Chapter 2: The beginning of Naruto
*3 years later* "Alright Naruto, since you already have chunin level chakra we can get started with training" Kushina reluctantly said after her son has been begging to train for a year now. "Oh yeah! finally! It has been long enough!" Naruto excitedly yelled "now now honey, no need to get so excited" Kushina said in a low yet kind voice. "Whatever mom," Naruto groaned. Lightening up Naruto asked "Alright so what flashy jutsu are you going to teach me first!" Kushina, chuckling, replied "well Naruto, you will actually learn taijutsu first." "Why!" Naruto replied in a depressed voice. Kushina, getting more and more amused as time goes on says "Because it's more important, you need to have basic physical strength at the minimum before learning any jutsu, let alone flashy ones." Naruto being sad accepted the fact that he would not learn jutsu for quite a while just accepted it. He replied to his mom "fine, what do you want me to do" Kushina grinning menacingly told him to do 1000 pushups, 2500 sit ups, and 500 pull ups, Naruto shuttered and asked his mom if she was serious. Kushina's grin just widened more as she confirmed and told him "go get it son!" Naruto then got started with his training. one week later "hey Sasuke!" His mother Mikoto yelled up the stairs "What is it mom!" Sasuke replied "Wanna hang out with Naruto?" Mikoto asked Sasuke. "Of course I do!" Sasuke exclaimed, calm down Sasuke-kun Mikoto said trying to temper her excited son. "Sorry mom" Sasuke responded in a solemn tone. Mikoto wickedly grinned and informed Sasuke that his little playdate would actually be a training day with Kushina. Sasuke grimaced and visibly shivered to Mikotos amusement "m-mom you're kidding right?" Nope Sasuke-chan i'm completely serious! Mikoto replied even more amused than before, "alright Sasuke, time to go!" "alright mom!" Sasuke excitedly yelled after getting over the shock of having to go through his best friend's horrific training. *At the Namikaze/Uzumaki estate* "Alright Sasuke! You are going to have a little bit lighter training since this is your first day doing it" Kushina said. Naruto angrily yelled "Hey! What the hell mom? I had to do double what he is doing on my first day!" "Shut up Naruto!" Kushina replied. In the back of Sasuke's mind he was wondering how Naruto and his mother were so close with the banter they are dishing out at eachother but let them get it out nonetheless. "Sorry Sasuke, since my idiot son wont stop complaining, would you like to sit on top of him during his pushups?" Kushina said in a terrifying voice "I would love to Kushina-San!" Sasuke replied to which Naruto shot him a look asking why he would betray him. Kushina just chuckled at the look and said "now, now Naruto it will just make you a stronger shinobi." "I guess" Naruto reluctantly replied "Alright then! Let's get started with training!" Kushina exclaimed. Much to Naruto's dismay his brutal mother decided to make pushups first so Naruto would already have his arms hurting. "Alright Naruto chop chop get on the ground" "alright mom!" Naruto replied in a horrified voice. As Naruto got on the ground Sasuke shot him a grin and got on his back then proceeded to start shaking to try and mess Naruto up. This didn't go unnoticed as the moment Naruto finished his 1000 pushups he turned around and started the jump on Sasuke's stomach who decided to grab and throw him in retaliation. As 2 years goes on nothing very eventful happens except Naruto's training increasing from 1000 pushups, 2500 sit ups and 500 pull ups, to 5000 push ups, 500 one hand pushups, 100 handstand pushups, 15000 sit ups, and 1000 muscle ups. At this point Naruto looks like a younger Minato as his mother let him grow out his hair to about his fathers length and his deep blue eyes only added onto the effect. Naruto is still called a demon yet nobody dares try his mother as she has outwardly states she will pound someone into the core of the Earth if they try anything on her child. *October 10th, Naruto's 6th birthday* Naruto is running through the crowds with his friends Sasuke, Shikamaru, and Choji during the festival of the defeating of the Kyuubi no kitsune cheering about how cool the fourth hokage much to Sasuke's embarrassment. He keeps getting weird glares which were almost as if he was the Kyuubi himself but he decided to ignore them because he has been getting them his whole life, especially on his birthdays but he does care because he has his mother to support him. Naruto is mostly excited though, because he will be able to join the academy this year!
