There were loud voices raised in the kitchen at Grimmauld Place during an unofficial meeting of the Order of the Phoenix. Because Headmaster Dumbledore was absent (trying to hold onto his multiple positions of power in Magical Britain) everyone at the meeting felt free to voice their opinion of Potter in louder and louder voices.
"Bring Potter here!" shouted one of the older wizards in the group. "Molly'll put some respect in the brat for his elders!"
"Yeah!" agreed Ron Weasley. "Mum'll use hexes on his buttocks and teach 'im to not disrespect pure…old wizards!"
Remus Lupin tried to calm the angry voices – Alastor Moody's injuries were not life-threatening and appeared inflicted by the protective wards around the Dursley home in Little Whinging. When the wards ejected Alastor, they'd sent him to crash against the brick wall just outside the doors to Casualty at the hospital.
Lupin argued with everyone, "Harry didn't cast any spells! The memory shared by Dora shows that Harry didn't throw any spells at Alastor! He can't use his wand in summer and knows it!"
Arthur Weasley counselled everyone to calm down and wait for the headmaster to have a moment to deal with the situation.
Sirius Black asked, "What was wrong with Harry leaving the house for an afternoon? He's a teenage boy and wants to chat up some birds like his dad used to do. There's a great thing called cinema in those towns where the muggles watch things like magical memories of monsters and people from outer space with dancing and singing. James used to drag me along when Lily wanted to visit the cinema in summer."
"It's not safe!" Molly wailed. "Dumbledore says it isn't safe for Harry to leave the house! The Death Eaters will find him! I know they're looking for him every day! I just know it!"
While the grownups argued and shouted, Fred and George silently observed everyone. The presence of Auror Tonks was noted by the twins – their spells in Grimmauld Place caught the witch's charms left in the bathroom to record them when they were in the shower. They knew their mum checked for any similar charms by Sirius Black and the other men but apparently, Molly didn't look for charms by a witch to record her sons.
They'd kept the information to themselves but monitored the charms. Tonks recorded every man in the shower at least once – even their father. She recorded every shower by Remus Lupin, the twins, and their younger brother.
Dora's sly smiles and winks for George and Fred filled them with conflicting emotions – was she flirting with them or tormenting them? Why did she want to see them in the shower?
The boys knew they couldn't talk about this with their mother – she would just scream at them, and doubted their father would be effective with any movement –based on previous problems they shared with the man, he would defer to their mother. They hoped their brother Bill, a Cursebreaker working at Gringotts would visit this summer. He would know what to do.
As the meeting lasted longer and longer without accomplishing anything, no one noticed when Tonks challenged Ron Weasley to a game of chess. The youngest boy was pleased to have a game especially with the lovely bird like Dora Tonks.
After everyone was exhausted and drifted away from Grimmauld Place, Dora and Ron continued playing chess in the kitchen.
"Ron, time for bed!" Molly declared when she decided she and Arthur would head up to their room. Ginny and the twins had retired almost an hour earlier. Remus sat with Tonks and Ron for a time, but he left thirty minutes earlier after Dora's flirting promised him a visit later that night.
"Mum! I'm winning!" Ron whined. "Let me finish the game against Dora… uh Auror Tonks!"
Glancing at the witch playing opposite her son, Molly caught Dora' indulgent smile and felt her son was safe with the witch. She declared, "Very well."
The Weasley parents trudged up the stairs to their bedroom and with silencing spells to block out the loud snoring of multiple persons in the house, they fell into well-deserved slumber.

Harry's 15th BirthdayBy the time his birthday came around, Harry Potter was a healthy teenager of normal height and weight, with sturdy muggle clothing and two high-quality outer robes to wear when he was in Gringotts Bank for meetings with Ironstream. Doctor Dobby provided potions with breakfast and supper and the elf watched to ensure the teenager drank every drop of the sometimes-nasty tasting brews. The elf also insisted that his wizard wear boots crafted from dragon hide when Harry visited Gringotts but permitted the young wizard to wear trainers the rest of the time.
To mark his birthday, Harry decided to visit the bank and take the Black Family ring. He would become Lord Black as part of his plan to leave Magical Britain and smack it in the bollocks. The goblins and Dobby had provided the accounting tables that revealed the stranglehold the Black family wealth had on Magical Britain. Almost 40% of the liquid wealth (galleons) belonged to the Black family. This wealth lubricated Magical Britain's economy as operating capital for businesses to meet payroll and liabilities. Most magical families with wealth, left their galleons stored inside vaults where it didn't grow or benefit businesses.
Harry had been disturbed when he realised the total value of Magical Britain's economy was miniscule compared to that of the United Kingdom. The projected value of fiscal year the Magical Britain 1994-1995 economy was approximately ʛ100 Million (£500 Million) compared to the projected value of the United Kingdom at £2.8 Trillion. Yes, there were less than 100,000 wizards and witches in Magical Britian compared to 58 million muggles , but with their advantage with magic, wizards should be much wealthier with a higher standard of living for the average witch and wizard.
The Potter vaults with ʛ17 Million and the Black vaults with ʛ140 Million represented great wealth in Magical Britain (and £785 Million in the real world was a staggering amount of wealth).
Ironstream had been involved in many meetings with the elders regarding possible investments in the muggle financial markets – Harry imagined the goblins had mountains of gold and jewels they could convert to pounds, dollars, marks and other currencies to impact economies around the world – so long as the bankers remained anonymous and didn't cause problems – with the Statute of Secrecy.
During his last visit to Gringotts, Harry noticed there were many more armed goblins in the hallways and tunnels, many with dirty bandages around their heads and arms. (Dobby explained that the dirt was goblin blood). Several goblins grinned when Harry and Dobby walked past, displaying their gold tipped teeth which often were missing a few tips and teeth.
Even Ironstream had evidence of injury from several fights with unknown opponents but there was a new sledgehammer hanging on the wall behind his desk. The handle was broken, and the iron head bent out of shape, but Ironstream had placed the artefact in a place of prominence.
