As gunfire pierced the ground and skies, soldiers clad in futuristic battle armor clashed on the fields of Australia. Clad in red and wielding blaster rifles alongside giant mecha piloted by the most skilled pilots in the nation were the soldiers of the Neo Japanese Empire. They had already bought up Africa, South America, Madagascar and Saudi Arabia, and were now launching their first ever true military offensive.

Opposing them, clad in light blue armor and wielding significantly less advanced weapons, which were made up for by their battle androids and air capabilities, as well as using stolen NJE tech acquired after previous battles, was the Equal Environment of Earth Union, or EE3 for short. Initially a terrorist organization consisting of only a few members, the organization had grown into a true fighting force in the last few years thanks to stolen NJE tech.

However, they were still being overpowered by the NJE. The mecha tore into the EE3's battleships, their more advanced blaster rifles picked off the EE3 soldiers, and their walkers that resembled ones from Star Wars did the same. Realizing that they were outnumbered, the leader of the EE3 army ordered over his com link,

"Send the Jaguar droids! Now!"

From the EE3 headquarters, operator Hailey Nakagawa responded,

"Yes, sir!"

She and her fellow operators pressed numerous buttons on holographic keyboards, and before long, large capsules within the room opened up to reveal a group of silver humanoid androids with yellow pupils, no mouth, and with varying color schemes. The hyper intelligent computer of the EE3 gave the Jaguars their orders: Defeat the NJE forces besieging Australia.

The Jaguars let out mechanical chirps and glowed briefly. Once the light cleared, their heads had become more angular, with a fin starting from the middle of their 'noses' and extending to the back of the head. In addition, their eyes had become more angular and aggressive looking. Combat mode had been initiated.

A hatch then opened above the facility and the jaguars flew out of it, racing towards the battle at incredible speeds. A few moments later, they landed and began tearing into the NJO troops. This was the first time that the Jaguar droids had ever been seen by the enemy, and they were left in shock. All of the blaster bolts they fired simply bounced off of the Jaguar's impenetrable metal bodies, the culmination of 193 years of reverse engineering alien technology.

One of the NJE mecha, a Godzilla-like mech dubbed Machine G, attempted to strike one of the jaguars, but the machine simply caught the punch and suddenly grew to the exact same 20 meter size as the mecha. The Jaguar then began laying into Machine G with a series of fearsome blows, overwhelming the mech and its pilot. With a final colossal punch, Machine G was knocked to the ground. The NJE ground commander yelled in panic,

"Retreat!"

The NJE forces all pulled back, and the EE3 forces cheered at their victory.

A few hours later, the EE3 were celebrating their victory at their main base, partying hard and socializing amongst themselves. The Australian branch of the Earth Union had agreed to provide resources to them and was trying to convince the other members of the Earth Union to join in. At the main table, 3 people sat. Those people were the commander of the EE3 armies, Nijiro Saegusa, the man behind the Jaguar project, Taiji Yamiya, and current head of the EE3, Emmy Kano.

Nijiro, a direct descendent of Miki Saegusa, was an older man clad in a blue futuristic military uniform. He had jet black hair and a scar on his right eye he had gained from a previous battle. Taiji Yamiya was a Japanese/Australian man descended from those who had been misplaced following Spacegodzilla's ruination of Earth in the late 20th century. He was also a genius who had pioneered the Jaguar tech.

Emmy Kano had been a member of Chuck Wilson's extremist faction of the EE3 that had sought to change the past, but had betrayed her allies and since become the head of the organization. She was wearing a formal shirt and had her hair tied up in a bun. Something about her radiated an air of kind authority whenever she was in the room.

Nijiro raised his wine glass and said to his allies,

"A toast to Yamiya-San, who without which this victory would have been impossible."

The 3 leaders touched their wine glasses together and began drinking. After taking her sip, Emmy told Yamija.

"Yamiya-san, I can't thank you enough for your contribution to this organization. Now that we have funding from Australia, you're sure to be able to build even better Jaguar androids!"

"Thank you, Miss Kano."

After a few more minutes of talking, Yamiya got up to leave and headed to the testing room. There he had multiple Jaguar androids in storage, but noticed something odd. One of the Jaguars, a newer model dubbed Jaguar S, was searching around the room curiously. Yamija sweated at seeing this.

Ever since he had witnessed the M androids in action and started building the Jaguars, he had gained a fear that the machines, with their vast learning skills, could possibly develop desires of their own and inherit a soul. He had initially written such a thing off as impossible, but seeing this had him worried, even though the machines were unable to leave the base without orders.

He left the room and went to the security cameras, beginning to observe Jaguar S. The robot wandered around the base, which was mostly empty due to a lot of the personnel being in one room. However, he did notice a few members walking to and fro different rooms. He followed the path taken by some of the scientists, and eventually saw a door that seemed to lead to a larger room. It might have even been the exit to the base.

Curiosity got the better of him as he slowly walked closer and closer to the door. Until without notice, Jaguar S…became no more. Yamiya looked at the screen blankly, holding the button that had ended Jaguar S's life. His fears were coming to reality. He quickly made his way to Nijiro, who had returned to his office. The commander asked,

"Yamiya-san? What brings you here?"

"I'm terminating the Jaguar droids."

"What?"

"They've become too human."

"But they're the sole reason we won the last battle!"

"I can just make them into mecha suits."

"...Miss Kano won't approve of this."

"I know. Now follow me."

Yamiya began walking away, and Nijiro followed after him. They eventually reached a secret room, and Yamiya pressed a few buttons on a holographic keypad. A pod in the middle of the room opened to reveal a human-like android. Nijiro immediately recognized what this machine was.

"That's….an M series model…."

Yamiya smirked and responded,

"Indeed. M11 specifically. He accompanied Miss Kano in her ill fated 2204 mission if I recall."

The android standing in front of them was indeed the same model as the M-11 that had traveled to 1992 alongside the renegade futurians, but its new body created after the destruction of its body in the past had been made to look significantly older. Why this was, neither of them knew. Yamiya then said,

"We'll use this to get rid of the Jaguar androids."

Nijiro nodded upon hearing this. Inside, he was also a little weary of the Jaguar droids, and thought that this was the only way to make sure humanity wouldn't be overthrown. So, he gave Yamiya permission to activate M11. Yamiya eagerly did so, and when exiting the pod, M11 simply asked,

"What are your orders, my boss?"

Jaguar J wandered around the halls looking for someone. He was searching for Jaguar S, who he had befriended during their time in storage. Jaguar S had run off again, and J was concerned about him. However, as he wandered the halls, he heard something coming from one of the rooms. It was where he and the other Jaguars lay deactivated in between training exercises.

Curiosity overtook Jaguar J just as it had Jaguar S and he made his way into the room, only to find, to his horror, M11 obliterating deactivated jaguar droids with green energy blasts firing out of his palms. The EE3 had been upgrading M11's new body ever since they had built it, and now that technology was being put to use against its own creations.

Jaguar J let out a distressed cry, which alerted Nijiro, Yamiya and M11. Yamiya angrily yelled,

"M11, destroy it too!"

M11 coldly responded,

"OK…my boss."

M11 then began firing blasts at Jaguar J, and the android began running. Yamiya had taken precautions to deactivate any security cameras in the area, and since most, if not all of the EE3 were in the celebration hall, Yamiya could do whatever he wanted. As Jaguar J fled for his life, he began to process options in his head.

He knew he was no match for the firepower of this M11, and Yamiya could lie to the other EE3 members that he had gone rogue, so trying to get their help wasn't an option either. Jaguar J realized that his only option was to use an extremely dangerous experimental power: The time circuit.

Reverse engineered from the technology of MOTHER, the time circuit would allow him to jump into the past at any point. The 2 downsides were that he not only had no control of how far into the past he'd be flung to, but he'd also be flung into the past of the 2 other timelines that had been created by the renegades instead of his own past.

These alternate timelines were discovered to exist around 2207, and ironically meant that Wilson and Glen's scheme to alter the past had been for nothing. But there was no time for focusing on that now. He pressed a few buttons on the display on his wrist, and sure enough, a portal opened up in front of him.

However, just before Jaguar J could jump in, M11 managed to hit him with a blast to the back, causing him to fly through the portal and for it to close immediately. Seeing this, M11 stared at the spot where Jaguar J had vanished before going back to tell Yamiya what had happened. He would get Jaguar J, just not now.
