Meanwhile at the third exam site.

"This exam has been canceled due to a terrorist attack on an exam site. All Examinees here shall take the exam at a later date."

Aizawa sits in a room with the proctor, other heroes, and members of the Hero Public Safety Commision. The air was heavy as news from the second exam site had reached them. The topic for this debate now is whether or not the exam should be stopped. But both U.A. students and Shiketsu students are involved at this exam site which makes the push back from canceling the exam a bit more complicated than usual. The exam is currently happening as they have this discussion.

"For the safety of everyone involved I suggest that we postpone the exam to a later date!"

"You fool! If we did that then what would happen to those who haven't passed the first test."

"We wait until this half of the exam is finished and complete it on another day."

"If we postpone the exam that's wasted resources, although I do agree. There is still the chance that that villain might attack this exam site."

"The safety of the citizens and students comes first. We need to cancel it now!"

"What would we do with the examinees who've already failed the test? They may think this is a rigged exam."

"Is the safety of citizens your only concern? There are plenty of trained personnel to protect them even if we are attacked."

"ENOUGH!" Yokumiru Mera, the host of the exam, spoke up.

Aizawa sits and listens, not wanting to get himself involved. Although he would prefer it if the exam didn't get canceled. Going through the hassle of explaining the cancellation of the exam to his students is something that he didn't plan for.

"I'm the host of this exam and I say we will continue it. That is final," said Yokumiru.

"But Sir!"

"Did you forget who attacked the exam site from what we were told?" Yokumiru asked. Everyone stayed silent until Yokumiru answered his own question. "That's right, it was Akumi Midoriya. And who do you think is on our exam site?"

"Izuku Midoriya. Her brother and my student." Aizawa spoke up.

"Correct." Yokumiru confirms.

All eyes were now on Aizawa as they were waiting for him to elaborate. Aizawa just sighs as he thinks of this as a drag. "There is a reason why they won't attack this exam site."

"And that reason is connected to your student, how?" A hero asked.

"That is something we haven't revealed to the public yet." Aizawa looks over to the members of the Public Hero Commision to confirm if he could tell them. Yokumiru nods his head signaling the okay for Aizawa. "But I guess now is better than never. Izuku is the only one who can return Akumi to how she was. To get you somewhat caught up to speed, my student's sister, Akumi Midoriya, can see the future to an extent. The villains have used some sort of brainwashing to make her work for them. Because of this they can to an extent predict how we would plan. Only my student Izuku Midoriya, her brother, can break her out of it. And because of that she won't attack this exam site."

"If they already know the future, what's to stop them from attacking here while leaving Akumi somewhere else?" Another person asked.

"They won't attack here because Izuku is All Might's successor." Aizawa said to the shock of most in the room. "It's not like we were trying to hide this. It would have come out sooner or later."

"Successor? Wouldn't that make them want to attack this exam site even more?"

"Yeah we should just stop it now. If he is All Might's successor then we need him to do more than just this."

"How do we know you're telling the truth?"

"Is this a joke to you?
"Hold it, he has a point. That strength is uncanny to All Might's."

"All Might was the teacher to their class after all. That must be the reason why he chose to teach at a hero school."

"But look at that boy, he's nowhere near strong enough to protect everyone as of now even if he is All Might's successor."

"This only brings in more concern than it does relief."

"Take it however you want. Bottom line is they won't attack this site. It's too risky for them to use their only pawn to use against All Might's successor now. And sending any attack force towards him would only be a loss for them." Aizawa sits back on his chair indicating that he was done talking. The debate continues.

Daichi is waiting in his brick-stone-like structure, groveling. "Izuku, that cheeky bugger." He sighs as he continues waiting for his strength to build, hoping that it would be in time before this part of the exam ended. A signal is sent to his ear piece and he taps it saying, "Hello?"

"Daichi, right?" A voice spoke."

"Youta? How did you get on this channel…" He was a bit shocked, but then again it was Youta so he stopped questioning it. "Wait, never mind. What is it?"

"How is the situation on your end?"

"All is good. The exam started a few moments ago. Why do you sound so serious?"

"So they didn't attack over there…" Youta begins to trail off in thought.

"They attack? And where? What's going on? Is someone attacking you over at your exam site? Is it Souta? Yasuo?"

"No, no. Souta and Yasuo are not the ones attacking." Youta sighs. "It's very unlikely they'd attack where you're at knowing who attacked but be on your guard, villains attacked our exam site."

"By villains you don't mean her do you?" Dachi asked and Youta went silent. "Alright. I'll be on the lookout."

"Oh by the way. Why is Kenji's call channel disconnected?"

Daichi laughs, "Oh, that. Don't worry, he went to fight Bakugo. He's probably knocked out right about now."

"I see. Well stay safe. They've postponed our exam over here so good luck."

"Yeah I will. Stay strong. I know we can get this situation dealt with. You are Youta after all. There is nothing you can't stop." And then there was no more response from Youta as his signal ended. "Can't stay here for too long. Guess I've built enough strength to get back to work."

Daichi retracks his brick-stone-like structure and is immediately assaulted with balls. "You may not be U.A. but Shiketsu still is a top school. It would be great for us if we manage to eliminate one of you," said one examinee.

Daichi could have easily dodge the balls but chose to be hit and defend his remaining targets. Daichi narrows his eyes, "You guys are annoying." Picking up two balls that had fallen on the ground, one in each hand, he zips over to the examinees surrounding him and one by one eliminating them by tapping the ball on their target. "Alright now that I've passed I need to be on the lookout." Daichi speed walks up to the highest point in the mountain zone and waits until the next part of the exam leaving all the examinees who attack him confused as to how they were hit. Daichi then notices a laser beam shoot into the air.

A beep from Daichi and a voice announces from his targets, "Examinees that have passed should proceed to the waiting room."

"Good, it's not a must proceed. Meaning that I could wait here for a while. Hopefully it counts not the people inside the waiting room but the people who actually passed." Daichi continues standing at the top of the mountain zone.

Eventually the exam ended with all of class 1A passing and moving on to the next test. Daichi also made his way to the waiting room, reuniting with his group. Everyone who passed then waited patiently for the next part of the exam.

Yokumiru then projects himself on the big wide screen at the front. All 100 examinees' attention focused on what he had to say. "After a long debate we'll put this to a vote. Before that you all have the right to know that one of the three exam sites has been attacked by villains."

Izuku and Yumi immediately put the dots together and could guess who would have attacked the other exam site. Their question was which one did they attack. Daichi, already well informed about this, kept his composure. Everyone else was shocked by the news.

"Since we have some unexpected event occurring we were debating on whether or not we would postpone your exam. All one hundred examinees will decide whether or not you will continue this exam." Men in suits bring in two buttons. One red one green. "A simple yes or no. If you choose not to vote we'll count that as choosing to postpone the exam. You have ten minutes to decide."

"Izuku you don't think it's her do you?" Ida asked. He along with all of class 1A slowly put the pieces together. "I mean who else could it be if not the league?"

"In all likelihood it is them with her included." Izuku confirmed. "But there is an off chance it might not be them."

"We can't jump to any conclusions just yet. First we should decide if we want to continue knowing what we know now." Uraraka chimed in. "Everyone, focus! If we want to know more we need to pass the exam now. There may not be a next time."

"Uraraka is right." Yaoyorozu supports Uraraka in persuading class 1A. Not that she had too since everyone was already thinking the same thing. "The test might have already begun."

"I assure everyone this isn't a test. If you choose not to continue we will continue the exam on another date." Yokumiru announced it to everyone. "I repeat this is not a test to see if you have the grit to be a hero."

All of class 1A agreed they want to continue. Now it was just left for everyone else in the room. But they didn't have to worry since after the ten minutes were up almost everyone voted for the continuation of the exam. There were only ten examinees who wanted the exam to stop. The ten were promptly removed from the exam and promised that their exam would be held at a later date.

"I see everyone has made their decision. I would like to warn you one last time that real villains may attack. We may not be able to respond in time if they do." Yokumiru stated. Hesitant but no one said a word or moved an inch from their position. They all understood the risks and still chose to stay. "Alright then I'll explain the next part of the exam."

Youta watches as the chaos starts to die down and the reality of the situation sets in. Some mourn the loss of friends. Others puke at the sight of blood and dismemberment. Most relieved that the nightmare was over. Almost none wanted to continue the exam.

Dozens of pro heroes and squads of policemen entered the area making sure that the threat was neutralized. They quickly escorted every examinee still alive out of the scene. All the injured were rushed to the closest hospital after performing first aid.

Youta on the lookout for Monoma noticed that he was still missing even after everyone was brought to a safer place. This was when he called for Kenji and Daichi on his transceiver. Kenji doesn't pick up but Daichi does. Youta explains the minimum to Daichi and ends the call.

Youta notices that the remaining members of class 1B were in a daze. "Okay, class 1B!" Youta spoke in front of the remaining members.

Kuroiro, Kodai, Komori, Shiozaki, Shishida, Shoda, Tetsutetsu, Tokage, Hoenuki, Bondo, and Rin all snapped back to reality. They now are now focused on what Youta had to say.

"I'm going to go. If you want to tag along and find out what's been happening now is your chance." Youta places his red barrier below himself.

"Where are you going exactly?" Shoda said.

"I'm starting to get a little tired of secrets too. But I'll still keep them for their sake. So I will only tell it to those who come with me," Youta said.

"But where are you going?" Shishida asked.

"Monoma is missing. I have connections. And right there is no time to waste. I will take no for an answer. I'm still leaving either way. No more will I wait for them to come to us. I'm going to them."

"And you know where they are?" Tetsutetsu spoke up. "If you knew why didn't you tell it to the pros already! Our classmates were hurt badly." Tetsutetsu takes a moment to look at the worried face of class 1B. "I'll tell everyone here what's happening. You shouldn't be bringing people who may not be at their best to your deadly battle. We'll catch up. You need to head out first." Tetsutetsu gave a signal for Youta to leave.

Youta, not wasting another moment, lifts himself with his barrier and flies away without hearing what else his other classmates had to say. Youta had secretly placed a tracking device on all of class 1A and 1B. On his wrist bracelet was a screen pinpointing the signal of the tracking device. Monoma was multiple cities away. The available forces closest to the area Monoma was were in Souta's faction. Not wanting to have to owe Souta a favor, Youta decides to call the next closest ally, "Tintink I'm going to need some explosives."

"You know what's happening Tetsutetsu?" Shoda asked.

"This whole nightmare-like situation, you know something about it?" Tokage asked.

"Just what do you three know?! Kendo and the others are badly injured! We are lucky to be untouched!" Shishida shouts.

"Youta has a plan. He always does." Tetsutetsu said. "I may not know as much as him and I don't have a way of words like Kendo but I'll still try my best to share what I can."

"What is it?" Shoda stepped up and asked.

"Youta anticipated that some of us might go missing so he put a tracking device on both class 1A and 1B without telling anyone but Kendo and I." This reveal didn't surprise anyone. "And he was right. Haven't you guys noticed? Monoma went missing the moment we were attacked by those two clones. And the one closest to him was the only one that got injured."

"So you're saying that Monoma was targeted? Why?" Shoda continues his questioning.

"That, I don't know. Maybe Youta or Kendo might be able to explain it but Youta just left and Kendo is injured. What I can comment about this is that Youta is heading straight for Monoma's location. And he's probably going to use all his resources to get him back."

"We know Youta was from a wealthy family but just how much resources does he have? He might need our help. Isn't that why he asked us if we wanted to go before he left?" Rin asked.

"I don't know. I'm almost as clueless as you guys are when it comes to what he's doing. But there was something he told Kendo and I before we entered the exam." Tetsutetsu looks at the ground before continuing his sentence. "It was that Monoma was the only person to not pass. And now I'm starting to understand why."

"Are you saying he used Monoma as bait!?"

"No!" Tetsutetsu shouts. "I wouldn't put that out of the realm of possibility. We know so little of him. And at times he seems a little dangerous to be around. But if he knew what was going to happen to Monoma he would have put a stop to it before it even happened."

"But what are we supposed to do? With so many police and heroes around it might be difficult to go and help Youta right now."

"I can't help but eavesdrop on your conversation." Itsuki walked over to the group. "I can help with that."

Tetsutetsu was on guard; this was the person Youta wanted dead. Shoda goes to talk to Itsuki, "And who are you?"

"Just someone who wants Youta to owe a favor to. Itsuki Kajiwara, pleasure to meet you." Itsuki does a bow. "I know that one of you here doesn't really believe me." He takes a quick glance at Tetsutetsu then stares at Shoda. "But I'll still ask, do you want my help or not."

"And how are you going to help us?"

"Look up." Itsuki said. The group looked up and could see helicopters. "One of those belongs to my family. I can take you over to where Okazaki is. Take it or leave it. I'll be leaving soon anyway." Itsuki then heads over to where his helicopter was going to land.

It takes a moment for Shoda to think. "Guys I think we should–"

"I don't trust him!" Tetsutetsu shouts. "Something about him doesn't feel right."

"Oh, so there is a smart one in class 1B." Souta walks over to the group with his brother Yasuo. "I was beginning to think everyone here was incompetent."

"And who is this?" Honenuki asked. Everyone besides Tetsutetsu was also curious about who this person was.

"So this is who he has to work with. Youta owes me for this. Catch." Souta throws over a device. "That will track Youta. If you want to still follow Kajiwara go ahead. I'll be heading there my own way you people are welcome to follow." Souta and Yasuo leave down an alleyway.

"And you trust that person more than the other one?" Shoda comments before looking back at the rest of the group. "What do we do? We could just let the pros and police handle it? We weren't taught to handle these situations."

"I'm following Souta. He used to be a friend of Youta. And if I know anything about Youta's old friends, they're people with their hearts in the right place. A bit misguided but still good people." Tetsutetsu spoke then quickly followed Souta.

"Tetsutetsu wait!" Shoda shouts. Tetsutetsu doesn't stop. Shoda hesitates but finally makes a decision. "Let's follow Tetsutetsu. If he thinks that person is a trustworthy person then we should try and believe that too." Although the remaining class 1B members had their doubts, they decided to follow after Tetsutetsu.

When they started to walk towards the alley, officers walked by seemingly not noticing the group as they took account from all the examinees on what happened inside. Shiozaki was the first to investigate and found a leaf. By the time they figured out it was probably one of the two kids' quirk, Souta and Tetsutetsu were nowhere in sight. Then on the ground lay a trail of leaves.

Having no other leads to where Tetsutetsu went they follow the trail. The trail leads to a subway and it enters a restricted area. The group takes a moment to think about what they should do next.

"This all seems a little suspicious." Tetsutetsu spoke.

The group was surprised to suddenly see Tetsutetsu appear in front of the restricted area. "Tetsutetsu! When did you get here? Where are the two people you were following?" Shoda asked.

"They entered through here and suddenly disappeared. It felt different from invisibility." Tetsutetsu crosses his arms in confusion. Then suddenly realizing that his classmates were with him he says, "When did you guys get here? You guys all suddenly disappeared."

"We could say the same to you." Shiozaki said then she showed Tetsutetsu a leaf. "These leaves led us here after you disappeared. It also seems like nobody else here can see us." She then looks at civilians walking by not noticing the group in hero costumes.

"That's probably the older brother's quirk. What was his name again? Chaiba… Kaiba… Kiba?" Tetsutetsu scratches his head trying to remember their names.

"It's Chiba." Yasuo suddenly appeared behind the group. "Since you guys have decided to do the unthinkable thing and followed us I might as well clue you in as to what we've been doing." A large storm of leaves pushes the group into the restricted area.

When the leaves disappeared the group were centered on a theater stage. They overlooked about a thousand or so people. Yasuo stands downstage in front of the audience with the spotlight on him. "Wellcome, members of our organization. I have here some of our new master's cherished friends." The spot lights illuminate the group. "They know nothing. They are more than useless as they are now. So when this announcement is over I hope you treat them well." Yasuo bows and walks off stage left.

The room was silent as the class 1B group stared at the audience members awkwardly.

"So what are we supposed to do now?" Shoda asked Tetsutetsu.

"How am I supposed to know?" Tetsutetsu responded. "Let's just exit the stage." Tetsutetsu starts to follow Yasuo out.

"Hold it!" One of the audience members shouts. Tetsutetsu stops dead in his tracks. The group was now focused on the man who spoke. "Are you students so unaware of the situation happening in the world that you don't know where you are right now?" No one in the group said a word allowing the man to continue speaking. "These incompetent heroes are the new generation people!" The audience members begin to laugh at the group.

"A room filled with heroes in training having hundreds dead in just a matter of seconds. What else should we say than incompetent."

"I guess the useful heroes were taken out early."

"Who are these people? I thought we were going to meet class 1A."

"Look at them. They don't even know why they're here."

"We should get them off the stage already."

"When will the real announcement start?"

"Wake me up when the real show begins."

Some of the group wanted to say something but their words were quickly drowned out by the audiences. The bombardment of negative affirmation along with what they had just experienced nearly killed their self worth. Only Tetsutetsu knows enough to not care about their comments. Everyone else there began to agree with the audience.

"Shut Up Already!" Tetsutetsu shouts. The audience members go silent. All eyes are now on Tetsutetsu. The spotlight focused solely on him. "I don't care how much you call us incompetent! I don't care that you don't think we're good enough." Tetsutetsu takes a step closer to the audience. "I don't know who any of you are to judge us but messing with us when we are at our lowest is a low blow! Right now some of our friends are seriously injured. We are lucky enough to make it all out alive. But one of our friends went missing! If you are just going to keep wasting our time, why bring us here in the first place!"

Yasuo from backstage walks over to Souta who was sitting on a chair with his foot on the table. "So are the preparations done yet," Souta signals to Yasuo.

"Yes, brother. Everyone has arrived." Yasuo then goes to press a button to close the curtains on stage.

"Finally!" Jumping off of the chair he was sitting on he walks out to center stage from stage right. He sees the group in a more sorry state than before and laughs.

Tetsutetsu was about to go and punch Souta for laughing at them until he remembers what Youta told him about attacking Souta. His fist was raised but he stopped himself before the punch was thrown. Souta just stood there and watched with a smug face.

"It's nice to see the smart one is still thinking even after being broken down." Souta laughed. "So. Got it through your head now just how outmatched you guys are when it comes to dealing with situations like this?"

"Just why does Youta's friend go in such roundabout ways at helping people?" Tetsutetsu asked angrily. "You didn't have to show it to us. We already know that if we were better none of this would have happened."

"No. I wanted to show that your class is truly worthless. Why even have a B team when the A team is all you need." Souta shrugs his shoulders then narrowed his eyes on Tetsutetsu. "You're only different from the rest of the B team because you know a little more than the others. So why did you keep things a secret? Your class president that was injured badly was smart and able to guide the class well even while keeping a very big secret from her classmates. Your friend that went missing was good at supporting and dissuading any doubts even though he knew nothing. What do you bring to the table? What makes you think you'll be of any use if you brought your little friends to this little war of ours?"

"I…" Tetsutetsu now started to doubt himself. Why did he choose to follow Souta? What difference would it make if he did or not. What would have happened if he followed the other boy. This was the first time someone in class 1B was targeted. If this isn't a call to action moment then when will it be their turn. Just what could Tetsutetsu bring to the table. "I bring the hero Real Steel. He may not be much right now but I swear in the near future he will be a key to victory."

"Self confidence." Souta pats Tetsutetsu on the back as he walks by him. "That's what you bring. You are the morale of your group. So stay strong because things are only going to get more rough from here on out." He points towards the exit. "Now get off my stage. I need to give a speech before we go to war."

"War?" Tetsutetsu questioned before a leaf storm came by pushing the class 1B group into the wing of the stage. Overall the group still felt a little bit down but continued to stay strong because of Tetsutetsu's action.

The curtain opens. In front of Souta is an audience totaling 1523 people. Class 1B silently watches what Souta had to say. "Ladies and Gentlemen. If you haven't heard, there is a new master in town." The audience stays silent. "But then what does that make of me now? Do we just give up our plans and leave it to the new leader to pick up our slack? NO! Remember that he threw away the position. What else is he going to throw away? Of course, I don't need to be saying this since everyone here is loyal to me. So I'll give everyone here one chance to leave now." Souta takes quick glances at what's left of class 1B. "You all have family and friends who love and care about you. I wouldn't want to drag you into this war if your heart isn't in it."

No one in the audience had even moved one bit. Everyone was still silent as Souta began to speak again. Souta then opens his arms towards the audience "Everyone who stays, be ready to kill to stay alive because we're going to war."

The audience all together roars in unison. Everyone there has steeled themselves for the upcoming mayhem soon to come. Class 1B doesn't know whether to be grateful for the help or worry for the safety of their friends and civilians that may be caught in the crossfire.
