Episode 2

Friends across the Dimensions!

The next morning, Amy, Ax, AiAi and Blaze got up and ate what remained of the berries and fruits for breakfast. The campfire burned out while everyone was asleep.

"How are your injuries?" Blaze asked them.

"I feel much better now!" Amy said as she removed the cast off her arm, leg and face and was able to move again as her injuries were healed.

"The sting of the burn is gone! I can move without pain again!" Ax said as he swung his arms and sword, and kicked his feet, to show that he is healed.

"Eek! Eek! Now we can continue our adventure! I do hope we can find some bananas soon!" AiAi said.

"You really love bananas, don't you AiAi?" Blaze asked.

"Eek! Eek! Of course I love bananas! They are the king of all fruit!" AiAi said with pride.

"Anyway, its time to get moving before anymore unpleasant surprises happen." Amy said while scanning her surroundings, "But, which way do we go?"

"We just came out of that dark forest, so perhaps the pathway down these grasslands?" Ax suggested.

"I guess that is the best option we have right now. No way we're going back to that forest. We might run into more of those creeps from yesterday." Blaze said.

"Eek! Eek! Agreed! I don't like those bullies! Especially those Banana Thieves! They are mean!" AiAi said.

"The pathway it is then!" Amy said, "Let's go!"

After wrapping up their camping break, the four heroes ventured forth down the grasslands' pathway. Unbeknownst to them, a certain someone was watching them from afar.

Meanwhile…

Dr. Eggman sat before the control panel for the portal device as he used it to monitor the entire dimension. While Dremagen's dimension kept expanding little by little as more dimensions were added, Eggman saw Amy and her new friends venturing down the Grasslands.

"Amy Rose…if that pink monster is here, there is a chance that Sonic, and the other rodents are in this dimension as well." Eggman said.

"Father, if I may?" Sage asked.

"What is it, Sage?" Eggman asked.

"I still stand that we shouldn't trust Dremagen and that the chances of her betraying us is 98.999999999999999999999999999999…"

"Stop, I've heard enough." Eggman said, "And I'm going to say this again: I REFUSE to work alongside that blue rodent and his pests again! If she decides to turn against me, then I am going to destroy her with my own two hands and not with the help of that meddlesome hedgehog and his worthless playmates!"

"I see…my apologies Father." Sage said sadly, "I…will try and think of another way."

"Good girl Sage." Eggman said, "Now, time to deal with those blasted nuisances once and for all! While Dremagen may be untrustworthy she gave me access to her clone army. Just got to figure out which clone to use."

"Here you go Boss." Orbot said while carrying a tray with a deck of cards on it.

"Thank you Orbot." Eggman said as he took the deck off the tray and looked them over.

On each card there were different, interesting looking characters, each one was a clone of heroes and villains from other dimensions.

"Hmm, they all look good, but I'm not sure." Eggman said as he pushed the button on the panel, opening the slot. Eggman inserted the entire deck in the slot and closed it. Then he pulled the lever spinning the slots shown on one of the monitors. All three slots stop to show the same picture of the randomly selected clone.

"Bingo! We'll use THIS one!" Eggman said.

Eggman then pressed the confirm button summoning the selected clone: a large, muscular, barbarian looking man wearing armored shoulder pads, shorts, boots, gauntlets and large red helmet with a large pair of horns, his face obscured with a pair of yellow snake-like eyes shining in the darkness inside it. Lastly, he was carrying a large double-handed axe with a large blade made of solid gold. There was also a small blue swirl on the forehead and a purple aura around the body, indicating that he was a clone of someone.

"Go get them, Death Adder, Master of Snakes, carrier of the Golden Axe!" Eggman order as he input the coordinate on the console, activating the portal.

The Death Adder clone marched through the portal, as Eggman watched with an evil smile.

Meanwhile, Sage looked concerned as she turned to her brothers and took them to a corner away from Eggman's ear shot, "Listen, Father says he doesn't want to rely on Sonic and his friends, but I don't believe he have much of a choice."

"You want us to go look for them in secret?" Orbot asked.

"Not yet, the first thing we need to do is locate the Master Emerald and its Guardian." Sage said, "They are the key to cutting off the energy of the Chaos Emeralds from Dremagen if we are to stand a chance against her."

"Not a bad idea, but I don't think Knuckles will be happy to see us." Orbot said.

"Yeah, he'll probably punch us all to kingdom come before we get the chance to explain ourselves." Cubot said.

Metal Sonic clenched his fist, as if trying to say that he can take care of Knuckles if he acts stubborn.

"Good idea Big Brother Metal." Sage said, "Just remember not to harm him too much."

Metal Sonic nodded.

"Just wait for my signal before we move out." Sage said.

Metal Sonic, Orbot and Cubot nodded before they and Sage leave the corner and rejoined Eggman, who was still watching the monitors after Death Adder's clone went through the portal.

Meanwhile…

Amy, Ax, AiAi and Blaze walked down the path for a while now.

"So, you mentioned that you are friends with the Master Emerald's Guardian, correct?" Blaze said.

"His name is Knuckles and yes." Amy said.

"So, if we want to find the Master Emerald, we need to find Knuckles first, right?" Blaze asked.

"Correct. Knuckles has a special connection with the Master Emerald, which allows him to sense its energy anywhere." Amy answered.

"Like a walking radar?" Blaze asked.

"Yes, something like that." Amy said, "I assume you're not used to this sort of thing?"

"Well, I've seen my fair share of weirdos and weirdness back in my dimension, but we don't have anything like magical gemstones that can make you all God-like." Blaze said.

"Eek! Eek! No magical gemstones in my world either." AiAi said.

"While it may not count as a gemstone, we do have a magical weapon created by the Gods themselves." Ax said.

"Really?" Blaze asked.

"Yes, the Golden Axe is what we call it. Whoever holds it will be granted either miraculous or destructive powers." Ax explained, "The Gods created it to be a symbol of peace and prosperity, but in the wrong hands, it can also bring chaos and destruction."

"Eek! Eek! Would the person who brings chaos and destruction with the Golden Axe be a big strong looking half-naked dude with a big helmet with a pair of horns over his head?" AiAi asked with a suspiciously specific description.

"Why yes! How did you know?" Ax asked.

"Because he's standing right in front of us with a big axe made of gold. Eek!" AiAi said.

The other three heroes looked at where AiAi was pointing and gasp in surprise, but mostly in shock in Ax's case, when they saw the Death Adder Clone emerge from a portal right in front of them.

"Pathetic worms! Prepare to meet your end!" The Death Adder Clone charged at them as he swung his Golden Axe down at them.

The heroes scatter as they dodged the Golden Axe, as it slammed down to the ground, creating a large crack on the ground.

"Death Adder!" Ax said with a bitter tone, "I don't know if you are clone or not, but it doesn't matter! I will slay you and free the world of your evil!"

VS. DEATH ADDER CLONE (Theme: Battlefield (from Golden Axe) Remix (by Luke Jansen))

Ax let out his battle cry as he rushed towards Death Adder as he and Adder clashed their respective weapons against each other. While locked in their power struggle, Amy snuck up behind Adder with a Hammer Strike to the head, followed by Blaze's knife stabs to the back, finally followed by AiAi's ramming him with his ball. Adder barely reacted to their attacks as he only took some minor damage.

"Fools!" Adder shouted as he pushed Ax aside, winning the power struggle, before turning around and swung his axe at the other three, who barely dodged the attack.

He didn't stop there as he clenched his fist, charging up energy around it before punching the ground, unleashing yellow shockwaves at them. Amy and Blaze were able to dodge the shockwaves, but Axe and AiAi weren't as lucky as they took a shock from it, damaging them as they screamed in pain.

"Ax! AiAi!" Amy cried in concern.

"Look out!" Blaze grabbed Amy and jumped out of the way of a Skeleton Warrior's sword slash, saving her life.

"Thanks Blaze, but where did these guys come from?" Amy asked when she noticed the Skeleton Warrior, or rather Skeleton WARRIORS. There were two of them.

"Destroy them!" Death Adder ordered his Skeleton Warriors, both letting out a battle cry that sounded like bone rattling.

Amy and Blaze fought against the two Skeleton Warriors, while Ax and AiAi recovered from the shockwave attack.

"We won't lose to you, you snake!" Ax shouted.

"Eek! Eek! We won't lose to big mean bullies like you!" AiAi shouted.

"Then you two shall meet your end!" Death Adder's clone shouted back.

The two heroes and the villainous clone charged at each other, clashing their weapons against each other for another power struggle. Ax clashes against his sword against Adder's axe, while AiAi does the same with his ball.

Death Adder Clone kept swinging his Golden Axe, with Ax and AiAi countering each strike with his sword and ball respectively. This struggle went on for about a minute before Ax and AiAi double teamed against the last strike, causing Death Adder to lose his balance and fall over. Ax rushed over to snatch the Golden Axe from Adder, but the evil tyrant refused to let go.

"Get your filthy claws off MY Golden Axe, you worm!" Death Adder's clone shouted.

"The Golden Axe was NEVER yours to begin with!" Ax shouted as he struggled to snatch the axe from him.

"Eek! Eek! Here I come!" AiAi rammed at Adder from the side, trying to make him lose the grip, but the tyrant swung Ax, who was still holding onto the Golden Axe, at AiAi, knocking him back along with Ax, who lost grip.

Meanwhile, Amy and Blaze clashed their weapons, the Piko Piko Hammer and the knife, respectively, against the Skeleton Warriors' swords. After finding an opening, Blaze blocked the sword strike and low swept the Skeleton Warrior's legs with strong force, breaking them, causing the skeleton enemy to collapse and Blaze finished it off by smashing his skull to dust with a stomp, putting it down for good as it turned to purple particles. The other Skeleton Warrior charged at Amy with a Stinger Strike, but Amy managed to dodge and swung her hammer at him with a Spin Hammer Attack, smashing him to bits as his parts flew everywhere. She quickly smashed his head into dust, finally putting it down for good as it turned into purple particles.

"Ugh, I hate skeletons!" Amy whined.

"Same!" Blaze responded in agreement.

"Wait, what are those?" Amy said when she noticed something left behind by the two Skeleton Warriors. Something blue.

"Are those…urns?" Blaze asked, "Did those Skeleton Creeps drop them when we beat them?"

"AAAARGH!" Ax and AiAi suddenly landed near them after getting knocked back by Death Adder's attack.

"Such insolence! You have all wasted enough of my time!" Death Adder's clone approached them menacingly.

Ax and AiAi got up in a daze as Amy and Blaze helped them up. Ax noticed the blue urns and recognized them, "Wait, those urns!"

"Oh yeah, those skeleton guys dropped them when we beat them." Amy said.

Ax quickly grabbed the urns and focused, as they started to glow.

"What are you doing?" Blaze asked in confusion.

Ax then raised his right hand up above his head as the urns flew up and disappeared in a flash and what followed afterwards was a series of explosive eruptions out of the ground around Death Adder's clone, dealing massive damage to the tyrannical faker as he screamed in pain and dropped the Golden Axe in the process.

"WOW!" Amy, Blaze and AiAi exclaimed.

"Time to die you Death Adder imposter!" Ax let out a battle cry as he grabbed the Golden Axe and swung it down on the villain's chest, splitting it wide open as purple particles came flying out of the fatal wound while the clone screamed in agony.

The heroes watched as the clone of Death Adder vanished into purple particles, along with the Golden Axe.

"We've won." Amy said, "But man, that was tough."

"Despite merely being a clone, he was almost just as strong as the real one." Ax said in bitterness.

"So, he was a clone of someone from your world?" Blaze asked.

"Indeed." Ax said, "Death Adder is pure evil incarnate. He will destroy anyone who gets in his way of conquering the world. He killed my mother."

"That's horrible!" Amy exclaimed, "I hope we never run into the real deal."

"Me neither, but something tells me we might." Ax said, "And if that happens, we need to be brace ourselves."

"Eek! Eek! We'll kick his butt just like we kicked his clone's butt!" AiAi said in his usual optimistic.

"Okay, that aside. Ax, what was that you just did with those urns?" Blaze asked.

"In my dimension, we use these magical urns in order to cast powerful spells." Ax explained, "The type of spells we cast varies depending on the individual. In my case, I use Explosion magic."

"Oh, and I thought you said that the Golden Axe was the only magical artifact from your world." Blaze said.

"While the magic urns do grant us magical abilities, they pale in comparison to the might of the Golden Axe, as that artifact is the one that can match the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald that Amy mentioned." Ax explained.

"Oh, I guess that makes sense." Blaze said.

"However, since the Golden Axe disappeared along with the imposter Death Adder's body, that can only mean that wasn't the real Golden Axe either." Ax said.

"So Dremagen can even clone magical artifacts, but the main difference is that they are less powerful than the real ones." Amy said, "Reminds me of that time when Tails created a fake Chaos Emerald during adventure on the Space Colony ARK."

"You've been to space?" Blaze asked, "Actually, save it for another time, or else we'll be here all day."

"I'll tell you about it some other time." Amy said, "For now, we should keep going before anymore clones show up."

"Agreed." Ax said.

"Eek! Eek! Adventure!" AiAi said.

The four heroes continue with their journey as they walk down the pathway of the grasslands. Along the way, Amy was worried about Sonic and the others, wondering if they were okay. Unbeknownst to them, they were still being watched from afar.

Meanwhile…

Dr. Eggman and his minions/family saw the whole fight and while they were disappointed that the Death Adder clone failed to defeat them, at least they learned a thing or two.

"It seems that even with the Chaos Emeralds on her side, Dremagen has yet to create clones that can be just as powerful as the original ones." Eggman concluded, "There is also that thing they said about magical artifacts from other dimensions that can match the Chaos Emeralds."

"Hey boss! What if the Chaos Emeralds aren't enough to make her invincible?" Cubot wondered, "Maybe we could just snatch them while she isn't looking!"

"Idiot!" Eggman angrily yelled at him, "Only a fool would dare to try and snatch the Emeralds while there is a whole army of clones guarding them in her throne room!"

A red vein stuck out of his forehead

"For once I agree with the boss. That plan is suicide!" Orbot said.

"Not even Big Brother Metal can take on that many enemies at once." Sage said.

Metal Sonic wanted to protest, only to remember all the times he lost to Sonic and his friends, including his most recent defeat back home. He let out a mechanical groan.

"Sorry…" Cubot apologized.

"Anyway, let's just keep watch for the time being, but also keep an eye out for Sonic and his friends." Eggman said, "If Amy is here, then there is no doubt that the others are too."

Meanwhile…

On a city street under heavy rain, Sonic plowed his way through wave after wave of enemy clones of street thugs, barbarians and ninjas. The street thugs attacked with hand-to-hand combat and weapons like knives, pipes and baseball bats, the barbarians used their brute strength and old-fashioned weapons like swords, axes and bows, and the ninjas used their katanas, shuriken, kunai knives and ninjitsu. Sonic swiftly dodge every single attack with his super speed then counter attacked with punches and kicks at supersonic speed, then finished off with a Sonic Boost, plowing through them like bowling pins.

While he was fighting, the mafioso, crime lord guy stood back, watching and analyzing the blue blur's fighting style, as he loaded up his Tommy Gun.

Once Sonic finished off the last wave of enemies, who disappeared into purple particles, he turned to the Crime Lord, "Alright you Godfather wannabe! Where's Dremagen!" he demanded.

"You don't need to know!" the Crime Lord pointed his Tommy Gun at him, "Because you're about to become Swiss cheese!"

"Fine, the hard way it is then!" Sonic got into a fighting stance.

VS. CRIME LORD CLONE (Theme: Big Boss (from Streets of Rage) GOLD EDITION by MaestroDraven)

The Crime Lord fired a rapid barrage of bullets from his Tommy Gun at Sonic, who dodges them by side stepping left and right with his supersonic speed, until he got close enough and tried to land a swift kick to the side of the head, but then a ninja clone showed up and blocked the attack with his arm. Sonic gasped in surprise, but quickly jumped back before ethe ninja could stab him with a kunai knife.

"Still got goons left huh?" Sonic asked.

"Any problem can be resolved as long as you have enough manpower." The Crime Lord said with pride, "That is the strength of the Syndicate!"

"Then I'll just have to take you all down!" Sonic said as he dashed forward while dodging more bullets.

The Crime Lord kept his distance while firing his Tommy Gun and using his own goons as meat shields as they protected their precious boss from Sonic's devastating attacks. Sonic tried attacking the Crim Lord from every direction, but more clones keep popping up, blocking Sonic's attacks and protecting the Crime Lord.

"Stop hiding behind your goons and fight me for real!" Sonic shouted.

"Only a fool would dare to fight his enemy head-on knowing they stand no chance in one-on-one." The Crime Lord taunted, "As long as I have my men, you'll never reach me!"

"We'll see about that!" Sonic said, as he decided to try something else.

Sonic crouches down and starts spinning in place while curled into a ball, revving up for a few seconds before dashing forward toward the Crime Lord and his henchmen, who were ready to shield him.

"You're getting predictable you little punk!" The Crime Lord said as he fired his Tommy Gun at Sonic.

Sonic's Spin Dash form however, deflected the bullets and then he turned to right and Spin Dashed around the Crime Lord and his goons at supersonic speeds, getting faster and faster until he created a massive blue tornado, trapping the Crime Lord and his minions in it as they all screamed in horror while getting sent flying way up into the sky.

"Time for the big finale!" Sonic grinned as he jumped and homed in on one the henchmen while they were in the air with a spin attack, then followed that up with another Homing Attack on another one, then another one, and another…

The Crime Lord, saw this and shouted, "Don't underestimate me, you little blue punk!" as he fired his Tommy Gun at Sonic while still in the air.

Sonic kept Homing Attacking one goon after another while avoiding the Crime Lord's bullet hail until he finally reached him. The Crime Lord tried firing him, only to realize he ran out of bullets.

"Oh no…" the Crime Lord murmured as the blue hedgehog was right above him.

A sweat drop rolled down the side of his head

"Game Over Al Capone!" Sonic taunted with a smirk before landing one final Homing Attack right on the Crime Lord's chest, sending him falling back down to the street, crashing and causing parts of the road to break out and fly, followed by a big dirt cloud, leaving a giant crater in the middle of the street as Sonic stood on top of the now banged up Crime Lord. The henchman clones fall back down as they disappear into purple particles upon landing hard all over the street.

Sonic grabbed the Crime Lord by his tie, "Start talking! Where is Dremagen hiding?" he demanded.

The Crime Lord, despite his injuries and being serious pain, just laughed at him, "Don't bother…Lady Dremagen…is somewhere…you'll never…reach…"

The Crime Lord laughed until his final breath as his body vanished into purple particles, leaving Sonic standing alone in the middle of the crater as the heavy rain came to a stop and the sun came out.

"Dremagen is somewhere I'll never reach? What did he mean by that?" Sonic wondered, then shook his head, "Doesn't matter, I'll just have to keep searching for more clues about this world and Dremagen's whereabouts."

Sonic was just about to take off at the speed of sound, but he stopped himself when he spotted in the corner of his eye, someone sheepishly hiding behind the corner of a nearby building. He looked and saw what looked like a small mouse-like creature, standing on two small feet, white fur except for his ears which were blue colored instead. He wore a blue spacesuit however over his lower half and had a space helmet around his head. His ears popped through the space helmet. His dark blue eyes also had a sparkly white pattern in the middle of them, and lastly, he had a thin tail.

"Oh, hey there, little guy." Sonic greeted him.

The small mouse squeaked in fear as it nervously hid behind the corner.

"Hey, hey, it's okay. I'm not going to hurt you, I promise." Sonic said as he gently approached the small creature.

The alien mouse looked at Sonic, who knelt to his level and extended his hand for a shake.

"I'm Sonic. Sonic the Hedgehog." The blue blur introduced himself, "And you are?"

The small white and blue mouse sensed that the tall blue hedgehog was friendly and gently climbed onto his hand, "Chuih." he spoke in a soft, squeaky mouse voice.

"Chuih, huh? Well, nice to meet you." Sonic said as he got back up while holding Chuih in his hand, "Did you end up here because of something bright?"

"Chuih." Chuih nodded.

"And you got separated from your friends?" Sonic asked.

"Chuih." Chuih nodded again.

"Gotcha." Sonic said, "Tell you what: stick with me and together we'll look for our missing friends and learn more about this strange new world and the whereabouts of the mean lady who brought us her."

"Chuih! Chuih!" Chuih said in agreement.

"It's settled then! Hang on tight, because we're going supersonic!" Sonic said as he placed Chuih over his shoulder, who held on tight, "Alright! Here we GO!"

Sonic zoomed down the street at blinding speeds while Chuih squeaked out loud while holding onto Sonic's shoulder for dear life.

Sonic raced down the streets of this seemingly abandoned city, going through a bunch places, running, jumping and collecting rings, while also taking down clones of Badniks, Egg Pawns, Street Thugs, Ninjas and Barbarians who were still lurking around the city with his Homing Attack and Sonic Boost. Chuih kept holding onto his shoulder for dear life, but also looked like he was about to lose his lunch as he never experienced going this fast his whole life.

After about two minutes of supersonic platforming action, Sonic and Chuih managed to find their way out of the city as they arrived at the coastline.

"Whew! Made it out! How are you holding up Chuih?" Sonic asked, but when he looked at his space mouse friend, he noticed his face all green, "Uh oh…"

Sonic skidded to a halt and placed Chuih by the wall separating the road and the ocean. The little mouse couldn't take it anymore as he took off his helmet and barfed over the ocean side, while Sonic patted him on the back.

"Sorry about that, guess you aren't used to traveling at that speed huh?" Sonic laughed sheepishly.

A sweat drop rolled down the side of his head

After Chuih was done, he placed the helmet back on and looked at Sonic, giving him a reassuring expression, as if trying to say that he doesn't blame him, but asked him to tone it down a bit.

"Yeah, I'll try not go too fast for you again." Sonic said.

Sonic then looked at the scenery of the coastline and saw just how beautiful it looked, or at least he wished he could say that, because…

"It looks beautiful but, something feels off about it…it feels…fake." Sonic said.

"Chuih?" Chuih asked.

"I think I know what's off: it's because this world is just a reflection of our dimensions after Dremagen used Chaos Control to stitch them all together to create this one! This world and everything in it…they AREN'T natural! It's all artificially made!" Sonic explained, "At least, that's what I believe."

"Chuih, Chuih!" Chuih said.

"You think so too, don't you?" Sonic asked to which Chuih responded with a nod, "Yeah, we need to fix our dimensions and for that, we need to find the Chaos Emeralds and defeat Dremagen."

"Chuih?" Chuih asked.

"Yup, Dremagen is the bad guy responsible for all of this and we need to bring her down if we are to bring everything back to normal." Sonic said, "It will be dangerous though. Do you think you can handle it?"

"Chuih! Chuih, Chuih, Chuih!" Chuih squeaked with excitement.

"Now that's what I'm talking about! Come on! Let's get going!" Sonic said as he let Chuih get up on his shoulder, "Alright, let's go!"

Sonic started running, but this time, he decided to run at a more casual speed, to help Chuih get used to it. Along the way, Sonic wondered where Tails and the others could be if they are in this world too, hoping that they are okay.

Meanwhile…

Dremagen sat on her throne as she saw the fight between Sonic and the Crime Lord and his minions. She observed how this blue hedgehog fought and how he managed to defeat his foes, using not only his speed but his cunning as well, as shown when he used his speed to run circles to generate a massive tornado, sending his foes flying and breaking their guard. Not only that, but he managed to find a new friend from another dimension in the form of Chuih.

"My Mr. X clone and his squad may have failed to defeat the blue hedgehog, but at least now I have a better idea of how he fights." Dremagen said, as she looked up at the throne and saw the Chaos Emeralds, "Even without the Emeralds, he is still a formidable foe. But no matter, he will never reach me so long as I still have control over my dimension from here and soon, he will fall before my might!"

Dremagen looked at a group of clones, "But I don't like leaving anything to chance, so the four of you, go! Find more people from other dimensions and destroy them!"

The four clones, consisting of an amazonian woman, a young woman on rollerblades, another young woman in an army uniform and red bandana over her head, and a female monkey in a pink skirt riding inside a plastic ball, all bowed before their queen before departing through a portal.

"They may be unable to reach my castle for the moment, but it's only a matter of time before they learn about the four artifacts. I must eliminate them before they learn anything about them. The problem is, even with the Chaos Emeralds enhancing my abilities, I am unable to locate them myself." Dremagen said in her thoughts, "I need to locate them before those meddlesome fools do."

Meanwhile…

Inside a cave, Tails stood against a group of clones consisting of Badniks, zombies and large alien cat monsters, but a single clone stood out among them, acting as their leader. It was a giant pink humanoid rhinoceros wearing crimson shorts and golden armor plates on his shoulders, arms and legs.

"In the name of Lady Dremagen: Welcome to your doom!" The Armor-plated Rhinoceros threatened.

Tails silently stared at the rhinoceros and his minions, before looking back at the two people hiding behind some rocks. One was a little girl with long brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a light pink and white sleeveless shirt with a pink skirt. The other was another young girl, slightly older than the first one, she had orange hair and green eyes. Her outfit consisted of a pink and white collared dress with a horizontal white stripe around the lower half of it, a red ribbon tie around her neck and a pair of giant gold bracelets. On the right side of her head, she wore a flower. She wore white tights and a pair of red slip-on shoes.

The younger girl was obviously scared of what she was seeing as she worried about the cute two tailed fox, while the older girl comforted her as she had faith in the fox, despite only meeting him recently.

Tails took a deep breath as he turned back to his foes and shouted, "I'm not scared of any of you! I'll take you all on!" as he bravely took a fighting stance.

"Then perish! Get him!" the Rhinoceros ordered his minions as they charged at the twin-tailed fox.

"Okay! Time to fight!" Tails shouted as he spun his twin tails like helicopter blades and flew towards the charging enemies.
