Dear Reader, Just a quick note to let you know I've not abandoned this story! Heavens no! Lots going on with my work and family life the past month or so. All good, but very time-consuming. And I was just so unhappy with the original (10-year-old) draft of the next chapter that I could not, in good conscience, post it. Truly, it was dreadfully written. So, I've been revising as time permits, but now things have finally slowed down and I intend to have it posted by the end of this week! Thank you for your patience and letting me know you are eagerly awaiting!
