VIVIAN:
I'd say we stop my dad from reviving my mom!
GOOMBELLA:
How in the world can we do that?
TEC:
Need instructions? Head… over to… sublevel… 4… and take… your left…
MARIO:
Is this about stopping Lord Elmo? If that's the case, then we'll take it! Come on, follow me!
(Mario's partners and Flavio followed Mario to sublevel 4 and into TEC's room)
KOOPS:
Okay, now what?
TEC:
Are you… Mario?
MARIO:
Huh? Who said that?
TEC:
I did… I am… the Death Egg's… computer! I'm… TEC!
MARIO:
Okay, what happened to you?
TEC:
My master… caught me… bonding with… Princess… Peach…
EGGY:
Ah, that all makes sense! No wonder Peach was on the Death Egg! Where is she?
TEC:
Sir… Grodus… took her… to the… Palace… of Shadow.
MARIO:
The palace of shadow?
GOOMBELLA:
The palace of shadow! That's where the supposed thousand-year door is!
MARIO:
Okay, we can get there before things get worse!
TEC:
I'll… unlock… sublevel two… for you.
(Just then, Dr. Eggman showed up in TEC's room)
EGGMAN:
Uh, okay, what in the actual frick is going on? What happened to TEC?
MARIO:
We're just gonna get out of here! That's all we need from you, TEC!
TEC:
Before you… go! Tell Princess… Peach… that I… really love… her. I'm… almost… out of… memory.
BOBBERY:
We sure will, old boy.
FLURRIE:

TEC:

EGGMAN:
Now get out of here! I've gotta restore my Death Egg back to the way it was!
(Mario and crew ran up to sublevel two and took the teleporter. Once they finally portaled back to Rogueport Sewers)
MARIO:
Come on, to the door!
(Mario and crew ran up to the thousand-year door. Mario simply pushed it open and ushered his crew to come in)
VIVIAN:
Yeah, I remember this place.
GOOMBELLA:
I've literally never been inside the palace of shadow before. Vivian, do you know where your mom's throne room is?
KOOPS:
'Cause we can't let your dad beat us there, Viv.
VIVIAN:
I think I know where, follow me!
(Vivian took the lead this time because this used to be her home. They eventually went downstairs before approaching another door. They then witnessed Bombshell Bill Blasters, but Vivian managed to knock every Bombshell Bills out of her way so her companions can pass. They then took another door. Meanwhile, Lord Elmo's already gotten to his wife's throne room)
LORD ELMO:
Babe, I promise, I will bring you back from the dead.
BELDAM:
Oh, Daddy! Bad news!
LORD ELMO:
Let me guess; Mario has all seven Chaos Emeralds?
MARILYN:
Kinda?
BELDAM:
Yeah, Mario went to the Death Egg and claimed the emerald that Sir Grodus had!
LORD ELMO:
That meddlesome Mario! Always one step ahead of me!
DOOPLISS:
Does he really think he can outsmart us? Huh!?
MARILYN:
Vivian's dating her turtle friend!
LORD ELMO:
What?!?
RANDALL:
Okay, we've gotta take measures into our own hands! Right, guys?
LORD ELMO:
