He's completely logical by now, and calm as a cucumber. That said, Akio still has trouble believing the situation he currently finds himself in. "If this really is like Yggdrasil, I should be able to summon any item in my item box, right?" He thinks to himself. "What did I have in my item box... Wait. Don't I have that item?" He comes to a sudden realization, as if it was the answer he had been looking for. Suddenly, he stretches his arm forward.

「Summon Item Box」

The space appears once again, Akio seemingly getting used to summoning the item box. His hand enters the item box, and after a few seconds, pulls out a mirror from within.

"Here's hoping this works..." Akio sets the mirror down on the ground, as it illuminates itself. He visualizes the place he currently is, as the mirror suddenly switches to displaying the grassland from above. "Holy shit - it actually works." Akio is taken aback by the mirror's functionality. He knew how it functioned within Yggdrasil, but he didn't think it'd work so easily within this world.

"It's like I intuitively know what to do or how to use items..."

He stops questioning the origin of his newfound intrinsic knowledge, and looks at the mirror. He adjusts the mirror to look down towards him, and then zooms in on view of himself with his hand. Unsurprisingly, he is wearing the same armor he wore back when he played Yggdrasil.

"Not only am I seemingly in Yggdrasil... but I'm also using the same character as well?"

While looking into the mirror, he pulls out another item from the item box. This time, a monocle comes out of it. Akio lines up the monocle with his right eye.

"「High Appraise」"

Within Yggdrasil, one of the most common skills was 「Appraisal」, a skill that allowed players to look at another's Status Window, in order to gage their abilities. It could be was easily counteracted by being above level 40, as it would not work on any player who'd reached level 41 and beyond.

This made 「Appraisal」nearly completely useless in high-level PVP, as one wouldn't be able to accomplish anything apart from observing the status window of potential summons within a fight, but that was all.

Seeing the skill become useless, the YGGDRASIL developers decided to buff Appraisal in a separate way, that made the playstyle not completely redundant. While aiming to make an upgraded version of 「Appraisal」, they created the 8th tier magic spell 「High Appraise」. The spell had a cast time of 1 second, making it extremely viable in real-time PVP combat, and it removed the level cap「Appraisal」had. As a bonus, 「High Appraise」could now even displayed more information than level and stats, going so far as to show Racial and Job Class levels as well. Under normal circumstances, this would make it an extremely combat-capable spell. The problem was, that it was an 8th tier spell. 8th tier spells were locked behind level 50, meaning in order to even see the opponent's stats, you'd have to be over level 50. Not only that, you'd also have to be a level 50 magic caster. If you were any other Job Class, lower level, or didn't have access to 8th tier magic; you were unable of using「High Appraise」. This made people immediately lose hope in it.

Seeing this, the developers created an「Artifact-Class」item called the 「Truth-Seeking Monocles」. 「Artifact-Class」items were only obtainable for limited time, meaning they would only be able to be obtained for a select period of time. Any player could obtain them, as all you'd have to do in order to obtain it would be to be part of a party that kills a limited time boss. The boss itself was only level 50, and the monocles had a relatively high drop rate of about 40%. This resulted in a considerable amount of players being able to obtain the 「Truth-Seeking Monocles」.

As Akio looks at himself through the 「Mirror or Remote Viewing using the「Truth-Seeking Monocles」, his status window appears in front of him.

"These are the exact stats I had when when I played Yggdrasil..."

"How is this even possible..."

Akio is, unsurprisingly, still in disbelief.

"No matter. For now, I need to find out more about this world. Granted..." He looks towards the endless horizon.

"I don't know how far I'll have to traverse..."

Hours later, as Akio is still traversing the grassland, he hears a scream a few hundred or so meters away from him. As if by pure instinct of his good nature, he immediately lunges in the direction. He hears the scream again; this time, much closer.

He reaches the destination a few seconds later, as he sees a woman with blonde hair being attacked by a humongous creature. She seems heavily wounded, with multiple signs of blunt force trauma to various parts of her body; namely: legs, right arm, kneecaps, and others.

"So weak...?" Akio is somewhat caught off guard. Within Yggdrasil, it'd been a long time since he'd last seen such a low level mob. In fact, it'd been quite a long time since he'd even seen a high level regular mob, due to him only participating in raids with the rest of Ainz Ooal Gown. Nevertheless, he quickly snaps out of it, and goes to help the woman.

He lunges over to her side, and lands in front of her.

"Uh... who..."

"My name is Touch M-" Akio says, before realizing perhaps identifying himself by his old moniker wasn't the best idea. If it was possible he wasn't the only player, or even guild member of Ainz Ooal Gown, however, he wanted to spread a name his friends would recognize.

"Ahem. My name is Tach Mi Ifyu Caan!" He proclaims proudly. The woman is seemingly taken aback slightly by the strangeness of his name, as Akio realizes this perhaps wasn't the best name to choose. He remembered the NPCs within Yggdrasil spoke English as well as Japanese, depending on the settings you played the game on. The name would be far too confusing for someone who could probably understand it. Granted, the alternatives had to have been far better than this one.

"Tach... Mi?" The woman repeats back to Akio, as her daze is broken by the ginormous ogre swinging down a wooden club upon her.

"WATCH OUT!"

The club crashes into Akio, as a huge shockwave that levels the nearby grass ensues.

Akio is unhurt.

Perhaps not the most surprising, but it was most definitely an unexpected outcome for the woman witnessing it unravel.

"W- what...?"

"Oh - auuuu!" He attempts to let out a half-assed yelp.

"Are you alright!? Flee, you're not strong enough to beat that thing! Leave me behind!"

"Woosh. Thank god she bought it." Akio thinks to himself. Quite a cunning man he has to be, to value a single woman's limited perception of his strength, over instantly slaying the foul beast in front of him.

"Do not worry, I assure you I am strong enough." Akio says, looking back at her, before shortly looking in front again."

"Now... how do I hold back enough to barely kill it." As shameless as can get, while the poor woman worries and struggles to survive; this guy is thinking about how to hide his strength, like some isekai protagonist. Though I guess that he is.

"Well... he's level 20, so I guess... this should be enough, right?" He aims all of his concentration on limiting his physical capabilities to about 20%, and then swings horizontally in the tenderest way he can muster, cleaving the monster in half instantly.

"W- what..."

"Oops." Even holding back as much as Noah's Ark wasn't enough to only leave the beast alive. It seems it will take Akio quite a large amount of time to completely grasp the extant of his strength.

Akio looks back at the woman, towering above her cowering self in full-body platinum armor, as the blood of the ogre gushes, splashing and tainting everything a crimson hue.

"Are you alright?" He extends a hand.

"Y- yes..." She returns the gesture, reaching for his hand with her own.

The woman gets up, using Akio's hand as support. Before Akio can begin to ask her questions about this world, she speaks up.

"Um... Sir, you're not from this world... are you?"
