AITA for whistling "Dear Future Husband" whenever my idiot housemate Curlybrows pulls her "boyz rule, girlz drool" bullshit? Like, I wouldn't feel bad about it at all except now other people are doing it too, including some guests we've had stay over.

(you would not believe how long she ties up the bathroom working on her "signature" eyebrows. She has special make-up & brushes for them I'm not even joking. One time I told the dumbass I borrowed her eyebrow brush to comb my -nevermind. She totally flipped! It was so funny! She threw all her make-up into the bin and lit it on fire. But between you and me, that girl likes fire a little too much. She has this pair of cowboy boots with flames on them. I mean, ngl, they're kinda hot but it's weird, right? And does she need that many lighters?)

Anyway, the idiot totally treats our two male housemates like they're her gods or something.

She's always - and I mean always! - making them food and drinks and bringing it out to them on a little tray. She goes out of her way to make them really fancy crap too. Nami just sits around in his big ole easy chair, watching the match on the telly, waiting to be served. And whenever he's feeling peckish, he'll drop a comment and the pretty idiot is ready to jump up and run to the kitchen to make him something.

It makes me want to vomit. Robin doesn't ask, but he doesn't turn it down either. To be fair, he'll help her out sometimes. Still, it feels really gross watching the dumbass hop to every single time Nami pouts. And even worse, Curlybrows is always fluttering her eyeballs at them & twirling around them like a drunk ballerina. If Nami gives her the smallest compliment, she just about dies on the spot. It's so pathetic, I also almost die too (but from second hand embarrassment.)

If that was all there was to it, I probably wouldn't care. However! - there's another problem. Curlybrows is always yelling at me and our other female housemates for not being respectful enough to Nami & Robin. She even kicked me when I called Nami a dick and he was being a dick! I told her she was a prissy, self-hating witch (am I allowed to use swear words? 'cuz witch isn't the word I want to use.)

I don't know what backwards bs got drilled into the idiot's head as a kid but no one is going to tell me that I'm disrespectful, especially someone who would happily go back to the 1950s when men were men & ladies wore pearls to vacuum the f-ing carpets. (dude, I really would love to swear right now!) Maybe she gets off on it, you know, being subservient? That's her deal, though. Life is all about respect. It doesn't matter who you are.

So, AITA? Or is my misogynistic housemate the problem?

NTA. However, quick aside, you do know that dumbass is a curse word right? A baby one, but still it's a curse word.

Let's look at the facts. Curlybrows is fawning over the male roommates and is spending her time cooking special treats for them and preparing elaborate drinks for them. She lives for their meager compliments. When they say jump, she asks how high. And then she has the audacity to get angry at you for not doing the same? Hell, nah! Did she really kick you? That's messed up! And she's an arson bug? I know the housing market is shit right now (see, you can curse) but you need to find a new place to live, like yesterday.

Your whistling revenge is harmless, but to the point. If other people are joining in, then that's on Curlybrows for engendering that kind of reaction.

btw - maybe it's none of my business, but you and Curlybrows appear to have an unhealthy, almost co-dependent relationship. Both of you seem to get in each other's faces a lot. Why is that? Maybe think about it?
