Summary: Here it comes, the biggest rematch in TDW history! As we will see "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam defend the TDW Women's Championship against the winner of the 2019 Women's Road to Redemption Rumble match, "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel in not only a rematch of their classic two out of three falls match from Christmas Miracle, the match they'' be competing in is a Vancouver Death Match!

The fans were reeling from a physical match between Jay Morris and Kurt Angle.
"Welcome back fans, to Total Drama Wrestling's presentation of Ultimate Showdown, in case you just joined us, you missed a wrestling clinic in Jay Morris and Kurt Angle for the TDW Intercontinental Championship." Mauro said to Joey.
"But this next match you really do not wanna to miss as this is one of the biggest matches of the year! As the TDW double champion "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam defends her women's title against former champion Dawn Menzel in a Vancouver Deathmatch!" Joey said to Mauro, reminding him what was next.
"Indeed, but before we get to the match, let's take you back to how it all transpired and all the events leading up to it!" Mauro said before a video package began.
*The video package begins at TDW's Fall Brawl*
"This all transpired when Ali helped Dawn retain the TDW Women's Championship against Heather Clarkson in a No Holds Barred match in Wellington, New Zealand." Mauro said to Joey during the video package.
"Then fast forward to a couple of months later when at the TDW Arena Ali defeated Anne Maria in a number one contender's match for the women's title, but a serious anemic attack she suffered immediately after the match threatened to derail those plans." Joey said before Mauro was next.
"But thankfully she recovered in time." Mauro said before Joey was next again.
"Yep, not even an anemic attack could hold her down; because a few weeks later at Christmas Miracle in Houston, Ali defied all the odds and not only defeated Eric Bischoff sending him packing in a No Holds Barred Match, she also beat Dawn in a classic two out of three falls for the women's title in front of her hometown crowd!" Joey said describing Ali overcoming her anemic attack and winning the title.
"Then a month later at Road to Redemption in Cardiff, Wales, Ali retained her title against Heather in a Hell in a Cell match whereas Dawn won the 2019 Women's Road to Redemption Rumble match, earning herself the title shot she has now!" Mauro said describing how the seeds of this war began.
"But we haven't forgotten about the warning shots Dawn fired after No Way Out!" Joey said before Mauro was next.
"Dawn fired warning shots during Ali's tag team title match in which the TDW Women's Tag Team championships were on the line in a street fight against two of her besties, Zoey and Dakota." Mauro said describing the warning shot she fired in Baltimore.
"And despite Ali and Marley winning the tag titles in Baltimore, the warning shots kept coming… things came to a head finally in Laramie, Wyoming when Ali went off the rails, Brian Pillman-style and made the rematch a Vancouver Deathmatch; to which Dawn accepted!" Mauro said before describing when Ali went off the rails, as the video package ended.
"Now we have Funaki standing by with the challenger, "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel!" Joey said before the camera went to Dawn and Funaki.
"Thanks Joey and Mauro; I'm Funaki, TDW's number one backstage interviewer and I am here with the former TDW Women's Champion Dawn Menzel with me as we're minutes away from the biggest rematch of the year! Dawn, what do you say about facing the champion in this Vancouver Deathmatch?" Funaki said not only thanking Mauro and Joey, he then proceeded to ask Dawn.
"Funaki, first off… it's amazing enough that I get a rematch against the undefeated "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam, who had quite the ordeal earlier, dealing with her abusive aunt who I knew had a very very black and a lot of bad aura… but know this Alisabeth, you maybe "The Rock 'n' Roll Queen of TDW, but you'll never be the queen of hardcore like me." Dawn answered Funaki.
"Indeed she had quite the ordeal and I'm guessing you're proud of her for standing up for herself?" Funaki said before asking Dawn another question.
"I am proud, but now, it's time for me to give you Alisabeth, a bloody slice of humble pie." Dawn answered Funaki, before telling him it was time for Ali to be humble.
"How are you gonna do that exactly?" Funaki asked Dawn.
"Funaki, I can explain that." Dawn answered Funaki.
"Okay." Funaki said before Dawn began to give her explanation.
"You and I in a few minutes will be competing in a Vancouver Deathmatch, that means you and I are gonna be brawling and bleeding from head to toe until one of us stands tall as the TDW Women's Champion!" Dawn said before she left Funaki who was surprised.
"Wow, such passion from the Dawn Menzel, now let's go to Sean Mooney with the TDW double champion… "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam." Funaki said before the camera went to Sean Mooney and "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam.
"Thanks Funaki, I am here with the undefeated TDW double champion at 38-0, "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam who's about to defend the TDW Women's Championship in a minute, Ali… what do you have to say about your challenger, "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel?" Sean asked Ali.
"Hehehe... oh, a lot of things, Sean Mooney." Ali chuckled and answered Sean before she began to respond.
"First, I faced off against the likes of Becky Lynch in Glasgow, Scotland in a classic two out of three falls match, I faced Tyra Valkyrie in Mexico City, Mexico in a Mexican Death match, and countless others in a variety of matches." Ali said before she rolled her eyes, then she continued.
"And yes, that includes WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar... But! I haven't forgotten about you, Dawn Menzel!" Ali said mentioning Brock Lesnar, before reminding the camera that she was calling out Dawn once more.
"We had a classic match in my hometown of Houston, Texas where I became the Women's Champion… tonight in this Vancouver Deathmatch, I expect it to get bloody, brutal, and downright hardcore! Except I'm the very best there is in the TDW Women's division, because I've worked hard at it like my idol, my mentor, Canadian hero and good friend Bret "The Hitman" Hart… but no one can do what I can do in that ring, and believe me when I say this, Dawn; I will go into this match the TDW Women's Champion... and walk out of it STILL the TDW Women's Champion! Now, it's time for me to fucking take a ride on the wild side." Ali said before she left as Sean was also surprised.
"Mauro, Joey, back to you." Sean said to Mauro and Joey.
"Thank you Sean Mooney, thank you Funaki… it is now time for the Vancouver Deathmatch for the TDW Women's Championship, let's go to Justin Roberts." Mauro said before the camera went to Justin Roberts who was in the ring, as the bell rang.
"The following contest, is a Vancouver Deathmatch for the TDW Women's Championship!" Justin Roberts announced to the crowd who roared with cheers.
"At the request of the challenger… please welcome, The Drama Brothers!" Justin Roberts announced before Trent, Cody, Harold, and Justin came out to cheers before they began to play "Fireflies" by Owl City before Dawn came out, to green face paint resembling Jeff Hardy and The Great Muta to loud cheers from the crowd.
"Introducing first the challenger, from Whistler, British Columbia… "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel!" Justin Roberts announced.
"Dawn Menzel looks ready to fight, Joey!" Mauro said to Joey.
"She sure does Mauro, she has come home to challenge the undefeated TDW Women's Championship, "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam in what will be a really bloody affair." Joey said while Dawn kept high-fiving fans until she entered the ring; just then, the lights go out to the surprise of the fans as her music stopped.
"The lights are out again, Mauro." Joey said to Mauro.
"I can tell, Joey." Mauro said before one of the most iconic pieces of music began to play as 'Messa de Requiem: II. Dies Irae' by Giuseppe Verdi played before the War Rig from Mad Max: Fury Road came out to loud roars of the crowd.
"Oh, my God! Is that-?!" Joey shouted before he asked.
"It is! The War Rig from Mad Max: Fury Road! But I wonder who's driving it?" Mauro shouted before then, smoke billows all over the War Rig as its occupant comes out of it and climbs down as the occupant is revealed to be "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam, clad in her jacket, the same shirt she wore in her pit, her kilt and boots; she also wore the same mask Immortan Joe wore in Fury Road and black smeared eyeshadow across her eyes.
"Mauro, look at this!" Joey shouted at Mauro.
"It's the TDW Women's champion! She's going out Mad Max-style!" Mauro said back to Joey.
"That's not all, Mauro; look!" Joey said back and just then, the smoke underneath Ali goes off as behind the smoke, she took off her jacket, shirt and kilt; the smoke then cleared as the crowd looked on then roared loudly as it showed off her wearing her white tank top and denim jeans, but still kept the mask on; the music then stops as Ali slowly took her mask off and finally, she struck a pose as 'Wild Side' by Motley Crue began to play causing the crowd to cheer.
"Introducing, her opponent, from Houston, Texas… she is 38-0, she is one-half of the TDW Women's Tag Team Champions and the TDW Women's Champion… "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam!" Justin Roberts announced.
"What an impressive entrance from the double champion, Joey!" Mauro said to Joey.
"Yea, she really pulled off the post-apocalyptic theme for sure!" Joey said to Mauro.
"This is one of the most impressive entrances that "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam has done." Mauro praised Ali's entrance before she then appeared on the entrance ramp before the crowd was fired up for the action to start as Ali high fived the fans before she entered the ring, before the referee raised the belt up as the music stopped then the bell rang as the two began the match with an intense stare down.
"Here we go! It is the rematch we've been waiting for! As the TDW Women's Championship is on the line!" Mauro said before Dawn slapped Ali, which lead to Ali nailing an arm drag, before Dawn then responded with an arm drag of her own before following that up with an enzuigiri to Ali.
"What a series of offense from these two ladies… a slap by Dawn, followed up by two arm drags and an enzugiri!" Joey said before Ali responded with a tornado punch to Dawn, before she then followed that up with a Powerbomb Lift cutter.
"Ali with a powerbomb lift into a cutter!" Mauro said before Ali then left the ring to get some weapons, as she got out a barbed wire chair and a kendo stick.
"Looks like the double champion's got a barbed wire chair and a kendo stick, Joey!" Mauro said to Joey, before Ali then nailed Dawn with the kendo stick.
"OHHHHH!" The crowd groaned while Ali then nailed in one shot to Dawn's back before capitalizing by nailing another shot onto the cranium of her challenger.
"OHHHHHHH!" The crowd groaned once more.
"Ooh, right on Dawn's head!" Joey said while Ali grabbed the barbed wire chair, and whacked Dawn with it.
"OHHHH!" The crowd groaned once more before Ali nailed another shot with the barbed wire chair, causing Dawn to start bleeding across her head.
"Mamma Mia! Ali just drew blood on Dawn!" Mauro said to Joey, while Ali was about to nail a third shot when Dawn blocked it with a nightstick.
"Dawn blocks Ali with the nightstick!" Joey said to Mauro.
"Look at Ali, she's about to go Jedi on Dawn!" Mauro said while Ali mouthed "I'll save this for later" before tossing the barbed wire chair aside and getting out a nightstick of her own, then Ali proceeded to nail Dawn with a hard shot of her nightstick.
"Look at this; the double champion's going to town on Dawn with a nightstick of her own!" Joey said to Mauro, while Dawn then blocks it with her nightstick, which lead to both women fighting for balance with their nightsticks, as the crowd was going wild, cheering loudly, loving the nightstick fight, comparing it to a lightsaber battle, until Ali then whacked Dawn in the head knocking her out.
"Down goes Dawn!" Joey said before Ali left the ring, and grabbed a bag before she dumped it out, revealing to be thumbtacks, and broken glass causing the crowd to go nuts.
"MAMMA MIA! She's got thumbtacks and glass shards!" Mauro shouted before Ali then took Dawn on a brutally hardcore ride through "Suplex City" as she nailed Dawn with a snap German Suplex, followed up with back-to-belly Suplex, a tiger Suplex, a dragon Suplex, X-Plex, Half Nelson Suplex, Tazmissionplex, and finally an overhead Belly-to-Belly Suplex all onto the broken glass and thumbtacks.
"OHHHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Oh my God! Suplex City onto the thumbtacks and shards of broken glass!" Joey said before Ali then pinned Dawn.
"1…! 2...!" The ref counted as Dawn kicked out.
"And a kick out at two by Dawn." Mauro said before Ali then attempted a belly-to-belly Suplex but Dawn landed on her feet, before Dawn nailed Ali with the Twist of Fate onto the shards of glass and tacks, causing Ali to start bleeding as well.
"OHHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Oh! Twist of Fate onto Ali!" Joey shouted before Dawn then pinned Ali.
"1…! 2...!" The ref counted before Ali kicked out at two.
"Ali then kicks out at two after Dawn nailed a brutal twist of fate!" Joey said before Dawn then left the ring, before she proceeded to grab some light tubes.
"Looks like Dawn's got light tubes." Joey said to Mauro.
"Mercury-free, of course." Mauro said to Joey before Dawn then set them up before she then grabbed the kendo stick, and nailed Ali with the Russian leg sweep onto the light tubes.
"OHHHHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Oh my God! A Russian legsweep onto the light tubes!" Mauro said before Dawn then went up top, with her blonde hair startng to turn red a little bit, before she then nailed Ali with a Swanton Bomb.
"Dawn with the Swanton bomb onto a very bloody Ali!" Joey said before Dawn pinned Ali.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Ali then kicks out at two to roars from the crowd.
"What?! She's kicked out at two even after a Swanton Bomb!" Mauro said in shock.
"What perseverance Ali must have!" Joey said before Ali rolled out of the ring, and got out nunchuks, a fire extinguisher, the barbed wire baseball bat that Mick Foley gave her, three hockey sticks, two golf clubs and a few more kendo sticks, before she then returned to the ring, before she proceeded to whack Dawn with the fire extinguisher, before she proceeded to nail her with two hockey stick shots to the back before using both of her golf clubs which were a 7 iron, and a driver, before nailing Dawn with the golf clubs, extending Dawn's punishment, then Ali grabbed two kendo sticks before she proceeded to use it on her, before using the third kendo stick as she had it wrapped up with barbed wire.
"My God! Just how much punishment can Dawn take?!" Mauro shouted before asking Joey.
"Ali isn't called the Rock and Roll Queen of TDW for nothing, Mauro." Joey answered Mauro before Ali then went up to the top turnbuckle as she then nailed one of her finishers the 630 senton which was the Hotrod Splash onto Dawn.
"MAMMA MIA! Hotrod Splash onto the Hardcore Queen of TDW!" Mauro shouted, while Ali pinned Dawn.
"Ali for the cover!" Joey shouted before the referee began to count.
"1…! 2...!" The ref counted as Dawn kicked out, causing the crowd to roar with cheers.
"And a kick out at two." Mauro said to Joey.
"Damn, these women just won't give up, will they?" Joey asked Mauro.
"Nope, not in this match." Mauro answered before Dawn then leaves the ring and gets out a ten-foot-long chain, before she then stole Ali's barbed wire baseball bat.
"I think Dawn has something that doesn't belong to her, she has Ali's barbed wire baseball bat, the bat Mick Foley gave her!" Joey said to Mauro.
"What?! Ali, watch out!" Mauro shouted before Ali looked on and she that Dawn has her bat as she got pissed as Dawn attempted to whack Ali with it but she wrestled it out of Dawn's hands, then proceeded to hit Dawn with it before nailing her with the "Rowdy Driver" onto the barbed wire baseball bat.
"OHHHH!" The crowd groaned.
"Ali with the Rowdy Driver onto that infamous barbed wire baseball bat that Mick Foley gave her!" Joey said before Ali then decided to end it as she then nailed not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, but six 630 senton splashes to Dawn.
"Oh my God! Ali has nailed 6 hotrod splashes to Dawn!" Joey shouted.
"I don't know if Dawn can survive this." Mauro said before Ali pinned Dawn as the ref began to count.
"1…! 2…!" The ref counted before Dawn kicked out to the shock of not just the crowd, and the commentators, but to the shock of "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam.
"WHAT?!" Joey shouted.
"MAMMA F'N MIA! DAWN'S KICKED OUT AFTER SIX HOTROD SPLASHES?! WITH BROKEN GLASS, THUMBTACKS, LIGHT TUBES AND BLOOD ALL OVER BOTH WOMEN!" Mauro shouted while the crowd was chanting.
"This is awesome! This is awesome! This is awesome!" The crowd chanted loudly.
"And listen to this crowd, they're lovin' every minute of it!" Joey said before Ali then applied the sharpshooter to Dawn." Joey said before Ali had applied the sharpshooter to Dawn.
"Can the Rowdy Gal retain her championship at Ultimate Showdown with the Sharpshooter?" Joey asked Mauro.
"Both women have lost a lot of blood, but yea! Can the Rock and Roll Queen of TDW retain?" Mauro answered before asking Joey the same question.
"Only time will tell, Mauro!" Joey said while Ali applied a lot of pressure to the Sharpshooter for three minutes until Dawn grabbed the ropes as Dawn's back was hurting.
"Dawn's back must be wrecked after being in the Sharpshooter for a long time." Mauro said while Ali refused to let go of the hold which was not like her, then she finally released Dawn from the hold.
"Lord knows how long Dawn's been in the Sharpshooter, Mauro." Joey said to Mauro while Ali then left the ring, and decided to grab not one but two tables, as the crowd cheered again.
"Joey, Ali's got the tables!" Mauro said to Joey.
"The Rock and Roll Queen of TDW's gonna go Dudleyville on Dawn!" Joey said before Ali set up one of the tables, before she then grabbed some lighter fluid and decided to set the table ablaze, igniting the table on fire to the crowd's delight, while shocking Mauro and Joey once again.
"Mamma mia! She is about to set one of the tables on fire!" Mauro said to Joey, before Ali then nailed Dawn with the Thunder Fire Powerbomb putting her through the burning table.
"OH, MY GOD! ALI JUST PUT DAWN THROUGH THE BURNING TABLE!" Joey shouted while the crowd went berserk with loud cheers.
"HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT!" The crowd chanted, while Ali then set up the other table, but then before Ali could do anything else, Dawn then nailed Ali with a sitout gourdbuster before following that up with a Whisper in The Wind to Ali.
"Dawn with Gourdbuster, followed up by the Whisper in the wind to Ali!" Mauro said before Dawn then placed Ali onto the other wooden table, before nailing a Swanton Bomb putting Ali through the table.
"Swanton Bomb by Dawn, onto Ali though the table! Could this be it?" Joey said and asked while Dawn pinned Ali.
"1…! 2…! 3…!" The ref counted as to loud cheers from the crowd as "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam's undefeated streak is over, her reign as the double champion is coming to an end, as we have a new TDW Women's Champion.
"THE STREAK IS OVER!" Mauro shouted.
"Here's your winner, and new…! TDW Women's Champion…! "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel!" Justin Roberts announced.
"We have a new TDW Women's Champion! "The Moonchild" Dawn Menzel has not only regained the TDW Women's Championship, but she has broken "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam's undefeated streak, her streak is no more." Joey said as a very bloody Dawn Menzel got up thanks to the help of ringside EMTs, Dawn then motioned for the EMTs to pick the now former TDW Women's Champion, "Rowdy" Ali Moonbeam back up which they did as both were given oxygen for a few seconds before the crowd began to give not only Dawn a standing ovation, but Ali one as well as it was a loud, passionate standing ovation that both women received.
"This crowd has seen a masterpiece, in hardcore wrestling and these fans are now paying their respects by giving both Dawn and Ali a loud ovation." Mauro said before both ladies then shared a bloody but emotional hug, causing the crowd to cheer even more.
"Oh my God! What a moment of emotion, between both of these hardcore ladies… even though we have a new TDW Women's Champion, these ladies have put on a banger of a match." Joey said while both ladies were helped to the back, to the infirmary while the crowd kept cheering and chanted their names.
"DAWN! DAWN! DAWN!" The crowd chanted before they began to chant Ali's name.
"ALI! ALI! ALI!" The crowds chanted as well.
"Now when we come back we will see, Tyler Helms defend the TDW World TV Championship against "The Storm" Lightning Jackson and Noah Helton, so we'll be right back!" Mauro said before the camera faded to black.
THAT WAS PROBABLY THE MOST HARDCORE MATCH THAT SHOKUALI16 AND I HAVE EVER WRITTEN!
WHAT AN UPSET! NOT ONLY ALI'S STREAK IS BROKEN BUT WE HAVE A NEW CHAMPION, IN "THE MOONCHILD" DAWN MENZEL!
