to spend a simple night in her bed without the promise of more. It was flattering.
"Let me turn down the bed and get you a blanket," Regina said as they entered her bedroom.
Duckling bounced on her heels. "And one of your pillows? Can I have one of your pillows?"
Regina rolled her eyes. "Yes, one of my pillows."
Duckling curled up on the foot of the bed, in the same way a puppy would. Regina covered her with a blanket and Duckling hummed, clutching the edges with both hands. A dreamy smile spread across her face already and the request was not completely fulfilled.
Regina grabbed the pillow she did not use, but it was next to her pillow. She put it under Duckling's head and kissed Duckling's forehead. Duckling sighed, as if this was the best thing ever. I wish something so simple could make me so happy.
Then, Duckling gasped and popped up. "No, no, no!" she whined. "I want lip kisses tonight."
Regina smiled and caressed Duckling's hair. "You're such a brat." But, she gave Duckling a gentle kiss on the lips regardless. She smiled against Duckling's mouth as Duckling sighed once more.
"This is really the best. You're the best." Duckling curled up with the pillow.
"You're the best." Regina gave Duckling one more kiss, turned out the lights, and crawled into bed herself. When her head hit the pillow, her brain wanted to make sense of her feelings.
There were so many feelings. They were all positive and exceptional, but weird and overwhelming. Duckling always gave her these sorts of emotions. Having Duckling around made life that much better and little by little, she liked how their relationship progressed. Life is never this satisfying. She would enjoy it while it lasted.
"Regina?" Duckling's voice was a whisper in the dark.
"Yes, Duckling?" Regina replied. Was she uncomfortable? Did she realize how ridiculous her request was now and she wanted something better?
"This is real nice because you're real nice. Most people haven't been nice to me," Duckling said. "Every time I trust somebody, they betray me. I'm sure you'll never betray me."
"Betray you?" Regina asked. This was deeper than being thrown away by foster families.
"It's a lot and it's late. I promise I'll tell you about it eventually. I want to tell you everything because I trust you."
"So you've said. I trust you as well." She needed Duckling to be aware that this was not a one-way thing.
Duckling yawned. "I know." Seconds later, Duckling's deep, rhythmic breathing filled the room. She was asleep. Regina smiled to herself and settled into her space. Sleep came easy to her for once.

Emma was as shocked to meet Nova as Tinker Bell's sister as she was to find out Tinker Bell was Maleficent's cousin. They were all so different, as Nova seemed more mature than Tink and dressed much more conservatively. Not that Tink wore anything skimpy like Ruby would, but Tink at least wore short sleeves and bright colors. Nova was clad in a dark blue, button-down shirt that went down to her wrists and was shapeless. A black skirt went down to her ankles, touching the tops of her worn boots.
"We'll take you shopping as you figure out your style," Maleficent told Nova as she hugged her. Nova smiled and slumped against Maleficent for a moment, as if she was relieved.
Tink grinned. "Yeah, tons of stunning, almost overwhelming stores around here."
Nova smiled. "I can't wait."
Nova seemed as cool as Tink. Nova dived right into her job at the shop with the same energy as Tinker Bell and Maleficent. Okay, maybe it makes more sense that they're related.
"Are you still gonna be working all day?" Emma asked Tink, parked on her stool behind the counter.
Tinker Bell nodded. "Yeah. We need all the hours we can get. We have no savings. Our mom used to take all of our money."
Emma winced. The more she learned about them, the more their family sucked. "And they pay you, like, twenty an hour, right?" She wanted Tink to be able to build a normal life as soon as possible.
"Yup. Can't stress to you how much we need the money, so we don't have to go back home. What are you gonna do now?" Tink asked.
"Take my GED test immediately," Emma replied.
"Cool. And then?"
That was a great question that Emma did not have the answer to. She needed to do something that got her a shot to sleep in Regina's bed again, next to Regina rather than the foot of the bed. Of course, it was amazing Regina let her sleep there, even if it was at the foot. Regina trusted her so damn much. She wanted to give Regina the goddamn world. I also gotta show her I trust her as much as I say I do. I gotta get better at sharing. She's getting better, after all.
The doorbell chimed, taking Emma's attention to the door. Regina stepped in and Emma's heart leaped. Wow, she actually came! Emma had to resist the urge to run to Regina and grab her into a hug. Regina came to her and placed a hand on Emma's bicep. Emma preened and Tink laughed. Emma imagined how bright her face was and she did not care.
"I'll see if Mal needs any help and then you can walk me through everything," Regina said before dipping into the back, the kitchen area.
"You love her a lot, huh?" Tinker Bell asked.
Emma smiled. "Can't help it. She's the best person I've ever met."
Tink laughed. "I can only wonder what would make you say that. I've seen Regina make grown men cry."
"I'd actually like to see that." It would make her way more sexually attracted to Regina and Emma did not think that was possible.
And Emma might be able to see it because for some reason Robin Hood came into the shop. What the hell's he doing here? As far as Emma knew, Regina had not been in contact with him since he broke up with her. Emma rushed from behind the counter to confront him. Maybe Regina would not notice him.
"What the hell are you doing here?" Emma glared at Robin with all of the hatred she could muster.
Robin glowered right back at her with an equal amount of abhorrence. "What the hell are you doing here?"
"I'm minding my business. You can't say the same thing. You're trying to start trouble for Regina." Emma pointed an accusatory finger at him.
He squared his shoulders, spoiling for a fight. "Regina's trying to abuse her position as mayor to make this place a hit!"
Emma sucked her teeth. "Are you such a bitter, miserable person that you're making up BS about Regina? Not to mention, you have absolutely nothing going on where you could stalk her and drop everything to run down here to be an ass?"
"Then what the hell is she doing here?" Robin pointed behind Emma, making her turn.
Regina stood behind the counter, eyes locked on the situation. Time seemed to stand still, like Regina had to decide on how to handle the situation. Emma was not sure what might happen, but she found out quickly.
Regina stormed over to the scene, like a lion on a zebra, and got right in Robin's face. The growl that escaped Regina made Emma way more aroused than it should have. Robin gulped, but kept his eyes locked on Regina, trying to match her energy. It was impossible. A bead of sweat rolled down his cheek.
"Are you really so rude you'd come in here to make a scene over something that has nothing to do with you?" Regina hissed.
"You can't do this," Robin replied, voice stronger than the twitch in his eye.
"I can mind my business, which is something you clearly can't do." A cruel smile curled onto Regina's beautiful lips. Uh-oh. He was in trouble. "But, I'm assuming you can't because there's trouble in paradise and somehow you think bothering me will make it better."
He outright snarled. "You know nothing, but how to abuse your power and commit foul acts! You have no honor!"
Regina's forehead vein popped up and the fire in her eyes was enough to burn the place down. "Says a man who followed me in here to scream in my face in front of an audience because somehow it'll make him feel that much bigger. Possibly because he's sexually frustrated, knowing he can't satisfy his wife the way a woman can."
A cough that was likely to cover up a chuckle echoed through the shop, but Emma let loose. She laughed right in Robin's face because fuck that guy. Why was he trying to be a problem? Now, he was going to be propaganda. People would come to the damn shop, wanting to witness Regina telling other people off.
"Dude, back away before she eats you down to the damn shoes," someone said.
Another sweat bead slid down Robin's cheek. "How can any of you be all right with her abusing her power like this?" His voice boomed, like louder made him right.
"She's not abusing her power," Emma said. "She's just visiting her business and you showing up on the only day she's ever done this is kinda creepy. Are you stalking her? Like what the hell?"
"Not cool, dude!" Another customer called. It was noisy enough for Maleficent to come out of the kitchen. She stood behind Emma and Regina.
"You have no allies here, Robin," Regina said. "So, I suggest for once you make the wise decision and retreat. You're phenomenal at running away."
"Bruh, let it go! She baked you better than this damn brownie!"
"You do realize people are recording this, right?" Emma nodded toward someone with her phone out. This might be something he understood. "It'll be all over social media. Your company's gonna see you having a meltdown. Clients and potential clients will see it, too. I'm not sure how it'll look for you, but I feel like not good."
Robin scowled, like his expression could bring down buildings, but considered the words. He gave Regina one last glare and then backed away. The whole place cheered. Emma had to laugh once more. Nova stepped over, lines under her eyes from concern.
"Is this normal?" Nova asked, brushing her brown hair out of her face. She had worried her bun out somehow.
"For Regina, yes. For the store, no," Maleficent replied as if this was nothing. She disappeared back into the kitchen.
Emma wrapped her pinkie around Regina's index finger, not too sure how much physical contact they could do in public. Regina bumped her with her shoulder. This was such a good day.

Next time: Emma takes the GED exam.
