I sat on my couch messing with a bowl of water on the coffee table. I wonder how that man did the bullet's or even the water sword. It took a bit but I noticed I could cover my hand in water like reverse water walking, I stared at it wondering what on earth I could do with it.

I tried to shoot bullets but it just dropped off my fingers like a rain drop and fell to the floor.

Forcing it more it did nothing again but make a puddle.

I tried for hours and came to the conclusion I need a real person to help me. I did start to realize I can move it easy around my hand but only if it touched me. Maybe I can do something with this. Pulling out a kunai I poked at it but it easily moved through it so it did not block well.

I guess the first thing to do is learn how to move it around flawlessly and find a use from there.

I leaned back with a sigh wishing for someone to teach me something.

I slowly ate some ramen hoping Iruka would show up as I have not seen him in a while and maybe he can help me. unsure if I can just go find him and ask him.

Some ninja's stood a bit away talking about me pulling my focus.

"I heard she comes from a weak world." A male spoke making me sad, may be weak but you don't know the joys.

"I don't think she should be able to just go around our town." I heard a female say.

"Ya but she is not a threat, she is simple." The male said back.

The cook and his daughter looked over at me with sadness. "I heard she can't even throw Kunai right." the female spoke with annoyance as I stared sadly at my food.

"But she is good against genjutsu." My brows furrowed at that one. Maybe it is good I am weak, what happens if I get decent, will I be in trouble? The Hokage seems nice to me, I mean he made sure I can learn.

"I hear she is afraid to fight, wont hurt anyone." Hey how is that bad?

"She is rude ignores everyone." That is just not true.

Feeling a bit mad, I payed for my meal and stood up, ignores everyone.

I walked up to them calmly. "I drink a pot of coffee every morning." They looked at me shocked, I guess surprised I heard them. "I know how to snowboard and I used to be deathly afraid of elevators" I turned and jumped away, from roof to roof in no real direction. That was the kindest way I could tell them to fuck off.

A part of me happy that the last one would confuse them greatly.

I found myself in a training zone so I just tossed around some Kunai, they had a point.

I tried to cover a kunai with water just to see what would happen but the second it left my hand it just dropped to the ground. Curious I moved chakra into the blade unsure if I did it right and tossed it at the tree. It went in hilt deep.

I wonder if the chakra stays on it or just boosts the throw?

I tried to cover it in more chakra but it did nothing different from before. Unsure how to move chakra out of my body, like my clones.

What is the difference?

Hand signs.

That man did not use any.

I flopped down feeling weak, I need a real teacher.

I just headed home Feeling sad and useless I grabbed the first icha book and sat on my couch to distract myself. I woke up come early morning, the book on the floor and drool down my face. Sitting up my place was a mess and so was I.

I hopped in the shower.

The headache starting early as I watched chakra's just run around and tried to ignore seeing them all.

I stared at the water as it rolled over my arms as I tried to grab it and hold it to me on my right arm. It stuck as the water then just pored over it like it was my skin. "Interesting." Sticking my second arm into the water I tried to cover that one also but when I focused on that arm I lost water from the first.

I started to try and move it around and I noticed I could. The water ran cold making me wonder how long I was in here for before I got out.

I quietly sang a song from home as I did my dishes as I slightly danced singing louder. I stopped dancing. "I miss music." feeling homesick.

"Don't stop." Startling me, looking over it was Kuro sitting in my window.

"How did I not see you." He walked into the room.

"Song from home?" His silky voice making me smile.

"Ya, do u guys have any good music here?"

"I don't listen to much music."

I nodded as I finished my dishes. "what's up?" Wondering if he was here for a reason.

"I came to see if you wanted to spar."

"Sure mr. pain I am up for a brutal beating." He smirked at me, I finished up and followed him to an open area.

My whole body ached as I tried to breath, since we paused I asked if he knew how to make the water bullet's or sword. He does not know and he does not know someone who does. Maybe I am barking up the wrong tree. He also told me strong ninja's can do jutsu without many or even any hand signs but everyone starts with having to.

This time I tossed spikes on the ground as he beat me with taijutsu. I was getting better as avoiding them aswell.

I was playing a videogame in my apartment with one small lamp on when the world started to shake. I stood up as it got worse, I have never been in an earthquake before as I panicked unsure what to do. It stopped making me breath but then a bigger one hit.

I stood between a door frame as I heard that helps.

That was when my computer shot out sparks. I watched it burn up my wall as I stared in panic. They came my way as I grabbed my wallet and phone and headed to the door but the burn marks were faster and were catching up. That was when I fell into a black hole, red clouds would flash around me as I was barreling towards a bright orange ground.

That was when a black hole opened up and I fell through it, I fell into the giant trees moving at massive speeds.

I sat up straight breathing heavily covered in sweat as I looked round my small bedroom in panic and then started to calm down.

"What a strange dream." I could not remember how I got here but I think I was in a earthquake, it was real like it happened but it could be just a dream. I slowly stood up from my bed as I watched chakra's making me feel calmer knowing they were and I made a pot of coffee as I went over my dream again and again, why can't I remember what happened.

I was found with black hair when he found me. I could have been electrocuted or in a fire but I doubt I fell through red clouds and basically skydived without a pack into the forest, that seems a bit to crazy even for this world. What bothered me was the orange hole it gave me a bad feeling, it was what the fear that still sat in my heart was about.

Sitting in my window calmed me down as I watched the sunrise chain smoking with good coffee. I felt like I was home.

I never felt that way where I used to live but I moved a lot for many different reasons, got to the point I stopped repainting the homes and some boxes never even got put away. I would move basically every year, a couple times I only lasted about 6 months.

I just thought of my world.

Once I was very outgoing, My friends and I we did lots of things, hung out like everyday and then one day I started hiding inside. All my relationships faded. I barley talked to anyone I was kind of a hermit. I had recently lost my dog and left an asshole who made me feel like I was worthless. Unsure why I was with that dick for so long so near the end all I did was play video games and my crappy waitress job.

It is a new start here but I do miss amazon and netflix.

I stared at my tattoo making me wonder what all I forgot about, what has left my mind? I try to not think of home much but something about being here is wonderful even if everyone hates me. I smiled as I looked back at the sunrise, thinking about that book I found, so many questions floated in my head.

I found my way to a decent looking bar, I found a table no one was sitting it in a dark corner and slowly sipped the beer like drink and slowly ate some bar food. This seems to be a pure ninja bar as they all wore the band. I tried not to look at people so that I would not see that look.

A small plate of dango landed in front of me as the purple haired women sat next to me with her own drink and plate. I gave a smile and pulled it closer to me. She leaned on the back of her chair with one arm over it as she looked at me with a rude face looking me over. "Thanks." I said softly as I picked one up while she grabbed hers and downed all three at once.

"I heard you like dango." That surprised me, first rumor that is true and not bad, I nodded as I grabbed a second stick.

We both picked up our drinks as she locked eye's with me and I smirked at her challenge before we started to chug. She finished first and slammed down her drink and a second later I slammed mine. A smerky smile played on her lips as I giggled.

Downing her last dango stick she tapped the table twice before standing up and leaving, she looked over and gave me her smerky smile as she left.

I could not stop smiling, I would look at the door a few times while I finished my food before heading home for a nice shower as I was sticky and dirty.

I was standing in the shower playing with water when I felt Hayashi land in my home, stay for a second and vanished. I finished getting clean and climbed out. Peeking around the door in my towel.

I moved to get dressed fast in case he comes back as I am not sure if we had a mission.

There on my table was a note.

Find me~ Hayashi.

I curiously closed my eye's and searched the chakra's around me not finding him. Unsure what to do I just headed around town. I could not find him making me nervous and lost. I passed the meeting area we tend to be in. I sucked at this and was getting annoyed when I spotted Lee's team.

"Hey Guy, Tenten, Neji." I smiled. Do they remember me?

I was friendly but even Guy was in a mood as they looked at me. Neji glared the others greeted me with a somber hello, Something seemed wrong as I looked between them.

"Ah Ava, so nice to see you again." Guy spoke his booming voice quieter then normal, I looked at them all with worry, Tenten tossed some weapons at a target, Neji just glared as he stood in a big destroyed circle around him. Weapons spread around everywhere.

"Something happen to lee?" I asked in fear, Tenten and Guy looked at me in shock, "Nooo." I whispered.

"He got into a fight during the chunin exams and is badly hurt." No, Guy spoke with heart, Tenten and Guy looked like they could cry and Neji looked beyond mad. "But he is alive." A relief went through me.

"Oh good." I mumbled, Looking at the ground, I don't know him well but I will see him after I find Hayashi, I cant leave him waiting.

"He will be okay." I faked a smile with real hope. "I have to go, I am sorry he is hurt."

"You did not do it." Tenten quietly spoke and I looked puzzled.

"Ya." giving a wave I ran back into the tree line, sadness and worry in my heart but ninjas are amazing I am sure he will be fine, the doctors here are badass. Lee and Guy were the kindest people here to me not once did that look pass on their faces.

I looked for ages when I found him. He sat in the middle of a field with his eye's closed as I snuck to him wondering if I could be sneaky. I landed above his head blocking the sun. "Found you finally."

He opened his eyes and smiled. "Not to bad, but that was easy." Easy? No.

"What was this about?" I asked calmly.

"Just testing you." He stood up grabbed his scroll. "Wait here for five minutes and find me again." I smiled, its like a bigger and more fun hide and seek. I nodded as he ran off plopping my ass on the ground to wait, pulling at the grass and thinking about Lee.

I don't know how to follow someone but I really wanted to learn.

It felt like a while as I got up to find him. I ran the way I saw him go almost back to the Guy group So I turned a different way. I ran everywhere for a while when I came back to where I lost him. It took a bit of a circle of the area I found his chakra in a forest not far away.

"That was long." He said and I nodded.

"I can't follow, I ended up running all over."

He smiled at me kindly. "You can learn." He got up standing on the branch. "Again." and he booked it. I sat on a branch now done with this game but I should continue. He did not go far unsure if he doubled back, standing in the wind with my eye's closed I ran around the outskirts of every training ground.

The sun had wonderful red clouds as I found him, he was sitting in the grass next to one of the small ponds.

His scroll was beside him as he was staring out into a lake but what made me stop walking was the firefly's that surrounded him, it was a wonderful sight as they circled him.

I did not want to ruin it but I walked closer as he looked over at me. "A little faster this time." I nodded as some bug's circled me.

"Wow." I mumbled as I slowly went and sat next to him on the soft grass.

Sitting in silence as we watched the bugs circle around us, the trees and the lake, the warm air blowing our hair around. It was wonderful with all the bugs as a dragonfly landed near my tattoo for only a second.

"Dragonfly's for the dragonfly." He said with quiet delight. I stood up walking on to the small calm waters as firefly's circled me. I felt like I was in some romantic movie making me feel so at ease as I reached out for them.

Looking over he was just smiling at me, I smiled back.

The smell of flowers were strong in the store, the place was packed with so many flowers it was kind of beautiful as I looked them over. I stared at one looking like a Lilly I wanted to buy for myself.

"What message are you trying to say?" A girls voice rang out, looking over I saw that pretty blonde girl that was with smoking hot guy.

"Oh uh, I don't know." You could tell she knows who I am but she did not make that look most do.

"Well who is it for?" She asked as she got up and came over.

"Well." I gave an awkward laugh. "Some kid I barely know is hurt and I wanted to get him a flower." She made a pursed face.

"Barely know, hm?" She looked around.

She started pointing out some flowers that would work, I was not sure if flowers mean more here, so I don't want to declare my love or anything. I liked this girl she had a confidence I admire. We looked around at a lot when we came across one called a Peony, she said it's been known for their healing power and it was pretty, seemed perfect.

I bought a small clear vase from her instruction before I thanked her and made my way to the hospital. I was able to find it easy while I ran on the roof's the place stands out. I found Lee passed out in his bed making me frown to this poor kid wrapped in bandages, there was already a flower in vase making me smile as I put mine next to it.

"You will be okay." I whispered. "Your strength with pull you through, don't give up." He did not move. "You don't know me well, but you helped me when I got here, I think of you often when I want to give up." I gave him a lingering look and turned to leave.

I saw my old nurse on the way out and we waved at each other, she seemed busy or I would have talked to her, it was nice to get a real look at her chakra now that I can see it better.

Walking through town I noticed more then just the strange genin, there was older and higher ranked random people everywhere. I guess the second part of the exams must be soon. I have never really seen anyone fight and it would be so nice to watch many.

I wondered by a group of men placing bet's on the kids in the exam. I peered over curious.

"How do you bet?" I asked as the group of older civilian men looked at me with smiles. They gave me a slip of paper, I guess I just pick one and give them money. Looking at all the people that were in the last round, I was stunned. I know some of these people, Naruto, Neji, two boys that looked familiar and I saw the creepy kids from that one day, that kind of creep just does not leave you.

As I looked many people were insulting Naruto and saying the winners will be this Sasuke or Neji. Just because he was a long shot and I liked him I placed some money on Naruto. "You got my money boy." I mumbled as I walked away.

I looked around as many people were placing empty booths and lights around the downtown area. I found out it was some kind of festival for the exams. Passing a clothing store that was filled with women trying on the prettiest dresses.

Walking in I looked at clothes as I eavesdropped on them all, I guess this festival is a dress up kind of thing.

I watched some come out of dressing rooms, picking clothes with their friends.

The dressed were so pretty, long and colorful but I knew this style, it was a little different then a kimono. I tried not to dwell on that weird connection to my world and just searched for one I liked. I saw a man buying a long robe like dress for himself.

I found a black one with red flowers and I tried to put it on. I was confused on how to and where to put this long strip of cloth. I walked out of my dressing room hoping for help, most girls ignored me or looked at me funny so I just stood there trying to figure it out myself.

The dress was touching the ground as I tried by looking in a mirror and looking at the others. When I opened the arms it felt like I had wings.

Suddenly the back of me was being messed with as I peered back at that beautiful women with the red eye's tried to help with a smile. She smiled at me. "Thank you." I said quietly.

"No problem are you dressing up for a guy?" She asked cheerfully.

"No." I laughed. "How about you?"

She looked away a little embarrassed, Her chakra flickered. "No."

"You're lying." I Laughed back, she looked at me confused and slightly ashamed but the air got a little awkward, maybe I should not have said that. She smiled and let me go as I looked at the dress. "Thank you, this looks so much better."

"Ya, but maybe a different one."

"I do look good in blue." I saw one. It was light blue with light pink flowers.

I changed quickly and she helped me with it again, it was shorter so it would just hover over the ground, it also had a slit up the side. "Ya, much better." She said calmly. "You do look better in blue." I smiled.

"Ya I think I will buy this one, thank you for your help." She smiled at me as we looked in the mirror. "I am sorry but what is your name again?" I asked bashfully.

"Kurenai" I rolled her name over my mind to remember.

"Do you need help finding one?"

"I already found one." She spoke kindly, I nodded we shared a smile and I walked back into the change room.

It was a bit of mess to get out of so it took a minute, when I came out she was gone. I bought the dress, I never had something so fancy looking, Starting to really look forward to this event.

I stared into my water mirror as I fixed up the dress. I did my hair with curls the best I could without a curling wand and wished I had some makeup. I did not buy shoes so I slid on my ninja boots but they were easily hidden below this dress.

I made my way downtown to the festival as the sun set on this pretty day, roof to roof I looked down at the breathtaking small paper lanterns spread around as many people moved around all dressed up. I jumped down as I startled some people.

There was a booth with masks, looking around many had one hanging on the side of there heads. I bought a wolf and placed it carefully as I looked around. There was tons of food that I enjoyed and they had few but some games like the last place.

One I could not understand was a bucket of water and a ton of balls and you had to get one out with some stick. Safe to say I lost.

I watched a band that was playing without lyrics but it was a nice tune as people danced around them. "You look wonderful."

I peered behind me with the biggest smile. "Iruka." I almost yelled his name. "Thank you." looking at him he was in a gray robe like male dress with red circles and white spots and some sandals. "You too." I said back with a smile.

"So you picked the dog." He said kindly as he looked at my mask, I just nodded, aw it's not a wolf? "Want to dance?" He asked with his hand out.

"Sure, but I don't know how to." I said nervous.

He grabbed my hand and started to lead, I tried to follow as best I could he spun me around a few times I was having fun when I stepped on his foot as he made a face my hands moved to my face. "Sorry."

"You and my foot." He smiled and I laughed removing my anxiety smiling at him apologetically.

He grabbed my hand as we moved around. I have never really danced with someone before and I loved it. After we went for more food. He showed me something called Takoyaki, it was so strange, I guess it is a normal festival food but it was a sticky delicious mess.

"Iruka Sensei." Turning to the voice, Naruto was next to us when he saw me. "Oh hey it's your girlfriend." Irukas face went red in anger and punched him on the top of his head. I just looked at the scene a little bewildered as he yelled a the boy like an older brother about how I was not his girlfriend. "Alright, alright!" He said a prune like look on his face.

Smiling. "Ava." I pointed to myself.

The pink haired girl was next to him in a second and we shared acknowledgment, she remembers me.

She looked a little sad and distracted as Naruto started on a tangent about the fight that will happen in a couple days, I guess the pink girl, Sakura, is his team member and so is the boy everyone is talking about but he was not here. I noticed she perked up when the name Sasuke came up and then she got even more depressed, I kind of wanted to hug her but that would be weird.

Looking back at Naruto. "I actually bet on you." He looked at me.

"Really?" His eyes hopeful, Iruka also looked at me curious.

"Don't let me down." I smiled

"Oh I wont, I am going to win." Such confidence.

"I know it." I said with just as much confidence a big smile on his face.

"I will take you out for ramen when you win." Iruka said, now that perked the cute boy up so much more.

As I watched them converse there was a twinge in my heart about him, he was kind, friendly and seemed like an awesome guy but something dark scared me. I could see his heart very determined and it was not from there but there was a darkness in him, a kind that terrified me. I could not see anything but it was there.

I tried to push past it, but I had a need to run away.

"Ava." I looked over, pulling me out of my zone, there was Hayashi, showing up when I was greatly uncomfortable, I am sure he saw that.

Smiling at him I gave a wave and Iruka and him shared a basic hello. I guess they know each other.

Looking passed him he had been in a group of guys, they gave me the look but I could not help to see one of them was really hot with short blond hair and bright yellow eyes sadly he was also giving me the look. I think they were talking about me and waiting for him.

Not to take up his time or stay uncomfortable I just said bye to all of them and walked away, putting a damper on my happy night.

I went to find a game I could play.

I was having a good time with Iruka but I had to leave.

Many people insult Naruto, it was not the same look between us but I have a feeling we were looked at almost the same. My heart went out to him, making me want to get to know him more. I found the basketball game and won, looking around it was more keychains I took some rabbit unsure what to do with it.

I turned around I did see some people looking at me, maybe they will talk about something I am good at now.

That purple haired girl waved at me and shortly after Kurenai and smoking hot guy also waved at me. The three of them made me smile again. Made me feel less hated.

I turned around at my name as Iruka walked up to me with a balloon. "You got the dog mask so." I smiled.

"Thank you." Taking the string, getting a better look at it made me laugh loudly, it was the face of a distorted pug, it looked ridiculous making him laugh with me when I brought up how bad it looked.

"Wondering why you left in a bad mood?" Looking around, I motioned him to a bench away from people.

"I saw something that scared me." I mumbled unsure of how to say this. He just looked at me waiting for me to speak. "Inside Naruto." His eyes had shock in them, before it faded and looked like he wanted to tell me something but he did not voice it.

"You saw something?" He just said my words back to me.

"I mean I did not see anything and yet I felt something, faint and dark, It was not a part of him and yet it was a part of him." We sat there in silence, now he did not seem scared or weirded out, he knows what that was he just can't tell me.

"Thank you." He looked confused. "It is okay if you can't say, I understand but at least I know it is not bad." I smiled at him. "I like him, he is a cool kid." Irukas face softened.

We hung out for the rest of the night and I enjoyed this time with him. I did notice I never spotted Kuro and I was sad as to see him in this weird robe the men wear. I would find that so funny. So when I was done here I went to find him.

I was about to knock on the door when I noticed I could do something I always wanted to.

I jumped into his open window yelling. "Kuro!" As he sat in a messy brown chair watching t.v and looking at me startled, scanning his living room he only had one more chair and a table between them filled with snacks and drinks. His home looked like a normal's guy's place with no art or objects that mean nothing but it was much bigger then mine making it look pretty basic.

A creepy grin on my face, he looked me over and smirked. "hello my feudal lord, so fancy today." I just smiled, he saw my shoes and actually laughed a little. "I guess you're not that fancy." I noticed he had a scar near his left shoulder, it was pretty long, it was always covered

"I did not see you at the festival." I spoke as I took to his other chair.

"I don't go to them much." his blank face was back, I nodded and looked at the tv, he was watching some action film, there was something comfortable here.

He looked over for a sec. "It is about a princess, saving her snow kingdom."

"Snow." I leaned forwarded. "You have snow?" I was a bit to interested.

"You like snow?"

"Well where I'm from half the year was like this." I motioned to the world. "and the second half was like that." I pointed to the tv.

He looked at me like it was the most fucked up thing he had ever heard. "how?" Now I had the look.

"Weather, it just was just... do u really want a long scientific story?" His blank face stared at me for a moment before he decided and nodded to me. feeling defeated I described the earth rotation and space and all that shit. His face never changed but it was something I guess they don't talk about here and I think he learned something.

"Do we spin?" I looked at him.

"I don't know I am not a scientist but I assume so, gravity, sun and stars you have them." He stared at me again. "Spinning is just something everyone knew, I don't have the skills to know how different this place is, do you got something to drink." I asked thirsty liking my lips, he got up and got me some kind of blue drink in a bottle. "mmm something blue, they always rock." He nodded and sat back down. "Thanks." It was not normal blue but it was still refreshing.

"So, you may be called dumb in this world but yours is a lot farther along in science and technology huh? You are probably smarter then most here in those areas."

It made my heart skip someone said I was smart. I just bashfully twirled my hair.

He was looking at me different, made me slightly nervous so I turned back to the tv. I watched as they fought in the snow with badass jutsu. "I wanna do that." I watched some water and ice moves.

"One day." He quietly said as he sipped his drink.

"One would hope." The air was comfortable again.

I yawned as I woke up passed out on Kuro's chair my leg's curled under my ass with a small blanket covering me. I guess I fell asleep here last night.

I could feel him in his bedroom, it was early and I did not want to wake him so I put my shoes on and jumped out the window.

My hair and dress a mad mess, I felt like I was doing a walk a shame, just faster and without the goods.

I spent my morning throwing kunai, four in each hand and tossing them all at the same time. I was doing much better at my targets. Although there was targets behind the main ones, hidden in the small forest completely unsure how I was to hit them.

Then I spent time messing with water, trying to do anything with it. I got it to spin and after a while I got it to spin faster as I moved my chakra under my skin in a circle.

Because the exams are tomorrow no one really was sent on missions as we have many stranger's in town.

Then for a break I reread the Icha book. I need a tv, I should invest in one when I can. I hope they have some good shows and movies.

I was drinking coffee as I moved the water around as fast as I could. Just to mess around I moved the water up my arm and over my chest but I sucked less around my hands. Dancing to a beat in my head I moved the section fast towards me hand and tried to shoot it with speed. "I'm sexy and I know it." It shot passed my fingers, it went about a foot. I chuckled at my mess. It may have gone somewhere but it sure would not hurt anyone.

The water was never going to be a sword or even bullets. But the more I spun it the harder it got. I stuck the tip of kunai in it, it was hard to get in as I put pressure to it. It went through but with a lot of resistance.

"Shit."

A burst of Adrenalin as I tried again and the same thing, closing my eyes, pushing for speed.

Opened my eyes. "Come on!" I did it again, I made a force that was blocking my Kunai, I stared wide eyed, pushing my chakra as fast as I could. I almost squealed but I kept my emotions inside but the smile could not be held back.

I don't know what to do with this but I am doing something.

Maybe one day it will be something good.

Wrapping my Kunai with fabric to see. The cloth moved with my spinning water and slowly it cut slightly fraying the edges. I tried faster, it did not cut bad but it did do something.

I tried before I was just done and opened up the second Icha.

I felt a twinge in my heart. Looking out my window I did not see anyone was around me. Unsure what that was but it felt off. Looking up the moon was full and it was late. There was loud laughter over the wind making me go back to my couch.

I am sure if something was going on the more experienced ninja would know.
