The Nemesis was seen flying above Earth's orbit as the Autobots were seen on the main hanger, engaged in a firefight against the Decepticons. They all managed to shoot down some Vehicon flyers as Bumblebee and Grimlock used their shields to block some laser shots from the ground forces. Jetfire and Swoop were in their respective alternate modes dealing with the air forces as Dreadwing gave them a bit of backup, too.
"Keep pushing forward, team!" Ironhide encouraged, firing his cannons relentlessly.
"The Omega Lock's control room is located on the lower deck." Ratchet informed on the com-link.
"Come on!" Arcee called as they all rushed ahead.
"Let's get a move on, people!" Jazz stated, shooting a Vehicon in the head with his bow.

Ratchet was driving down the Nemesis' corridors and then transformed into robot mode, running right down.
"I am making my way there, now!" Ratchet said.

"And I'm heading to the main deck to try and steer the ship away from Earth!" Vee told her team on a special Cybertronian communicator Ratchet gave to her, running down a different corridor. "We can't let them fire the Omega Lock down on the planet!"

"Copy, Ratchet and Vee. We will rendezvous at the objectives." Optimus replied on the base's communicator as the rest of the Hexside Squad listened in.
"Just promise me you'll stay safe, Vee." Luz said to her adoptive sister.
"I promise, Luz. You can count on me." Vee reassured.

Optimus was seen flying straight up to the Nemesis while avoiding all of its laser fire.
"Elita One, lead Stealth Team to secure the Omega Lock." Optimus ordered. "Ultra Magnus, you, the Wreckers and the Dinobots storm the bridge. Prevent the Decepticons from targeting the device if Stealth Team is delayed."
"Consider it done, Prime!" Grimlock replied. "Swoop, you're with us!"
"Got it!" Swoop stated before he flew down to the hanger and transformed, joining up with his Dinobot team.
"Optimus, if we fail to secure the Lock before it's ready to deploy, do we destroy it?" Arcee asked while taking cover.
"I do not intend to squander a second chance to restore Cybertron." Optimus replied, not wanting a repeat of what happened during their search for the Omega Keys.
The Autobots kept blasting their way through their enemies as Jetfire and Dreadwing remained in the air. Ultra Magnus blasted a Vehicon with his rifle and Grimlock slashed apart the rest of them with his sword before they finally got inside the Nemesis.
"Wreckers, Dinobots, with me!" Ultra Magnus called as he, Bulkhead, Wheeljack, Seaspray, Grimlock, Swoop, Slug, Snarl and Sludge ran down the right corridor.
"Stealth Team, let's move out!" Elita ordered as she led Arcee, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Jazz and Ironhide down the other corridor.
Smokescreen stayed behind and looked out the hanger's door to see Megatron slowly rise onto it from a platform with the Dark Star Saber on his back.
"Smokes, come on!" Cliffjumper called, prompting Smokescreen to follow Stealth Team.
Megatron jumped onto the Nemesis' edge and saw Optimus flying up to them while avoiding the laser shot. The Decepticon leader then leaped off his ship with a furious shout and used the Dark Star Saber to launch a dark energy wave at Optimus, hitting the right wing of his jetpack and he flew out of control before landing onto one of the Nemesis' wings. Slowly descending down, Megatron transformed and flew his way towards Optimus as Jetfire and Dreadwing saw this from their position.
"Optimus needs backup!" Jetfire stated, until the two flyers started getting attacked by some rapid shots.
Jetfire and Dreadwing flew the opposite way as the shots were shown to be coming from Thundercracker and Skywarp, who pursued their two enemies.
"You two have bigger problems, right now!" Thundercracker called out.
"Yeah, and that's us!" Skywarp proclaimed.
The four Cybertronian flyers ended up flying straight beneath the Nemesis as Thundercracker and Skywarp launched some missiles, which Jetfire and Dreadwing managed to avoid.
"Jetfire, can you handle the Seekers while I assist Prime?" Dreadwing asked.
"Of course! Just make sure your former master doesn't snuff out your Spark!" Jetfire replied.
Dreadwing quickly turned away and headed towards Optimus' position.
"The traitor's getting away!" Skywarp told his partner.
"Forget him! Let's focus on the first one who stabbed us in the back!" Thundercracker retorted as they both kept firing at Jetfire.
Megatron flew his way towards Optimus to blast him off the Nemesis wing, but then Dreadwing blasted him away with a missile before he could do so. Megatron transformed into robot mode and he hovered in the middle of space as Dreadwing did the same thing.
"Hello, Megatron." Dreadwing said, narrowing his eyes at his former leader.
"Dreadwing. So what Starscream reported to me was true." Megatron scowled. "You are siding with the Autobots, now. What would possibly possess you to do such a dishonourable thing?"
"Dishonourable? There is no honour at all in allowing a traitorous coward like Starscream back into our ranks or even using hostage exchanges to win a battle." Dreading replied firmly. "I did not join this cause for that kind of reason. I once believed the Decepticons were fighting for a better Cybertron, but I see now that I was wrong."
"Ahh, you truly disappoint me, Dreadwing." Megatron said while shaking his head, bringing out his blade.
Dreadwing grabbed his sword and he clashed against Megatron's own blade with it. While they were having an intense blade battle, Optimus saw the Omega Lock in the distance and climbed up the wing in order to reach it.

Inside the Nemesis, Elita was leading Stealth Team through the corridors in their vehicle forms before Smokescreen quickly transformed.
"Go on without me." Smokescreen told his team, who stopped and transformed to face him.
"We ain't just ditching you, kid." Ironhide replied.
"That isn't the mission." Arcee added as Smokescreen activated his Phase Shifter.
"There's something I need to do." Smokescreen said before he ran through the walls to an unknown area of the ship.
"Whatever Smokes is thinking of, I'm sure it'll be good." Jazz reassured his teammates.
"His instincts haven't failed him before." Cliffjumper agreed.
"We still need to stop the Omega Lock from activating." Elita reminded as they all kept moving to the lower deck.

At another part of the Nemesis, Ratchet arrived at a door that was being guarded by two Vehicons and he brought out both his blades, instantly taking the guards offline and entering the lower deck. Ratchet looked at all containers of Synthetic Energon and soon spotted Shockwave, Shatter and Dropkick standing at the control panel, with the two Decepticon warriors noticing him and aiming heir blasters at him.
"Well, look who finally decided to show up." Dropkick sneered.
"Shut it down, Shockwave." Ratchet ordered the one-eyed scientist. "I cannot allow you to harm Earth."
"The planet will not be harmed. Only it's indigenous life forms." Shockwave replied.
"And afterwards, we will move onto finding the Boiling Isles world your Witch pets live on so that we may introduce them to the Omega Lock's power." Shatter said with a sinister smirk.
"Over my Sparkless husk." Ratchet scowled firmly, charging at the three Decepticons with a determined shout.
The Autobot medic jumped at the Decepticons, only for Shatter to skilfully grab him by his left blade and toss him on the other side of the floor. Ratchet swiped both his blades at the Decepticons as Dropkick used his longer blade to duel with the Autobot medic, until he soon managed to knee him in the chest and Shatter knocked him away into an Energon container.
"Is that all you've got?" Dropkick asked tauntingly, which was enough to make Ratchet immediately get back up and attack again.

In the corridors, Stealth Team made a right turn and they spotted another door that led to the lower deck.
"There it is!" Jazz stated.
"Ratchet, we're nearly at your position!" Elita informed on her com-link.
But then, Starscream walked by with some of his Vehicon Seeker troops and they quickly noticed Stealth Team.
"What?!" Starscream asked shockingly.
"Oh scrap." Ironhide muttered as he and the others came to a halt.
"Attack!" Starscream ordered, causing the Seekers to fire their blasters and make the Autobots quickly take cover.
"Looks like we're gonna be late for the reunion." Cliffjumper quipped.

In a medical room, Knock Out was seen tossing away some of his equipment and collecting the things that were most important to him.
"Pack light. Pack light." Knock Out said to himself, until he found his old finish buffer and activated it. "Pack smart."

At the same time, Smokescreen phased out of the walls and found himself in the Nemesis' vault containing all the relics they acquired back on Cybertron. Smokescreen looked around at all the different relics and soon found the one he was looking for.
"I was hoping you'd still be here." Smokescreen said with a smile.

Two Insecticons were seen standing alone in a part of the corridor to prevent anyone from coming down as they waited for prey to come to them.
"My fellow Insecticons!" A voice called as the Insecticons turned around to see Sharpshot approaching them from behind.
"Sharpshot. We are at your command." One of the Insecticons said respectfully.
"That's very good. Because I need you two to do one important thing for me." Sharpshot replied.
"What is that?" The other Insecticon asked.
In response, Sharpshot opened his mouth and suddenly started to suck away all the Energon in the Insecticons, causing them to drop to their knees and soon go offline once their life force was gone. Sharpshot's body then shrunk down and turned into Vee with her human form.
"Thanks for the snack, bugs." Vee said before she rushed off to arrive at the main deck.

On the main deck, Soundwave was operating the main terminal before he heard blaster shots behind. The communication Decepticon turned around to see the Wreckers and Dinobots charging in while shooting down some Vehicons in their way.
"Secure the bridge!" Ultra Magnus ordered.
"That's exactly what we're doing!" Grimlock stated before thrusting his sword into a Vehicon, holding him up and stabbing him multiple times.
The Wreckers and Dinobots then turned their attention to Soundwave, who remained in his position.
"I get the first face-punch on that techno-Con!" Slug declared.
"You'll have to get in line!" Seaspray replied as they all charged at Soundwave.
However, the communication Decepticon displayed two Nemesis positions on his screen and opened up a Ground Bridge beneath the Wreckers and Dinobots, causing them all to fall into it.

The Wreckers ended falling down a ceiling from the Ground Bridge and they crashed hardly on the floor before looking up to see they were surrounded by a lot of Vehicons, with Breakdown and Wildrider right in front of them.
"Nice of you all to drop in, Wreckers." Breakdown commented smugly.
"It's time we showed you how much better the Stunticons can be compared to you." Wildrider said before he and Breakdown brought out their respective weapons.
"In your dreams." Bulkhead replied with a glare, preparing for battle.

In another part, the Dinobots were shot out of Ground Bridge and quickly stood back up to see they were in a large prison room, which was also filled with Insecticons led by Sharpshot and Kickback.
"How good. You and your Dinobots have arrived in time for dinner, Grimlock." Sharpshot said menacingly, generating a bunch of electricity.
"And the main course is you! You! You!" Kickback added, letting out a crazy laugh.
"You bugs are about to get a taste of pain." Swoop retorted.
"We're ready when you are, Grim." Snarl told his leader.
"Until the end." Slug added.
"Then let's tear the last of these bugs to shreds." Grimlock said with a determined scowl. "Dinobots, transform and destroy!"
The Dinobots then transformed into their dinosaur forms and let out ferocious roars before they engaged the Insecticons in a heated battle.

Back at Unit E, the Hexside Squad was listening in on battle reports from their position at the computer.
"Ultra Magnus to all units, we will be delayed." Ultra Magnus informed. "Soundwave pulled one of his relocation tricks."
"Then that means Vee won't have any backup when she gets there!" Amity stated in concern.
"Did you hear that, Vee?! You've gotta turn back!" Gus informed on the communicator.
"No way! I can't let them fire the Omega Lock on Earth!" Vee declared.
Luz knew her adoptive sister wouldn't last long on her own and she turned her attention towards Hunter.
"Hunter, can you Ground Bridge me onto the Nemesis?" Luz asked.
"I've got a lock on it now, so yeah." Hunter replied. "But, you won't last a minute against Soundwave."
"I will if I've got some backup." Luz said, turning to the others with a determined smile.
"Sounds like fun." Boscha commented.
"And I have the perfect secret weapon to use." Willow added with a smirk.

Back on the Nemesis, Ratchet was knocked into one of the Energon container by Shatter and Dropkick as they both slowly approached him.
"He doesn't know when to give up, does he?" Dropkick asked with a chuckle.
"Not at all." Shatter answered.
Just then, the control panel made a beeping noise to signal that the Synthetic Energon was finally completely fuelled.
"Lord Megatron, the Omega Lock is fuelled and ready." Shockwave informed before the lower deck's hatch began to slowly open.
But then, Optimus was shown to be standing on one of the Omega Lock's attachments and he fired his mini gun at Shockwave, causing the one-eyed scientist to take cover. Shatter and Dropkick immediately saw this and they rushed to the hatch's edge to return fire, with Optimus blocking their shots with his weapon and shooting back at them. At the same time, Megatron and Dreadwing kept clashing their respective blades against each other while still hovering in space. But when Dreadwing swiftly swiped his sword from the left, Megatron grabbed the middle of the blade and made it shatter apart within his grip. Dreadwing was left shocked before Megatron grabbed him by the throat.
"You really should have remained loyal to me, Dreadwing. Now, you shall fall alongside the Autobots." Megatron said deviously before tossing Dreadwing away effortlessly.
As Optimus kept firing at Shatter and Dropkick on the Omega Lock, he then turned to see Dreadwing headed for him and the Ex-Con crashed into the Autobot leader, causing them both to land onto the Omega Lock ring. Megatron landed in front of them and he kicked away Optimus' mini gun near his feet.
"Shockwave, commence Omega Lock firing sequence." Megatron ordered.
Without a second thought, Shockwave pressed on the control panel and the Synthetic Energon was being inserted ring into the ring, with Shatter and Dropkick still handling Ratchet.

Knock Out was seen walking his way down the corridors with his finish buffer in hand and he was about to go right, until the door ahead opened up and the Wreckers emerged out of it while Bulkhead and Wheeljack were battling against Breakdown and Wildrider. Knock Out yelped in fright as he fit behind the corridor walls for cover.
"Scrap!" Knock Out complained.
Breakdown deflected a wrecking ball attack from Bulkhead and he slammed him in the face with his sledgehammer before grabbing him by the torso and spinning the dark-green Wrecker, tossing him into a wall. Wildrider did a backflip kick to knock back Wheeljack and make him drop his swords before the sword-wielding Wrecker delivered a powerful x-shaped slash with his blades that made him crash right next to Bulkhead. Bulkhead and Wheeljack attempted to get back up, but their sworn enemies placed their feet down on their chests.
"Always trying to solve your problems with brute force instead real tactics." Wildrider mocked.
"We'll always beat you and your Con-crusher friend, Bulkhead. You hear me?" Breakdown questioned firmly. "We're better than you two, in every way!"
"Yeah? Well, we've got something you two don't." Wheeljack replied.
"What's that?" Wildrider asked, chuckling a bit.
"Backup!" Bulkhead answered as he gestured behind the two Stunticons.
Ultra Magnus then shot Breakdown and Wildrider when they both turned around and Seaspray took the opportunity grab them by the back of their heads with his sickles, smashing them face-first onto the floor. As Breakdown elbowed Seaspray away and allowed him and Wildrider to get up, Bulkhead and Wheeljack then delivered a pair of powerful punches to them and they landed on the other side of the corridor.
"That takes care of that." Seaspray said as he placed his sickles away.
The Wreckers then noticed Knock Out slowly emerging from his hiding spot as he looked down at his defeated teammates.
"You want some as well, Doc Knock?" Wheeljack asked with a glare.
"Uh…no, thank you." Knock Out replied sheepishly, quickly side-stepping away.
An explosion sounded came out from a nearby door and the Wreckers quickly approached it, until five figures emerged from the smoking entrance and they were revealed to be the Dinobots. Sharpshot and Kickback were also being dragged with them in unconscious states.
"You guys look like you've been busy." Bulkhead admitted.
"We were just doing what we do best." Swoop said. "Swatting a bunch of nasty bugs."
"I wouldn't go in that room if I were you." Sludge warned.
"Ugh…I'll get…you soon…Dinobots." Sharpshot muttered as he slowly started to wake up, with Slug holding him. "You'll…all-"
"Stay down!" Slug yelled before he punched Sharpshot in the face, making him fall unconscious again.
"I say we leave these losers behind." Snarl said as his teammates dropped their defeated foes.
"That will do. Now, let us return to our objective!" Ultra Magnus stated, prompting the Wreckers and Dinobots to head back to the main deck.
"I can't wait to tear Soundwave apart." Grimlock growled eagerly.
As they kept running down the corridor, Knock Out watched all of them depart in silence.

Soundwave was still commanding the main deck, but then he heard a Ground Bridge appear behind him and turned around to see the green vortex coming from the back. The remaining Vehicons all aimed their blasters at the Ground Bridge, ready to shoot whoever would emerge from it. Luz, Amity, Gus, Skara and Boscha then jumped out of the Ground Bridge with their Witch staffs in hand and the Vehicons looked down at them.
"Hey there, boys. Do you know where the Cybertronian bathrooms are?" Skara asked jokingly, only for the Vehicons to charge up their blasters in response.
"Okay, before all of you try to annihilate us, we have one thing to say." Amity said before she and her friends grew sly smiles.
"Surprise!" Luz stated, gesturing to the Ground Bridge.
Suddenly, Willow emerged from the portal in the Apex Armor and she started smacking away all the Vehicons with her suit's great strength.
"I've forgotten how great this armor is!" Willow remarked before a blaster shot deflected from her back and she knocked away the Vehicons who fired it, making him crash into the front screen.
Amity ran to avoid some shots and she summoned a large Abomination sword before jumping up and slashing the Vehicon on his chest, making him fall down with sparks flying from his large cut. Skara brought out her mini harp and played some powerful musical notes that fired a barrage of energy arrows, striking multiple Vehicons with them. A Vehicon was about to shoot the two girls from behind, until a fiery Grudgby ball hit him on the head and caused him to fall down. Amity and Skara turned around to see Boscha holding the ball in her hands and giving him a wink, which caused them to smile and nod in response. Gus summoned an illusion of three buzz saws that were shot at two Vehicons and they quickly avoided them, only for Luz to freeze one with her Ice Glyph and she blasted the other with a purple beam from her staff. One more Vehicon remained, but he started to get his Energon drained and the Hexside Squad quickly saw that it was being sucked away by Vee, who was soon finished and turned her attention to her friends.
"Hey, guys." Vee greeted before Luz immediately tackled her in a tight hug.
"I was worried to death about you." Luz whispered, shedding a single tear.
"It isn't the first time I was captured by crazy beings, Luz." Vee replied.
"At least this time, you escaped on your own." Luz commented with an impressed smile.
"As much as I like reunions, there's still one more Con we need to take down." Gus reminded, glaring at Soundwave as the others did the same.
"Let's get this metal loser!" Boscha stated.
She, Amity, Willow, Gus and Skara charged at Soundwave to battle him, only for the communication Decepticon to summon a Ground Bridge from his hand and make the five Witches quickly halt. Soundwave started to move forward with the Ground Bridge and the Hexside Squad slowly stepped back in order to avoid being sucked in, while Luz pulled out her phone.
"Hunter, he did it! Now's your chance!" Luz stated.
"Are you really sure this is a good idea, Luz?" Hunter asked in concern. "Summoning two Ground Bridges next to each other-"
"No time for arguing, Hunter! Just do it!" Luz ordered urgently.
As Hunter reluctantly pressed a keyboard button on his end, another Ground Bridge appeared behind Soundwave and the two bridges' energy streams started linking with each other like they did a long time ago. Luz and Vee were about to be pulled in, but Amity grabbed them with a large Abomination tentacle and pulled them into her arms as she dug her purple goo into the floor from her legs. Willow also grabbed Gus, Skara and Boscha when they were getting pulled in. Soundwave tried holding back the two bridges, but their energies consumed him in a bright flash and it soon faded. Soundwave looked at the Hexside Squad and swiped his arm at them for an attack, but he ended up phasing straight through them and looked back in disbelief.
"Have a nice time in the Shadow Zone." Willow said mockingly, looking back to where Soundwave possibly was.
"Now who's superior?" Gus asked with a grin.
"Your crazy ideas never stop impressing me, batata." Amity told her girlfriend, causing her to blush in response.
"Come on, we need to steer this ship from Earth." Vee told the others before they headed towards the steering terminal.

Outside the Nemesis, Jetfire was still being chased by Thundercracker and Skywarp as the two Seekers kept firing their turrets at him.
"Come on, Jetfire! Just hold still so we can shoot you out of this planet's orbit!" Thundercracker called out.
"Not going to happen!" Jetfire announced.
"It's your funeral!" Skywarp said before he teleported away and reappeared in front of the Aerialbot.
When Skywarp fired a missile at Jetfire, he quickly flew over the missile and avoided it before transforming and delivering a double-kick to the purple Seeker that sent him flying out of control. Thundercracker transformed to attack Jetfire with his claws and Jetfire narrowly avoided the incoming swipes before delivering a round-kick and three jabs to the blue Seeker. With a furious growl, Thundercracker flew straight at Jetfire in an attempt to slash him one last time, only for the Aerialbot to move to the left side and grab his arm before bending it the wrong way, making Thundercracker yell painfully. Tossing Thundercracker towards Skywarp's way, Jetfire brought out a pair of missiles from his wrists and fired them towards the two Seekers, who were both blasted by the two projectiles and yelled out terrifyingly before crashing onto the Nemesis' main hanger.
"I'll always be better than you two and Starscream. As a flyer and a fighter." Jetfire proclaimed with a victorious smile, transforming and flying down to where the Omega Lock was.
"This is gonna leave a mark on our chest plates." Thundercracker muttered weakly as he and Skywarp remained where they laid.
"Shut…up." Skywarp groaned.

At the Omega Lock, Ratchet was able to recover as he knocked Dropkick away with his fist and then attacked Shatter with his one of his blades, prompting the red female Decepticon to avoid his slashes. Shatter then moved to the side, grabbed Ratchet's blade, used her knee to kick it from the Autobot medic and stabbed it straight into his shoulder before tossing him to the ground by his head. As the Synthetic Energon was loading into the center of the Omega Lock, Optimus was pushed back by Megatron and grabbed both his incoming fists before head-butting him away. Megatron immediately pulled out his Dark Star Saber and attempted to swipe it at Optimus, until a blaster shot fired it out of his hands and Megatron saw that the shot came from Dreadwing holding his cannon from behind Optimus. Optimus took the opportunity to punch Megatron away and the Decepticon leader steadily got up.
"Shockwave, prepare to fire the-" Megatron started to say, until the Nemesis suddenly shook. "What?!"
As it turns out, the entire ship was starting to move away from the Earth.
"Hey! We're moving away from the target!" Dropkick exclaimed, struggling to keep his balance. "Shouldn't Soundwave be piloting the ship?!"
"Of course! Soundwave, what is happening at the main deck?!" Shatter questioned on her com-link, only to get no response. "Soundwave!"

On the main deck, Vee was currently standing on the terminal and pressing the holographic buttons to steer the Nemesis away from Earth.
"Wow! Take it easy!" Willow stated as she and the others were wobbling around.
"Shouldn't you be an expert with this Cybertronian tech?!" Boscha questioned.
"Only the Autobot kind, not the Decepticon kind!" Vee replied.
"I'm sure you'll be able to figure it out!" Luz assured, nearly slipping up.
"Just please don't accidentally steer us into an asteroid field!" Amity added.

At the corridor, Stealth Team was still engaged in a firefight with Starscream and his Vehicon Seekers before the whole ship turned and caused them to stumble a bit.
"Okay, that was unexpected." Cliffjumper admitted.
"Special delivery!" A voice said as the Autobot team saw Smokescreen arriving, carrying the Star Saber on his shoulder. "That way, right?"
"Told you he had a good idea!" Jazz remarked, smiling proudly at the Autobot rookie.
"Move forward, Smokescreen!" Elita ordered. "We'll provide cover for you!"
"You got it, ma'am!" Smokescreen replied as he rushed ahead, while Stealth Team fired their weapons at Starscream and his minions.
Smokescreen avoided some laser shots from the Cons and quickly activated his Phase Shifter again, allowing him to phase through Starscream as the air commander yelped in fright. After phasing through the door, Smokescreen found himself at the lower deck and deactivated his Phase Shifter before seeing Optimus and Megatron still battling on the ring. Dreadwing then flew up to Smokescreen in his vehicle form and transformed, landing next to the Autobot rookie.
"I'm glad you've joined us, young one." Dreadwing said.
"Just needed to grab a little something for Optimus." Smokescreen replied, referring to the Star Saber.
As Ratchet kept battling against Shatter and Dropkick, the blue Decepticon surprised him with a swift jab to his left torso and Shatter pinned him against one of the containers with her leg. Smokescreen and Dreadwing noticed that Stealth Team had moved their battle against Starscream and his Seekers into the main deck.
"Optimus, catch!" Smokescreen called out, preparing to throw the Star Saber to his leader.
"Smokescreen!" Ratchet shouted before Shockwave fired a laser shot at Smokescreen, hitting him on the shoulder and causing him to crash into a container.
Seeing the Star Saber was laying on the floor ahead, Starscream shoved one of his Seekers away and started running right towards it. But suddenly, Dreadwing shoulder-tackled Starscream to the ground and began walking up to him with an angry look.
"Starscream. I have awaited this moment for a long time." Dreadwing scowled.
"D-Dreadwing?! What in the name Primus is wrong with you?!" Starscream questioned timidly, confused to why Dreadwing would be so mad at him as the Ex-Con aimed his cannon at him. "No, wait! This is about Skyquake, isn't it?! I-I thought we had put that behind us?!"
"So have I!" Dreadwing replied, shooting near Starscream's legs as he let out a terrified yell.
"Casualties are an unfortunate consequence of war! But I assure you, your twin met his end with great honour!" Starscream reassured.
"Which you disgraced by raising him from the dead!" Dreadwing yelled angrily.
"Oh, you know about that." Starscream muttered before getting on his knees for mercy. "There must be something I can do! Some form of reparation I could offer to alleviate your anguish!"
"Your Spark will service!" Dreadwing declared, preparing to finish Starscream with one shot.
But then, a missile hit Dreadwing from behind and made him crash into the wall before Starscream saw that the missile came from Dropkick, who flew over the open hatch in his helicopter form.
"And that's what happened to traitors." Dropkick sneered as he flew to the side and transformed.
"Better luck next time, Dreadwing." Starscream said with a smirk before running to the Star Saber.
Arcee, Bumblebee, Cliffjumper and Jazz also made a run for the Star Saber as Elita and Ironhide stayed behind to battle the remaining Seeker Vehicons.
"Sure, leave us behind to do the hard part." Ironhide said in sarcasm, shooting a Vehicon in the chest and punching away another one as Elita kicked a third Seeker down.
Some missiles suddenly destroyed a few more Seekers and Jetfire landed between Elita and Ironhide, getting into a fighting pose.
"Mind if I join in?" Jetfire asked.
"Of course, Jetfire." Elita replied.
Shockwave, Shatter and Dropkick also made a run for the Star Saber as Ratchet was unable to get up due to all the damage he took in his earlier fight. Jazz managed to grab a Vehicon Seeker nearby with his energy grapple and tossed him into Starscream, causing him to fall to the ground. Bumblebee and Jazz rushed ahead to the Star Saber, leaving Arcee and Cliffjumper to deal with Starscream.
"Time to finish his old dance, Scream!" Cliffjumper announced as he and Arcee jumped at the air commander for a swift attack.
Shatter and Dropkick transformed into their car forms and drove straight towards the Star Saber before soon transforming again and attacking Bumblebee and Jazz. Bumblebee easily avoided Dropkick's blade swipe and jabbed him five times in the face before kicking him to the ground.
"Bee, get that sword to Prime!" Jazz told the yellow Autobot while blocking a stretch-kick from Shatter.
"On it!" Bumblebee nodded, running to the Star Saber as Jazz got in Shatter and Dropkick's way.
"You two ready to tango?" Jazz asked with a confident smile.
"We're ready to crush your Spark." Dropkick replied menacingly before charging at Jazz, with Shatter in tow.
Shockwave fired his cannon while running and Bumblebee rolled forward to avoid it before reaching the Star Saber and lifting it up. As Shockwave was looking up, Bumblebee then punched him in the eye and caused him to fall back on the floor before the yellow Autobot jumped up and grabbed the Star Saber, landing on the floor with it as his teammates smiled at the sight.
"Excellent work, Bumblebee." Elita said proudly.
As he lifted the Star Saber onto his shoulder, Bumblebee ran down to the Omega Lock and climbed downwards on one of its structures. Optimus punched and kicked Megatron back from his position on the Omega Lock as Ratchet watched from above.
"Optimus, you must use the Saber to destroy the Omega Lock!" Ratchet called out to his leader, who punched Megatron into a pillar. "It is the only way to save Earth!"
Hearing this made Optimus gain a conflicted look as he didn't want to destroy their only means of restoring Cybertron again.
"Hold on, Optimus! I'm coming!" Bumblebee stated, preparing to leap to Optimus with the Star Saber still in hand.
"The Star Saber!" Megatron exclaimed as he quickly noticed.
The Decepticon leader then pushed Optimus away and Bumblebee jumped towards their position, but this ended up being a grave mistake as Megatron immediately fired three shots from his cannon. Time slowed down as Optimus pushed Megatron back to throw off his aim, but Bumblebee ended up being shot in the chest by the other three laser blasts as Optimus, the Autobots and Dreadwing all looked on in absolute horror. The Decepticons that they were fighting against simply looked on with pleased smirks as Bumblebee's Spark became exposed from the three shots to his chest and he ended up falling into the Synthetic Energon, with the Star Saber landing on the other side. With his eyes flickering off to indicate he was dead, Bumblebee's body descended into the pool and soon vanished from sight, much to the horror and sadness of his teammates.
"And so ends the tale of the great scout, Bumblebee." Shatter mocked as she and Dropkick were glad to see their old foe gone for good,
Optimus angrily turned to Megatron, who grinned sinisterly as he didn't show any remorse for killing the yellow Autobot.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Optimus cried out before he repeatedly began punching Megatron left and right with every ounce of strength he had in him.
With one final punch to the face, Optimus sent Megatron crashing into the pillar and the Decepticon leader collapsed with a weak groan as his old enemy approached him. However, Megatron noticed the Dark Star Saber just inches away from where he was and Optimus prepared to finish him off with his blaster, only for Megatron to then swipe the Dark Star Saber at him and the energy wave struck Optimus against his chest while sending him sliding off the edge of the Omega Lock. Megatron stood up and slowly approached the edge to see Optimus barely hanging on and groaning painfully as the Decepticon leader raised his signature weapon up to deliver the killing blow.
"Prime!" Dreadwing called out as he struggled against the Vehicons holding him by his arms.
"No!" Elita shouted in fear.
"Prepare to join your scout in the Allspark!" Megatron stated victoriously as this looked like the true end for Optimus Prime, until…
"MEGATRON!" A voice yelled out.
Megatron turned around…and then gasped in pure agony as he felt something large and powerful pierce right into him. The Decepticon leader breathed weakly as it was shown the Star Saber was stabbed right into his chest and the holder was Bumblebee himself, with his chest hole being shown to have completely healed up. Seeing Bumblebee alive and stabbing Megatron in the Spark made the present Autobots and Decepticons look on in total shock.
"No way." Cliffjumper whispered.
"You took my voice. You will never rob anyone of anything, ever again." Bumblebee surprisingly said to Megatron with a hard glare.
Megatron slowly raised up the Dark Star Saber for an attack, only for it to fall out of his grip and descend down to Earth. All the Cybertronians in the area stood up tall as Megatron got on one knee and his lights slowly began fading, while Starscream dropped to both his knees.
"Lord Megatron! No!" Starscream called desperately.
That was when Megatron's red eyes and purple glowing Decepticon symbol finally faded into black and the Decepticon leader's lifeless body slid backwards and out of the Star Saber's reach. Optimus only looked down at his offline old enemy descending down to the Earth and catching fire like a meteor before he soon faded from sight. Bumblebee held out his hand to Optimus and the Autobot leader took it, climbing back onto the Omega Lock.
"I…I don't believe it." Dropkick gasped in absolute astonishment. "He's gone."
"I will avenge you, master!" Starscream vowed as he prepared to attack Optimus and Bumblebee, only for Shockwave to pull him back.
"Starscream, do not be a fool!" Shockwave stated.
"All units, retreat to the escape pods! We've lost!" Shatter announced before all the remaining Decepticons ran through the nearest exit, with Shockwave carrying Starscream.
"Curse you and your logic!" Starscream yelled as the exit closed on them.
Dreadwing was about to pursue them, only for Elita to stop him by placing a hand on his chest.
"Don't worry, Dreadwing. We'll go after them later." Elita said, causing the Ex-Con to stand down.
Optimus and Bumblebee soon climbed back up to the main edge with the Star Saber, where the rest of the team gathered around to address what they had just heard earlier.
"Bumblebee…" Ratchet whispered in a shocked tone.
"Your voice." Arcee said.
"It's…well…" Ironhide stuttered, trying to come up with a good explanation.
"My voice? What are you…My voice?" Bumblebee asked in amazement before a small piece of his helmet shifted away to reveal his mouth. "Ratchet, I have my pipes back!"
The yellow Autobot then pulled Ratchet into a big hug of joy.
"Heh, yes. Yes, we noticed." Ratchet chuckled before Bumblebee released him.
"It is a very miraculous moment for you, scout." Dreadwing complimented.
"The cyber-matter." Bumblebee realised, looking at the substance on his hands.
"It's pretty much the obvious and logical reason." Jazz said, making a little fun of Shockwave's signature word.
"It would seem the old field medic made good after all." Optimus said, smiling proudly at Ratchet.
"We're all happy for you, Bee." Cliffjumper said kindly.
"At least now, the rest of the kids can understand you." Jetfire commented.
"Also, we might wanna announce the really great news to everyone else." Ironhide said, referring to the demise of their greatest enemy.
Optimus nodded in understanding and he activated his com-link.
"Optimus Prime to all units. Megatron…is no more." Optimus announced to everyone who was listening.

At Unit E, Hunter heard this announcement from the computer and he gained an amazed expression before turning to Fowler, who heard everything as well.
"Yes!" Fowler cheered.
"They did it!" Hunter remarked, with Flapjack chirping in happiness.
(Linebreak)
"Hoo-wah!" Wheeljack shouted in celebration as he, the Wreckers and Dinobots also heard the good news.
"It's about time." Grimlock said with a pleased chuckle.
"That's what I'm talking about!" Swoop cheered as he and Seaspray shared a high-five.
"Wreckers, Dinobots, a job well done for securing the bridge." Optimus told them.
"It wasn't us, sir. The credit belongs to our young friends." Ultra Magnus replied, gesturing to Hexside Squad.
"They're the ones who took control of this ship while we were in the other side." Slug commented.
"They even sent Soundwave to another dimension for the rest of his life." Snarl added.
"You got that right." Gus replied proudly.
"We're all pretty much awesome." Boscha said.
"Us? Not just you?" Amity repeated, a little surprise.
"That's cool." Luz said with a smile.
"Good riddance to Megatron, too." Vee added.
"So…what happens now?" Skara questioned.
(Linebreak)
"The Omega Lock is under our control." Ratchet said as he, Optimus and Elita looked down at the mystical machine. "I propose that we put it to good use."
"It's time that we used the Omega Lock for what it was meant to do all along." Elita suggested.
"Agreed, Elita." Optimus replied. "Ultra Magnus, set course for Cybertron."
"We're going to Cybertron again?! Great!" Willow said happily.
"Hey, Hunter, if you can tear yourself away from Vee's laptop for a few seconds, Bridge yourself up here so we can get to Cybertron already." Bumblebee told his Witch friend on his com-link.

When Hunter and Fowler heard him on their end, they were quite confused.
"Wait, who's that?" Fowler asked as Hunter soon realised what it was.
"Bee?" He asked with an amazed smile.
(Linebreak)
Just as the Nemesis arrived at Cybertron via a Space Bridge, Starscream, Shockwave, Shatter and Dropkick ran into a back room for escape pods and they noticed there was only one left.
"Tell me we're not squeezing in there." Dropkick pleaded.
"Unless you have a better idea, it's the only one we have!" Shatter retorted before they quickly raced towards the pod.
The escape pod then ejected from the Nemesis as Starscream, Shockwave, Shatter and Dropkick were struggling to squeeze in.
"Move to the side, Scream! I can't move my legs!" Dropkick complained.
"You think you're in a bind?! Shockwave's elbow articulator is digging into my lateral flexor!" Starscream retorted.
"It would be better if Dropkick could move his rotor blades away from my face!" Shatter yelled annoyingly.
"Do all three of you intend to whine for the duration of the voyage?" Shockwave asked as they descended to a distant part of Cybertron.
Back on the Nemesis, Ratchet worked on the Omega Lock's controls before turning to Optimus and Elita.
"Optimus, I…was never able to learn Shockwave's side of the cyber-matter equation. This may be all we ever have, and Cybertron is a much larger planet than Earth." Ratchet admitted.
"The cyber-matter energy we currently have might not be enough." Elita said, a little bit concerned.
"Then we must launch the cyber-matter at Cybertron's very core." Optimus suggested.
"Into the heart of Primus himself?" Ratchet asked shockingly.
"That…may just work." Elita admitted after giving it some thought.
Later on, the Nemesis flew above Cybertron's surface and soon arrived at a very large hole on the ground.
"Prime, we've arrived at the Well of All Sparks." Dreadwing informed.
"Guess it's time to bring your home back to life." Luz announced softly as she and everyone else watched from the main deck.
Ratchet pressed the control panel's button and all of the cyber-matter/Synth-En energy was shot straight down into the Well of All Sparks, eventually striking the planet's core itself. After the energy was completely shot in and everyone waited patiently for a bit, a bright blue glow started to emit from the Well and it spread all across Cybertron to show that the planet was now fully restored to its original power, causing the Autobots and Hexside Squad to watch in absolute amazement.
"Ah, such luster." Knock Out said with a smile as he suddenly appeared near the group and turned to them, who looked at him in silence. "What? I'm joining the winning team."
But then, Willow punched him down while still wearing the Apex Armor and dusted her suit's hands off, crossing her arms.
"You're welcome." Willow said.
"Was that really necessary?" Luz asked with an unsure frown. "He said he wanted to join the 'winning team', which is obviously us."
"Nah. I don't trust him." Ironhide replied.
"Guess we'll just put him with the others, then." Wheeljack said.
Outside the Nemesis, the sun began to rise up on the restored Cybertron and Predaking, who was still alive with a bad wound on his chest, climbed onto the warship and weakly looked at the sun. Predaking then jumped from the Nemesis, transformed into his Predacon form and flew off into the distance with a loud roar, causing the Autobots and Hexside Squad to immediately notice him.
"Is that…" Amity began to ask.
"The Predacon." Ultra Magnus said.
"Shouldn't we go after that bug brute?" Seaspray questioned.
"No. We'll look for him later." Grimlock replied, staring intently at where Predaking flew off to.
"I just hope he'll be okay." Vee whispered.

After returning to Unit E on Earth, Optimus was addressing all the Autobots on their return to Cybertron.
"Though our home world is once again capable of supporting life, we have much rebuilding to do. Alas, we will miss our home away from home. And, the family we've made here." Optimus said, looking at the Hexside Squad, Fowler and Camila.
"We're…never going to forget you all." Luz assured in kindness.
"But if Decepticons are still out there, won't they be targeting Earth?" Hunter asked.
"Hunter, if you ever need me, need us, for any reason, we're just a Space Bridge away." Bumblebee replied, smiling at the blonde Witch boy.
"We'll make sure to come over and help you all find a way back to the Boiling Isles, too." Cliffjumper added. "It's only fair you kids also get to go home."
"Besides, we'll be in good hands with you kids continuing to serve Unit E." Fowler told the Hexside Squad. "In a semi-official capacity."
"Wait, does that mean we're agents of the human realm?" Skara asked.
"More like interns, for now. You're still at young ages and attend school." Camila replied with a smile.
"That's true." Willow agreed.
"I trust that Unit E doesn't have any rules forbidding the enlistment of rusty old Autobot consultants." Ratchet offered, much to the shock of his team.
"Ratchet?" Arcee asked in disbelief. "You of all…"
"Yep, yep, yep. I know where I am needed." Ratchet assured.
"Well, it's your decision." Sludge replied with a shrug.
Soon, the Autobots were ready to depart for Cybertron as Ironhide picked up the scrap ball. Bumblebee ended up walking near Hunter on the railing and the two of them shared sad glances at each other.
"Hunter…" Bumblebee began to say, lowering his head.
"I get it, Bee. You…You don't have to say anything." Hunter assured while looking away as Flapjack gave him some comforting tweets.
"…I never did." Bumblebee replied, managing to put on a sad smile as Hunter did the same.
Bulkhead was sitting on the floor depressingly as Willow slowly approached him and sat on his foot, hugging her legs to her face.
"Willow, I guess this is…" Bulkhead started saying, until he heard the Plant Witch girl sobbing sadly.
Bulkhead couldn't stand to see Willow cry and he allowed her to hug his finger.
"I'll miss you, Bulk." Willow whispered, wiping a tear from her cheek.
"Me too." Bulkhead sighed.
Wheeljack stood in his spot as Gus walked up to the swordsman Wrecker, baring a very sad expression.
"I wish you could've stayed a bit longer, Jackie." Gus said depressingly.
"Same here, Gus. Meeting you was one of the greatest things that's happened to me." Wheeljack expressed. "Even better than joining the Wreckers for the first time."
"I must mean a lot to you then." Gus said, letting out a small chuckle.
"You've got no idea." Wheeljack replied as he smiled gratefully at the Illusionist Witch.
Jazz kneeled down at Vee and allowed her to slowly shake his finger with her hand.
"If we run into Predaking, we'll try giving him a chance." Jazz told her. "It's what you wanted, right?"
"It is. But, I don't wanna say goodbye to you, Jazz." Vee admitted as her lips began quivering in sadness.
"Hey, you don't have to." Jazz reassured. "This ain't goodbye. Think of it as 'see ya later' instead."
"That sounds better." Vee said with a sniffle, smiling a little bit.
Skara was seen sitting on a crate by herself before Smokescreen walked by.
"It's been fun knowing you, Smokey." Skara said.
"Yeah. I'm glad you got to be my first friend on this planet, Skara." Smokescreen replied kindly. "Even it it isn't your home planet."
"Doesn't matter. Meeting you here is the best thing I like about the human realm." Skara commented.
"Good to know." Smokescreen said as he bent down and they both shared a kind fist-bump.
As Seaspray walked up to his comrades, he soon noticed Boscha leaning on the railing with her arms crossed and her three eyes diverted.
"You don't wanna say goodbye?" Seaspray asked.
"I don't do any of that mushy stuff. Just make sure you're not gone forever, okay?" Boscha told him simply, not even looking at him.
"You got it. I'd never dream of ditching out on a danger-seeking kid like you. Plus, it looks like you're starting to become better." Seaspray commented in an impressed tone as he walked away, while Boscha gave him a small kind smile.
Amity approached Cliffjumper as the red Autobot looked down at his Witch friend, who managed to hold back her tears.
"Maybe we can have one last conversation?" Amity suggetsed.
"I'd like that. But, time's pretty short and I've gotta help rebuild my home." Cliffjumper replied. "But we said, we'll come back to help you find a way back home soon."
"I know you will, Cliff. Putting your friends before yourself is one of the things you're best at." Amity told him, smiling sweetly.
"You know it, Mittens." Cliffjumper nodded.
Luz watched Arcee walked beside her near the railing as the female Autobot turned to face her one last time.
"It's been a really great ride, Arcee." Luz said in depression. "Meeting you, Optimus and all the other Autobots has…really helped me out. You're probably the second family I never knew I needed."
"Yeah. It's just too bad I never got to meet the rest of yours." Arcee admitted.
"I would've like to introduce you to Eda and King, too." Luz replied as two tears were able to slightly drip down her cheeks. "But, hopefully I will one day. You'd probably get along with them."
"Keep in touch, Luz. Keep doing the best you can." Arcee said, shooting a very sincere smile to her Human partner. "Always learn from your mistakes and help out everyone you can, right?"
"Of course. You and Optimus helped me more than you think." Luz replied before the two of them shared a long, comforting hug with Stringbean nuzzling in on it.
Ultra Magnus, Elita One, Ironhide, Jetfire, Dreadwing, Grimlock, Swoop, Slug, Snarl and Sludge approached a railing where Fowler and Camila stood and the special agent gave them a salute, causing ten Cybertronians to do the same before they walked away. Fowler gained a sad expression when they were gone and Camila placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. As he Space Bridge opened up, Optimus approached Ratchet and the two of them shook hands.
"Until we meet again, old friend." Optimus said.
The Hexside Squad, Fowler, Camila and Ratchet watched as all of their Autobot friends walked into the Space Bridge and they all disappeared into it, until only Optimus was left. The Autobot leader turned around to see the Hexside Squad giving him smiles of farewell and Luz nodded gratefully to him, which he returned before entering the Space Bridge himself, knowing that this was not the last time they would all see each other.

Meanwhile in the Bonesborough woods, Lockdown's ship was seen in the same position we last saw it in and it was surprising that no one had discovered it. Some noises were heard inside and the scene moved inside the ship to show that 'Lockdown' was currently ravaging through a certain spot with his eyes glowing blue.
"I know it's in here, somewhere. I could feel it." Lockdown, or Belos, said to himself in a desperate tone. "Where is the shard this cursed machine discovered?"
Just then, Belos noticed something glowing purple in the corner of his eye and he quickly moved towards it, gaining a very sinister grin.
"Yes! Here it is." Belos sneered before he picked up a shard of Dark Energon with his hand, staring at it in fascination. "If what this mechanical fool thinks in his memories is true, than this special energy shard shall grant me the power of true immortality. Nothing will be able to stop me from finishing my work and Luz will be a memory to me in the end."
The end…or is it?
