I don't own Kingdom Hearts or any of the characters within the Arkhamverse. They belong to Square Enix, Disney, DC, and Rocksteady. Alright, we're back with another chapter. Roughly about as long as the last chapter, maybe a little longer. No action in this chapter. Just lots of interactions and plot setup. Also, some new faces from DC's side of the multiverse. Also, for some reason, the main site refuses to save any of my edits, which is partially why this chapter has taken longer than it should of. Now before we begin, let's reply to some reviews...

The Keeper of Worlds: You know it!

keybladelight: She knows more than most. She doesn't know about the legend of the Keyblade War and course current events. There are a lot of references to keep the kids happy and entertained in the current crisis they're facing. This version of Bruce won't die though. I mean there will be other sacrifices before the war against Brainiac is over. Bruce won't be one of them. You'll see some members of the bat family in this. One of them in this chapter even! Well, an interesting idea is that is, Brainiac never interacted with Xehanort so he wouldn't have the DNA or data to transform into him. Just giving you a heads-up about that. I have something different in mind to bring up some trama for Sora.

Guest02957: Glad you like the last chapter. Yozora is actually more of a minor antagonist in this story. He'll pop in here and there to cause some trouble. You'll have to stick around to find the answer to your other question.

VaderSkywalker: That's exactly what Sora is saying: "Then what's with the weapon?!" To Yozora, he knows this is not their universe and doesn't believe it's their problem. Right now, he wants to do what was requested of him by a mysterious figure (Master of Masters) and get back home believing it's the only way to 'save' Sora. Plus, cannon-wise, we don't really know much about him, I'm sure he's going to end up a good guy in the series going forward but for now... this is where I'm going with this character... which pretty much sums up what you said about your thoughts about him... (just re-read your review as I'm writing this. XD) You what to know my thoughts for why none of the other heroes showed up. I like to think Waller had something to do with it. Keep the other heroes out of the way, just as an excuse to kill the Justice League. She's the worst in most DC media. Billy will take some inspiration from the heroes around him and eventually join the fight as Captain Marvel or Shazam. But it's going to be a while, and yes, it's when Superman finally makes his appearance as Billy is one of the few heroes that can go toe to toe with him.

the mysterious Mr.E: Thanks for the thoughts and what's to stop Sora from expanding the current Justice League with more DC and Disney heroes? ;D

SpeedMaster642: Nice idea, but that's not what I'm going to be going with for Stan in this story. Maybe I'll save that idea for a different story.

BlazerRaylock: Nice idea, but that's not what I'm going to be going with for Stan in this story. Maybe I'll save that idea for a different story. I'm glad you like the potential of where this story can go! Hope you stick around to see it through.

Game2002: I can understand that, but this was always the plan in the long run. It ties into several other fanfics I've done in the past, but I understand that is not for everyone. If you're reading this, I do hope you stick to the end, maybe find it better than you expected but if not, then I wish you well.

Darth Mando: The Keyblade Wielders had heard about were from the Age of Fairy Tales so way before Xehanort. Around the Foretellers' time. So, she wouldn't know Master Yen Sid or Xehanort. And this was before she was even born so she only knows what her mother and her Amazon Sisters told her. And they don't know of the Keyblade War, or Wars in this case, that transpired. The DC heroes do figure out the origin of the wielders and Disney characters on their own but that doesn't mean magic users like Dr. Fate won't haven't a big role in all of this. And yes, the Power of Waking, will be the goal to restoring the League, but it's going to take a while to figure that out, let alone regain its power.

ShadowWolfG31: Actor-wise for Arrow and Canary, I'd picture them as the same actors from the Injustice games, and I can see you'd lean towards the Arkham Knight portal of Orcale but part of me has a soft spot for the OG Kimberly Brooks so you can go either way. As for Billy, I'm leaning towards the actors who portrayed him in the Superman/Captain Marvel short: The Return of Black Adam. Hope that clears things up.

danifan3000: 1. It will be a concern later on but some friendlies introduced in this chapter ensure that won't happen. 2. Yes, but with Green Arrow's help. Remember, he fired an arrow hoping to catch him unaware, but he caught it before using a smoke bomb. There will be more times Sora and the others will notice him watching them. Say what you will about the game but that was undeniably a really cool part of the game. 3. To be fair, I don't remember much about Fantasia other than Yen Sid and the Cherabog. Plus there are hundreds if not thousands of good Disney films out there, with plenty more familiarity to most people. Fantasia isn't really a good memorable Disney film outside of some moments. (No offense to anyone who loves that movie.)

Crazzytony: I do you even better, instead of just summons, full appearances of Dinsey Characters into this story for the long run. Stitch and Genie are on the list too!

Digidestined0252: That's a strong possibility. You might even see it happen.

columbus3hunter: Sadly Catwoman is not in this and Huntress hasn't been born yet. But I do plan to ship a well-beloved Justice League couple in this... within the trinity and it's not with Superman... (cough, WonderBat, cough)

Sinner and Redeemer: Yep, I do plan to make that awkwardness happen. Especially since Disney's Hercules will meet Wonder Woman in this. However, they'll see each other as brother and sister thanks to Sora's guidance.

Ariel69: Sweet! Expect to see more Disney Characters in the long run!

Harold Godwinson: And why stop at Sora, Wonder Woman, and Simba? ;D

And with that out of the way, here's the fifth chapter! Enjoy!

Chapter 5: Meet the Resistance

Sora groaned as he slowly began to regain consciousness, "Oh, my head." As he slowly sat up from the bed he was lying on, he rubbed his head, "I had the strangest dream. I was on this world where other worlds are common knowledge and I brought some of my friends from their world to..."

"Hello, I am Baymax. Your personal healthcare companion," The robot from San Fransokyo looked down at him much to his shock, "I was alerted to your need for medical attention when you said, 'Oh, my head.'"

"Back off, doc," Timon ran up the back of Baymax to stand on his head, "You're going to give the kid a heart attack."

Baymax blinked as he stated, "Sora's heart condition is normal, he's only recovering from a mild concussion."

"You know, I still don't get how you're supposed to talk without a mouth," Timon muttered to himself before turning to Sora in concern, "Seriously though, you okay, kid? That guy really did a number on ya."

Sora blinked in shock as he sighed, "Okay, not a dream." He then answered, "I'm fine, guys, really..." His eyes widened, "Green Arrow! Black Canary! Are they...!"

"We're fine, Sora," Dinah's voice called out to him nearby. He turned to see Green Arrow and Canary lying on hospital beds both with lollipops in their hands. While the latter was sucking on his treat, Dinah reassured him, "Baymax has been helping us nonstop since entering the Hall of Justice."

Sora sighed in relief as he wondered, "What happened?"

"You're attacker would have killed you," A new voice called out to him as a young woman rolled up to him in a wheelchair with Pumbaa by her side, "Wonder Woman and Simba were able to stop him in time. Baymax was able to help our medics get you back on your feet."

Blinking in confusion, she then nodded, "Oh, that's right. We've never actually met in person until now." She introduced herself, "My name is Barbra, but you know me as Oracle."

"Oh, so you're Oracle!" Sora now recognized the voice, he looked all around at all the police and soldiers in the room, "Then this is..."

"Yep, welcome to the resistance," Barbra smiled, "Reclaiming the Hall of Justice has been our first big victory in a while and we have you to thank for that." She then told him, "Commander Lane and Diana wanted to meet you for a while now, when you're ready, follow me to the Sanctum. We can discuss everything we can to help retake our world."

"Well, no time like the present," Sora smiled as he hopped off the bed, "Let's go."

"I have some concerns," Baymax stated, "Those who have suffered from a concussion should at least have a total rest for a total of 24 hours..."

"It's fine, Baymax," Sora reassured the healthcare companion, "Something tells me Brainiac won't give us that time rest anyway. He needs to be stopped before the Heartless gets out of control."

"You sure, Sora?" Pumbaa asked the Keyblade Wielder, "You weren't looking too good when we found ya. We've all been really worried."

"Yeah, Simba caught us up on what you've been through the past few weeks," Timon agreed with the warthog, "Honestly, you of all people deserve a break after..."

"I appreciate your concerns, but I can't rest with the world at stake," Sora reassured his friends, "I'll take a break when it's all over." He then brightened up a smile on his face, "Besides, I really wanted to check out the Sanctum as soon as I learned about it!"

He then told Oracle, "Show me the way."

"Follow me," She nodded as she led Sora out of the medical wing.

Pumbaa and Timon watched them leave with concern on their faces, while Black Canary and Green Arrow looked confused as the archer asked, "What was that about?"

"Listen, it's not our tale to tell, if you want to know you've got to ask Sora," Timon pointed out, "We only know because Simba was there, and we're his best friends."

"He did mention something about being involved in a war," Baymax pointed out, "Although, I am unfamiliar with this war. But those who've survived in war have experienced trauma and if not treated, could be harmful to the patient."

"Now, hold on," Green Arrow told the machine, "Look, I can buy the fact that this kid had been doing this for a while now but war. He's not even 18 yet, he shouldn't be anywhere near that kind of fight."

"Amazing." Timon rolled his eyes as he left the room with Pumbaa, "And just when you think you people seem to know everything about us."

"Hey, Timon," Pumbaa spoke up, "Do you think they know if Simba's baby will be a boy or a girl?"

"Not now, Pumbaa," The meerkat told the warthog, "Let's just find Simba and see what we can do to help Sora." After a minute of silence, he quickly added, "...in a very safe environment."

"Maybe they're right, Ollie," Dinah crossed their arms, "We might know them from the films but we know absolutely nothing about Sora and what he's been through."

"I still have some many questions about Disney characters being real," Green Arrow wondered, "I mean who else also exists? The cast of Jungle Book, Tangled, Emperor's New Groove, Toy Story, Robin Hood?" Dinah merely glared in response as he raised his hands in defense, "Alright! I hear what you're saying, Pretty Bird, but what exactly are we supposed to do about it?"

"Studies show, being surrounded by friends or loved ones could help," Baymax stated in response as he walked over to bandage an injured soldier, "Therapy, has also to be proven effective."

"So, if we're able to get him to open up to us about what happened willing," Black Canary turned to the healthcare companion, "It could help Sora in the long run?"

"I will find the nearest therapist, using my state-of-the-art GPS locate-" Baymax declared after giving his latest patient a lollipop.

"That will be unnecessary," Dinah told the robot as she hopped off her hospital bed, "I'll do it."

She then followed where Sora left with Oracle...

Meanwhile, Sora had followed Oracle to the main center of the Hall, where soldiers were currently remodeling the place to fit a resistance base. Sora glanced to the hospital wing as he admitted, "I didn't recall seeing that when I was first here."

"It wasn't really a tourist attraction," Barbra replied, "But it's been there because despite how powerful they are, they're not invincible and will need medical attention. Which works fine with us because we were low on supplies up to this point."

"Is Brainiac the reason you...?" Sora started to ask before starting to get uncertain about how to finish as he looked between her and her wheelchair.

"Oh, no! I've been in the chair long before Brainiac," She shook her head, "This was a cause when a supervillain comes to your home to pull a twisted prank on your father."

Sora looked at her with sympathy when a new voice called down to them, "But don't let the wheels fool ya..." They both look up to see a man with a blue bird on his chest and with smile on his face, "She'll still find a way to kick your butt."

Pulling out a grappling hook, her lowered himself to ground level. Barbra then gestured to the newcomer, "Oh, Sora. This is Nightwing. He came from Blüdhaven the moment he knew something was wrong."

"Nice to meet you, Nightwing," Sora smiled as he offered to shake the vigilante's hand.

"Pleasure's all mine," He accepted the hand as he shook. He then turned in concern, "I heard you had an encounter with Bruce. Is it as bad as what I've heard?"

Sora sighed as he admitted, "There were bodies everywhere and he would have shot me if it wasn't for Flash. From what I've heard, the real Batman wouldn't do that."

"You're not wrong there," Nightwing admitted as both he and Oracle frowned, "Bruce wouldn't even take the life of his greatest enemy and he hates guns."

"You sound like you know him personally," The Keyblade Wielder realized, "Why is that?"

"You've seen the recordings," Barbra simply stated, "You know how Batman mentioned he had allies?"

"Yeah..." Sora nodded. He recalled how the recording of Bruce mentioning that he thought he had to push them away to protect them. Just like Riku thought he had to. However, what did they mean by...? That's when his eyes lit up in realization, "Oh!"

"Yep! Batman took us in and trained us," Barbra smiled as she gestured to herself and Nightwing, "We were among his allies before he joined the League."

"Woah!" Sora blinked in shock. He then wondered, "Speaking of, do we have to worry about him coming back in here?"

"It's alright. The first thing, I did was up the security so Bruce wouldn't get in here through normal circumstances," Oracle reassured him, "Even went through the blueprints of the hall to make sure there was no other way for Bruce to come in."

"...and that's where I come in," Another voice spoke up as a man covered in machinery walked up and started tapping on a screen on his arm, "I put up little extra security in all the possible ways for Batman to get inside." He then offered Sora his hand, "Name's Victor Stone but people around here call me Cyborg."

"I'm Sora," The Keyblade Wielder shook the newcomer's hand, "So, how'd you end up in all of this?"

"Most people can't get in or out of Metropolis," Cyborg smiled, "I'm one of the few that can."

"Victor and I were teammates back when we were in the Teen Titans," Nightwing smiled as he lightly patted Sora on the shoulder, "I knew he'd come if I asked."

"Teen Titans?" The teen tilted his head.

"Ah, that's right, you're from another world," Victor recalled, "Stick with us long enough, and Nightwing and I can share some of the tales back in the old days." Just then, his arm started beeping, "Oh. Duty calls. Looks like the security vents near the other end of the Hall are a little faulty." He then walked away, "Nice meeting you, Sora."

"So, did everyone from the... Teen Titans... come," Sora wondered.

"Unfortunately, only Nightwing and Cyborg were able to answer the call," Oracle revealed, "The remaining ones are either off-world or choose to stay back to avoid becoming Brainiac's crew." She then frowned, "My husband also volunteered and went to Metropolis on his own but we never heard from him since."

Sora frowned, feeling bad for Barbra. She was worried for her husband. He'd known that feeling when Kairi was missing. Just then, he heard Billy's voice call out, "Sora! You're okay!"

The younger teenager ran up to Sora, as the latter greeted him, "Oh, Billy! Yeah, I'm fine!"

"You gonna see Wonder Woman?" He asked him, "She and Simba went to meet with Miss Lane and some of the other heroes who joined the resistance!"

"We are actually on our way now," Nightwing smiled back to Billy, "Hopefully, Sora's intel of the monsters Brainiac is using will turn the tide back in our favor."

"It's true," Sora smiled, "I've been saving other worlds from the Heartless and Nobodies for years. Not to mention saving future friends from the darkness. This will be a piece of cake!"

"Boy, I wish we all had your optimism," Timon stated as he joined the group with Pumbaa.

Billy turned to Sora in concern, "You do realize you'll probably be going up against with World's Greatest Heroes to stop Brainiac when they failed, right?"

Sora stopped to think for a moment before shrugging it off, "Eh, there's been worse odds."

"They were?" Pumbaa blinked in confusion, not recollecting such odds.

"Uh, Pumbaa," Timon looked over to his best friend, "Remember what Simba told us Sora was doing before ending up in this place?"

"Oh, right," The warthog nodded.

Nightwing and Oracle turned to each other slightly concerned. Before Sora turned back to them, "Anyways, can we see the Sanctum now? I should probably let everyone know what we're up against."

"Of course," Barbra nodded as she gestured to Sanctum, "This way..."

With that, the whole group went to where the Justice League would once plan to stop threats such as Brainiac. Now, they were using it to figure out how to stop the League. Sora wasn't worried though. With Xehanort gone, he was confident that they had this...

"This is Commander Lois Lane. And if you're hearing this, you are the resistance," The former reporter made a recording that went live through all of Metropolis, "Like us, people in the city are doing their best to survive. Enough to hope to mount a resistance against Brainiac when the rest of the world is unable to reach us."

"Unfortunately, not everyone has been able to make it to our now secure base of operations, but I still have contact with one of my lieutenants of a local militia," Lois revealed to the survivors around the city, "Despite being separated from the rest of us, he continues to carry out rescue and defense missions in the city. To protect his identity, he'll be identified as 'John.'" She then activated a transmission to one of her lieutenants, "John, are you there?"

"Commander? Can you hear me?"

"Yes. Are you still among your 'squad' now?" The former reporter asked him.

"Yes, ma'am, and I can assure you, we can handle ourselves on our own."

"Okay, we have Batman mounting a campaign of terror to anyone willing to fight back. Picking off any stranglers that diverged from the rest of the resistance. But from when we last contacted you said you and your men are trying to hunt him. Why do you think that is wise?"

"With all due respect, Commander, but he's a freak playing year-round Halloween with DARPA surplus."

Lois stared at the communications in disbelief as she pointed out, "Tell that to the Joker, the Arkham Knight, Ra's Al Ghul-"

"More freaks. Mental cases," 'John' brushed off her points, "That's not us-"

Suddenly screams and gunfire could be heard as she heard someone panic, "IN THE SHADOWS!"

"Hello! Hello!" Lois tried calling out to anyone only to hear a massacre in the background, "Oh God!" As she heard the life of 'John' get the life choked out of him, she said a small prayer for their souls before calling out the man responsible for their deaths, "Bruce?"

After a small pause, Batman's voice growled, "I'll be coming for you and your resistance, Lois."

That's when the com's for 'John's' squad went dead, Lois sighed before calling out to the other survivors, "If you see the Batman, run. Hide. And stay safe, Metropolis. We're working on a way to extract you and bring you all safely to our newly established HQ. This Commander Lane, signing off." Leaning back in her seat, "That's the third squad this week that thought they could take on Batman. I can't believe it."

"Neither can I," Diana spoke up from her seat beside her, "Bruce would rather die than take an innocent life. All of my friends would." She sighed, "I have to find a way to free them from Brainiac's control."

"What exactly are ideas for that?" A man with a 'T' mask asked from his seat, "I'm all for trying to save the League, but we need to understand what he did if we ever have a chance to free them from his control."

"And there's always a possibility whatever Brainiac did to them can't be reversed," A man wearing a silver suit with red gloves spoke with a military voice, "We might have to think about doing whatever it takes to end the threat. By any means necessary."

"Captain Atom, you can't possibly think that..." Diana argued in defense.

"No one wants to bring the League back more than me, Diana," Stated a woman with red hair with huge hawk wings on her back, "But Atom has a point. If it can't be reversed then we may have to do the unthinkable."

"We hear what you and Atom are saying, Shayera," Simba stated, "But if there is a way to save them, we have to do everything in our power to bring them back."

"Thank you, King Simba," Diana smiled and nodded to the King of Pride Rock.

"Does no one else want to discuss how a Disney character is with us right now?" Captain Atom asked the group, "I can't be the only one in here clueless as to how this is possible."

"I'm also curious about how Simba is with us now," The man in the 'T' mask admitted, "He should be a fictional character." He then turned to the King, "No offense."

"I too am puzzled about how talking animals exist, but haven't we all seen strangers, Mr Terrific?" Diana spoke on Simba's defense.

"This is different from anything else we've experienced before," Lois tried to explain, "If we survive this, we should introduce you to some of the classical Disney films." She then changed topics, "Anyways, I believe we should wait until our expert is back on his feet."

"We still don't know much about him," Shayera pointed out, "We only arrived a few hours when Cyborg helped us get past Brainaic's defenses. We haven't seen our expert on the monsters."

"Oracle witnessed through security footage of him helping fellow survivors and dealing with the monsters," Lois spoke up in the teenager's defense, "They're difficult to take down, and even if we're successful they always come back, but she secured footage of our newest addition of him making sure the enemy stays down."

"Plus she's already mentioned that he survived encounters with Green Lantern and Batman," Mr. Terrific pointed out, "That's not to take too lightly."

"She also mentioned he had help from Flash before he was captured," Captain Atom added, "That's not exactly a point in his favor. Plus, we don't truly know if he's really on our side."

"The weapon he wields proves otherwise," Wonder Woman stated, "I truly believe that he's on our side."

"If trust is the issue, then you shouldn't worry," Simba spoke up, "Sora's as loyal as they come. He's good in a fight and is even a better friend. I've known him since he first started, and even to this day, I'm glad to have met him. You should give him a chance. Especially, since, he's been fighting the Heartless and Nobodies for years and saving other worlds outside his own."

"Well, that's quite a resume," Mr. Terrific smiled, "Plus, if he does of intel on the enemy, we'd be wise to hear what he has to say."

"Fair enough," Captain Atom nodded to the world's third smartest man, "Still, we were told that he's been out since you arrived. What happened?"

"Just as Officer Cash, Green Arrow, Black Canary, and our new ally could secure the Hall, Oracle picked up someone inside, trying to gain access to the Sanctum," Diana explained, "Sora took Arrow and Canary with him to ensure it wasn't a trap. However, that proved not to be the case..."

"Before coming to our world, someone, by the name of Yozora, was sent to 'save' him," Lois picked up, "I doubt he was of sane mind as he nearly killed him."

"Hmmm..." Mr Terrific hummed in thought before asking, "Could it have been Brainiac? Wanted to capture and turn him into one of his Lieutenants like the rest of the League?"

"I won't throw out that theory," Wonder Woman replied, "When I used the Lasso on him, he claimed he didn't know. He was wearing a hood over his head to conceal his identity."

"Maybe he was lying," Lois thought aloud, "You did mention that he was trying to 'save' him even under the Lasso influence."

"No one has ever resisted the Lasso," Diana shook his head, "He truly believed, sound-minded or not, that he was trying to save him. We can only assume he was telling the truth about that."

"So, a possible third party?" The Hawkgirl raised an eyebrow, "Should we be worried?"

"Let's save that topic for another day," Terrific replied, "It still could've been Brainiac, these tears in reality, what felt like moments to this Sora or Simba here could've been weeks. He could have wanted him on his side before the League but managed to escape." He then asked, "How is his recovery?"

Before anyone could answer, Cash and Jimmy entered the room the latter spoke up, "Miss Lane! I mean... Commander! Sorry to interrupt but... He's awake!"

"Says he wants to talk," Cash added, "Oracle and Nightwing led him to the Sanctum and are waiting outside."

"Well, that answers that question," Captain Atom stated.

"Bring him in," Lois nodded as the two resistance fighters ran out to retrieve him. She whispered to Diana, "You sure about this boy? You really believe he can save our world?"

"If the legends are true, which I believe they are," Diana confidently answered, "Then I believe he is. The Keyblade would not have chosen him otherwise."

Raising an eyebrow, she was still clueless as to what a Keyblade was. But if a member of the Justice League held such confidence with this new recruit, that wasn't something to glance over. She then turned to the other heroes, "Just to warn you... do not judge him due to his age. He knows more about this threat than anyone else on the planet."

"How old are we talking about here?" Shayera asked in concern.

Just then, in addition to Simba's friends, Nightwing, and Oracle, Sora was brought into the room. Captain Atom raised an eyebrow, "A kid?"

"He looks more like a teenager," Mr. Terrific observed as Sora stared around the room in awe, "Still, a bit younger than I imagined he'd be."

"Sora! You're okay!" Simba greeted the Keyblade Wielder.

Wonder Woman stood up from her seat to greet the boy, "Hello, you must be Sora. I am Diana. Princess of Themyscia. Although everyone knows me as..."

"Wonder Woman," Sora smiled as he shook the Justice Leaguer's hand, "I know. I saw the recordings you guys had for Justice Day. Big fan, by the way."

Diana returned the smile with her own, "It's an honor to meet you as well, young Keyblade Weilder."

Sora blinked in shock as he turned to Simba, and he shook his head, "Don't look at me, she knew the moment she saw your Keyblade."

"So, you knew about the Keyblade?" The teenager turned to her in shock.

"Of course," Diana smiled, "Their legends and stories were many of my favorites of mine when I was a child. All the Amazons hold the Keybearers with great respect and honor."

"Even the men," Lois glanced at Diana.

"Even the men," She smiled shocking the resistance leader, "They're actually the only ones my sisters still day dream about." She then gestured to the others in the room, "Anyways, you should know of those who are also in the fight against Brainiac."

"Captain Atom."

The former soldier pilot nodded to Sora.

"Mr. Terrific."

The man wearing a 'T' mask smiled as he gave a salute.

"Hawkgirl."

The woman with wings stared at Sora but nodded all the same. The resistance leader then introduced herself, "Lois Lane. I lead the resistance."

Shaking the Commander's hand, Sora introduced himself, "I'm Sora." He then gestured to Pumbaa and Timon, "And something tells me you've already met Pumbaa and Timon."

"Yo," The meerkat waved over to the other heroes.

"You can't be serious," Hawkgirl finally voiced her opinion, "You two really believe the fate of the world lies on this boy's shoulders?"

"I'm with the Thanagarian on this," Captain Atom spoke up, "Kid doesn't even look like he's graduated high school."

Sora frowned at those comments before Diana spoke up on his defense, "I won't deny his age. But the Keyblade has chosen him. If anything is true about the stories I've heard from my mother and sisters... he'll be more than assist to retake our world."

"I am curious, what exactly is a Keyblade?" Mr Terrific raised an eyebrow, "I don't recall them ever being mentioned in Greek mythology."

"In a way... it's like John's power ring..." Diana explained.

Sora tilted his head in confusion, "John?"

"Green Lantern's real name," Lois explained.

"Oooooh," The Keyblade Wielder nodded in understanding.

However," Wonder Woman continued, "...instead of will power, Keyblade Wielders are chosen through the strength of someone's heart... their weapons were made to repel against the darkness..." She turned to Sora, "To be quite honest, the fact that you're the first we've seen in over a thousand generations, we were beginning to think, you've all gone extinct."

"There's not as many as there once were... but there's still a handful of us left..." Sora admitted.

"Sora, you've said you knew about the monsters that were up against," Oracle rolled up to him.

"If there's anything you can share about them, we'd be grateful," Lois added.

"I'd be happy to," He nodded.

"See?" Simba smiled at the others as he gestured towards Sora, "Happy and willing to help."

Captain Atom then stated, "With all due respect, that fact that it's been years since these Keyblade swingers appeared in our world. How do we know his intel is accurate?"

"I doubt he would have reason to lie," Diana spoke in Sora's defense, "But if you want proof of what he knows..." She then pulled out her lasso and she showed it to the boy, "Do you know what this is?"

"Your magic lasso that makes anyone tell the truth?" Sora recalled her recording since coming to this world.

"I don't doubt that you're here to help, but some of our allies could use a little convincing," She smiled at the Keyblade Wielder.

"Go ahead," Sora offered his arm, "Since I doubt have to worry about the World Order on this world, I have nothing to hide."

"Well, that's another point in the kid's favor," Mr. Terrific smiled at Atom as Diana wrapped her lasso around Sora's arm.

Once it was securely on, the Lasso of Truth began to shine as she told him, "You may begin. When did you first encounter the creatures?"

"It was almost three years ago, in my dreams, I faced a series of trials, with those creatures as obstacles," Sora revealed, "At the time, that's all I thought they were, all while I hung out with my best friends, Riku and Kairi." He added, "We all grew up on the Destiny Islands, a world far away from this one, and we all shared the same dream. To explore worlds outside our own."

Diana smiled at that. It was nice to meet a fellow Islander. Unlike herself, he actually wanted to see what was beyond his islands. He continued, "When we were finally ready to leave, that's when the Heartless invaded our world."

"What exactly are these Heartless?" Mr. Terrific asked the teenager.

"They're monsters that are after the darkness in people's hearts," Sora answered, "The more hearts they consume..."

"...the more their numbers grow," The third smartest man on the planet managed to put together, "Figures..."

"That's the least of our worries if the Heartless managed to get to the world's heart and consume it," Sora revealed, "The everyone and everything will be brought into their realm. The Realm of Darkness. It's what happened to my world long ago."

Everyone looked at him with sympathy, as Diana apologized, "I am so sorry..."

"It's fine. We were actually able to restore many of the worlds when we stopped them the first time," Sora reassured the group.

Everyone sighed in relief before Lois asked, "Who's we? Other Keyblade Wielders?"

"No, after the islands were destroyed, I managed to escape with the Keyblade to a world called Traverse Town," The teenage boy shook his head, "It was there I meant and teamed up with Donald and Goofy to look for our friends and stop the Heartless. At the time, the one Keyblade Wielders was myself and King Mickey."

"King Mickey?" Captain Atom blinked in shock, "Mickey Mouse is a King?"

"Yes," Sora blinked in confusion, "How do you know the King?"

Diana turned to him in curiosity, "I would like to know how you knew this King Mickey as well."

"In a moment," Lois spoke up, "What about the other monsters? The white ones?"

"Those are called Nobodies," Sora answered, "They're what's left behind after the Heartless consume the heart. People with strong wills. Their body and soul. The stronger the will, the more human they'll look. They may have some memories from when they were human but not their emotions."

"Sounds like Brainiac is going two for one on turning people into monsters," Lois narrowed her eyes, "A fate no one should have to go through."

"You said they look more human if their wills are strong enough," Shayera recalled, "Is it possible for them to look identical to humans?"

"Yes, actually, there was an Organization of them at one point, but my friends and I stopped them for good," Sora revealed before frowning, "But the lesser Nobodies and Heartless, they never could speak before."

"Brainiac must have made modifications to them," Mr. Terrific assumed, "In likelihood to be more obedient to his commands."

"If my past run-ins with the Heartless taught me anything, no one can control them," He stated, "It may seem so at first, but when they get what they want they'll consume their master's heart as well."

Seeing how serious he was in saying that, brought concerns for the resistance, as Lois asked him, "Any chance you have proof of your past with the Heartless and Nobodies?"

"Yeah," Sora nodded, "My friend, Jiminy, wrote journals on every journey we had. Including every form of monster we faced. From looks, sizes, strengths..."

"Weaknesses?" Nightwing perked up.

Sora smiled and nodded, as he pulled out his GummiPhone, "He wrote our latest journey on my phone... it should be up to date as of the past few days."

"That is exactly what the resistance needs right now," Lois smiled.

After nodding to Diana, she released him from the lasso as Oracle approached him, "You mind if I borrow it for a bit? Once I upload what we need on the Justice League's systems, I'll return it to you."

"Sure," Sora smiled as he handed her the phone, "Anything to help."

"I'll get started right away then," Oracle smiled as she rolled away to the table.

Commander Lane then turned to Sora, "Anything else we should know..."

"Yeah, my Keyblade is the only thing that free the hearts the Heartless consume and destroy the Nobodies," He informed the group, "And if someone's Heartless and Nobody are destroyed, they'll be restored to the person they once were before they lost their heart."

"That is good news," Diana smiled.

"We could use some good news after everything that has happened the past three weeks," Captain Atom admitted.

"Speaking of I've got some questions as well," Sora admitted, "How the heck did Brainiac get the Justice League under his control? And how come everyone seems to know my friends even though they come from other worlds?"

Lois sighed as she nodded, "Of course, you've been honest with us so far, it's only fair we do the same."

"I'll start then," Diana frowned as she went to inform the teenager, "It was about three weeks ago, we were just about to open the doors for Justice Day when Brainiac's ship descended up the city..."

Diana remembered that fateful day when the League state around the table of the Sanctum as they planned what to do about this alien visitor. Flash laughed nervously as he asked, "So, uh... what are the odds of that thing being friendly?"

"Slim to none," Batman bluntly answered, "We need a plan."

Barry had a feeling that would be Bruce's response, "Heh. Right."

Superman looked at the Dark Knight in disapproval, "Bruce..."

"He's right, Kal," Diana gestured to Batman before back to the hologram of the alien ship, "Until we know more, we need to treat this like an incursion in the wings."

"I understand your caution, really," Superman nodded in understanding, "But this thing hasn't even fired a warning shot yet."

"'Yet.'" Diana pointed out that it still very well could.

"I'm with Kal on this," John Stewart gestured towards Superman, "Diplomacy first. Lead by example. Isn't that what we do?"

With the debate on what to do with the alien visitor tied, everyone turned to for the deciding vote. He eventually nodded, "Okay, we try the warm fuzzies first, THEN if things go sideways, we bust out the anti-UFO Bat spray. Deal?"

With the vote three to two in diplomacy's favor, they ultimately decided that was the way to go. Batman, however, wasn't the biggest fan of the decision, "I don't like it."

"I know, Bruce," Superman nodded, "And if I'm honest, neither do I. But we have an example to set. ESPECIALLY today."

"Despite Bruce's and mine opinion against this, went made contact with the alien vessel," Diana revealed to Sora and the resistance, "It wasn't long before we had a response. Said his name was Brainiac and that he was open to diplomacy. There was just one condition that we exactly weren't thrilled about."

"This 'Brainiac' wants to open negotiations on his ship?" Batman narrowed his eyes with suspicion, "It's a trap."

Not long after the commutations ended with Brainiac, the League discussed what would come next. Diana nodded to Bruce, "Agreed. That much is apparent."

"I hear you both, but we HAVE to go in good faith," Kal-El told the two members of the League, "What if I had come to Earth and-"

"Kal, buddy," Flash ran up to him and cut him off as he pointed out the hologram on Brainiac's ship, "I mean, let's be real. You didn't show up on a GIANT SKULL."

"I didn't choose HOW I got here, Flash," Superman told Barry before turning to the rest of the League, "Now, I'll admit it's not the most... inviting presence, but, if we can avoid fighting all together, we owe it to the people of Metropolis to TRY. They know the STRENGTH of the League. Everyone does. Now let's show them our heart. Our compassion."

"Our recklessness," Bruce pointed out, "We can't just leave Metropolis undefended."

Green Lantern placed a hand on the billionaire's shoulder, "We'll be in the thick of it, Bruce. Things go south," He then made a small construct of Brainic's ship and a baseball bat, as the latter smacked the former away, "...we toss that thing back into space."

"We're in this together, gang," Superman told the League, "The five of us united, there's nothing we can't do. Let's show them our intentions."

"Hmmm," Batman glanced at the Kryptonian, "You know what they say about good intentions, Clark."

"Okay, I'm all for giving people the benefit of the doubt," Sora admitted, "But the guy is flying in a GIANT SKULL!" He then asked, "If Brainiac wanted to talk peacefully, then why not do it on mutual ground? You know, somewhere that wouldn't give anyone the advantage?"

"You know, he has a point," Hawkgirl nodded to Sora, "Even more so, why did you all go? Why not just send Superman and Flash and they get out of there when Brainiac doubled crossed you?"

"I suggested the same thing along with Bruce," Diana answered the two of them, "However, Brainiac stated that he would be unable to survive our world and that his ship was the only means of living. Also, his conditions suggested we all be there and Kal believed it was best we went with his terms because of it." She then frowned, "Of course, if we all took a moment to reconsider our strategy, perhaps we wouldn't be in the state we're in."

"So, what happened?" Captain Atom spoke up, "How did things go so wrong that the majority of the League is playing team Brainiac and Metropolis is currently falling apart?"

"As confident we were that we could overcome anything Brainiac threw at us, we severely underestimated him. He was able to capture all of us, as if he faced us many times before," Wonder Woman grimly revealed to the group, "It was there he revealed his true intentions for Earth. His world was gone and he had become among the sole survivor of his species so he wanted to build a New Colu here... and he wanted us as his lieutenants..."

A few weeks earlier, the whole Justice League had been restrained by Brainiac's technology. The half-alien, half-machine approached the captured heroes, "I'm making an offer to you, Justice League. As my lieutenants, I will unlock your full potential... to serve ME."

As Batman struggled to get free, he growled, "This planet doesn't need you to 'unlock its potential,' Brainiac!"

"Really, Bruce Wayne?" Brainiac glanced to him with a smirk, "Your limited human body constantly outpaced by its mind? The process of integration is less painful if you permit it."

He then turned to the Man of Steel of green glow of Kryptonite shined on him, "Kal-El... surely you understand the gravity of the of what I am offering. You could have Krypton again! A New Krypton, built in YOUR image!"

"Listen, Brainiac. You're right. I DO understand the pain of losing a planet," Superman looked to the alien cyborg with compassion, "But what you're doing? This isn't the way to get Colu back."

"How wonderfully droll," Brainiac rolled his eyes before turning to Green Lantern with his ring removed upon capture, "And you, John Stewart? Isn't your oath to bring order to the universe?"

"Let me tell you something about my oath," The former marine glared at Brainiac, "It says: 'No evil shall escape my sight!'"

"Whatever happened to your world, Brainiac," Wonder Woman spoke up getting the Coluian's attention, "You won't have this one!" She then turned to the captured Flash, "Barry! Now!"

With her command, the fastest man alive vibrated his molecules fast enough to phase through his restraints. Flash then ran past the alien cyborg as he vibrated Diana out of her resistants before making their escape, faster than Brainiac could react.

Thankfully, the Skull Ship wasn't above the atmosphere, so getting back to Metropolis wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, just as they were back to Earth, Braniac's shields went back up. Making it impossible to go back for the other League members in time. Setting Wonder Woman down, she recovered from the sudden boost of speed as she groaned, "Ugh! My head!"

Flash apologized, "Sorry, Diana. I broke through the sound barrier to get us out of there. If we had stayed a second longer that... that THING would've gotten us all." Sitting down in disbelief, he processed what happened, "He got... He got Kal... How do you even GET Kal?!"

"Kryptonite, for one," Diana finally answered, "But that's not important right now, Barry."

"Right," He nodded in agreement, "We need a plan." The scarlet speedster then asked, "Do you have a plan?"

"Civilians," She breathed as she turned to the city with concern, "We need to start evacuating the city. Get as MANY people as far away from that ship as possible."

"I'm on it," Flash nodded as he got back on his feet before turning to Diana, "...and then what?"

All she could do was turn to Braniac's ship as she stared in horror, "Hera help me, I don't know..."

"For the last three weeks, Barry and I did what we could to evacuate the citizens. Then the Heartless and Nobodies came and made things... difficult," Diana frowned, "Turning civilians into their kind, forcing us to strike them down to protect those not infected... not they'll stay down. And now, Brainiac has Flash."

Sora frowned in guilt, "Because I screwed up." He looked down at his hands, "Ever since coming here, I lost most of my powers... if I still had them, maybe I could've..."

Diana placed a hand on his shoulder, "No, this was not your doing. The Justice League..." She closed her eyes, "I should have thought of a better strategy before we confronted Brainiac."

"We can't change the past," Simba told the two, "All we can do is accept what happened and find a path to move forward."

"Yeah, Hakuna Matata, no worries," Timon perked up, "I'm sure between you two, and Simba we can knock some sense to your friends and kick the brain guy off the face of the Earth."

"You still going to being still saying that when the Justice League shows up?" Mister Terrific glanced at the meerkat, "We're trying to ensure that Batman doesn't find a way in here, and even if he doesn't, even if Lantern's focus is elsewhere, once Superman and Flash are on the field... we could be dead before we get a chance to blink."

Timon laughed nervously as he glanced at Simba, "Yeah... I'm not liking your chances on this one..."

"So, what are we going to do if Superman shows up?" Pumbaa wondered, "If what you say is true, how are we supposed to stop someone like that?"

Captain Atom then spoke up, "I can handle him. The Pentagon ran simulations to prove it."

"Pentagon? Simulations?" Sora tilted his head. Before shaking his head, "Never mind. Look, I now know how the Justice League was captured but... how come you know all my friends."

"Well... I'm not exactly sure how to tell you this but..." Lois turned to the teenage boy.

"Perhaps, it's best if we show you," Mr Terrific turned to the computer and started typing into a website, "Okay, does anyone in here have a DisneyPlus account?"

"Yeah, you can use mine," Nightwing walked up to the computer as he typed in his username and password, "There we go..."

"Okay, now let's see where...?" The world's third smartest man started to find something, "Ah, here we go. The Lion King."

Just then an image of familiar faces appeared on screen, Sora and the residents of Pride Rock dropped their jaws at the footage they saw, "Wha...?"

"Is..." Simba stared at the holographic screen.

"...that supposed to be..." Timon stated dumbfounded.

"...us?" Pumbaa finished as they watched themselves singing Hukana Matata.

Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl turned to the others confused, as the latter stated, "Where did you get this footage from?"

"This 'footage' is from a childhood film, made by Walt Disney Animated Studios and released in 1994 in theaters," Mr Terrific explained, "Now people can watch on Blu-ray, digital, or stream it anywhere."

"What?" Sora blinked in disbelief.

"It's true," Lois nodded to Sora, "For us, Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa are fictional characters from a fictional story."

"Eh," Pumbaa only looked more confused.

"So, let me get this straight," Timon raised an eyebrow, "You guys made up a story, telling us about our entire lives, never knowing we were actually real?" He shook his head, "That's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard."

"Hold on, Timon," Simba glanced at the screen, "I wonder... do you have footage of me and Nala at the elephant graveyard when we were cubs?"

"Hold on..." Mr. Terrific nodded as he rewound the film to the scene of the two cubs checking out the elephant graveyard.

"What about my father? Talking about the stars," Simba asked as the world's third smartest man fast-forwarded it again.

Simba's eyes widened as the words of his father came on the speakers, "Simba, let me tell you something my father told me. Look at the stars. The great kings of the past look down on us from those stars... So whenever you feel alone, just remember that those kings will always be there to guide you. And so will I."

It sounded exactly like his father. He knew his voice anywhere... then Simba then asked one final question, "And when Scar..."

When he didn't finish his words, Nightwing turned to him, "Are you sure you want to see that? I know what it's like to lose your parents at a young age you don't have to..."

"No, I need to see it," Simba turned to Batman's former protege, "If you have it..."

"Alright, right then..." Mr. Terrific nodded as he fast-forwarded it one more time.

On-screen, Mufassa tried climbing up the cliff for dear life as Scar looked down at him. He called out, "Scar! Brother! Help me!"

However, instead of helping his own brother, he flexed out his claws and latched them on Mufassa's paws causing him to roar out in pain. Sora turned to Simba in concern as Scar leaned towards his bother with a smirk, "Long... live... the King."

Mufassa's eyes widened in realization. Simba closed his eyes as he knew what was about to happen. Scar then forced his father off the cliff into the stampede below as he screamed. The recording of himself when he was younger screamed in horror as he witnessed his father's fall, "NNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!"

"Turn it off," Simba told the man in the 'T' mask. He complied as he stopped the film.

Everyone turned to the King of Pride Rock with sympathy. Timon then leaned to Pumbaa's ears, "Maybe we shouldn't have laughed at what Simba thought the stars were..."

The warthog nodded in agreement. Diana gave Simba her condolences, "I'm sorry about your father..."

"It's fine. For the longest time, I thought I was responsible for my father's death," Simba frowned, "It was only when Scar thought he had me, and gloated about it, was when I learned the truth... now I know for sure..."

"I get it. You needed closure," Dick nodded, "I take it Scar's gone now."

"Yes," Simba then turned to Sora, Timon, and Pumbaa, "Thanks to my friends... we were able to stop him and the Heartless..."

The trio smiled back before Simba turned to Mr. Terrific, "So... if Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa you have on there... does that mean... you knew Baymax because..."

"Yep," Mr. Terrific as he typed into the computer before revealing the movie Big Hero 6 with Baymax on the screen, "He and the rest of Big Hero 6 were on here to... and if I presume correctly... other friends you know may have films they've been in..."

"Is it alright if I name a few?" Sora asked him.

"We don't have time for..." Atom started to deny his request.

Hawkgirl cut him off, "If we were in his position, we be asking the same thing. We can make some time."

"Ask away," Terrific nodded.

"Buzz and Woody," Sora began as the hero began typing in the info. The logo for Toy Story appeared on the screen with both living toys on screen.

"Aladdin."

The film Aladdin appeared on screen with several familiar faces.

"Peter Pan."

Peter Pan was also a film.

"Beast."

Beauty and the Beast.

"Tarzan."

Tarzan.

Lowering his head, he lowered, "What about Riku and Kairi?"

"Actually, I never heard of them," Mr. Terrific admitted, "Honestly, I haven't heard of you until now either."

"None of us have, other Barbra would've recognized your name," Nightwing reassured him, "So, either your film hasn't happened yet or..."

"...or not at all," Lois pointed out, "We didn't know about the Heartless or Nobodies either."

"Of course, if they did, you would have shown up in the film too, with Donald and Goofy," Simba brightened up, "Whoever these Disney people are, don't know every little detail."

"The ones they do are a little creepy if you ask me," Timon commented as he gestured to the Disney App.

"I just don't get how these guys know so much," Sora shook his head in disbelief, "Maybe not about me or the Heartless... but..."

"We are just as confused as you are," Lois admitted, "And the journalist in me wants to find out what happened and report the truth." She then pointed out, "However, we have bigger things to worry about."

"Right," Sora nodded as he turned to Diana, "You said Brainiac wants to make this world a New Colu? How exactly is he going to do that?"

Before she could answer, Mr. Terrific answered, "He plans to Terraform the Earth."

Sora turned to the world's third smartest man in confusion, "Terraform? What's that?"

"Basically, it's to transform a planet into a more suitable place to live in," He answered, "There's been talks about doing it to Mars... but it's only theoretical... At least by Earth's current state of technology. However, that theory maybe fact to someone like Braniac."

"Unfortunately, he's correct," Diana admitted, "And if Brainiac is successful, all life that's currently living on this planet will be extinct."

"EXTINCT?" Sora, Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa gasped in horror.

"He's going to disturb this world's Circle of Life with his own," Simba's eyes widened in horror.

"Oh, this is terrible! I'm too young to be extinct!" Timon exclaimed.

"Well, I guess we should do something to stop him," Pumbaa nodded in agreement.

"Do we know how he's going to accomplish it?" Lois turned the others.

"Brainiac's ship," Mr Terrific answered, "As in addition to turning our greatest protectors against, and turning the population of Metropolis into these Heartless and Nobodies, I believe his ship has been slowly attempting to Terraform the Earth into Colu." He then switches a hologram to Brainiac's ship using purple lights to mess around with the city, "This unknown energy is slowly transforming the planet as we speak. It will take some time, years perhaps, but as long as it's active... it may do irreversible to the planet."

"Then we need to destroy that ship," Captain Atom narrowed his eyes, "If it wasn't for those shields..."

"That's not to mention both the League and Brainiac's army stand in the way between us and his ship," Hawkgirl pointed out.

"Wait," Sora spoke up getting everyone's attention, "Those lights..." He pointed to the holographic energy the enemy ship was casting out, "They look like the portals that brought us here."

"He's right!" Simba's eyes widened.

"Portal?" Nightwing asked him.

"When I was fighting Yozora before coming here, a portal opened up between us," Sora gestured to the hologram, "I used it to come here. Yozora must have followed. And I imagine that Baymax, Simba, Timon, and Pumbaa say and traveled through those portals."

"But the latter couldn't get through without the Keyblade," Diana realized.

Mr. Terrific hummed in thought, Lois then asked, "So, there could be more people trapped between worlds?"

"I think so," He nodded, he then added, "Also the last one I interacted with was different."

"Different how?" Captain Atom turned to him.

"Well, when I interacted with it, I got new powers," He explained before stretching out a hand as green flames surrounded it, "Look..."

Diana stared at the flames in thought, "Those flames... they look familiar..." She then asked him, "And you never had this power before?"

"I've used fire magic before but this is different," Sora shook his head, "The flames I used also had its normal colors. But these flames are green, almost like Maleficent's, but it's not darkness..."

"Hmmm..." Mr. Terrific hummed to himself, "That could be worth checking out..." Everyone turned to the man in the 'T' mask, "We need to check out whatever Brainiac's using to Terraform the planet anyway... the more we understand it, the better the chances we have to reverse the damage before it's too late... and if there's a chance Sora picks up new powers and allies along the way..."

"...it could turn the war in our favor," Lois perked up.

"And I can get back to full strength with some new tricks," Sora smiled as he flexed his little muscles.

"Alright, then we'll check out these portals and figure out what makes them tick," Captain Atom nodded, "How are we going to do that? We need you, Cyborg, and Oracle here, and the rest of us aren't geniuses."

"I have an idea," Sora smiled as he dug into his pockets, "I know I have it around here somewhere..." He then brightened up when he felt it, "Aha!" He then pulled out a visor, "Here it is! Hiro gave it to me so he and the rest of Big Hero 6 to understand how to fight the Heartless..."

"We could repurpose it to study that energy," Nightwing smiled.

Sora smiled and nodded as he handed it over to Mr. Terrific, "Think you can handle that?"

"Not a problem," He took the visors and he placed them on the table, "Just need to make the connections..." As the genius in the room typed on the computer, the war table and visors started making the connection, "Man, got to hand it to Hiro. He's a genius."

After another minute, he picked up the visors and handed it to Sora, "There! Whenever you see these portals, just let your Keyblade do its job and it'll pick up all the data we need from it!"

"Got it!" He nodded as he placed on his visor. He then sighed, "Man, I know it's for a good cause... but I'll be distributing the World Order..." Everyone turned to him in confusion, as he nodded in understanding, "Oh, right. You don't know. Other worlds are common knowledge here..."

"You're saying it's not where you're from?" Hawkgirl asked the teenager.

He shook his head, "No, in fact, there's a rule all off-worlders have to follow. We cannot tell anyone about the other worlds. If everyone knew, it would cause chaos and panic on a universal wide scale."

"I suppose that makes sense," Mr. Terrific admitted, "Not everyone is ready to understand that we're not alone in the universe."

"Also, until I came upon the Hall of Justice, I never heard of the Green Lantern Corps," He continued, "And given the threats I faced, I'm surprised that I haven't met any until John..."

"That... is surprising..." Diana admitted. If the Heartless had been a threat for almost three years, the Green Lantern Corps would have had to intervene. How come the Keyblade Masters and the Green Lantern Corps never collided until now? How come the League never heard of the Heartless or Nobodies until now?

"I'm also not supposed to meddle in the affairs in other worlds," Sora admitted, "Although, that one I may be guilty of. Especially when the Heartless are involved."

Lois smirked in amusement, "Sora... I think that means you can't govern other worlds and tell them what to do... not jumping in when people need help."

"Oh, so that's what they meant!" Sora sighed in relief, "And Donald was going to give me grief for jumping in when Alice was falsely accused of a crime she didn't commit."

"Ah, Alice in Wonderland," Nightwing nodded in understanding, "Let me guess, the Queen of Hearts reason that she was guilty was because she said she was?"

"Bingo," Sora nodded as he added, "And then we provided evidence to prove that she was wrong she tried to kill us! It was absolutely ridiculous!"

"Okay, that story I'm familiar with dealing Tetch," Diana recalled the few times the League dealt with the Mad Hatter. If the Queen of Hearts was real, and it's now likely she is, then trying to reason with her was a lost cause. She then smiled at him, "You don't need to worry about the latter... the League only protects people... we're not dictators... so won't be in trouble for meddling."

"If anything, Brainiac is the one breaking that rule," Hawkgirl gestured to the hologram of Braniac's ship.

"As for the former, we may not have a choice. If we can't get them out before we stop Brainiac, we could end up losing innocent people forever." Lois pointed that out.

"Good point," Sora admitted before frowning, "Still... I'm going to get a lecture from Donald after all of this."

"Don't worry, the League will speak up on your defense," Diana smiled as she placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Well, right now, we need to stop the League," Captain Atom stated, "They've been either turning citizens into Brainiac's army or straight up killing them. People they've sworn to protect. When it comes to it, in order to save lives we may have to put them-"

"That is not an option!" Diana turned to Captain Atom, "They can be saved! Once they're free from Brainiac's control, we'll help Sora deal with the remaining Heartless and Nobodies and stop Brainiac!"

"I pray to God that you're right," Captain Atom stated, "But we need to come to terms if the change is permanent... we all know they'd rather die than be Brainiac's pawns and we may have to respect that wish."

"Excuse me," Sora spoke up getting everyone's attention, "Look. You all probably have more experience at saving this world than I am..." He then placed his hand over his heart, "But I know what it's like to have friends who are not in control over their own actions. That being said, we should find a way to change them back."

"You're absolutely right, Sora," Diana smiled at the Keyblade Wielder before turning back to Captain Atom, "We will save them and then take on Brainiac together."

"Let's focus on those that aren't under Brainiac's influence," Lois spoke up getting everyone's attention, "There are many civilians and heroes that are unaccounted for that are still in the city Vixen, Captain Marvel, Steel, Robin... just to name a few... if any of them are still out there without being out of Brainiac's control, we need to find them and bring them to the Hall. Either for safety or additional help."

"If they're still alive, I'll find them," Sora reassured the group.

"Not alone you won't," Diana spoke up, "Given how there's so few of us and you're the only Keyblade Wielder among us... we should stick together. You and I can form a small strike team with our volunteers and those we rescue to do whatever we can to stop the invasion."

"You can count me in," Simba smiled.

"I volunteer as well," Hawkgirl nodded.

"As do I," Captain Atom walked up, "It's about time we take the fight to the enemy."

"I'll join you too," Nightwing smiled, "If Bruce shows up again, you'll need me."

"I won't complain about that," Sora smiled as he turned to Lois, "So, where do we go first?"

"Well, while Oracle downloads the intel off your phone into the Hall of Justice's servers," Lois told the now-formed strike team, "...we'll need weapons that will actually do some damage to the Brainiac's army."

"But there's not a lot of weapon manufacturers still in Metropolis," Captain Atom turned to the leader of the resistance with a raised eyebrow.

"No legal weapon manufacturers," Lois smirked before turning to Mr. Terrific, "Tell them what you told me."

He nodded before typing on the computer as the image of Brainiac's ship changed into a map of Metropolis, "Before Brainiac's invasion, I received word that the Penguin had been smuggling weapons into Metropolis and selling them to Intergang."

"Ah, good old Oswald," Nightwing smirked as he crossed his arms, "I haven't seen him since he tried to break out of the GPD." He chuckled to himself, "Good times."

"Penguin?" Sora tilted his head in confusion.

"An old enemy of Batman's," Diana explained, "Even an older enemy of the Wayne family. When his family lost their fortune, he blamed Bruce's family for it. Since then, he's been trying to regain his family's fortune... through criminal activities."

"Oh..." Sora blinked, "So he's a bad guy."

"That's right," Wonder Woman nodded to the teenager.

"I've had a man on the inside to lead us to his weapon stash in Metropolis," Mr. Terrific continued, "Even when Brainiac began his invasion, my sources say he stayed in Metropolis..." He then lit up a section on the map, "...here."

"We need those weapons if we're going to stand a chance against the Heartless and Nobodies," Lois declared as she turned to the team, "So, we need you to convince the Penguin to work with us... by force if necessary."

"I understand why we need him," Diana turned to the resistance leader, "...but I don't like it either, Lois."

"Neither do I," Lois admitted, "But I don't want to risk Lucius's life, and no one's even heard from Luthor since the invasion... even then, I trust the latter as far as I can throw him. At least with Cobblepot we can keep an eye on him without worrying he'll try something to stab us in the back." Lois declared, "We need the Penguin. Anyone else you can find along the way would be great as well."

"No problem, we'll find this Penguin guy and get to join us in no time," Sora smiled as he rested his hands behind his head.

"So, while they're out there risking their necks," Timon gestured to the group before back to himself and Pumbaa, "What are we going to do?"

"Well, you are fictional characters in this world. Quite famous ones at that," Mr. Terrific pointed out, "And we've got a lot of scared kids in here. Think you can entertain them."

"Entertain them?" Timon blinked in shock, "How exactly are we supposed to do that?"

"Well, they did say we are famous here," Pumbaa smiled, "So... it can't be too hard. We can teach them about Hakuna Matata and how we raised Simba."

"Hush, Pumbaa, I'm thinking!" Timon stroked his chin before snapping his fingers, "I've got it! Since we're famous here, it should be easy! We can talk about Hukana Matata and how we raised Simba!"

"Wow! Great idea, Timon!" The warthog beamed.

"Just think of all the benefits we can get from this setback!" Timon beamed, "Crowds cheering our name! Singing our songs! And show us their appreciation with all the tasty bugs in this strange new world!"

"Well, at least someone's happy from all of this," A familiar voice spoke up.

Everyone turned to see Black Canary limp into the Sanctum, as Diana turned to her in concern, "Dinah... you are still recovering from that attack..."

"I'll be fine, I just want a word with Sora before you leave," Black Canary stated, "I have some concerns..."

"If it's about this Yozora," Wonder Woman placed a hand on her shoulder, "You can take ease. If he or Brainiac's forces tried to attack Sora again... we'll protect him as he regains his powers."

She then whispered to Diana, "I'm not worried about them... well... a little. But I believe Sora may have been in some trouble before coming here. Trouble he may want to talk about."

"If it affects the mission, I'll consider it," The Amazon Princess reassured her, "But right now, I need him on the field."

Sora tilted his head in confusion as the two women discussed the teenage boy's future. Lois turned to the original Robin, "Nightwing since you have experience with Penguin, you'll be taking the lead on this mission with Wonder Woman."

"Got it," Nightwing saluted the resistance leader before turning to Captain Atom, "You have a problem with that Captain?"

"No, I'll carry out my orders," Captain Atom reassured the former protégé of Batman, "I always do."

Dinah then whispered to Diana, "Just... try to get him to open up about his past. You may regret it if it does affect the mission."

The founding Justice League nodded to her before turning to Sora, "You ready?"

"Yep! Let's go!" Sora smiled cheerfully as he and the others followed Wonder Woman to save both the Justice League and the world. They could only pray that they weren't too late...

Meanwhile, in the Skull Ship, Brainiac was watching the footage of Sora's battle with his Heartless and Nobodies. Leaning towards the screen, he observed the weapon he used. A giant key of all things, he muttered to himself with great interest, "Fascinating."

With but a mere raise of his hands, the footage stopped. He turned to two members of his Justice League as he stated, "What do we know of this anomaly so far?"

"When he thought I was still playing team Earth," The hologram image of Green Lantern answered, "He went by the name of Sora. No other analysis."

"The boy has some skill with that weapon of his," Batman, who was there in person, approached the alien cyborg, "His keychain can be used as a grappling hook, and he can manipulate elements such as fire and water. It's likely he can control other properties." He then pointed to his weapon, "If you separate the key from him, he can always summon it back at will."

"What kind of meta is this kid?" John turned to the Dark Knight.

"I can't fully eliminate that his powers are natural," The World's Greatest Detective turned to him, "It's quite possible we're dealing with a magic user."

"Magic?" Brainiac raised an eyebrow with interest, "Magic from another universe? Capable of destroying my army? Interesting..." He did wish to study the properties of magic. He hoped to do so with Captain Marvel, but his whereabouts are still unknown at the present time. He turned to Batman, "Anything else?"

"I don't know how he's doing it," Batman stated, "But he's also capable of bringing fictional characters to life."

"Fictional?" Brainiac turned to the billionaire.

"From Disney films intended for families," Batman observed as he changed the footage showing the allies of Sora, "Baymax, Simba, Timon, Pumbaa... all well-known characters from Big Hero 6 and Lion King."

The conqueror turned to an image of an animated screaming meerkat and warthog. Humming to himself, "Can they be a threat?"

"Unlikely," Batman stated, "Minimum at most. But he's made allies in this universe..." He then zoomed out of the panicking animals to reveal that he was no longer fighting alone, "The resistance, Black Canary, and Green Arrow discovered him. It's only a matter of time before Wonder Woman does too. If properly trained... he could become an issue... I highly suggest we eliminate him before..."

"No need for that... not yet..." Brainiac spoke up as he turned to the two members of the Justice League, "I wish to study him further. Lantern, continue your main objectives for now. Batman, keep an eye on him. I want constant updates. I wish to know what else he's capable of... if there are others like him... how he can bring these Disney characters to this universe. Do not engage until I say otherwise. Leave that to my Heartless and Nobodies for now."

"Of course, Brainiac," Batman nodded before both he and Lantern bowed their heads as they both declared, "For the glory of New Colu..."

With that, the hologram of Lantern vanished and Batman teleported out of the ship leaving Brainiac alone to his thoughts. He zoomed in on the image of Sora as he stated, "Out of all the possible threats my counterparts warned me about... I know very little of you... why is that?"

He then turned to his console, "Computer. Gather data from my counterparts' Skull Ships... tell me anything that is known in the multiverse about this... Sora..."

Well, Brainiac is up to no good, as usual. However, our heroes have a plan! Any familiar faces you were happy to see in this?

Well, next time, more familiar faces from the Disney and DC cast join Sora's team, but will it be enough to survive? Will it be enough to bring the Peginun to their ranks without an explosive device in his head? Will he accept a parley? Will they have to bring him in warm or will they have to bring him cold? And what happens when the Final Fantasy crew joins the resistance? Stay tuned!

I hope you enjoyed the chapter. Be sure to leave a review. Also if you haven't already, be sure to leave a follow and fav. to show your support. Until then, see ya real soon!

(Can anyone take a guess which Disney characters show up?)
