Dino Thunder: Chemical Beast!
Chapter 33: And so it begins...
A/N: Sorry everyone! This chapter might be a bit longer than some people may like, but the main plot of this chapter was covered. Sit back and take your time reading :3! Don't forget to eat and drink something or take a break :D!
Mesogog had fallen asleep in the bedroom while caressing his woman's face. Dreams filled his mind related to Solar and the bloody carnage he wanted to exact on him. To most, it would've looked like a nightmare that people would want to wake from immediately, but to him, it was a wonderful dream of something he couldn't wait to happen.
The dream continued. In his arms was the very woman he can't get enough of, the redheaded genius. To which she appeared like a damsel that wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek, as he walked away from the crimson bath he made of Ace and his soldiers. Like a Princess to his royalty, a Lady to his Lordship, she donned a gorgeous dress that his fantasy whipped together and made it look breathtaking.
The blood on her face and the bright smile she gave him made his prehistoric heart skip before he heard her giggling voice. My handsome knight.~ My beastly knight.~ You're amazing! I love you! Even though her words were made up in his dream, they still inflated his ego and made him crave more of those validating comments and pet names.
The screams around him as Tyrannodrones tore Ace's remaining soldiers apart, were like music to his ears. However, had he known that his body outside of his dream was reverting to Mercer, he would've woken up to try and stop it.
Suddenly, a pair of blue eyes snapped open. The dream was interrupted when Mercer woke early in the morning. When he saw Amelia's sleeping face close to his, it made his heart quickened from the surprise, and was quick to scoot back. "Mesogog must have been..." He trailed in his whisper and continued to stare in utter shock at the sight of the redhead so close to him. When he checked himself, a relieved sigh escaped when he realized he was still clothed and pressed his back against the bed.
Good. That would have been awkward. Rubbing his face, sitting up, he was thankful that Mesogog didn't cover up, lest he'd be overheated by Amelia, his clothes, and the blanket. His heart still beat rapidly but it would've been worse if he was in his boxers in front of a lady he hardly knew. Despite the memories he shared with Mesogog, he wasn't around her as often as the beast was, so she was still an acquaintance to him.
When he stood up, fixed his suit, and adjusted his tie, he heard the woman stir in her sleep. Over his shoulder, he peeked and saw her feel around where he once was. It made him frown to know that she had to put up with a missing Mesogog all the time. Considering everything she's been through, her obsessive love for him, and how she was created by the man known as Ace Solar to be a DNA Database.
It's no wonder Mesogog is addicted to her. And it's very hard to believe that he's interested in her. He is always about himself and what he can gain from others... Using people to his advantage and scolding them for not doing something that's not to his expectation. This is a strange new development from him, indeed. He couldn't stop staring at her. To know that this genius woman, albeit insane and energetic, somehow managed to tame the beast and change him a little bit. I think his attraction to her is due to feeling similar to her in many ways. If it continues, he may actually be in love. It is still hard to believe, but- it's possible... A small smile graced his lips when he breathed out from his nose.
He was about to walk out of the room when he heard Amelia call out to Mesogog who wasn't around right now. "Beasty?" Her tired voice, quiet, whispered, and cute, reached his ears.
As soon as he turned around, he saw pools of bright blues widen at him, before awkwardly averting and rubbing the sleepiness away. "Sorry. It's just me, Mercer. I didn't know Mesogog decided to let you sleep here. I wasn't expecting to see you next to me," His nervous smile and airy faint laugh proved his unease, even more so when he looked away to inspect the distant wardrobe in the corner of the room.
"N- No! No, no, it's okay! It was an accident!" When his gaze returned to hers, he watched her hands flail and heard light giggles escape. "Besides. While you're in control, I could use this time to try and finish the present! Of course, the thick-skin vial I made is going to be altered a bit to give him enhanced strength as well, so I guess I could work on that too! Anyway- he and I were supposed to go to war with Solar... We were supposed to wake up at five in the morning," With a big yawn and a lengthy stretch of her arms and back, his brows knitted at her words.
When he lifted his wrist to check the time, his watch said seven o'clock. "It's seven in the morning. I guess Mesogog was too tired. You didn't set an alarm?" Curious now, he asked. As smart as she is, I'm surprised she didn't. Blinking, he watched her hum and press a finger to poke her lower lip.
"I figured Mesogog would be more adamant about waking up early since he was the one who decided on the ambush time. Well, whatever! Go and enjoy your freedom while you can, I'm going to the main lab to work on those chemicals!" When she rushed out of bed, slipped her heels on, and grabbed her lab coat from the wardrobe's knob, he swiftly grasped her shoulder when she was about to pass him.
"Wait! There's... Something you need to know, about Mesogog," His long pause and abrupt stop caught her attention. The confusion on her face and the frown that formed on her told him that she saw how serious he was. What he planned on telling her, was indeed, serious, and was something he wanted her to thoroughly understand. "He hasn't been very clear with you, I think," For a moment, he paused, and lowered his hand from her shoulder. "How he feels about you, is something akin to obsession and similar to love. I don't know how to describe it because I have never seen him act this way around anyone. He and I may share the same mind and some memories, but that doesn't mean I completely understand what he's feeling," Again, he took a minute to think and closed his eyes with a sigh.
"Dr. Ray... Considering how possessive or jealous he became, after he found out that you tagged along with me... He's obsessed. He isn't the type to kiss someone but he does with you. So, with you just being yourself and accepting him for who he is- I think it's made him a tad softer. But that only seems to show when you're around. He acts differently around his Generals and those he commands. You, however... He can't find it in himself to berate or abuse like he does the others. Which is a sign of love," He stared at her and watched her face go from confusion to surprise.
"So... So he... Then why... Wait, so I'm actually..." He could tell she was having trouble processing words when she tried to speak in incomplete sentences. After watching her eyes move around as she thought about what he said and was trying to put some puzzle pieces together, he continued.
"I doubt he will ever be able to admit it to himself, or you, of how he truly feels. So, pay attention to how he acts. Actions speak louder than words. I wanted to tell you this because it feels like this is my only chance to do so. We may run into each other again but that doesn't guarantee I'll have time to tell you this, either. Mesogog will never be open about it... But for once in his life he cares about someone else besides himself. He cares about you, a lot, and that may be due to being able to relate to you on a personal level," Explained the blonde as he smiled at her and made his way out of the bedroom doors.
"W- Wait! Hold on! Are you telling me that he has trouble saying, I love you, or something?!" He heard Dr. Ray shout with astonishment so with a turn on his heel and donning a smirk, an invisiportal appeared next to him.
"If you can get him to say those three magical words, it would be a miracle," With that, he stepped through to leave a dumbfounded redhead behind.
The large home with many red roofs and white walls was complimented by the lake and the many trees nearby. His shoes tapped across the hard floors when he appeared inside his estate, for his hands grabbed a clipboard that was next to his business suitcase and the pen next to it.
If Dr. Ray is working on a way to help me and Mesogog, the present as she said it was, then I'm hoping she completes it soon. Any longer and I think I'll lose my mind with how much he continues to poison it. His fingers rubbed between his brows when he wandered outside and stepped around a garden area. He had to get his mind off of things and what better way than to check up on his plants to measure their progression?
Stopping at a different plant, he used a finger to lift one of its many leaves to see if there were any signs of rot or withering. A smile curled his lips when he didn't find anything wrong so he put a checkmark next to one of the names on his clipboard. This one still looks healthy. A brief thought occurred before he continued. He did this with many other plants, measuring and inspecting along the way until he entered a greenhouse with many potted mutated plants on tables and shelves.
The glass windows around him exposed a lot of the sun and the heat made the suit he wore, become much worse in temperature than he liked. Nonetheless, it was something he was used to.
As he stood next to a cart full of smaller potted plants and began to jot down some information, he heard his son's voice. "Working on a way to make Brussels Sprouts edible?" In strode the boy with a warm smile on his face, which was contagious since he did the same in return.
"Trent! Hey, what you doing here?" Anton's smile fell once his attention returned to the clipboard in his hand and began to write stuff down.
"I read that you won the Green Leaf reward for your new research. I just wanted to congratulate you," Upon those words, Mercer closed his clipboard folder thing and accepted a hug from the boy when he offered.
His affection brought a faint airy laugh that was barely considered one. "Thanks- appreciate that," As much as he wanted to enjoy his son's company, he knew there was still much to be done and it didn't help to have his mind on many things at once. "If um... If only I was as successful in all my research," When he said that and collected a potted plant from a shelf, thoughts of Amelia and what she said reoccurred. How she planned to help him somehow, gave him a spark of hope that he didn't want to show around anyone else.
"Still no luck in controlling Mesogog?" When Trent asked, all Anton answered with was a hum and a look that said no on his face. "Look, Dad, let me tell the other Rangers. They may find a way to help you," He didn't need to see him to know he was concerned, but when he placed the plant on a table at the other end of the Greenhouse, he faced him.
"No. I can do this. I swear, Trent, I just... Need a little more time, okay?" His question earned him a nod and an okay back from his son.
"Then... What about that woman with red hair? I heard she was going to try and help you. Is the, more time, directed toward her?" His knitted brows and tilted head proved his concern and confusion.
"Listen... Uh. Yes, she said she would help us, and I've seen a lot of her progress with other experiments and creations. She's a genius and... Unfortunately, I'm leaning on her a bit for this. While she's working on it, I will do the same with my experiments to try and fix this issue. Don't worry, Trent. I feel we can trust her," With a nod and a reassuring smile, he watched his son return the same expression. Yes, and hopefully it'll be soon. Sighing through his nose, he thought for a moment.
"Hello? Oh, Dr. Mercer," In came Cassidy in her reporter act as she carried a puffed microphone and her buddy that held the camera. "Cassidy Cornell, Reefside Three, can I have a moment of your time?" Questioned the blonde when the microphone moved closer to him.
(I'm sorry, she spoke so fast I couldn't understand her XD!)
"Yeah, I know who you are Cassidy. You are in my class, remember?" As Anton adjusted his suit and straightened himself up, he felt about as awkward as he looked when he grinned.
"Oh, yeah, hehe... Anyway. I'm here to do a report on your recent Green Leaf reward for scientific breakthroughs and Botanical research," Her smile returned after the nervous smirk disappeared, her full reporter mode activated once she brushed off the awkwardness.
"Right. Well, it'll be rewarding enough if I can perfect these plants. If it works they'll be able to adapt and then thrive in any climate on Earth," Explained Mercer, for he tried his best to appear professional in front of the camera despite Mesogog's random interruptions that tend to occur.
"Oh, cool! That'll mean that people all around the world can grow their own crops," Devon, the boy behind her, donned a smile when he commented on his statement.
"That's what I'm hoping for," Mercer tried to continue his inspection when he walked away and opened his clipboard, his gaze was quick to examine the plants next to him.
"Interesting. Are we seeing a kinder, gentler, Anton Mercer?" Her words behind him, almost made him want to laugh.
His cold facade was only due to Mesogog because deep down he was a softy and cared a lot for other people. "My father's always dedicated his research to helping mankind," Trent spoke for him, to which Cassidy blinked and moved her gaze back to Mercer.
"And have you always succeeded?" Her question brought guilt to his mind, for he frowned and held back a heavy sigh.
"Look. Every scientist has had his share of failures," As he began, images of the time when his worst experiment went wrong, resurfaced, and recalled the horrible transformation the first time it happened. "I'm no exception," A wave of dizziness made his vision spin a little, which caused him to turn from them and hold his head.
"Hey, uh... You don't look so good man, did you have some of that mystery meat made at the Cafeteria?" Anton never spared Devon a glance when he leaned close and asked.
"He's got a lot of work to do, we better let him get to it," Saved by his son, Trent intervened and began to push the two back to escort them out. Their bickering went ignored as Mercer felt things about him begin to change. "Catch up to you later, Dad!" With that, he breathed heavily and was thankful that his boy gave him some space.
He fell to the floor and crawled close to the tables nearby, feeling every bit of his form change uncomfortably. As he twitched about and turned, Mesogog finally took his place.
Red claws slammed onto the table and upright stood the beast in all of his prehistoric glory. Albeit enraged by Mercer's goals with the plants, he wanted to crush all of his hard work; the growls he made were proof of his fury. "Mercer's pathetic little experiments," With a frustrated growl, he picked up a plant and crushed its pot with little effort.
"His feeble attempts at helping people, make me sick!" One arm was used to swipe a row of plants to the floor and ruin them, along with one in particular that he tossed to the ground. When he picked up an odd green cactus, he examined it with a critical eye. "My Generals has shown me nothing but failure..." For a moment he trailed, turned around, and looked closer at the cactus. "Maybe it's time to grow a winner. And perhaps... I can extend the ambush time for a bit longer," Lengthy exhales escaped when he began to leave the Greenhouse and popped open an invisiportal just outside.

Clinks echoed in the main laboratory as Amelia let a couple of drips fall into a test tube. Leaning over the station, she was trying her best to conceal the liquid by making her hair cascade past her face. I think with this final touch-up, the separation potion will be done! Eee! Internally she squealed, which reflected a grin on her face.
I managed to alter the thick-skin chemicals to provide him with some increased strength as well! If we're going head to head with Solar and his army then I want him to survive those shots from the Cyborgs. I don't want my beasty falling in battle... Her bright smile fell once she imagined such a horrific sight. After the last drip was placed into the test tube, tears of joy nearly leaked from her eyes when she saw how well the chemicals worked together. Out of the countless mistakes she made trying to make the liquid, this time, it didn't fall to ruin or explode.
A lid on the tube was placed on it and was quick to tuck it into a hidden compartment she made long ago. It was so well hidden that not even Mesogog's genius mind would be able to locate it, for her hand reached under the station, and a small drawer was pulled down by a handle. After that, she picked up the altered thick-skin liquid and sprinted out of the main lab to look for her man.
Okay- so! If Mercer took over early this morning, then it's one of the later episodes now! Some time ago he scolded Elsa for losing track of Zeltrax and losing to the Power Rangers. Elsa told me everything. I was too busy working on the T-Rex DNA in the main lab to pop in and check on him. Anywaaay, wheeeere is my beasty?~ I'll check his Throne Room! Pure excitement gleamed on her face as she ran down the halls the best she could in her heels.
Just when she turned, the doors opened not for her but for her man who she nearly ran into. Almost face-first into the cactus he carried, she moved out of the way in time and watched him pause in his step. "Amelia, you're awake. Good. I have a plan for this plant, which I am sure you already know... Given your amount of knowledge," As he continued to walk, albeit at a much slower pace to let her keep up, she smiled.
"Yes, yes! And, did I just hear you bad-mouth Elsa again? I heard yelling," Glaring daggers at him from the side and folding her arms, she pouted when she saw the dino man glance at her.
"Her incompetence is staggering! She continues to fail me! Unlike you... Who has yet, to do so. Elsa is proving to be more useless by the day," Those golden eyes returned to the plant in his claws, when she lifted her tan fingers and flicked his chin. An annoyed grunt was what she received, until he shook his head, and looked down at her.
"Stop it. She is a smart and badass woman, you can't berate her like that," From her lab coat's many pockets, came the altered liquid that she used to tap his forearm with. "Besides- if you don't try and shape up a little bit, I'm not giving you the new and improved thick-skin liquid.~ I altered it as I said I would, to make you physically stronger too!" As soon as she said that, they both halted abruptly when he stared at her with a slacked maw. Was it something I said? Curiously blinking, Amelia didn't quite understand why he was gawking at her, but when he leaned close to her face and licked her lips she froze.
"Your energy is boundless. I love it," So close, were those three magical words. It was enough to make her face burn, especially the way he said it in such a sensual way, it would surely paint images into her mind. However, when he used his teeth to grab it and straightened up, he let it fall out of his maw and into his coat.
"Y- You c- could've asked me to put it in there for you. At least that way you wouldn't risk accidentally dropping it," Gulping, averting her eyes, and continuing to follow by her man's side, she suggested. That was so hot! Why did he have to use his teeth of all parts of him?! Eee! I'm fangirling again! A stupid grin crossed her lips when she imagined him using his teeth for other things, such as biting her shirt.
"Why would I pass up the opportunity, to make you flustered? I find that part of you... Cute," The moment he mentioned that her face turned ten shades of red and her lips puckered from embarrassment.
He thinks I'm cute? How am I cute? Her head lowered more and more until her red locks hid the sides of her face.
As time passed, she followed him around, and they eventually returned to the Throne Room with a pedestal on which he placed the plant he carried. On a monitor, he, Amelia, and Elsa watched the evil Ranger struggle.
"He doesn't even have the power to control his zords anymore! This is sad to watch," Irritably snapped Elsa.
Amelia for once, wasn't on his lap. Instead, she was behind him with her arms around his neck and snuggling close to his head. She had to move out of the way when Mesogog hissed a little and looked at the goth momentarily.
"I hate to admit it, but I can't help but agree. His energy levels are unstable and if you said the morphing grid can't support him since he was separated from his original then I really don't think one of the two being defeated is the only answer. It sounds to me that he would need his own morphing grid to rely on. Wouldn't that be easier than watching two critters battle it out? Why not just make him his own grid?" Pondering, puckering her lips as she stared at the screen, she didn't know that they both gradually looked at her as if she was the wiser one in the room.
"Well, it's a bit too late for that, now isn't it? Why didn't you bring this up sooner?" Elsa frowned, and Amelia glanced and saw her brows knit. "Besides, I thought you said you weren't allowed to intervene with this world's storyline," She watched the goth look her up and down questionably. Not just her but Mesogog too, they stared at her strangely, which made the redhead giggle.
"Technically, I'm not. It was a suggestion that I doubted you guys would do anyway.~ As I said though! If he had his own morphing grid, he would be more stable and wouldn't have to defeat his other half to regain control! But, then there lies another problem. The synchronization with the morphing grid and acquiring the same level of energy as the original morpher that Mercer's son has would be the more difficult part to copy," With a finger lifted and a bright smile, she explained. However, a red claw grazed her chin.
When she blinked and looked at her man, her cheeks burned when she saw how intensely he was focused on her. "A- A- Anyway! Continue!" As fast as she could, she whipped her head away to watch the monitor again. Had she known Elsa stifled a chuckle, she would've hidden behind the seat from the embarrassment.
More time flew by and the Rangers won, the redhead knew it would end that way but said nothing about it. "The White Ranger continues to fail, he might not be around much longer," The goth spoke.
Dr. Ray was too busy nuzzling against Mesogog's hard cheek like a cat, to care that he looked at Elsa. "No matter," With that, she moved her arms away from him when he stood up and trekked the steps to move toward the plant.
"Oh, cool! Are you going to do your zappidy-zap-zap thing with your hands?~ How... Shocking!" Amelia giggled like the fangirl she was, made a single, loud clap with her hands, and saw her man hold back a wheeze at her strange phrasing. "Zaaa! I am Zeuuuus!" She spoke with a deep and dramatic voice when her arms sprawled with the addition of making zap sounds, which earned her a stifled chuckle from the goth in the back.
Mesogog couldn't prevent a face-palm, for his claws smacked loudly against his forehead. "Yes, Amelia," He began and walked closer to the potted cactus. "My plant is ready to take form and grow a whole new breed of warriors," As he said this, blue eyes watched in amazement when electricity sparked between his outstretched hands and shot out a stream of energy.
"Hahahaha! Woo! This is so cool! It's a shame I can't do that, otherwise- I'd charge my phone with it!" Her outburst made the goth behind her and him, face-palm and chuckle. If Mesogog wasn't such a professional at composure, he would've lost his focus and did the same as Elsa.
Nonetheless, the plant took up a form and said Master. "Welcome," With a wave of his claw over the thing's chest, it perked and lit up. "My Soldier," Against his back his claws were when he leaned close to the monster's side and looked up at it.
"Hey, beasty! Are you able to turn food into monsters too? Or maybe a fluffy blanket into a cuddly moving teddy bear that can suffocate people?~" Mad, quiet laughter, escaped the redhead when she pondered all of the various ways he could use that power. He could turn toiletry into a death trap, hahaha! Her thoughts made her giggling fit worse, which her man noticed and glanced at her in amusement.
After a while, Elsa was watching the fight between the good and evil White Rangers. Nonetheless, Amelia got an idea and it was enough to make a Cheshire cat grin form.
"Hmm, I don't know which one to root for," Stated the goth, as she leaned and neatly crossed a leg over the other.
"I have lost all interest. But my Jade Gladiator will finally bring me victory," Blue eyes watched the beast walk around the seat until he paused and stared at her curiously. "Why are you looking at me like that?" The cock of his head and the fold of his arms behind his back, made her chuckle.
"Ooooh, no reason, really," Suspiciously she inched closer to the Throne and aimlessly moved her eyes about with a catchy whistle. "It couldn't possibly be due to the fact that you haven't consumed my potion yet.~ Right now... During your free time... Not doing anything but watching the fight, like it's a boring TV show.~" Swinging her arms low and clapping them on occasion, she told him with a mischievous grin. Just have to wait for the riiiiight moment! A brief thought occurred.
She ignored the amused smirk Elsa gave her and kept her attention on her man, who growled lightly at her words. "It is not necessary, at this moment," Closer and closer, she stepped and ignored what he said. Her fingers soon crawled up his chest, which his head lifted to try and appear imposing but it didn't bother her in the least.
"That's what you said before... Until you got shot by a Cyborg and nearly bled to death!" Straight from inside his shirt, she yanked the tube out and ran around him.
His hiss and poor attempt to catch her were amusing. The table, the table! If I can lunge on his backside somehow I can make him chug it down! A momentary thought crossed her mind before she jumped onto one of the chemistry stations to avoid his grab. "Not today, Beasty!" From one station to the next one across, she leaped. When she thought she had him she jumped off of the table. However, he turned to face her, crouched a bit, and caught her. Her legs wrapped around his waist when he did and it was enough to make her gasp, much to her man's pleasure.
"Not today... Amelia. I will not let you-" She didn't give him much room to speak when she pried the lid off of the tube and tried to force it into his mouth. "No!" His head turned like a child who refused medicine.
"Stop being such a big baby!" It was her turn to growl, for she tried countless times to get the tube's mouth close to his maw but he would turn his head away or lean back each time.
"I am not being one- you are just stubborn!" Again, he cocked his head to the side to avoid her attempt to shove it in his mouth.
"Coming from the dino man who refuses medicine like a stubborn child.~" Over and over, she tried to give it to him. With him stepping backward unintentionally and moving his head around, she did something else. Her feet were used to climb higher so she could hover above his head and stared down at him with a suspicious grin. "Don't be a sissy and take it like a beast!" With one arm holding his head still, she finally got it into his mouth and made him chug it down.
The entire display of fighting and him holding her up the whole time, made Elsa's face turn red from having to hold back her laughter. Of course, that went unnoticed since Amelia was struggling to hold his head still to keep the liquid from coming out.
After a moment when the tube was emptied, she pulled it back and smiled brightly at his annoyed expression. "There! All better! Now with that, you'll more than likely feel a large wave of exhaustion since your body will be beefed from the muscle growth! Other than that, you'll be fine! You'll just need to eat plenty of protein to back it up!" She was quick to explain, but when she planted a soft kiss between his red spots he almost lost his footing.
"I will be stronger than usual?" She watched his eyes blink several times to snap himself out of a daze he somehow fell into and nodded at him.
"Yup! This is to make sure you don't get killed while you're on my head, as a T-Rex!" Both arms flew above her head when she exclaimed, however, her lips frowned and her face reddened when she saw how enthralled he appeared from staring up at her. He's staring at me strangely. He's been doing that a lot lately, maybe Mercer was right? Questioning his behavior, she soon felt herself slide down so she moved her legs to stand properly, and came face to chest with her man.
"You are something else," He managed to snap himself out of whatever enchantment he felt at that moment and moved to his seat after Elsa stood.
After a long battle, watching the evil Ranger fade into the air and watching his Jade Gladiator fight, it took about roughly twenty minutes or so until it was over. Of course, he had some beef jerky to keep up with the protein and felt exhausted after drinking the liquid. "Another defeat!" Hissing, furiously, his anger sparked, and leaned forward on his Throne.
"Well, Beasty..." Began the redhead as she took out her portal device and climbed the steps of his seat. She watched him back his head up a little but heard an annoyed grumble until her next words lifted his mood a bit. "Let's head over, then. There won't be another defeat... Not with my plan against Solar," The device was wiggled between her fingers when she grinned and looked at the goth.
"Good. Inform Elsa of our plan, then! I will collect A.O.D., she is currently doing her daily patrol... And I will gather the Tyrannodrones," She had to move to let him stand up, albeit with some effort since his muscles felt a bit fatigued.
"Yes, yes! Okay! Meet me in the Tyrannodrone room then! I still have to get Stevie!" When he strode out of the room with long strides, all she saw from him was a nod, and watched him leave through the double doors.
Quickly she faced the goth, who had folded her arms and knitted her brows. "What plan?" Her question made the redhead smirk confidently and giggle.
"Ooooh, a really cool plan that I think you'll find enjoyable! You see..." Trailing for a moment, a finger was lifted close to Elsa's nose when the excitement in her blue hues shined. "You... Will be using Stevie as a flying mount! Your part in this ambush is to take down any or every sky threat Solar sends after us! With your ability to shoot streams of electricity and use a blade to combat other physical fighters, you're more than capable of handling their fighter jets and other offensive aerial strikers.~ I want to watch you shine like the dark star you are!" Jumping happily, and clapping, the compliment she gave made the goth smile and faintly laugh. Yes, dark star! She's so badass! So epic and cool! Her mad giggles didn't go unnoticed, which only added to the insanity that started to show on her face.
"Dark Star, huh? I like that," Elsa's smile never faltered it broadened, and chuckled at her statement. "What- Is that going to be my nickname now? Just like how you call my master, Beasty?" The shake of her head showed disbelief but the nod Amelia gave, made her laugh more.
"Yes! Why not?~ You'd look so cool riding Stevie, anyway.~" However, when she said that, a frown crossed her lips, and judging by the look on Elsa's face when she did the same, she knew she could tell something was up. "And... I need to talk to you when the time comes. It's very important," A hint of pain laced her voice when she informed her. It involves her situation when Mesogog separates from Mercer, which I hope to change when it gets to that point. I wouldn't want Elsa to be unprepared for that day. Thought the redhead as she continued to stare into brown eyes that were full of concern.
"Of... Course. There is no rush, my lady," Elsa cleared her throat and shifted her weight. "So, a mount? What about you and Lord Mesogog?" After she asked, the grin on Amelia returned ten-fold.
She sat there and explained everything she and Mesogog discussed over the Facility's layout sketch. It took her some time and answering the goth's questions to finally come to an understanding of the whole ambush, so now nearly everyone was in the Tyrannodrone room.
All of their dinosaurs were perfectly aligned, while Stevie stood next to Elsa. The saddle was being placed on the big hybrid, much to the Franken Baby's distaste, and Mesogog paced back and forth.
"Master. It has been ten minutes, why has she not come back yet?" When Elsa questioned, Mesogog furiously growled and looked at her.
"She will! I do not like the idea of her bringing them along and having an audience, but she insisted!" Through fits of primal growls and hisses, he answered. Amelia wanted to show off what her invention did. So she went to fetch Gruumm and his pawns, the ones whom she retrieved the orbs from. With his hands against his backside, his steps became more aggressive.
"I guess, my lord, this is her way of thanking them for assisting you during the chases and battling the Cyborgs. If I know her correctly, by now, she wants to use this as her final goodbye to them," Elsa commented and put a foot through the foothold of the saddle, before hoisting herself on top of the hybrid.
"She could have taken a picture... This is unnecessary!" Fumed the beast. However, he came to an abrupt stop when the famous platinum hole shot open in front of him and saw her run through.
"They're coming! Woo-hoo! They're going to use the ship to open a wormhole to my world! I gave them the coordinates to the Facility so they could stay in the sky and watch the battle.~ So, don't worry, they won't interfere! Gruumm wanted to watch Solar fall and he said he was confident in my plan after I told him everything! He also said, he's going to do it as soon as I leave, so we'll meet him there!" Pure excitement beamed on her face when she ran at her man and hugged him tight.
The warmth and her touch made what anger he had left, dissipate into nothingness. For once, his arms wrapped around her, and kept her close with his chin on top of her head. "So... They will not be entering my Fortress, I see. Good. I do not appreciate uninvited guests," Deep down, he was thankful that she at least respected his stronghold's privacy, so when he let go to look down at her cuter, shorter height, she grinned.
"Nope. See? I told you not to worry. Everything will be fiiiine.~ Now, no more stalling! Let's hurry up and get everyone on that hill!" When she pointed at the portal, it disappeared and was quick to re-open it to the spot she had in mind.
Mesogog grumbled with delight at the thought of tearing that prick apart with his claws. But when A.O.D stepped close to him, he glanced at her and back to his woman. "A.O.D., guard us on our way out of the portal," Upon his command, Angel did exactly that once his hands guided Amelia through.
The robot was right behind the redhead, next it was the one hundred dinosaurs and the Tyrannodrones. Behind the army, confidently strode the horse-sized hybrid who Elsa rode and jogged through the portal; he was the last one to leave.
"The evil White Ranger... Shouldn't be an issue while I am away," With that, he walked through and left the Fortress in silence.
