Here we go. A new set up for the one shots. This time around we're going with the psychic version. Here we go.

The provisional hero license exam. A big moment for a lot of people, as they prepared to become heroes. However, it was notoriously tough. Only held twice a year, and in three simultaneous locations.

"So that's 1A."

A group of students wearing dark blue and orange uniform hats with a gold S on the front, with white collared shirts, and dark pants.

The first was a very tall and well built man with a buzzed dark brown hair, and black eyes.

The second was a covered head to toe in light brown hair with none of his features visible.

The third was of average heigh with thin, slanted eyes a straight purple fringe parted to the right and covering his left eye.

The fourth was a girl of average height with straight, fawn-colored hair and dark brown eyes.

Finally, there was a relatively short boy with green hair, freckles, and green eyes.

"I can't believe they came," Izuku said looking at the group from Japan's most famous hero school.

Inasa said, "After the year they had, it shows their commitment."

It was true, UA had had the worst year. First was the attack on USJ where a member of the hero course, Minoru Mineta, if Izuku remembered right was, was killed pushing a girl out of the way of danger. Then getting attacked in a secret training camp, where one of those students was kidnapped. All Might rescued them, along with another brave group of heroes, and soon retired down as a result of the intense battle. UA created a dorm system after this, but it had come under a lot of scrutiny after that. However, they seemed intent to not show weakness.

Izuku then saw a group approaching them, Ketsubutsu Academy, if he guessed by their uniforms.

"You see that old friend of yours, Midoriya?" the hairy guy, Nagamasa Mora, asked, "I trust that you will act accordingly if you two meet?"

Izuku sighed and said, "I've seen what thinking with your heart and not your head can do. I'll be sure to keep things professional. Besides, I think he's been humbled enough to not be a problem. I hope."

The group looked and made notice of a prosthetic arm that replaced Katsuki's right arm. The news report did say that Katsuki had been tortured by the villains, and apparently lost a limb.

Nagasa then tapped Izuku on the shoulder and said, "Come now. We need to get ready for the exam."

With that the group of students made their way into the building to change into their costumes. It was time.

Some time later…

The first part of the exam was well under way. All the examinees, now clad in hero costumes, now with the addition of targets on their bodies. The goal of the exam was simple, hit the targets, three in total, on the examinee to eliminate them. At least two needed to be eliminated to qualify for the next phase of the exam.

Thus Izuku was now looking around as he saw a great deal of the examiners now swarming the students of 1-A. The crushing of UA had begun.

However, Izuku just stood by watching. He knew of the quirks of the class via the televised sports festival, but he would be foolish to use that as a base, as that had been months ago. He would need more information if he was going to go against them, or fight with them.

Izuku crossed his arms as he watched, one of the team, Aoyama, if he remembered right, was using his quirk to act as a beacon allowing the class to get together. Clever, very clever, but a double edged sword as he knew a lot of people would know where they are.

Izuku was currently clad in his own hero costume. He wore a black with highlights of dark green around the shoulders, and long pants with boots, that had red soles, similar to his old sneakers, steel-toed. On his hands were gloves with metal studs on the knuckles. On his waist was a utility belt, with all kinds of pouches, but what were in them were unknow to anyone. On his face, was a facemask that covered his nose, mouth, and spread down to his shirt, covering his neck, secretly lined with Kevlar and rhino plate for extra protection, and his eyes were covered in dark red goggles. As opposed to the others who wore a hat with the shiketsu logo on it, Izuku, had the logo emblazoned on the chest of his shirt. There were also the markers for the exam on his left shoulder, and back, none of them red.

Izuku raised his hands up to his goggles and pressed a button on the side, enabling the goggles to zoom in. He saw Katsuki was working rather well with the missing arm, setting off explosions on his elbow just above where his arm had been cut off for explosive powered punches, using his remaining good arm, as well as explosions coming off his feet to propel himself. He also saw that he was more willing to work with others offering help and accepting it.

"So it seems you've learned," Izuku said simply, "Looks like he trained himself like crazy after losing his limb. One thing I admired about you was that battle intellect of yours. Nice to see your attitude has improved as well."

"Keep your eyes open, you arrogant punk!"

Izuku didn't even acknowledge his attacker, as a sudden green glow came over his body and froze him in place.

"Hey, what the-HUH!?"

The examinee looked down and was shocked to see a dozen of his fellow examinees, all passed out with their markers lit up.

Suddenly, the red ball on the ground had a similar green glow, and it shot forward striking the markers on his body thus booting him from the exam.

Izuku set him down gently.

Izuku zoomed out of examining UA, and then proceeded to move. As he ran off, he began to think back to how his quirk had awakened.

Flashback begin…

Izuku found himself trudging home. It had been a few days since the slime villain incident where he had just been reprimanded by the heroes who had tried and failed to rescue Katsuki from the slime villain. Combined with the fact that his day just seemed to go from bad to worse. Izuku had a brief glimmer of hope when Katsuki approached him later, but as usual, Katsuki was his abrasive self, and simply declared that he didn't need any help.

Even if Izuku didn't become a hero, he started thinking that maybe his place would lie elsewhere, police work, search and rescue, or maybe even quirk research. Anything where he felt like he could be useful. However, no matter what career choice he looked into it seems like the answer was always the same. Without a quirk, even one that was considered useless, nobody would respect or give him the chance. Hearing from his fellow students and the teachers, even random adults, it was really starting to weigh down the boy. It didn't help that ever since the slime incident he started getting headaches.

Izuku finally made it home, and was fussed over by his mother, Inko, who hugged and cuddle like a puppy, or a pet rabbit. Asking if he was okay, however, Izuku was quiet. Izuku then quietly went to his room.

Izuku saw the All Might inspired sign on the door, and felt a small amount of anger fill him, after having his dreams crushed by everyone he knew all his life. Even his own hero had said that it was impossible.

All that anger had been building and building over the past few days. As he focused on his anger, he felt his head to ache. He felt the pain increase as his anger grew and grew. His eyes landed on a particular figurine. He growled as he clenched his fist, as all the anger in his veins began to focus, a part of him imagining the figure being exposed to heat and melting.

The sudden sound of a smoke alarm going off pulled Izuku from his thoughts as he ran out to investigate the noise. Izuku didn't notice the figurine shift a little bit, the plastic slightly melted.

Izuku ran out to the kitchen, as she saw his mother covering a wok with a lid over a wok, and then turning off the stove.

"Looks like dinner got a little overcooked," she said, sounding sad.

Some time later…

Izuku and Inko walked out of the small restaurant. Both were glad for the good food they got. It was dark now and people were heading home for the night.

As the two made their way back to the car, Izuku trailing slightly behind, was suddenly aware of a sudden pain in the back of his head and collapsed to the ground moaning and pain.

Hearing the sound Inko spun around and screamed as someone pinned her to her car, covering her mouth to keep her from screaming. The man, clad in a black hoody with a surgical mask covering his face, However, of the skin that was visible, looked like he was made of metal.

"Hand over the bag," he whispered threateningly, his metal fingers sharpening and turning into blades as he held them inches from her eye, "Then give me the keys to the car and back away slowly, and I won't harm that pretty face."

Izuku looked up from the ground with a growl. He glared at the metal. He felt a sudden pain in his head as the pain in his head suddenly getting a lot worse. And as he looked up, and saw the mugger holding bladed fingers to his mother's face, something snapped in Izuku's mind.

Unknowingly, a dark green glow came over the man's arm and his bladed fingers twisted and bent causing him to cry out in pain and he was suddenly ripped from in front of Inko, tearing her clothes in the process.

The guy landed with a loud thud, smashing into the ground and skidded backwards into the alley kicking up sparks as his clothes tore, exposing his skin, and it scraped against the concrete.

Izuku felt the pain fade.

'What was that?' Izuku thought as the pain faded completely.

The sound had thankfully gotten some attention, and one of the businesses was already dialing 110 for the police.

Izuku immediately got up and began checking on his mother asking she was okay. When she confirmed that she was okay.

Izuku then felt something off, a sense of malice and anger. He spun around to see the man now standing up with a growl. The bent metal fingers turned to liquid metal and reformed normally. The mugger growled and then proceeded to bulk up, his pants and shirt tearing due to the sudden change in musculature, as his arms transformed into liquid metal and then blades.

"You little bastard!"

He then charged and Izuku reacted immediately. His eyes glowed dark green and an aura of the same color covered the man, and he suddenly froze, looking like he couldn't move. He growled and struggle to move and reach them.

"Bye," Izuku stated simply.

The mugger was thane slammed at a fast place. Forming craters in the walls of the alley, and on the street, before he was driven down into the ground with a loud noise, into the ground, headfirst like a nail.

The sound of approaching sirens heralded the arrival of police.

Izuku then held his mother comfortingly as she looked at her son in confusion and asked, "Izuku…how did you do that?"

Flashback end…

After the incident, Izuku was scolded by the police for illegal quirk usage. However, as it was his first offense, and had done so in the defense of his mother and himself, they had given him a warning only.

The following day, Izuku and Inko both made a trip to the doctor to ask what had happened. How did Izuku, someone who had been diagnosed as quirkless, suddenly have a quirk?

When the doctor who examined Izuku heard that it was only the toe joint that ran that decision, he was livid. That method had been disproved as 100% effective years ago, and they should have given him a blood test, so they could check for quirk factors directly.

The doctor told them that Izuku was what was known as a functionally quirkless. While it was normal for quirks to come out at age 4, certain quirks could be dormant for much longer. In this case, it appears it needed to wait a few extra years, as apparently it was something powerful.

Izuku was shocked that after nearly giving up on his dream due to everyone around him, even his idol looking down on his dream. Now he had what they deemed necessary for it. Izuku was excited by the idea but was also upset. Several years of torture all because of some lazy doctor decided he wasn't worth looking into.

Izuku immediately began experiment in private with his quirk in private. When the time came to apply for schools, Izuku decided to withdraw his application to UA. He wanted to put as much distance between him and Katsuki as possible. He was done with that overly toxic nitwit.

He decided on Shiketsu. Inko was originally against it due to how far away the school was, but ultimately relented, especially when she found out about Katsuki's "suggestion" when they were still at Aldera.

During the Shiketsu entrance exam, he wowed them not only with his quirk, but also with his knowledge of protocols and other things related to heroes. However, when they learned that Izuku only had a few months of training they threw him into the proverbial grinder. Hard exercises for hand-to-hand combat, rescue operations, and tactics.

Hard drills for his quirk to bring out its potential. In that time, Izuku became known as a progeny, or progeny-like in the school, as he learned more and more about it. It turns out Izuku's muttering was a side effect of his quirk. He found that after his quirk awakened, his muttering had completely stopped. Apparently, his brain was capable of processing information. He needed it.

He turned and said, "Nice to see you, Camie."

The fawn-haired girls giggled affectionately, as she approached Izuku, and wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing her chest into his back.

"I can't be concerned for my cute little underclassman?" she asked as he leaned over and blew into his ear, causing him to blush, somewhat.

"Seriously?" he asked, "Now of all times?"

Camie giggled and said, "Oh, come on. Try to have a little fun, Greenie. Besides, I wanted to remind you of that little promise you made me earlier."

Izuku sighed and said, "I know, I know. I remember the promise."

She snickered before she leaned in and kissed his cheek, causing him to blush a bit harder.

At that moment, the alarm went off and the end of the first part of the provision license exam was declared complete.

Izuku and his class soon found themselves in the waiting room as they waited and had a few snacks trying to rest a bit before the final phase of exam.

Izuku was standing with his group from Shiketsu. Several, people were group together and discussing strategy for the next part of the exam. He was somewhat upset s Seiji had apparently gotten the boot from the exam due to his sole focus about heroes being dignified, and had made his hatred for a good amount of class 1A for their lack of dignity, leading to a few secretly calling him Stain Jr.

Izuku was running through scenarios in his head, and figuring out what would happen to him. He was suddenly cut off from his thoughts he felt somebody approaching him.

"Izuku."

The boy looked up to see the shocked face of Katsuki Bakugou. With him, was a certain boy they recognized from sport's festival, as the son of Endeavor, Shoto Todoroki.

"Hello, Katsuki," Izuku said simply, as Inasa, Camie, Nagamasa, stood nearby ready to intervene if he did anything reckless. The old stories they heard about the guy did not endear him to them at all.

"How have you been since we last saw each other, Katsuki?" Izuku asked, gained a suprirsed look from Katsuki, from the lack of the use of his old childhood nickname. Then again, given their mixed past, it made sense. Having your life flash before your eyes more than once, tends to make you realize old mistakes.

"Pretty good," Katsuki answered, somewhat awkwardly, "lost my arm…that's…that's something I'm working on."

Izuku nodded and then said, "Well, the final phase is about to begin. The best of luck."

"Yeah," Katsuki said, walking away the awkward air still around them.

"Looks like your old friend seems to have cooled his head," Nagamasa declared, "He definitely seems far more refined."

Izuku said, "Yes. Though, whether or not it will stick, or if he has truly changed, is still to be seen. I will wait until we work side by side to judge."

Nagamasa nodded and said, "Smart move."

The large and hairy student then turned back to Inasa and said, "Inasa. Calm yourself. We have discussed this already. The Todoroki boy is not his father."

Inasa sighed and said, "I know. I know."

Before anymore could be said, a series of explosions went off, shaking the room and scaring everyone present.

"What was that?" Mina Ashido shouted out in shock.

"Is it a villain attack?" another student from Ketsubutsu asked in panic.

"I don't think it is a villain attack," Izuku declared as he stood up, "If so, we would probably be receiving an evacuation order right now. I believe the final portion of the exam has begun."

Suddenly, the doors to the exam area opened, as if responding to the boy's words. The group ran out and found themselves staring out into various areas that were destroyed and people inside the ruined structures were calling out for help from the heroes.

Everyone moved quickly heading out to different areas, looking into saving the people. This lead to some strange moments, when mistakes lead to the victims, members of the Help Us Company, suddenly sat up and began detracting points.

However, it didn't take long for everyone to get their rhythm, and soon began making their moves to rescue the "endangered" civilians.

Izuku ran over to someone who was pinned by some rubble, and said, "I'm with the heroes. Are you alright?"

The HUC member, an old man, said, "Other than rubble, I'm fine."

Izuku then moved his hand lifting the rubble from him, and gently put it to the side. Then he leaned down and gently pulled him up, asking, "Can you walk? Do you require medical attention?"

The HUC smiled and said, "I'll be fine, these bones may be old, but they still have plenty of life."

Izuku smiled under his mask, the sharp eyes of the HUC member seeing the mask moving, "I'm glad. If it is not too much trouble, you wouldn't happen to know what caused the detonations do you?"

The HUC mentally added points to Izuku's score, for his pleasant demeanor, and how he followed up for his wellbeing, and investigating what happened.

The old man answered, "I don't know. I was just walking through enjoying my retirement, head to the park to meet my grandkids, when those blasts suddenly went off."

Izuku nodded and asked, "How are you with heights?"

The man answered fine with them, before Izuku gently picked him up, and they both levitated, going towards an area that had medical supplies.

Suddenly, Izuku found other coming to the area with rescued victims.

"Young man," the HUC old man said, "I feel I should tell you that I saw some strange men around here the last few days."

Bakugou suddenly said, "Hey, a kid I rescued mentioned that too."

A student from Ketsubutsu declared, "Someone said that as well, they even saw them lurking around the time the bombs went off."

Izuku declared, "Okay, spread the info. Spread the information, if this was an attack it may be only the beginning, keep an eye out for any attacks, and keep an eye out for any secondary devices."

"Got it," the members of the crew immediately began spreading the information, unknowingly getting points added to their scores for both their cohesion as a unit, and for being aware that something else might be coming.

Katsuki then looked down at them and said, "Don't worry. Nothing that comes out is going to get past us."

The confident reassurance earned some extra points, as did the following reassurances that came from those who heard it, while those who did not sound immediately, got some points docked.

Suddenly, Izuku's head snapped up and declared, "We have company!"

Suddenly, the wall exploded creating a large hole in the wall. Out of the wall, walked a tall well-built man, with the features of a killer whale, he had deep white eyes with several rigs around his red pupils, wearing a white suit with a high collar, reaching his chin, decorated with diamond shapes, made to look like teeth, a pink tie, that resembled a tongue, and a killer whale-like cape on his back, a red vest over his torso, and a metal gauntlets on his arms.

Name: Kugo Sakamata

Hero Name: Gang Orca

Quirk: Orcinus. He can do anything that a killer whale can, including, using sonic waves to paralyze his enemies. He may seem vicious, as in the top ten heroes that look like they should be villains, but he's a big softie. But those who know this know not to mess with him as he can be plenty vicious when he needs to be.

"What will you do heroes?" he asked aloud aiming at them as a legion of sidekicks all wearing the same suit, no doubt to resemble minions or henchmen, "Will you run? Fight? Rescue? What are you going to do now?"

One of the Ketsubutsu students, a boy by the name of Yo Shindo said, "I got this. You all get out of here!"

He raised his arms and slammed them into the ground. Intense vibrations shot through the ground.

"Jacks, help him out!" Katsuki yelled out, immediately seeing the flaw in the Ketsubutsu student's plan.

Kyoka Jiro ran next to Yo, plugging the earphone jacks into special sound amplifiers on her forearms.

"Heartbeat distortion!"

The sonic waves from Kyoka's weapons, amplified the vibrations in the ground, greatly increasing the force of the tremors, practically splitting the ground open. However, this proved to be a bad move.

Before the unlikely pair knew it, Gang Orca was on top of them.

"Only you two?" he asked, "Is this all you have to guard your flank?"

"No, they don't!"

Orca look up just in time to take an explosion to the face. Katsuki grabbed Gang Orca by his dorsal with his real hand, as a thruster appeared on the back of his mechanical hand, revealing that it was not explosions that Izuku saw on his arm, and spun like a top before declaring his move.

"X-Catapult!"

Orca went flying through the air his brain running as he did.

'He saw the same flaw I did, and he used his teammate to amplify the assault, and then when I got close used my tunnel vision on those to his advantage to put distance between me and the victims,' the villainous looking hero thought, 'Not bad at all. He may seem violent, but he clearly has a mind about him. He would do well in my organization.'

As he fell, he was aware of the sound of powerful impacts. He looked down and saw Izuku and Bakugo smashing through villains, Izuku throwing them around with telekinesis, or using his powers to put them to sleep.

In the meantime, others were getting the HUC members as fast as they could.

"So this is their plan," he says, as he lands, creating a cloud of dust and debris, before standing and said, "They do seem capable."

Katsuki blasted a few of the henchmen away, before he heard something in his head.

'Katsuki, Todoroki, Inasa,' they heard Izuku's voice, 'I'll take care of these small fry. Gang Orca is coming back.'

Katsuki and Shoto looked around in shock, while Inasa said, "Relax. It is part of Izuku's quirk. He's communicating directly into our minds good for keeping plans secret."

Katsuki blinked in shock. When could he do that? What the hell had he missed?!

Suddenly, Inasa heard another voice go off in his head, as Izuku said, 'And Inasa…play nice.'

Inasa grumbled slightly.

Meanwhile, Izuku got into a stanch like he was going to start sprinting. His eyes were glowing behind his goggles, his brain running at a mile a minute, running equations and numbers through his mind as he used his telepathy to map out where everyone was, people, his fellow examinees and villains.

Izuku declared, "Accelerator!"

The boy then took off in a green blur, so fast, that even the cameras recording would have trouble picking him up. The henchmen, or sidekicks, were launched and bashed around, falling unconscious from the impacts to the stomachs' back, or solar plexus. Izuku making sure to avoid blows to the head and jaws, for fear of accidently breaking their necks while accelerated.

Meanwhile, Gang Orca used his sonic wave attack on Yo Shindo, who had tried to knock the pretend villain off his feet with his vibrations, however, Yo's body had become used to such shockwaves, and using his vibrations on the humanoid killer whale's stomach, however, didn't last as, it was followe up by a series of sonic blasts which finally paralyzed him completely.

"Gutsy," Gang Orca said, "but not enough."

He was then aware of the black and green blure, bashing his menchamn into the realm of sleep. Bobbing and waving between heroes and HUC victims, slowing his acceleration down enough for some tricky maneuvering.

"Very impressive," the number 12 hero commented.

"Don't turn your backs on us," Shoto declared as he launched a wave of ice at the man, who used his sosnic waves to push it back and defend against it.

Shoto quickly followed this up with a wave of fire, unfortunately, this was poorly timed, as Inasa attempted to blast the man with a wind attack, only for the two attacks to cancel each other out.

Gang Orca held back for a moment to see the results, however, Katsuki took advantage and launched him firing and explosion to launch himself. Gang counter by launching another sonic wave, only for Bakugo to flip over it using another explosion to act as a smoke screen, before aiming his mechanical arm, and firing an explosion from it.

He smirked and said, "Nice."

He then fired dual explosions from both arms knocking the big man to the ground.

Inasa growled in frustration and said, "Heat makes air rise. I can't use my wind when you use your fire."

Shoto blinked and said, "Damn, and we've seen he can counter my ice pretty well. Now what?"

Inasa then gained a wild grin and said, "I got an idea. When you get the signal light him up!"

Meanwhile, Katsuki was thrown back by a shockwave from Gang Orca.

'Damn it, I'm almost out of ammo,' Katsuki thought, 'This fish is a tough old bastard!'

He looked up and saw Inasa above them, the explosive quirk user had a feeling it would be a good idea to get the hell out of the way!

He was proven right, as Inasa and Shoto combined their quirks to create a powerful twister of flame around him, attempting to dry out the marine life based hero. The intense flames almost causing him to dry out, causing Gang to grab a bottle of water, and splash himself.

Meanwhile, Izuku returned to his comrades and pulled out a gold ball from one of the pouches on his belt. He aimed it, holding the ball resting it on his pointer finger as he prepared to flick the ball forward with his thumb. He focused on the flaming tornado, and twin rails on the sides of his arm extended.

'Everybody move!'

Inasa looked out and saw the stance that Izuku took, and immediately moved away shouting, "Time to go!"

Shoto turned and saw Izuku, lightning crackling around his arm, as did Katsuki and they immediately got the hell out of the way.

"Railgun. Memory Bullet."

Izuku flicked the golden ball forward and it launched at high speed, as fish shot from a railgun on steroids. The ball sped forward and when it reached a certain speed, it grew into a football shaped projectile, somewhat larger, with a blunted tip.

Gang didn't even have enough time to cross his arms before he was slammed in the chest. The hero felt his ribs crack and got thrown off his feet, and onto his back, digging a furrow into the ground with his body. After a minute, he came to a stop and then struggled to stand.

The projectile fell from his stomach as he was no doubt sporting a huge bruise on his chest, and he could tell that a few ribs that a few of his ribs had cracked.

"Not bad," Gang declared, as he stood up and was ready to keep fighting.

However, as soon as he stood a sound rang out through the arena, announcing the tall the civilians had been evacuated, and the exercise was now over.

Gnag Orca almost fell to the ground, a bit of relief running through him as he was nearly dried out by the flaming tornado and even nearly knocked out by that projectile. He proceeded to drench himself for a water bottle from his cloak.

He was then caught off guard as some water burst from the pipes and splashed him. However, he wasn't complaining as it was nice and refreshing considering what he just went through.

He was then aware of the green haired boy now standing a few feet from him. Who then asked, "If it is not too much trouble, would you mind?"

He pulled a notebook and pen out of nowhere, making the heor wonder where he was keeping them before shrugging, putting on a strong face, and taking the two objects to sign.

Katsuki, off to the side, muttered, "Well at least that hasn't changed."

After getting everyone who was hurt to the medical area, and changing back into their normal clothes, the names of those who passed were shown in alphabetical order on a large board. Upon finding his name, Izuku smiled widely before grabbing onto Camie and kissing her deeply out of joy, finding they had both passed as well.

Hearing sound of joy from nearby, Izuku saw the members of Class 1A cheering in excitement, and Bakugo grinning so wide, he thought his face was going to split in two. Clearly they had passed as well.

Suddenly, Izuku felt an arm wrap around his neck as he was pulled into a bro hug by a red haired student of UA.

"Hey, man, name's Kirishima," he said, "Bakugo told us you were an old friend of his. We were going to head out and celebrate passing you and your buddies from Shiketsu want to join us?"

Izuku steadily removed Kirishima's arm and said, "As much as I would like to, I have something to take care of while I'm still in town. Though, I am surprised to hear Katsuki calling us old friends."

He then approached Camie and took her hand as they both walked out.

"Lucky," Kaminari said, "getting with a babe like that."

Mina said, "Honestly, with a power house like that as a boyfriend, I'd say she's the lucky one."

Kirishima then approached Katsuki who seemed down that Izuku rejected the offer, but knowing he was close to home right now, relative to Shiketsu anyway, he was likely going to see his mother.

"I take it that he is one of those old mistakes you mentioned," Tenya Iida, asked.

Katsuki sighed and said, "Yeah, he is rocket man. Come on, let's go."

After getting their provisional licenses, Izuku and Camie boarded a bus and left Takoba National Stadium, and headed back to Shizuoka prefecture. Once they got out near a familiar looking apartment building.

Izuku and Camie both climbed the stairs and headed for a particular door. Izuku knocked and aplumb woman with green ahir answered.

"Izuku!"

The woman grabbed Izuku and hugged him tight pulling him inside, and spinning excitedly. Camie simply giggled as she entered after him, shutting the door.

"How have you been? Have you been eating well? How are you grades? Have you been getting enough sleep?"

Izuku said, "Yeah, I'm fine, mom. All is going well. And good news, I just got my provision license."

Inko squealed and hugged her son even tighter. Before saying, "Now I'm glad I made katsudon. I'm so proud of you."

Happy tears were running down her cheeks.

She then noticed the girl who was with her and asked, "Oh, is this who you wanted to introduce me too?"

Izuku nodded and said, "Yes. Mom, meet Camie, she's…my new girlfriend."

Inko was silent as the word girlfriend registered in her mind before a loud squal of happiness tore through her throat, and she hugged them both together, a waterfall of happy tears, nearly flooding the apartment.

"Wow, when Izuku said you were both big criers, he's wasn't kidding," Camie said with a laugh.

"Mom, come on," Izukus said, his eyes glowing green as the flow of tears was psychically redirected to any drain he could think of or remember in the apartment, "The landlord said he won't pay for any water damage cause by our crying."

The image froze and the voice of Present mic could be heard

Name: Izuku Midoriya

Hero name: The psionic hero, Master Mind

Quirk: Esper, a quirk that was suppressed until he reached a certain age, Izuku's quirk allows him all kinds of mental powers, from telepathy, mind reading, telekinesis, just to name a few. He can also greatly enhance his body with psionic energy, but certain actions need him to perform advanced calculations in his head, thankfully his brain has an insane amount of processing power.

Cut! Okay, now this took some time to do. You see originally I was going to do something with Mob Psycho 100, but then I got inspired after seeing Death Battle Misaka vs Killua, so I went with A Certain Scientific Railgun, as for the gold ball Izuku used, I got that from Golden Ball from One Punch Man. Wish we got more of the guy, it would have been cool to see how he and Mustachio changed, if at all, after getting beaten by Garou.

The only real effect from Izuku being gone is Katsuki losing his arm and Mineta being dead, the experiences this time around left Katsuki humbled, as he realized he wasn't everything that his old middle school gaslit him to be.

Now, I have had a lot of ideas for the quirkless set up, military, martial arts, multiple science fiction ideas including crossovers, tokusatus (kamen rider, power ranger, Ultraman, etc.) and magic. They'll all be under one fic. I'll have that up after I get some of my other stories updated.

Next time we see a different Izuku. One with a villainous quirk.
