Purvi followed him downstairs, her heart beating with anticipation. As soon as she entered the dining area, she saw that Daya and ACP were already sitting there, drinking tea. She went and touched the feet of the ACP, he smiled and gave her his blessings.

Daya: Good Morning Bhabhi.

Purvi: Good Morning devar ji.

Purvi replied, her voice respectful.

Abbi: Betho.

Abhi said, pulling out a chair for her, she sat down.

Daya: Ohhhhhooo mere liye toh kbhi chair nhi kheenchi bhai.

Abhi: Jhooth mat bol bahut baar kheenchi hai.

Daya: Wo mujhe girane ke liye bethane ke liye nahi.

Abhi: Jiske liye bhi kheenchi par kheenchi toh hai na.

Daya: Hunh!!

Acp: Abhi tumne bala ki case file ready kar di thi na?

Abhi: Haan dad wo complete hai mere desk pe hi hai.

Purvi listened intently as they discussed the case, feeling a sense of curiosity and wonder. What was going on? And how was Abhi involved? She leaned in, her ears perked up, eager to learn more.

Acp: Hum bureau jaa rahe hain aaj tum ghar pe hi ruko purvi ke saath hmm?

Abhi: Ji dad.

Daya, who was sitting nearby, spoke up.

Daya: Main bhi aaj ghar pe hi rukunga dad.

Acp: Tumhe kyun ghar pe rukna hai bhai?

Daya: Bhabhi aayi hai meri ,thodi baatein vaatein karunga unke saath.

Acp: Chalo thek hai.

As Acp left. Abhi got up , but Purvi pulled him back onto the chair by holding his blazer sleeve. He looked at her, annoyed, and whispered.

Abhi: Kyaa hai?

Purvi: Tum kidnappings ke alawa kya karte ho? I mean tumhare dad abhi kis case ke baare main baat kar rhe the??

Abhi: Kidnappings hi nhi karta main. Yeh pehli Kidnapping thi meri.

Purvi "giggled" : wo bhi galat ho gayi.

Abhi: Cid, Senior inspector hun main.

She gasped with shock, her eyes wide with surprise. "CID?!"

He nodded, his expression serious.

Abhi: Hmm yeh daya bhi cid main aur dad acp hain.

Purvi: wow.!!!

She felt a thrill of excitement. Being married to a CID officer was certainly going to be interesting!

Purvi: Itni achi job hai tumhari toh yeh gunda gardi kyun karte ho. Ooooo samjh gayi.

Abhi: Kya?

Purvi: Tumhara sapna gunda banna hoga lekin family pressure ki wajah se cid officer bann gaye hai na?

Abhi: Gunda banna kiska sapna hota hai? Mera hi dream tha cid officer banna, gunda nahi lekin banna pada. Aaj kal iss desh ke jaise haalat hain na kayi baar kanoon todna padta hai aur usse aage nikalna padta hai, warna chup bethe rho in paise walon ki wajah se jinhone kanoon ko bhi apne joote ke neeche rakha hai.

Their eyes met, and Purvi felt a spark of connection. She knew that she still had a lot to learn about Abhi, but she was eager to find out more.

Purvi nodded: You are totally right but.--

Daya: Ahem!! Bedroom chhota pad gaya kya romance ke liye jo yahin shuru ho gaye.

He said while chuckling as they both leaned towards each other and talked. They instantly got separated and sat straight.

Abhi: H..hum bas baat kar rahe the.

Daya: Bhabhi aapne khaana shuru bhi nhi kiya. Nahi khaana hai kya?

Purvi: Khaana hai na. Mujhe bahut bhookh lagi hai tumhare bhai ne hi mujhe baaton main laga diya.

She said and started eating. Daya was engrossed in his phone, scrolling through social media, while Purvi was focused on her plate, devouring her food with gusto. Abhi, having finished his breakfast, sipped his tea and gazed at Purvi with a mix of amusement and annoyance.

Abhi: Dheere khao koi tumse tumhara khaana nahi chhen ne wala.

Purvi : kya pta tum mera khaana bhi kidnap karlo.

Daya chuckled and set his phone down. She continued eating, her pace unchanged.

Abhi: You know, you're going to choke if you don't slow down.

Purvi: Kuch nahi hota hai.

Abhi: Ladki laane gaya tha rakshas le aaya.

Daya burst out laughing.

Daya: Bhabhi bhai ne aapko rakshas bola

Purvi: Jo bolta hai wahi hota hai.

Daya chuckled, but Abhi's irritation only grew.

Abhi: Khaate samay baat nahi karte.

But Purvi ignored him, serving herself more food. Abhijeet's eyes widened in disbelief.

Abhi: Bass bhi karo, Kitna khaogi tum???

Daya: Khaane de na bhai mera khane ko toh lagate ho nazar ab bhabhi ke bhi laga rahe ho.

Purvi, with a mouthful of food, angrily said.

Purvi: Meri marzi ke bina shaadi karke mujhe yahan rakhe ho na dekhna, tumhare ghar ka saara rashan khaa jaungi aur tumhe gareeb kar dungi.

Abhi narrowed his eyes, taken aback by her illogical response.

Abhi: Kuch bhi.

Purvi, still chewing, muttered under her breath.

Purvi: Tumhara saara paisa khaa jaungi mai. Dekh lena.

Abhi sighed, shaking his head. Purvi, finally swallowing her food, looked up at Abhi.

Purvi: Waise husband.

Abhi: Don't call me husband. Kitni baar bolna padega tumhe.

Daya, who had been watching the exchange with interest, leaned in and whispered something in Purvi's ear. She giggled and nodded, and Daya sat straight up in his seat, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.

Purvi turned back to Abhi, a sly smile spreading across her face.

Purvi: Thek hai abse husband nahi kahungi.

She said, her voice dripping with sweetness.Abhi nodded, looking relieved, but then Purvi said.

Purvi: Suno na Jaanu

Abhi's eyes widened in shock. The cup of tea in his hand slipped from his fingers, and he blushed bright red.

Daya and Purvi burst out laughing at Abhi's reaction, and Purvi teased.

Purvi: Kya hua Jaanu??

Abhi's face grew even redder as he stuttered.

Abhi: K-kuch nahi is--isse behatr hus-husband hi keh lo tum.

Purvi's laughter grew louder, and Daya joined in, chuckling and shaking his head.

Daya: Bhai tujhe chhedna kitna aasan hai.

As they laughed, Abhi couldn't help but smile. Despite his initial shock, he couldn't deny the warmth that spread through his chest at Purvi's playful use of the term "Jaanu". Maybe, just maybe, he was starting to enjoy this marriage thing after all.

Daya whispered flirty lines in Purvi's ear, and she repeated them to Abhi, teasing him mercilessly. Abhi's face turned bright red.

Abhi's eyes darted to Daya, who was trying to stifle his grin.

Abhi: Daya brainwash karna band kar uska.

Daya: Bhai maine kya kiya?

Purvi: Unko kuch mat bolo faltu mai.

Abhi: Yahan bethna hi nhi hai mujhe.

He get up and left.

At Night, The living room was aglow with the soft light of the TV, casting a warm ambiance over the space. ACP sat comfortably on the couch, watching his favorite show, while Daya and Purvi were engrossed in a heated video game battle on the console.

Abhi, who had been working on his laptop, looked up and frowned at the duo.

Abhi: Tum dono ki problem kya hai? Kitna chilla rahe ho. Dheere nhi bol sakte?

Daya and Purvi paused their game and turned to Abhi, grinning mischievously.

Daya: Bhai hum toh bas game khel rahe hain.

Purvi: Aur itna bhi nhi chilla rahe warna kya papa ji nhi kehte hume ki shaant raho.

Abhi: Daya tum khud toh hamesha games mai lage rehte ho, use bhi wahi sikha rahe ho. Agla banda kaam kar raha hai yahan. Dikhta nhi hai na tum dono ko.

ACP, who had been quietly observing the exchange, suddenly spoke up.

Acp: Abhi tum hi kahin aur jaakr kaam karlo na unhe kyun daant rahe ho? Khud toh hamesha serious rehte ho wo bechari bacchi kahin khush hai enjoy kar rhi hai use bhi nhi karne dete.

Daya and Purvi exchanged a triumphant glance, and then turned back to Abhi with a victorious grin.

Daya: Kabhi kabhi lagta hai na dad ki bhai 60 ho gaya hai itna gussel aur chidchida rehta hai.

Abhi "in mind" : Kaise batau kishen gayab hai, I'm sure wo koi planning karega aap logo ko chot pahunchane ki bas yahi bat mujhe tension de rhi hai isiliye chidchida aur gussel ho raha hun.

Abhi: Kuch nahi hai bas kaam pending hai dad isiliye thoda mood kharab hai aur waise bhi iss daya ki wajah se hi Mera kaam badhta hai iska bhi mujhe karna padta hai.

Acpa "chuckled" : Haan ab bade bhai hone ka farz toh nibhana padega na.

Daya and Purvi giggled and high-fived each other, and then dove back into their game, their laughter and banter filling the room. ACP smiled, watching the them with warmth, happy to see his family bonding and having a good time together.

Other side, Kishen stepped out of his car, flanked by his guards, and approached the village man.

The village man pointed towards the jungle.

Man: Sahab yahan idher bandha dekha tha maine uss photo wale sahab ko uss raat. Aur unke samne ek aadmi betha tha jeep par. Usne unn bukhe kutton ko wo sahab pe chhod diya aur unn kutton ne uss bechare ko noch noch kr khaa liya.

Kishen's eyes narrowed, his grip on his gun tightening.

Kishen: Kon tha wo jeep wala?

Man: Nahi sahab maine uski shakal nahi dekhi.

Man: Wo dekho sahab wo rahe wo kutte ab dekho kaise shaant bethe hain pet jo bhara hai na warna uss din bechare ko kaise noch noch kar kha rahe..--

Before the man finished speaking, a loud gunshot echoed through the air. Man's head snapped towards the sound, and he saw the dogs lying in a pool of blood.

Kishen: Chhodunga nahi jisne bhi mere bhai ke saath yeh kiya.

Kishen's eyes scanned the area, his mind racing with questions. Who was the man in the jeep? He knew he had to get to the bottom of this.

Kishen: Tum log jaao pta karo kisne maara hai mere bhai ko. Mujhe itna toh pta hai acp ya uske beton ka in sabse lena dena hai.
