Three month pass as news of tsunade's alleged crime reaches mitsuomi and tsunade in amegakure. Tsunade slams her fist on the table inside their room, "Danzo is behind this!... Who else would benefit from throwing such mud against me?!" she hisses, her voice thick with anger.

"Indeed.. It's a typical shadow play.. Misdirect.. Manipulate and Control.. He wants to use this chaos to cover his tracks while he moves against you and quite possibly against all established powers" mitsuomi says, ever calm and collected.

"We need to act.. We can't let him win at this game" tsunade says, a shadow flickering across her eyes.

"But we must be wary Tsunade.. This is precisely what Danzo wants.. For you to storm into Konoha.. Impulsive and enraged with me following as your man" mitsuomi says with caution, understanding the gravity of her resolve.

"Then what do you propose?!.. We cannot simply sit back and let him paint me as a criminal!" tsunade shouts, her anger momentarily giving way to contemplation. Mitsuomi beckons for her to come closer and pulls her to sit in his lap with his ancient eyes gleaming with a plan, "We will clear your name Liebe but not by force.. Let us instead pull the strings from the shadow and mirroring his own tactics.. We are now apart of Kushina's Akatsuki.. Through them We will gather undeniable evidence of your innocence and Danzo's culpability.. Only then when we have the upper hand.. We will we make our move" he says, caressing her cheek with the back of her hand.

"Very well.. We'll play this game of shadows.. But we'll play it our way and win" tsunade says, cupping his hand on her cheek with a new resolve forming in her heart, tempered by the wisdom of the oldest vampire.

"Indeed.. We will" mitsuomi says with a smile on his face as they share a kiss. Tsunade shares a nod with him as she pulls away as they begin planning their next moves. The game of deception versus truth has just escalated and neither side is prepared to yield. Anko slips into the room with some essentials in a bag and sees tsunade sitting in mitsuomi's lap with the pair sharing an intimate moment.

"Am I interrupting something... Or should I come back later" anko asks, a teasing edge to her voice but one could detect a faint undertone of genuine discomfort. Tsunade is ever the embodiment of strength and composure with turns to face anko having a soft smile, "No Anko.. You are important to me and your role in what's to come is just as crucial" tsunade says and places a reassuring hand on anko's shoulder, "Anko.. The bond we share is profound and layers deeper than the physical.. If we were to explore more.. It must be with the understanding that it strengthens our connection" she adds, her voice warm yet filled with a gravity that commands attention.

"In our world.. Such actions weave together the fabric of our beings.. Intertwining our fates even more tightly.. If all hearts align then let us explore this new dimension but with care and respect for each other" mitsuomi concludes with nod of agreement.

"Tobi you say.. Can he be trusted?!" tsunade says, her eyes narrowing at the name. Kushina lets out a heavy sigh and leans back in her chair, "I'm not certain.. Tobi approached us with promises of support and power but Yahiko declined.. He believed in Akatsuki's cause but not in making deals with shadows and unknown figures" she explains, shaking her head slightly. Mitsuomi's interest seems piqued at the mention of tobi, "A shadow moves only at the beckoning of a greater darkness or light.. To discern which.. One must be wary not to become consumed by it themselves" he says, his legs crossed.

"That's a wise perspective.. Yahiko too believed in the light of our cause shining through the darkness.. Perhaps that's why he refused Tobi.. But now with everything at stake.. I wonder if we have the luxury to choose.. Even with the two of you" kushina says, aftering pausing to consider mitsuomi's words carefully.

"Whatever decision you make Kushina.. We're with you.. The shadows can be daunting but together we can face them" tsunade says, a reassuring smile on her face.

"We'll meet with this Tobi but under one condition.. We proceed with utmost caution" mitsuomi says, exchanging a look with tsunade.

"Let's see what this Tobi has to say.. But Kushina.. We doing this under a veil of skepticism.. Any sign of deceit and we walk away" tsunade says, nodding in agreement.

"Understood.. The meeting is tomorrow on the outskirts of Amegakure" kushina says, a spark of hope glinting in her eyes. The lovers leave kushina's company, the atmosphere is thick with anticipation and uncertainty. The proposed alliance could be a pivotal move in their intricate game of chess, where every decision brought them closer to checkmate. Yet the question lingers is that is tobi a player to be trusted or another shadow moving in the dark. Meanwhile in konoha fugaku convenes a council meeting with the clan heads and honorable elders to discuss a pressing matter regarding tsunade's recent actions, which have cast a long shadow over the village.

"Thank you all for coming at such short notice... The matter we are here to discuss is of grave importance. Tsunade has committed a serious crime... She is accused of killing her apprentice and significantly tarnishing Konoha's reputation" fugaku begins, his voice betraying a note of gravity.

"Hokage-sama.. Aren't we rushing into judgment?!.. Resorting to drastic measures without concrete evidence against Tsunade is not justifiable.. Her family helped found Konoha and it is imperative to remember her heritage before accusing her of such heinous crimes.. To accuse her of killing Shizune Kato without evidence goes against everything our village stands for" inoichi says, clearly troubled and leans forward.

"Shizune's body show evidence of stranglulation and witnesses put her there.. This coupled with accusations of her betraying Konoha by potentially selling secrets.. It cannot be overlooked in the name of sentimentality.. We must also consider her recent unauthorized excursions.. Which have stirred unrest among the neighboring villages and posed a risk of igniting conflicts" danzo says, seizing the moment of uncertainty.

"While the allegations are serious.. We must not forget that Tsunade is a Sannin and one of our strongest.. Her dedication to Konoha has been evident throughout her life.. We must consider all sides before jumping to conclusions" hiruzen chimes in, trying to steer the conversation towards a more balanced outlook. Fugaku acknowledges the points made by both sides and tries to maintain an air of impartiality, "The arguments presented today highlight the complexity of this situation.. Safety and security of the village are paramount and yet we must also weigh the consequences of our decisions on the individual's legacy and our own principles" he says but silently thinking, finally he has the means to lay the senju name low.

"Tsunade has faced threats for us and stood on the front lines.. Do we abandon one of our greatest warriors because we take the word of Yakuza.. Who can be bought?!" tsume snarls, unable to contain her frustration. A heavy silence ensues as the gravity of the decision presses down on everyone in the room, "This decision cannot be made in haste nor can it be done without thorough deliberation.. Given the severity of Tsunade's alleged crimes and the potential implications of branding her a traitor.. We need to proceed with caution" fugaku finally speaks. After much debate influenced by danzo's insinuations and to them the undeniable weight of tsunade's actions, the council is conflicted yet swayed by concerns of national security and the credibility of the leaf as they vote decisively.

"With a heavy heart.. The council has decided that Tsunade will be classified as an S-Class Missing-nin and her name will be entered into the Bingo Book.. Let it be known that this decision was not reached lightly.. Our actions today will undoubtedly shape the future of Konoha" fugaku somberly concludes. The meeting adjourns and leaves a palpable tension in the air as the ramifications of their decision begin to take root. The fate of tsunade has been sealed, thrusting the hidden leaf into a new chapter of uncertainty and inner turmoil. Not long later in the dimly lit confines of danzo's Ne headquarters orochimaru sits across from him, a sly grin playing across his features.

"It seems the Council and Hokage played right into your hands Danzo" orochimaru remarks, his voice laced with an undeniable note of cunning. Danzo maintains his stoic demeanor and nods once to acknowledge the statement, "It was a necessary move for the village's security.. Tsunade being branded a Missing-nin opens new avenues for us" danzo replies, his eyes glinting with unsaid plans.

"And what might those 'avenues' lead us back Mitsuomi" orochimaru says, his interest piqued.

"Of course.. Tsunade will not let her reputation be tarnished.. Once word spreads.. Other nations will move against her.. No nation will be safe for her" danzo says, placing his hand on the table.

"And this grand scheme will push her to come Home" orochimaru asks, his grin widening.

"Yes and with her Mitsuomi Kiriyu... Now conduct your research and decipher Mitsuomi's notebook to unlock the secrets it holds.. Unraveling the mysteries of the progenitor of vampires could offer us untold advantages.. Remember.. Your task is not only to understand but to figure out how we can integrate such power into Konoha's defenses" danzo states, the hint of a very specific and ambitious plan forming between the lines of his words.

"And Immortality" both thought, their ambition palpable.

"Kukuku.. All is for Konoha" orochimaru says, leaving the elder to scheme as the two connive in the shadows, the village above remains unaware of the deeper machinations at work.

Kushina, konan, mitsuomi and tsunade await the promised time for their meeting with tobi to discuss their possible alliance, their secluded spot outside of ame but hidden to keep others away. The atmosphere is thick with tension and uncertainty clouding the air while tobi lingers in the shadows with zetsu, his gaze fixed on the four with all wearing akatsuki colors save one.

"That must be Mitsuomi Kiriyu.. The same one Danzo has been moving heaven and earth to find with Tsunade and she wears Akatsuki's colors" tobi mutters to zetsu, his voice threaded with a mix of admiration and concern.

"Indeed.. A rather formidable gathering and if I may say.. It changes things" zetsu says, blending with the natural surroundings and his voice a mere rustle. Tobi's eyes narrow as he ponders zetsu's words and the cogs in his mind working overtime, "They possess strengths we could use or else need to counter.. We must tread carefully" he muses, his voice barely above a whisper and acknowledging the significant threat but also potential mitsuomi represents.

"This being Predate Mother's arrival on this planet.. I need to be cautious of him as he is someone who's fate I do not control" black-zetsu thought as tobi signals his readiness. Tobi steps out of the shadows with his presence instantly altering the energy around them and as he closes the distance, his demeanor is that of a looming storm, controlled yet inherently dangerous.

"We meet again Tobi" kushina says, her Rinnegan eyes on his single eye.

"Yes and I'll skip the Preamble.. To once again propose an alliance" tobi begins, his single visible eye meticulously scanning the group before him. His earlier secretive conversation with zetsu adding layers to his strategic approach, weighing their worth and the potential dynamics this alliance could bring forth. He took a deliberate pause, letting the weight of his words sink in among kushina and her allies, marking the beginning of a high-stakes dialogue that could reshape alliances and rivalries in their world.

"And why should we trust you?!.. Yahiko did not" kushina says, her fiery spirit unquenched even in the face of danger. Tobi's mask did little to hide the sharpening of his tone and a slight chill entering his words, "Yahiko is now dead because of it" he retorts, the name invoking a palpable shift in the atmosphere. Konan's expression tightens with a storm brewing behind her eyes, anger for the mention of yahiko palpable but kushina grips her hand to keep her grounded. Tobi senses the rising tension and adds fuel to the fire, "Kushina.. You managed to defeat Hanzo but can you truly stand against the world alone?!" he says, his challenge hanging in the air. A direct jab at the heart of their convictions, pressing on the sore memories of losses and battles fought. Mitsuomi locks eyes with tobi with the weight of centuries behind his gaze, "With your power.. Kushina can fight the world then" he states, his voice echoing slightly in the tense air.

"Yes.. Because I am someone who has seen the same pain.. The same loss that you all have faced" tobi responds after hollow laugh, a sound that seems to carry both amusement and a hint of melancholy, his single visible eye reflecting a depth of experience and sorrow that could rival even mitsuomi's ancient tenure.

"Reveal your true self then.. Only then should we consider your words" tsunade says, ever the skeptic and her arms folded inside her cloak while konan remains silen with her analytical mind trying to decipher tobi's true intentions.

"Very well.. My real name is Madara Uchiha" tobi says, his entire demeanor changing as the air grows heavier.

Kushina, konan and tsunade were visibly shocked by this revelation as the name madara uchiha carries a weight of history and power but mitsuomi is unfazed.

"Why would a proud warrior like Madara Uchiha hide behind a mask?!.. Or seek the assistance of others?!.. This is unlike the tales of yore I've learned from Tsunade" mitsuomi says, his ancient eyes scrutinized the man before him with his voice deep and steady.

"Times change.. The world is not what it once was and neither am I.. The machinations of this era call for... Different strategies" tobi says with a smile behind his mask, the coolness in his voice apparent.

"Your words are honeyed but they carry the poison of deceit.. What do you truly seek?!" kushina says with the tension thick from each word tobi spoke, adding layers of uncertainty and intrigue but her distrust of tobi evident.

"What I seek is transcendence for this world.. A new order and for that.. I need allies who are not afraid to usher in the dawn of a new era.. The Akatsuki's goal should be to collect the Nine Biju.. Ultimately creating a new world order... And you Kushina with your Rinnegan Can be revered as a God in this new world" tobi explains with his gaze shifting from one face to another, seemingly measuring his next words carefully. A flicker of conflict crosses kushina's face, "A new world order with me as a God?!.. What makes you think I'd entertain such a thing?!" she says, her voice laced with a mix of curiosity and skepticism that breaks the silence.

"Because you above all.. Understand the flaws of our current reality.. Your power is wasted in a world that cannot acknowledge its true potential.. We need a visionary like you to lead" tobi replies, smooth with an almost persuasive tone. Kushina glances at her companions and seeking their reactions with lover konan observing quietly but her expression unreadable. Tsunade's skepticism remains but there was a softening in her stance, an interest in the broader implications of tobi's words. Mitsuomi is an ever the enigmatic figure that seems to contemplate the offer but judgement defaulting to kushina as she is leader.

"You speak of change Madara Uchiha... But at what cost?!.. History is replete with those who sought to reshape the world.. Only to be consumed by their own visions" mitsuomi finally said, his tone thoughtful.

"A valid concern but think of the possibilities.. A world without war.. Without suffering.. Where the cycles of hatred are broken.. You could be the cornerstone of this new era Kushina" tobi says, nodding and acknowledging the point. The air is electric with the tension of decision as the proposal hangs between them like a delicate promise, fraught with both possibility and peril. In this moment of historical revelation and tense negotiation, the future of the ninja world hangs delicately in the balance, each individual weighing the cost of change against the allure of a new dawn.

"Such a Possibility would be something many would ask for.. No Beg for" mitsuomi starts and crack his right middle finger with his thumb, "However Kushina... Would you wish to work with the man... Who attacked your brother Nagato.. Stole the Kyubi from him and unleashed it upon Konoha.. Leading to Nagato and his lover Mina Namikaze to seal it into their newborn child" he adds, his eyes directly on tobi. Everyone's eyes snap towards mitsuomi as the gravity of his words sink in while tobi's stance stiffens with the charge in the air palpable. This revelation immediate sends kushina into a rage as tobi and zetsu prepare to flee but mitsuomi swiftly moves, snatching out tobi's right eye from his mask like a spectre. Kushina quickly using her Rinnegan's Banshō Ten'in to pull zetsu towards her and with a fierce determination, rips out his soul using Ningendō as he falls like a dead puppet.

"This single eye holds such power Obito?!" mitsuomi remarks with a tone of intrigue, before consuming said eye and the action leaves the rest in startled silence. Tobi clutches his face but rips his mask away as the tension peaks with revelations and true identities come to light.

"What have you done?!" obito hisses, confronting the reality of his situation.

"Justice.. Though delayed is not denied" mitsuomi says, with an air of calm superiority. He without warning pierces obito's chest, his fingers sinking into the flesh as if it were mere vapor. Obito's eyes widen in shock and pain as his body beginning to shrivel up from his blood being taken, "This... This can't be happening" he stammers, disbelief coloring his fading voice.

"As inevitable as the setting sun" mitsuomi states coldly, withdrawing his hand. Everyone watches almost entranced and slightly horrified as obito's once formidable figure collapses, a mere shell of his former self and drawing his last breath with the mention of the name rin. The air stands still for a moment as the gravity of what just transpired sinks in, "Let this be a lesson to those who tread the path of darkness.. There is always a price to be paid" mitsuomi adds, turning towards the stunned group and his expression unreadable. The aftermath of this encounter leaves the group not in a surge of determination but in a heavy blanket of despair and uncertainty. Kushina falls to her knees as konan rushes to her side, her presence a silent pillar of support in the maelstrom of emotions.

"It's all a web of lies and manipulation.. Deeper and more twisted than we could have imagined" kushina gasps out, her words slicing through the silence like a knife.

"I saw glimpses of Zetsu's memories.. Their dark machinations was like an abyss threatening to swallow everything.. All for Kaguya Otsutsuki and the Jubi" kushina says, amidst choked sobs. Konan helps Kushina to her feet with the resolve that once lit their eyes now flickers with doubt, "Kaguya Otsutsuki?!... Through the Jubi?!" konan asks, her voice barely above a whisper and showcasing her disbelief.

"Yes.. Zetsu… They've has been plotting.. All of this chaos.. It's to revive Kaguya.. The progenitor of chakra.. They believe by gathering the tailed beasts.. They can recreate the Jubi and use its incredible power for Kaguya's resurrection" kushina responds, her voice strained with the burden of her knowledge.

"Then is it Good this creature is dead and with it goal of Reviving Kaguya and the Jubi" mitsuomi says, ever the stoic presence as he pierces zetsu to drain it of its blood.

"Indeed... Zetsu has manipulated events from the shadows long enough.. We have put an end to their plans" kushina says, her eyes shimmering with a mix of fear and determination.

"There's more.. Obito and Zetsu have manipulated several people.. Many without their knowing have become pawns in their game" kushina adds, her voice now a mere whisper as if carrying the weight of unspeakable secrets. This new piece of information sends a chill down konan and tsunade's spine. The path they must walk now not just shrouded in darkness but twisted with deception and betrayal.

"The Akatsuki will shatter their manipulations and free those under their control.. The darkness Zetsu sows will be met with our light" mitsuomi says, sensing the growing despair and in a reassuring tone. He then points to his right eye, which now houses obito's Sharingan and its usual red replaced with an unusual blue hue.

"Such power and yet.. It's different.. Altered.. How?!" konan murmurs in astonishment while examining the eye. Mitsuomi turns his head slightly and indicating a reflective solemnity, "Every soul I gain.. I can mold their abilities to my body.. Hence the blue Sharingan" he says and glances briefly towards obito's lifeless form, "You can do the same Tsunade.. Just eat it" he adds, spotting another eye with a tone mixing intrigue and a dark jest.

"I am not eating an eye.. Drink blood Yes but not eating an eye" tsunade says, taken aback by the blunt proposition and shoot him a piercing look, her eyes narrowing and fangs barely visible as she hissed in contempt.

"Understood Love" mitsuomi says, smiling faintly. Kushina then clears her throat to break the lover's quarrel with a sense of pragmatic urgency, "For now.. We burn the bodies and plan our next move.. Obito and Zetsu's plans run deep" she says and all of them nod, understanding the gravity of their situation. With a flourish of her arms which morph into flamethrowers thanks to her asura path abilities and kushina sets to work, her face set in a grim determination.

"Impressive use of your abilities Kushina" mitsuomi says, observing her with an intrigued glint in his eye and couldn't help but whistle softly at the display of power.

"This is what we must do to protect what we hold dear.. Remember that" kushina says, pausing her task for a brief moment and a fierce look in her eyes. Mitsuomi nods with an acknowledgment of her resolve, "Indeed.. It's about doing what's necessary.. Even if it pushes us beyond our boundaries" he says and his eyes then sweep over the gathered group, "Just as we burn away the remnants of the past.. We must also be ready to ignite the flames of change.. Our actions today shape the future" he adds. Kushina returns to burning the bodies ashes with a nod, "Nagato.. I'll find your child and bring her to her real family" she thought, already making plans in her head.

In konoha hiruzen checks on the daughter of nagato and mina under the care of her adopted family the Tanakas with the child named Akari being nearly three-years-old. Hiruzen with his aging but wise eyes observes young akari playing in the garden with her vibrant red hair catching the sun's rays, "She has her father's hair" he muses quietly, a gentle smile forming on his lips.

"Yes Lord Hiruzen and her mother's spirit.. She's quite the handful" mrs. tanaka says, standing next and nodding with a smile.

"Nagato and Mina both were incredibly strong-willed.. It seems Akari inherits more than just their looks" hiruzen says, chuckling softly.

"Indeed Lord Hiruzen.. Why just yesterday.. She managed to escape her crib.. We found her atop the bookshelf.. Laughing as if it were the greatest adventure" mrs. tanaka says, laughing in agreement.

"A true ninja in the making then.. Have there been any signs of... Unusual abilities given her lineage.. It wouldn't be surprising" hiruzen says, his eyes twinkling with amusement.

"Well we've noticed she seems to have an affinity for animals.. Birds especially.. They gather around her as if they're listening to her babbling" mr. tanaka says, who joins them and exchanges a look with his wife. Hiruzen raises an eyebrow with an intrigued, "Is that so.. That is quite unusual... It seems Nagato and Mina have left us a very special child indeed" hiruzen says as his gaze shifts back to akari, who is now giggling as a small bird landed on her outstretched hand.

"You are doing a commendable job raising her.. The village is indebted to you for your kindness and love towards her" hiruzen adds, turning to the tanakas and placing a comforting hand on each of their shoulders.

"It's our honor Lord Hiruzen.. She has brought so much joy into our lives" both say and bow slightly, respect evident in their eyes.

"Keep her safe.. In this world powers like hers... They can be a beacon of hope or a magnet for darkness" hiruzen says, preparing to leave with one last look to akari, a sense of foreboding mingling with his affection. The tanakas nod solemnly, understanding the gravity of his words as hiruzen walks away, his heart heavy yet hopeful for the future of this remarkable child. His steps guide him towards the sarutobi family compound, a place of many memories and the current home to his energetic grandson Konohamaru. He hopes to find a moment of peace, playing with the young boy, sharing stories and maybe teaching him a trick or two.

"And what would the great Hiruzen Sarutobi say if he knew his prized student has been gallivanting across the lands.. Eh?!" hiruzen hears as he approaches, the sound of a familiar and boisterous laughter. Hiruzen couldn't help but smile at his student jiraiya's mocking tone as he enters the courtyard, seeing him sitting cross-legged on the ground, a scroll unfurled in front of him with konohamaru energetically bouncing around him. As konohamaru continues to hop about and hiruzen's expression grows somber but signals a shift in the air, "Konohamaru.. Why don't you go find your mother.. She wanted to see you about something important" hiruzen suggests gently, masking the concern in his voice. Konohamaru senses the change in mood but not understanding it and nods, "Okay Grandpa!.. I'll go find her now!" he says and with that the boy darts off, leaving the two older shinobi alone.

"Sensei.. I need to ask.. Why did Fugaku make Tsunade a missing-nin?!.. And how could he and the council believe she'd kill Shizune?!.. It's utterly nonsensical!" jiraiya says once konohamaru out of earshot with his demeanor shifting from jest to seriousness.

"The politics of our village are becoming more complicated by the day.. Tsunade's situation... It's a mix of misunderstanding.. Fear and old grudges resurfacing.. As for Fugaku.. His perspective is clouded by his responsibilities and the pressure to make decisions for the clans and the village's sake" hiruzen says with a sigh, the weight of the village's politics suddenly pressing down on him.

"Tsunade would never harm Shizune.. They were as close as sisters.. There must be something we can do to clear her name and bring her back" jiraiya says, shaking his head and frustration evident on his face.

"I know Jiraiya and we will.. But it needs to be done carefully.. The tension within the village and the external threats are balancing on a knife-edge.. We can't afford to make hasty decisions" hiruzen says, looking to the horizon and contemplating the days ahead.

"Then let's plan this carefully.. We need Tsunade back and especially now.. Her medical skills and strength are unparalleled and we need to uncover the truth behind Shizune's situation" jiraiya said, understanding the precarious situation. The discussion between the teacher and student continues as they begin to lay the groundwork for a plan to not only clear tsunade's name but who started as both suspect who in the back of their minds. The challenges were immense but together hiruzen and jiraiya have faced many storms as they know this would be no different.

AN2: I'll end with Jiraiya and Hiruzen to unravel the conspiracy against Tsunade. Her joining Akatsuki with Mitsuomi, also Mitsuomi and Kushina killing off Obito and Zetsu which is by design as I have no need for them. Killing them early puts an end to bringing back Madara and Kaguya. Also there will no other Otsutsuki coming and Kaguya is the only one, so no Isshiki. Next chapter will have Mitsuomi and Tsunade heading for the Mountains graveyard, where Tsunade will see something that shocks her. Then they'll head to Water country to deal with Yagura.
