Hi, here is my story with a bad name: Lorelai and Luke:Mom and Dad, here you go, chapter 1!
It had been 2 weeks since Luke and Lorelai...did it... for the first time.
They both had loved that night, and thought about it alot. But Lorelai felt...weird...not because of that night, but her body felt weird, she was queasy, nauseous, sick. However you want to put it, she was feeling it. Her thoughts for the past 3 days had been 'Am I pregnant? No, I just have the stomach flu, I haven't been eating apples. But what if it's so early that the cravings haven't started? But we used protection! I used protection with Christopher too, and BAM I have Rory..Stop! I am not pregnant. But what if I am.."
She hadn't even thought about if she should tell Luke, if she was pregnant she would definitely tell him, he WAS the father. But she wasn't sure if he would want to hear about her pregnancy scare, if it was a scare… He didn't always seem like the "daddy" type, and there was the whole jam hands thing...
Luke was coming over for a date that night, and she ultimately decided to tell him. Or at least sort of tell him, she was going to go to the store and buy a pregnancy test, with him, so he would kind of get the idea.
It wouldn't be that hard ... .plus Luke would be such a good parent, and she has already had a kid so she knew the ropes. Luke would be happy, she would be happy, maybe this would be a good thing.

Lorelai had just heard the doorbell ring, she ran downstairs very quickly to answer.
"Hey" Lorelai said, then she kissed Luke and pulled him inside.
"Are you ready to go?" Luke asked, looking around her house, staring at the weird bowl of fruit she had sitting in the middle of her kitchen table.
"Yeah, I just have to grab my bag.."
"Okay"
As they walked outside, Lorelai said
"On the way there I need to pick up something at.."
"At what?"
"A drug store.."
"Uh- Okay?" He followed that with, "You doin' okay?"
"Yeah, I just have to pick up a.." Luke looked at her with an impatient expression.
"Pregnancy Test…" She said looking down, she then moved her gaze from the porch, to Luke.
Luke just stared at her for a few seconds, and then his brain allowed him to form a sentence,
"Are you sure?"
"No, that's why I need to go buy the test,"
"Yeah…, umm, let's go."
They drove in silence until Lorelai said,
"Luke"
"Yeah?"
"Would you be okay?"
"What?"
"Would you be okay..if I was pregnant.."
"Yeah..I'm good with it" He sighed and added "Especially since it's with you.." He took a breath and then said.."What about you?"
"Well I'm really glad that you wouldn't leave me.."
"You thought I would?"
"No, I just… wasn't sure how you'd react,"
"Uh- Okay,"
"Sorry.."
"No it's alright.."
"Do you want to go to get it before or after dinner?" He asked, somewhat looking over at her.
"I'm kind of impatient.."
"So before?"
"Yeah"
"Okay, let's go"
She was scared, Luke knew it, he looked over at her and placed a hand on hers. She looked up at him and smiled, he smiled back.
About 4 minutes later, Luke pulled into a drug store and parked.
"You ready?" He asked as he smiled at her, Lorelai wasn't as nervous anymore.
They got out of the car and Luke grabbed her hand, sort of reassuring her things are going to be okay.
Lorelai grabbed a clearblue test off the shelf and had Luke take it up to the checkout counter.
"We could go to a gas station" Luke suggested, looking at her, his hand in hers again.
"I was actually wondering if we could go back to your apartment.."
"Oh yeah, for sure." He smiled
"Lorelai.."
"Hmm?"
"It's going to be okay."
"How do you know?"
"Because there are only 2 things that might happen, if you're not pregnant, okay, we'll get over it. And if you are pregnant, then you and I are going to have a kid, and I know the relationship is new, but we've known each other for years and if we have a kid, then that kid'll have a good dad and the most amazing mom in the world."
"Wow, I have always loved ranting Luke but that rant was amazing." She looked up at him and smiled, he smiled back.
They made it back to Stars Hollow and back to the diner in almost no time.
"Hide the test so no one gets any ideas,"
Lorelai laughed and put the test in her bag.
"Okay, Let's go, hurry!"
She smiled and they both went upstairs to Luke's apartment.
She unboxed the test and went into the bathroom, neither of them knew what was going to happen next.
