To the Honeymoon

"Is that everything?" Vaggie asks as she zips the last of their suitcases as she and her wife are in their room, finishing packing.

"I think so," Charlie looks over everything. "Enough clothes to last us more than a week. Our swimsuits and some nice dresses for when we go out."

"You assume we'd be leaving the bed," the Fallen Angel smirks.

"Oh, you," the princess giggles as she grabs a couple of the bags. "I'll go ahead and take these down. Will you grab that one?" and then heads out of the room.

"Sure thing, Hun," Vaggie grabs the suitcase and just as she lifts it up. However! The weight was more than expected and ended up dropping it.

"Ow!" the suitcase lets out.

"What the?" the former Exorcist unzips the bag to reveal her daughter. "Celest?" she helps the child out. "What are you doing in there?"

The little girl pouts. "I'm going with you."

"Honey. We talked about this."

"I know, Mama! But I've barely been without you and Mom for more than a day. But this time you're going to be gone for a week! Maybe more! What's up with that?"

"Oh, Honey," Vaggie picks up her daughter, sits on the bed, and kisses the child on the cheek. "I know that you're concerned about being away from us for so long. We are to. I think the longest we were apart was when you were taken by the Vees."

At that, the child shakes her head. "That wasn't fun."

The Fallen Angel chuckles. "I bet it wasn't. But this is something for your mom and I. At least we're leaving you with Grandma and Grandpa."

"I know," Celest then crosses her arms. "It's just not fair that you and Mom get to go on Vacation and I can't."

"This isn't a vacation. This is a Honeymoon."

"What's the difference?"

"Well, a vacation is where someone leaves for some rest and relaxation. A Honeymoon is a special little trip that a married couple takes. Full of lots of lovey dovey stuff."

The little girl looks up thinking about something. "Is it like when Mr. Pentious and Ms. Cherri Bomb borrow one of the broom closets?"

"Uh…" Vaggie blinks, unsure what to say to that. Luckily, she is saved by her wife.

"Hey, Vaggie! Have you seen…" Charlie walks in and spots her wife holding their daughter. "There you are Celest. Here I thought you were going to miss sending us off."

Celest looks down. "I actually didn't want you to leave without me."

"Oh, really?" the Princess smiles and looks to her wife who nods to confirm.

"She was hiding in the suitcase."

"Sweetie," Charlie approaches them and plants a kiss on her daughter's forehead. "How about this? Once we get back, during your next school break we'll head to Hellsney for the entire time. Does that make things better?"

"Maybe a little," the little girl gives a small smile. "But I think Grandpa would prefer we go to Lulu World."

"Okay then," the blonde picks up the child. "We'll just have to go there instead. Now," she takes her child and leaves the room along with her wife. "Let's go. Grandpa and Grandma should be here soon."

Once downstairs, the trio finds their friends ready to send them off along with the King and Queen.

"Mom! Dad!" Charlie hugs her parents. "You're early."

"We were eager to see our granddaughter," Lilith takes the little hazbin into her own arms. "Celest. Are you ready to spend some quality time with us?"

"Yes, Grandma!" the child hugs the tall woman. "I'm always ready."

"You think you're ready?" Lucifer pops up. "We'll see about that!" he then conjures a bulletin board. "We have everything planned out!" and the Big Boss starts pointing at all the images on the board. "There's a Live Pretty, Pretty Princess stage performance tonight and that's our first stop. Tomorrow, I figure we'd go to your favorite store because there's no way you have been spoiled enough. And there's plenty of other things for us to do together!"

Celest is really excited about what her parents have in store for her. But there is one thing she noticed on the board and that was a picture of an Apple Man. "Is that Looloo?"

The King looks back on the board and slouches. "Ugh! Yes! As much as I hate that place, I know that Looloo Land is your favorite."

Lilith walks up to her husband. "Your Grandfather and I thought that end your stay with us by visiting there."

The little girl reaches over so Lucifer could take her and hugs the man. "Thanks, Grandpa."

The King smiles. "Anything for you, Celest."

Everyone smiled at the scene before them. But one part of the conversation caught the attention of a certain Seraphim.

"She's staying with you," Emily tilts her head. "I thought you were going to say here while Charlie and Vaggie were gone. How else are you going to watch over the Hotel?"

The King and Queen blinked at the Seraphim before Lilith turned to her daughter. "You never told her?"

Charlie smiles before turning to the angel. "We wanted to surprise her."

Emily looks between them. "Surprise me with what?"

"Emily," the Princess walks up to her and takes her hands. "Vaggie and I, we want you to run the Hotel while we're gone."

The young seraphim's eyes widen. "What!? Me!? Running the Hote!? But I can't!"

"But you can, Emily," Vaggie walks up to them. "You showed us how capable your are with what you've done for us on our wedding."

Charlie agrees. "There's also all the help you've given long before that. I mean, you were the one who fixed the conflicting schedules. And you found Dr. Howler for us!"

"But, but are you sure?"

"We're sure more than anything that you are perfect," Vaggie smiles.

"In fact," the Princess straightens up. "As of this moment, we're appointing you as the Hazbin Hotel's Assistant Manager."

"Assistant? Me?," Emily could not believe this. "I, I don't know what to say."

"How about this," the former Exorcist says. "Thank you for this job and I won't let you down."

The Seraphim blinks a couple times before smiling. "Thank you for this job and I won't let you down."

Charlie smiles again. "We know you won't." she then hugs the angel. "Bye, Emily. See you after the trip."

Everyone starts hugging and saying farewells ending with the mothers kissing their daughter goodbye.

"We'll miss you, Honey."

"I'll miss you too, Mama."

"Behave for Grandma and Grandpa, okay."

"I will, Mom."

With that the two women walk out of the Hotel and enter the limo.

Vaggie then leans into her wife. "When was the last time we had some alone time together."

"Let's see," Charlie starts thinking. "That would have to be sometime before the Last Extermination."

The Fallen Angel smirks. "Oh, yeah. That was a fun night."

"Perhaps when we get to the Hotel, you can remind me what we did that night?"

"Oh, I'm okay with that," the grey woman then reaches up to a console above them to bring up the privacy wall between them and the driver. "I could give you a sneak peak right now?"

Hearing that, Charlie giggles before they start kissing with each one going deeper and deeper before a small sneeze is heard.

"Bless you," Charlie says.

Vaggie stops midway. "That wasn't me?"

The two stared at one another and Charlie flips the switch and the privacy wall is brought down. "Did you just sneeze?"

"No, Ma'am," the Sinner turns around to reveal the lack of a certain feature. "Don't even have a nose."

Vaggie then rolls her eye. "Stop the car."

The two then hop out of the limo and the former Exorcist opens the trunk to reveal a certain little girl.

"Hi, Mom! Hi, Mama!" Celest gives her moms a sheepish smile.

Charlie blinks. "Celest? Did you teleport into the trunk?"

"I was aiming for the back seat."

"That's, that's really advance. I can't even do that yet."

"Really?"

"Time out!" Vaggie calls out. "That's besides the point. Did you really run away from your grandparents, Celest?"

"Uh, maybe."

A new voice then approaches from behind. "What are you doing here?"

.oOo.

The doorbell rings and Lucifer answers to find his daughter and daughter-in-law holding his granddaughter.

"Lose something?" Vaggie deadpans as she passes Celest over to the King.

"Okay, I know you girls are upset but please don't tell your mom that I lost her on our first day," he pleads but he stiffens at the sound of a voice he usually finds soothing.

"You did what, Luci?"

There the Queen stands behind the two women..

"Lily?"

Lilith glares at her husband.
