Pokémon Trainer Hero

Chapter 75: Revelation

Twas the following day at the Police Precinct within its announcement news wing. The stage was set with a clean podium, several microphones, and the JPD flange and Japanese flange behind it. Below the stage was a line of officers keeping the massive crowd of reporters and paparazzi away from the lip of the stage. The room was abuzz with talk from all the people on the announcement stage and even from outside where droves of people and cars were piled in like a can of sardines.

Behind the curtain where the flags were on display, a set of golden eyes peeked out into the crowds ahead before ducking back inside. The eyes belonged to a very nervously panicked Garfield, who was now fanning himself with Rotom in his fan form, backstage. Dressed up in a suit and tie, with his hair gelled up and combed to the side. Alongside him was a dapper Principal Nezu, Directive Tsukauchi, Chief Tsuragamae, and excitedly eccentric Photo Finish. The men and animal man were getting their cards together, while Photo was fussing over Gar. Gar on the other hand was not taking things well at all.

"Crank it up Rotom, I'm still cooking alive!", Gar partially yelled at the Pokemon directly blowing cold air on his red face.

"Buzzt. I'm going as reasonably fast as I can Garfield. Buzzt. Any faster and I'll be using Hurricane. You just need to calm down. Buzzt.", Rotom told him with hesitation.

"I don't care! I feel like I'm on fire right now!", Gar yelled at him while grabbing the Pokemon and forcefully twisting the setting to its highest point, causing his face and hair to be blown back.

Luckily Photo Finished put this at rest as she grabbed Rotom and placed him off to the side while saying, "Gar, sweetie! The talking fan is right."

"I have a name! Buzzt.", Rotom yelled back insulted.

"You need to collect yourself, dear. And you're getting your hair all messed up! And after everything that went into it.", she told him with a pout in her voice while taking a comb and fixing his hair once more.

Gar rolls his eyes and shoots back while pushing her hand away, "The only thing that 'went into it' was gel and a fine-toothed comb."

Photo raised a finger and shot back, "But you need to look your utmost best today! It is a big day after all!"

"I guess you're right.", Gar admitted while looking away with crossed arms.

Photo then yelled aloud, making everyone jump, "Of course I'm right! It's not every day when the Heroes and Cops collaborate instead of passive aggressively making nice with each other. And you're at the center of it all!"

"Is it that obvious? Woof.", Chief Tsuragamae asked in surprise and disappointment.

"I thought of starting small to bring up your public report. But when you told me about this I was blown away! You couldn't have thought up anything better! I called up all my connections to make sure as much publicity was here as possible!", Photo squealed aloud with excitement before streaming a victorious pose.

"So I have you to thank for my rising nerves. Greaaaaaaaaaat.", Gar growled out sarcastically in a sweat drop.

"I don't see what's the problem, Garfield. Woof. Don't you normally stand before the public? You did so during the Sports Festival. Woof.", Chief Tsuragamae inquires.

Gar whips his head over to the dog man and getting uncomfortably close he exclaims, "Entertainment and public speaking are different things. I'm not battling Pokemon with the reporters, I'm talking to them! And I'm not good with public speaking!"

As Gar began to panic, Nezu attempted to put his mind at ease and coached him, telling the young man, "Just calm down Garfield. Now take a deep breath in.", Gar did what he said and inhaled a cartoonish amount of air. "And out.", Neu eased him, as Gar let out all of the air in a long-winded raspberry. "Their, better?", Nezu smiled at seeing gar lurched over himself, appearing calmer, asking him gently.

"Not really.", Gar followed up while bringing back his stressed expression to show.

Nezu sighs at this and ponders for a moment before asking, "Okay, well then….what do you normally use as stress relief?"

Gar's stressed red expression turned to flush red of embarrassment, and he ashamedly told him, "Oh Nezu, I can't do that here!"

Nezu waved him off immediately after and followed up, asking him, "Okay okay! What is your second choice?"

"Um…..oh!", Gar perked up after thinking and remembering something.

Within a moment, gar took off a Pokeball from his belt and threw it into the air. It burst open and out of it manifested Mimikyu who fell into the young man's arms.

"Kei Ku.", Mimikyu cried as he landed on his trainer's embrace.

"Him?", Photo Finished, asked disgruntled.

"Him!", Gar exclaimed with a happy expression on his face.

Photo Finished placed a hand on her forehead and kindly asked him, "Gar sweetie, you're not gonna bring him out on stage, are you?"

Gar gave a sad expression at her question, knowing what she was asking, and moaned back, "Oh come on! He helps. Plus he's well behaved…..enough."

"Like all your other Pokemon?", Detective Tsukauchi teases him.

Unamused by his joke, Gar hissed back, "Oh shut it."

Photo finished finally concedes and says, "Oh alright. The whole point of this announcement regards the Police and Pokemon joining forces. So I guess it'll help send the message along."

Gar smiles at this and hugs Mimikyu close to his body as the Pokemon snuggles him back.

"And besides that, you don't have much to say. You remember how things are gonna play out?", Detective Tsukauchi interjects once again, reminding Gar.

Gar puffs out a breath and recaps, "Nezu starts with his vague and ominous way of telling, then I say what's going on before it goes back to the three of you to explain all the details."

"And all you gotta do is stand there and smile.", the Detective follows it up.

"Easy enough?", Nezu asks rhetorically.

"Yeah, easy enough.", Gar admits with a small yet embarrassed sigh, before picking himself up, and exclaiming with a raised fist, "Okay, let's do this!"

"That's the spirit!", Nezu chats.

"You're on.", says a younger-looking Police officer, shooting their head behind the curtain and informing the adults.

Chief Tsuragamae and Detective Tsukauchi both got in a line, standing beside one another. Behind them was Nezu who stood next to Gar. Gar got his cards out, checking for the hundredth time they were in order and Rotom switched places from the fan back to Gar's phone.

"Knock 'em dead killer!", Photo cheered while slapping on the back as he exited the front stage.

The moment they all exited from behind the curtain all the reporters swivel their heads forward and began to flash photos while yelling over one another to get a question of the four men. But the four of them ignored the many shouting voices as they took their respective spots. First to the podium was Nezu, who stood on a stool while adjusting the card he had in hand. After clearing his throat the many shouting voices came to a much quieter consensus and only photos were taken of them.

"Good afternoon everyone and thank you all for coming today. I'm sure you're all chomping at the bit to know why I, the Principal of UA, have called this announcement in the heart of operations with our boys in blue? Seeing as Heroes and the Police work close yet separate.", Nezu started, teasing the crowd before the roar of questions once again flooded the room. Nezu held up his paw waiting for the voices to die down before continuing. "I'm glad to hear your excitement, but please save all questions until the end.", once they were quiet, Nezu started once again with his intriguing and ominous dialogue. "We all have something very important and exciting that we'd like to tell all of you! At this time I will be handing the microphone over to our courier of this announcement, Garfield, our Pokémon Trainer.", Nezu announced while motioning to the young man.

A roar of clapping filled the room as Gar took the stage and Nezu hopped off his stool. Mimikyu hopped off his trainer's arms and onto the podium where he cutely waved at the man reporters. The small Pokemon then took the young man's card and held them, flipping between each one as he finished them off.

He straightened his tie and said to the principal, "Thank you Nezu.", after taking a small, but conceded breath, Gar started off saying to the crowd, "Good People of Japan. Men, Women, and those of you who have yet to be classified.", at this, the whole audience laughed at the joke. On seeing this, Gar's nerves went down and he began to say, "I…..", he then trailed off as something caught his eyes and he drowned out in tandem. "I…..", his head arched up and to the side to see something as he downed out even further, "Iiiiiiiiii….."

"Garfield?", Nezu asked the distracted young man.

Some of the reporters began to get nervous or interested in his unusual behavior, and some even tried looking at whatever he was seeing. Some even whispered in hushed tones. Then without warning, the young man left the podium and walked off the stage towards the crowd of reporters who began to depart like the Red Sea as the young man kept his eyes on whatever he was so intensely looking at. Mimikyu followed right alongside him, dropping the flash card as he clambered on Gar's shoulder.

"Garfield, what are you doing?!", Photo finished hissed in a low tone, peeking from behind the curtain.

Gar continued to walk through the departing crowd, looking possessed by something compelling him forwards, being slowly tailed by Nezu the Chief and the head Detective until he finally stopped at one of the large floor windows in the precinct. From there he opened the window, grabbed something, and turned around with the thing in hand. The thing appeared to be an abnormally large bird that Gar had to hold in both his hands. It is primarily brown with a cream-colored face, underside, and flight feathers. On top of its head is a short crest of three tufts. The center crest feathers are brown and the outer two tufts are cream-colored. Just under its crest are its narrow eyes which have white sclera and pupil along with its black irises. Angular black markings extend from behind its eyes and continue down its cheeks. It has a short, stubby beak and feet with two toes in front and one in back. Both its beak and feet are a grayish pink. It has a short, brown tail made of three feathers.

"Um, Whatcha got there, Garfield?", Nezu slowly and carefully asked the possessed and pale-looking young man.

"A Pidgey…..a wild Pidgey.", Gar stated with a serious and white expression on his face, making loud muttering explode amongst the many reporters.

Seeing things quickly escalate, Nezu tried to put things at ease as he tried to play it off cool and coy, jokingly saying, "Ho ho ho! I think those products in your hair have gotten into your head. I'm sure you're just mistaking one of your Pokemon. After all, they do escape from their capsules from time to time. Plus it's so friendly towards you."

"That's just because they live so close to humans that they're unbothered by them. And I can tell what's a wild Pokemon or not!", Gar exclaimed with a deadly serious expression, looming over the small animal. Nezu gave him a coy yet neutral expression, which Gar didn't like. He looked around at the Detective and the Chief and saw their suspicious expressions. Gar was in aghast at seeing them look at him like this and the young man exclaimed, "You don't believe me, do you? Fine! I'll just prove it to you.", he then placed the Pidgey down and told them while stepping back, "A Pokemon of my own would heed my command. So…..", he trailed off before striking a battle pose and commanding, "Pidgey, use Gust on the reporters!"

All the reports jumped back and cried out gasps of horror and shock! Some kept their cameras trained on him, some tried to inch away or run, and others just began to scream in fright! Some of the officers on hand tried to run out in front to protect them, and even Detective Tsukauchi and Chief Tsuragamae tried to intervene between the Pokemon! By the time they did, they quickly realized that nothing had happened. The Pokemon hasn't even moved from the spot that Gar placed him down at. It just stood there and mindlessly pecked at the ground.

"See! Nothing!", Gar exclaimed to the shocked and silent crowd.

Nezu was the first to approach and speak up, asking the young man, "But….if what you're saying is true, then how is there a wild Pokemon here at all?"

"I-.", Gar began to speak until something large and fast flew past the floor window, shaking it and the whole room!

Gar, alongside Nezu, Tsuragamae, Tsukauchi, and several reports that could squeeze behind them and others at the adjacent windows all looked outside! When they did, they saw a Gliscor glide past the windows, with a swarm of Gligar tailing it! The Gliscor made a strange screeching noise as it glided away from the build before slamming into a Fearow and engaging in a mid-air battle with its Spearow possy! At the same time, a herd of Sawsbuck and their Deerling ran past while the pride of Pyroar chased after them. Then to wrap it all up a conga line of the Hoppip line bounced past into the wind with several Bug-type pokemon taking resistance in the nearby trees.

As the reports reported and took pictures of the new development, Gar, becoming overwhelmed in seconds, yelled out, "What the Fearow is going on!? Where are all these wild Pokemon coming from?!"

"I was about to ask you the same thing.", Nezu stated back, looking just as shocked and overwhelmed as he did, but keeping his tone neutral.

Before any other questions could be asked by Police, Hero, or reports, a paper airplane flew and landed directly into Gar's hair. Gar grabbed the paper from his slicked hair and examined it and asked, "Where'd this come from?"

As he did, he quickly realized something was written on it. He opened it up and briefly skimmed through it. Being close by and just peeking over his shoulder, Detective Tsukauchi pieced together what Gar was doing and asked him, "What's it say?"

Gar went back to the beginning and read aloud before gasping in shock, "Dear Gar-Gar. GASP! Bayo!"

"How'd you know it was from him so quickly? Woof.", Chief Tsuragamae inquires.

"He's the only one who calls me Gar-Gar.", Gar groans out in a growl.

"Well don't just stand there, read what that terrorist is saying.", Tsukauchi prompts him forward, to which he starts from the beginning once more and reads the whole letter aloud.

Dear Gar-Gar,

Yes, it's I, Bayo, leader of the glorious Team Freak! I'm sure you've seen my master plan in action. Do you like it? I hope you do, cause I've been planning this for weeks! Or well, getting it set up. Anyway, I call it Eris! After this world's goddess of discord and calamity.

And that brings me to why I chose to do what you see before you. This entire scenario was meant to do nothing more but bring misery and cause Chaos!

Chaos that this world would NEVER see coming! Chaos that they would NEVER be prepared for! Chaos that will show ALL people that their little bubble of PEACE is nothing more than an improperly balanced scale, ready to tip over at any moment.

We'll see how well they handle this change, if at all. It's going to be a Tauros Shit Storm! And I can't wait to see what's left standing! I wonder if you're going to be able to pick up all the pieces this time? Or actually, mold them into this new lifestyle? Who knows? But either way, I'm excited to watch!

Yours truly, hugs and kisses.

"Bayo!", Gar growls out in a furiously threatening tone, grounding his teeth, and crumpling the letter in his hands.

"How the hell did he pull this off!?", Detective Tsukauchi asked while arching his head out the window.

"That is one seriously twisted and dangerously smart kid.", Nezu agreed.

"Hold on. There's more.", Gar followed up, regaining everyone's attention. "P.S: Don't look to your left.", he read aloud, shooting a confused expression at the cryptic follow-up.

His brain slowly started to piece together what it meant then he swiveled his head to the left side of his body where he saw nothing but a crowd of reporters and their flashing cameras and active video cameras. But one person stood out like a sore thumb even while being nearly surrounded by so many people. The person was wearing a dark hoodie with a white mask that had no facial features except two eye holes. Guard looked into the empty eye sockets and saw two very proud and mischievous eyes glaring back at him.

Without waiting for another second he pointed at the masked figure and shouted, "Wood Hammer!"

Mimikyu jumped off his trainer's shoulder and twirled in the air before bringing down his wooden tail onto the masked figure! Unfortunately, the attack missed as the mast person quickly dodged and clung to the wall, leading the Pokémon to crush the floor upon impact and causing a small panic amongst the reporters nearby! Gar's eyes followed the man as he dodged the attack and watched as he jumped far and hard enough to land on a wall before proceeding to run along with it like a spider!

Seeing this, the Chief shouted, "Stop him!"

"Grab him!", Gar yelled as Mimikyu stretched out his long arms in an attempt to snag the wall scaling perp.

"Everyone evacuate the building!", Tsukauchi ordered the reports.

The reports screamed and fled while keeping their cameras rolling and pictures being snapped! While several officers escorted the press out and away from harm, several more flooded into the room and pointed weapons at the masked person, but every time they did, they were gone! Running and sprinting along the walls like a flat floor, performing death-defying feats that would make any trapeze artist blush, turning tight corners and running vertically as well as horizontally, and making huge leaps from one wall to the other! Mimikyu was trying his best to snag the person as well! His hands would burst from the surface and attempt to grab them but would miss just a second shy! Even so, the small Pokemon was keeping a surprising pace with the masked person.

Gar knew this would just turn into a long-winded game of cat and mouse, so he decided to introduce a new cat. Taking off a Pokeball he threw it out and called, "Go Liepard!"

A Pokemon that looked like a slender, purple feline, speckled with yellow rosettes. It has a pink "mask" marking over its eyes, a pink nose, and small yellow markings over its green eyes. It has two pairs of long yellow whiskers and a tufted yellow underside. Its lower legs are yellow, and each small paw has a pale pink pad. It has a long, curving tail with a sickle-like shape toward the tip.

It only took the fleet-footed Pokemon seconds to outflank the impossibly moving person! Just when they reached a spot to hold onto, Lipred jumped out in front of him, claws out and teeth bared! But the masked person countered this and threw out their Pokéball! Which burst open and revealed an Arbok!

Arbok is a serpentine Pokémon that resembles a cobra. It has narrow eyes and several sharp teeth. Just below its head is a large hood with a face-like pattern. The pattern typically has two red and yellow eyespots outlined in black, a wide black streak resembling an upturned mouth, and a black V-shaped stripe above the eyespots.

The cobra Pokémon's sudden appearance shocked Liepard so badly that the snake had the Leopard Pokémon wrapped in its coils within seconds! Not even sparing a second to begin tightening its grip, making Liepard cry out in pain!

Gar gasped at the suddenness of this scene and called out in a flurry, "Mimikyu, help Liepard!"

Within a moment a Dark Pulse was shot directly at Arbok's face! The Pokemon shook off the attack and initial shock before turning its head towards the direction of the attack! Only to receive a face full of Wood Hammer which disoriented bad enough to fully loosen its grip! This allowed Liepard to break free, grab Arbok with its teeth and throw it on the ground! This allowed Mimikyu to wrap its arms around and restrain the snake, while Liepard stood on its head and roared at it as it hissed back!

As this all went down, the Police managed to surround the wall-clinging man as he was distracted by the Pokémon. All weapons were drawn at him and no matter how many sides looked at it, the perp was flanked from all sides!

One of the officers yells, "Hold it right there! Don't move…..along the wall…anymore! We have you surrounded! Come down and surrender, and you will not be harmed!"

The masked person slowly slid down the wall, all guns trained on them, and carefully watched his descent as well as their increasing laughter. Once they landed on the ground, their giggles exploded into full-blown gut laughter that freaked out and confused the cops!

"What's so funny?", the same officer demanded.

Without warning the masked person grabbed at their disguise and ripped it off in one go! Shreds of cloth and other materials flew all around and fell around them to reveal the masked person as a man in an outfit reminiscent of the Pokemon Purrloin.

He pointed at them with a clawed finger and proclaimed, "Soon the Freaks will be the ones to run the show! No longer will we hide in the darkness! Soon, our darkness will become one so thick that it will consume every bit of your false light! Team Freak will be….VICTORIOUS! AH HA HA HA HA HA!"

As he busted out into a fit of laughter, he quickly tore off the grate of a vent and like a lizard, seemed to bend and collapse his skeleton in several areas which allowed him to slink into the duct work like wet clay! The only thing that remained was his eerie echoing laughter.

"Ew! Contortionist.", Gar gaged in a disgusted tone.

"Don't let him escape! Cover every vent in the precinct! Capture him alive!", Chief Tsuragamae barked at the other officers.

To which they all scattered like bugs, leaving a feeling of dazed confusion in the room as reporters flooded back in to get the scoop on the new scene. Gar let out a sigh of relief, knowing that this was the most peace he would get at this moment. As he decompressed, Nezu came up, tugging on his pant leg, and asked him, "Will this be enough to hold that Arbok?"

Motioning to the restrained Pokemon.

Gar smiles and assures him, "Mimikyu may be small, but he's strong. Liepard too.", He then gave a deep and stressed sigh as he followed up with, "But right now we have bigger issues at hand."

"Garfield is right. I may not understand entirely what's happening, but I can say that things have drastically changed.", Detective Tsukauchi agreed while scratching his head in stress.

"They have indeed. I'm honestly a bit dumbfounded and flabbergasted. I'm not sure what to do?", Nezu admitted, looking stressed and thinking fevered, biting his claws as he looked down with an uncertain expression.

Seeing everyone look and act so hopeless, despite being so confident and self-centered only moments ago settled into Gar's stomach like a rock! But at this point, he knew he had to fight that feeling and the invitation to panic alongside them. If the ones he depends on fall, then he would have to be their crutch.

"But I do.", Gar told them with assurance, making all three men stare at him for the answer. Looking at the two law enforcers he stated, "Chief, Detective. I think it's safe to say that our original plan and agreements are going to need some serious reevaluation."

Chief Tsuragamae looked down for a moment, lost in thought, then brought his head back up and agreed, replying, "I couldn't agree more, young man. Woof."

Detective Tsukauchi nods with him, but he says with a small yet anxious voice while inconspicuously pointing, "The only problem I see with this is….them."

Gar looked to where the Detective was pointing and saw the swarm of reports looking and talking about the men as they stood there like a couple of idiots.

"I'll handle this.", Gar boldly told them while walking up to the impatiently waiting people. Leading Nezu to smoke as he watched him trudge forward with valor in the face of certain adversity. Taking a deep breath he raised his hands out towards the reports and announced, making them go quiet, "People of Japan. I'm sorry for you to see and witness this so suddenly, but today's meeting is not about this. Instead, the news you were all waiting for is this: from here on, the Men and Women of the Japanese Police Force will be working side by side with Pokemon.", nearly before that sentence could finish, the reports were already hot on his ass with shouts of questions and statements. But Gar quickly put a stop to it with a raise and announced, "Please please, no questions right now!", the media went quiet once more as he continued. "Due to recent events, not about this, it was apparent that changes needed to be made in this drastically changing world. And since Heroes cannot be everywhere for every crime, the Police had decided to step it up and set forth on doubling down on non-villain-related crime. So the Police Pokemon initiative was created by the collaboration of all of us.", Gar pauses as he looks back at the wild Pidgey still pecking around at the carpet, feeling a sense of worry wash over him as he turns back and follows up saying, "Though it seems that at this time, different precautions will have to be made."

At seemingly finishing his statement, the young man turns around and walks back to the house of green adults. More specifically Detective Tsukauchi and Chief Tsuragamae and extending a hand to both of them he asked with a concealed plea, "Detective, Chief, I hope that I can have your full support in working together through this new crisis and redo our prior plan."

Chief Tsuragamae looked at the young man's hand for only a moment before taking it and shaking it firmly, telling him wholeheartedly, "Consider it done, Garfield. Woof."

"I agree.", Detective Tsukauchi agreed right after, taking his hand next.

He smiles at the two men and says to them with a hopeful tone, "Then let's save this world before it falls."

TEAM FREAK HQ.

Sitting before a small TV screen, laying on his stomach in a huge pile of pillows, and chomping down on caramel coated popcorn was none other than the head orchestrator of this conundrum: Bayo. He is smiling and nearly on the verge of laughter as he giggles between bites of food. One of his grunts, who was standing beside him at attention, looked on in worry.

And before his nerves get the best of him, he asks carefully, "Sir? Are you okay?"

Bayo went stiff. Uncomfortably so. Making the grunt nervous, before practically exploding around, thrown his popcorn and exclaimed happily, "Couldn't be better! Gar-Gar is handling this far better than I expected!" "And just as I expected."

The grunt looked at him confused and inquires further, "You….knew he would react like this?"

Bayo rolled to his back, kicking his feet into the air, and laughing aloud before saying, "Of course! The public will be inspired and filled with hope for both him and the underrated Police. They'll see this little scheme I've cooked up as a setback in the faces of those so truly dedicated and bold to this new and unexpected danger!"
The grunt cocked an eyebrow as his head spun and asked further, "Isn't that….the opposite of what we should be doing?"

Bayo rolls back to his stomach and says while looking sinisterly at the TV, "On the contrary. On the contrary.", just then his Rotom Phone begins to blare a ringtone he specifically set for a specific person. Saying as he looked at the caller ID, "Oh! Speaking of reaction.", he picked it up after the fourth ring and spoke over the receiver, "Right on time."

"You knew I would call you?", Echoed the booming and extremely intimidating voice of All for One, who was withholding his anger.

"Oops! Spoilers! My bad. How are you, partner?", Bayo acted like a coy girl, putting his sleeve over his mouth before asking an innocent question.

All for One was holding his anger back as he calmly yet firmly snapped back, "Don't 'partner' me, Bayo. I know this is you're doing."

Bayo rolled his eyes over the phone screen while shaking his head, and readily admitting, "Well of course it is. I mean, who else would release a metric butt ton of different Pokemon into another plane of existence without any regard for the repercussions for both its inhabitants and delicate ecosystem?"

All for One was silent for a while, humming in thought over the phone before observing, "You're forthcoming on this."

Bayo giggles and asks back, "Why should I hide such an obvious fact?"

All for One hummer once again before asking calmly and meticulously, "A better question is; why did you do it in the first place, and not inform me, to begin with?"

Bayo gave a small sigh as if it were obvious and said, "Oh All for One. You are a riot! Did you forget that I'm working with you, not under you? I can do as I please. This ain't something that concerns you. This isn't what we're collaborating on.", telling him flat out.

Bayo could practically feel the snare of irritation and anger coming off him from the phone lines. It was so strong that even the Phone Rotom began to shake with fear. "On that note, as my 'partner' you should inform me of big plays like this. Now tell me.", he was quiet for a while before asking in a silent demand, "Why did you do this?", calculating his true intentions from his response.

Bayo just sighed and replied vaguely, "Simple. Time."
"Time?", All for One repeated his reasoning.

Bayo smiles at seeing his lure get bit, then reeling it in he tells him, "I stirred up some well-placed chaos so we could do what we have to in peace. With their entire society overrun by Pokemon, they have to back peddle and restructure everything they know.", All for One said nothing as he listens. A good sign. And one showing he was biting harder! Just before hooking him up, he seals the deal by telling him, "Now instead of playing the long and patient, even though there's nothing wrong with that, we can spring into action discreetly, and they'll be none the wiser."

"When you put it like that, it's an ingenious move. Well done.", All for One commemorates him.

Bayo smiles wickedly through his mask, seeing that he has the arch villain hook, line, and sinker! He laughs a bit before saying, "I knew you'd see things my way."

"On that note, don't ever try something like this again.", All for One back peddles on him in a warning.

"I knew you'd say that as well.", Bayo replies ominously before following it up with, "And don't worry, I don't plan on doing something this big.", All for One hangs up on him and he finishes his statement, saying with a Cheshire cat smile, "Again soon.", he places the phone down while sitting up and looking at the TV screen once more, and saying to himself, "Oh All for One, for someone so old and so powerful and so smart, you are so gullible."
