(A/N: Um, Lucky is 17, Pyro 5, and Sweetie 19 now... though probably almost another year older. I just re-read chapter 46... that's what I get for not paying attention and being dumb... also, I need to do better on timing. It's probably just about Winter now after it being so long that they'd been in Hoofington, trying to get the rest of the DMS. Let's say early December. Oh, and Aphrodite and Skyla are 9 and 7... Chapter 66: Aftermath, Moving Back to Ponyville, and Surprises!

Lucky was wheeled into the OR to get her side cleaned and stitched up. She was beginning to struggle to breathe due to the leader's spell. The doctor worked fast, now. He directed a colleague to focus on her side while he took care of her oxygen. He started hooking her up and got an oxygen mask on her.

As he is a Unicorn, he began using magic to scan her internals. He found that her lungs were the most affected while her heart was least affected. Nothing else got hit. He began working on seeing if he could reverse the spell to her lungs and heart. Her side was fixed up. He asked his colleague to see if there was a book that could have the answer to reverse the spell.

His colleague went off to do what he could. The doc tried to think of something to at least slow the damage. He thought he could put an aura around them to keep the spell from making it any worse. He tried it. He could feel it working a little bit. He kept the spell going for a while. It took so long for his colleague to come back with a book.

"I found something! Here, 'To reverse an internal damage spell, you need to use a time reversal spell, making sure to use it on the affected organs only, and then use a healing spell.' Hmm... think you can do that?" The doc made an unsure face. Lucky, while she's struggling, her eyes are closed, and is almost unconscious, she managed to speak, although struggled to.

"Aunt... Twilight... time... spell..."

"Shh, save your strength, Princess. We'll call upon your Aunt Twilight. Thank you." The doc's colleague raced out of the room and off to find Twilight. The doc kept up his 'at bay' spell while the hour went by. Finally the two ponies arrived. Upon seeing Lucky,

"Oh, Lucky... not again... Ok, Doc. Where does the time spell need to go?"

"Her heart and lungs. I've kept the spell at bay, but it still slowly spread. Lucky's unconscious, now." Twilight grimaced. She took a deep breath and touched her horn to Lucky's chest. The doc took away his horn. Twilight focused on the time reversal spell only affecting Lucky's heart and lungs. It took all of her focus and concentration, but she managed to do it.

When she backed up, the doc came back and used a healing spell on Lucky's heart and lungs. Lucky began to breathe better and gave visible signs that she was starting to heal. Such as her face becoming more relaxed and normal. Twilight and the doctor both breathed a sigh of relief. Twilight went back out to the others who were waiting. The doc wheeled Lucky to a room, still hooked up, to make sure she keeps on the healing track.

"Lucky's doing better," Twilight informed everypony. They were all relieved to hear that.

"Well, Lucky was victorious, though at a cost," Sweetie Belle commented. The others nodded. The doctor came out.

"You can all go in, now. She should wake up soon." They all smiled happily and went in. Applejack, Rainbow, Pyro, and Sweetie all were closest while the others were around her bed. Applejack took Lucky's hoof in hers.

"We're all here fer ya, Lucky. We all're also inspired by yer desire ta protect everypony. Ye're an inspiration ta everypony who knows ya." The others all agreed. Lucky felt everypony's presences and heard Applejack. She's conscious, but not yet awake. The oxygen mask is off, by the way. Lucky gave a slight smile.

"She smiled!" Pyro exclaimed. Princess Celestia went out to get Lucky some water once she wakes up.

"Shining Armor and I should go back to our castle. We're glad Lucky's going to be ok." The others thanked the two for their help, bid the two farewell, and they left.

"Same could be said for Celestia and I. Once Celestia comes back, her and I will head out," Princess Luna informed. The others nodded, understanding. When Princess Celestia came back in, she set the water down. Princess Luna told her that Princess Cadance and Shining Armor headed out and said they should do the same, too. Princess Celestia nodded. The others did the same thing they did with the Crystal Empire rulers and the Canterlot Princesses headed out.

"Lucky truly is lucky. She's got a whole network of ponies behind her. I'm proud of the pony she's become. Now that I know she'll be ok, I'll be heading out, too," Machine said. The others bid him farewell and he headed out. Now it's the 6 plus Sweetie and Pyro left. Sweetie looked at the clock.

"I need to get ready for work. I'm glad she's ok. I'll come back after work and check on her." She nuzzled Lucky, then Pyro, and left. After 15 minutes of the others talking, Lucky finally began to stir.

"Lucky!" Lucky opened her eyes and looked around.

"Not a lot of ponies, eh?" The others giggled. Twilight told her about the ponies who were here but had to leave. "Ah, fair. I'm grateful for the Princess' and Prince's help. I'll have to write to them, saying that. And hey, much better than the last time I tangoed with a DMS leader, huh?" The others gave her a mild look. She grinned and they shook their heads, grinning as well. Twilight went to get the doctor. A couple minutes and Twilight came back with the doc. He checked Lucky over.

"Your vitals are excellent. I'd like to keep you for 2 days, though, to make sure nothing surprises us." Lucky nodded.

"I understand. I remember what happened the last time." He nodded, too. He remembered what she told him when she told him about it. Two days went by and now Lucky, Sweetie, and Pyro are packing up. Finally, they can go back to Ponyville. They said their goodbyes to their friends here already. They also closed bank accounts, changed addresses, etc., whatever they had to do to move back to Ponyville. On the train, Pyro is watching the scenery.

"Finally... I can't wait to be home..." Sweetie complained.

"I know, me neither. I missed Ponyville and everypony so much. I could never leave again. Thankfully, I don't have to. A new threat won't happen now for another thousand years." Lucky and Sweetie leaned against each other.

"Yeah, thank goodness." The train ride back to Ponyville thankfully wasn't as long as the Crystal Empire. They got back at 10 AM, after leaving Hoofington at 8 AM. The trio disembarked and grabbed their luggage. They all went to the post office to let the post ponies know. They did everything they needed to to move. (A/N: i'm dumb, I know. I really need to look at a map of Equestria... just... I know i'm dumb...)

Finally, when they were done, it was about supper time. Sweetie Belle also is taking a little break before getting her job at the restaurant in Ponyville back. Lucky dropped Sweetie off at her parents' house and nuzzled her good bye. Sweetie nuzzled Pyro good bye, too. Lucky and Pyro were off to Lucky's parents' now. As they got closer, Lucky was beginning to get excited. Pyro giggled.

"You're excited. Granny and Grandma will be, too, I'm sure." Lucky smiled.

"They sure will." Lucky got to the apartment and Rainbow was home to greet them. Lucky tackle hugged her mother. Rainbow laughed.

"Hey, kiddo! Forget how much taller you are than me?" Lucky smiled sheepishly.

"A little, but I'm just so happy to be home."

"I can imagine. It's been so empty without you. We missed having you here. We also welcome you, Pyro. We're happy to see you grow." Pyro grinned.

"Happy to be here. It's a lot smaller than the city. I like it here."

"Oh, Mom, all the Elements of Harmony need to give me the Elements. Now that our enemy is defeated, we have no more use for them. I need to put them away until we need them again in a thousand years."

"Oh, right... man, this feels so unreal..." Lucky nodded.

"I know. I can't believe it, either. I've got to go to Aunt Twilight, she has the chest to hold all the Elements. Can you watch Pyro for me?" Rainbow nodded. "Thanks. I'll be back." Lucky nuzzled Pyro and headed out. On her way to the library, she saw her Aunt Pinkie.

"Lucky!" Pinkie tackle hugged Lucky. Lucky hugged her back, smiling wide.

"Hi, Aunt Pinkie! I'm so glad to be back! How about a 'welcome back' party for Sweetie Belle and I? Also a 'welcome to Ponyville' party for Pyro at the same time."

"Yes! I can do that tomorrow. I'll need to get everything ready for it. It'll be at the Sweet Apple Acres barn."

"Ok, good. I have to see Aunt Twilight, now. I look forward to tomorrow." Pinkie gave one last hug and they parted ways. Ever since Lucky returned, she's seen a lot of the ponies and was very happy to see them. Finally she made it to the library. She opened the door to see Twilight zipping around the library. It looked like she was trying to find a certain book. "Aunt Twilight?" Twilight stopped and smiled.

"Hi, Lucky! Welcome back!" She hugged Lucky.

"Thanks. Um, what book are you looking for?"

"Lucky, something weird happened to 3 of us, but included all 6 of us." Lucky tilted her head, very confused. "Uh... well..." Twilight sighed. "You've had 'The Talk' with your parents, right?" Lucky blushed lightly and nodded. "So you know how foals are made." Lucky nodded again. "Well... it turns out I'm expecting. I just found out yesterday. Signs have been happening long enough for me to get suspicious." Lucky looked horrified.

(A/N: This is a fictional story of a fictional world. I figure through the Elements, given a specific way, they can have just one foal. Twilight being the carrier between her and Pinkie, Applejack being the carrier between her and Rainbow, same reason as Twilight and Pinkie (you'll see Twilight's reasoning a little further down), and Rarity being the carrier between her and Fluttershy. Reason being that pregnancy would be a little too much for how sensitive Fluttershy is. Rarity just will be much more of a drama queen than normal XD XD)

"You fought the DMS while expecting?! Is the foal ok?!"

"Yes, it's ok. I was careful. I never got hit. I fought better than last time."

"Does Aunt Pinkie know?"

"Obviously. It was her and I that made this foal. We had purple and pink auras swirling around us and then they twisted together, much like a DNA strand. Then they combined colors and made magenta, and that color went into me, right into my stomach." Lucky took on a thinking face. She started pacing.

"How long ago?"

"Um... like, a week ago." Lucky nodded slowly, still thinking. She eventually stopped and looked up at Twilight. The answer came to her through her own Element and her psychic ability.

"It's because you're an Element of Harmony. All the Elements have the ability to have one foal together if the Elements marry each other. That means Ma and Mom can have a foal and so can Aunt Rarity and Aunt Fluttershy. I wonder... I'll have to ask Ma when I see her. I'll also take a trip to Canterlot to see Aunt Rarity. But the reason I'm actually here, Aunt Twilight, is I need the chest for the Elements of Harmony. Now that they're not needed anymore, they need to go into storage." Twilight sighed sadly.

"Yeah... I know... this is so surreal," Twilight lamented as she went to the closet where she keeps the chest. She brought it out, then grabbed hers and Pinkie's Elements from upstairs. She placed them in the chest. Lucky took it in her aura.

"Also, were you and Pinkie thinking about foals and wishing you could have one together? That would also be how that would happen."

"Yeah, we were. I also said that I could carry so Pinkie doesn't get pent up and frustrated that she couldn't be her active, bouncy self further into it."

"That's exactly how that happened, then. So, congrats Aunt Twilight!" Twilight smiled a small smile.

"Thanks, Lucky." Lucky headed out and back to the apartment.

"Mom! I'm back! But now I gotta travel." Rainbow placed hers and Applejack's Elements in the opened chest. Once placed, Lucky closed it again.

"Ok, off to Canterlot?" Lucky nodded.

"Yes, but I have to ask Ma something. Did you know Aunt Twilight's expecting?" Rainbow sighed.

"Applejack is, too. So is Rarity. Lucky, how? Do you know?" Lucky nodded and explained the same thing she told Twilight. Rainbow was surprised. "So that's how. Wow... we actually can have one foal of our own... unreal..." Lucky grinned.

"Congrats, Mom. I can't wait to be a big sister."

"'Big sister'? 'Expecting'?" Pyro inquired.

"You're too little. Just know that you're going to have an Aunt or Uncle who is younger than you. My little sister or brother. Ooohh, now I really can't wait." Rainbow laughed.

"You know, squirt, I kind of can't wait, either. I wonder what this foal will look like?" Lucky nodded.

"Well, I'm off to Canterlot, then. I'll tell Ma how she can have a foal when I get home."

"I can tell her. You tell Rarity and Fluttershy." Lucky nodded and teleported to Canterlot Castle. She went to where Rarity and Fluttershy stay in the castle. She knocked on their door. A few seconds and Fluttershy opened it. She hugged Lucky, happy to see her.

"Lucky, we need your help," she begged. Lucky followed her into the bedroom further and sat on the couch they have. Rarity sat between them.

"I know what you need help with, already." She set the chest down and Rarity opened it, putting hers and Fluttershy's Elements in. She closed it again. Lucky cast a spell on it, making it so only she can touch it, physically and magically. Now all 6 Elements are secure until they're needed again. Lucky also explained how Rarity and Fluttershy are having a foal.

"Oh my..." Fluttershy murmured.

"Congrats, you two." They smiled.

A/N: blah blah blah, Lucky and Sweetie getting used to Ponyville again, the party was thrown, a baby shower was had for the three ponies.
