In a peaceful world of Springfield, a beautiful kingdom named the Royal Kingdom has an old witch, an old witch has kidnapped the younger witch and killed her, a tomboyishly beautiful ten-year old princess Sapphire gaves her witch transformation and she will lend her powers.
Meanwhile, Sapphire's operator, owner, and friend is the mischievous and beautiful ten-year old Bart Simpson, is listening to the music called Do the Bartman while walking at the elementary school hallway, as he was humming along the music, his second fairy and Sapphire's late older twin brother, Fate, tells to him how a younger witch is killed by the old witch.
''Hey Bart, did you know the old witch kills an younger witch.'' said Fate.
''Oh yeah man, that was shocking.'' said Bart.
''The younger witch used to be kind, but the old witch is mean.'' said Fate.
''Well, your twin sister Sapphire now has her witch transformation, she could use her powers, and she will save the world, is that clear.'' said Bart as he smiles at Fate.

''Anyways, i'm going to eat out with my girlfriend Pixie, see you later.'' said Fate as he said bye to Bart.

After Bart says bye to Fate, he continues humming while walking and listening to his image song Do the Bartman, however, his phone ranged and uses it, it was doctor Adela Presley, and answers her. She asks him that she wanted him to help her older brother, who is yelled by his boss.
''Hey Bart, i need your help, i'm at my brother's house, and he's yelled by his boss.'' said Adela on the phone.
''Oh man, i felt bad for him, don't worry, i'm coming.'' said Bart on the phone.
After Bart hung up the phone, he rushed to Adela's brother's house, once he arrives in the house, the house also appears Blair, Adela's daughter and her brother's niece as well as one of Bart's childhood friends, he explains to Adela to help her brother, so she accepts it before his first fairy Sapphire arrives.

As Blair goes out, she is chased by the old witch, then, she goes drive herself a car as the witch gets the broom. As she gets out the car, she saw the younger witch's dead body completely decomposed, however, she was later caught and kidnapped by the old witch.
''Let's go young lady, be with me.'' said the old witch as she kidnaps Blair.
''Help me, please, save me, help me.'' shouted Blair for help.
