A/N: 1) Ignis (Harry's Phoenix) always follows him and most of the time perches on his shoulder.

2) In previous review people commented that I need to add Ron and Hermione a bit more well as a reply I want to say that there will be many scene with Ron but unfortunately Hermione's scene are going to be less. I don't hate them or doesn't not like them.

Chapter-15

The journey back to London by train was unremarkable. Harry spent much of his time with his head in Ginny's lap, dozing off because of the events of the previous night.

When he stirred awake in the afternoon, he was greeted with the sound of Ginny's voice. Groggily, he opened his eyes and looked around his carriage, squinting against the bright light streaming in through the window. He saw her sitting there, an amused expression on her face as she watched him wake up.

"Good afternoon, sleepyhead," Ginny said. Her expression was affectionate and gentle, full of fondness and amusement.

Harry beamed at her and sat up slowly, rubbing his eyes to get rid of the lingering sleepiness.

"Hi, Gin," he responded. "What time is it?"

"It's a few minutes past three o'clock," she replied, glancing at the clock on the wall.

"I decided to let you sleep in for a bit since you seemed so exhausted from last night."

He appreciated her thoughtfulness in allowing him to have some extra rest.

"Thanks," he answered. "That was really sweet of you."

"No problem," she said with a warm smile. "Now, do you want me to pick up something for you to eat? I'm sure you're hungry after sleeping in so late."

He nodded eagerly. "Yeah, I'm starving!"

She laughed and got up to leave the compartment. "Coming right up," she said over her shoulder as she left.

Harry settled back into the seat with a satisfied smile, grateful for Ginny's kindness. He felt refreshed and ready to tackle whatever the day had in store for him.

"So you are going to Potter Villa today," Hermione asked from across.

Harry opened his eyes again to look at her and realised a blurry figure laying on the front seat. He was able to identify the person as Ron from the red hair.

"Yeah, we will stay there till Christmas Eve, then we will go to Burrow until second of January and then return to Manchester for the remainder of the Holidays," Harry said, taking his eyes off Ron. "What are your plans?"

"Um… I'm going to stay with my parents during the holidays, but I'll come to the Burrow on Christmas day. I… I also invited Ron over," A red tinge appeared on her face as she said the last part.

At that moment Ginny came back carrying a tray containing a bit of everything from the trolley of the trolley witch. A few minutes later Ron also woke up to the smell of food.

At the Kings cross station, Mr & Mrs Weasley were waiting for them as Harry, Ginny, Hermione and Ron stepped out of the train. A short distance away Harry could see Precy and Fleur were standing, talking in low voices, from the way they were frowning Harry could tell that they were arguing about something.

"Let him decide about that," Harry heard Percy, as they came near him.

"Not now Percy," Harry raised his hand before he could even utter a word. "We need to find Trecy and get to St Mungo's first."

"Bu… But this is important!"

"It can still wait a bit. Trecy!" Harry called her as soon as he spotted her with her friend Serena.

"Why don't you come for Dinner tonight?" Ginny offered, on seeing Percy scowl at Harry's word.

"Yeah, let's do it," Harry agreed.

"Excuse me, the Head Auror Mr Anderson was brought here last night. Can you please tell me which ward he is in," Ginny asked the receptionist while Harry and Trecy stayed back with Harry standing in such a way the receptionist could not see his face.

"And you are?"

"Ginny Weasley, Daughter of Arthur Weasley. He is head of Magical Law enforcement,"

"Well Miss I'm instructed to allow only family members to meet him,"

"I'm with his daughter here, see she standing over there," Ginny pointed out with her thumb behind her back.

"Trecy! You are here," Williamson called before the receptionist could respond. " Come on this way."

Williamson led them to the fourth floor. They went to the farthest ward on the floor.

"This is a private ward for high security patients," Williamson explained to them.

"Has he woke up yet?" Harry asked.

"Can I see him," Trecy asked in a small voice.

"Of course, you can," Williamson replied and then added to Harry. "He has woken enough to talk to us a few times. Gave us a bit of information, but let me warn you he is a very critical,"

"The healers are not very optimistic," She said in a very low voice to Harry as they slowed down a bit to increase the gap between them and Trecy who was walking alongside Ginny.

They walked to the second last room of the floor, there were two guards standing at the door of the room, in crimson colour robes. One of them nodded to Williamson as they walked past them.

Anderson was laying on the bed, a healer was standing next to his bed, examining him. As soon as Trecy saw her father she ran towards him, only slowing down for the last couple of steps.

"Good evening Mr Anderson." Harry greeted to which he nodded back.

"How's my princess," Anderson asked in a gruff voice, taking hold of Trecy's hand.

"Oh, daddy," Trecy hugged him and began to cry.

"Sh… It's ok, no need to cry," Anderson tried to control his daughter.

"He'll get better," Harry tried to console her as well.

"You and I both know that's not going to happen Mr -"

"Don't say that," Ginny interrupted him

"They are trying to build an army Mr Potter," Anderson continued ignoring Ginny, at the same time rubbing the back of Trecy with one hand who was still crying and hugging him.

"We will talk later Mr Anderson. You rest now and recover," Harry tried to be hopeful.

"I don't have time Harry, I wanted to warn you," Anderson said harshly. "Torian can do wandless magic, he's a sorcerer and only you can stop him. He's trying to rebuild You-Know-Who's army again and he is getting support as well,"

"We'll make sure he doesn't succeed. But right now you should spend some time with your daughter, she needs it as much as we need information," Harry assured him.

"I'm sorry that I'm leaving you my dear," Anderson addressed Trecy.

"Oh don't say that please," Trecy began to sob.

"Listen to me princess, my time is up. Promise me you will be strong. Don't be sad, I want you to be happy. Stay happy and strong-' with those words Anderson took his last breath.

"DAD NO! Please don't leave me please," Trecy started wail.

Ginny immediately hugged Trecy to console her.

"I must inform healers and other people," Williamson said as she turned quickly to leave the room.

After ten minutes Williamson returned with a wizard who had a scowl, as soon as he spotted Harry from the door his scowl became deep and Harry was sure that his eyebrows were touching each other and forming a straight line.

The wizard made a move towards him but was stopped by Williamson who whispered something in his ears making his already deep scowl even more deeper if by any chance there would have been any gap between the two brows previously now there was no possibility for it.

Slowly in the groups of twos and threes the other aurors started to arrive, Kingsley arrived at last with Savage. As soon as he saw Harry, he moved towards him.

"Hello Harry, Ginny," The Minister shook their hands

"Hello Minister," Harry greeted back.

"Minister," the wizard with the scowl came behind Kingsley.

"Ah, Warrington,"

"I think we should arrange for the funeral immediately,"

"We need to make a formal announcement. These things take time. We should let his daughter to decide"

"She is grieving and not in any condition to take decisions,"

"Exactly, she's grieving and we should let her," Ginny injected.

"When two high ranking officials are talking little girl like you should keep your mouth shut" Warrington snarled at her.

"Warrington," Kingsley called him warningly before Ginny could retort. "I was about to discuss the same thing with them, before you interrupted me,"

"So you consider a couple of kids to have better judgement of what is right then an auror?"

"In this case, yes."

Fuming over Kingsley, Warrington stormed out of the room.

"Don't mind him. He likes to control everyone," Kingsley apologised to Harry and Ginny.

"He needs to learn, he can't control others," Ginny said with a frown.

"When do you think we should hold the funeral?" Kingsley asked, turning towards Harry.

"Let her decide," Harry tilted his head towards Trecy.

"As much as I hate to admit it, Warrington was right. She's in no condition right now,"

"Give her some time and she will decide,"

"Alright,"

"She agreed to hold the funeral tomorrow. There is no family to wait to arrive," Ginny gave her input.

"How do you know?" Harry asked

"Well you guys were discussing what she'd like, rather than asking. I on the other hand asked her what she want,"

Harry just shook his head, "I should have thought of that,"

"It's alright, at least she had that presence of mind." Kingsley patted Harry

It has been decided to bury Anderson in the Ministry cemetery which was kept for the employees who didn't have any family to perform last rites or didn't have any burial place reserved. As the funeral procession proceeded, Harry found himself examining the small cemetery as they approached. It was very similar to the one in Gordic Hallows. It was situated on the outskirts of London surrounded by woods. The amount of flowers decorating the burial site spoke to how much everyone admired him. Harry had suspicion that this place was also hidden from muggles and had some muggle repellent charms casted around it to stop anyone from stumbling on.

There were many people present such as Kingsley, Ex head auror Robard, all the aurors including Warrington were following the carriage into the cemetery.

"And that's Notts, another member of Wizengamot and distantly related to the Death Eater Notts," from Percy's constant muttering Harry was able to gather that a few members of Wizengamot were also there.

At last the tufty haired wizard who had proceeded Dumbledore's funeral and Bill and Fleur's wedding came forward and moved to the front where Anderson's coffin was kept. The land was dug next to the coffin waiting to become his last resting place.

"Mr John Anderson was a great wizard. Death is the ultimate and inevitable destination that every individual must confront," commenced the venerable Tufty wizard as he embarked on his eloquent discourse.

With profound wisdom and unwavering conviction, he delved into the existential nature of mortality, exploring its intricate nuances and profound implications. Drawing upon a wealth of philosophical insight, he painted a vivid portrait of the human condition, reminding his captivated audience that death is a universal phenomenon that spares none, but Harry tuned him out and instead focused his attention on Trecy

After the funeral everyone moved to the Leaky Cauldron for the reception. Moving through the group, there were stories being shared in every corner of fond memories of Anderson. Trecy smiled and would join in some of the tales as she remembered her father. Harry was not far behind, keeping his hand on the shoulder of Trecy the whole time as he did from the start of the precession.

"Where's Trecy," Harry asked sat down for lunch.

"Still outside." Ginny replied as he gave the bottle to Teddy sitting next to her on a high chair.

"You won't mind if I skip lunch with you today?" Harry piled food on two plates.

When Ginny shook her head, he picked both the plates and walked outside knowing perfectly where he could find Trecy. As predicted by him she was sitting on a swing under the tree near the pond staring into void.

"Get lost," Trecy hissed at Harry as he approached near her.

"Hey, I just came to sit here. I promise I won't disturb you."

With that Harry sat down on the ground facing the same direction as her, placing one plate near her.

"I'm not hungry,"

"Its for me, not you,"

"Then why are you keeping it near me,"

"So that I can eat it later,"

"Then also keep it near you,"

"There won't be anything left if I do that,"

"This is your house you can get more later on,"

"No Ginny is keeping me on diet, says that I'm getting fat,"

Trecy snorted at this but let him keep the plate near her. While Harry silently ate his lunch. After a couple of minutes later Trecy tried to steal one of the bacon from the second plate. Harry stuffed his sandwich into his mouth to stop himself from smiling and turned his face the other way.

After half an hour Harry picked both the plates and turned to leave, when Trecy called

"You know you are a bad liar,"

"I know," Harry smiled but didn't turn back and kept on walking.

"Thank you," She shouted but this time a very small smile appeared on her face.

"You're welcome,"

The meeting with Percy which was supposed to take place three days ago, has been taking place now.

Harry and Ginny were sitting in the spare room that they have decided to keep as an office similar to James Potter. Harry was sitting on the Muggle revolving chair that his father used to sit in, while Percy put some parchments on the table before conjuring a chair for himself next to Ginny across the table opposite of Harry.

He took his glasses off and wiped them with his handkerchief before he began, "I would like to start with an apology because we haven't earned you enough profit during these last four-five months. Fleur and I have been going through your estate since August. Especially real estate, let me inform you that I'm not happy about it but She has been insistent. She feels that if we could get hold of how many properties your ancestor had bought and held we might be able to let them out for rental income." He finished in one breath as to make point of blaming her for lack of profit

"And?" Ginny urged.

"Well we found out that one of his ancestors, Henry Potter, has invested in many properties in places like Diagon Alley, Hogsmeade and such."

"I think Fleur is right, if we can find tenants for these places then we can generate lots of income," Harry said.

"Yeah and low profit for now because of that doesn't mean this is useless, you will be able to earn much more if you get a grip of what's at your disposal and you won't have to make new investments," Ginny injected her thoughts.

Percy scowled at her for siding with Fleur.

"Anyways that's not what I wanted to discuss with you," at this point he picked up one of the tattered parchment.

"What's that?" Harry asked as he leaned forward.

"It turns out that this Manor was not the only residence your ancestors used to have. One of them had also built a castle in Cornwall," Percy said as he waved his wand and created a hologram of the castle on the map he had laid out on the table.

On seeing the hologram Ginny blew a whistle.

"It looks similar to Hogwarts," Harry observed.

"It does," Ginny agreed.

"You should visit it, you'll love it," Percy added.

"Fine We will go tomorrow morning, before we go shopping for Christmas gifts," Harry agreed.

"Good, I will meet you here at… Ten. is that alright with you," Percy asked as he looked at his watch.

Harry just nodded his head in agreement.

"I will leave these few documents about other properties with you. You can have a look at them whenever you want to," Percy pushed remaining parchments towards him and got up from his seat and vanished the chair he was sitting in.

"Good night Perce," Harry shook his hand

"See you tomorrow and if you come early then you can have breakfast with us," Ginny hugged her brother.

"Ok," with that Percy bid them farewell and left.

'Ten years of my childhood I spent with no money, food or friends. Now I'm one of the richest wizards and have good friends.'

"Harry," Ginny shook him very hard,

"Ah! What," Harry jerked as he came to reality.

"I called you three times. What are you thinking,"

"Nothing, Just feeling overwhelmed,"

"Why?"

"I spent ten years of my life without any food, money or friends, I used to live in a cupboard under the stairs. Now I have three houses, one land with building permit and one castle. One very charming cute girlfriend and some very good friends,"

"Oh Harry!" She hugged him.

Next morning when Harry arrived at breakfast with Teddy, Percy was already sitting at the dining table along with Ginny.

"Morning Percy," Harry greeted him as he entered the kitchen.

"Finally, hurry up with the breakfast I have a meeting at eleven with Gringotts,"

"Don't worry we are just visiting the place, it won't take long," Ginny said as she spread butter and jam on her toast.

"Here you go," Harry said as he handed Teddy his bottle of milk. "Who are you meeting with?"

"With goblins, we are thinking of disposing some of your Investments and use it elsewhere,"

"Hmm, before you sell anything, discuss it with me," Harry instructed him while he fixed his tea.

"Why are you selling them though? I think you have enough money to invest," Ginny frowned her eyebrows in confusion.

"Yes but that's not the only reason to sell the investment. You see sometimes the investment is sold because it is expected that the return from that investment in future will not be as much or it has given the maximum possible return." Percy explained with his chest puffed out.

"Oh"

"Yes, and the investment which we are going to sell has already given two to three times of return. And if we continue to hold them the chances are that their value will fall rather than increasing,"

"It seems like a lot of guesswork," Ginny mused.

"Actually not fully guess work, we do some calculations and do some study and analysis and based on that we make a guess of future outcome,"

"Let's get moving" Harry said as after some time he swallowed his last bite of bacon.

Percy apparated Harry and Ginny and were greeted by a wall of green cypress trees. Harry smirked, guessing the shrubs helped conceal the property from muggles' eyes. He followed the trees down the line of what looked like was once a road, claimed more by the grass than any visitors. The green rolling hills spread as far as he could see and Harry wondered how long since the home saw any visitors.

"Harry, this is… amazing," Ginny's voice pulled him from his thoughts as he turned to her direction.

"It's impressive, and I'm happy we found it," Percy proudly stood, his arms wrapped into the lapels of his jacket as he stared up at the looming tower. The black stone structure sat proudly on a slight hill, the round tower stood tall to both greet and impress any visitors.

"Come, the entrance is this way," Percy nodded with his head as he continued along the curve of the tower. The rest of the impressive stone structure came into view, and the entry soon appeared at the end of a corridor of two matching walls, ushering them inside the gate.

As they passed through the gate, Harry realised it was only a gatehouse and he couldn't help but to feel similar to the first time he passed into Hogwarts. They stood in the centre of the stone court as they studied the walls surrounding them.

With a loud pop an elf appeared "Welcome Master Harry," it said

"How'd you know it's him?" Ginny asked in amazement.

"House elfs can sense their master," it replied.

"What's your name," Harry asked.

"Terin, Master Harry,"

"Nice to meet you Terin. Can you show us around the castle,"

"As you wish, Master. That," Terin pointed towards the tower on the right side of the courtyard. "leads to an office on the ground floor and an owlery on the top floor, right now we only have a couple of owls only but my grandmother said there was hundreds of them in her time" she hummed.

"If you follow me through this door, we'll be in the main hall."She led them across the main gate pausing at the door, snapping her fingers to open it.

The main hall was large, with two equally large archways on each end of the hall. Harry's feet carried him towards one end, peaking into a parlour complete with large windows that provided a glimpse of the another tower and beach adjacent to which the castle was situated, there was a forest across the lawn behind the castle and on the right side there was a quidditch pitch. Next to the parlour, the hall opened to an open courtyard with a fountain in the centre. He could see a few doors on the other side of the courtyard as they walked along the covered gallery.

"As per the map of the castle there are several rooms on the courtyard in addition to the bedrooms upstairs," Percy explained as he watched Harry examine all the doors.

"It's beautiful," Ginny muttered before she skipped ahead on the covered gallery. "It looks like this is the kitchen," she giggled as the group walked into the large room. A kitchen was an understatement, as the room was set with a few cooking surfaces as if it was ready to feed an army.

"You are kidding," Harry snorted as he followed her. "This kitchen is bigger than dursley whole house including the front and back garden,"

"There were ten to fifteen more house elves, many of them were sitting idly and those who were working were only cleaning already clean utensils but they all stopped and gathered around them

"Terin, how many house elves do we have here,"

"Twenty Master Harry,"

"Hermione is going to have a fit," Ginny whispered in his ear.

"She won't stop for ages," He agreed.

"Will Master come to live here," one of the elves asked.

The way it was leaning on the other elf Harry guessed it was the oldest.

"Ah… No we just came to visit this place," Percy injected.

It's face fell on hearing Percy's claim.

"I have an idea," Harry said after a few seconds. "How about this year we throw a party for Christmas and New Year here?" He directed the later part towards Ginny.

"Hmm, I like it lets send the invitation to everyone and see who can join us here,"

"We will make all the arrangement," Said the same elf excitedly.

"Hang on, control your Hippogriffs. We don't know who will come and how many will come,"

"Master Harry will not be disappointed," Terin bowed low.

"You said there are few owls in the owlery right? We would like to take a couple of them with us," Ginny added.

"If miss will follow this way please,"

"Percy and I will wait here," Harry sat down on one of the kitchen counters.

"Just don't take too long ok," Percy called behind her.

After approximately half an hour later Ginny came back with two barn owls. One of them was very small and by the looks of it Harry was sure it was very young.

"I brought the pair of Mother and son," Ginny said with a smile her eyes twinkling with enthusiasm

"Do you think it's going to be reliable?" Harry eyed the smaller one suspiciously.

"Terin said that it is trained,"

"Och… Hey, don't get angry with me. Do you really think that I'm going to take your help for mundane things like sending invitations?" Harry said with a glare to Ignis as she nipped his ear.

As if to say yes she hit him on his head with its beak.

"You need to stop being jealous," Ginny commented, earning herself a slap of wings.

"She's very possessive of you, even more than me," Ginny scowled at Harry
