A week later, Malaika and Nala were babysitting Kiara, Vitani and Kovu.

Zira and her ten followers join back with the Pride landers.

Kiara and Kovu played with each other.

Vitani pulled Kovu aside from Kiara and comments "I noticed that you and Kiara got close as friends."

Kovu blushes "well she's nice and cool but being the daughter of king Simba, I don't think he would let me date her."

Vitani sighs "Simba is understanding king and if you tell that you have have a feeling for his daughter, I'm sure he would like the idea of you and Kiara as a couple."

Kiara comes upto them and ask "are you two done talking?"

Vitani smiles "yes! Let's go play."

Nala and Malaika left to go to Rafiki tree.

Malaika smirks "this is going to be funny that our cubs would be born on the same day."

Nala comments "me and Simba only mated once."

Malaika sighs "apparently Akila finished once and then asked for a second time. I was so overwhelmed with the pleasure of mating that I nod my head in approval without considering it."

Nala ask "so, you may become pregnant with twins?"

Malaika sighs "it's a possibility that I would end up pregnant with twins."

When they arrive at Rafiki tree, they climb up and call him "Rafiki?"

Rafiki was meditating on a high branch when someone calling him and sighs before climbing down to the lower base of the tree to see queen Nala and rotation queen Malaika and ask "what can Rafiki do for you both?"

Nala grins "we both been sick with nauseous, extra tired and moodiness. So we believe we're both pregnant."

Rafiki turns to Nala and says "are you and Simba trying to start a new pride of just you two and a bunch of cubs?"

Nala sighs "no. Three is enough for me and Simba."

Malaika ask "three? I only heard of you having one cub and that was Kiara."

Nala sighs "me and Simba had another cub before Kiara. He was attacked at five month old and think to be dead. We decided to keep it a secret until now."

Malaika sighs "oh, sister. Do you know if he's alive or what?"

Nala shakes her head "we don't know if he's alive."

Rafiki grins "actually, the great kings informed me that he's alive, but his place is to join the lion guard team when he returns in time to meet the new lion guard leader after the first one moves away."

Nala sighs "those great kings like to leave us with questions than answers."

Rafiki has them lay down to give them a pregnancy test.

First was Nala.

He moved his palm around her stomach to feel for the cub until he felt a bump in her stomach and laughs "hahaha. You are very pregnant with a cub."

Malaika laid down and comments "there's a chance that I'm pregnant with twins."

Rafiki grins "oh. You and Akila had romance twice."

Malaika smiles "yeah. We apparently was feeling the love and wanted more than one round of mating."

Rafiki felt around Malaika's stomach until he felt two bumps in her stomach and says "why your pregnant with twins."

Malaika grins "we're pregnant!"

Nala and Malaika leave Rafiki tree to go find Simba and Akila.

Simba was making his rounds and returned to the watering hole when Akila walked upto him and ask "have you noticed that Malaika has been extra tired and moodiness? She groans and rubs her head sometimes."

Simba blinks his eyes and counts in the dirt and says "it's been seven days since we mated with our mates."

Akila ask "and that means what?"

Simba grins "well it happened to me twice."

Nala and Malaika arrived with smiles on their faces.

Akila curious ask "why are you smiling for?"

Malaika turns to her sister who nods her head and turns back to Akila and says "you need to come up with cub names."

Simba smiles "congrats, little brother!"

Nala smirks "oh you too Mr. King Simba."

Akila gape "what?"

Simba gape "your both pregnant?"

Nala and Malaika both smiled and nod their heads "yep. We're both pregnant."

Malaika grins "there's one difference."

Akila ask "what difference?"

Malaika grins "I'm pregnant with twins after mating twice in one night with you."

Simba pats his brother on his shoulder.

Two months later, Zazu came in the royal den and tells Simba "sire? It seems that a pride in the mountains that guard the tree of life."

Simba ask "what's wrong with them?"

Zazu sighs "the king and queen are pregnant with a cub."

Simba sighs "send them a congrats gift."

A month and twelve days later, Malaika gave birth to a boy and a girl.

Next day, Nala went into labor and gave birth to a boy who they named Kion.

Akila decided to name the boy, Hofu, while Malaika named the girl, Sabrina.

Another month later, the king and queen of Night pride and protector of the tree of life had a girl cub who they named Rani.

Two weeks later, the king and queen were killed in attack by enemies of the night pride leaving Rani a cub with no parents.

Janna took over as Queen of the Night Pride.

Nirmala, sister of the former queen and her mate, Surak took care of both Rani and her older brother Baliyo.

Janna was sad that her daughter was killed by enemies.

Nala looked at her baby son, Kion and had no idea what was instore for her son or his future.

Simba nuzzles him lovely and smiles "Kion."

Akila ask "brother? Does our first born have a possibility of sharing the throne with your daughter, Kiara?"

Simba comments "that's more like ask in a year and five months because we haven't discussed any future plans since Kiara was born."

Akila nods his head "okay, brother."
