Unknown Place and Time
In an abandoned home the sounds of creaking wooden floor echo as a man with black robes and hood makes his way to the innermost room.
He stood on the door and said "M- My L- Lord I have a Message From Junior" shivering for pure fear in his bones. A voice almost as if it was a whisper came from the other side of the door "Wormtail, let him in"
A beast of a man entered the room and bent his keen in front of an overstuffed high back chair in it laid a baby wrapped in black cloth said in raspy cold tone "what is the news Greyback?"
The alpha said keeping his eyes on the ground "H- he says everything is ready to master Potter survived the tasks and will be participating final task in four months from now. He says it is time for you to return about a month before to start preparations for your grand return, My Lord"
Dark lord sneered saying "Junior is a faithful servant of mine he did an admirable job. Greyback you may leave and wait for my summons" with that Greyback took his leave.
"Wormtail, start the preparations for the ritual" he bellowed and a quivering rat-faced man came and knelt in front of his chair stammering "Y-Yes Mi- Lord I will st-art right this Mo-me- nt" and left to do his assigned task.
"Soon I will rise again" a voice echoed in the now empty house as the Dark lord declared.
Black Manor 3:30 Am
Susan was on her bed feeling uncomfortable thus unable to sleep, her mind was constantly thinking about how her life turned out in the past 2 and half months.
Starting this year at Hogwarts she never thought it would turn out as it has. She was happy 'puff who was like every other member of her house was pining for Cedric Diggory to be chosen as the champion of Hogwarts when Tournament was announced. Also like other girls, she was jealous of the Fleur who took the most eligible Bachelor of the school and her long-time crush all for herself. But everything changed around the winter hols.
She was confused when they received letters for the meeting at Gringotts which was puzzling. Then it happened the meeting that not only changed her life but also her aunts too. Both of them were to marry Harry Potter. The same boy who she was pining for all this long. She was happy if not a little guilty which she cleared with him later.
After that, she learned about 5 other women who would be her sister's wives which was not much shock as in magical communities it was common to have multiple wives and as a girls child growing up she knew there was always a possibility of such a thing happening. She was not completely unaffected about sharing her husband with other women but also her aunt, no, she was adjusting and in past months she was getting comfortable with Fleur and Daphne who was a recent addition to the number of sister wives. She was a special case as there was no contract just like Fleur still she was bound by magic to Harry.
Her biggest surprise came when they were coming back after the winter Holidays on the train. She got to know that the boy she had a crush on since she didn't even remember also had a crush on her. Her face broke to smile when she remembered how his face was flushed when Hermione accidentally revealed that bit of info.
Then her hand went on her lips as she thought back to their first kiss which still made her shiver as she thought about the amount of passion in that kiss. Shaking her head out of such thoughts she got an idea to head down for a mug of Hot chocolate, so she got out of the bed.
Heading down to the kitchen she saw the lights were on, she peeked only to see Harry sitting on the dining table and staring at nothing while nestling a mug with both of his hands. She walked towards him and asked "Harry? Are you okay?"
"I don't know" he answered without thinking and it unnerved her to the nth degree.
She quickly poured herself some hot chocolate and took the seat beside him and interlacing her hand into his she asked "Harry talk to me what happened"
This broke the teen wizard out of his trance as he blinked before saying "Hey Sue can't sleep much?" with a smile.
"Don't do that Potter I know when you are faking it. So spill, what happened?" she said in a stern voice.
He shook his head saying "Bad dream nothing serious"
She was not convinced so she said only one thing "Harry, you know I care about you more than I can admit so if something is bothering you I will always be there to listen"
He smiled as he leaned in and kissed her saying "I know Sue I swear it's nothing"
Still not convinced but not wanting to push any further than necessary she let it go and took a sip from her mug. Harry mirrored the action asking "So what kept you awake?"
Susan smiled saying "Oh nothing just thoughts about our crazy life of past months and how I bagged one of the most handsome wizards in our school who will be my fiancee in a just few more months, that's about it what about you?" she tried one last time.
"Well I was thinking where are we going to live after our marriage and also about a certain number of witches who are very important to me" with that he took a sip while she chuckled saying "why of course you have so many houses we can stay anywhere we want"
Harry nodded saying "I know but still sometimes I think of this stuff…."
Susan asked, "So how many kids do you want?"
Hearing this Harry almost choked on his drink and looked spilled some on the table as his cheeks felt the heat in them, he asked "I…..I didn't think about that yet"
Susan laughed holding her sides seeing him flustered and wiping her tears she said: "Relax Harry I was just teasing I know we are not there still I am curious now how many do you want seriously?"
He looked thoughtful before he said "I always wanted a family you know"
Susan interjected "but you have one don't you live with your aunt and uncle" with a puzzled look
He sighed looking at his lap saying "They are relatives Sue not family someday I will tell you what kind of people they are and the reason behind my coldness on that topic. I have a family that is everyone under this roof" he turned caressed her cheek with one hand saying "you are my family" he kissed her forehead and continued "as for children it's not for me to decide the number of them but I always wanted a big family!" spreading his arms wide he said with a broad grin on his face.
Chuckling Susan shook her head at her fiance's antics and grabbed one of his hands interlacing fingers in the process she brought it over her heart saying "You will have it Harry I will make sure of it" with a soft smile.
He smiled saying "I know and I promise to cherish all of you till the end of my days"
His smile fell as he became pensive saying "I had a really bad dream Sue it was almost like it was real"
Susan watched as he turned pale and was relieved that he was talking about it so she asked "what was it you saw Harry?"
He sighed saying "I saw him, Sue, he is alive somewhere and Pettigrew was with him" the venom audible in his tone as he continued "He was this grotesque baby-like thing and was ordering Petiegrew to prepare something also he said something about someone named junior. But the scariest thing was that I was seeing everything through his eyes. I don't know what it is Sue but I can't shake the feeling something is going to happen"
He shuddered saying "but even scarier is I was him and I am scared that I will become like him"
Susan was not ready for this she thought it was a bad dream but now she understood it was a nightmare. She took his face and cupped it saying "Listen to me you idiot you are you! You are Harry James Potter son of James and Lily Potter! Not that monster okay? You are one of the kindest, most patient, loving, and caring people. And you are a brilliant wizard I love" he nodded and she continued saying "And if something did happen then I…..we are with you. We all are, we will show that moldyshorts who is the king"
At this Harry chuckled followed by the yawn saying "I think that hot chocolate is working cause I am getting sleepy what about you?"
Susan shook her head and said "No I still have a mug full of Hot Chocolate left"
Harry smiled "then I will accompany you till you finish it"
Susan smiled saying "Actually it's getting cold in here let's move to the lounge area" with that they moved to the Lounge area, Harry sat on the over-stuffed highback chair near the fireplace.
Susan gave and mischievous smile and sat in his lap nuzzling closer to him saying "Keep me warm Harry" at first he wrapped his arms around her which made her sigh in contentment. Soon both of them slipped into the land of Morpheus.
MORNING 6 AM
In the Black manor, almost everyone was up in their rooms except for two teens sleeping in the lounge. All of them were now standing in the lounge adoring teens on the chair.
Fleur smirked "it seems our future 'usband was having trouble sleeping" all of the ladies in the room chuckled.
Bella nodded adding "Yep it seems so and Susan took up the task of comforting him beating us to the punch" another round of laughter went through the group.
Sirius smirked saying "Well let's wake em up shall we?" with that he took out his wand and pointed it at the sleeping couple he cast "Agumenti!" water jet on the couple sleeping so soundly.
"WHAT THE HECK!" was Susan's reaction were as Harry simply snarled in anger as he opened his eyes and looked at the perpetrators.
Sirius smirked saying "Good morning sleepy heads it's time to wake up of McGonagall will chew you alive"
Harry gave an evil smile saying "Oh Padfoot she will but before that, I will be reminding her about that detention you never attended in you last year" and watched as his Godfather blanched.
"I think you Siri Harry Bear," Bella said with a chuckle.
Harry nodded saying "Yeah well he woke me up with water" After he and Susan changed out of their water-soaked clothes they went back to School with Fleur and Daphne.
Hogwarts 6: 55 Deputy Headmistress's Office
All four of them came out of the floo and for the first time did Harry did not fall on his backside and he exclaimed: "Wow that's the first time I did not fall coming out Floo!"
Girls laughed at his comment, Fleur took his arm saying "Come on let's go for breakfast I am rather 'ungry"
Susan nodded in agreement saying "Yeah I am hungry too"
Harry, Fleur, and Daphne headed to Gryffindor's table taking their seats across from Hermione and Neville who greeted them.
The bushy-haired witch asked, "So how was it meeting the parents?"
Harry smiled saying "It went great I don't know why was I so nervous before"
Fleur nudged him saying "You looked too cute when you were sitting zeir all nervous"
Daphne added "I second that he looked so adorable"
Harry once again red which was new normal for him saying "Okay they got it can we just eat now?" this caused all his friends to chuckle
Over at Hufflepuff table, Hannah greeted her best friend saying "Look who came back from the land of dreams"
Susan lightly shoved her shoulder saying "Looks like someone is jealous?"
Hannah laughed as she patted the spot beside her asking "So who was it?"
Susan smiled saying "I mean it was normal dinner what can you expect and we got some time to spend together, all in all, it was great. Now I am hungry so can I eat?"
At this Hannah gave a mischievous grin saying "Oh hungry are we? Did things get hot while you were there?"
Susan blushed crimson as she remembered the warmth of Harry when she was curled up on him last night and answered as calmly as she could "No I am just hungry and get that mind of yours out of the gutter you had!"
But she failed as Hannah noticed her blush before she hide it smirked asking "Oh I don't think so miss, Details tonight"
Susan shook her head sighing she said "Hannah dear we need to get you a Gryffindor herbology specialist"
Hannah went crimson as she stammered "I..I…I don…'t kn…ow who you ar…e ta…lki..ng ab…o.. Ut" and played with food in her dish.
Susan smiled said internally 'and that's what you get Abbot But seriously girl needs to ask Neville out maybe I should ask Harry to set them up and started with her breakfast.
After a couple of minutes, they were joined by Twins who came and started
George "OH the great one we have….."
Fred "….yet another show for your pleasure….."
Greoge "…..please my liege enjoy…"
Fred "…as today we present a love story…."
George "…..forbidden one at that, at the stage….."
Fred "….called table of thy Slytherin"
Harry laughed saying "Oh my dear subjects we shall see your masterpiece when thy pounce arrives" this amplified the laughter that was going around the group. Everyone waited while eating their breakfast. After only 10 minutes Draco appeared with Millicent Bulstrode and Pansy Parkinson following behind him.
He looked annoyed, he shot a glare at Daphne who glared back at him before going and sitting on his house table.
"It makes me sick that I couldn't have Greengrass how dare she deny me, Scion of House Malfoy, and then she has the gall to change house I will show her, That P-" before he could complete he felt a soft sensation on his lips and his eyes went wide as the saucer.
The Hall gasped at the event. Millicent Bulstrode was kissing Draco Malfoy. The silent hall watched as she broke the kiss saying "Draco I have loved you since we were kids I don't know why it so long for me to confess but I love you"
Before Draco can answer an "NOOOO!" scream from his other side where Pansy Parkinson was seating who got up as she was in tears saying "I love you Milli how can you do that to me, you can't just leave me for this blonde pounce!"
The hall was silent no one even dared to breathe, Harry looked at the twins only to see their shocked reactions was all the answer he need so he turned back to see Draco who was purple with rage stood but before he could go off Millicent said "I didn't love you, Millicent, I am Draco's and he is mine" as he interlaced his fingers with Draco and looking at him she asked "tell her love"
Draco was confused angry and embarrassed all in was reduced to a sputtering mess. Pansy turned to him enraged "you pounce you took my Milli away from me" drawing her wand action mirrored by Millicent who said "You will not harm my Dracie-poo"
Pansy shot a spell that looked like a stunner but was weak and at that moment 3 stunners aimed at all three of them came from the head table. Everyone turned to watch only to see Professor Snape standing with his wand withdrawn. The spell hit the three 4th year on and they went limp.
Snape levitated all three of them and took them to the infirmary looking angry.
Harry turned to Twins asking "So was it better than you thought or worst?" Twins looked at each other and said
Fred "well that was unexpected if anything else…"
George "…..we gave one of them a potion of our making….."
Fred "…..which would make you say what you feel about a person…"
George "…it is keyed to that's it and nothing more, results are rather …"
Fred "….fantastic as always!"
Katie jumped in as they ended "Boys you just made my job a lot easier rumor mill will spin like crazy. You guys outdid yourself"
Fleur nodded in agreement but went serious asking "what if they check for potions in their systems?" Twin grinned,
George " Gald you asked oh Future Mrs. Potter…" this caused Both Harry and Fleur to go crimson
Fred "…..you see it undetectable from their bodies…."
George "…..as it was in a vapor of their breakfast"
Everyone in their group looked in awe at the pair. Harry just said "Brilliant! You guys are utterly brilliant. My monies will be well invested. Speaking of the future what do you guys want to do?" it was a general question for everyone.
Hermione replied "I would do a mastery of a subject which I have not decided yet"
Harry smiled saying "You can probably do that in any subject" bushy-haired blush blushed at his comment.
"What about you Nev?" Harry asked his dorm mate.
Neville thought a little before shyly saying "I will be Lord Longbottom so I will have house responsibilities so that and I also love herbology so I would like to do mastery in that"
"Of course, you are best in our in that subject even Hermione can't top you," Harry said at this witch in question huffed causing the group to laugh.
Angelina said "well I and Alicia would be trying for a Quidditch career we have our fingers crossed hopefully Hollyhead Harpies"
Katie said "I would like something peaceful like a ministry career something in the sports department? I don't know I have a year to figure out" most of them gave amused looks and nodded.
Harry turned to Fleur asking "well?"
She beamed at him saying "I want to be an enchantress or a curse breaker, I am more inclined to Enchantress zen curse-breaking but I will figure it out zis summer"
Harry smiled at her then turned to Daphne who said "I never thought about so I am not sure"
He shook his head saying "It's okay we have much time before we have to figure that out after all we are just in the fourth year, plenty of time"
At this Fleur asked, "what about you 'Arry what do you want to be?"
Harry smiled but didn't answer "I have an idea but I can't tell if I am sure yet anyway and like I said plenty of time" his answer made everyone give an amused smile.
After finishing their food all of them went to their respective classes, Harry and Daphne went to Care For Magical creature along with Neville and Hermione. As usual, they shared a class with Ravenclaw near Hagrid's Hut
As students huddled up Harry heard a sharp gasp behind him he turned to see a short blond-haired girl looking at him, stepping forward he asked "aa….are you Okay?" the blond with dreamy eyes replied "I am Okay Harry Potter" he gave her a puzzled look and asked, "I heard you gasp are you, Okay miss.." The girl answered "Lovegood Luna Lovegood or you can call me Looney like everyone else"
Harry was even more confused "Who calls you that? You seem fine to me"
Luna in a dreamy voice said, "Oh those are nargles I try and keep them away by wearing radish earrings" pointing at earrings shaped like radish.
It amused Harry to a certain extent before he could question any more Hagrids voice boomed "Okay you lot gather around, gather around!"
So he turned saying "It's nice to meet you Luna but I have to go by, see you around" with that he joined the class and took his place beside Daphne.
Hagrid announced "Now I have a real treat for all of you it is my creation I present to you Blast Ended Skrewt!" with that a crate of creatures that looked like a mix between crab and lobster came, they had pale slimy looking legs while no head so they kept bumping to each other there were hundreds of them, Hagrid beamed as he saying "aren't they beautiful?"
The students watched as their Half-Giant teacher started telling them about his newly created creature. By the end of the class, Harry along with his friends and girlfriend helped him to collect the creature to put them back in the crate.
After which all of them headed towards the castle Daphne and Hermione went ahead as they wanted to use the loo. Harry said "Those things are deadly and they are babies I don't even want to think about how deadly will they be when they are full-grown" he shivered at the thought
"What Harry Potter the Slayer of Basilisk and Chimera is afraid of those you must be joking," Neville said mocking him while nudging his shoulder.
Harry gave a wicked smile saying "Okay I am joking and to prove the joke let's make a deal shall we?"
Neville stopped and gave a puzzling look to him asking "what Deal?"
Harry cheered internally Gotcha!' saying to Neville "Okay so here it is I will fight a full-grown Blast Ended Skrewt if you take a certain Hufflepuff on a date, what say?"
Neville went red and said "um….I…."
Before he could complete Harry said "Oh come to one Nev show me some Gryffindor Courage will you! Man up and accept it"
At this, his fellow Gryffindor took a deep breath before saying "Deal Potter but no sword this time only wand"
He grinned nodding "Accepted Longbottom let's shake on it" he offered his hand and Neville shook it.
