Amy was in the kitchen, stirring up breakfast. This time she was much more cheerier, having already moved on from the hurtful stuff Scourge had said. She happily smiled as she made pancakes for herself and for Scourge.
Meanwhile, Scourge was sitting up in his bed. He had another nightmare again, but he wasn't scared! He just wanted to sit up and plot about his evil schemes. Yeah, that was it! He huffed to himself. The sweet aroma of Amy's cooking filled the air. Scourge's mouth watered instinctively. He opened up his door just a little bit, seeing the pink hedgehog made him angry again. He scowled; she looked too sickly sweet and joyful. The green hedgehog didn't understand how she could be happy.
Amy set the table quietly. She glanced up to where Scourge's bedroom door was, and she heard the door shut. She walked up to it nonchalantly and knocked politely.
"Scourge?" Amy asked gently. "Breakfast is ready!"
"Shut up!" Scourge's voice rang through the door. "You're annoying!"
"I'm sorry, but are you NOT the one who is staying at an enemy's house?" Amy retorted, as she had her hands on her hips.
"Tch. You're worse than an enemy, you pink doofus." Scourge spat back.
"THAT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE!" Amy shouted.
"WELL REGARDLESS, I STILL HATE YOUR ASS PINKY!" Scourge shouted back.
"Hmph. Fine, be that way!" Amy started. "Don't come crying to me when my delicious fluffy pancakes are gone!" She said with a huff, as she turned to leave.
Scourge's eyes widened. He was hungry after all, skipping meals since the other day. It had been a while since he had eaten. His stomach growled. He was busy being angry at everyone to eat.
"Not to mention they're cooked to the right temperature, has berries, syrup and-" Amy was cutoff midway as Scourge bursted through the door and right where his plate was. Amy smirked lightly.
"I knew you had it in you!" She giggled a bit.
"...Fuck you." He growled, eating like a pig and making a mess. Amy cringed at this.
"...Good morning to you too, Scourge." Amy said through gritted teeth complete with a smile.
"...As much as these pancakes do actually taste good, can't you make something else for once?" Scourge said as he swallowed the aforementioned pancakes down his throat. "Or is this the only thing your dumbass can make?" He asked with a scowl.
"I can make other things, Scourge." Amy gritted her teeth, stabbing her breakfast with a knife.
"Yeah right, all you care about is stupid Blue, I bet the only thing you crave for is his di-" Scourge was cutoff as Amy stabbed the butterknife onto the table, startling Scourge a bit.
"Shut. Up." She said dangerously.
"Fine by me, talking to you is really putting down my mood." He said with a scoff, before he got up from the dinner table. Amy did the same. They both were silently fuming as Amy washed the dishes by herself. Scourge just stood there looking at her interior design.
"...Gross." Scourge cringed. "What the hell is this shit?" He said, pointing to a portion of her wall.
"...My Sonic wall..." She said quietly.
Indeed it was, as there were pictures of the aforementioned Blue Blur on her wall; photos of Amy and Sonic together, photos of Amy chasing Sonic, or just plain old pictures of Sonic himself. Scourge almost vomitted as he looked at every picture with disdain. If he had laser eyes, he would totally burn the wall, he thought to himself with an evil smirk.
"You really are a creep, Pinky." Scourge taunted as he opened her front door and went out. Amy just coldly continued to wash the dishes.
The orderly fashion of Mobius made Scourge miss Moebius a little. Just a little bit though, everyone on that god forsaken planet was still dead to him. The sun that was once shining on him no longer did so, because as soon as he came out, it had turned to dark clouds. The bystanders of Station Square seem to be skeptical of the new arrival on the bustling streets of their city. Particularly one woman gave him a glare, but Scourge glared back and even flashed his sharp teeth. The woman scurried away, and Scourge just giggled evily and went on his way, putting his hands in his pockets.
"Man... this place is lame." Scourge said to himself. "Almost as lame as Pinky's place." He muttered with a frown. He kicked an empty soda can that was on the sidewalk as he continued walking.
Scourge then saw a crowd of people surrounding a person. His interest piqued and began shoving his way through, seeing a yellow cat in a red dress.
"Thanks everyone for attending my fashion show today!" Honey the Cat said with a beam. "I appreciate you all here!" She said, blowing a kiss to her fans, some of whom fainted after she gazed upon them.
Scourge observed Honey. Exuberant to the core, he thought to himself. Honey made several poses as she posed for the paparazzi's cameras. She was pretty cute looking too. He smirked as he walked up to her.
"Hey there pussycat," He flirted, flashing a charming smile at her. Honey blinked at him.
"OMG! Sonic! It's so nice to see you again!" Honey said, giving the green hedgehog a bone crushing hug. Scourge cringed a bit being referred to as Sonic, but he brushed it off as he hugged Honey back, albeit in a weird way.
"You know, you definitely could put on a show for me," Scourge flirted, taking her by the hand as they stopped hugging. Honey looked a little bit confused by this.
"Ok! Say, I could do so at your place, where would that be?" Honey asked with a smile. Scourge then had a big grin on his face.
"Of course you can toots, just follow me," He smirked, wrapping an arm on her shoulder.
"...I just don't get it, Sal." Sonic started, leaning against a tree. The mentioned chipmunk was not too far away reading a book.
"I don't get it either, but..." Sally started. "Amy isn't a pushover, she's got this." She explained, looking up from her book.
"Yeah but... Scourge isn't exactly the greatest person to be around." Sonic said. "What if he does something to her?" He asked.
"Come on, Amy is a strong girl, she can handle him." Sally said to the Blue Blur in a reassuring tone, putting a hand on his shoulder as she stopped reading. Sonic had a small blush on his face, as he placed a hand where she put hers. They exchanged smiles with one another. Amy indeed could handle herself, so what was the issue?
The pink hedgehog was cleaning up her house, she wasn't singing anything or humming anything, despite her music player playing some of her favorites songs. She weirdly felt nothing as she cleaned. Then, Scourge barged in with Honey in toe.
"So, this is my mojo dojo casa house." Scourge said with a smile, striking a dramatic pose as Honey looked around in awe.
"Honey?" Amy gawked.
"Shut up, Pinky. You're not my honey!" Scourge scowled, but not until he no longer felt Honey's shoulder. The fashion designer had gone up to Amy and they gave each other hugs.
"Amy!" Honey beamed as they exchanged hugs.
"I haven't seen you in forever!" Amy said with a smile.
Scourge stood there dumbfounded as the two ladies were chatting up a storm on the couch. Amy and Honey seemed to hit it off pretty well.
"You know her?!" Scourge gawked at the two, still a bit slack eyed.
"Yup! Honey and I go way back! She's my idol!" Amy said with a smile. "Speaking of which, what brings you here Honey?"
"He wanted a show, so I'm gonna give it to him!" Honey the Cat smiled, as she took the pink hedgehog by the hand, leaving Scourge all by himself in the living room, alone in his thoughts.
'If that's one of Pinky's idols... claiming her would be an accomplishment.' Scourge thought to himself with an evil smirk. "Heh, that pussycat doesn't have a clue-" He thought out loud to himself, but not before dozens of outfits were thrown at his face.
Honey and Amy came out with several different outfits in hand. They were smiling as Honey showed her an outfit. Scourge studied the two, and was really confused about what they were doing. Then, Honey took out a grey colored suit and tie. Scourge looked at it, and then saw the smirks of Honey and Amy. Scourge's eyes dilated, but was mostly just confused. Honey and Amy both pounced on him, much to the green hedgehog's horror.
Scourge had lost the battle of the girls putting on the outfit on him, because he indeed did stand there wearing the said suit and tie and matching top hat on him. Along with that was a matching cane.
"Doesn't he look attractive Honey? Like he's well dressed and dapper?" Amy said to Honey as she motioned to Scourge in a slight teasing tone.
"Totally!" Honey said with a smile.
"Uh, Honey?" Scourge asked in an irritated tone. "Where's my show?" He asked as he folded his arms.
"Oh... right, I remember that!" Honey said with a smile. Scourge smirked, he couldn't wait to see how Honey would rock his world. He was about to grab her by the-
"Hey Amy, you need to put this on!" Honey exclaimed as she pulled out another outfit. "So this is the bride and groom set!" She said with a beam.
"THE WHAT?!" Amy cried out, as Honey slapped the dress on her face. "Put it in! Come on, I need to take pictures!" Honey said with a smile, the pink hedgehog sighed in defeat as she put them on.
"...What kind of show is this?" Scourge asked in annoyance.
"It's a fashion show!" Honey exclaimed. "Right now, you two are modeling my bride and groom set!"
"THE WHAT?!" Scourge cried out, making Honey giggle. Amy walked into the fray where she had the wedding dress on. Scourge saw the pink hedgehog in the dress. It looked too loose on her and it made her look fat, at least that's what's he thought. Scourge scowled in disgust as he focused his attention back to Honey.
"Honey, babe, this isn't exactly the 'show' I meant..." Scourge started, as he was about to fling his arm around her.
"SHUTUPSHUTUP! Hold that position!" Honey exclaimed, as she put a fake bouquet of flowers in Amy's hand. She shoved the pink hedgehog right to where Scourge had been standing. "Now pose!"
"Say cheese!" She said, pulling out a camera from the hammerspace. Scourge and Amy's eyes flashed as the sound of the camera had shuttered. They just stood there stunned.
"Awwww... look how cute you two are!" Honey said with a smile. "I'll call it, 'The Sonic and Amy Wedding Combo'!"
"WHAT?!" Amy and Scourge screamed out in unison. They both had looks of panic on their faces.
"What?" Honey repeated.
"He's not Sonic! He's Sonic's evil twin!" Amy exclaimed as she was firmly grasping the fake bouquet.
"YEAH! I'm better than him!" Scourge said with a frown. "Plus, just look at this pink loon! She looks HIDEOUS in that dress! It makes her look fat!" He taunted with an evil smirk. "Anyone would be crazy enough to want to marry her!"
Amy turned to him coldly as she was still grasping onto the fake bouquet. She chucked it at him as steam emitted from her again. The Green Menace got knocked down. She turned red as her cheeks puffed up. Eventually, Scourge got up again, but he had a large bump on his head.
"Anyways, Honey, we could still do that sh-"
"Oh, would you look at the time!" Honey said. "I'm going to be late for the next fashion show! I gotta go, See you later Amy! See you later Sonic!" She waved goodbye as she headed out.
Amy waved goodbye at the yellow cat, while Scourge stood there fuming. How dare that woman leave?! AND she called him Sonic? The nerve of her!
"Dang, and I thought I was gonna- ACHOO!" Scourge was cut off mid sentence as he let out a loud sneeze.
Amy perked her head to the side as she was taking off the wedding veil. "Uhhh... you ok?"
"Shut the fuck up! I'm fi- ACHOO!" Scourge sneezed again, but this time he sneezed so hard that he knocked himself back.
Amy blinked as she sighed out loud. This was gonna be an even longer day, wasn't it?
Scourge let out a loud sneeze as he had a thermometer in his mouth. He also looked very flushed. He was hacking out a lung as he had several blankets on top of him. He looked and felt awful. He sighed as he was in his bed. Amy sat next to him, she had a small first aid kit next to her. She put a hand on his forehead.
"Yikes." Amy said, grabbing hold of the thermometer. "Your temperature is at 102 degrees!" She said, slight concern in her voice.
"So? What's that supposed to mean?" Scourge retorted, gripping onto the blanket.
"You have a high fever, and you're coughing up a storm. You seem to be coming down with a cold." Amy explained.
Scourge let out a cackle. "Me? Sick? That's priceless! I don't get sick!" He said with a cocky grin, until a few seconds later he coughed again.
Amy only gave him a deadpan look. "Everybody gets sick, Scourge."
"Not me! Getting sick is for dweebs!" Scourge pouted, as he sneezed out a lot of mucus... on Amy.
Amy stood there with the sick green hedgehog as she wiped off the mucus on herself. She slammed his door, and a few moments later came back with a bowl of soup.
"Eh? What the hell is that?" Scourge inquired, pointing to the bowl.
"It's chicken noodle soup, it's so you can get better," Amy said gently.
Scourge peered his head to see the bowl, and saw that some of the noodles spelled out 'Get Well Soon :)'.
"...Gross, you really think this will make me feel better?" He scowled in disgust as he turned away from the soup. Amy just frowned and set it down on his nightstand. "I mean seriously, you did this to me! I knew your food was too good to be true, you must have poisoned me!"
"...It was just a kind gesture." Amy grumbled as she slammed the door again in his room. She went up to her room, seemingly disregarding her living room because when she got to her room, there was only silence. A few moments later, Amy went down on the floor in a fetal position, and then cried.
'She looks HIDEOUS in that dress!'
'Anyone would be crazy enough to want to marry her!'
Scourge's words to her had stung. Stung harder than ever before. Normally she was tough, and didn't let anyone's words get to her, but now...
'You really are a creep, Pinky.'
'You're worse than Rosy!'
'Worse than Rosy!'
'Worse than Rosy!'
Amy silently sobbed into the night. How was she gonna get to him now? She wondered in her head as her crying continued. Scourge eventually fell asleep. The house went still and silent.
