The blood serum was injected into her bloodstream to take mutation in her DNA which is highly dangerous to destroy her human DNA while creating a mutation of a hybrid werecreature. Her clothes were torn and her skin was replaced with orange fur with stripes like a ginger cat form.
"HRRRRRRRGH!" She groaned and tore her mask from her face, which is now feline. Roaring with bare sharp teeth like a monstrous beast.
"Goddamn it, Lila!" Cat Noir knew she was far beyond reach in the mind, "All right, you want a catfight? You got it!"
Gabriel never thought that Lila was using him all along for herself since he was the one to mutate the blood formula into a serum which he wanted for his own thing but not to help Lila.
Cat Noir transformed too with his catsuit tearing up for his body size to get muscular into the form of a man and a feline beast.
"GRRRRRRR!" He snarled viciously at Werecat Lila.
Both creatures engage in a fight aggressively to who gets to be the dominant one. Between male and female, it would as in mating season but with Cat Noir having his humanity side, he was not fighting to have a mate. He bites down on her while Gabriel makes his escape, sounding the alarm. Werecat Noir got scratched on the chest by the female creature but he kicked her off and slammed her against the glass window to shatter. Werecat Lila growls and shoves him off. The male roared and clawed her face before shoving her through the window.
Ladybug hears the attack and rushes to the scene. She sees two cat creatures fighting brutally outside and she sure doesn't want to get involved or she gets killed. Cat Noir punched down Werecat Lila and panted heavily. She punched him back and crashed into the car, sounding the alarm off.
"Cat Noir!" Ladybug exclaimed.
"Hrrrrrgh?" Cat Noir got up.
"Kitty!" Ladybug helps him up.
Werecat Lila roared and tried to attack Ladybug but Cat Noir whacked her with his tail.
"She still seems to hold her grudge at me!" Ladybug realized.
Werecat Noir roared back at Lila and pounced on her with a roll before biting her face. Yowling in rage and pain, both were gonna kill each other if one of them did not yield. Cat Noir was no killer but he can't let her feral state harm anyone. He was gonna get bloody on his wounds by the time he reverted back to human form. The cats are no match for this beast since they are too afraid.
During the fight, Gabriel saw the two feline beasts fight. He checked earlier if Adrien was okay in his room but he wasn't in there.
"HRRRRGH!" Werecat Lila bites Cat Noir again.
Ladybug knew that this was too dangerous to stop the fight and Lila couldn't revert back to human form without a human DNA in her body. Adrien can but he's not strong enough to defeat her. If he dies, Lila will continue to kill for blood lust.
"I must do something!" She thought.
She had to talk to Gabriel since he trusted a liar and now he needs to fix this now before her kitty gets killed out there. Or worse, Gabriel will be devastated to lose another again like he lost his wife.
"Gabriel! Hurry inside!" She ran to him.
"My son is missing!" Gabriel exclaimed.
"We'll find him but we must stop Lila too!" Ladybug said.
"That traitor used me!" Gabriel said.
"Why did you trust her if you knew she was a criminal?" Ladybug asked.
"Because she promised to revive my wife!" Gabriel said.
"Are you even aware she would backstab you?!" Ladybug scolded him.
"No," Gabriel said.
"No one has the power to revive the dead, Mr. Agreste. She was using that promise to get you to help her with something she wanted. Criminals do that all the time. And your son is safe, for now," Ladybug said, although it won't be long until he doesn't last long, "But we need to stop Lila one way or another" She added.
"There is a way to stop a werecat" Gabriel then got an idea.
"Please. If you loved your wife, she would have wanted you to do the right thing. It's not too late to stop it" Ladybug said.

Cat Noir circled Werecat Lila to be on guard to attack. He knew she was lost to her instincts. Way beyond lost to come to her human senses. He can hear her words through feline language since he can talk to cats.
"I don't want to hurt you, Lila! We'll both be killed if we continue to fight!" Werecat Noir growled.
"There can be only one winner!" Werecat Lila snarled through feline language.
"There's no winner or loser like this!" Werecat Noir snarled back.
"THEN DIE!" Werecat Lila lunged at him.
Werecat Noir throws her over and smashes the main door, "Enough!" He bares his claws approaching her, "Give up, Lila!"
"You think I wanna give up for you?!" Werecat Lila jumped up at the rooftops to get to the Eiffel Tower.
Werecat Noir chased after her. Just like every other time he faced bad guys, they would always run away from a fight. He jumped on the metal bars like a wall jump to chase after her. Civilians who witnessed it were recording it with their phones. Werecat Lila climbed up to the top, scaring off the people with a roar. She turned and faced Werecat Noir, rain started to fall over them. Neither of them was afraid of water but they were both too focused on fighting each other. They again engaged in biting or scratching at each other. Werecat Lila slammed him at the wall, slightly denting it.
The male snarled back and pushed her off with his feline hind legs, "I said that's enough! We are both getting all bloodied out here!" Werecat Noir refused to fight her but she won't yield.
"Hrrrrrgh!" Werecat Lila growled at him.
"You want me to kill you?! Not gonna happen!" Werecat Noir retorted.
"I can!" Werecat Lila engaged again but the male jumped up to the upper level of the tower.
He saw Lila come after him, her eyes filled with madness. Growling in annoyance at how much she's not tiring herself out yet. Thunder clashed in the sky as the two reached the level. Both got wet on their fur from the rain but they didn't care, both wanted each other dead but the tame was no killer and did not want to kill a person inside that beast form.
Soon enough, Ladybug arrived with a dart rifle. The male pinned the female against the bar rails to stun her so Ladybug could get a good shot at the female creature.
"I have you now!" Ladybug fires one dart at Werecat Lila.
Werecat Lila yelped in pain as the dart hit her. It was taking effect to cure her back to human form, slowly in seconds before she was nearly half-naked, bloodied, but breathing. She fell to the floor unconscious. The male slowly detransformed too but was very much naked but his mask since he did get a lot of beating from her.
"Uh, little help?" He covers himself.
Ladybug grabbed a nearby flag and covered him, "Why is it that you have to end up fully naked?"
"Well, my suit wasn't so stretchy" Cat Noir wraps the flag around him.
"Damn it" Ladybug can see the claw marks on his body.
"They'll heal over time, Milady" He assured her.
"You wretched brat!" Lila woke up but quickly covered herself since she was half-naked.
Cat Noir hissed at her, "More like you're the selfish brat to me, bitch"
"And tricked Gabriel!" Ladybug said.
"Wait, what? He wanted my blood sample" Cat Noir said.
"Lila took that sample and injected herself with it. He told me" Ladybug said
"I still don't trust him. Not after for what he did by neglecting me" Cat Noir stands up while holding the flag around his body.
Later the police came and arrested Lila, putting her in a straight jacket to prevent her from struggling. No one saw where the werecat creatures were like they vanished without a trace. Adrien has gotten some spare clothes from Ladybug to wear since his suit got destroyed.
"Please don't be embarrassed just because you saw me completely naked the first time. I was surprised myself" Adrien said.
"Well, I would have swooned at your abs but I could fix you a stretchy suit" Ladybug offered.
"Women always swoon at my six-pack all the time. Especially with summer modeling" Adrien rolled his eyes.
"And how you seduce me at the club," Ladybug said.
"Cats gotta be wild in the jungle city" Adrien purred out loud.
"Yeah. I just hope this whole event taught your father a lesson the hard way that werecat blood does not revive people" Ladybug said.
"I'm not sure," Adrien said doubtfully.
"At least to not trust a liar," Ladybug said.
"Anyways, I should tell my father the truth. I'm still angry with him but I hope he listens to me this time" Adrien said.
"Alright, but take it easy," Ladybug said.
