-CONFESSIONS & BETTING POOLS-
After 3 days of recovery, Harry was discharged from the infirmary by a reluctant Matron. The reason for her hesitance was sitting in front of her in a glass vial that contained the blood of her favorite patient.
The test she ran on this vial and results were shocking to say the very least. She found the blood was not only highly magically potent but it was also a mixture of 3 magical creatures to varying degrees. First, one she discovered was Basilisk venom which was obvious as was the phoenix tears. But the new was the blood had traces of dormant magic. It was well of raw untapped power. She knew that everything will change when he taps in it.
The blood itself was another mystery it was glowing with a golden aura surrounding and swirling around the vial. She sighed thinking 'I thought he was not normal but this just confirms it' as she heated the vial evaporating its contents
At the same time, Harry made his way to Great Hall. As he walked in he could feel the attitude of the whole student body changed towards him just like in his second year. He moved to the house table.
It was nice to see his real friends greeting him along with some former ones who were all his dormmates except for Neville, his godbrother. As he sat beside Hermione across the room his eyes matched with 3 girls one by one. First was a redhead Hufflefpuff named Susan Bones. The moment their eyes met the girl blushed an expression mirrored by himself. Next, his eye involuntarily moved to Slytherin's table only to match with a brunette with icy blue eyes who he knew was Daphne Greengrass. He threw a smile at her only to have the girl turn her head and continue her talk with a blonde girl beside her. Lastly, he found pair of eyes he was searching for, Fleur gave him a nervous smile before she mouth 'After lunch' to which he nodded know there was much they still had to figure out.
As decided he made his way out of the castle to their favorite spot near the lake. He waited for a few minutes sitting alone under the tree resting his back at the trunk of the tree nervous and anxious in anticipation of what was headed his way.
Only a moment later he heard sounds of footsteps he smiled turning and saying "Hey"
The French champion smiled sitting seating beside him saying "Bonjour Ma Cheri" kissing his cheek which made the teen blush.
"So where did 'ze sword come from and where is it?" she asked breaking awkward silence after a minute. Her question confused him for a bit but he caught up fast saying "Ah! The Sword of Gryffindor appears to only true Gryffindors in time of need"
Her lips were in 'O' as she bobbed her head saying "I zougz it was your sword but zat is even more interesting as now you killed two most dangerous beasts wiz same sword and the second one is in ze public"
His eyes widened he looked at her "OH Merlin!" saying it he felt a strange stir and shiver run down his spine but ignoring it he continued "I try to avoid the spotlight but somehow end up right under it"
She nodded and patted his back "You can't control it 'Arry" she paused fidgeting a little before she continuing "I am Sorry" her voice was shaky. Hearing her apologize he brought her face up with a finger under her chin only finding tears in her eyes "Fleur…"
Before he could complete she cut him off "Non 'Arry, zat day I listened to you now you listen to me and don't interrupt me Oui?" seeing the sincerity in her eyes he nodded.
Taking a deep breath she started " 'Arry I have loved you from the day I saw you. First, it cause you were unaffected by my Allure but zen I got to know you, you were not like ozzers as you looked at me for me, not my beauty, though I did notice you staring at my bosoms and ass when were we are training"
This made him go pink and seeing that she chuckled continuing "And I take pride in ze fact zat you find me desirable but back to point, zen you saved me, a stranger! I know we knew each ozzer but only for two days. I was still a stranger yet, you saved me and you went to endure the most painful curse to do it" her tears were escaping as she tried her best to not break down.
He wiped those off her cheeks as she took another deep breath shuddering a little saying "I am a Veela 'Arry, we are beings of Love, but our primary goal in life is to find love and very few of us can do it cause most of us are deceived by zeir partners. Ze zing is once a veela loves someone she cannot love anyone else if 'er 'eart is broken, so I wanted to take my time and know you while same time to be sure of my feelings for you. Zat's why I waited zis long which I now realize pointless as I have loved you from the day you saved me and I am in love with you since I returned, I Love you 'Arry" she last part she looked deep in his emerald eyes before leaning forward and capturing his lips. At first, it was chaste but then it grew deeper still it was soft as she pour all her passion and love into it. As she did he chest grew warmer a feeling she felt before only once at the night of the cup
He felt as if he was soaring above the ninth sky as if he found the first piece of a puzzle. He loved her and he showed it returning the kiss he it was his first true kiss so he was not that good. But what he lacked in skill he made it up with emotions.
As they separated she was already in tears but so was he. He caressed one of her cheeks saying "I Love you, Fleur Isabelle Delacour and I will till you allow me or the end of my days" kissing her again and noting she tasted like honey.
They broke apart only after hearing a wolf whistle. They turned to look at the source of the sound only to see a laughing Dora coming towards them, as she reached them saying "Wotcher Love birds! You both took your time didn't you?" both of them looked at her shocked.
Dora cocked her head seeing their expression asking "What? It's not like you both are masters when it comes to hiding your feeling for each other!" throwing her hands up in exasperation before continuing "You" pointing at Fleur "can't stay away from him for day and have been on the edge of blowing anyone and everyone in last 3 days when you have to" making the girl blush looking sheepish while Harry snickered.
Dora grinned evilly at him "And You Harry Bear can't stop staring at her arse, chest, and have hearts in your eyes when you look at her, it is endearing. I knew from our first meeting, No scratch that from the time I saw Both of you at hospital wing after that cup fiasco You both are made for each other" saying that she felt a pang in her chest but masked using her abilities
Finally coming over her blush Fleur smiled saying "Oui, we were stupid to wait zis long and I know he likes my body" pressing her D size breasts to Harry's arm which caused him to go cherry red and make Dora chuckle thinking 'you get used to it Harry- Bear you are going to have lots of women doing that and much much more before saying "Well I was here to inform you that I will be going back as next task is still months ahead and no need for Aurors for that time but I will meet you at Christmas, both of you"
Harry looked at Fleur "will you come to celebrate this Christmas with me and my godfather?"
She smiled "Oui, but you will come to France with me in summer, Oui?"
He nodded looking at Dora his smile flattered "I will miss you as hell Dora!" again he felt a stir in him of both bad and good kind. He stepped forward hugging her. An action that surprised himself and her more than she thought it would. Shaking herself out of surprise she hugged him back tightly "Me too Harry-Bear" she whispered in his ear wishing she didn't have to let him go but she had to but that didn't mean she couldn't tease her fiance.
So smirking evilly she asked "So you will miss me or my funbags?" as she broke the hug as he was too flustered to say anything causing her to laugh "See ya at holidays both of you!" with that she turned to leave and as she walked away she added extra sway in her hip entrancing the teen wizard.
Fleur came to his side taking his hand which broke his trance as she asked "So you ready for zis?" she said gesturing to their intertwined hands. He nodded "Not at all! Scared but happy with you" kissing her forehead as both made their way to the castle.
They both made their way to Gryffindor tower while on the ever-changing staircase Fleur looked a bit nervous to him "Don't worry, it's just my house dorms, not monster pit"
She gave a weak smile as both reached the Portrait of Common Room. He gave the password it swung open and they were greeted with the sight of the whole house partying along with some Hufflpuffs, Ravenclaws even some Slytherins in the mix of the crowd. While Hermione was standing on the side holding his egg which he got from the Task earlier.
"Look folks it is our Champion and Chimera slayer, Harry Potter!" Lee Jordan announced and everyone turned to him cheering but stopped as Lee continued "And to those who were blinded by the conjectivitus spell, I present to you the Dragon Charmer and what I can only assume our Heroes Girlfriend, Fleur Delacour!"
That had both of them blushing and the crowd cheered, even more, it would have, both of them made their way to the couch on the side. As they took their seats they saw Hermione coming over, annoyed saying "They started celebrating your victory without you even being here, and" as she shoved the egg to him "here now you look after the egg! Merlin, you are so anyway where did you two disappear after lunch?"
He looked at Fleur asking "You want to tell or…."
He left it hanging as she nodded and looked at Hermione with a smile " 'Ermione we are a couple now"
Opposite to their expectations, Hermione's expression remained neutral as she shrugged saying "So you have been for so long what's new?"
Harry gave her a questioning look saying "Um… 'Mione, that's not true we just become official a few minutes ago"
Hermione's eyes widened and she chuckled "So it took both of you this long to Figure out? Anyways you made me and Twins rich"
Harry and Fleur looked incredulously at her before asking in sync together "What?"
Before she could reply Fred and George came from behind, Fred started
"Well, you see Harrikins, back at World cup when you….." He got kneaded by Hermione and George continued
"Well Brother of mine you had it wrong, Harrikins when we saw both of you on the day we put our name in the goblet, we started a betting pool on how long will it take for both you to get together and also a pool on you will win the task"
Fred while rubbed his sides saying "With the whole school against you and you defing them, you made some of us very happy and rich"
At this Harry was shocked as there were lots of people in the crowd "OK so how much was the pool and who won?"
Twins looked at each other and smiled before George turned to him saying "Well Harrikins the pool was 100,000 galleons,"
Hearing this his eyes widened comically as did Fleur's as he asked "A-Are you serious? and don't use that joke"
Fred looked at him mock praise "Well you are learning fast our dear pranktiece and we are dead serious"
George continued "And as for Winner of the pool From our house its Three of us, Neville, our chasers, From Ravenclaws : Patil twins Luna Lovegood and Cho Chang"
Fred "From Hufflepuff: Susan Bones, Hannah Abbot and Cedric Diggory" the name of redhead perked Harry up a little, and seeing this Hermione sniggered a little.
George "Finally from Slytherin which was a surprise for us too Daphne Greengrass and Tracey Davis"
Fred then looked at Both their face and said "that's just you winning the first task pool"
George grinned "we still have second and third tasks with you winning the cup"
Fred continued with a matching grin "Not to mention the last big one! You two get together which has all students of all three schools betting and that was proven wrong! Currently, we are richer than we even know"
George "Like both of you got together before Christmas"
Both of them just stared in disbelief at twins before they were broken from their stupor by Hermione asking "Okay now with that done open the egg let's see what it is!"
This drew the attention of everyone in the room, Fleur turned to him "Oui, let's see what eet is" with a nod Harry opened the egg from the top only to hear a screeching voice which made everyone cover their ears hr close it in instant
"What was that!?" Harry asked in shock.
Fleur looked at him smirking "Why a clue Of course"
He chuckled "Oh! I didn't know what will I ever do without you" and pecked her on the cheek.
She gave a blushing smile "Oui, I know" this caused her allure to slip out and every man to look at her and drool see this she kissed Harry to break them out of their trance and also cause she wanted to. With that they made they enjoyed each other's company throughout the party before they had to get to their classes.
