And the next chapter of the investigation arc begins.
I will not explain about the content of the chapter because it is clear from the name, but I am going to show some of the biggest paradoxes in Remnant that happened due to the presence of the Phantom Thieves.
Although I said that I chose Semblance of all thieves, I still have doubts about Ann. If you have a better idea, tell me, because Ann is not going to come back anytime soon, so there is too much time. My idea for Ann's Semblance is fire control, like the Firebenders in Avatar the Movie 2010 (The Last Airbender movie in fact). Oh, and Haru. I basically have no idea about her semblance.
Many characters of Persona 5X were introduced and I think almost everyone who saw P5X knows that Mont is technically Weiss. If you doubted whether I was going to use it or not, the answer is yes, but with changes. The codename and Persona are supposed to be different, but the Phantom Attire won't change.
And I Retconed some parts. Like, Third-tier Personas exist in this Persona universe but only Joker could unlock it in a Fusion Accident.

trjz: I explained it to you in a private message, but I will give it here as well. First, the Phantom Thieves hacked the most secure system in the entire Remnant and changed the heart of one of the Remnant's most powerful merchants into confessing to his crimes. Because of their overthrow of Dupin, their action was considered a Faunus lover's action, which caused a general uproar for the White Fang. And they made Remnant, the most powerful kingdom, look stupid, which I didn't show in the main story because it was supposed to be part of the story of Joker Card: different angle. The rest would become spoilers so I won't explain them here.
[Leblanc/Early Morning]
"Another dead end." Akechi was sitting at Leblanc's desk with a cup of coffee in front of a large sheet of photos, going over the evidence and clues he had gotten from Torchwick.
"Still couldn't find anything?" Ren asked as he was washing the dishes.
"Torchwick might be a third-rate criminal at robbery, but he's a professional hider, plus there aren't many surveillance cameras on the streets of Vale." Akechi said wearily.
"Maybe they're out of town." Ren said as he washed up.
"I also came to this conclusion, but the problem is that we don't have enough knowledge of geography, especially in this fantasy world." Akechi took a sip of coffee and reviewed the documents again.
"Remember when Ruby asked us to help her with her history and geography exam? Do you think her books would be useful?" Morgana said as he sat on the counter.
"The contents of those books are very general; I need detailed information." Akechi replied very seriously.
Suddenly, the cafe bell rang. "Morgana, go upstairs!" Ren said quietly so as not to attract attention. "Welcome to Leblanc, today's offer is Atlas Cuban Crystal Mountain coffee."
Neither Ren expected it nor Akechi. The person who had entered the cafe was a silver-haired middle-aged man in a black and green suit, and they both knew who he was.
"Cuban Crystal Mountain?! I was surprised!" Ozpin said with an impressed tone.
"Headmaster Ozpin! I didn't expect to meet you in the first few days." Ren said, slightly surprised but still calm.
"I'm always looking for good cafes because the coffees at my academy are only good at best." Ozpin said as he sat at the counter. Ozpin looked around the corner and saw the young detective working on Touchwick's case. "And nice to meet you, Junior Detective."
"Who introduced me to you?" Akechi asked as emotionless as ever.
"A friend and she is very impressed with your talent." Ozpin replied with a small smile.
"I see." Akechi said and continued looking through the files.
"So, what would you like?" Ren asked for the order.
"What I want is a bit of a challenge." Ozpin said coldly, seeming to be challenging him.
Ren's glasses flashed and a smirk appeared on his face. "Try me." Ren said confidently.
"I'd like a cup of Ristretto." Ozpin ordered one of the hardest, if not the hardest, coffees.
"In a minute." Ren said confidently again.
Ren started making Ristretto coffee. One wrong move and the taste of the coffee would be completely ruined. Water temperature, amount of coffee to water, etc. Making a Ristretto is nothing less than an art.
Ozpin carefully watched the young man's movements and was impressed by his proficiency. Every movement of his hand was completely calculated and smooth, a skill that few people in Remnant use.
Ren prepared the coffee and placed it in front of Ozpin, who took a sip and placed the cup on the counter. "It's flawless, a real work of art!" Ozpin was clearly impressed by the coffee.
"I'm glad you like it." Ren said with a small smile. The cafe bell rang again and a blonde girl entered. "Wel…" Another voice interrupted before Ren could finish his sentence.
"Wow! This place is much better than I imagined..." Suddenly the blonde was shocked to see who was in the cafe.
"Good morning, Miss Xiao Long." Ozpin greeted.
"I'm getting out of here; I don't want to get caught in the coming storm." Akechi said, quickly gathering his files and hurrying out of the café from the back door. Just after Akechi left the cafe through the back door, the cafe's bell rang and a group of colorful people entered the cafe.
"As I promised you all, here is Leblanc!" The energetic voice that no one can forget was heard from the front of the group.
"Hi Ruby… and everyone!" After seeing the group members, Ren realized that Ruby had brought both her Team members and Team JNPR.
"Hello, Ren and…Professor Ozpin and Yang!" Ruby said in surprise.
"Hi sis." said Yang.
"So that's why you left the Academy so soon." Ruby said.
Ozpin looked at the group and gave a small smile. "Hello my students, nice to see you all together on your day off." Ozpin said.
"Thank you, Professor!" Everyone said at the same time.
"Ren, right?" Ozpin asked.
"Ren Amamiya." Ren answered.
"I enjoyed my coffee, maybe I'll come back later." Ozpin said then left the cafe.
"Well... won't you introduce the others?" Ren had seen all of them from a distance before, but he had no idea what their morals were or even knew some of their names.
"So you're the mysterious boy! I'm Yang Xiao Long, Ruby's older sister." Yang said with a big smile.
"I know, Ruby talks about you a lot." Ren said, looking at the rest of the group. "And you too Weiss."
"Of course, she has to talk about me." Weiss said flipping her hair while still having a lot of confidence and pride.
"And I met Blake before." Ren said looking at Blake.
"Good to see you again Ren." Blake said as emotionless as always.
"I'm Jaune, Jaune Arc." Jaune said with a thumb up.
"Let me guess, short, sweet, rolls of the tongue, and ladies love it but they don't," Ruby laughed out loud after Ren's sentence.
"It's exactly what you said! Especially the last part!" Ruby said as she choked up from laughing so hard.
Weiss pulled Pyrrha towards her. "And Pyrrha, who I'm sure you already knew," Weiss said confidently.
"Should I know?" Ren asked while looking confused but he knew who she was.
"WHAT!?" Weiss exclaimed in surprise. "Pyrrha won the…" a little pause. "You know? Forget it," Weiss gave up as she got a sense of Deja vu.
"I'm Nora! Queen of the Castle!" Nora with the energy she has, Ruby was a quadruple battery. "And for once as the queen, I ask you, do you have any pancakes?" Lie Ren just face-palmed himself.
"And I say as a rebel, no I don't have pancakes!" Ren replied Nora-style, shattering the world around Nora like glass.
"And I am Lie Ren." Lie Ren said very coldly.
"How many times?" Amamiya asked.
"Enough times." Lie Ren replied
"So, you can call me Akira if you want." Akira said.
"Thank you." Ren thanked.
Weiss was surprised to see how Akira was talking and acting. He may have a sharp tongue not very polite, but he knows how to talk to others so that they approach him, like a leader. Weiss now understands why Ruby wanted his advice.
"Now that you're all here, be my guest for the first order." Akira said and everyone got excited.
[A few minutes later]
"SSSSOOOOOO GGGGGOOOOOOODDDDDDD!" They all shouted at the same time.
"I didn't even imagine that curry is so delicious!" Blake said joyfully.
"I don't want it to ever end!" Nora said as she chewed her last spoonful.
Akira was enjoying watching the happy customers when the cafe bell rang again. "Welcome to... oh Futaba!" Everyone stopped eating and stared at the door.
"H-He-He-Hello!" Futaba said shyly and quickly went behind the counter and hid behind Akira. "More people are here than yesterday!"
"Futaba! The same girl who came to the Vale from Atlas with my sister!" Weiss exclaimed in shock.
"And why is she hiding behind a strange boy?!" Yang asked in surprise.
"Ren is my brother." Futaba said and there was a long silence.
"HHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAA!" Everyone but Ruby screamed in shock.
"Metaphorically, in fact, because I lived with her and her father for a year and helped her solve some small problems, she considers me her older brother." Akira cleared the misunderstanding and everyone took a deep breath. "And Futaba, call me Akira when these guys around."
"They weren't small problems at all." Futaba said
"And what about Makoto? Is she your friend too?" Blake asked curiously.
"Yeah, I am." Makoto's voice came from the door and everyone's attention was drawn to the door. "And thanks to Ren, I also managed to find my goal and free myself from the abusing adults."
"I can't believe you helped so many people!" Jaune said in surprise.
"He has helped many people; I can't list them." Futaba explained and everyone was impressed.
"It's great that you have so many friends." Pyrrha said with a happy face but the sadness in her voice.
[after eating]
After eating, the two teams along with Makoto and Futaba were leaving the cafe when Akira stopped Ruby.
"There is a problem?" Ruby asked confused.
"Talk to her." Ren replied.
"Her?! You mean Pyrrha?" Ruby asked in confusion.
"She needs a friend outside of her team." Akira answered. "And better for you too because your power depends on arcana and arcana on bond and bond on confidant." Ren explained and Ruby nodded in response before leaving Leblanc.
"Ren! You have to see this!" Morgana shouted from upstairs in shock, catching Ren's attention.
Ren went upstairs to find Morgana staring at the pile of Dust crystals. "What should I see?" Ren asked curiously and Morgana pointed at four of the crystals in response. "These can't be...!" Ren said in shock.
"But they are." Morgana said much as shocked himself.
[with Team RWBY and Team JNPR]
The two teams separated from Futaba and Makoto and were returning to Beacon. As the two teams headed back to Beacon, they saw Team CFVY arguing in front of a Dust Shop. The two teams decided to pay a short visit to their friends.
"Hello Team CFVY!" Ruby greeted energetically from a little distance away, catching CFVY's attention.
"Hello Red, what are you doing here?" Coco asked.
"We went to one of my friend's cafes so I could introduce the others to him and have lunch. How about you?" Ruby explained and then asked.
"Velvet needed some Hard-Light Dust and we came to buy some Dust but... you better see for yourself," Yatsuashi explained then held out his fist and opened it upwards. There was a black Dust crystal in Yatsuashi's hand, but not Gravity Dust, a blacker crystal with blood-red streaks.
"What kind of Dust is this?!" Weiss, who had spent her entire life in Dust, asked in surprise as she had never seen anything like this before.
"And that's not all." Fox said, then revealed another crystal that was as bright and golden as the sun.
"I have never seen such Dust!" Weiss whispered in surprise.
Ruby looked at the crystals a little more carefully and got a familiar feeling from them. Ruby took the black crystal from Yatsuashi and very quickly her danger instinct was activated. After Asena became stronger, one of the passive skills she gained was Evade Curse, which gave her a stronger instinct for danger for this type of attack. But if Ruby reacted like this to this crystal, it can only have one meaning.
[Leblanc]
"These are the Curse, Bless, Nuke, and Psychokinesis crystals! But I thought Dust only held the basic elements like Water, Earth, Fire, and Wind." Ren said as he was checking the crystals.
"Apparently our actions in Mementos didn't just change hearts." Morgana said as he pointed to the television.
Ren looked at the TV and was shocked to see the news headline. "A new kind of?" The headline was showing a Grimm looking like a maiden.
"Apparently we not only created a new type of Dust, we even created a new Grimm." Morgana said still in shock.
"I just hope the Persona Fusions I made with the Grimm didn't make it into the real world." Ren prayed.
"Biomore was an average Grimm Persona, but still more powerful than an Alpha Nevermore, if they enter the Remnant, the whole world will be in more danger." Morgana said worriedly.
"Even imagining some of my Grimm Personas would be a nightmare for any Huntsmen and Huntress," Ren said worriedly.
"But we gave them new Dusts, maybe with these new elements they can make stronger weapons." Morgana hoped that would be the case.
Suddenly, Ren's scroll rang. Ren picked up his scroll and looked at the audience, "Akechi Goro." Ren answered the call. "Akechi did you find something?" Ren asked curiously.
"Yeah, I was lucky to overhear the two White Fang's conversation." Akechi said. "Tomorrow evening, they are going to hold a meeting in the lower part of the city to get new members and unveil a new weapon."
"We have a clue; do you want me to tell Ruby too?" Ren asked.
"No, she's been on missions with us a lot these past few months and it might blow her cover." Akechi reasoned and Ren agreed.
"Then I'll just let her know." Ren said, then hung up.
[Team RWBY dorm room]
Team RWBY was all huddled around the two new types of Dust, checking it out. Weiss did a variety of tests on them and came up with only one result for each. A small piece of black crystal (Curse Dust) completely breaks the Aura. And the luminous crystal (Bless Dust) passes through the Aura.
"These Dusts are more useful for killing." Blake commented and the other girls nodded.
"But I only did the preliminary tests and haven't done the Grimm tests yet." Weiss explained.
"And it's not just these two, because on the DustTube, there are a lot of videos about two other types, except for these two, and they all originate from the black market, and the traders say that they bought from unknown sellers, but as the days passed, they start to appear naturally." Yang said while scrolling her screen up and down.
"Four new types of Dust originating from the black market! That's not normal." Weiss exclaimed.
While the other three girls were arguing, Ruby was thinking about the paradox that happened because of her activities as the Phantom Thief when her scroll vibrated. Ruby took out her scroll and saw a message from Ren.
Joker: We found a clue.
Artemis: Great.
Joker: But you're not coming with us because you have to keep your cover.
Artemis: At least tell me what clue you found.
Joker: I know you'll sneak up on us when I tell you what we found.
Artemis: You are so bad, Joker! : - (
Joker: Goodbye. :p
Ruby groaned and put her scroll back in her pocket. 'Well at least I can help my team with the investigation,' Ruby thought to herself and approached her team. "Alright girls, tomorrow we start an investigation to stop the White Fang,"
"So, we finally take an action tomorrow!" Yang said excitedly.
"Right, so get some rest tonight because we have a big mission tomorrow!" Ruby ordered and then headed for the exit. "And I'm going to get some cookies," he said quickly leaving the room.
"Ruby's definitely grown up, but she's still a kid," Weiss said
Ruby left the room and in front of the door of Team JNPR's room, she saw the invincible girl along with Jaune leaving the room. "Hello Pyrrha, hi Jaune." Ruby greeted.
"Ow! Ruby!" Jaune said surprised.
"Hi Ruby." Pyrrha greeted as she wasn't too surprised.
"Are you going to your secret training session?" Ruby asked like a trusting girl.
"What?" Jaune screamed loudly and Pyrrha quickly covered her mouth and told him "Hush".
"I was wondering if I could join you?" Ruby asked very innocently and the two just stared at her with wide eyes. "Is there something on my face?" Ruby asked confused and started to touch her face.
"No no, we were just surprised." Jaune explained.
"Is it a problem that I want to help my friends?" Ruby asked a little annoyed.
"I didn't mean it! I meant we didn't expect something like this so suddenly." Jaune corrected.
"Well, if you don't mind, I'd like to try out my unarmed fighting skills with Pyrrha and maybe learn a little from her." Ruby did the "one little" hand sign at the end of the sentence and J#P# stared at each other for a few seconds.
[The roof of the academy]
Ruby fell on her butt and had to use her hands to catch herself. Jaune then fell flat on his face next to him.
"I thought I got you this time." Ruby said as she rubbed her hip in pain.
"You've improved Ruby, if you remember you couldn't even beat Jaune without a weapon." Pyrrha said with satisfaction.
"Compliment me at least a little!" Juane growled.
"I'm sorry Jaune." Pyrrha apologized with a smile. "That's enough for today; and thanks Ruby for the help." Pyrrha thanked and helped Jaune to get back on his feet.
"Do you want to do more of these things?" Ruby asked, still sitting on the floor.
"You mean joint training?" Pyrrha asked.
"Well, you and I can help Jaune find his Semblance. That's means I train, and help my friends at the same time." Ruby explained and Pyrrha and Jaune started to think.
"It's like a deal." Jaune said and then held out his hand to Ruby for help.
Ruby accepted Jaune's hand and a voice started ringing in her head

Wait! One Arcana for two people?!
[Tomorrow after class/Team RWBY dorm room]
The team members were wearing normal clothes so as not to draw attention to their secret mission, although it was not much different from their original clothes.
"Classes are finally over." Blake said as she tightened a series of black bandages on her arm.
"Alright girls, today is the day. Let's investigation begin!" Ruby said excitedly and raised her fist. "But first, we'll make sure that the extra ears don't hear anything... What do you think, Sun and Neptune?" Ruby pointed to the window and Sun hung upside down from the branch of the tree in front of the window by his tail.
"How did you know I was listening?" Sun asked in surprise.
"It's a long story." said Ruby. "So, where's Neptune?" Ruby asked and Sun pointed to the right side of the window with his thumb.
The girls put their heads out of the window and saw Neptune leaning against the edge of the wall. "Sub," said Neptune
"How did you get here?" asked Ruby.
"I have my own ways, but can I come in, it's kind of very high." said Neptune.
Then they all gathered in the room for Ruby to explain the plan. "Well, I was prepared for something like this so you don't have to worry." Ruby said.
"You were ready for something like this!" Weiss exclaimed in surprise.
"A leader should try to consider as many possibilities as possible, even that damn book said that." Ruby said with closed eyes as she held up a finger.
"It's convincing." Sun said.
"No one asked for your opinion." Weiss said annoyed.
"Well, I'll explain the plan." Ruby cleared her throat. "Weiss and I are going to the CCT tower to check the records of the thefts, and since Weiss is the heir to the SDC there shouldn't be any problems." Weiss flicked her ponytail. "Blake and Sun are going to the White Fang meeting to get information, but you better disguise yourself so you don't get detected," Blake nodded and Sun gave a pump up. "Yang and Neptune are also going to see Yang's friend at that club who knows everything so they can get some information from him." Yang blinked and Neptune became...a wax figure.
"Ruby why don't you go with Yang since she's your sister, and I'll go with Neptune instead." Weiss tried to change her partner for personal reasons.
"Do you think they will let me into that kind of club?" Ruby asked with her head tilted and her eyes narrowed.
"Um… yeah?" said Weiss unsure.
"Khaahhaa!" Ruby laughed. "Your jokes are getting better Weiss!" Ruby then grabbed Weiss by the back of her collar and started pulling her. "Let's go."
"But! But!" But it was too late and Ruby had already left the room with her.
[Same moment/Leblanc]
The Phantom Thieves, except for Ruby, gathered around one of the tables to discuss their plan.
"There's going to be a recruiting meeting and unveiling of a new weapon downtown tonight, if we're lucky we might catch Torchwick or one of those assassins." Akechi explained.
"If we can catch one of those assassins, we can get information from him or her so we can find the location of their leader's gate and boom! Change of heart." said Futaba.
"There's a chance we'll run into Paladins, and if we're lucky we might not need our Persona." Morgana continued.
"No need to worry, I already know their weakness and I know we can handle them without Persona." Futaba insures them.
"Tonight, Morgana and I will go into the meeting as new members to gather information." Ren completed the plan. "Any questions?" silent. "Good. Let's do it."
[Minutes later/ CCT Tower]
Ruby and Weiss arrived at the CCT tower and Ruby was excited to see the tower as usual.
"Wow! I forgot how big the CCT tower is up close!" Ruby shouted excitedly.
"You should see the one in Atlas," said Weiss.
"That was the first tower, right?" asked Ruby.
"Right." Weiss confirmed. "After the Great War, Atlas developed the Cross Continental Transmit System so that all four kingdoms could communicate with each other. This was their gift after the war."
"But in the end, it got hacked, by a bunch of thieves!" Ruby said and then snorted under her breath.
"Please don't remind me." Weiss said. "And the only reason we're here is because you wanted to see the tower, otherwise we could have called from the library." he then gestured to the library next to them.
"Why use a stick when you have a sword? That's not cool at all." Ruby reasoned.
"This sounds a little reasonable." Weiss agreed.
"How about we take a picture?" Ruby quickly picked up her scroll, but it slipped from her hand and fell on the floor in front of an orange-haired girl.
"Oh!" The girl bent down and picked up the scroll from the ground and held it in front of Ruby. "You dropped this."
"Penny?!" Ruby asked, tilting her head in confusion. No need to say Weiss was also confused.
"Ah..." Penny was stuck.
"Where have you been? We haven't seen each other since that night at the dock!" Ruby was looking for an answer, so she quickly asked the main question, but apparently Penny didn't want to answer.
"I'm sorry, but I think you've got me confused with someone else." She Hiccupped then tossed the scroll casually at Ruby, who caught it in the air with one hand. "I have to go!" Then she quickly distanced herself from the girls.
"What's the matter?" Weiss asked confused as she didn't know what happened.
"That's what I need to find out." Ruby said very seriously. "You go make your call, I'll go get the answer." she then quickly disappeared from Weiss' side, leaving a trail of rose petals behind.
"But… Ahhgh!" Weiss groaned.
Before Penny could put her feet on the stairs, Ruby appeared in front of her at high speed. "Penny, where have you been? It's been over a month!"
"Looks like you had a misunderstanding." Penny said and tried to leave Ruby again but this time Ruby grabbed her hand.
"Please." Penny turned her head to meet her only friend's eyes. "Talk to me if you have a problem. Aren't we friends? We should help each other." apparently talking worked. Penny sighed and then looked around carefully to make sure no one was watching her.
"It's not safe to talk in here." Penny whispered into Ruby's ear.
"Don't worry, I know a safe place." Ruby replied in a whisper.
[On top of a building, next to the square where the new AKs are going to be introduced]
Ruby and Penny were standing on top of one of the buildings, and Penny was checking the rooftop to make sure no camera could see them. Penny scanned the entire area and was surprised that there were no cameras in sight of that building.
"It's really safe here!" Penny said in surprise.
"So, Penny, what happened that night? You were with the others and then you disappeared like Batman." Ruby asked curiously, not realizing that she dropped a clanger.
"Like who?" Penny, not knowing what Ruby meant, asked curiously.
"A comic book character!" Ruby just found out that she used Ren's comic character, but luckily it was okay.
"Well, you know, I've never been to another kingdom, and my dad loves me very, very much, but he worries a lot." Penny explained.
"Believe it or not, my dad is exactly the same." Ruby's sympathy brought a smile to Penny's face. "But why didn't you tell us that you are fine?" Ruby asked curiously.
"I was told not to talk to you… or Weiss… or Blake… or Yang. Nobody at all." said Penny a little sad.
"I don't think your father would have asked for that." Ruby guessed.
"Yeah, in fact, the one who asked me..." Penny was about to say who had ordered her to stay away from the community but a voice stopped her.
"For many years, AK-130s were a standard security model in the Remnant." Ruby and Penny looked out over the field from the ledge and saw the Ironwood hologram who was giving a speech, and on the left and right behind him were a row of AK-130 robots and two containers behind them. "And we all agree that they were fine in their work, do you agree?" Then all the AKs bowed. "But Atlas is the land of innovation and 'fine' isn't very good." then the containers opened behind the AKs and the new robots came out and kicked the AK-130s to the ground. "Introducing the Atlesian Knights... 200," then the crowd began to clap. "Smarter, sleeker, and of course less scary." then AK-200s began to take on bodybuilding and cool figures like two hands-pointing. "These models will be activated later this year, but they won't be alone. The Atlas Army has always supported the removal of humans from the dangers of war, but there are undoubtedly situations that require the human touch." Even Ruby was excited about the next robot, but Penny was a little worried. "So, our kingdom's greatest minds, in collaboration with Schnee Dust Company, proudly introduce... Atlesian Paladin!" Then the hologram was changed and the image of a mech suit was replaced. After hearing that name, Ruby realized what they were going to unveil, but seeing it felt different. "Unfortunately, we don't have any units to show you, but next year these mechanized combat suits will be protecting your borders."
"Ruby, I think we better get out of here!" Penny said uncomfortable and then jumped down from the building.
"Wait, for me to come!" Ruby yelled and jumped off the building after her friend.
Unfortunately, when the girls landed, two of the Atlas soldiers noticed them and without a moment's hesitation started running towards them. Fortunately, someone noticed them.
"Um...Penny, why are they coming at us?" Ruby asked worriedly and Penny was shocked after seeing the soldiers.
"We have to run!" Penny said fearfully and then ran into an alleyway with Ruby following.
Ruby and Penny left the alley and crossed a street to enter another alley. Fortunately, because a car crashed into one of the soldiers, the soldiers slowed down, but because the car was slow, they only stopped and were not hurt.
Ruby and Penny continued running down the alley until Ruby decided to use her new trick. Ruby reached out to Penny with Petal Burst and wrapped her arms around her waist. "Hold tight!" Ruby screamed and then turned into dozens of Petal Bursts and spread in all the alleys, and the main petal moved towards the street, but due to Ruby's exhaustion, she returned to her human form and fell to the ground.
After falling, Ruby slid to the ground and stopped on the street, and unfortunately, a truck was coming towards her.
"RUBY!" Penny shouted and then pushed her friend out of the way, stood in front of the truck and then surprisingly stopped the truck with her bare hands. The intensity of the impact was so great that even a part of the asphalt was torn off, but Penny did not even get a scratch.
"Penny!" Ruby whispered in surprise.
"Are you alright?" Penny asked the driver and the driver nodded but was definitely shocked.
Penny looked around and saw people whispering about what they saw. Penny looked at her hand and then quickly ran towards the alley behind Ruby and even shoved Ruby and entered the alley.
"Penny wait!" Ruby quickly followed her friend.
Penny tried to run away from the situation with stress, but it was too late. "Penny, what's going on here? Why are you running? And how did you stop a truck with your bare hands?" Ruby was so shocked by what had happened that she just wanted an answer.

"No no no you won't understand!" Penny said with stress, turning away from Ruby this time.
"You can trust me! I can handle it!" She wasn't lying either, because a few weeks ago she had fought a devil who was sitting on a flying toilet, what could be weirder than that?
"You're my friend, right? You promise to stay my friend?" Penny turned hastily to Ruby and asked with terrible stress, her hand clenched into a fist so her palm wouldn't show.
"Of course I promise you!" Ruby reassured her friend, seeming to calm her down a bit.
"Ruby…" Penny said stressed and then started showing her palm. "...I'm not a real girl!" Then he showed his hand, which had been cut off for stopping the truck and exposed the metal parts.
"Oh!" was the only thing that came out of the silver-eyed girl's mouth. That his friend was an advanced robot with feelings was a shock to her, but only for the first few seconds.
"You are a super robot!" Ruby said, but she couldn't show her excitement, that's why she said it emotionlessly.
"I'm the world's first artificial person capable of producing an Aura. An unreal girl." Penny said emotionlessly before staring down at her palm and waiting for the usual reaction. Fear, panic, shock, disgust, and other negative emotions. But suddenly he felt a pain in her head, as if she had been struck on the head.
"That last sentence was so stupid and ridiculous," Ruby said, while smoke rose from her right fist. "What idiot told you 'You're not real'?" After rubbing her head a bit, Penny looked at Ruby in surprise, as this reaction was definitely not what she expected.
"But I..." Penny tried to say something but Ruby covered her mouth with her hand.

I want to see what the rest of the world is like, test my skills in the tournament, and capture the Phantom Thieves as ordered by Mr. Ironwood." Penny explained everything.
Ruby knew that the world had a secret enemy and that Professor Ozpin and General were secretly fighting it, she wasn't too surprised and didn't even have a question. But realizing that her friend was supposed to be the main weapon of the General in the front line, was not satisfactory.
"Doesn't he want to forget the Phantom Thieves and think about saving the world in peacetime?" Ruby crossed her arms and said with a small frown.
"Are you, their defender?" Penny asked curiously.
"Well, they changed the hearts of the Beacon bullies, saved my friend, and took down a lot of the corrupt rich, so why not." Ruby answered honestly.
"I agree, but Mr. Ironwood believes that they may become the biggest threat to the Remnant in the future." Penny commented to the general, much to Ruby's surprise.
"I think this one is the right alley!" The sound of the approaching soldiers reached the ears of the girls. The soldiers lost the right direction after Ruby's departure because the trail of rose petals was spread in all the alleys and they had to search all the alleys.
"An accident happened there; it must be her!" shouted the second soldier.

"Focus, we came here for information!" Queen shouted in their minds.
"Hush! The speech has begun." said Joker.
Lieutenant came on the stage and behind him were three big objects that were covered with a cloth with a white fang symbol drawn on it. "Thank you all for coming. For those of you who are joining us for the first time tonight, allow me to introduce a very special comrade of ours." then someone came on stage from backstage. "I can assure you; he is the key to achieving what we have been fighting for so long." That person was Torchwick.
"Thank you! Thank you! Please hold your line!" Torchwick came to the center of the stage and started waving as the old White Fang members cheered.
"What's a human doing here?!" A female Faunus shouted angrily from among the new members.
"I'm glad you asked, dear." Torchwick said without changing his smile. "Now I'll be the first to admit, humans are the worst! That's the thing. So, I understand why you'd like to see us all locked up, or better yet, killed!" Torchwick continued his speech.
"I feel like I'm watching my bastard father's advertising campaigns!" Qrow said angrily.
"He is supposedly crushing his own race to attract them. How low can a person be?" Oracle shamed Torchwick.
"Torchwick speeches are important. We can get intel through him." Queen reminded.
While the Phantom Thieves were arguing, Torchwick finished his speech. "They are pests that must be exterminated and I am the best exterminator... no offense to the rodents in the room." Torchwick then snapped and the veil was removed from the objects.
"As I thought." Joker said very seriously.
The things behind the curtains were Atlesian Paladins, with the white fang symbol drawn on their shoulders. Everyone present at the scene was shocked, but the Phantom Thieves expected something like this. "As some of you may have heard, these big guys here are..." He then pounded the cockpit a few times with his fist. "... Atlas's newest line of defense against all the world's horrors. And thanks to my employer, we've managed to snitch a few of them before they, ah, hit the shills. Now, many of your brothers know that our new operations have been moved to the southeast; if you prefer to stay inside the city, that's fine, but if you are truly ready to fight for what you believe in, this is the arsenal I can give you." Mona turned his head a little and accidentally saw someone he didn't expect to see. "Any questions?" Torchwick asked.
"What's Blake doing here?" Mona screamed with shock in his mind.

"I should have guessed! Ruby told us that Blake and White Fang have a history, and I ignored that fact!" Crow scolded himself in shame and anger.
With all the Faunus chanting and cheering, the Lieutenant returned to the stage. "All newcomers please come forward." then more Faunus began to approach, making it more likely that the infiltrators would be found as the numbers dwindled.
"Joker, I think we should go with plan B." Mona commented as he looked at Blake worriedly.
"Don't worry, I'm in position." Joker said confidently.
Mona looked around and saw a White Fang guard standing next to the fuse box. After a few minutes, when most of the new members had separated from the main population, the infiltrators were easy to spot.
"I think I was influenced by my speech myself." Roman said to a girl with half-pink, half-brown hair, and a white coat as she leaned against Paladin's right leg.
The girl just answered with a smile.
Roman, who was surveying the crowd, caught sight of two new young acquaintances. A black cat girl and a yellow monkey boy. Roman rolled his head in anger and accidentally saw another familiar face. A cat that disturbed a shoplifter. "That kitten and her monkey boyfriend are here along with one of the Phantom Thieves!" Roman said in a rather loud voice, causing most of the guards to hear his voice due to their enhanced senses, but the people didn't hear anything because they weren't paying attention.
"Joker, kill the lights!" Mona signaled and then the fuse box suddenly exploded and the electricity in the whole building was cut off.
"Don't let them escape!" Roman's angry voice was heard, then the sound of gunshots, then the sound of the mech being activated, and finally the breaking of the window!
The three Faunus jumped out of the window and landed on the ground before starting to run. Suddenly, the wall of the warehouse collapsed and three Paladins came out of the warehouse.
As she ran, Blake looked at the third fugitive who kept his composure running. "Who are you?!" Blake asked.
"I'm Mona!" Mona answered and then Thief Vaulted over a box.
"What are you doing here?" Blake continued to ask questions and then jumped onto the roof of a car and with the other two Faunus took a leap off the top of the building in front of them.
"Now is not the time for interrogation!" Mona growled and landed on the roof of the building.
"I agree with him!" Sun shouted in horror.
While the three fugitives escaped from the buildings with parkour moves, Torchwick and two other Paladins chased them down the street.
"Does... anyone here... have a plan B?" Sun asked while panting and jumping off buildings.
"If you have support... call them!" Mona said without losing his breath as he jumped off the buildings like everyone else.
Then three people landed on the street and started running, meanwhile, Blake picked up her scroll and notified all her teammates with a group call. "Everyone! If you can hear us, we need..." Blake tried to call for help, but Sun suddenly took the scroll from her hand.
"Help! They have robots! Three big robots..." This time Mona grabbed the scroll.
"Give it to me, amateur... three Atlesian Paladin, one piloted by Roman Torchwick are chasing us. We are now near the Junior Club, towards the old Dust factory near the highway!" He then cut the call and handed the scroll back to Blake. "This is how you should request a backup, amateur!" Mona yelled angrily at Sun.

Ruby and Weiss exited the tower elevator, Weiss giving Ruby a death stare that she had left alone and Ruby smiling innocently.
"Everyone! If you can hear us, we need..." Blake's voice was heard from the two girls' scrolls, and both of them took out their scrolls. "Help! They have robots! Three big robots..." This time Sun's voice was heard asking for help very badly. "Give it to me, amateur..." Then a voice unfamiliar to Weiss but familiar to Ruby was heard.

"Three Atlesian Paladin piloted by Roman Torchwick are chasing us. We are now near the Junior Club, towards the old Dust factory near the highway!" The third voice asked for backup and ended the call.
"You heard that, let's go!" Ruby ordered then sped off towards the highway, and Weiss rolled her eyes and followed Ruby.

A White Fang soldier was standing on the ledge of the roof of a building, using binoculars to follow three mech suits wreaking havoc in the city.
"Do you like your new look?" Crow said and then jumped on the roof.
"I usually enjoyed the appearance of the villain's soldiers because they had the coolest equipment and uniforms, but this..." Then the air around the soldier became opaque and then the soldier turned into the Joker. "They have really ugly uniforms."
"Arsène Lupin, master of disguise." Queen said, and as the other two thieves looked toward the source of the voice, Queen jumped off the ledge of another building and landed next to the other two thieves. "I think it fits your Persona perfectly."
"I'd love to join your discussion, but it's time; they are close to the ambush." Oracle telepathically informed the others, and then the thieves headed toward the factory.
[Dust Factory]
The three Faunus ran from the Paladins for almost half of the city until they finally reached the factory and parkoured over the wall, and the Paladins broke through the wall. The three Faunes slipped under the slightly open entrance shutter and entered the produce section.
The production department was a large room with a lot of open space, with lots of big old machines and big boxes that made a lot of hiding places. Because the factory had been shut down days ago, it had no electricity, it was dark everywhere, and the moonlight was shining from the opposite direction of the entrance, and a lot of dust was still in it.
Roman entered the room with two other paladins by breaking the shutter. After taking a few steps, they realized that they could not see anything, they activated their laser sensors and soon the room was filled with lasers.
Blake was hiding behind one of the boxes, Sun under a machine, and Mona on the ceiling supports. Fortunately, even one of the lasers did not touch them.
While the three mechs were searching, Yang and Neptune rode Bumblebee (Yang's motorcycle) into the factory grounds. They got off the motorcycle without slowing down and then Bumblebee parked next to the wall in the best possible way after spinning around a few times.
Yang and Neptune quickly entered the production section of the factory and then Neptune started shooting. As the energy balls collided, they exploded on the Paladin's body and were slightly pushed, but no damage.
The Paladins turned towards the source of the attack and stared at Neptune at the same time. "I thought it might work!" He himself understood that he was messed up, it was clear from the worried smile on his face.
Roman's paladin attacked Neptune with a backhand, but Yang dived towards him and laid Neptune down and dodged. Roman tried to crush them for the second attack, but Sun used his Semblance and captured the Paladin that Roman was controlling with three light clones. Roman struggled a bit at first, but quickly took control of the situation and separated all the clones from him; At that moment, Sun attacked Roman, but one of the Paladins hit him and smashed him through the wall, and he disappeared into the sky. A flash of light appeared in the sky.
"SSSUUUUUUNNNNN!" Neptune shouted and reached out in the direction Sun was thrown, then took out his weapon and changed into a guandao and charged towards Roman with a shout, but the third paladin shot him in the same direction as Sun was thrown. A hole in the shape of Neptune was made in the wall, and again a flash of light appeared in the sky.
"Two fools gone, and only three troublemakers left." Roman said defiantly and glared at Yang.
"You better count again." A familiar ear-scratching sound reached Roman's ears, which made him suddenly gulp. Suddenly the ground froze and all three Paladins were caught in spikes of ice that rose from the ground. Then a red blur appeared from the blind spot and started slashing the Paladins at a very high speed, but unfortunately, it didn't do much damage. In the end, Ruby delivered the last blow to Roman with a lot of speed, and then with a back flip, she distanced herself from the mech suits and landed on the ground with her beloved weapon. At that moment Blake joined them and Team RWBY stood together.
"I should have guessed that this was your plan, Red." Roman said angrily from his mech suit and then with a little struggle all the Paladins broke the ice and freed themselves. "Neo, Lieutenant, it's time to kill the intruders!" After saying this, an energy wall of Hard-Light surrounded the Paladins.
"Paladins have Energy Field!" Yang exclaimed in surprise while holding her stance.
"If we were only one, we would have a chance, but three!" Weiss said worriedly while she also kept her stance.
"Game over brats." Roman said very confidently and pointed the guns at the girls, but he had forgotten something very important.
Suddenly, the ceiling window broke and a black figure began to fall upside down. The students as well as the criminals looked in surprise at the falling thing. A black figure wearing a long coat, with his hand outstretched. The cracked windows shone with the help of moonlight and gave the audience the feeling of the arrival of the star of the show. There was no doubt about it, that person was showing off. As everyone turned their attention to the figure, the figure reached into his coat and threw three objects at the Paladins. No one paid attention to those objects, but when the three objects hit the Paladin, everyone realized they thought wrong.
The three objects, which turned out to be bombs, exploded, and a cloud of white astral light appeared, then the three Paladins were thrown back, their shields extinguished.
"What happened?" The lieutenant shouted in shock.
"Whatever they were, they disabled the shields and damaged the Paladins!" Roman explained and started hitting a few buttons to reset his Paladin.
The figure did a superhero landing and crouched between Team RWBY and the Paladins, raised his head, and grinned. Long black three-piece coat, frizzy black hair, white mask with a pair of red gloves. Everyone quickly realized who he was. But someone had to pretend to see it for the first time.
"The leader of the Phantom Thieves!" Team RWBY shouted in shock.
"What took you so long?" Mona yelled angrily and landed next to Joker.
"Because you had the car keys, we had to walk here." Joker got up and answered and Mona's eyes turned white and his jaw dropped, he also made a 'meow' sound.
"I don't know what trick you used, but it's useless because we just need to reactivate the shields!" Roman said proudly and three paladins with him pointed their guns at Joker.
"The ones you control are only prototypes and they have flaws, for example, due to the slightest damage, all the Hard-Light Dust in the shields, in addition to the generator of the shields, will be destroyed." Joker explained and with a quick shock Roman checked the Paladin's condition and realized that he was right.
"How did you know that?" Weiss asked in surprise.
"We have an Oracle in our ranks," Joker replied without turning his head.
"But it's still useless, you can't beat three Paladins with six!" Roman said and this time he activated the targeting lasers.
"What was your best grade in math at school?" A menacing male voice came from behind the Paladins and when they turned, the Lieutenant lunged at Roman with a punch and Neo with a sword slash.
Then two black blurs landed next to Joker, a brown-haired girl landed next to Joker and a brown-haired boy landed next to the girl. The three paladins rose from the ground and looked at the other two thieves. The lieutenant quickly recognized Crow.
"You're the one who stopped me from killing Tukson!" The Lieutenant yelled angrily but Crow didn't care, but Blake's attention was drawn.
"Joker we await your command." said Queen
"Spread on." Joker shouted and then detonated a smoke bomb. The amount of smoke was so high that it even covered Team RWBY and gave them a chance to hide. While the Paladins were looking for Team RWBY and The Phantoms, a big wooden box was thrown at Neo, breaking, and Fire Dust crystals spilled out. Then a blue arrow hit one of the crystals and all the crystals exploded much stronger than normal. Neo was thrown to the far end of the room, knocking over several crates along the way and spilling crystal dust all over the floor.
"Behold the Queen!" Mona praised Queen and then the two went to Neo who was trying to get up from the floor.
"What happened?!" The lieutenant shouted and tried to understand what happened.
"I think you and I are half done." Crow's menacing voice came from behind the Lieutenant, and when the Lieutenant turned around, he saw Crow holding his sword under his armpit surrounded by dark purple energy. Crow then swung his sword horizontally and a black slash passed through the Paladin, and at that exact moment, Yang jumped up and punched the cockpit, increasing the intensity of the force. With the sudden combination of blows, the Lieutenant was thrown to the other side of the room.
Crow stared emotionlessly at Yang, who was rubbing her right fist. "Do you mind if I join?" Yang said with a very big smile and closed one eye.
"If you could keep up with me, don't get in my way." Crow said, then Phantom Dashed towards the Lieutenant.
"Hey wait!" Yang yelled angrily, moving after Crow who was far ahead of her. "It is impolite to leave a girl alone!" Yang was shouting but Crow wasn't even paying attention.
"How did the situation get out of my control?" Roman asked himself, still processing the situation.
While Roman was stunned, Ruby took the opportunity to dash past the Paladin and hit at the same time. "Check Mate." Ruby commanded and then Weiss and Blake charged at Roman and began to land barrages of blows on the Paladin's legs.
"Don't aim for the legs, attack the cockpit or the guns." Joker said as he dashed behind the girls towards Roman, passed after the girls, and plunged his sword into Paladin's laser sensors. "Or anything that makes it less capable." Then he used the sword as a pole and with an acrobatic move he stood on his sword and started shooting at the cockpit window. Roman swung Paladin's arm towards Joker, but Joker left his sword and landed on the floor in a back flip and separated from Paladin with a handspring on one hand.
Ruby took advantage of the situation and slashed Paladin in the back, causing him to accidentally damage the cooling system.
Roman, who still didn't notice the damage, fired missiles at Blake, Weiss, and Joker, but Joker dodged the missiles with a short jump to the side, and Weiss and Blake with repeated back handsprings. Unfortunately, the girls did a high jump on their last move, making them an easy target for Paladin, which Roman used to fire hand cannons at Weiss, but Joker threw his grappling hook around Weiss' waist and pulled her out of the way of the bullets.
Roman prepared to fire the missile again, but the Paladin triggered an overheating alarm, and all weapons were disabled. "Overheat?!" Roman, who was stunned, shouted.
Joker took out his dagger from his jacket and dashed at Roman, followed by Ruby and Blake, but one person stayed back for support.
Neo had changed Paladin's arm to a fist and was fighting with Queen and Mona in melee combat style. It seemed like a good idea on paper since the Paladin was bigger and made of iron, but she didn't expect a skinny girl's fists to be stronger than a war cannon. Noe got into a fistfight with Queen, and contrary to her expectations, Queen's fist was stronger than Paladin's, causing its entire right hand to be crushed.
"Fist of Justice!" Queen screamed and punched the Paladin hard in the stomach and then her fist exploded, a nuke explosion. Due to the explosion, a large indentation was made on Paladin's stomach with heavy fuel and it was thrown several meters back. "My fists explode, so you better be careful."
Neo frowned from the cockpit and then activated all her missiles. A flurry of missiles was fired at the Queen, but all the Wind Dusts on the ground activated at the same time, a tornado formed around the Paladin and pulled the missiles into itself.
"My semblance allows me to manipulate the elements within Dust at will." Mona had his hand on the ground and his circuits were connected to all the Wind Dusts. "My Inherits is wind, which means I have the best understanding of it, but that's no reason not to use other things as well." Then Mona took a fire crystal and lit it with his circuit. "What happens if two fire enhancers are combined?" Mona said to Queen with an evil grin.
"I'm curious." Queen held a Nuke Crystal in her palm and slammed her fist into it, shattering the Nuke Dust in her hand. "Johanna, give me your power!" By breaking Nuke Dust, Johanna's power increased and with the help of Aura and Semblance, she transferred her power to Queen. Nuclear radiation engulfed Queen's fists and turned her fists blue and burning.
Mona threw the activated fire crystal in the tornado and the tornado caught fire. Due to the intense heat of the fire, all Paladin systems began to overheat and explode. Neo, who was inside the cockpit, could easily feel the heat, so she tried to pull Paladin out of the fire, but the missiles in the tornado exploded and destroyed one of Paladin's legs along with its intact arm.
Mona quickly took out an object from his pocket and threw it at Queen, and then an invisible wall was drawn around Queen. "It was Magic Ointment so you should be temporarily resistant to any magical harm."
"Thank you, Mona." Queen said forcefully without taking her eyes off her target and then approached the tornado and started throwing punches like a machinegun. Queen's fists were so fast that they created an afterimage, and each blow exploded and multiplied the heat of the fire. Queen raised her fists and began charging for the final blow, then made Freidyne with a powerful punch and turned the tornado into a nova explosion.
All that remained of the Paladin was a handful of ashes floating in the air. At first glance, Neo was killed inside the Paladin, but the Queen knew that this did not happen.
"I know you got out of Paladin before I attacked you; now come down." Queen shouted and Neo landed with her umbrella softly on the ground behind Queen and gave a small grin.
Neo was one of the most unrivaled fighters in the entire Vale, or perhaps even in the Remnant. If it wasn't for her interest or maybe even her love for Roman, she might have been the biggest crime syndicate boss in Remnant. Few people in the Remnant even dared to challenge her, and now an 18–19-year-old girl had challenged her, to the point where she even backed down a little. Neo was impressed and wanted to enjoy her fight until the end of this war. Neo closed her umbrella, took a fighting stance and pointed it at Queen.
"Mona, stand back, this is a girl fight." Queen said as she took two steps forward, and took her fighting stance.
The two girls stared at each other for a moment and then ran towards each other. Neo swung her umbrella and Queen threw a punch and then their blows collided.
The lieutenant was not doing well at all. He felt empowered when Roman and his accomplice stole the Atlesian Paladins for them. But not an hour has passed since he got on the Atlesian Paladin the person who humiliated him before is humiliating him again.
Crow was standing on the stacked boxes and with his Ray Gun he was shooting at Paladin's sensitive parts like leg joints and then disappearing and shooting again from another place. Needless to say, the Lieutenant was not at all happy about the situation he was in. But what made it worse was that Yang was punching Paladin hard like a wild gorilla.
"Come forward and fight like a man!" shouted the lieutenant angrily. "This girl is more manly than you!"
"As you wish." Crow said very emotionlessly, sheathing his gun and drawing his sword. Crow jumped over the boxes with such force that all the boxes were crushed under his feet. As Crow approached the Lieutenant, he used Berserker and a red aura began to leak from his body. When Crow hit Paladin, Paladin's left hand was severed and even part of his body was cut. Due to his speed, Crow flew past the Paladin and landed in the opposite direction after exiting his Berserker mode.
"Wow! That's why they say you should be careful what you wish for!" Yang said impressed.
"You will pay for it!" The Lieutenant yelled angrily, switching his only hand to a gun and aiming it at Crow.
Yang quickly jumped in front of the gun, loaded a new ammo magazine into the Ember Celica, and aimed at the barrel of the gun. "Let's see what these new babies can do!" Two nukes were fired from the Ember Celica, but the Paladin fired at the same moment. The shots were at the same time, but Paladin's bullets were faster and reached Yang sooner. One of Yang's bullets hit Paladin's bullet and exploded. The second bullet, fortunately, was not deflected by the explosion and entered the barrel of the gun directly, causing the gun to disintegrate from the inside, But unfortunately, Crow and Yang were thrown back in the air due to the explosion.
Crow and Yang arrived where Joker and the rest of Team RWBY were fighting. "JOKER! GIVE ME A LITTLE HAND!" Crow yelled and Joker threw his Grappling Hook at Crow without even a millisecond of hesitation. The rope wrapped around Crow's hand and at that moment Crow tried to grab Yang's hand to save her, but in a stupid move, Yang rejected Crow's hand.
To the surprise of all three groups, Crow was stopped by the rope and landed on the ground, but Yang was thrown into a bunch of boxes and broke them. While everyone was shocked by Yang's move, a large amount of Ice Dust in powder form scattered in the air, which caught Roman's attention.
"There is Dust in these boxes!" Roman muttered to himself and then picked up a box with an ice symbol on the board and smashed it above his head. They poured wood chips and Ice Dust on Paladin and cooled it down. "My missiles are activated again!" Roman said confidently.
Roman prepared the missiles, but faster than his eyes, Crow approached him, pulled Joker's sword out of the laser sensor, and threw it at its owner, and the missiles were fired at the same moment.
Weiss prepared to speed up Blake, Joker, or Ruby with the Time Dilation Glyph, but she couldn't believe what she saw. The sword reached Joker faster than the missiles and he simply caught the sword in the air with the opposite hand and stood in front of the missiles. Joker stood with a sword in his left hand and a dagger in his right hand, waiting for the missiles to get close to him. Weiss was just thinking of all kinds of crazy synonyms, which made her hesitate, and she forgot what she was going to do, but what happened next was even crazier. Joker twisted his dagger around his finger and then started swinging his sword and dagger at a speed that even the best Huntsmen and Huntresses couldn't handle. Every missile that came close was cut down by a swing of a dagger or sword, and with each cut, a black and red trail was left in the air. While Weiss thought that Joker couldn't get any crazier than this, she was caught off guard again. As the last wave of missiles approached, Joker just jumped and swung his dagger in one direction, and dozens of slashes, larger than his sword, scattered through the air, slicing all the missiles to pieces.
Weiss had always thought that they were just thieves hiding in the shadows, but seeing Joker's performance, she realized that she was wrong, and hearing the nova explosion and looking at Paladin's ashes, she realized her mistake even more. They were not ordinary thieves.
"Where are that bitch and her brats at important times!?" Roman growled. He knew that the Phantom Thieves were no ordinary thieves. Maybe from experience or gut feeling, but it didn't matter how because what mattered was that they were dangerous and not just because of their heart-changing power. But it doesn't matter how many times he tells Cinder, because that stupid, narcissistic woman doesn't want to admit that she's not the only one with special powers. As the Paladin's hand fell to the ground, Blake jumped above the Paladin's height and grabbed the Gambol Shroud's ribbon, then began swinging the Gambol Shroud around as she flew through the air. A pile of slash marks left the cockpit and Blake landed on the ground wrapping the Gambol Shroud around the Paladin's hand. Joker quickly joined Blake, wrapped his Grappling Hook around Paladin's hand, and held Paladin's back. Joker quickly detonated ice bombs under Paladin's feet so that the mech suit could not move. Ruby joined Blake and the two held the beginning of Gambol Shroud's ribbon, then plunged Crescent Rose's blade into the ground in front of Blake's feet so they could use Crescent Rose's handle as a foothold. Although the Paladin's power had diminished, it was still stronger than the three teenagers and was gaining the upper hand.
"Don't just look, help!" Joker shouted, snapping Weiss out of her thoughts.
"Weiss use it! I know you can!" Ruby said to her white-haired friend as she struggled.
"But…" Weiss tried to say something but…
"It's not about whether you can or not, it's about now or never!" Joker yelled louder and made a spark in Weiss's head.
Weiss took a deep breath and stabbed Myrtenaste into the ground, then a Glyph began to form in front of the Paladin's face. Roman didn't know what it was, but it was definitely dangerous for him, but apparently the Schnee girl hadn't mastered it yet because its formation was extremely slow. Roman quickly looked around and saw a large metal box hanging over Weiss' head. Roman grinned and with all his might aimed the Paladin's arm at the box and fired.
At that moment, the scene slowed down for everyone. Everyone saw the big bullet going towards the hook that held the box. If Weiss moved, her technique would not be executed, if she continued to execute her technique, she might not survive. When Weiss realized the danger, the bullet hit the hook and the box started to fall.
Maybe she had only three seconds to decide what to do, but she didn't know what to do. Continue, or dodge? Weiss began to think as the three seconds felt like three hours to her. She had not yet concluded when she heard a familiar voice.
"Weiss keep doing what you're doing!" Ruby yelled at the full power of her tongue, forcing Weiss to unconsciously complete her technique.
"Arsene!" Joker yelled and to everyone's surprise, his face was covered in blue flames and a red creature came out of his body and flew toward the metal box. When the red-winged creature reached the box, it hit the box so hard that shattered it into small pieces.
Before anyone could ask what happened, the red creature disappeared and, in that instant, Weiss completed her technique. A knight's armored fist shot out from within the Glyph and struck the Paladin's cockpit with a mighty punch.
Queen was throwing multiple punches at Neo and Neo was blocking the blows with her umbrella. Neo was not in a good position because Queen's blows were very powerful and if she didn't get out of defense, her hand might be damaged and the smallest damage in the battle could easily lead to defeat. Neo dodged the last punch with a step to the right and stabbed the umbrella in Queen's chest, causing Queen to be pushed back a few steps.
Noe didn't stop there and attacked Queen. Neo raised her hand to hit Queen on the head with her umbrella, but Queen raised her right hand and grabbed Neo's wrist, then grabbed Neo's belt with her left hand and threw Neo over her head in one quick move. Neo managed to get herself back on her feet with a roll and attack again. This time Neo tried to hit with a backhand, but this time Queen grabbed her wrist with both hands, then twisted Neo's wrist, and finally spun Noe vertically once in the air and knocked her to the ground.
Queen did not let go of Neo's hand, so Neo threw her kick towards Queen's face, but Queen caught it very easily and then, like a child throwing a rag doll in the air, spun Neo around and knocked her to the ground.
Noe barely got up with the pain running through her whole being and stood on her feet and looked at the Queen who was standing in front of her.
"You have more fighting skills, but my fighting style is counter to yours, and considering that I'm faster and stronger, it's pretty easy to say that you don't stand a chance." Queen said and then took out her weapons and started punching Neo with her bare fists. The punches weren't as fast or strong as last time, as Queen pulled her punches back so as not to hurt Neo too much. "Fist of Justice!" Queen hit her last punch more powerfully and threw Neo towards some boxes and then Neo broke and passed through them.
After throwing the sword at Joker, Crow wanted to attack Roman, but when he saw the Lieutenant attacking Yang who came out of the boxes, he quickly dashed towards Yang.
"When did I become so soft?" Crow growled to himself.
When Crow approached Yang, Yang put her hand in front of Crow to mean 'stop'. Crow stopped, though he didn't understand why. The Lieutenant threw a punch at Yang, but Yang easily blocked the blow with her own fist, surprising both the Lieutenant and Crow. Then Yang's eyes turned red, and her hair caught fire, then she crushed the Lieutenant's entire hand with one punch.
"Now it's my turn!" Yang said enthusiastically, slamming her fist into her palm.
"What is your semblance?" Crow asked curiously.
"I can absorb the energy produced from damage and return it stronger!" Yang said with a thumbs up and a big smile, her teeth flashing.
"I see, you let the enemy hurt you to get a short boost." Crow said, sounding emotionless.
"Exactly!" Yang said very proudly.
"You are a fool who will end up losing your head in the war!" Crow said completely without emotion and Yang's eyes turned white due to her shock.
The armless Lieutenant tried to attack with his missiles, but the missiles had been disabled by Crow's shots earlier in the fight, and the Lieutenant could only kick. The Lieutenant quickly ran towards Crow and Yang and tried to crush them, but Yang managed to hit the Lieutenant's leg and push him back causing him to lose balance.
"I'll finish it." Crow said very coolly and then started to activate Berserker mode.
Crow used the true power of the Berserker mode and took on an evil red aura around his body. Crow's aura slowly became liquid and covered his whole body, and then the red liquid exploded and Crow came out with Black Mask Attire and instead of a normal red saber, he had a red saw saber. Crow's scary laugh scared both Yang and the Lieutenant who had faced Crow's Semblance before. It was hard for them to believe that the tactical fighter who fought from a distance had such terrifying power.
"When I'm done with you, nothing will be left of you except a piece of meat in the middle of the street!" Crow screamed like mad and attacked the Lieutenant
Before anyone could react, Crow appeared at the Paladin's feet and began to tear the Paladin to pieces like a psycho killer. With each blow, a small part of Paladin's legs was cut off, and Paladin was slowly getting shorter like in cartoons. After the Paladin's legs were almost severed, Crow stopped and changed back into the black Prince Suit.
Yang, who was still in shock, was staring at Crow in horror when Crow suddenly gave Yang a death stare. Out of fear, Yang jumped to the Paladin's cockpit and punched with all the energy she had gathered from the blows, shooting the Paladin like a soccer ball.
The two Paladins were thrown towards each other and collided, then the pilots were ejected as the Paladins were damaged and fell to the ground. At that moment, Neo had passed through the boxes and fell next to the other two criminals, and the three quickly got up from the ground.
"And that bitch said that phantom thieves are just rats!?" The Lieutenant yelled angrily at Roman.
"Tell that to that bitch!" Roman shouted back
Soon all three people were surrounded from all three directions, and all escape routes were closed for them.
"It's over Torchwick, you and your companions have been hailed along with the Paladins, and we can still fight on." Crow said in his cool mode as he pointed his saber at Roman.
"Wow, who can believe that a few moments ago you wanted to start a massacre!?" Yang said in surprise.
"Shut up." Crow said.
"White Fang never surrenders!" The lieutenant shouted and raised his fists in a guard position.
"He was able to defeat a Paladin without even using that red creature, what do you think he could do to you with that?" Ruby said as she pointed at Joker with her thumb.
"What red creature?" Roman asked in surprise and everyone was shocked.
"You're kidding, right? How come you didn't see the big red-winged creature smashing the metal box with its fist?" Weiss asked in shock as she was sure Arsene was in Roman's line of sight.
"You mean the box didn't shatter because of the power of my shot?" Roman asked teasingly.
"You mean you don't see this?" Joker asked with his hand on his face and blue flame coming out of his fingers and Arsene hovering behind him.
Team RWBY except Ruby were shocked to see Arsene so close, but Yang who was the first time was more excited rather than shocked. "What is that? Is that Semblance?" Yang shouted excitedly as she pointed at Arsene.
"But I don't see anything." said the Lieutenant.
"Me too." Roman confirms that he cannot see Arsene.
"That's because people who have never been in the collective unconscious can't see what belongs there." Oracle explained telepathically.
"Like my talking in cat form!" Mona gave an example.
"Ladies, gentlemen, and the ice queen!" "Hey" Roman said and Weiss said very annoyed. "I'd love to join in on this lovely discussion, but my colleagues and I have important work to do! And thank you, dear cat, for the advice you gave me that day." Roman said proudly and bowed along with Neo.
Without waiting, Yang dashed towards the criminals and passed by Crow, then Yang punched Neo and Roman hard, but all three of them broke like glass and their shards fell on the ground.
Everyone looked up to see Roman, Neo, and the Lieutenant riding a Bullhead through the roof window with a Grappling Hook on Roman's cane and escaping.
"I can't believe he listened to my advice!" Mona said in surprise.
Crow knelt down next to the glass and picked up one of the shards. "I thought the Neopolitan Semblance was a shapeshifting, but apparently it's some kind of glass illusion." Crow said and then the glass illusion shard disappeared in his hand. "We were not prepared for this."
"So, mission failed." Mona said upset.
"Then let's go back to our hideout." Joker ordered and then all the thieves moved towards the exit.
"Wait! You're really Phantom Thieves?" Weiss had a certain sense of concern and embarrassment in her voice and on her face.
"Yes, we are." Joker stopped, turned, and answered.
"I... I... I..." Weiss was trying to say something, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't say what she wanted to say.
Joker wanted to calm down the heir to say whatever she wanted, but he heard a sound like a whistle. The Phantom Thieves looked outside and saw several missiles speeding towards them. Without any trouble, the Phantom Thieves dodged the rockets and explosion with a backward jump and looked at the source of the rockets.
