I tried to see through my blurry sight, my body not moving.

An old man's face half wrapped in bandages as I stared into the eye of uchiha that appeared between it, the pupils spinning, his eye like Kakashi telling me it was not natural and obviously healed into place "how is this not doing anything" I heard him speak before he noticed I was staring back at him, he glared and tried whatever it was again but it did not work.

Did Kakashi not tell anyone it wont work on me, I know this man as a member of the leaf even if I don't know his name.

"She is waking"

Two covered Anbu moved forward as he started to cover the side of his face, they reached towards my head, I looked up at the strange masks as one reached out placing her hand on my head and I blacked out again.

I sat up on my small bed as the boat rocked on the water, Sitting up grabbing my head I kicked my feet over the top bunk of the bed, I jumped down and looked at the three sleeping girls before I moved towards the door quietly.

Do I wake Asuma?

I snuck out and looked towards the set of stairs going to the deck so I pulled my clothes around me as the cold air whistling through the crappy door, we are north taking the shortest path to the land of lightning by boat.

I took a step and knocked on the door very lightly but no one answered.

I creaked the door open and walked into the room, looking at Shika passed out and walked over to Asuma on the bottom left side and lightly nudged him, he was not startled as he awoke sitting up and looking at me worried.

I nodded at him as I turned to the door, he stood up and followed.

Shutting the door "I think I had a dream that was not a dream"

He looked around lighting a smoke before nudging me to an empty room a few doors down, the only one no sailors slept.

He stared at me in wait "there was a man, he had the sharingan" he looked at me worried "it was really clear, I have seen him in the village once"

His smoke moved around "we have another Uchiha in the village?"

I shook my head "it was obviously a transplant like Kakashi's" his eye grew as he stared at me, his smoke barely hanging on his dry lips before he stepped forward fixing it.

He glared but not at me "who is it?"

"I don't know, he was old, I saw him once as he just stared at me, he was hard to forget" he seemed to worry more "he used a cane and was covered in bandages all over his right side"

This time the smoke dropped from his mouth, I stepped on it with my boot and twisted putting it out "that means something then?"

"Yes" he looked down lighting another "it really does"

I was worried "it is fine, I mean who wouldn't try to get into my head" I waved him off.

"It is not about you, he is a high official obviously stole a sharingan somehow and that is what means something" he seemed lost in thought as I waited feeling even more worried, "We are heading home" he spoke as he walked out the room at a fast pace.

I followed as he walked to the captains room making him get up and turn the boat south so we can head home,

He woke up and headed up deck to change direction I moved closer to Asuma's back "what about this mission?"

"We needed to get you out of the village, we do not need to hand these back but there was a chance for more peace, It does not matter if we finish it, this is more important as it is about our village" he spoke not looking back at me.

"I am sorry" I said quietly as I looked down.

He looked back at me with the kindest eye's "it is not your fault, honestly without your broken mind and chakra we may have never known" he looked towards the stairs and the open door to the deck, I could see it was snowing lightly outside.

"What are you going to do?"

He shrugged "I don't know"

The kids did not understand why we were ending our mission as we could not speak all I know is there was no way anyone followed us onto that small boat and not have been seen, we never spoke about my dream again. We headed to the village and all that was said to them was to act like we finished what we were sent on as no one should have even known our real mission anyway.

Might be why we were sent on something so hidden and a reason for it to be secret if someone knew the mission they would understand why it was secret. It was a good idea because if it was not a secret we could have been attacked so they might have never known that it was for me.

If no one knew what it was then it is easy to say we successfully completed it and it had been a long time since we left.

Our journey home was awkward and quiet besides the few short times we could train the closer we got the more time we were aloud to spend on it, without asking I assume just in case someone ends up watching us secretly, A good ninja can be very invisible to me and even Asuma.

I was massively alert but tried my hardest to pull a Kakashi when we came close to home.

We landed on the road, even in all this I was excited to see the big gates of Konoha.

I smiled as my foot steeped off the dirt onto the stone road at the gate facing my two favorite and cute gate watchers who called out to us "have not seen you all in forever" I honestly don't know the exact time we were gone for, I did not count the days but it was a long mission a part of me was sad I did not get to see the last two hidden villages but happy that we did not have to go to the most hostile ones.

We did the normal walk to the Hokage tower and waited outside the door, I could see Kiba, Hinata, Shino and Kure inside, I looked over at Asuma and I hoped they were also coming so they could at least spend some time together. He just looked at me confused as I gave a smile and him and nodded to the door as it opened.

They paused as Kiba looked us over with a small wolf smirk and pulled back "wow you guy's need a shower" I gave a small chuckle as I closed my eye's ya we do.

The girls lost there shit as Sakura went and punched him in the face making him hit the wall "You don't say that to a girl" Ino yelled looking like the next one was from her but she held back.

"Kib..Kiba" Hinata spoke as I saw the two adult look at each other so happy, it was adorable but everyone was watching the kids and Ino just tried to fix her hair.

"Troublesome women" I quietly heard, I just leaned on the wall as this was funny but I was also glad for a peaceful break from this, even if what may be next might get bad.

Walking in Tsuande acted like she was expecting us and waved us in, her eye's landed on me and then Asuma, it was so small but I saw it, she knows as we are here a month or so early. We did a short and basic assessment of the mission without really talking about it as the kids stayed quiet and still did not ask questions but I am sure they understand something is wrong here.

They did well however for not understanding. Good thing Naruto was not with us, that kid would have not shut up about all this confusion and would need people to explain shit to him.

We were sent away, a second small look at me but I did not understand what she wants so I followed Asuma out. He paused with me outside "time to head home" he gave me an eye smile and started to walk away.

Does that mean I should go home?

I watched but he never looked back before he jumped and vanished.

So I headed home.

I closed my blinds in my dusty and slightly messy home as I paced in wait.

I sat down on my coffee table and started to pull out everything tossing my blanket and dirty clothes in the small corner to wash later. I wanted a shower but I don't want to be walked in on again.

I was so nervous, this person must be high like they suspected. I rubbed my dirty hair and just sighed I must be waiting for something I know we are acting like nothing was going on so I will stay that way, if he had high up ninja's on his roll I might be being watched again.

So I grabbed clean clothes and a big towel and moved to get in the shower with the door slightly cracked, I made sure I could grab it if someone came in and get dressed in here, I would normally have a shower and not just pace around.

Man it was awesome, the smell of my shampoo made me so happy. I then put on my clothes left the shower on and moved to fix my hair, the door was cracked but no one could see me do this. Putting down the top of the toilet I just sat on it in wait, the steam warming up the room like a sauna.

After a few minutes I just turned it off and hung around a bit longer before moving to find some food, I found a bag of chips and just snacked as I stood, the four silence seals were still here, I wonder if they are still working.

I moved and placed new ones on top of them for whatever is going on.

I then heard a knock on the door.

Wiping my hand on my shorts I placed my chips down and opened the door with worry as I could feel the chakra of my landlord, a common chakra I have grown used to ignoring.

I was so confused he peered into my place "I love ninja tenant's, they can be so quiet" that made me smile he peered into the place "well I have not seen what you did with it" he pushed passed me as I stared confused before shutting the door.

"Well I tried" I spoke confused, this was so random and awkward, well maybe if we become friends I can ask what happened to his arm.

"Smells good in here" he sniffed.

He pointed with his only hand to my seal with a question and I nodded "yes they work"

He pulled out a piece of paper and walked close "This is for you" I took it slowly from his hand as he looked at me kindly "you are a good tenant, be safe" he walked out of my home and shut the door behind him with a sad smile.

I looked around, my window was covered my bedroom door was closed, I looked down and opened it.

"We you secretly, meet us death of forest, a tomer middle" In bad English.

A tower in the forest of death somewhere in the middle.

I held back a giggle what one wrote this, but man they tried.

My smile would not leave my face as I got ready fast, I know not many could read this but just in case I ripped it up and washed it down my sink.

I came to the big ass fence that seems like an issue to get over and started to walk along it passing a few shut gates and many stay out signs, standing out in the open I boosted my nose but if someone was watching me they were to far away. I pulled out water and walked to a lock on a gate and it took a second but I cut into the lock and slid inside and just moved straight into the creepy tree's headed right into the center.

The air here was different, how can one small spot in the middle of all this nice to have such a strange area, I jumped over an opening and looked down a the biggest centipede making my face drop and a shiver went through me glad to be running away from it.

I was hoping I was still headed towards the center unsure how far it was making me pause on a tree and tried to find the way I was headed, I could hear low growl making me sigh before I slowly peeked back, I could only see the eye's in a dark part of some tree's, I just started to run forward and not even a second later there was a panther on my feet.

I moved around like a crazy person but it stayed on my ass, peering back the thing was twice my size, I did not know there would be a fucking panther out here, Jumping down I saw the tower through the tree's, I could see the small change on the ground and in the air but this cat was almost on my heals so I just ran into it.

But it stopped on a dime as I slid to a slow stop. Thankful whatever scroll was here could not stop me but even the cat could sense it as it growled and paced a few times before it turned away and I faced the tower, I could not sense one chakra nearby.

The tree's were a strange mess as I walked towards it when the wind shifted and I could smell a few unfamiliar smells of I think people in the air making me turn and look to the area I came from with worry.

I could not see anyone, I turned and walked backwards toward the tower scanning the tree's, looking at the still empty feeling tower.

Oh, did someone put down a scroll they knew I would be able to pass, they could be hiding there chakra.

I also may actually be being followed.

Anyone being in there for me makes me happy, feel cared for and loved.

I turned my back and started to speed up when I heard a noise making me roll and avoid a coming shuriken, hidden in it came two more in the shadow I barely dodged the second as it cut my arm slightly and I faced the tree's again as I walked backwards.

Do not turn your back.

No one came to save me as I dodged one more and then from the side came a ton of Kunai with paper bombs making me spin and boost my speed towards the tower, they can't come near me, whoever it was, but I am sure they have some range skills I probably wont be able to fight.

I had to dodge a few more from many directions one cutting into my shin when I smashed into the main doors at high speed taring it down as I fell into it landing on the ground with a roll and got on my feet in the same second ready for a fight as I looked around trying to get out of a main view and hid behind the walls.

No one was down here as I sniffed, I could not smell anyone.

I am alone?

That can't be good.

Maybe they are above me as I quickly searched for the stairs. I could see a path to the left where stairs may be and a small table in a half room towards the right.

What do I do, no one is here, I peered out the door slightly and sniffed and it was still the same smell.

I started to panic there is at least two, two who stalked me with ease.

I will need to leave at one point, who wrote the letter? Did he get it from my head and sent me to my death?

Then heard the sounds of fighting making me pause and peek out the door again. I could not see but a small gust made the smell of Tsunade hit my nose making me breath in with a big smile.

I just stayed back to not need someone to save me and a few seconds later they were standing in front of me.

Tsunade, Shizune, Kakashi and Asuma with three tied up and knocked out anbu members, they were in the outfits and masks making me suck in air with worry and looked at all of them who stood there serious and pissed but I was just amazed.

Tsunade tossed one onto the pile making four "well this is following your hunch Asuma" she spoke as my heart was beating out of my chest just looking them over, damn they all looked sexy like this and I had to much adrenalin in my body, she looked at me "what exactly is your memory?"

I was sitting as they unmasked the four, I recognized none of them but they did "All from root" she sighed, I was beyond confused just looking at them as they talked not even trying to make me understand.

"I thought the third disbanded the foundation" Kakashi spoke.

"I bet the old fucks on the council know" Tsunade spoke again "if he has the sharingan in that covered eye" she spoke with worry.

It got quiet.

Kakashi moved casually to a window and looked outside.

I don't know about much as my eye's landed on Asuma, he seemed the most worried about all this I slightly wanted to hug him and then I looked at Shizune she was just as angry looking at Tsunade.

"We can not start a fight in the village with him and root, it would create a war and destroy the village" Tsunade spoke "we need to get him away to even talk to him and find out if he really has one"

"She was followed" Shizune looked at me "they did not attack her until they saw she may have alerted someone, we have her stalkers but I don't think she should leave just yet" she looked at me sadly "keeping her safe in this scrolled area"

I just nodded making her give me a confused look.

"Sometimes it takes a bit for the reality to set in, she will be scared in an hour or so" Kakashi spoke out making me smile, I guess that is true.

"We will take these guy's to Ibiki fast, secretly and now" Tsunade spoke up moving towards the knocked out men "Kakashi stay with her" he nodded as she picked up two of them with ease, that women is strong and the other two grabbed one.

I just stayed sitting quietly as I thought about it all, he watched them leave from the window, I just checked his whole body out when I saw a small bit of paper sticking out from under his feet.

I was confused for a second then remembered that time Hayashi made scrolls for me and Kakashi to break into an area and that must be what that was making me smile, I wonder who all knows about that? Obviously these four, hopefully not this root.

Ohh root like a tree, that is worrisome you remove the root the tree could fall.

"So you wrote the note?" I asked breaking the silence he looked my way with a nod, the biggest smile crossed my face.

"What did I write it wrong?"

I chuckled "well I got the gist so it was not to bad" I smiled and cocked my head "let me teach you what Kuro failed"

He gave me a nod with an eye smile "So this place has rooms and a kitchen, and a bunch of bathrooms, last people staying here was the chunin exams however" I nodded as I stood up "Unsure how long you will be here for, or what will even happen" he sounded worried, very faint but it was there, it is a bad situation there could be like a fucking civil war and that will weaken the leaf for these places that I personally saw, don't care for us.

"So you need to get him away" I mumbled in thought trying to think of something that would get him alone and without backup "would they still attack if he was gone?"

"Unsure but root are Anbu, I was in it for a very short time" I looked at him with interest "most would just fall under the word from Tsunade as long as he was gone"

"Ah but not all?"

"That I don't know" he looked in thought "I do know root never speaks of root"

"Like fight club" he looked at me confused "rule number one, don't talk about fight club" I chuckled at the confusion on his face "ah sometimes I miss home"

"What is rule number two?"

"Rule number two, you do not talk about fight club" I said sadly but he actually enjoyed it.

"But you just talked about it"

"Well I was not in it" I smiled.

"I guess that is a loop hole" he then got quiet and looked out the window.

"I will be back" he looked at me and tried to pick up the door "in a few minutes" I watched as he tried to put it back up but eventually just leaned it on the wall, then it cracked in two and fell over "you will be okay, if someone get's in just run to town, they wont attack you in the middle of a bunch of people"

I nodded worried as he vanished from view.

I stood there awkwardly for a moment, looking around at the emptiness sadly before I went looking for the stairs again, explore this place.

After checking out the bedrooms that were made for groups and the kitchen that had no food I made my way down passed the main floor where I came to big room onto a balcony, walking to the edge I looked into the giant room, The place was so big with a huge statue of hands and arm's held into a sign.

Leaning on the thin bars I just looked around, the smell was musty and a smell I can't place, the stone ground had some cracks in it but it looked like someone tried to fix it after a destructive fight.

I jumped over the rail and fell landing into the area, I felt so small in here as I looked near my foot where some dried blood had not been cleaned, making me a little nervous at to what this room was for but I am about 80 percent sure it was used for fighting, much cooler then the training zones. I just ran and jumped up the hand's standing on the tip of a finger I smiled at the cool room.

When a could smell a man, I brought my water up with worry as I am in an area with only so much space to run away, there from the door I came from was an Anbu masked man, his chakra hidden, I got into a fight stance on the hand ready to try and get passed him, he walked to the rail and just leaned on it, fear rocked me.

My eye's looking at his feet I could see a small bit of paper. "Calm down" he spoke as it echoed through the room "I am not here to hurt you"

"He is here for me" I looked up at Kakashi "you should be in a more open space" he sounded slightly annoyed at my stupidity making me feel ashamed.

"Senpai, the room is pretty open" The man spoke as he took off his mask slowly, letting his chakra go, it was the couch man with no name, I liked his metal headband along the sides of his face and his creepy eye's seemed happy as he looked at Kakashi.

I smiled "oh hey it's you" I stood up all worry dropping, I then jumped from the hand to the balcony and walked towards them.

"Ava, Tenzo" he introduced us I nodded with a smile.

"So you do have a name" I joked but they both looked at me with some kind of serious look making me bit my lip and shut up, what is wrong with that sentence?

Kakashi started to ask him some questions about root when he stuck his tongue out, there was a small tattoo near the back of it but that was all he did, I did not understand but Kakashi seemed to "what does that do?" he asked.

"I can not say" was all he said making him fully understand.

I just got more confused when Kakashi looked at me "first rule"

I think I understood, does that stop them from speaking? "Sorry I can not help you Senpai" he sounded real sad, it stop's them from speaking about root? How creepy. We stood there quietly as I got a real look at this man, something about him I always liked even if we only ran across each other a few times.

So this is one root member that would follow Tsunade if the old man was gone, so there may be many more and that made me feel better as long as they don't get into a fight in the middle of town.

I just listened as Kakashi asked questions trying to find answers around the tattoo and I just watched his tongue as he spoke trying to see it better, Tenzo would look at me a few times making me notice the way I was staring was bizarre.

Eventually we made our way to the kitchen and now there was some food, and a bag of obvious take out, I watched as he pulled out a few boxes and opened them grabbing some plates, I sat there and half listened as he tried to find his way around the seal but then I think they gave up and just started to chat, seemingly to me they had not spoken in some time.

Huh?" I said.

"You met as he was passed out on your couch?" Kakashi asked.

I nodded as I took a bite "It was a pretty interesting meeting"

"It was a very comfortable couch, I also don't know how I got there" I just chuckled "I did not even recognize her, my first thought was oh shit what did I do?"

I laughed harder "same I had to look down to make sure I had clothes on" he looked at me startled, he did not mean that so I smiled awkwardly at him.

Kakashi's cheek turned slightly red before he rubbed his head and laughed lightly.

"When did you two meet?" he asked me.

"I don't know about him but I remember when I first saw Kakashi" I smiled "He popped into my window all scary and shit I thought I was going to die" Kakashi looked at me a little ashamed.

Tenzo smiled "that sounds like Kakashi"

"But he also was so...captivating" I looked at them as they stared at me, I coughed and then looked at Tenzo "how about you?"

Kakashi rubbed his head again and Tenzo looked sadly at the table but slightly proud "It is a long story"

"We met as enemies" Kakashi spoke.

"It ended alright" Tenzo gave a small smile "I wonder how she is" he looked over at the masked man.

I was confused wishing for the story, Tenzo then talked about some girl and some smoke that I was not following but Kakashi understood.

"Again, thanks" I said sarcastically "that was so much information" then again I purposefully say stuff like that to people with words from my world to confuse them, Karma.

I stood up with my plate and a confident smile and moved to wash it off in the sink as Tenzo stared at Kakashi with a creepy look making the air get awkward and strange as I stared at his head, I was so confused again.

"I was her secret watcher when she came to this world" he nodded going back to normal and eating his food, I guess he got his answer, I held back a laugh at the weirdness.

"Ya, he thought I was stupid"

"Still do" he joked making me chuckle and put the plate in the cupboard "Actually she is not that dumb, she was just different"

My heart fluttered at that, glad I was turned away as I bit my lip with a smile before getting a hold of myself.

"My first real book in this world was from him" I sat down Tezno looked at me with a nod as he slurped up some noodles "It was porn" making Tenzo spit out his food with a laugh startling me.

"Oh ya, his book"

"It is not a book, it is a masterpiece"

"Well" Tenzo moved towards the front door I took down, he looked at Kakashi annoyed and Kakashi pointed at me making me frown at him, he did some hand signs and a new very pretty wood door appeared in place "ooo" I made a noise before he opened it and moved away fast, he paused as we watched just out of the sealed area pulled the paper off his feet and burned them as he looked at us before he was just gone.

I just stood next to Kakashi and looked up at him like 'what now' he just turned away.

"I need a shower" I nodded, I moved and sat at the empty table unsure what to do when I remembered a small thought I had on my journey watching the kids, a way to enhance my whip.

Pulling it out I let it flop to the floor as I just focused on making it longer, it was a slow processes but it was growing when I could smell a clean Kakashi heading my way, he either showered fast, or I was so lost in this for a while.

It was at least twice it's size but I was struggling with getting it farther, the idea I have it needs to make it far and then I can try and move it.

"What are you doing?"

"Nothing interesting" he moved and looked down at my droopy whip.

"It seems you have an idea"

"I have a thought yes, get it to work, doubt it" He just stared at me "I don't want to say as it may be stupid, or even pointless"

"you are trying to make your water move away from your body"

I gave a small hmp "ya, kind of" I sighed and looked at him "if I could do that, I have so many idea's"

"It does take a while to create your own justu, you will fail over and over but remember it is possible"

I chuckled "That was both sad and motivating"

"If you need a tip, I am here" he said as he walked away making me smile at the irony.

It was the middle of the night waking up I could feel his chakra a few floors up, I tried to close my eye's but all I could do was watch Kakashi and wonder what he was doing. I slowly stood up and made my way towards him, I found him in a small room, he was sitting in a big window looking out at the world, the way he sat and the low light shinning on him I just stared.

You ever just look at someone and it was all you could do.

My body warmed as I thought that it was just him and me out here.

He then turned my way breaking me out of it, I gave a tiny wave "anyone out there?"

"Not that I can see"

I moved and sat on the edge of a bed "Worried?"

"Yes"

"Will you explain to me" he looked at me "I think I understand most but most people seem to not really talk to me, just around me"

"If he has the sharingan, it means he took it from someone and did not tell anyone, the only time that could have happened was around the time they all died" he looked out to the world and spoke quietly "he stole, lied and for years I thought the foundation was no longer there, the third disbanded it"

I nodded.

"The foundation was a group of Anbu run by Danzo but he would do the things to dark for regular ninja's, the tough missions"

"So Danzo not only runs root, but lies about it?" I said slowly and he did not speak "I know how impressive the sharingan is"

"You don't even know, I don't use it to it's full potential" that scared me a little as it is scary already.

"So why would, if he, I don't know" I mumbled my incoherent and pointless question that never really formed and rubbed my hair.

He just looked at me "He always wanted to be Hokage but was passed over for the third, the fourth and again with Lady Tsunade" he just watched my face "he is strong without it and has many ninja's under his rule, root was serious and you must follow orders" I bit my lip looking at the ground but I could still see him "He definitely goes with mission over comrades, does not matter who dies or gets captured as long as you finish your mission"

I looked up and stared at him, that is sad.

"You were a part of it?" he nodded "but not long enough to get the tattoo" I touched my tongue but that made him give me a weird smile I did not understand.

"No not long, I told the third about it and I thought they were disbanded" I rose my eye brow "I don't understand why you were brought back alive" he stared at me more seriously "Not only a chance of remembering and calling him out but he must want something strange from you, he does not worry about killing a threat let alone bring it back and not lock you up somewhere"

"Oh"

Again I only know so much, sorry if I am wrong, I google somethings but some I never get an answer.

I am not a Naruto expert.
