142. Time's Arrow IV: Paranoia

Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle

Warnings: With this chapter it gives a surprise look at what happened after the trilogy, in the Mighty Ducks movies, as instead of them being destroyed. And falling apart, Bombay quits the offer here, at the Goodwill Games and trains the next generation. As the pre academy unit in Atlantic City, is none other then the Minneapolis Mighty Ducks. Movie 3, and both sides of the team combine together as one now here finally.

As Wesley Crusher becomes the best of friends with the team, and he and his unit join forces with them their entire team and give the Hawks, who are the Edina Hawks. From the movie trilogy, a real run for their money now, as the year goes by, as the teams at the academy are created in the added sports now, as the years go by here. Taking on the names of the Districts, the Atlantic City Knights and Edina Red Hawks.

But if anyone noticed here in the continued references to the movie script of Sphere, the story is going to follow some of it, but changes in other areas. And this story on Sphere, is going to be book 3 of the 6 part series I'm creating now. Basing it from now, to end of Season 5, and instead of dead, Daniel's going to be training to be a Q. And like season 6 showed, only 3 of the 22 episodes, has him with the trio, the others.

He's there at the SGA, Daniel's clone, turned twin brother ascended and Daniel is at the SGA, making his powers stronger. As the last episode unlocked his potential completely, though by doing that, everything that came with it. Starts coming out in visions, till they reach my other story, of the Past and Present series. Till the final shot results now here in the 5 years he spent, on board the enterprise, there in Antarctica.

With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector here is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.

The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.

This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.

Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.

As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.

This chapter will finish off this portion of the story-line, as the next two chapters and forward, cover chapter 2, going by the name. And of The Glory Of Tantulus, which covers things, from his going to the races and Tok'ra creation of the treaty. And his return to Shyla, before the following Chapters cover the the breakdowns of the trio and Carter, who's lost her ability to function mentally, out of desperation now.

As the mission was sanctioned, and he was transferred to Landry and the Atlantis team at the time. As Rodney McKay, Cam Mitchell, Vala Mal Doran, Hank Landry, Frank Simmons, Steven Caldwell, John Shepard. And Elizabeth Weir enter the picture here, the story will have Daniel and Teal'C joining their team. As the SGA is founded 5 years early, and moved into the outpost on earth….

Chapter 142: New Futures And Fresh Starts VIII: Time's Arrow and Recovery VIII

Avalon Part I:

"What's going on?" he asked and Barnes said it. "I don't know, Son. You tell me." he said and he froze up. "Check her quarters!" he said sharply and he punched in her room and saw her bed empty. "Aw crap, I know what he's doing there, he followed her, and possibly just realized how to get in there." he said and they nodded in shocked disbelief. "Eric, you read me?" Henderson said quickly then and they heard an immediate response then gently.

"Roger that Brandon, and yeah I realized what she's about to do and followed her, just watch the tape. But I figured out the way in here, Daniel remember, let go and act on instinct here, same thing, we're Jedi. There's always a way out, or in, just relax and you find it and I had, so watch me. And then come in after me, after it spits us both out." he said and they nodded, as they watched him staring at the sphere, till an image.

And of him appeared then before he got in and Daniel nodded. "Unlock a mental door in your head and it unlocks a way into the sphere. As he would later tell her, how can they get in, there are all doors all over the habitat and we can't get out. Till the storm clears here at the moment." he said firmly and Barnes nodded. "And you berate me for being reckless, you're one to talk, young lady." he said firmly as he crossed his arms then sternly.

"Like Jack would later tell Thor, they bring some technology back, before the danger is fully realized and this happens all the time. But this damn thing is a pandora's box, you can't control your fears or whatever. It's releasing the nastiest parts of being human here." Daniel said and he and Henderson nodded sternly. "And there's why I had a surveillance on the damn thing in the first place." Barnes said and he nodded gently.

"Looks like their fight is the direct catalyst now, but if gentle persuasion won't do it, then scaring you out of here will." Henderson said sternly and Barnes nodded then. "Ted, I need you in the control, now I'm going with the guys, to get them." he said and they heard Alexander. "No you stay there, Karen and I are going with them, we're in the changing room already, Eric told us what he realized." he said and he nodded then.

"We just set her up to catch her in the act of scaring him back to the SGC, but we already decided he's not going back, ever again." she said and he nodded. "Let's go." he said and knew they nodded "Dave watch the camera, in case one of us accidentally does it twice, we're not having all of us knocked unconscious here." he said and he nodded. "Then we do this one at a time, and have another, there." he said and he nodded then.

"Agreed, and we had a double whammy here right now in this case." he said and Henderson nodded sternly as he went to arrest her and drag her back. "She's being arrested for reckless endangerment and insubordination." he said and she started shaking in fear then. "She is in so much trouble here, wait till Carson and dad find out." Daniel said and they nodded in agreement to that opinion then. "Agreed." he said and they nodded then, sternly.

"Yeah we had the presence of mind to take this slowly, but see it to be, see it to be a source of undeniable good in this world, making the world a better place, or want it to be, want it to be a weapon and protect themselves." Barnes said and he nodded. "But yeah reckless endangerment alright, this is beyond reckless, and she never told anyone. And till Eric has to arrest her himself, but gets sucked in, in the process here." Daniel said to this sternly and Walker nodded then.

"This is beyond reckless here young lady, beyond reckless." MacGregor said sternly and she swallowed hard, realizing he was through with breaking rules, it was all by the book now finally. "Good thing's she's asleep right now, she had no idea what I'm about to tell you here now." he said and Barnes nodded in agreement. "Have a seat, Danny, Coffee?" he said and Daniel nodded. "Thank you." he said and Barnes refills his mug from a Thermos then.

And as he gave him one. "But about what you said to her, what you mean exactly if she went pale at that?" he asked and he sighed. "This curse, as she considers it, is meant to stop you from running from commitment now. She has ever since she returned the ring to Hanson, saying she's not ready for marriage. Everything she does is on the alibi of trying to protect herself, she'd rather do it on her terms, then be forced to now."

"Only that's not in the cards anymore, but evidently she decided something I later learned could have killed a normal person. And this is no passive attempt but a real one, without the sarcophagus, there is no coming back. There's a time limit, and anything made, in drugs, that were created with a sarcophagus. It takes the sarcophagus to undo it, there is no cure, albeit one." he said and he nodded gently then.

"How long have you known Captain Carter?" he asked and Daniel explained that to him. "The last time I saw her, before the SGC was in Queens New York, her father was assigned there, at the same time of the accident. Growing up, I been moved from home to town till I spent the last 6 years with you guys." he said and Barnes nodded. "You and Cpt. Carter were pretty close." he said and Daniel sighed then gently at that.

"Key word there was were, we've fallen out of touch over the years, and since being reposted I stopped to talking to her after Uncle Brandon said. Just to heal emotionally from that betrayal, is cut all contact, stick to my own kind now, why?" he said and he nodded, in understanding, knowing this helped, he had no reason to hide anything from him. "I'll be honest, just to be seen, she started getting rude." he said and Barnes nodded.

"I may have forgiven her for her attitude during Kenny, but it was during Hathor, I was considering letting go and starting over. As our relationship started getting stronger, I left for a few months looking for that back payoff. Only the woman I thought loved me, was lying to me now, saying she had no idea. What Jolinar left in her head, till I got the news, she knew where Sha're was and never told me now."

"Needless to say this destroyed her relationship with me, last year after we stopped 2 system lords and they walked into another contaminated area. Her first act, as a newly activated Major, was to agree to keep going after throwing me. And right to the wolves, as the primary reason is with me on Earth, they were safe. And from walking back in there." he said and Barnes nodded in understanding then, as she went white then.

Realizing he was spilling his guts to the man that was being this hard on her, and the older man was like a loving uncle to him, while Henderson was everything he needed in recovery. "Like I said, I think I know enough to not get killed down here, is she most qualified. Now in her field, just what exactly are her qualifications, why is she here exactly." he said and Daniel nodded in agreement and Jack went pale, realizing to him, they were a bunch of grunts.

"Acting without thinking, if I didn't know any better, because the bastard is a grunt, she wants to be seen by the jarheads, the men and as a result here. She's not using her brain here, but and you're going to love this, I found this. In her bag, when we were on La Rochelle." he said, pulling out the bottle and he read the name. "Nembutal, you got to be kidding, she's taking this stuff?" he said and Daniel nodded gently to him then.

"The bottle was missing 1/3 of it, when I checked it and then I remembered what Pyrus said, the elixir once bound to the genes. That inflicts beyond fast healing, making it so any attempts at suicide, are not there. So attempted suicide and she's been on suicide watch ever since after I told this to Hancock." he said and Barnes nodded. "Thank god, he sent us his notes on her and with that." he said gently to him.

"My recommendation is just keep an eye on her." he said and he nodded, as he planned to do that. "Agreed, but what I understand is that an exotic-gas environment a thousand feet underwater. And with no link to the surface is just about the most dangerous place on the planet. If there's a problem, I need to know about it right now, with us stuck down here for the next month." he said and Daniel nodded as he answered him.

"I know she's not been this deep underwater before, but we just watch her, any indication she's starting to crack, pull it." he said and Barnes nodded. "Agreed, I'll tell that to Brandon right now, gets better, we had some sort of static. Said coming off the computer a bit ago, before I called you in here." he said and he nodded. "Well it got even better now, Eric's awake right now, and based on Karen's notation, those jellies."

"Match the ones on the movie." Henderson said and they both nodded. "Well our SGC arrival evidently never expected who they considered dangerous. To find Goodman's report, and once again the MIS are trying to down play it for us. Thinking this is impertinent at the moment, but once again that's not their call to make. And it's because you better check the dosage, Brand." Barnes said and he sat down at the table.

And did the number. "These's 80 pills in this bottle, with these being gelcaps, and 27 are missing and…, no, she didn't, did she?" he asked him then and Daniel nodded gently. "She did, and evidently the over dose never worked, because anything created. And by a sarcophagus, in drugs it takes the sarcophagus undo it, and I revealed this. And to Uncle Jake and Hancock." he said to him then, and he crossed his arms then sternly.

"Two attempted suicides, and we caught O'neill after he attempted that, so him it's slitting his wrist, her's is she tried a drug over dose, and both times. The elixir prevented that, there is no cure for this, albeit one, and they refuse it. And till her father had to go to drastic measures, by forcefully putting her in that thing. Well sedation is necessary, but she starts seeing or hearing things, I'm calling it now."

"Once the best astrophysicist in the country, now reduced to a certifiable whackjob with a death wish right now, if she's so afraid of water, why even come here exactly?" he asked and he nodded. "I think we all know the answer to that question." Daniel said and they nodded. "Agreed, we know alright, she's trying to convince you to come back, but the answer is still no, and I'm not letting him undo all my hard work again."

"Not after I just got you fully healthy again right now, you're at the correct weight for a man your size, you're still getting there emotionally. So we're very close, but the concept of going back still makes you sick to your stomach. We all know that, there is no way in hell I'm ever allowing them to destroy your progress." he said and she went white at that, realizing Jack's training had him beyond sick, he couldn't control his PTSD since.

"Look at you, strong, happy and healthy again, you look like you did after I came back into your life when you were 13. And again after we came to get you, you come so far from the broken hearted young man we remember seeing. When we came to get you 11 months ago now." he said and Daniel nodded gently. "What's the orders exactly from Haden?" he asked and Henderson nodded as he answered him gently to that question then.

"Anyone going into the sphere is being kept in quarantine, till they have their new powers under control, fortunately I been working with you and Eric for 11 months. For you this is easy, so just be careful, if we're all going in there, one by one." he said and they nodded gently. "Just wait till she finds the fax, and then confronts you, as she's the reason we missed our bus here." he said to that gently and they nodded in agreement then.

"Agreed here, but then we're not making the same mistakes the trio had, but she's Halperin in every sense of the word, but I'm a psychiatrist. And this is normal to us, you never changed, you just grew up now." he said and Daniel nodded, smiling. "I'm next, and he's already done himself, I'm taking this shift off, before we crack the code." he said and they both nodded. "First Eric and then you, me and Karen." he said to him then.

"And again your powers are not a plaything, so that's enough practical jokes with your powers." he said and he nodded, as Barnes chuckled at that. "Hey guys, Queenie's gone topside right now, one down and 3 to go." Alexander said and they nodded. "Eric woke up starving, so fast lunch, but otherwise the team is intact right now." he said and they nodded. "Our guest is a code 5150, under watch." Daniel said and Alexander nodded.

"Fair enough, but don't piss you off right now, before that destroys the propane tank in the kitchen." he said sternly and Henderson nodded. "I been trying to get the damn system purged of the numbering system. Coming across the screen, Brandon, still nothing right now, everything we try nothing works. Teeny and I have tried 10 times to purge it, keeps coming back." he added and they all nodded in understanding then.

"Well it's definitely not Eric, he'd never attack a team mate, it's following the code on the movie, one letter got exchanged for another." Daniel said and he nodded gently. "So instead of Jerry, is Harry, on the movie, you think the jellies. Said came from Carter's subconscious?" he asked and Daniel nodded. "Can't be anything else, she's trying to scare me out of here, had an argument with Dave." he said and they all nodded sternly.

"Great, after they had that argument, she charges into the sphere, and Eric jumps in after her, and you guys, Beth and I have to go in after them." he said and Daniel nodded gently to him. "Lunch is on the table guys, back to a full team again, just one of us went topside." Parker said, coming to join them and they all nodded. "The report just shot back, anyone going in, we're quarantined till we get it under control here, you three."

"And again nobody is doing disappearing act with the powers, your powers are not a play thing, so that's enough of that already." Henderson said and Collins started laughing at that. "What 11 months results in, this is too easy, we knew your and Eric's powers, and the ability to manifest things just came forward." Parker said smiling and Daniel nodded. "Yep, and there's a case of being responsible with the powers, but she loses it during that trip then."

"Just proves she's just not ready for the power, and neither are they now, our minds after 11 months of this together. That we understand this, advanced technology, like cognitive powers, are not a play thing. But as I said, as Addams now, that if the trip, the team, involves an archeologist, marine biologist, mathematician, astrophysicist and a psychiatrist. Just why is she here exactly, when we already have a astrophysicist?" Walker said and Barnes nodded then.

"Well my position was the safety inspector here, it's my job to make sure everything is working correctly and we're safe from danger, Brand's the team leader. But yeah that's good, that's real good right now, just wait for them to create stand alone stories, of your time with our unit, before this episode hexology." he said and they nodded in agreement. "Yeah, just 14 trapped in my adult body, and pick up where we left off." he said and the quartet nodded smiling then.

"Yeah that and the security, there's why you would put a surveillance in it, Teeny had communications and Queen had the computer program, you and Ted had security. We did the rest and Uncle Brandon had the psychology job, but she screwed up right now. Didn't we just agree to take our time here, and instead she decided now, no you now, and no need to stay. If gentle persuasion never works, she's targeting you, my family." he said and they nodded then.

"Agreed, but just imagine the exchange, we're discussing this about the computer, and you're getting frustrated, Ted, till we had Eric coming in to fix that problem." Henderson said smiling then and Barnes nodded with a chuckle, as they watched that scene to. As they saw Alexander as he tinkers at the keyboard, Barnes beside him. "Try purging it." he said to him then. "Every time I purge it, it comes back." he said to him and he nodded then gently at that.

"You think it's a discharge from the buffer memory?" he asked and he said it then. "I ruled that out." he said and as Renfro enters. "You figure that out yet?" she asked and he sighed then. "Not yet, Teeny, in fact, no matter what we do, it keeps coming back, without Eric, I'm lost here." he said and she nodded, smiling. "You want me to take a whack at it?" she said and he nodded. "Sure." he said and she smiled, as she moved to him.

"You know what I think the helium is getting to the chips. Saturation effect." he said and Barnes nodded. "If that's true, what are the options?" he asked him and he nodded. "We'd have to replace the chips." he said to him then. "Great, we do that, it's going to be a long week." Daniel said and Barnes nodded. "If we have to operate this place on manual, it's gonna be a long four days." he said in agreement to that gently, just then.

As Walker comes in "Hey, boss, so Ted, you figure that out yet?" he asked and he nodded. "It's some kind of saturation effect." he said and Walker shook his head then. "I don't think so. If it was a saturation effect it'd be random." he said and he nodded. "What do you mean?" he said to him then. "This has a pattern. See, it's like a code." he said to him then gently as Walker leans over to the keyboard, highlights the sequence that repeats then.

"You know there are times I wish I was a mathematician, as that sphere evidently had the powers of a few hundred billion, if it's that size. And you gained the powers of the strongest of them, now next question, did she get infected with Will's. If she possibly lost control of it and killed a clone." Daniel said and they nodded. "There's why this power is so dangerous, you need to be strong minded." he said and they nodded then.

"Well we're Jedi, at times we play pranks on each other with the other powers, but this, this took it too far." he said and he nodded, as he gripped his shoulder, before taking the seat next to them. "Agreed, and this is why advanced technology is so dangerous now, her mind is not well equipped to handle this much power. Our's is, we adapted to it, became one with it, it's part of us now, as for this." he said and Alexander nodded.

"No down boy, stay off the keyboard." he said as the cat jumped into his lap to look at the numbers across the screen. "Young man, you know you're supposed to be in living area, not working area, on work hours, just lonely and came to see. In what has us all crowded in here now?" she asked him and he mewed a yes and they nodded and he ran his hand through his head fur. "Issues in our kitten." Henderson said and he mewed gently.

As they heard him echo his future self, as he walked in, and jumped on the desk to get a look and Sarah chuckled at that. "No, you're a kitten." Daniel said and he mewed in objection. "Yeah alright guys, don't start here before someone else takes the pillow to you." Cam said and Vala started laughing at that. "I take it that means, 'I'm a cat, not a kitten still!'." Drey'auc asked and with amused smile and they nodded. "Yeah but to us, still a baby." Cam said to her gently then.

"He'a a junior, which in human years he's 18 months old, so to us and our parents, kitten." he said and she nodded. "Yeah kitten, and listen you little wise guy, you're coming with us when we go in, but your non inner see through kennel is up here now." Levy said and he mewed a second time. "Goldie, this is my mate, Mistress Sarah." Daniel said and he mewed a hello to her and she chuckled. "Nice to meet you too, Goldie." she said as she stroked his head, smiling then.

And he started purring, before, looking at the image then and gave an inquiring mew and they nodded. "Yeah 11 months from now, we get green clothed girl cat coming here, she's trying to scare me back to underground bad kennel. But me no want to go back, me safe right here with adopted papa, he knows this, I'm still suffering bad side effects. And from being around her alpha and his tan furred counterpart, and their red counterpart." he said and he mewed gently.

As he climbed into his arms and he smiled gently. "Grr Grr." they heard and Goldie looked down and saw D.J. and meowed gently in response. "You want to play guys, keep it under control those marbles duckling sized can hurt your tail if you're not careful." Teal'C said and they gave a meow and understanding growl in response. "The billiard balls, yeah no kidding, having it come onto the bridge is going too far now." Beverly said laughing at that and Will nodded smiling.

"Damn it, yeah alright, there's where I missed it, it's a repeating pattern, no you, I'm out of luck, good to have you back, bro, I need you man." he said and he smiled as Barnes chuckled, knowing they were brothers and the best of friends. "Yeah alright, so a code from where exactly here now?" he said to them and Alexander shook his head. "How do you do that?" he said bemused and Barnes nodded. "How do you see that?" he said to him then.

"Try it in binary." he said and he nodded as he rattles at the keyboard, as the numbers change to a string of "0"s and "1"s as they stare at it a beat. "It gives you the letter breaks." he said and Alexander nodded. "Do you think it's coming from The Sphere?" he said and Walker nodded. "Don't know, or better, this is a better version to Q powers enabling you to take over the system, anyone else go in?" he asked and he shook his head gently.

"No net yet right now, Daniel was planning to, after you recovered enough to translate the next upsurge." he said and Walker nodded. "Eric, this whole mission is classified Ultra Top Secret and any messages you decode are for our eyes only." he said and he nodded smiling, knowing this was staying within the SGA only, and not getting into the public. As he shows them what he's been writing, as he had the entire computer keyboard on it.

"If you were it, how would you know the alphabet? The way it's organized on the keyboard." he said and Alexander thinks hard. "But, reflected in an orb, spherically." he said and smiled, as he explained it to Parker, Renfro, Henderson and Barnes. "A keyboard, but spherical, take the keyboard and wind it around a sphere. Then starting at the center key "g", number the letters, spiraling out." he said and stood up then smiling at that.

"Heads up, we just had a break through, Ted, on me man." Daniel said as he immediately got to work, as he started getting it configured. "Ted! You're the man!" Walker said smiling and he smiled as Harry tosses aside the pad, sits down at the computer. Working frantically as Ted rubs his hands together. "I'm telling you, I still got it, I still got the juice." he said and they nodded smiling. "Watch it guys, before you over do it." Renfro said laughing at that.

"Oh, boy!" Henderson said smiling, knowing the trio were so good, they could break it down, without that much trouble and as a topographical model of a sphere appears then. And on the screen... Then the computer winds the keyboard around it, starting in the middle. And with the letter G and spiraling around it. "Now all that's left is to plug in the numbers..." he said and selects the sequence of the numbers that repeats, types a command into the computer.

As Walker finishes it as he presses enter, the others gather expectantly... 'HELLO. HOW ARE YOU? I AM FINE. WHAT IS YOUR NAME? MY NAME IS CAM." he said and Daniel nodded as they exchanged looks. "My friends, in eight thousand years of recorded history, this is a first. You are on-line with an alien intelligence." Walker said in shock. "In truth here, is I was expecting a more alien name, Omac, Linea, Brenna, or something right now."

"And that's from personal experience, those names fit the forum of an alien intelligence right now, even Sarek does, or Spock, this sounds Earthling." Daniel said and he nodded. "Agreed right now, whoever jumped in there between you guys, must have unlocked their inner desires, and now said are speaking to us." Parker said and Daniel nodded, as he typed in something, "Where do you wish to be." he said to it gently.

"I wish to be returned to my mate, I miss him dearly, in fact I have not seen him in 3 years now, I want to go back to my mate. Despite the remote control keeping me quiet, I was awake now wanting to settle down. And she's still refusing to, till my mate gave her the elixir and released me, so I can take control finally now." she read and she nodded. "It's a woman, subconscious of a woman." She said and he nodded.

"Three years, that corresponds with the book, stuck between Enigma and Solitudes, Sam." he said and Henderson nodded. "You've got to be kidding me, you must have messed up the translation here right now, if she's saying this now. Her subconscious is talking to us now and it's demanding to be returned to Gascony." Barnes said and they nodded. "If this translation is right, this alien sounds like an idiot." he said to that gently.

"No offense mam, if your mind is shoved 300 years into the past." he added, to keep from offending her. Henderson said and the duo flinched, realizing her idea could have gotten them all killed, by them not having enough lead time. A simple message, lucid, friendly, unthreatening: the way you'd address a small child, or a dog, or cat." he said and they nodded. "Meow." they heard in response and started laughing at that. "Who wouldn't be." Renfro said with a chuckle and they nodded. "Ask her for her last name." he said and he looked up at him. "What?" he said to him then. "Cam, or Camryn now." Daniel said, crossing his arms and they nodded then.

"Agreed here, Camryn sounds like the girl version to the name and.." she started to say and a fast response appeared. "My surname is Retrac." it said gently and they nodded. "Camryn Retrac, well how stupid does she think we are, Retrac is Carter spelled backwards and there is no Camryn Carter in her family." Daniel said and Henderson crossed his arms and Sam sighed, he knew her too well to know she never had him fooled.

"I think her alter ego created a variation to her surname and said is the inner desires, and said inner desires want to return to Aramis." Barnes said and he nodded. "Agreed right now." Henderson said and they nodded. "I think we should tell her we're enjoying it too." Alexander said and Henderson nodded. "A journey from where?" he asked and the next message appeared. "I AM HAPPY." they saw and he nodded bemused. "She's happy." Alexander said and Henderson crossed his arms. "She's crafty." he said and Daniel nodded. "Nice try Captain, you don't fool me here, as 1) you don't read sci-fi and 2) you're not up to my intellectual level now. Just to get I know it could be you, who killed Queenie's clone now." he said and Walker typed it in.

"Free to take over our computers, free to call us on the phone, free to come over and knock on the door if she wants to." he said and they nodded.

"A physical presence." he said and they nodded, as Henderson thought over what he just heard then, his arms crossed, as Barnes froze and he looked at him. "What are you thinking about, Brandon?" he asked him and he explained that. "This last part. Where she says, 'I am happy.'." he said and Walker smiled. "What's the matter, Brandon? Don't you want Cam to be happy?" he asked and he looked at him. "Honestly?" he asked and they nodded

Then be amongst the dangers of the Cartouche, he's happy now, he's got a family, he's come so far. "But no to that too, as to him boring is safe, it's safer here, there are next to nothing dangerous, then constantly being in the cartouche. He's seeing Anthropology as funner then being in a warzone now, and why go back to that death trap, it's safer here. But knowing he's, emotionally no where near healthy mentally to handle being around that little punk. As he enjoyed his time with them, him dressed in an OSSA Navy jumpsuit, with the baseball cap on, his arms then.

Wrapped around her and Henderson's shoulders's, seeing Henderson unit '1992 on one of the pictures and Jack swallowed hard at the look then, realizing he was part of their team. And they were taking back what rightfully belonged to them now. "You get the point, he has and had a life with us, and we just took him back as it was time to come home. "What, what was that for exactly." he asked and Jordan tried to keep from laughing. "And you start getting wise and you're the one in trouble Eric, 10 years nothing changes here, but you kids don't have to over do it." Henderson said and he nodded smiling. "Mac's not going to like this." Alexander said and he nodded then.

Get the target on Jack's back now, make them think he turned traitor." he said and Henderson smiled and Jack paled, realizing then. As he turned on said confrontation. "So this is a week later after the first contact, and we haven't seen any signs of anything dangerous, one by one the 5 of us went in. After Eric had now, and we're practicing and it's been one practical joke after another." Alexander said and Parker leaned against his side. "Can we dispense the practical jokes already, you're not teenagers anymore, guys." Levy said and they nodded and Barnes started laughing at that.

"Agreed, I agree with her right now, that your powers are not a plaything, so that's enough of that already." Henderson said smiling and they nodded smiling at him. "Yeah she's going to be in shock you're spending all your time with your trainer. While Eric is busy working out what can be added to make the upgrades to the planet a better place." Barnes said and he nodded. "With him trying to press the limit, I'm making sure he never over does it." he said and he nodded.

"You know you're acting like a teenager when with us, that's the guys, Rose and me, but just keep it up and you're going to get it again, young man." he added and Daniel nodded, smiling, but he loved the older man like a father, he was fine. "You have to look at this." Sam said, coming into the room, and with a piece of paper. "What?" Alexander asked and she said it. "There's a record here of a transmission to the surface, just before the submarine."

"In truth, was due to pick us up." she said and he said it. "Let me take a look at that." Coyote said and Sam debates turning it over to him, and Barnes gives her a sardonic look then, takes the page and reads it. "Although advised of risks, all personnel elect to remain down for duration of storm to continue investigation', you ever stop to think. That Haden wanted us under quarantine, till he's sure." he asked her, smiling, and she froze.

"And here's the read on report, after I realized you disappeared, before I went looking for you, 'Any going into artifact. Are under quarantine for the duration of storm, to get their new abilities under control, logistics will beam in supplies as needed. But otherwise, all infected personnel using artifact are to remain in isolation till abilities. Are controlled and not suffering megalomaniacal tendencies.'." Walker read out to her.

"Considering Brandon is the expert in precognitive abilities, after working with me, Daniel, Nathan, Billy, Wes and Alex for the last year, we got our powers as Jedi. Now, under control, so we see this, that's Daniel and me, as further enhancement. But our Ancient powers are not triggering any megalomaniacal symptoms. So we see how we do with the side effects of the sphere, but as your mind is not equipped here now."

"Whoever out of the group went into the sphere, is being quarantined till they have it control, Captain, so to translate. This is continued investigation, as whoever infiltrated alien artifact, is to remain in quarantine, till they have it under control." he said, translating and she froze in shock and Barnes smiles his Cheshire cat grin. "But Sam, we never elected to remain, we elected to return to the base, after several days now."

"When in decompression." he said and she nodded. "Exactly." she said and Alexander nodded. "Who sent the message?" he asked and she explained that. "The signature is encoded, remember what happened: the submarine was coming. But Renfro said she wasn't getting a reading, but the truth is, the submarine was never coming." she said, looking at Barnes. "Somebody told it not to come." she said, and Parker said it then firmly.

"Oh are you making implications again, you remember what he said, every time the orders never make sense. You see this as we been replaced, or duplicated, it's back to this again, the orders never make sense. To Officers as young as you, it's like the assignment, the assignment is lame true, but that's still the assignment?" Barnes asked and she froze at that, realizing she was doing it again, and he just bagged her at that remark.

"Since you're clearly new at this, here's the exact point now Sam, but in case of severe weather, and one of us ops to stay here, we all stay here, one of us leaves. We all leave, but you're simply a lieutenant, we been doing this longer now. But after you brought back two viruses, and the third nearly started growing out of the lab. We decided to insure this one stays quarantined till we're sure it's not a contagion."

"That thing could be considered contaminated, whoever between us went in, we're in quarantine, till we see the side effects, Brandon's orders, his being the team psychiatrist, so half the team tested out the effects. The other were watching mental and physical side effects, basic protocols now. Or is this about breaking orders again, orders are lame, that maybe, but still we have our orders." Parker said sternly to her.

As Patterson came down, gripping Parker shoulders, and whispered in her ear and she nodded sternly. "But here's our point now, after you broke containment three times, and infecting everyone or nearly, after Mycenae now. We're not having this leaving the habitat till we got it under control now, so knock it off, Lieutenant. This may seem strange, but then, our decisions never make sense to someone your age right now."

"Derek, Brandon and I decided this together, anyone that decides to go in, is quarantined and thanks to you, we missed our bus. So we're stuck for the duration, now knock it off, the only person that should be blamed here, is you." Barnes said sternly, looking at her and she started shaking in fear. "Hey Dave, we're got the surveillance videos up here, Teeny's got drop off!" Daniel called out from above them and he nodded.
