Chapter 173 Gamer 2.0

I don't own Kamen Rider Ryuki or Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir.

Jin was walking towards school and he saw Marinette looking tired entering and he sighs seeing that.

"I told her, she can't overwork." He said.

He then saw Shinku hiding inside a alley as she looks at him.

"Honestly, your sister tends to overreact." She said.

"She's just tired, she should just relax and maybe ask for help." Jin said.

He goes to class, after giving his paper to Caline he saw Max ask Lila about something.

"It's for my new video game."

"A game?" Jin said.

"Oh, I'd love to test your video game, Max, but I promised Prince Ali we'd go on a charity cruise over the Seine on his yacht this afternoon. Sorry." Lila said.

"Yeah right." Jin frowns.

Max looks at Kim. "Kim!"

"Yeah?" He looks.

"Interested in playing the best fighting game in the world? 100% created by your best friend!"

"I'm sure I'd get the highest score. But I've got swimming practice. Ondine's waiting for me." Kim then leaves.

Jin shakes his head before he has to leave. "Poor Max."

After some time he heard Marinette scream at the Library. "No!"

Jin peeks inside and saw her talking to Max. "And I don't want you to say it. Because then I wouldn't be able to refuse. And I have to resist! I've got too much to do today. A Kitty poster to sew for Jagged Stone. I mean, a Jagged T-shirt for drawing Kitty. I mean, ah!"

Chloe came. "What Dupain-Cheng is trying to tell you, using this ridiculously fake excuse of hers, is that she doesn't want to play your dumb, little video game. In fact, no one wants to, because everyone has a much more interesting life than you do. Even Marinette, which is really saying something."

"No, this isn't a fake excuse at all. I really do have a Jagged Stone poster to knit for Kitty. No! To post a Stone. Uh, to Stone a Jag. Uh... ah! I'm late!" Marinette runs off.

Jin hides and avoided her sight before he frowns.

He goes out and he sighs. "Why did she have to act like that."

But then he noticed some of the people vanishing and he got surprised.

"Okay, Max got turned for sure." He goes to a bathroom.

He comes out as Ryuki and poses.

He then saw Gamer appear on screen. "What do you do when no one wants to play with you? You give them no choice."

"Gamer." He frowns.

"Ladybug, Cat Noir. All of these people were once akumatized and then saved by you. If you want another chance at freeing them, you're going to have to come and play with me."

Ryuki rushes to the spot, he arrives at a rooftop and looks at the Parc des Princes that has changed.

He then saw Ladybug and Cat Noir appear behind him. "Not many can sneak up behind me."

"You find a way. First one who finds a way in wins.." Cat Noir said.

"We don't have time to play, Cat Noir. I've got a ton of other things to do." Ladybug said.

"Do not rush." Ryuki said.

Then three pods appeared in front of them.

"So, Ladybug and Cat Noir? Ready to play? Please enter your pyra-pod."

"What if it's a trap, M'lady?" Cat Noir said.

"No, I'm sure it's not. He just wants to play. So, let's keep in touch." Ladybug puts a device on her ear with the other two doing the same.

They enter the pyra-pods and are transported into Gamer 2.0's dimension.

"Take your pyra-pad." Gamer said as they put they're hands on the console. "Welcome to Miraculous All-Star Brawl! If you win, I'll set you free. You, and all of them. But if you lose..."

"I don't have time to lose, Gamer. Let's begin and get this over with." Ladybug chooses Mime.

"Your hastiness will be your downfall, Ladybug. My chance of winning has just shot out 86%." Gamer chooses Riposte.

"Mime. Riposte. Ready? Fight!" Announcer said.

Riposte charges. "I'm gonna slice you into sashimime!"

The Mime blocks Riposte's attacks by miming a shield but gets close to falling off the arena.

"Avoid it." Ryuki said.

"I know what I'm doing!" Mime said but Riposte slashes cutting the hat.

"Be careful! The Mime's object disappears if you talk." Cat Noir said.

"Thank you, Captain Obvious!"

She makes a sword to clash with him before Ryuki watches something.

"Jump above."

"What?" She goes that and stomps on the guy. "Oh."

She then mimes the yo yo and wraps around Riposte sending her out. "Au Revoir!"

"Ring out! Mime wins!"

"You see." Ryuki said.

Gamer then picks Carmedite next.

"Ryuki pick Dark Knight." She said.

"That's the worst choice you could have picked." Ryuki said.

"What? But he's a rider." She said.

"And also who I am facing." Ryuki picks Princess Fragrance.

"Princess Frangrance?" Ladybug was confused.

Carmedite uses her powers but Princess was confused.

"What?"

"Yeah, I know what she could do, it only affects men." Princess Fragrance shoots controling Carmedite making a ring out.

"And Princess Fragrance is a girl, good pick." Cat Noir said.

"So that's why." Ladybug said.

"My turn! My turn! Frightningale, Stormy Weather — Awesome! But a little too awesome for a first battle. Oh, my copycat! Nah, I'd be too good as myself. That'd be too easy." Cat Noir said.

"Hurry up! Choose Copycat and Cataclysm this game away so we can get back home!" Ladybug yelled.

"Don't you think Gamer would have been prepared for that!" Ryuki yelled back.

"Yeah he's right." Cat Noir said and picks Mir Pigeon.

"You've got to be kidding me!" Ladybug facepalms.

"What? I've always wanted to train pigeons."

Gamer picks Dark Cupid. "There aren't even any pigeons in this stadium!"

Mr. Pigeon blows his bird whistle and a pigeon lands on his arm. "There is one. And I'm gonna call him Fiery Phoenix."

Gamer shoots at Cat Noir who dodges. "More like Mega Flop Phoenix. More like Mega Flop Phoenix."

He then saw the pigeon come down covered in flames hitting him, before it strikes at him many times. "Ah! Get away, you flying rat!"

Mr Pigeon then grabs him and slams him. "Double ankle grab and smash! Somersault bum drop!" He jumps on top of Dark Cupi. "Feathered face wash!" Mr. Pigeon's pigeon slaps Dark Cupid's face while Mr. Pigeon grabs Dark Cupid's pin and throws it across the arena. "Volatile's Elbow!" He elbows the pin breaking it getting another victory.

"Can we play the whole match in one go?" Ladybug said.

"Then it wouldn't be fun anymore. We've still got so many more rounds left. Plus the finale." Gamer said.

"If you ask me, this was never fun." Ladybug said.

Ladybug selects Befana while Gamer 2.0 selects Dark Owl.

Befana shoots her candy. "You called for coal, bird brain?"

"Owl Mist!" Dark Owl surrounds the arena with orange smoke. "Boomerang!"

A boomerang knocks Befana off her motorcycle and Dark Owl jumps out of the most to kick her out of the arena.

"Hoo, hoo! No one is as laser precise as the Dark Owl!" Gamer said.

"You just had to pick the worst choice." Ryuki frowns.

"He just got lucky." She said.

"My turn!" Cat Noir picks Reflekta and Gamer picked Rogercop.

"Oh good choice." Ryuki said.

"Thanks." he smiles.

The two had a stand off like the old west and it was getting tense with Ladybug wanting to end.

They draw as Reflekta hitting him first changing Gamer to a copy.

"What?" He couldn't walk on heels.

Cat Noir walks forward. "They see me catwalking. They hatin'." He pushes him off.

Gamer then picked Dark Knight and Ryuki picked Malediktator.

"Wait why him?" Ladybug said.

Dark Knight summons his beast.

"By the power invested in me, I declare to attack your former master." Ryuki uses the power and makes the dark beast charge.

"Wait!" The beast knocks Dark Knight out of the ring winning the match.

"Oh I see." Cat Noir said.

Ladybug chooses Copycat while Gamer 2.0 chooses the Puppeteer.

"No not him!" Ryuki said.

"I got this!" She charges at him. "Cataclysm!"

"Copycat, come to life!" Puppeteer uses a doll to control Copycat as he uses her power against the user winning.

"Did you forget what Puppeteer does?" Ryuki said.

"You're the one who wanted to speed things up, and now you're going to lose even faster than you thought, Ladybug." Gamer said.

"We will not lose!" She picks again.

"But it's my turn." Cat Noir said.

She picks Gorizilla as Gamer got Stoneheart, she punches but he grew surprising her before throwing her out.

"I lost again." Ladybug said.

"I'll do it!" Ryuki takes the next one.

Gamer picks Bakerix while Ryuki chose Topliner.

"Oh interesting choice." Bakerix charges at her.

He dodges and screams sending him out.

"Uh, M'lady? You okay if we review your strategy, just a tad? I'll show you." Cat Noir chooses Anansi while Gamer 2.0 chooses Stormy Weather.

Gamer blows him out of the arena, he smirks but then Anansi was hanging off the sides and shoots a web dragging Gamer off the ring.

"Ha ha! See, M'lady? M'lady? You okay?" Cat Noir asked her.

"Cat Noir... I think I forgot how to play!" She said.

"No, just watch." Ryuki goes next.

Gamer picks Punk but Ryuki picked Goldflake sending him out with a big tackle.

"It's not about how to play but to enjoy it, you can think better as you gotta think straight." Ryuki said.

"He's right." Cat Noir agreed.

"Enjoy it." Ladybug smiles.

Then she starts to win again as they worked well with the chosen characters beating many of Gamer's.

"It's just you." Ryuki said to Gamer.

"Oh but it wouldn't be fair so..." Gamer shows two hidden slots being Dark Volpina and Toxic.

"Not those two." Ladybug said.

The heroes appeared on one side as the villains were in another. Gamer uses the stuff he got as he shoots at them with Toxic and Volpina working together, Cat Noir and Ryuki fought them.

Volpina plays with her flute and makes mirages to confuse them as Toxic strikes them both away.

"Okay this will be hard." Cat Noir said.

"Yes, they're too strong together." Ladybug said.

Ryuki thinks of something but then a energy item appeared that has Ex-Aid's image.

"Hey, that's not part of my game." Max said.

"No, but I know." Ryuki touches it.

EX-AID!

Ex-Aid appeared and crosses his arms.

"A new rider." Cat Noir said.

"Who are you?" Gamer said.

"I am Ex-Aid, a genius gamer." He said.

"Genius Gamer? I'm the best around here." Gamer said.

"Well glad you came." Ryuki said.

He nodded and takes out a gashat. "Time to use something special I have gained."

MAXIMUM MIGHTY X!

"What?" Ryuki got surprised.

He then inserts it.

MAXIMUM GASHAT!

"Dai Henshin!"

GACHAN! LEVEL MAX! SAIDAIKYUU NO POWERFUL BODY! DARIRAGAN! DAGOZUBAN!

The armor appears above and he inserts the figure in.

MAXIMUM POWER~ X~!

he jumps inside before posing, Ex-Aid landed down and looks.

"Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, level 99."

"Wow!" Cat Noir said.

"That's high." Ladybug said.

He charges punching Gamer back, Toxic charges at him but Ryuki stops him.

SWORD VENT!

He clashes with his evil half trading blows with him, the other two fought against Volpina as she grunted.

"This shouldn't be possible." Gamer said.

"You might be a good gamer, but I am superior." Ex-Aid said.

The heroes knocked the other two out of the ring as they grunted vanishing, then they jumped off Ex-aid hitting him out of the ring and Gamer crashes down.

"Well... Looks like you were better." Gamer smiles.

Ladybug came down and crushes the glasses freeing the Akuma.

"No more evil doing for you little akuma." Ladybug said opening her Yo-yo and thows it at it. "time to de-evilize." She catches it and grabs the yo-yo. "Gotcha!" she opens it to reveal it was normal. "Bye-bye little butterfly."

Then the entire thing vanished as everyone was sent back to where they were before.

Ex-Aid waves at them and they waved goodbye before he vanished.

"You guys get so many cool ones." Cat Noir said.

"Yeah." Ryuki goes off.

Later

When Jin went back home he arrives to see Marinette and Max playing his game.

"Well." He smiles.

"Hey Jin, want to try it?" Max offered.

"Sure." He jumps to the couch.

All of them started to have fun as they enjoyed it, he was happy that Marinette found the way to have fun again.

Note: Heres Gamer chapter and Ex-Aid made a cameo to help out showing why he's a genius gamer, also the first time he showed Maximum Mighty X, questions how since it took a long time this takes place way down in the Ex-Aid timeline of the story, also for the guest that offered a idea, it's cool but I already have a idea for Lilina so thanks, but i'll stick with my original plan.
