I bark a laugh and roll to the side as the reminder washes away the simmering heat between us.

She's right.

The last thing I need is her mouth on me and Mase to wake up. I don't know if I'd survive it.

"That'd be brutal." I put up my hand to block the sun. "But it's good to know you'd consider it."

She raises to one elbow, lashes fluttering. "Just because I've lost my memory, it doesn't mean I'm blind."

I brush her burning cheek. "You star in my dreams."

She grins. "I know a little about those too."
