I sat on my couch sad and exhausted. I started to pull out all the crap in my scroll, tossing the clothes and blanket in the corner to deal with later. I put that strange book on the counter along with my silly stuffed animal, picture and key chain making me need a small shelf.
I looked at the picture of me and Hayashi sadly and slid it under the book. I thought he was a friend and teammate not a spy. I thought he wanted to get to now me as a person but I guess not. Will I still be teamed with him or was it a watch the alien fight type of situation.
With a sad yawn I flopped into my bed and my mood elevated at the fact it was so comfortable, I missed my bed. Sadly with my eye's closed I could see many chakra's just moving around all mixed annoying me slightly, it is stronger for some reason.
I stretched awake happy to be in a soft bed. I moved to make real coffee in a real coffee maker, then I just sat in my window and looked out at the moving town. Without the looks, it was nice to be back. Unsure what to do today I decided to finally check out the library, maybe there is a good jutsu or something, I need to get stronger.
As I casually made my way there I noticed many strange kids wearing different headbands. Some looked rough and scary glaring at everyone around them. They gave me attitude when I looked at them but it was not that look.
I had forgotten where I saw it and it took a bit of a walk to find it again. The doors were heavy as I opened them, the smell of old books wafted in my nose. This time there was two dressed up leaf guards here. They saw my symbol and went back to reading whatever they were reading and I moved mindlessly unsure where to go.
I found that thing library's used to have in my world. I have used a computer for so long I forgot how to use it. I shifted through the small boxes looking for anything on water jutsu. I found something and moved to the section as I walked silently enjoying the quietness of this place and passed a few people nose deep in books, some surrounded by many as I walked up the stairs, this place is so big.
I finally found the section as I looked around and noticed there was nothing advanced just basics but I guess it makes sense why put something so important in an open place, oh that is why they had guards all the strangers walking around.
I can be slow sometimes.
I scanned useless scrolls enjoying the need to unroll them, most was just information I already knew when I finally found a jutsu.
Water Mirror Technique. It was simple and might be useful. A simple jutsu that allows the user to turn a quantity of water as small as a drop or as large as a small puddle into a mirrored surface.
It was a simple hand sign and I wanted to try it, unsure if I can take it home I moved to find the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but had that smell as I moved to an empty wall. Turning on the tap water I tried spreading it on the wall. After a few fails I got it down as I smiled into my mirror like a crazy person as I made it bigger.
When the door was busted open by a front door guard, kunai in his hand startling me as he looked around. "What is going on?"
"I was just trying out this jutsu." I held the scroll up to him. "Unsure if I could take it home." My eyes big and worry in my heart. He walked closer and pulled it from my hand before looking behind me at my mirror, he nodded and walked away.
"Good thing I'm in a bathroom." I mumbled to myself as a joke, I dropped my chakra as the water splashed to the ground making me grimace at the fact that is now someone else's problem and walked back to my table. I will try it again at home.
Scanning for more but I could not find anything as I ended up staring at the shelf sadly when a pink haired kid walked by and stared at me. She looked curious before she asked. "Are you looking for water jutsu?" She carried so many books her face was almost covered.
I nodded. "I only found one."
"The good ones wont be here, just useless things, you need a teacher." She shuffled her books.
"Do you need help with that?" She nodded and I grabbed the top books and followed her to me empty table her eyes on my tattoo.
"You are the strange girl I heard someone talk about right?" She did not seem uncomfortable but curious making me nod.
"So what are you looking for?" I asked, she had so many books.
"The Chunin exams are here and I am gonna be in it, I need to read."
"The chunin exams?" She did not look at me like I was dumb and just answered me kindly. "Ya I wont do that, I can barely be a genin." I laughed with my hand behind my head.
"Ya I am nervous, my team mates are so much stronger then me."
"I get that, don't want to let them down." She gave a small smile and agreed when I finally introduced myself, her name was Sakura and it suits her.
"Do you know of anyone here with good water jutsu?"
"Well my teacher is pretty good at everything, so maybe him." I nodded. "His name is Kakashi."
"I know that name, where do I know that name?" I looked up trying to remember but I doubt I could ask some strange man to teach me.
"But the exams are in a couple days, I don't think he is free." I nodded again feeling relief so I did not have to ask.
"Well maybe one day." I thanked her for her help and started to head out the door and she nodded sitting down with a 'bye' I hope she does well.
The guard from the bathroom looked me over as I left deciding to do some shopping, I could use some things.
I sat on the floor giggling at the Ikea style shelf I was building.
I started to stack in all the books and the stuff from my first mission, staring at it I was proud. Hmm I wonder what book guy is up to? I stared at the books he gave me.
Been a while since I thought of him.
What was his name?
I shrugged and looked at my newest book on the shelf, I want to read it but it just was not the time, not feeling it.
I moved and started a mirror between my counter and front door and just made it bigger and bigger until it was a full body mirror, finding this kind of cool.
I got a good look at me for the first time in a while, I was thinner, had more muscle and a very nice tan, however my arm mesh gave me a weird line. I fixed my hair adjusted my chest and stared at my eye's when I was done.
Now what?
I let the chakra go and it fell to the ground making the biggest puddle, sighing I grabbed my dirty blanket and tossed it over the water and left it there. It may not be useful mid fight but I learned a new jutsu and that was awesome.
When I had a plan.
Peering into the oven I took a look at my pizza, it took a while to find everything I needed and had to make my own sauce but glad to know they have dough for sale. I always sucked at making pizza myself, I would burn and also have it not cooked so I cooked some dough halfway before I put on the ingredients.
Pulling it out it looked and smelled perfect as I grabbed my knife when I felt something making me spin, knife in hand.
Kuro was standing in front of my window and gave a weird glance between me and my knife making me smile and spin to cut my pizza.
"That smells great." Hearing his silky voice was nice as he walked closer.
"Pizza, I made my own, do we have a mission?" I asked.
"No." That made my heart happy that he came by just to come by as he was slightly behind me peering over my shoulder. "So this is what you talked about?" A little to close making me nod.
"I suck at it but I tried, it is not as good as it could be but." I handed him a hot slice and grabbed one of my own, it was to hot but fuck it and I took a bite. "Mmm, I missed this!"
He gave me a glance before he took a small bite, he was his cool self but he seemed to love it and started to down it quickly and grabbed a second slice.
"I see why you missed it." He mumbled with his mouth full, I smiled while I grabbed a second slice.
"Normally I put other toppings but I just went simple." He just looked at me and ate more of his slice.
I moved and started to make a new mirror. "Look what I learned." I smiled at him but he looked unimpressed, to him it was nothing but it still made me smile as I let it drop onto my blanket and that made him slightly amused at my mess.
He grabbed another slice and moved to look at my new bookshelf as he picked some up and put them back. He made a noise at the children's version of taijutsu making me giggle and then picked up my new one.
"I found that one at the festival, I wanted to see something, I have yet to read it." I spoke with a full mouth as I leaned on my counter and he nodded, unsure if he understands why I bought it.
I looked around for something to entertain my guest with, an urge to have some playing cards when he asked if I wanted to train with him and that sounded good to me so I nodded. He grabbed the last slice and jumped out my window as I followed, smile on my face.
We just did a lot of taijutsu sparring, It was so helpful. He did not go full out but bad enough he hurt me a lot. Even if I did not get better at fighting, I got better at taking it.
He also showed me how to use Shuriken, I held on to them for so long and I did not know how to throw them safely.
He was a brutal teacher but his methods worked.
Kuro told me I am a leaf village secret to not say where I am from to anyone else or anyone in general, he was also a very paranoid person but there must be a reason so I agreed. Honestly being a secret made me feel better, like I was worth something for the first time here.
I trusted Kuro, Lately the only one I do and I hope, so deeply I am not wrong.
I stepped out of my shower and made a large mirror, I have not seen me naked in so long. I noticed I was covered in bruises, all in the places my clothes would sit making me wonder if he did that on purpose. I wrapped the large towel around me sure I am no longer being watched but I wont walk naked just in case.
I heard some loud noises out my window, peering out there was a bunch of early teens from different places fighting each other with words, uncaring I moved from the window before they saw me and went to dress.
When I paused and looked at the drawer I put my phone, Kuro's voice in my head.
Should I hide it?
It is dead but if revived could be something worth fighting over also it is filled with texts, pics, music and memory's and I don't want that gone. I grabbed it like nothing was wrong and moved into my bedroom shutting my door. I looked around for a safe place when I found a weak board my one bed lag sat on as I moved it and found out there was a small space under it.
I know it was a dumb spot but it was the best I could do as if I was being watched there was a chance no one was watching in here while I changed as I slid my bed back.
I moved getting a coffee and smoke and sat in my window like nothing was different.
I went for my morning run noticing I had more stamina after that mission, wanting to increase my speed I focused on that. I passed by random and strange kids filling the training zones so I just ran by and tried to not bother them. I did notice about half had an adult with them.
After my run I ran to the ramen place, the smell was always so great and sat down alone.
I was about to order pork again, someday I will try something new.
When he asked what I wanted I remembered home. I would always say that but I ended up getting stuff I knew I already liked and now I can't.
"Surprise me, anything but pork." He gave me his happy smile. I looked at the pretty girl that was working with him today, I could see the resemblance must be a daughter or something. The faces were similar she had beautiful brown hair tied up with a white bandanna she also looked like a happy person.
He slid a bowl. "Beef." He spoke as I nodded saying thank you as I took a sip. "That is not how you eat that" I looked over, It was the orange boy.
I smiled at this kid as I know who he was and many talked about him. "Really? How do you eat it?" He then started to explain how making me laugh inside that I ate ramen wrong but I know the right way now as I offered my name and watched him down Miso pork so fast.
His second bowl was already made. He spoke happily with so much energy. Once I got him talking he did not stop, I guess he was also going to be in the Chunin exams and he was taking a break from training.
He said he did not want to let his teammates down and how he was gonna be Hokage someday, so he had to win this.
I can see why Iruka liked him, there was something about him. He had one more bowl before I was done mine. "Naruto." I heard a familiar voice Looking up and Iruka was pulling back the paper. He then saw me. "Ava." He seemed happy to see me. He took the seat in the middle between us making my heart happy.
He asked Naruto about his training and the exams, the kid happily repeated it all again he was so excited.
I gave money to the ramen guy and was about to leave when he looked at me with a smile. "How was your first mission?"
I just said. "Fine." With a smile, I did not want to get in a long chat about it.
"First mission?" Naruto asked his eyes squinting in confusion. "But your so old." I laughed while Iruka scolded him. Kuro's voice in my head I did not say what I would have said about me being the alien. I just put my hand behind my head and agreed with him.
Iruka looked at me like he noticed something but I don't know what. I just smiled at him. "It was nice to see you again Iruka, we should get a coffee sometime." He nodded. "Nice to meet you Naruto."
"Bye." He said with a mouth full of noodles.
Walking away, I heard Naruto ask. "Is she your girlfriend?" Rolling the word girlfriend on his tongue, I smiled as Iruka yelled at him again.
I walked into the weapons shop when I remembered what we had talked about. I saw his chakra in the back as I peered into the dark corner but I could not see him, he walked out slowly with so much creep it bothered me. He walked slowly and stared at me. "Dude, you are being creepy." I said lightheartedly.
I smirked as he looked me over like a creepy villain on a children's show before he moved to the area with needles and picked something up as I moved next to him. They were tiny little things, just balls of spikes, I looked up at him, confused.
"Makibishi spikes." I just nodded at him. "Get a bunch, throw them on the ground spread out, makes you harder to get to." I think I understood, that is the weapon for me? It is so, uncool.
I nodded and picked one up, they were light small but so sharp.
If he thinks it works for me I will trust him and I smiled. "Then I will take some." He nodded and stuck out his hand and I went to grab my money but he gave me a look and pointed to my pack on my leg. "Oh!" I pulled it off and handed it over.
He looked annoyed when he saw my kunai, I understood why, dulled and used.
He filled it up with fresh sharp kunai and put in the spikes. He looked at my unused Shuriken and then made another tisk sound. I felt embarrassed, I gave him an awkward laugh payed for it and thanked him. "See you later."
Strolling through the village I was thinking about going to do some training when a shiver went down my spine and a feeling of pure terror hit me. It made me stop and look around, pushing my fear down I looked behind me. Three small ninja's walked by, a pretty blonde with a walk of purpose and a giant fan on her back, a strange boy, in some kind of cat outfit, with face paint and some weird looking wrapped thing on his back but it was the third one. He had red hair a tattoo on his face and a gourd on his back. He was the one giving me shivers, he walked by and looked at me as I was staring at him.
We locked eyes, and the fear got stronger.
I looked away like nothing was wrong, hopefully not showing anything on my face. His dark eyes were even creepier.
There is something wrong there, He was from I think the land of wind not being the best at knowing the symbols just yet. Not knowing what to do, I decided to go find some food I'm sure if I saw that there was something wrong everyone else did.
I also just wanted to get far away from him.
I actually ran up the cliffside heads, feeling proud as I watched over the village. This place is always like mid summer, rain is rare and the sky so clear. I wonder if they have seasons? But by the look of the doors and windows I don't think this place gets snow.
"There you are." Kuro spoke as he landed next to me.
"Mission?" He nodded looking out over the village like me. I then followed him down the cliff jumping where he jumped and we walked to the Hokage tower. Hayashi was inside waiting on us as he smiled at me and I smiled back to be polite but my heart felt sad again seeing his face.
We are being sent to investigate an area that is a few hours away to the east. People living nearby have been hearing noises but every time someone tries to look something weird happens so they asked for ninjas. No one has been hurt so it was a D rank mission.
I fixed my weapons and packed my scroll of things I may not even need still amazed that I can fit anything in here like it grows the more I put. I was early and to avoid looks at the gate I took a stroll through town. I did notice all the strange kids were gone. I guess the exams started and I heard they lasted days.
I hope Naruto and that pink girl does well.
I leaned on a store a few feet from the gate and just watched it when I saw Hayashi come and lean next to me. "Hey." I mumbled and looked over at him as he smiled at me.
"You got everything you need?" He asked
"I think so." We just stood there in silence.
When I pulled out my smokes and lighter but my lighter would not light as I shook it when he made a small hand sign and lit it with a flame from his finger. "That is useful." I mumbled around my smoke. "Thank you." Giving him a genuine smile.
Running in tree's was the most wonderful feeling, trusting your body to land on every branch at such speed that it just makes one feel so free. We will be running for a short time as the town was not to far away. We showed up hours before sunset and I got a look of a normal village here.
It was small but lively and quaint with kids running around. The homes were colorful even if they were small. We passed only one store you could eat in but it looked and smelt good. It was a nice place to be, a happy environment but so much smaller then I would ever have thought.
Finding the man we needed to talk to. He was an older man with gray shaggy hair his eyes were light shade of brown that held a lot of wisdom in his eyes, he walked proudly like he was an important man.
He told us what we were looking for and the direction it was in and pointed to a small mountain Covered in trees. At night they heard horrible sounds, every time someone went near the place to see, they would get dizzy or confused and sometimes passed out.
We moved for a good look and stood alone. "Now or wait until night?" I asked so curious as we heard nothing and I was worried what it sounded like.
Kuro looked. "We should try and check it out now." I nodded.
We moved into the small forest and moved up the mountain but nothing was out of place, we were not dizzy or confused and there was no trail there was absolutely nothing it was just a normal forest.
"I guess we have to come at night." Hayashi said
"At least then we can follow the sound." Kuro spoke. Since it was still light out we just went back to the town.
We went to eat as we waited for dark, a few people looked happy to see us and others looked scared. A few kids asked us about what being a ninja was like. They don't see many here I guess, this world has more normal people then ninja's. I tried to imagine what it was like to live in a world like that as my normal self.
My eye's were pulled away as a girl around our age with the most beautiful long blue hair and striking green eyes walked into the restaurant but what got me was how she had issues with her legs and used sticks to help her walk. You could tell she was sick but she looked so kind.
I was curious what was wrong with her, I had yet to see someone truly sick in this place but that is not something you just ask.
When the sun was gonna be setting soon the people changed, most went home and shut there windows and doors, people looked scared.
"What sound is that bad?" I asked quietly to Kuro, he just watched them clear out.
"Ya I'm curious." Hayashi spoke.
They closed down the restaurant so we stood just outside of the town and waited, watching the sun set was beautiful. We just waited on edge and it felt like forever. "I don't hear anything, not even a cricket." Hayashi mentioned.
"Ya it is way to quiet." I spoke.
Kuro just made a noise.
It started, at first it was a low whine and then it got louder, while other noises joined in. It sounded like a bunch of different things, some were so high pitched, others a lower hmm.
It was so, painful, that is the only word I had for it.
It made me shiver, I looked over to the boys. Hayashi had the same look as me, Kuro was still unreadable. He nodded and we started to follow the noise.
The sounds got louder as we got closer and it hurt my heart but I don't know why when I started to feel something weak, unsure what it was. It was not like that rock guy or even a person, I could see nothing just a small pull, must be in my head.
I almost tripped over a branch as we moved towards the sound, we just ran and ran as the sound came from every direction. Kuro grabbed his head, Hayashi looked confused and I tripped over a branch.
We continued to run, Kuro grabbed his head, Hayashi looked confused and I tripped over a branch.
That happened one more time before I noticed something was wrong. My mind was so fuzzy, I forgot again until I tripped one more time.
I shoved my chakra into the tiny pull and it was like a haze left my head and I stood there getting my bearings as they looked back at me.
"Genjutsu." Hayashi spoke.
"Oh so that is what it is like." I mumbled.
"We are dealing with a ninja." Hayashi looked around as the loud noise was still around us but at least we were no longer confused. We turned and moved to follow the sound again when I felt the pull again but this time I shoved it away before it really got set making Hayashi glance back at me, now you have something else to tell them, I thought bitterly.
We came to a cave with a small opening and paused on a branch. There a tiny bit of light inside as it seemed to curve out of view. The sound was piercingly loud, I guess we found what we were looking for.
They both looked at me, What, Looking at them slightly puzzled, ohh.
I shut my eyes. "There is nothing." Looking at them with worry. "What do we do?" I asked.
Kuro looked at me. "you, me inside, Hayashi stand guard." He nodded and jumped to a different tree, finding a better spot.
Once we got inside the noise was bouncing off the walls, it was incredibly loud we walked down the small cave and came into a big room. It was lit well with lights and a sight I wish I did not have to see. Cages of animals, big and small, they were cut up, patches of fur missing and a couple looked dead, the biggest was a hungry wolf.
A small bunny had tubes in it and there was a big table covered in blood and a chemistry set.
The animals crying in pain, I put my hand over my mouth and closed my eyes. "Oh my." When I looked over at kuro, his face was calm and collected but his eyes gave a little sadness. The animals saw us, most got louder in fear from us being there.
"We have to help them." I almost yelled as I ran over to the wolf, so skinny like it never ate covered in feces. "What do we do?" The poor thing stuck himself to the other side of the cage in fear. I opened it, I tried to coax it out and it just did not move. "Who would do this?"
"I would." Kuro said to me, I turned around he was looking at me, his eyes scaring the shit out of me. He had his swords out. "Now it is your time to be caged." He came towards me.
"What the fuck." I walked backwards slowly running out of room. He did not attack but he was very threatening, I was so scared.
Not sure what to do I called out for Hayashi, nothing happened, where is he? I called again as I backed up. "What are you doing?" I spoke to Kuro as I tripped over the bunny's cage and I closed my eye's to find Hayashi when I could feel it all around me.
What is that, there is chakra in the air, it was everywhere. Genjutsu? I can see it?
I breathed in and calmed down remembering what I knew about it. This Kuro can not hurt me, he is nothing but a fake visual as I focused and pushed my chakra into the air and tried to push it away, it was harder this time but I got it cleared away and looked around as I was alone in here.
"Where is the real kuro?"
I looked down and I did trip over the bunny cage, I apologized to it and ran off, kuro may be in his own. I went looking for him when heard a noise, it was hard to hear passed the cry's of the poor animals after looking around a bit I got closer and my sense kicked in.
I found three, surrounded by a mist.
There was Kuro and Hayashi fighting each other but mostly just yelling even if a few weapon laid on the ground, as bad as the situation was, I almost wanted to laugh.
Some of the insults were so funny. "You are so useless with woman, one would come straddling you and you would think they just wanted to be friends." Kuro smirked at his joke.
"You think your so cool but I saw you singing and dancing in the bathhouse." The last one made me delighted, Something I was so glad to know about.
I saw the guy standing off the the side eyes closed in focus, hands in a sign, I guess it takes a bit to keep both of them.
I had to get in closer as I stood in the middle between the three of them, the man not seeing me and I focused and pushed it away but it was strong and took a second.
They stood there for a moment before turning on him.
The thing that shocked me was once it was broken he screamed a little and ran off.
We all just stood there in confusion. "Do I go after him?" Kuro asked humorously looking back at us, this time I laughed out loud before covering my mouth, it is a bad situation don't laugh.
Shrugging he ran after him and I moved to follow but it did not take long to catch up as he ran like a regular person, he turned in fear and did the hand signs to confuse us again but the boy's broke themselves out and we just circled around him, this guy was not dangerous but I had hate in my heart for what he is doing to the animals.
Once he saw he could not do anything, he dropped to the ground on his knees. "I just want to save her." He almost started crying. Looking at this sad guy, we all slowly put away our weapons.
He told us the sad story.
He is in love with the Broken blue girl from the town.
He has looked everywhere, from herbs, to healing ninjas. She got sick a few years ago and has slowly gotten worse. He then looked into finding something himself, when he started to set up the cave, people would come by, so he taught himself Genjutsu to keep them away.
She was getting so much worse lately, so every night he tries something else knowing she does not have long. Using the animals was the only thing he could do. Having to make the animals sick first and then trying to heal them, so the past month he has gathered more and more. I was angry but I also understood.
"Is it working, are you close?" I asked a little defensively, we all watched for his answer.
He looked between us. "No." His voice cracked. "Not at all, but I had to try." Some tears falling out of his eyes.
I suck at advice, I did not know what to say, this is not something I know anything about. "Maybe you should just spend time with her." It slipped out as we both looked at the ground. We chatted about it a bit before we all headed back to the cave, walking in the wolf was gone as happy I am he is free, sad as he needs some aid.
Since this did not work we made him set the animals free, we let the ones that could make it alone run off and tried to first aid some others, sadly some were in to bad of shape. I moved between hating this man and feeling bad for him.
Hayashi was skilled at fixing them up and they liked him, he had a knack.
We may not be real friends but I am glad he is my teammate.
We decided not to tell people about what he did unless he wanted us too but by morning we completed our mission.
On our way back to town I looked at this man, unsure if he was mad we foiled his plan. He may or may not start up again, I mean he wants to save her. Because he was slow we made it back to town after sunrise and some people were awake and around we moved to get breakfast, I was sluggish as we have been up all night but happy to get some coffee.
The man thanked us and Hayashi said if it ever happens again to send a note and we will come back for free.
He was happy to hear that but also a little confused since we did not say what the noises were.
We ran home and I loved the early morning forest as we moved faster and faster boosting my speed as I smiled.
I stretched as I walked into my kitchen, the morning sun gleaming on my wall.
Making some coffee I looked over at the picture of Hayashi and me making me smile, I am over it when my eye's landed on my new book. I grabbed it with coffee and flopped on my couch.
I was pulled into the world the writer made and the romance was cute and intriguing but I perked up at everything I once knew. I started to get shivers when things were almost the same even if there was also many differences.
The many cars seemed slightly more futuristic, all electric and auto drive. The city described was filled with t.v's on buildings showing adds, the place lit with many lights. Mostly all high rise buildings but also filled with many tree's, plants and open community gardens.
My small city had many trees but the sounds of the book is they planted them wherever they could go.
It was just a romance and did not tell me the city or even the country let alone anything they did not personally get through but wherever they lived it rained a lot and was slightly cold.
But when they walked into a Starbucks I lost my shit and I paused and looked at the cover again, my eye's scanned the writers name and I was startled it was jack Daniels, the booze?
I just stared stunned.
You write a book about home and that is your pen name? I smiled, I am not alone.
I did not finish I just jumped up and left, book in hand.
I ran to the local store and walked in with purpose, I got a hold of my energy and acted like this does not matter. The guy at the counter looked up for a moment, he did not give me the look everyone does, so I walked over slowly and asked. "Do you know this author?" He looked up and kindly took the book away, while looking all over it.
"I have never even seen this before." I nodded.
He gave a look as he handed it back, like it was not a book he would ever read.
I decided to look around for this exact book or one like it, I was there for about an hour before I gave up, nothing.
I left with my book I walked back to my home like I did not hold some book about my home. I am not alone, maybe he knows how to get back or how I got here and I don't think we are from the same time zone, what is up with that?
A part of me was curious if that was the future.
They did not seem to have robots even if we had alexa and almost had sex bots, so I heard. I just went home and finished reading it, a few other things said future but also had a lot of things that seemed the same. It did say they texted but never explained how the phones looked so I was not sure if they were anything like mine.
A piece of Kuro was floating in me as I thought about this book.
I was getting slightly paranoid, pushing the feeling away I just put it back on my shelf, even if I should hide it might be better to hide it in plain sight, no one knows it is my world.
I was not sure if it was a good or bad thing let alone what people here might think or do if they knew it was real but the guy who wrote it did not care, then again he made it fiction. Maybe Kuro is just changing me as I noticed it was getting late, I had been reading all day, I went for my nightly run.
Do I tell anyone? How do I find him, is he a ninja? He must have chakra to be alive.
