Prince Hidden in the Sands
Daenerys will be a main part of this chapter, and for those wondering, I don't remember if I said this or not or if it was the other way around, Daenerys will NOT be a part of Daemon's harem. If you do not like this then move on or keep reading.

"What do you mean!" Viserys yelled at the Cheesemonger. "A fake already holding a castle and calling himself King." The Beggar King seethed at the news he was told. The crazed man swiftly turned around, slapping the person who was standing there and sending them to the floor. Not giving the person a second look, Viserys looked back to Illyrio. "When will the Horse Lord arrive, I want to begin the reclaiming as soon as possible, and I want that fake killed."
Their voices slowly grew further and further distant, and slowly Daenerys got up to her feet, rubbing her quickly reddening cheek. However, not once did a tear appear from her eyes. No misting, no nothing. Her face was emotionless as she got to her feet, and turned in the direction of her room, thankfully it was the opposite of where her brother and their host were going.
As she walked people gave slight bows to her but no one asked or seemed concerned for her, which only pained her even more. However as the young princess entered her room, her violet eyes landed on a letter on a desk, bringing back a memory that wasn't from long ago.
'Princess, if you ever change your mind, head towards the house that once housed the Tattered Prince. There you'll find a friend and someone you can trust.' Ser Oswell said to her as he handed the letter she was looking at. 'Just remember that Viserys isn't the only family you have left. If you ever want help just send a raven and we'll be there for you.'
Walking over to the letter Daenerys opened it and read the contents of it for the first time since she received it. The contents told her about a nephew, Daemon Targaryen, and how he was the trueborn son of her brother Rhaegar and Lyanna Stark. Of course, she questioned if this was true or not, forever since she knew how to walk and read Viserys had told her about the Starks and how traitorous they were and what they did to their brother and their family.
Something in her told her to give the letter to Viserys, a side of her she has been fighting off for a few days since she had that dream. Shaking her head she continued reading it, and once Dany was done she rolled it up and placed it on the table.
'Should I leave?' Was all she asked as she sat down on her bed, eyes looking out the opened door to the outside world. If she stays, Daenerys will probably have to marry this Horse Lord, Viserys was talking about. But she'll probably have to deal with her brother's abuse day in and day out.
If she left, she'd have to place her trust in a man she didn't know anything about, and hope and pray that he takes her to her family. From there only the Gods will know.
Closing her eyes Daenerys allowed her thoughts to wander, thinking about the many things that she'll probably need and do if she decided to leave. After what felt like hours she finally opened her eyes, and surprisingly she found it to be night time, she must have fallen asleep while she was deep in thought.
Stepping outside and onto the balcony, she allowed the cool night breeze to wash over her, as Daenerys looked around her mind was made up as she watched the flickering of light from candles lining the property and the sound of a few people. She's leaving when that will be Dany didn't know but she knew that it'll be a few days.
Walking into her room she sat down on the chair and grabbed a sheet of paper and quill and ink. She began writing a letter, one that hopefully fell into the right hands, into the hands of one Doran Martell. Once she was done Daenerys left her room, finding the halls surprisingly sparse. Quickening her steps the princess made it to the ravenry, and as she drew closer she spotted a familiar round figure, who was standing with another man but his head was bald.
Cursing under her lips Dany slowed down, hiding the letter in her sleeve, and slowed her steps. She then felt the pairs of eyes on her, and the Magister's eyes raised in question. "Princess, what are you doing out this late? Shouldn't you be asleep, you have a busy day tomorrow." He said with a slight smile.
Returning the smile with a hesitant look Daenerys answered. "I found that I can't sleep, Magister, and was hoping to walk the walls in silence." She answered and watched as the man's brow rose even further, showing that he didn't believe her. "What do you mean about me having a busy day tomorrow?" She asked, truly curious and wanting to know what might be happening.
Illyrio nodded and placed his hands on his round belly. "Ah, that is right Princess. You weren't there, but it seems Khal Drogo should be arriving in a wee, and your brother wants you prepared." Hearing this made Daenerys stop where she was as fear filled her, but thankfully the more stable side was able to push it all down. "Also you must be curious who my friend is." The man with no hair on his head stepped forward. "My friend here is Varys, he's a part of the Council."
When she heard where the man was from, she stepped back and glared at the bald man, which only made him chuckle. "There's no need to worry Princess Daenerys, I wish you no harm and I swear your location is safe with me." The man said and she could hear that he wasn't being completely honest with her. "May I say that you look remarkably like your mother Princess? A fine and beautiful lady who was taken too early and had a life I wish no one else would have to bear."
To Dany's surprise, she found her hand in his, and instinctively pulled it away, not liking the touch nor what she was feeling she was getting from him. She watched as his eyes widened for a second and then returned to his usual smile. "I apologize, My Lord, but I'm not very fond of touching, so forgive me." She gave him a false smile and watched as he nodded with a smile and stepped back. Daenerys then looked back to the man who hosted her and her brother. "Is it okay if I go on with my walk?"
Illyrio nodded and stepped to the side. "Of course, Princess, but do be sure that you stay safe." With that, she nodded to both men and left her steps quickening as she went by.

Days went by and as they did the proof of the Khal's visit was given. People started gathering around the walls and horses started growing in numbers. So as Daenerys watched the days go by, she started growing scared and worried that she might not be able to get away on time.
Laying back into the scalding water Daenerys closed her eyes and relaxed, taking even and slow breaths. 'If I don't escape now, it might be too late.' A frown appeared on her face as she continued. 'I will not be sold off… even if it's for my brother.'
"Princess." A voice called out and she looked to find a maid standing there. "Your brother has summoned you. The Khal has arrived, and he wants you to meet him." This news made the worried and scared Dany come out, and she got to her feet.
"Thank you, you may leave." She said as she got out of the bath, eyes on robes that were left behind by the maid. 'I need to get going, and soon.' Dany said to herself as she threw the transparent robes over herself. 'Tonight. I'll leave tonight.'
Hours went by and if Daenerys was honest when she saw the Khal, she found him quite handsome. But she knew better, she knew what Khals did and she won't marry a rapist. It was too low for her standing, the last Targaryen Princess. However, just putting on a show she did as she wanted her brother wanted her to do.
But now it was the brisk of the night and not a soul was awake, all but one Daenerys Targaryen, who was sitting on her bed looking down at the objects in her hands. It was the letter and with it was the only thing she had of her mother, Rhaella Targaryen. It was a beautiful band of silver with rubies embedded inside of it, and Daenerys remembers the day she was given it.
Willem Darry before his passing gave it to her, telling her that it was her mother's and with her dying breaths, the former queen wanted the knight to give it to her. So as days and years went by the young princess was able to hide it from her brother, who would have most likely sold it for some gold.
Shaking her head Daenerys looked out the door to the balcony. 'I should get going.' She said to herself as she got into her feet, and made for the bedroom door. Opening it slowly she looked out and found not a soul, finding it weird that not a single person was in sight.
But she ignored it and with a single look around she made for it, bare feet making not a sound as it connected to the floor. Turning corners Daenerys expected to find some Unsullied guards but none were seen. Once again she ignored and shoved her suspicions down, not wanting it on her mind for her to worry about.
However as she turned the last corner, one that would lead her to the outside and then to freedom, she found her host standing there, with a handful of guards behind him. Dany stopped and cursed under her breath as she looked at the smiling face of the cheesemonger.
"Ah," Illyrio said with a smile and his hands on his belly. "I've been waiting for you, Princess Daenerys." He continued as he remained still and kept his eyes on the princess. Daenerys felt a shiver go down her spine as she felt the eyes roam her body. She wanted to flee, run, she didn't want to be here, but if she walked away she didn't know if she could get another chance to run.
What happened next surprised the princess when the Magister raised his hand and gave a small wave, which Daenerys expected would signal the Unsullied to take her back. However, what happened surprised her for the princess watched as the guards stepped aside and as a man who had a cloth covering his face and a covered cage.
"I'll be honest with you Princess," Illyria spoke up as the man walked towards her. "You've cost me a fortune." Daenerys took her eyes away from the cage and placed them on the cheesemonger. "I was going to give you 3 of them on your wedding day, but for some reason, they hatched and I had to bury them." She watched as the man snarled and rubbed his eyes. "Thankfully I was able to get another but it cost me a fortune."
All of this information confused the young princess but she listened and took it in like a sponge. 'What does he mean by giving me three of them and that they hatched?' She asked herself as her eyes were drawn back to the man who was standing before her. 'What is he holding, and what is that feeling I'm getting?'
"Princess," the man who hosted her for years spoke up once more. "May I give you your birthright, and what made your family so powerful." With those words, Daenerys watched as the cloaked man removed the cloth covering the cage and her eyes widened at what she saw.
Inside was a small dragon, which looked no more than a few days old, with emerald green scales and dull golden membranes. Daenerys wasn't able to see the creature's eyes for it looked to be slumbering but she knew that when it opened them that they would be beautiful. Too shocked to say anything, she looked around the cage and found a hatch and opened it, and immediately the dragon was awake.
Its eyes shoot open to find pools of gold staring at her, moving her hand into the cage she kept it still as the dragon got onto its four legs and moved to it, sniffing it all the way, and she released a gasp when it climbed onto her open palmed hand. It crawled up her arm and when it reached her shoulder it wrapped its small tail around her neck and went back to sleep.
Looking at her host, her eyes screamed of power, her violet eyes glowing. "How?" Illyrio didn't give her an answer as he shrugged. "Why… why didn't you give one to Viserys?" She asked again but she knew that it was a stupid question. 'He's crazy, he doesn't deserve one.'
The man let out a small chuckle, hands still on his round belly. "I believe you know the answer to that Princess, but I'll give you my honest answer." Dany watched as his eyes went to the sleeping dragon. "Your brother is insane. He has an impossible dream that won't come true. No Khal of Dothraki will cross the Narrow Sea, to them it is poison so they stay as far away from it." She opened her mouth to say something, but he continued. "It was all a part of a plan Princess and your brother is no longer a part of it. You, however, are still a sole piece of this plan and now that you have finally grown a backbone, I see no reason for you to stay here."
With those words, he moved aside and the Unsullied Guards followed him. Before her eyes, she saw the city of Pentos, her freedom. Daenerys looked back to the Magister. "What about Viserys and the Khal?" He knew what the Dothraki do when they don't get what they promised and honestly, she'd rather not imagine what would come of this city.
The cheesemonger nodded, having already a plan for such a thing. "Let me worry about that, Princess. Also, I must advise that you head to Storm's End Princess, what I told your brother is true, your nephew Aegon is alive and is currently holding the castle." He gave her a reassuring smile. "Now you must hurry, your friend has already been notified so don't keep him waiting."
Daenerys slowly nodded, questioning how he might know about that. But she left, running and looking for the house the latter told her about, and with the dragon still on her shoulder, sleeping as if she wasn't making a run for it, and not once did she look back.
Illyrio watched as the Princess made her way to the former home of the Tattered Prince, looking away he looked to the Unsullied and commanded. "Kill the prince where he sleeps. We will give it to the Khal as forgiveness." The eunuch nodded and left with another to do his bedding. 'It's all on you now Varys.'

The Sky

"There you are," Shiera said as she looked down at the ocean below, her eyes on a mass of ships of what she can presume is 50 or so ships strong. Looking away, she ran a hand along Silverwing's scales and said. "We found him, girl. You'll be with him soon."
The beautiful dragon let out loud grumbles as it flapped her wings, and looked ahead. Following the dragon's eyes, Shiera found the Bronze Fury, Vermithor flying, and each time his wings flapped a massive gust of wind flew back at her and Silverwing. The dragon was massive, and when she said that her mount was the size of the Bronze Fury, she was wrong, the dragon was larger than she could have imagined and with that hunger he had when she returned, the Sea of Stars could only imagine how much larger he could get.
After he came out of the void, Vermithor spent days eating, whales, sharks, firewyrms, and even some basilisks on Basilisk Point, nothing stopped it from eating anything and everything he saw. And through it all Shiera and Silverwing stayed as far away from the starving dragon, not wishing or wanting to be on the other side of those rows of razor-sharp teeth he held.
When the giant dragon was done feasting, both the human and its bonded dragon held their breath as his pools of bronze eyes looked at them. Thankfully they weren't in danger as Vermithor looked away and took to the air once more, which sent trees and dirt flying at the ferocity of its massive wings. The two followed at a distance, keeping as far away from the Bronze Fury as they could, for they didn't know if it was baiting them out or just doing what he wanted.
Now they were here flying over the Narrow Sea and looking for something. It wasn't until a few minutes did Shiera realize what the Bronze Fury was doing, and when she found out a grin appeared. It was looking for his bonded or rider to what most people would call it.
Shiera returned to the present when she heard a roar that made her clutch her ears. 'Fucking Hell! He's loud!' She said as her mismatched eyes went to the dragon once more. But what happened next surprised her, as 3 more roars were heard, these weren't as loud or intimidating as the Bronze's Fury, but what the Sea of Stars could say was that they were responding to an Alpha.
Shiera looked back down to the ships below and watched as three figures came flying toward them. "There are more… how and when?' She asked herself, but she answered that question when she remembered the ritual. Smiling she looked past the dragons and to her surprise her vision zoomed in.
She once again ran a hand along her dragon's scales. 'Thanks, girl.' Was all she said as she continued to look over the ships. And when she stopped, Shiera found herself looking at a fine-looking man with bright amethyst eyes and with long black hair with a nice streak of silver in it.
His beauty entranced her and for the first time in a long time, her heart fluttered. Shiera then watched as he started giving out orders and without haste, they were doing what he said. She watched as the ship began making its way to an island, one large enough to hold a few dozen people and 2 massive dragons. Already knowing what he was doing she looked away and directed Silverwing to the island, which they were followed by Vermithor and the three other smaller and younger dragons that struggled to keep up.
'It seems that I've finally met the man who's been haunting my dreams.' She said to herself as she watched the island grow closer and as the air flowed through her hair. Shiera then felt a memory come to the front of her mind and she smiled. 'Brynden, my love, you can rest in peace now, I have finally moved on.'
