Gato hideout
Zabuza is pacing back in both around the hideout, thinking about a plan. Haku, watching him with concern, looks at how frustrated Zabuza is about his mission.
Gato walks in with two guards.
"Zabuza! What the hell are you still doing here?! I paid you to kill that bridge builder and he is still alive! Why it that?!" Gato calls out, pissed that this missing nin didn't complete the job.
"You said he would hire a small escort, the hokage wife isn't small at all, and those Akatsuki are not to be fucked with" Zabuza said, Gato not giving them the right information and the Akatsuki inferring.
Even though he heard of a missing nins group only recruiting S-ranks missing nins, Gato looks pissed.
"You're lucky I can't afford them, or I cut you off and cash in your bounty" Gato threatens the missing nin, seeing how expensive the Akatsuki are, he wants the bridge builder dead but he is not bankrupting himself.
"Don't you dare threaten Zabuza-sama" Haku stands up for Zabuza, but Zabuza stops him.
"It will be done, but I need more time" Zabuza tries to negotiate but Gato shakes his head.
"Oh your past your due date, if a few nins scare you away why bother wasting more money" Gato said, shaking his head as he turns around as Zabuza and Haki eyes widen.
Seeing a person being a man with lightly tanned skin, blue eyes with a darker ripple around the pupil, waist-length green hair with the top two bangs falling down on his cheeks on each side, and having dark, full lips. With him wearing a dark-brown sleeveless vest falling to his knees where the inside was purple, light brown belt, a light grey pants and bandages covering most of his body, from his neck down to his chest, including his arms and his shin bones, along with black Ninja sandals.
But the person didn't make Haku's eyes widened, but the sword in his hands did.
The two of them each having slim and straight double-edged blades. Both blades also have an upward-curved bladed prong near the tip of one side of the blade and another one near the base of the blade's other side. At their bases are smooth brown hilts with a round, grey tsuba and round, grey hilt.
'Those are…!' Haku thought, remembering what Zabuza told her of the other Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist and the swords they used.
"Raiga!" Zabuza said, seeing his former teammate in the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist.
Raiga Kurosuki, the Thunder of the Mist and wielder of Kiba, the twin Thunder swords. Along with seeing him surrounded by dozens of people wearing grey hooded mantles with three red stripes.
"What's the matter Zabuza? Aren't you happy to see a familiar face?" Raiga asked with his smirk while Zabuza glared murderously at them.
"I'd be happier to take your head, right now!" Zabuza growled, making the greenette laugh mockingly while spinning his swords around.
"You'd fail! After all, if Might Dai with the Eight Gates open couldn't kill me, what hope do you have?!" Raiga said, having been one of only three surviving Swordsmen when all seven faced off against Might Dai when he opened all Eight Inner Gates, while the other four had been killed.
Though that's not to say Raiga survived unscathed, having been left in critical condition, leaving him forced to step down from his place in the Seven Swordsmen. While Kiba had eventually been passed onto his successor Ameyuri Ringo, only for her to eventually die from an incurable disease. Allowing Raiga to reclaim his swords before eventually defecting from Kirigakure.
"Why are you here?!" Zabuza demanded before narrowing his eyes at Gatō, with the businessman and his bodyguard smirking with Raiga and his allies here.
"You can thank me for that. Since you are clearly a coward, I took the liberty of getting someone who could, Raiga and the Kurosuki Family." Said Gatō with a smirk, having heard of Raiga's reputation and knew he not only would deal with the Ninja, but be good in finally breaking the people's spirits.
"The contract isn't over," Zabuza calls out.
"But it is not finished yet, since I can't afford the Akatsuki so I hired the next best thing," Gatō said, as Zabuza turned to Raiga.
"And here I thought you didn't take orders anymore." Zabuza stated, turning back to Raiga as the Thunder of the Mist chuckled wickedly with a mad look in his eyes.
"What can I say, I was just dying to see one of the old crew again. And after hearing that not only the Copy Ninja, Red habanero and the Cannibal were here, I wanted to test myself against them." Raiga said, eager for the chance to fight them.
"You can't beat the Cannibal, he is too dangerous for any of us" Zabuza states, but his words only excite Raiga.
"If you don't like it, Zabuza, then take your brat and get the hell out. That is, of course, after you give back the money I wasted on you. Otherwise, keep your mouth shut and accept my kind offer, because this is your last chance." Gatō warned before turning to leave along with his guards, leaving Zabuza and Haku with Raiga and his followers.
Haku glares at Raiga, with him smirking at the ice user.
"You've certainly found yourself a loyal pet, Zabuza. What gutter did you pull this one out of?" Raiga said while smirking, with Haku slowly clenching his fists while Zabuza glare at him
"The same one he'll put you and this trash in, that is if Haku even leaves anything left. Or if I don't get to you, first." Zabuza said, refusing to show weakness in front of Raiga, only for the greenette to laugh mockingly.
"Act tough all you want Zabuza, but you can't deny you've grown soft if you run away. I, on the other hand, am looking forward to giving them such an amazing funeral! To remember all the good times we'll share!" Raiga said wickedly.
"And you're still the same lunatic. Do whatever you want Raiga, because once I'm finished with that bridge builder, I'm going to rip your throat out," Zabuza said, knowing that no matter, Raiga isn't someone you could trust to not stab you in the back, or in the front if he wants to watch you die.
"I'd be careful about making threats, Zabuza. After all, Gatō's given me permission to perform an extra special funeral just for you and your little sidekick, should either of you start acting out. And please, please do something, I've looked forward to the day I could have your funeral! To look back on all the times we shared together, the memories! The only thing that'd make it better, is if Kisame was here for his own funeral, as well!" Raiga said with tears in his eyes as he laughed and cried, before soon taking his leave with the rest of the Kurosuki Family.
Haku glares at Raiga as Zabuza frowns at the new development.
"This…complicates things." Zabuza stated, knowing with Raiga here then they really needed to be on guard.
"Do you wish for me to kill them, Zabuza-sama?" Haku asked, fully prepared to kill Raiga and his followers without hesitation, only for Zabuza to give him a warning look.
"Don't even think about it, Haku. Raiga's nothing like any of the Ninja you've fought before. He's a maniac that kills anything and anyone in his way on missions, and he doesn't know the meaning of the word fear. Even with all your abilities and talent, Raiga isn't someone you want to fight unless we do it together." Zabuza said, doubting that even with how strong Haku is, he wouldn't be able to kill Raiga, and if he did then he'd die alongside him.
"Then what should we do?" Questioned Haku, not liking what just happened with the dangerous situation they're now in.
"For now, we have to play Gatō's game. This might work if we only focus on the mission, it is the Cannibal and his wife I fear" Zabuza warned, seeing the main one to worry about is the insane Uchiha and his wife, Zabuza turns to Haku.
"No matter what happens, keep hidden, Konoha doesn't know about you yet, I figure out what to do about this" Zabuza warns Haku, knowing the Cannibal's interest in bloodlines and their taste, Haku nods as Zabuza thinks of a plan.

Konoha, Council Room
Everyone gathers around the Council rooms, civilian council members of each district of Konoha, members of the Shinobi clans all enter as well, with the elders seating in the centre of the room as well.
Minato signs as he enters the council and everybody rises in respect to the Hokage.
"Councilmen and women, take your seat" Minato said, everyone seated back down as he picked up some paper.
"Hokage-sama, why call this emergency meeting?" A civilian councilman asked, Minato called them all for an emergency meeting, Minato grunts getting their attention.
"Council members, some information came across my desk, something that required the council's attention, my eldest son Naruto" Minato said, getting reactions from all council members, Shikaku yawned from his position and leaned across the table.
"This again? It's only been a week since team meetings, what troublesome actions did he do now?" Shikaku asked with a bored look, already wishing he was in bed.
"HE is not worthy to be a ninja, let alone your son, Lord Fourth" A Council member shouted, slamming his fist down, many shouting in agreement.
"Yeah that little shit shouldn't be a ninja"
"He already lost his heir status, just disown him already"
"Blight, a demon child from the fox, kill it before it get too strong"
"Criminal should have stay in prison"
"Hateful criminal"
Every councilman and woman shouted but Minato glares at them, shutting them up with his killing intent
"You have no right to speak about how I run my family, he is my son and nothing will change that" Minato glares at them, Danzo looks at interjects before anyone else.
"Perhaps he can be placed under myself, I can straighten him out" Danzo offered, aware of how strong Naruto truly is, with Naruto under him he can restore his Root.
But Fugaku stopped him.
"Forgive me Elder Shimura, but aren't you no longer allowed to take students after your Root was exposed despite the Third Hokage disbanding it" Fugaku asked, glaring at Danzo with other Shinobi clans as well.
The Root was disbanded by the Third Hokage, but Danzo kept it going under both the Third and Fourth nose until Leaf Massacre with the traitors destroying the base, killing most of his root and exposing his ass for all the village to see.
Minato and the other clans were furious at Danzo for keeping the Root, but they couldn't do anything to him because of the damage done to the village and the attack on Danzo himself.
Bitten by the mutated dogs, mind flayed by jutsu, losing his shadow, had his fingers skinned and balls cut off, the worst thing he was still alive as Tsunade pulled all the stops to keep him alive today.
Danzo now has a preferment black mark on his record in the Hokage and clan list, even the Dayimo, he wasn't executed for his long service to Konoha and his own political power but now he will never be the Hokage or train another student again after sign a blood document with copies to every clan and Dayimo.
Danzo grips his cane, turning to the shinobi clans.
"Of course the Shinobi clans defend one of their own, letting Naruto get away with anything" Danzo said, glaring at the shinobi clan heads.
"What else are you hiding behind Naruto, illegal dog breeding, stealing peoples shadows, erasing victims minds, cannibalism" Danzo accused them, getting glares from each of the shinobi clans heads as the civilian council offered support to Danzo.
Ever since he suffered the most criminal clan member actions he started going against them, gaining the civilian council support and some attention from nobles in the Daimyo count. Some civilian members spoke out as it was about to come to a fight.
"ENOUGH" Minato shouted, stopping it all from getting off topic as he turned to Danzo.
"Your request is denied, and I will hear nothing more from it" Minato orders, Danzo fumes while Minato pulls out a flyer that blames Naruto from stores and hospitals.
"For starters this is now being taken down" Minato orders, getting outrage looks from the civilian councils.
"Why?! He doesn't come into our store?!"
"He attacks us!"
"That thing doesn't have a right to heal"
Minato glares at them, shutting them up.
"Minato, your son has a quite criminal record, shouldn't he suffer the consequences" Homura, one of the elders of Konoha said, with Koharu nodding in agreement. Minato signs giving out more files.
"Those 'criminal records' are another misuse of our justice system" Minato said, having ANBU give files to all members of the civilian and Shinobi councils.
"Having my ANBU investigate Naruto crimes, they found evidence he had nothing to do with them, times he was nowhere near to commit the crime or involved with them, even crime commit when he was in prison" Minato states, having the ANBU give evidence of all of Naruto 'crimes' and evidence he had nothing to do with it.
"He could have used clone jutsu or something" One councilman said with a cold sweat, seeing the evidence that his son was involved in the 'crimes', Fugaku shakes his head.
"We have are jails scanned for clone or genjutsu, Naruto was in his cell when his happen, should have saw that" Fugaku points out, they ninja scan jailor for any clones or genjutsu, seeing facts that Naruto was in his cell when someone graffiti the clans men houses.
He should have checked the cells before believing his children when they said it was Naruto's fault.
"MY DAUGHTER WOULD NEVER DO THIS" Councilwoman Haruno shouted, seeing her daughter involved in this as well.
"Haruno! What did I say about shouting!? Keep your volume down or you're banned from further council meetings" Minato orders, shutting up Haruno as she immediately sat down with her mouth shut as a whine escaped from Tsume as she rubbed her ears, and Inoichi rubbed her back in consideration.
"Tsume, you okay?" Inoichi asked, she has sensitive ears.
"No, but I'll manage, Sweet God," Tsume stretched out the kinks in her back and popped her ears as she felt the headache away.
"Are you sure this isn't false? Hokage-sama, this can't be about your son getting off punishment" Choza asked, seeing his own son is involved as well, seeing Naruto didn't take the Akimichi clan sweet rolls and other stolen food.
His own son and other members of his class stole the food and blamed Naruto for it.
"It is my other children that need to be punished as well; Naruto has been unjustly punished for the crimes of others" Minato states, knowing his own children need to face the consequences of these actions not Naruto.
"That goes for the rest of you as well, any of your children or clan members who are using Naruto as a scapegoat will suffer my wrath" Minato said, glaring at the clan's head as they flinch.
Hiashi looks at the reports as well.
"Not all our clans are involved in this Minato" Hiashi denied, seeing a few Hyuga members involved as well.
"That Hokage to you, Lord Hyuga, and I don't care if there main members or branch members, if there using my eldest son for their criminal actions, both you and your clan will suffer as well" Minato glares at Hiashi, making him stand back as Minato looks at Inochi.
"Inochi, you will investigate the young children involved in these criminal actions" Minato orders, getting a nod as everyone tries to stop it.
"You can't go that"
"Our children are innocent"
"It's your son's fault, not ours!"
The civilian council tried to stop but Minato's killer intent stopped them.
"Don't you think that a bit much Minato, they're only children, they're not criminals, they're only pranks" Shikaku said, not wanting his son to be involved in this.
"If the children are blaming Naruto for their 'pranks' what else are there hiding, if children are doing this and who else is, actually crimes against the village using the same excuse to blame Naruto" Minato states, seeing if the children of the village are doing this then who else is using Naruto as a scapegoat for who knows what reason.
Minato grabs a paper about banning Naruto.
"And this is forbidden; all stores must take this down" Minato orders, his killer intent stopping anyone from complaining.
"IF and I MEAN If Naruto is causing problems, then report to the ANBU" Minato states, letting the council have a bone to complain too but also need to have evidence to Naruto as his ANBU.
Getting nods from the civilian council.
"Ok Civilian Council dismissed" Minato dismisses the civilians as they grunt and leave the chambers, some part of running a village is kept away from the civilian council, military actions civilians shouldn't know, less information they know the better.
"Are you alright Minato?" Fugaku asked, seeing how stressed Minato is.
"No, my eldest son is the village scapegoat and everyone is using him to escape punishment, he'll never forgive me and I don't know what to do" Minato leans back on his chair as the clan heads give him sympathy looks.
"Hey Minato don't worry, my son is going to get his ass handed to him" Tsume growls at her child, now seeing him using Naruto every time something goes wrong and she believes him.
"You are not the only one who needs words with his child" Inochi said, knowing he needs to have words with his daughter. Shikaku thinks for a second as he looks at the paper.
"What's wrong Shikaku?" Choza asked his friend and old teammate, seeing that thinking before.
"Do you remember those fake Kumo nin kidnappers?" Shikaku asked, getting the attention of the clan heads and Hokage and elders.
When both Kumogakure and Konohagakure were about to sign a peace treaty, a group of kidnapper dressed up as Kono nin stuck in to the hidden village, seeking into the clan houses and kidnapping Hanabi Hyuga, Konohamaru Sarutobi, Rose Uchiha and a few other young children.
The clans and families found out, everyone was on high alert, searching everywhere until an ANBU found the kidnapped kids sleeping in a carriage and kidnappers all moaning in pain with broken limbs and shattered nuts.
The children were all alright but the kidnappers were wearing Kumo nin in uniforms, the Raikage denies it seeing the Kidnappers were actually criminals that steal children to sell to the highest bidder. But the uniforms don't help after the Kumo nins kill Hizashi Hyuga, brother to Hiashi Hyuga the clan head.
It caused a few issues but peace was there thanks to Hokage and Raikage respect for one another.
"What about them?" Hiashi asked, it was a bad time for his clan and family.
"My son was the one that found Naruto near my clan forest," Shikaku said, pulling out another file of Naruto caught trespassing on his land by his son.
"What does he have to do with this?" Minato asked, remembering his son trespassing adding more issues that day, wishing he didn't send him to prison again but so much was going on that day.
"He was trespassing on the day those kidnappers were found broken in my clan's forest" Shikaku said, looking at the files and the date, getting surprised looks from the clan heads and elders.
"You don't think?" Inochi asked.
"He couldn't have?!" Tsume denies, unsure about this.
"My son saved those kids and beat those slavers" Minato states, unsure whether to be concerned or proud of what his son did, and he threw him in jail for it.
"Your son reported him, he didn't say and see anything?" Hiashi asked, seeing if it was Shikaku's son that reported Naruto in clan ground as Shikaku thinks.
"I'll have to speak to my Shika about this, now I'm getting to the bottom of this" Shikaku said, as he takes his leave alone with the other clans heads as they think about what they learn today.
Minato signs as he holds his head in shame.
"How can I do that to my own flesh and blood, imprisoning him for saving those clan kids" Minato said in shame as he thought about what to do.
Before anything else his Flying Raijin Jutsu glows, making him pull it out, in a flash a miniature pug, with a nin band on his head.
"Pakkun?" Minato said, seeing Kakashi smallest ninken here.
"Hokage, we have trouble in Wave, that crazy Cannibal is there with Akatsuki robes' ' Pakkun said in distress as Minato's eyes widened.
"Akatsuki! Ken joins the Akatsuki!" Minato shouted as he looked concerned, now the Akatsuki is here.
What he is doing to do, Jiraiya is away and he can't leave the village alone, he can't send Tsunade due to the hospital.
Wait Kushina, Kakashi and Yūgao are there, and only Ken Uchiha is there.
"CROW," Minato shouted. Crow appears to bow before him.
"Hokage-sama" Crow bows, Minato looks scared.
"Itachi, Ken Uchiha is seen in Wave with Team 7, 12 and 13" Minato said, Itachi stands up in horror.
"Sasuke, Satsuki!" Itachi stands up in horror, his young siblings are near the Uchiha killer. Minato didn't care about protocol seeing Itachi siblings are in danger too.
He pulls out his Flying Raijin Jutsu.
"I'm going to teleport you straight to them, warn me and call me if you need me straight away" Minato orders as Itachi nods, grabbing Minato Flying Raijin Jutsu as Minato transports Itachi to wave.
"One bad day after another, why did I want this job?" Minato asked himself, unsure what to do as he worries for his family.

Outside Gatō Company Trading Docks
Ken Uchiha giggles as he watches the men working at the docks of Gatō shipping company, seeing all the illegal stuff and even slaves being shipped in the containers.
"What a piece of shit" Ken said, watching it while playing with his Akatsuki robe.
"Most businessmen are" Ken turns to see his wife Aizen Kurama petting a huge brown American Pit Bull Terrier, named Butch.
One of Ryōken Inuzuka mutated dogs, their team mate, when they attacked the Konoha, most of the dogs were killed as they saved a few of them.
"Shame I couldn't start a business, could have made a good one" Ken said, thinking he makes a good business man as he watches it all.
"Seems Gato hired more help, Raiga Kurosuki" Aizen said, remembering watching the meetings as she walks into the hideout without anyone noticing.
"Who?" Ken asked, as Aizen threw him the bingo book.
"Page 57" Aizen said, Ken opened the bingo book's page, seeing a picture of him.
"Oh him, I thought that red head girl had the Kiba Blades, what's her name?" Ken said, though his guy retired and another girl took over.
"Ameyuri Ringo" Aizen said in a different voice, Aizen now had long, red hair,black eyes, and together with a Kiri forehead protector, she also wore a simple cloth around her head, distinctively tied at both sides so as the ends of the material protrude upwards, while the remainder of hair is allowed to flow downwards. She wore a loose, pin-striped long-sleeved shirt with a dark obi around the waist, black pants which got much looser near the ends, resembling hakama, and striped leg-warmers. Like all the other members of her generation of swordsmen, she wore bandages loosely tied around the neck and had jagged teeth.
Aizen turned into Ameyuri Ringo.
"Yeah her, what happen to her?" Ken asked, seeing his wife in Genjutus as she smirks.
"Died of illness" Aizen said, leaning on Ken as she licks her lips seductively at him.
"Pity" Ken said as he looked at her, about to kiss her but Aizen stopped him.
"What?" Ken complains, Aizen looks at the photo of Raiga Kurosuki.
"Don't tell me you're into big lips, I can do better than that" Ken complains about transforming as well, he is not against it, it is fun to role play as other people, but he rather choose the guy he is pretending to be.
"What's wrong with fitting the theme, not well enough for you" Aizen said, smoke started to cover her with Ken blocking his eyes.
Ken opens them and grins as he sees a tall, slender woman with fair skin. She has green eyes, and ankle-length, auburn hair styled into a herringbone pattern at the back, a top-knot tied with a dark blue band, and with four bangs at the front. Two bangs are short, with one covering her right eye, and two are long, crossing each other on her bust, just below her chin.
She wears a long-sleeved, dark blue dress that falls just below the knees. It seems to be closed at the front with a zipper, and is kept open on the front-right side from the waist down. The dress only covers up to the upper part of her arms and the underside of her breasts. Underneath, she wears a mesh armour that covers slightly more of her upper body than her dress. She also wears a skirt in the same colour as her dress and, underneath those, mesh leggings reaching down over her knees. Around her waist, she wears a belt with a pouch attached to the back on the left along with high-heeled sandals, shin-guards reaching up over her knees, dark blue nail polish on her fingers and toes, and is usually shown with purple lipstick.
Aizen turns into Mei Terumi, the rebel leader in Kirgakure.
"Oh would you prefer Mei, she has a great body and powerful bloodline" Aizen smirks with Mei lips as Ken chuckles as he stops, turning to look at Wave country.
"What's wrong?" Aizen asked, turning back to normal.
"Why did Naruto-kun leave? Betray Urados-sama?" Ken asked, seeing Naruto again after heard him leaving years ago, Aizen frowned at the mention of Naruto.
"I heard they got into a fight after Naruto-kun saw something he shouldn't have" Aizen mentioned, hearing from the others of Naruto yelling about Urados' betrayal and running away, Urados told everyone to keep an eye out for Naruto.
"What did Naruto-kun see to run away, Urados-sama would never let the children run away" Ken thought as he thought about Naruto.
"Naruto-kun said Urados-sama is using us for his own ends," Aizen said, leaning on Ken as the Nindog yawned while standing up.
"Who isn't" Ken said, everyone using everyone nowadays.
"He said Akuma-sama and Esdeath knows" Aizen mentions, Ken frowns thinking about those two.
"What are you thinking? Should we report Naruto to Urados-sama?" Aizen asked, and Urados ordered them to tell him as soon as they found Naruto.
"No" Ken states, stopping Aizen.
"We need to know more about what scared Naruto-kun, if what Urados-same is doing scared him, maybe it's something we should know" Ken said, wanting to know more information.
"Can't we ask Akuma-sama or Esdeath?" Aizen asked, but Ken looked at her.
"You expect them to tell us Urados-sama secret, Akuma too loyal and Esdeath a crazy bitch" Ken states, not wanting to deal with those two battle maniacs.
"True, guess we're visiting Naruto-kun soon" Aizen said, seeing the big bridge and Naruto helping out with his clones, Butch looks at the bridge and licks his lips, seeing Naruto.
"You see Naruto Butch, seeing his clones" Aizen pets the big dog as he barks, looking happy to see Naruto.
Ryōken Inuzuka had his dogs play with the children when they were younger, teaching them who to be loyal and who to kill. The children love them.
"What do you think works better for him, Kiba blades or the Kubikiribōchō? '' Ken asked, seeing which sword of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist would fit.
"Hmmm the Kiba blades, while Naruto-kun strong, I don't think the Kubikiribōchō would fit him" Aizen said, not seeing that big blade working in Naruto style.
"And Naruto wants to learn Strom release, short swords that control Lighting should help, '' Ken nodded as he watched the Bridge being built, knowing that tomorrow doing to be fun.
