A/N: "The reason Raven abandoned Yang but raised Sparrow is that she hates blondes. It's why she left Tai, Yang and Jaune." This. this is why I ask for reviews. Because some of you guys make brilliantly hilarious reviews like this one. I actually laughed at this. How could I not? This was hilarious. Anyway, please leave reviews, guys. Not only does it honestly give me an ego boost, letting me know people actually like my stories... but you guys tend to be pretty damn funny. Oh, and to the other guest, tsss, you might be disappointed, my guy.

Neverflame was flying majestically, keeping its riders warm in the frigid cold of Solitas, obviously not draining their Auras at all.

"Hm? Dad, I see New Mantle!"

Jaune looked and saw the glorious city. It was sitting atop the frozen plateau that hid the ruins of Old Mantle and Atlas, the glacier reinforced with steel coverings. The new city had walls to protect it from the Solitas winds and was well guarded against Grimm, which Jaune saw was at the very base of the plateau. His Grimm eyesight allowed him to see a Solitas Beowolf try to climb the steep glacier, only to be shot off.

The city was just slightly lower than where Atlas once flew but had just as many grand skyscrapers. Most of it looked prosperous, clean, and maintained. It was quite the beautiful city from a distance and remained so as they got closer.

Before they got too close, Jaune patted Neverflame's neck, making the flaming bird screech loudly.

Not long after the screech, Jaune's scroll rung. He answered immediately. "Arc speaking."

'That giant, flaming Nevermore had better be you,' Winter went.

"It is."

'Good. You have a lot of explaining to do. Head to Bay 24 at Atlas Tower.'

"Yes, ma'am." The two then hung up practically at the same time. Jaune then whistled, Neverflame screeching as it flew over New Mantle.

"Whoa!"

"What is that?!"

"It's beautiful."

"Is that a... a Nevermore?!"

"But it's on fire."

"It's not attacking us, and the Defense System isn't attacking it, either."

A child reached up and grabbed one of the embers before her mother noticed. The girl looked at the ember. "It's so warm."

As the people were in awe of the glorious bird, Robyn was in her office doing paperwork before looking out just in time for Neverflame to pass her window. Her eyes widened when she saw someone riding its back. A very familiar someone. "SUPERHERO?! And he even brought the Little Sidekick. Wonder what they're doing here this time. . . I think I have time to-"

"Don't even think about it, Robyn." She looked up to see Fiona with another pile of paperwork. "You need to sign these, too."

Robyn groaned. "Snow Goddess might be a better leader than Jimmy, but she really makes her fellow councilmembers work."

"It's the only way to make New Mantle better," Fiona said with a smile. Fiona then realized something. "Wait, wasn't that Jaune's nickname for Winter when they... you know-"

"Dated? Why yes, it is. I liked it and didn't want it to die after they broke up. Plus, that angry blush of hers when she's called her old pet name is adorable."

"She's going to stab you one day," Fiona deadpanned.

"Actually, she might freeze me solid, but its still worth it." Fiona sighed as Robyn laughed.

Neverflame reached the Atlas Tower, a reminder of the past and what must never happen again, but still the stronghold of the New Mantle Military. It flew past several numbered bays before it found number 24, the door opening. Neverflame then flew into the bay, which was more than big enough for the massive bird to enter. It flapped its wings to safely land before walking in.

Standing before it was General Winter Schnee herself.

Jaune and Argent then jumped off the massive bird, landing in front of the powerful beauty.

Winter gave a welcoming smile. "It's been a long time, Vale Knight."

Jaune smiled back. "That is has, Snow Goddess."

"Huu!"

Jaune looked and jolted when he saw various soldiers and workers around.

"Hasn't even been a minute, and you're already flirting with the boss?"

"I've missed that!"

"Remember, hero! She's a married woman now!"

Jaune then rigidly turned to Winter to see the woman blushing profusely. "Uh... G-General Schnee," he asked nervously.

Winter then sighed before looking at Jaune with a serious, militaristic expression. "You and I are going to have a long talk later on."

"I... I understand."

"Oh, and this aggravation reminded me of something."

"Hm? Reminded you of what?" Winter walked up to Jaune, looking up towards the taller man. "Uh... Winter?" She then slapped him hard enough for the entire bay to hear, making the workers and soldiers wince in pain before they hurriedly got back to their duties. "Aaah. Tssss, that is disturbingly nostalgic," Jane went as he rubbed his cheek.

"YOU BRAINLESS, UNBELIEVABLE, DOLT OF A BOOB!"

"What did I do this time," Jaune asked.

"HOW COULD YOU BRING A TEN-YEAR-OLD CHILD ON SUCH DANGEROUS TRAVELS?!"

"Oh."

"CULTISTS?! BANDITS?! WHAT THE HELL IS ARGENT DOING FIGHTING AGAINST SUCH THINGS?! HIM DEALING WITH GRIMM IS BAD ENOUGH, BUT MURDEROUS CULTISTS!? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!"

Argent was hiding behind his dad. "A-Aunt Winter can be seriously scary."

"Yes. Yes, she can," Jaune said.

"And since you dated her, she could have been my mom?"

"Uh-huh."

"And if I were your mother, you would have been grounded until you were thirty, young man," Winter said sternly.

"She's not lying, Arie." Jaune and Argent looked to see a girl walk up towards them. "You of all people should know how strict mother can be, dear uncle."

Jaune chuckled. "That I do, Shiva. I also know how scary your dad can be, and how powerful that right straight of his is," Jaune said as he rubbed his nose at the memory of Qrow's punch.

The girl giggled. She was a beautiful young woman with fair skin, white hair, and ice blue eyes. She was just slightly taller than Argent, but that was probably due to the fact she was fourteen. She wore her hair the same way as her mother did, but Jaune couldn't help but think how cute Raven would look with that style. After all, Shiva looked just like her aunt.

"Um, Qrow's not here, is he? Last time I saw him, he was trying to kill me at my grandparents house."

"Oh? And why is that," Shiva asked.

"Because this bastard-" Jaune jolted as he looked behind him to see Qrow walk out from behind Neverflame. "Has a thirteen-year-old son with your Aunt," he said as he glared at Jaune.

"What," Winter asked coldly.

"Oh, my. I have a cousin," Shiva asked as she elegantly placed a hand over her mouth. She then giggled. "Interesting."

Jaune then sighed. "I'm so dead."

"RAVEN BRANWEN?!"

"WHOA!"

Jaune jumped out of the way of Winter's slashes.

"OF ALL THE WOMEN YOU COULD HAVE REBOUNDED TO, YOU CHOOSE HER?! MY SISTER-IN-LAW?! A DAMNED CRIMINAL?!"

"SHE WASN'T YOUR SISTER-IN-LAW AT THE TIME! WAH!"

"THAT DOESN'T CHANGE A DAMN THING! YOU HORNY, LUST-FUELED, HIMBO OF AN EX!"

"I'M NOT A HIMBO!"

"TELL THAT TO RAVEN GODDAMN BRANWEN AND THE SON YOU TWO SIRED!"

Winter then swung her sword down, Jaune catching the blade and making sure Winter didn't push the blade down onto his skull. "How many more children have you made?! With how many other criminals?!"

"NONE! SPARROW AND ARGENT ARE THE ONLY KIDS I HAVE! I hope," he mumbled the last part. His eyes popped open when icy winds blew around him. He then rigidly turned his head towards his ex.

"You HOPE?" Winter's Maiden Eyes were flaring now. "Jaune... Salem... Aaaaaarrrrc."

"Oh, fuck."

"YOU MANWHORE!" An explosion of cold occurred.

Argent laughed nervously as he rubbed his arms. "I love Aunt Winter and all, but she can be really terrifying at times," he said as he hid behind his mother.

"Yeah. At times," Nimueh said as she rolled her eyes. She then walked past an aggravated Winter and up to an ice enclosed Jaune. She then knocked on the ice. "You still alive in there, babe?"

"Get. Me. Out," he struggled to say within the ice.

Nimueh merely flicked the ice. It shattered with Jaune falling on his back with a groan.

Argent ran up and knelt near him. "You alright, dad?"

"Arie, listen very closely. If you take any advice I give to heart, take this one above all else."

"What?"

"Stay loyal to Lyra. Never date a woman who is still in love with another man, else you'll get dumped and years later when she finds out you dated her sister-in-law, she'll kill you."

"But you never dated Aunt Raven. . . Did you?"

"Your father's romances are complicated, sweetie. Just look at how YOU came to be."

"Shishishi. Good point. . . Wait, I'M NOT DATING LYRA!"

"Also, could you two back away from me for a bit. I'm freezing and need help."

"Uh, sure," Argent said as he and Nimueh walked away from Jaune. "But what are you gonna do, dad?"

Jaune then whistled.

A screech was heard. Everyone looked to see Neverflame position itself over Jaune... and actually breath fire on him. The fire lasted for about a second before it was out. When it was gone, Jaune immediately jumped to his feet. "That was reckless, stupid, and thoughtless. . . No wonder it worked."

Winter sighed as she facepalmed. "I have... terrible taste in men."

"You won't get any argument from me," Qrow said as he walked up next to Winter.

"Qrow, you're my husband."

"Point proven."

Winter sighed again. "True."

A clapping was heard, getting everyone's attention. "Ha-haaa! Magnifico! Magnifico! It's always fun whenever you are around, Jaune, mio amico."

"Hey, Dante," Jaune greeted the scientist.

"Ah, it's been far too long, my friend. I haven't seen you since I made that bike for you, eh," the shorter, older man said as he hugged Jaune. "Ah, look at you. Still a campione (champion), even when made to look like the strega (witch)."

"Well, I'd rather not look like this. Think you can help me out?"

Dante scoffed. "Can I help you. Amico, you are talking to New Mantle's Head Scientist! And I have the best staff available, don't I, Maria?!"

Jaune looked to see a beautiful scientist with her hair tied in a bun walk up. "It's been a long time, Mr. Arc."

Jaune chuckled. "Maria Tesla. Yeah, it's been a while. Last time I saw you, you wanted me to see if I could reactivate a corpse's Aura with my Semblance to see if the soul truly left the body."

"Oh, I'm past those now. Jedoch (however), what you are now." She then lifted Jaune's arm, analyzing it. "This is far more interesting. The first human since Salem herself to become Grimm. The amount of knowledge we could learn from you. You're a walking scientific discovery."

Jaune got out of Maria's grasp and konked her head, earning an "ow" from the spectacled beauty. "Don't try to make me into a guinea pig again, Maria. I just want to know if you can make me look human again."

"Look? You don't want a cure," Maria asked with intrigue.

Jaune sighed. "I found out that there is no way for me to be cured. I'm stuck like this."

"Interessant. Who told you this?"

"Jinn," Jaune said as he took out the lamp.

Winter's eyes widened. "You found the lamp?!"

"It's a long story, Winter."

"Unglaublich (incredible)." Jaune looked to see Maria analyzing the lamp. "The legendary Lamp of Wisdom, holding he Goddess of Knowledge, Jinn within it."

"I'm not actually a goddess, you know," the lamp went, surprising everyone but the Arcs.

"Incredibile," Dante went. "She responds to us!"

"Of course, I do. You keep saying my name, after all. Don't expect me to appear in person or answer any questions, though. This one hasn't supplied me with NEARLY enough Aura for that."

"What? What does she-" Winter began.

"It's a long story," the Arcs said in unison.

"But, Spirit of Wisdom, we have so many questions," Maria pleaded.

"Like I said, not enough Aura. I'm wasting whatever I have from talking right now. So, I'm just going to sleep now. Ta-ta."

"Wait, LADY JINN!" The lamp then paled, making the scientists sigh.

"Jaune, can you-" Maria began.

"I can't just call her out whenever I want. She needs Aura. A LOT of it. Like Nimueh. It took me YEARS to get her a physical, human body with my Aura. You really think I would have been able to make a body for Jinn in just a few days? I need time."

Maria sighed. "Fine. Well, then," she said as she clapped her hands together. "What can Atlas Tower's Science Department do for you, eroe (hero)?"

Jaune was easily dodging the turrets in the training room. He dodged, ducked, slid, and jumped over the bullets with precision and was even able to move fast enough to have two turrets shoot themselves. He then jumped and smashed a turret with one stomp before ripping it out and throwing it at the last turret.

He then heard a door open and ducked in time to avoid getting shot by a Mantle Infiltrator. Jaune ran by, avoiding the precise shots of the droids before grabbing one of their wrists and pointing it at the other droid, the robot shooting its ally by accident before Jaune pointed its own gun at itself. Two droids down easily.

Jaune then bent back to avoid a punch from a Mantle Infighter. The robot tried to punch Jaune, but he easily avoided all the attacks before catching the fist, crushing it, then slashing the robot to pieces with one swipe.

"MAGNIFICO," Dante went as he typed onto his Scrollpad. "His reflexes surpass that of even the late Maria Calavera. His strength is exemplary, comparable to Mrs. Xiao Long's when she uses her Semblance. And those claws! They're stronger than any Faunus we've ever trained! New Mantle Droids have armor that makes titanium look like paper, and he slashed through it like it WAS paper! Sei fantastico, vecchio amico (You're amazing, old friend)!"

"Though he fights like a beast," Maria said as she typed into her own Scrollpad. "I suppose that's what happens when you're the new ruler of the Grimm. Paying attention, he seemed to have used Beowolf agility, Beringel strength, Beowolf hearing, and Beowolf claws. He seems to prefer the abilities of the Beowolf."

"Hm, è così (is that so). Well, let's see how he handles this."

A whirling was heard. Jaune looked to see the wall open up to reveal a charging cannon. "Oh, shit."

The cannon fired. As the explosion occurred, everyone watching (Dante, Maria, Winter, Qrow, Shiva, Nimueh, and Argent) were wearing protective sunglasses, except for Nimueh. She wasn't affected at all by the blinding light.

"So, what does this have to do with my dad's disguise," Argent asked.

"Disguise," Dante and Maria asked in unison.

When the dust cleared, in the room was a pair of bat wings wrapped in a ball. When they parted, Jaune was shown to be completely unharmed, his wings no worse for wear. It was revealed that the bat wings were also covering bird wings, the feathers not even singed at the types.

"Wyvern wings AND Nevermore wings," Dante went in excitement.

"Bei den Göttern (By the gods). He can summon them both. I can't even fathom the limits of his powers," Maria said in awe.

"ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?! THAT'S THE SAME CANNON CORDOVIN HAD ON HER DAMNED MECH!"

"Don't be silly, amico," Dante said over the intercom. "That cannon is about three times more powerful!"

"THREE TIMES!? WINTER, DID I REALLY PISS YOU OFF THAT MUCH?!"

"Oh, please. I would have put you through worse," she said.

"THE FACT I CAN'T ARGUE AGAINST THAT TERRIFIES ME!"

"So I'd suggest you don't do anything to piss off my wife, hero," Qrow said.

"Noted! What's the point of all this, anyway?! I came for a way to make me look human!"

"Apologies, uncle, but this is necessary," Shiva began. "As you have noticed, and technically proven, the Grimm are evolving. Becoming stronger and more versatile. We're already discovering new species in Remnant's oceans. We recently dubbed a giant shark-like Grimm the Megalodon."

"Megalodon, huh," Jaune went in interest. "I think I've hunted one of those before," he thought.

"These training simulations are necessary," Winter said. "Other than that Nevermore you brought-"

"Neverflame," Argent corrected, earning a chop from Winter. "Ow," he went as he rubbed the spot.

"You're the only subject we can do proper research on. If the Grimm are evolving, we need to be prepared to face them. We can't rely on you for every Grimm attack throughout Remnant."

Jaune sighed. "The Grimm might not be our only problem."

"If you're talking about Callows, we can handle that lunatic just fine. I've beaten him once already," Qrow said.

"That's just it. I need to report something. And it really does involve Callows."

Qrow and Winter looked at each other, not liking the no nonsense tone in Jaune's voice, especially since it involved that lunatic.

"But before that, let's test your new strength," Dante went as he pushed a button.

"Wait, what?" A whirling was heard before Jaune looked up in time to catch a part of the ceiling trying to crush him. "NOW I KNOW YOU'RE TRYING TO KILL ME!"

"Oooh. That was the equivalent of a one-hundred-ton boulder falling on him," Dante went.

"So what? I've had to throw boulders that heavy," Argent said.

"Without your Semblance," Maria asked with a smile.

"Oooooh. . . My dad's awesome."

"This is Weiss Schnee-Rose requesting permission to land."

'Roger that, Mrs. Schnee.' Ruby groaned. 'Welcome back. Please land in Bay Delta 22.'

"You heard the lady," Weiss said to the pilot.

"Yes, ma'am."

"Been a long time since we've been to New Mantle," Yang said.

"You really don't visit often," Silber said.

"Sorry, sweetie," Blake said.

"It's alright. Besides, Uncle Jaune visits quite a bit. Mostly for work, but he still visits."

"He really did spend a lot of time in New Mantle, didn't he," Verde asked.

"What're you talking about? He doesn't visit that often," Weiss said.

"Oh, Argent told me they usually go to see Aunt Winter," Verde clarified.

Ruby and Weiss stiffened. "What," the wives went in unison.

"Um, what else did Arie tell you," Silber asked.

"That he trained with the Ace Ops while his dad went on various missions for Aunt Winter."

"THAT'S why the mission boards seemed empty on certain times," Ruby yelled. "Jaune's been taking missions from me?!"

"Ooooh, and now I'm not the one who wants to punch him the most," Yang snickered.

"DAMN RIGHT, YOU'RE NOT! Wait until I get my hands on him," Ruby growled as the airship landed.

When they walked out, they saw someone familiar.

"Marrow," Ruby called.

"Hm? Hey, Team RWBY! It's been a while since I've seen you all together!"

Ruby used her Semblance to charge at Marrow before appearing and hugging him. "It's been way too long."

"Well, you don't visit the Tower as much as you should. It's not like I'd be anywhere else."

"TEAM RWBY!" They looked to see Elm run up. "It's been too long," she yelled as she scooped up and hugged both Ruby and Marrow.

"It's great to see you again," Yang said as she and the rest of RWBY got off the ship.

"Though, can you please stop squishing me to death," Ruby strained.

"Oh, sorry," she said as she dropped Ruby and Marrow.

Ruby then looked around a bit nervously.

"Looking for Harriet," Marrow asked after he caught his breath.

"Uh, yeah."

Elm chuckled. "She's not here. She's out on a mission."

Ruby then looked serious. "With Jaune?"

"What? No," Marrow went. "Why would she be with Juan?"

"So he's still in the Tower," Weiss asked.

"Jaune is here?! Oh, come on, hero! You didn't even greet me," Elm went as she took out her scroll. "This is Ace Ops member Elm Ederne requesting status report on any recent arrivals."

'Roger that, Agent Ederne. We have confirmation that Jaune Arc A.K.A. Vale Knight now with additional codename King of Grimm has arrived approx. one hour ago atop a flaming Nevermore.'

"On top of a WHAT," Ruby went.

'Reports indicate that his son and partner and the Lamp of Wisdom were with him."

"WHAT WAS MY SON DOING ON A FLAMING NEVERMORE," Ruby yelled.

"What was Juan doing on top of a Nevermore in the first place," Marrow yelled. "And King of Grimm?! Did I miss something?!"

"Little Arie's with him?!" Everyone looked at Elm with surprise, except for Marrow, who was searching through reports about Jaune. "I've missed that little ankle-biter! I think I promised to take him out for a 'date' next time he came," she snickered out. "Cute kid."

"Excuse me." Elm looked down at Ruby, who was giving her a glazed look. "Date? Why were YOU planning on taking my SON on a DATE?"

"You're son? Oh, right. You're Arie's actual mother. Don't worry, Ruby. It's just a cute kid's cute crush. Besides, he likes to ask me advice on how to get a girl to REALLY like him. He must have someone he REALLY wants to impress." Lyra sneezed.

"It's adorable. Makes me feel like a big sister or aunt or even a mom watching her little chick grow. Of course, the squirt really did have a crush on me for a bit."

"WHAT," Ruby went.

"The kid turned as red as a tomato the first time we met. Still, he outgrew it. Too bad. I bet he would have grown to be as good looking as his father." Ruby was looking aggravated.

"Speaking of the overgrown oaf, where is he," Weiss asked.

Elm sighed. "You still don't like him, do you? Does that have anything to do with him dating the General for a while?"

You could literally HEAR glass shatter as the girls lost their color.

"What," they all went in unison.

"Um, Elm, I don't think they knew that. WE didn't even know until a week before they broke up."

"Ooooh. Right," she went nervously.

Weiss was twitching. "He... He dated... Him and... With... My... Then with..." Weiss took out her rapier. "I'LL KILL HIM!"

It took quite a bit of time to calm her down.

"Where. Is. He," Weiss forced out of her gritted teeth.

"R-Right," Elm said as she made another call.

The group was now walking down a hallway, about to reach the last door leading to the new training room. However, before Elm could start remembering the code, they passed by a door leading to a research wing.

"OKAY! NOW YOU'RE JUST USING ME AS A PLAYTHING!"

They all stopped at the door at the sound of Jaune's voice.

"What makes you believe that, alter Freund," a lovely female voice went.

"I LOOK LIKE I'M GETTING READY FOR A DAMNED BONDAGE PORN!"

"Ooh," Elm went. "That must be a sight." Ruby went bright red, steam rising from her head.

"You're overreacting, amico."

"YOU LITERALLY HAVE ME TIED UP WITH CHAINS! I'M FUCKING SHIRTLESS! HELL, YOU EVEN TOOK MY DAMN BOOTS!"

"How else are we going to examen your feet," the female asked.

"THAT'S JUST CREEPY, MARIA! SERIOUSLY, ALL YOU'RE MISSING IS NIMUEH WITH A WHIP!"

"Hey, Raven was the one who got me into that," she said.

"What," Winter went, the anger evident in her voice.

"Oh, my, my. So naughty," Shiva went while stifling her laughter.

"Hey, Uncle Qrow, what're my mom and dad talking about?"

"I'll tell you when you're thirteen, kiddo."

"LIKE HELL YOU WILL," Ruby yelled as soon as the doors opened.

Everyone inside the room looked to see Team RWBY, Silber, Verde, Marrow, and Elm at the door. Ruby was about to storm in and tear someone's head off before she saw Jaune in all his shirtless glory, his long hair draping him in an unintentionally erotic way, with the chains making the scene even sexier.

"That looks like a perfect cover to a good book," Blake said as she gave Jaune an analytical look, as if a story really was brewing in her head.

Ruby then had a comical nosebleed before falling on her back, her eyes swirling while still blushing.

Jaune groaned as his head hung loosely. "Just what I fucking needed," he complained.

The sound of a camera shutter was going off. As it was, Jaune's eyebrow was twitching out of anger and annoyance.

"Blake Xiao Long. What the hell are you doing," Jaune asked in annoyance.

"Hold on," Blake said as she knelt down, holding the scroll up towards Jaune. "Could you tilt your head up a bit more?" Jaune accidentally complied out of sheer annoyance. "Perfect!" She took the picture. "Alright."

"Hey, hey! Watch the hair!"

Blake pulled Jaune's hair in front of his face, giving him a more mysterious, dark, ghostly look with his white hair. "Oh, that's a good one. Nice and gothic. It would be perfect if-" One of Jaune's eyes began to glow bright red with how angry he was getting. "PERFECTION," Blake went, practically drooling.

Argent hid behind Verde. "Aunt Blake is kinda scaring me."

Verde picked him up... and hid behind Yang. "That makes two of us."

Yang laughed nervously. "Yeah, kitten. Your mom can be a bit... weird. But I'm sorry to say, Arie..."

"Hm?"

Yang used her robot arm to crack her knuckles. "I wanna punch your dad for taking my wife's attention."

"Hey, Nimueh, can I borrow you," Blake asked.

"Huh? Um... okay," she went with a shrug as she walked over.

Ruby then began to wake up. She sat up, rubbing her head. "Oh, what happened? Hm?" When Ruby looked up, her eyes turned to saucers before she screamed.

"YEAH, JUST LIKE THAT," Blake went, taking more pictures... of Nimueh with her arms around Jaune's neck. "Now, raise you leg a bit! Put it against him!"

"L-Like this," Nimueh asked with a blush as she complied.

"Ooooh, that's sexy," Blake drooled.

"MOM," Verde went.

"Idon'twannaseethis. I don'twannaseethis! IDON'TWANNASEETHIS," Argent went while hiding his face in the lap of a seiza style sitting Elm.

"It's alright, little guy. Just let Big Sis Elm take care of you," she said as she was petting the boy's head.

"Is it over yet," he muffled out of her thighs.

"Not yet." He buried himself deeper into her legs.

"Alright, now do a kissing pose!" Nimueh gently lifted Jaune's chin, the two looking into the other's eyes seductively. "OOOOOOOOOH! THIS IS ALMOST TOO MUCH," Blake went as she took more photos.

Her ears shot up as she looked nervous... when heard the sound of a sword being drawn and sensed something near her neck. "I agree. This is too much," Winter went. Had Blake looked behind her, she would have seen a shadowed Winter, face hidden in the darkness, with only two ice blue eyes glowing in the dark. What made it scarier was that she DIDN'T activate her Maiden powers.

Nimueh was holding a hand over her heart as she was panting. "I think I almost awakened something again."

"Oh, no! It's bad enough Raven showed you how sadistic you can be," Jaune yelled.

"Is it any worse than how she showed you how masochistic you can be," Nimueh yelled back.

Yang immediately ran to a trashcan and hurled in it. Argent screamed in Elm's lap. Ruby grabbed the nearest thing her hand could reach, which was her uncle's cape, accidently yanked the man towards her, and screamed into his cape.

Qrow sighed as he patted Ruby's head. "Let it out, kiddo. Let it all out." He then groaned. "It's been a long time since I've said this, but I need a drink."

"I'm joining you," Yang and Ruby said in unison before Yang went back to puking and Ruby went back to screaming.

"Okay, I've been chained up long enough," Jaune went. He then began to concentrate. He then broke out of the chains.

"Sbalorditivo (Astounding)! Those chains were the exact same caliber of material that was used to prevent Atlas from floating away! True, it was nowhere near as a fraction as thick, but it's still incredible that you broke out of them, Jaune," Dante rambled.

"From what I analyzed, you made your muscle mass comparable to that of a Beringel, correct," Maria asked as she typed onto her pad.

Jaune rubbed his wrists. "Goliath, actually."

Maria reanalyzed. "Yes, of course! It was only for a split second, which is why I confused it for a Beringel's muscle mass. To think you were able to use the muscle of such a powerful Grimm in a mere second! Einfach unglaublich (Absolutely amazing)!"

"Yeah, yeah. Happy to entertain. Arie, where did they hide my clothes?"

"Hm? It's over," he asked as he got out of Elm's lap.

"Yup."

Argent sighed in relief, making Elm laugh before he ran off towards closet. He then grabbed the first thing he saw and threw it at his dad. Jaune didn't even look before putting it on.

He then looked down when he was dressed. "Argent?"

"Yeah," he went as he closed the closet door.

"This is an Ace Ops uniform."

"Ooh. Sorry, dad," Argent laughed nervously.

"Don't apologize," Elm went. "Your dad looks good in that."

"Yeah, Juan. Despite the Grimm aspect of you, it fits you perfectly. Actually, on second look, the Grimm aspect makes it look even better."

"Oi," Jaune went in annoyance. He then sighed. "Argent, get my actually clothes, please."

"Belay that, son," Winter said as she walked over to Jaune. She then tied Jaune's hair up into a style resembling Marrow's, making the Ace Op's tail wag.

"What the-"

"For as long as you're here, you will dress appropriately until further notice or until your departure," Winter said in a serious tone as she had her hands behind her back, looking like the general she was.

Jaune slumped down. "You're enjoying this, aren't you?"

"A bit," she answered without hesitation, and still looking serious.

Jaune sighed. "Alright... but Argent has to suffer with-"

"WHOA!"

Jaune looked to see Elm holding up Argent with one arm, holding a uniform exactly his size in the other, a giant smile on her face.

"Me. . . You had this planned out."

"It was a possibility," Winter answered. "Elm?"

"On it."

"Wait, wait, WAIT," Argent went as he and Elm disappeared into another room.

Jaune sighed as he looked up at Winter. "I hate you."

"I doubt that," she said with a smile.

A/N: And the New Mantle Arc officially begins. However, next week, we have another special. A special I also wrote in November. If you know what makes that important, then you'll know that next week's chapter's going to be fun. Don't forget to leave a review, people.

Until next time.
