That was when I could see them.

I calmly made everyone stop as the three of us walked a bit in front of the caravan and I tried my hardest not to shake in fear. On the left was two faint balls and on the right was three with one a bit more brighter then the others. By the way they sat they know we are coming but don't know we stopped.

Not sure how close they are because I don't know my range.

I told them what I felt and where they sat as I pointed, they told me to stay and call out of someone moves as they ran up the left side quiet and fast. I Just watched as the closer they got the smaller they looked but I was glad to see they were brighter then who sat there.

I watched the guy's as chakra flashed and I think a fight broke out, I held a Kunai in my hand as I stood ready and just watched making me happy the other three did not notice. Other then the fact I am alone, I think it was a good plan.

I watched as one of the bandits chakra started to fade making my heart jump.

I was filled with fear and sadness. I think, I think he is...

A shocking reality hit me.

I do not like this as my hands shook more, this is not like home, this is no vacation anymore. I am no longer playing superhero and this is life and death. I was so startled I almost did not notice one of the weaker ones from the other group headed my way deep in the trees slowly.

It wont take long for him to get here and I looked at the boy's chakras.

If I yell the other two will be alerted and it is the one with the strong chakra and ambush would be the best move. I moved as he came close the people all hidden behind the caravan, when the other bandit was down, thinking they will come back but they just ran across the road to the others.

"No, come back." I quietly said.

I was slightly panicking when I breathed in deep. A trick I used in video games when healing and got overwhelmed, it would slow things down.

My fear turned into adrenaline trying to change my need to run into a need to fight, to protect these people and myself, I just need to hold it off until they come back. Do I run into the forest? No can't leave them. I pulled out a water scroll as he got closer and I was glad to see he was not to fast.

The people stayed huddled on the other side as I stood in front of it alone. I hid my scroll and Kunai behind my back to lure him in. Out walked a cocky looking young guy with cool short blue hair and ripped and dirty clothes, He pulled out a sword and got into a stance.

Unsure of the range or splash Hayashi spoke of I opened the scroll as a crazy amount of water came out in a wave knocking him on his ass and pushed him away.

All chakra's alive and well over there with the boy's, I made two clones as he got back on his feet pissed off and soaked. My clones ran in grabbing both arms and trying to hold him in place but I was unsure what to do then as he wiggled free and took one out.

Just stall him.

Running in before he took out my second as I blocked his sword with a kunai awkwardly. My clone kicked him in the back pushing him towards me giving me a chance to uppercut his face. As he spun his sword I moved away and he took out my second clone.

I had to block his sword a few more times slightly struggling as it was bigger and he had more strength, I ducked a swing and moved to kick out his feet as he jumped to avoid it as I got up and kicked him in the side making him back off a second.

My eye's and chakra took a quick look around, the people were watching us as the boy's were fine but they know a third is not there so someone is bound to come soon. I needed to get this man from these people as I tried to get him into the woods so I was far enough away while also seeing them.

I ran and gladly he followed me as I made another clone and we started to parkour around the tree's in no pattern throwing Kunai at him, he was able to block most but I did get his cut slightly in a few places.

My clone ran at him sliding down as he stumbled and I was behind him as my clone punched him in the face but he blocked while turning towards me when I traded with my clone as it ran at him from where I stood, A kunai in both my hands as I slashed out with chakra and my clone jumped on his back shoving him into my blades.

The world slowed down as I watched me cut into him, his shirt being torn as some blood came out, my eye's grew big and I looked at his face in slow motion, his face going from 'oh shit' to pure anger as he swung his sword at me. I forgot to move as my clone shoved him making it miss me before he spun to take her out.

He swung again and I was able to dodge this time.

I jumped backwards a few times towards the road as he moved with rage and attacked me like a crazy person with no real plan, all I could do was dodge and was to afraid to attack. Worst time ever to get scared of hurting someone.

My body moved as my mind went someplace else as the blood was falling down his back, he lightly hit me a few times, I was just to slow. When I noticed the caravan of people huddled in fear he swung as he almost got my shoulder.

I need to keep them safe.

I came out of my mind and it gave me strength as I jumped back throwing Kunai at his feet making him back off, I ran at his side and ducked under his sword as I pushed chakra into my feet and rammed into him, the Kunai going into his side.

I had knocked him down with speed as he slid and I got ready for the next fight but he lied there, his face scrunched with pain, I had stabbed him badly.

What do I do, I wanted to help him as I stared at him, my kunai dropping from my hand as the world was disappearing around me. I needed to help but I was to afraid to look at what I did.

I stared at him, needing to help, to run, to cry.

I was lost in my numbness.

When a hand was on my shoulder it pulled me from my trance with a jump, Hayashi was standing there. I scanned chakra as Kuro stood where the bandits used to be but alone, I tried to not look and see all the missing orbs, feeling a panic attack coming as I breathed, trying to go back to numb.

He lightly guided me with understanding back to the caravan the mud slightly squishing in my toes, I leaned there in wait for them to come back as Hayashi moved to where that man was left, I made sure my eye's were open so I tried to block my sense but it barely worked, I don't want to know what they are doing.

We started walking again and I was so confused on why I was the only person who was shaken by that, for the first time I was not okay as I walked behind them all trying to think of anything but what just happened but my leg's were shaky like I was walking on air.

I just chained smoked.

When I moved to open my last pack, this is not a good day.

Time moved fast and we made camp for the night, I was sent for wood with Kya and her husband as I silently watched them while they filled my arms. They were cute making me feel better, having a seven year old and they still move like newlyweds. The hand holding and giggling made me almost smile as the man picked up a pretty rock an gave it to her.

She kissed his head and put in a pocket.

At one point she tried to go right and he tried to go left and they couldn't go because they were holding each others hands making them stop, giggle and kiss each other before going right.

I was still numb but it was sweet, they look like a rare couple that will make it to old age.

After the fire was lit I took a random seat, watching the flames as the old lady cooked. Next to me was the sister who widdles the wood as I blankly watched. "It will be a deer." I nodded.

"That is a cool skill." I said kindly with no enthusiasm.

She gave a small smile and seemed like a nice person but now that I am next to her she seemed thin and sickly weak, like a small wind could knock her over. Her hair was the kind of brown that was just beautiful tried up in a bun.

I wish I knew her name but its been a few days, asking now might be awkward so I will just wait until someone says it. I mindlessly watched her as the older came over. "Kid's love them." I nodded as she sat next to the sister and babbled on with pride for this women as I gave a kind smile at the love of these people for each other as I slightly zoned out.

I tried to sleep but I just rolled around on the cold ground and I could not sleep, only one still up was Hayashi on watch as I lied on my back and stared into the trees withing to see the sky, before I looked his way and watched him.

I got up with a sigh and jumped next to him on the tree branch my legs over the side and I just silently looked around, the forest can be so peaceful other then the snoring of the drunk guy. This place was dark and creepy but in a peaceful night way, I was shocked we don't run into many animals but maybe because we sat on the edge of a used road.

"Can't sleep?" He quietly asked, making me jump a little at the sudden noise.

I just nodded and looked back at the people on the ground, we sat in silence as I felt tense and sad when a strong wind blew our hair around as it covered my face and I moved it away looking at Hayashi as he tried to get his pretty hair from his face making us smile and laugh lightly as we fixed our hair taking the tension away.

"So that was your first real fight?" I nodded, my tiny smile leaving my face. "So you don't fight like that at home?"

I shook my head. "The fights at home are not like that and I barely even got in a fight there, I once punched someone but that was it." I mumbled as I looked at him as he took in my words, he seemed to be thinking about it.

I remembered he hates to fight, that is why he is a genin so if anyone understands me it is him, I smiled at him kindly as we locked eye's and he smiled back.

I just watched the people bellow feeling slightly better.

"What happeneds when you need to fight?"

"Well, I never really had to." He stared with interest. "But then they were just fist fights." We called the cops or threatened with gun's but I did not want to say that as I may need to explain something I just can't.

I wonder how a gun would hold up to a ninja.

They are pretty fast so I don't know.

"You two did well." I spoke quietly as I looked him over, he had a small cut in his pants but that was it before I felt selfish, I took out one, they took out four and I did not even check to see if they were hurt at all. I checked me over and I only had a few light cut's but my and my clothes were fine other then some blood on my blue shirt.

He patted my head. "You did well yourself." I enjoyed the pat and looked down at Kuro.

"He is fine." I nodded with a smile, this guy can be so observant unless it comes to women making me smile more at the silliness of it all.

"Good."

After a while I patted his leg and I jumped down to try and sleep again but all I did was roll around and when I got close I would be startled awake from my mind so I lied there and listened to the forest. Every time I closed my eye's I would clearly see nothing but chakra and I would be reminded.

I stared up at Hayashi again as he sat there back to the trunk one leg over the branch looking into the woods very relaxed. There is no way I am sleeping as I sat up and Hayashi looked down at me, standing I smiled but moved farther into the dark forest and pulled out a kunai when I got far enough, marking into a tree and just practiced throwing as quiet as I could.

I was hitting the mark perfectly and was glad to see I was getting better when I made a second mark higher up and tried to perfectly throw two at once with different targets, I was able to hit the first one but the second was always a little off.

With nothing else to do I just casually threw them as I moved around throwing them from different angles, I started to feel better when I was starting to get them both almost perfect. I was unsure how long I mindlessly did this when Kuro was leaning on a tree watching me, I wanted to check Hayashi with chakra but I couldn't and just assumed he is asleep.

He came over and tossed them perfectly before I moved and made a few more spot's, one lower and one higher that I jumped to scratch. Backing up and looking at him. He got them all perfectly making me slightly sad when I tried, he watched me move I guess I am doing it right I just suck.

We started a game marking the tree's and hitting them without a word being spoken.

We stopped when I felt the world wake up, I lost the game and he did not make a single mistake but it was fun, it has distracted me well but by the end I think I got a little better.

After breakfast we walked again and I was glad we were slow as I was so sluggish and sleepy. After walking for age's we had one ten minute break, wishing I had my phone and music to make me feel better then that made me feel homesick, will I ever go home?

I hope so.

I felt like crying and it pissed me off, I need to get a hold of myself.

I breathed in, I am in a bad place but I need to get over myself so I shut my eye's and looked at chakra to push passed the small fear that was growing about it and to pull me from my head.

I looked at this beautiful forest, a kind I always wanted to see when I was home and was glad I was able to see one so amazing. Looking at the back's of the boy's, people I would have never met. I tried to think on nothing but good thoughts and pulled out a kunai as I spun it in my hand slowly and move passed this issue as the panic stopped and I just breathed as I walked.

The next ten minute break I checked out the chip's they sold but saw no kind of style I know as I grabbed seaweed and salt hoping it was like salt and vinegar, I sat on the road and started to eat, it was so weird and not what I wanted but it was not the worst.

I tried to listen in on the few different conversations going on and I noticed they were all excited about something coming up but I was unsure what it was.

I just stuffed my face far from gracefully as the kid grabbed his mom and pointed at my bag knowing he wants some I stuck it out for him. Once I saw how dirty his hands were I just gave it to him, I ate enough anyway, don't need the whole bag.

We were back on the road as I looked past them a few time's wondering what was coming up.

"It is beautiful." I spoke as I stood in front of a big old house snuggled in the woods, a small pond sat in front with a path between it. Looking down it was filled with big gold fish as we walked up to the big wooden doors, it is an old Inn with a bathhouse and we are staying here tonight. The men took the animal and Caravan down a road heading behind the place where there was a barn.

The front room with reception desk sat lonely surround with pictures on the walls, as to the right was two small chair's around a fireplace. They got there own rooms and the boy's and me will be in our own, I dropped most of my stuff on the floor when Kya came running in and pulled me away with excitement pulling me to the females bath.

It was nice she thought of me.

We came into a small room where shelves sat as we got naked surrounded with white fluffy towels. I was confused when I turned and got a full view of the old lady, the first to get naked and I sadly saw everything. I got undressed as fast as I could while covering with a towel and moved to the next room where I guess we shower and I was glad for it, I was so dirty.

It is nice that we don't sit in the bath dirty, I tried to not look around and hoped no one else did.

After the shower I walked through big glass doors and into the most amazing area, a big pond like steamy bath, the smell was strange and the air felt like sauna. A big wall surrounded as I could see the top was wide open, some trees above us and I loved how it was outside.

I almost walked into the water in my towel as they put theirs on their heads when they looked at me funny as I stood confused.

"Don't get it wet." I nodded awkwardly and put the towel on the side as I walked in completely naked and did not look to see if someone was looking at me. I moved until it was just my head out of the water and picked a good spot to soak. Everyone was near to each other but slightly apart. There was Kya, the frail sister, the old lady and the pretty girl.

I feel bad I still don't know there names.

We talked about everything like women, making jokes about the guy's from the drunk man to the husband's silly moments. They asked me about jewelry ideas and I guess our time is almost up as we are so close to where we were heading.

We are heading to a big festival where many caravan's set up and it is such a big deal people come from miles.

I had fun as I laughed so much but not to long the frail women and the old lady left as Kya leaned back with her eye's closed, almost looked asleep. I started floating in the water, it was so nice but starting to get overheated.

Mrs flirt came my way as I smiled at her but surprised as she has not said one word to me.

"So your team mates, are they single?"

Ohh.

"I don't know." I smiled. "This is our first mission and I never asked."

She made a face. "Hayashi is so pretty But kuro is so cool." She said wistfully, I just made a noise in agreement but I could not help and really picture them, they are hot men.

"I think if u go after Hayashi u need to make your moves a bit more obvious." I joked, she smiled and agreed.

"He is a little oblivious huh?"

"Only when it comes with flirting." We laughed a little.

"So you guys don't know each other well?"

"Other then this mission, most I know is that Kuro kicked me off cliff once."

She made a face. "Damn he just got hotter, I was gonna say you are lucky to be a team with them."

We sat there in awkward silence for a moment. "Well." She said as she moved to the edge and climbed out. "See you Abina." She said and walked off with no towel. I did not mean to look but I could not help to notice how hot she was, she can get anyone, I wanna be that okay with my body.

I just floated happy when Kya jumped up making a noise startling me, she spun a bit looking around. I guess she fell sleep making me laugh. "Oh, I better get out of here." She spoke with humor making me laugh but I noticed how sleepy I was also but I needed this.

I waited until she was gone before I got out feeling free as I walked around naked to air dry when I noticed the only clothes I brought were just my dirty ones. I made my way to the room and I was alone as I changed into clean non bloody clothes, pulled out the yoga mat they call a futon and passed out right away.

I had the deepest sleep when I woke up alone, looking around there was nothing, no guy's, none of their stuff and I could not see any chakra. The sun was high in the sky and I jumped up worried as I grabbed my things. Once I came down some stairs I heard them as I peered into a dinning room.

They were all sitting on their knees around a big table filled with food.

"Ava." A couple people called to me.

Everyone was happy to see me, I was also happy to see them. Hayashi waved me over to sit beside him at the end of the table. A couple people were looking at me laughing, I gave them a confused face.

"Nice hair." Kuro silky voice had a touch of amusement in it. Oh.

I smiled shyly, patting it down. I was in such a rush I did not hit up a bathroom, so I excused myself for one.

I sat down next to Hayashi as he had already made me a plate with many different foods. I was glad to see they were not close to down eating as I tried some things I never had before. I would see the flirty girls eye's move between my team but I did not care.

The old lady was talking Hayashi's ear off while Hayashi continued to put things on my plate, I thanked him a few time for putting food there, I might have said it to much.

The angry man was across from me complaining about how they did not have some kind of sauce to dip stuff in and anything else he could talk about. His sister next to him just nodding away, she was always so quiet.

"You would want some soy and ginger dipping sauce right." I looked up from my food, angry guy was looking directly at me.

I looked around, making sure he asked me. "I, I don't know what that is." He looked at me like a grew two heads, moving his hand in a way to dismiss me and asked Hayashi instead. He just made a kind smile and agreed, I was unsure if he meant it or was just trying not to start a rant But it did not help, he ranted anyway.

I listened a little bit but all I could see was this vain on his head pulsate, for some reason it bugged me deeply, so I just looked back at my food.

I was singing a song to myself at the back of the caravan. The tree's got smaller making me sweat more as the sun bore down on us. I picked a few leaves bored and started to stick them on my arms sticking it there with chakra. Wondering how many I could hold in different places.

It was stupid but fun, it was hard at first and I chuckled when they fell but I was able to hold two.

Hayashi noticed and moved next to me looking curious and he grabbed some and stuck it to himself but one fell off and that made me smile.

"Harder then you think, eh?"

"Eh?"

I giggled. "That's just a little bit of home coming out." He looked at me with a question in his eyes he never voiced it as we payed attention to our leaves.

"It is funny when your voice pronounces things a little strangely."

"I have an accent?"

He looked at me. "What's an accent?" I just looked at him, not knowing what to say.

I just shook my head as Kuro looked back a few time's but the flirty girl pulled most of his attention, he was probably worried because last time he came beside me we ran into bandits.

I got three to stay and he only had two making me smirk at him with a bit of cockiness but he just smiled. "Eat it up."

"Ha." I laughed.

It was nice to have someone back here with me.

He put three more on my other arm. "Try this." I made sure the ones I had stayed before I tried to get the other three.

I watched as one floated away with a frown but I did get the other two. "Ha, four." I smiled and saw he also had gotten four. "Aw." I mumbled.

Now he looked at me the same way I looked at him. "Eat it up." I joked making him laugh lightly, we just played with the leaves for a bit before he moved back to his post.

After even more boring walking I pulled out a Kunai and just spun it in my hand. I was getting better as wielding these things and could spin it with speed.

I was now in the zone for setting up camp, got it down.

I watched the older women cook a bunch of meat and the smell was making me so hungry I could not wait to eat it. By the sounds of things this is the last night we will spend together. I was sitting next to Kuro as a bug crawled up my leg and I swatted it making Kuro jump a little, it felt slightly out of place to me but I let it go.

I stared at the sky as I ate, looking for any of the ones I once knew even if I know I will never see them. I voiced it to Kuro mindlessly but he just Hmmd and that was it.

We watched flirty girl almost sit on top of Hayashi and leaned in and said. "I'm cold." with a small flirt, her face inches from his. Hayashi stood up kindly and put another piece of wood on the fire before taking a seat in a more open spot completely missing the point she was trying to make.

The look on her face was priceless making me hold back a laugh and share a glance with Kuro as he saw it also as a small noise came out of me. We tried not to laugh and just finished our food.

I wished the girl would pick one as she sat her bedding between Kuro and Hayashi as I placed mine a little farther from the group. I got comfertable and closed my eye's trying to sleep.

I was shaken awake I sat up fast and almost bashed my head against Kuros.

He moved out of the way in time but he glared at me, I shyly smiled.

Standing up he walked away, with one more glare back to me and I jumped up to a branch to sit on. I sat there swinging my legs on both side's of the branch wide awake when I decided to try and climb a tree like they do. My biggest wish was to hang upside down and I figured that would be the hardest.

Quietly I started to stick myself to the tree before turning completely sideways and it was hard as it used muscles I never knew I had but it made so happy I could do it. I just moved up and down before I tried hanging upside down but this was easier then sideways as gravity took me.

Hanging there I felt like a bat.

I was not used to being upside down so the blood going to my head was uncomfortable.

I would sit back up and then fall forward with my feet stuck to the tree. Chakra is something else. Being up so high made it more exciting when I would fall forward, I have to thank Kuro for not being afraid of heights anymore.

Hanging upside down from the tree made me feel badass, I pulled out kunai and tossed them at a tree but it scared some kind of small animal, startling me when it ran down and away that I dropped from my branch.

I was able to grab one below me with chakra, I looked around, no one saw that, good. "So badass." I mumbled sarcastically to myself as I picked up my kunai and quietly jumped back to the tree above the sleeping people to sit back down and watch.
