Welcome back! It's Dodgebrawl time, people! I'm excited to get the alliances going in action. This is gonna be good! Please leave a review with your thoughts so far! Delaying no more… get ready to explore… Chapter four…
The episode opens up with Chris smiling at the camera, sitting on a lawn chair atop the wooden creaky dock, sipping up a bottle of water, and throwing the empty bottle into the lake after finishing it, showing the psychopathic litterer he is.
"Last time on Total! Drama! Island! Our victims had to duke it out in a game of wits… an Awakeathon!" The camera flashed to the three Bass Bros snoozing on their game of cards.
"Alliances were born…" The camera flashed to Duncan talking to Bridgette and Geoff before transitioning to Noah and Katie shaking hands.
"Duncan's wits were torn…" The camera flashed to Duncan snoozing in the communal bathroom's stall with his pants down, giving the victory to a tired Gwen.
"And Iz was severely mourned!" The camera flashed to Izzy's dead body laying in the grass. Her neck was facing the stars as was her back, she still held a shocked look on her face, as the grass swayed against her body.
Chris held up a metallic baseball bat with barbed wire and held it at a ready stance. "Who will swing batter batter? And who will splatter, splatter, splatter?" Chris swung at a dodgeball thrown by an off-screen intern, which he successfully hit, launching it back into the blue lake.
"Find out now on Total! Drama! Island!"
Theme Song
Courtney woke up in her bed, exhausted after the previous day's challenge. She tried to stop herself from remembering Izzy's brutal death, but as she turned to face her left, she saw Izzy's vacant bed with her belongings still on it. A cold reminder of how everyone will dwindle to death.
She looked at Izzy's alarm clock. It read 6:58.
Eva was doing pull-ups on a wooden bar holding the ceiling, counting up, already in the two-hundreds.
Courtney sighed in thought. My team lost yesterday. Izzy's gone. I cannot let this happen again.
A thump was heard coming from the bunk bed by Courtney as Sadie jumped out.
"Morning, Sadie." Courtney looked at the larger BFFFL. Sadie had a slightly more timid look on her face from seeing Izzy's death yesterday.
"Good morning, Courtney." Sadie walked to her drawer and picked out a few clothes, not turning to face Courtney. She kept her eyes overtly away from where Izzy had slept three days before.
Eva got down from her wooden bar after, dusting away her hands after reaching two-hundred fifty.
Suddenly the loudspeaker screeched out loud. Courtney and Sadie covered their ears. Bridgette woke up from the sudden screeching, nearly hitting her head against the bottom of Courtney's bunk before quickly covering her ears.
"Maggots! Haul your asses to the mess hall! Pretty boy host says you got twenty minutes before he starts blastin'!" The black cook announced in a revolting voice. "I've got yo' slop ready to serve."
Trent exited his bed above Justin, while Noah simply groaned in his bed, his head facing the pillow, not used to waking up so early.
"Five more minutes…" Noah groaned from his pillow.
"Dude, you gotta wake up. We all know how trigger-happy Chris is." The scrawny tech geek got out of his bed and began tugging the scrawny bookworm's blanket.
Noah finally got up with tired eyes, yawning.
"So… who do you think the Bass uhh… dispatched?" Trent grabbed a few belongings as he walked to the exit of the cabin.
"That crazy girl for sure," Justin stated with confidence. "I saw the way she was tormenting her teammates, she likely scared them into voting her to… you know…"
Noah smirked at the anti-him. "So there is a brain down there! You've been holding out on us." Trent frowned at the bookworm while Cody snickered quietly.
Justin rolled his eyes as he picked up a hairbrush and a change of clothes before exiting the cabin to go to the communal bathrooms with Trent.
The camera flashed forward to the mess hall. Most of the campers sans Lindsay were seen eating at the mess hall before a certain dumb blonde came running through the doors.
"Dude, where were you? You were supposed to be here ten minutes ago! What the heck!" Chris looked angrily at Lindsay who was catching her breath.
"Well, I couldn't be here in twenty minutes without putting all my make-up on! Duh!" Lindsay rolled her pretty eyes at the host.
"Well… Okay… I'll let you off this time, but next time." Chris unholstered his pistol, showing it off to Lindsay. "I won't let you off so easily!"
Chris chuckled as Lindsay smiled at the metallic murderous weapon. "Ooh! Shiny! She reached out to touch the gun before Chris holstered his gun."
Lindsay ran to Chef who was serving his freshly made glop.
"Umm… does this get all food groups? My nutritionist said I should eat all groups. I don't know the groups but does it have them?" Lindsay stupidly asked the muscular cook who snarled in response.
"All I know is that it doesn't have radiation, girl… yet…" Chef gave a deadly glare before Lindsay decided to take her slop and sit down by her teammates.
Heather looked over at the bass to notice an absent eccentric girl.
"I see you fish-fuckers have ousted Little Miss Crazy. Good choice." Heather smirked before returning to her meal. LeShawna and Beth both looked at her with disgust.
"It was… horrifying…" Bridgette shivered at the memory of Izzy's neck snapping.
Tyler spoke up, shaking at his memory. "It was insane... She tried to tackle Chris, but Chef over here got to her first." The jock pointed at the snarling cook before quickly returning to his hardened mashed potatoes.
Ezekiel sighed while playing with his mashed potatoes, shaping them into a smiley face with his fork. "May her soul be resting in Heaven. Amen." Ezekiel prayed for a second as Eva barked quickly at the homeschooler.
"Really? After threatening us, over and over? You still feel bad for the psycho?"
DJ put a reassuring hand on the muscular woman's shoulder. "Relax, Eva. Izzy was messed up in the head, yes, but we shouldn't slander the dead. Remember that Chris is the one to be mad at."
Eva looked back at the brickhouse. "Okay… I'm just saying we shouldn't get so emotional about her. We still have many more to come, we must be strong!"
Duncan yawned and nodded in agreement. "I, for one, agree with the rageaholic. Better her than us!" He had still been tired from the Awakeathon the day before.
Eva snarled at the delinquent's little comment. How dare he call me that! Grrr! DJ put his hand back on her shoulder before whispering into her ear 'Be careful. Control your anger, if you snap you might end up breaking someone's legs!'
Tyler coughed up his food, which was lodged in his throat as Courtney spoke to her two strong teammates.
"We lost yesterday, but we have to work hard today in order to ensure we all live another day." The CIT closed her eyes and pointed at herself with confidence. "I will make sure I lead our team to victory in the next challenge!"
Eva snarled at Courtney "Who died and made you leader? Not Izzy for sure…"
DJ whispered back at Eva 'What did I just say? Control your temper!'
As Courtney was about to speak up in rebuttal, Eva nodded at DJ and surprisingly apologized. "Sorry… I guess you can be the leader, Courtney… We all know that you're a CIT after all…"
Eva said that final part with a smidge of sarcasm in her voice.
Courtney gave a fake smile at the muscular girl. "Thank you, Eva! I appreciate it!" Courtney returned to her mashed potatoes, half of which had sprouted wings like a bird, and flew away.
(Confessional: Eva)
Eva had an angry snarl on her face, looking at the damage on the wall of the confessional done by Heather and Duncan the previous night.
"DJ said he'd teach me how to be more empathetic. Um, pathetic!"
"He also said he wanted to teach me to manage my anger before I end up hurting someone badly."
Eva punched her fists together, having her gaze now dead straight into the camera.
"Sure, I let that uptight bitch have fun as team leader, but she better not let her emotions get in the way! We cannot be weak!"
Eva slammed her fist in the cracks of the outhouse, breaking a large chip of it off.
(End Confessional: Eva)
Chris entered the mess hall, crossing his arms at the campers with a remote in his hands. "How are my beloved campers doing?" The aforementioned campers looked at him with distaste, which the host frowned at.
"I see you all are cheery and excited for the next challenge! But, of course! First!" Chris dabbled with the remote in his hands, pointing it at Izzy's posters which most of the campers instinctively looked at.
Izzy's poster went from static to reveal a slightly tinted red image. Izzy's head was facing the sky with a face full of shock. Her neck was twisted from Chef's gripping her neck. The front side of her was facing down on the grass while her back faced the stars above. A small tear could be seen forming in her right eye.
Bridgette hugged Geoff as she buried her head into his chest.
Noah had a look of disgust on his face while Trent tried to hold himself back from throwing up his glop.
Ezekiel closed his eyes and mumbled a short prayer.
Many of the gophers averted their eyes at the orange-haired corpse, none of them had seen how the girl had died.
"Jesus! I'm never gonna get used to that, bro!" Tyler flinched as did Harold, Chris chuckled at the jock's pain.
"Ugh! Gross, dude!" Cody glared at the host who seemed to not have a care in the world.
"Now, now. I know you guys are mournful about your fellow camper's departure, but look at the bright side! Without miss crazy, you're chances of leaving with your lives have just boosted to five percent!" Chris unholstered his pistol and inspected the shiny weapon, speaking while not taking his eyes off of his precious weapon.
"Fuck you, asshat." Gwen snarled at Chris who rolled his eyes at her.
"Say that again and I'm boosting everybody's chances here to one out of nineteen! 'Kay?"
Gwen rolled her eyes at the host with the most, crossing her arms, yawning from sleep deprivation.
"Well! Now that that's settled… All twenty of you should meet me by the gymnasium! It's big and made of glass, so you should be able to find it relatively quickly. You all know the consequence of not making it in time! Be there in ten minutes!" Chris held his handgun up, having it aim towards one of the ceiling fans that sat above the Gophers.
The teenage victims ran out of the mess hall in search of the glass building, Gwen and Duncan fell behind due to exhaustion from the previous challenge.
The camera flashed forward to the interior of a glass building. The building lay on the sand, with a wooden thicket surrounding the area. Nineteen teens were seen inside the building, divided into their teams, along with Chris, Chef, who was wearing a referee outfit, and a couple of cameramen.
Lindsay burst through the two doors as they swung wide open, she was thirty seconds right before the time limit. "Woohoo! I made it! How are we supposed to find the building if the walls are invisible?"
Nobody answered the dumb blonde as Chef walked between the Bass and Gophers.
"Listen up maggots! Today we're gonna have ourselves a nice game o' Dodgeball!"
DJ and Eva gave each other a high-five, with their physical strength they could dominate the game.
Noah sighed, with his lack of physical strength, he knew he would do poorly in dodgeball.
Tyler cheered "EXTREME!" Part of him was excited to play dodgeball, but deep inside he knew that his clumsiness would make him mess up his throws and get himself out. He would need to practice focusing on the ball at all times just as Harold taught him during the Awakeathon.
(Confessional: Noah)
"Really? Dodgeball?"
(End Confessional: Noah)
(Confessional: Eva)
"Yes! Dodgeball!"
(End Confessional: Eva)
(Confessional: Tyler)
"DODGEBALL! EXTREME! I'm finally gonna show everyone that I'm less clumsy! I hope…"
(End Confessional: Tyler)
Chef barked at the contestants. "Here are the rules, maggots! There will be five rounds with each team having five players each. Each player needs to go at least once, so no slackin' off!"
"If you throw a ball and it hits somebody, they're out and I'll blow my whistle!" Chef threw a ball at Beth who fell to the ground as it hit her in the face. Heather chuckled at the wannabe as LeShawna helped her up.
Heather tossed a ball at Chef. "If you catch a ball, then the thrower is out! And! You get to bring one of your fellow maggots back in the ring." Chef glared at Heather as he caught her ball, motioning her to throw another one.
Heather threw another ball at Chef. "If you have a ball, you can deflect an upcoming ball off of our ball, so that you'll be safe." Chef deflected Heather's second ball which deflected toward Cody's sensitive area, matching three balls and making it feel like they disappeared.
Chris laughed at the tech-geek's misery as he stepped forward and stood next to Chef.
"So! Is everybody clear here?" Lindsay looked at the host with confusion in her eyes, putting her finger to her chin in confusion. "So what are we supposed to do again?"
Chris threw a ball towards Lindsay who failed to realize the ball was hurling towards her hollow head. "You catch!"
The ball bounced off of Lindsay's head, knocking the poor girl to the ground. "Haha! You didn't catch it! That's hilarious!"
Chef briefly spoke over Chris before speaking again to the campers. "Another thing! Stay within your side of the court, no crossing the line, no getting outside the boundaries, no nothin', otherwise, you're out!"
"Gee throwing balls," Noah scoffed snarkily. "Another mentally challenging test."
"I know, right?" Lindsay spoke to the brainiac as Geoff helped her up.
Noah shrugged at Gwen who smirked at his comment, his face confused.
"Alrighty, then! If you're all ready, choose who's going in and who will sit out!" Chris grinned at the campers before walking beside Chef who had now sat on a tall referee's chair.
"Okay, so I think that I should lead for now. Any objections?" Courtney looked at her teammates most of whom didn't care for the CIT being in charge.
Though he usually would, Duncan was too tired to object and instead fell asleep on top of the bleachers.
Eva reluctantly agreed, remembering DJ's advice of holding back her anger.
"Good! So I think that Eva and DJ should try to go in each round for obvious reasons, try to give all the balls to them so they can take out the Gophers, okay? I think Sadie, Ezekiel, and Tyler would be good for this round as well, does everyone agree?"
The entirety of the Killer Bass shrugged and the campers whose names weren't mentioned sat down on the bleachers.
"Okay! So! I am the team captain!" Heather closed her eyes and pointed her thumb at herself.
"Uhh… says who? Why should little miss rich white girl be leader?" LeShawna gave an agitated look at Heather, rolling up her sleeves, getting ready to pummel the girl.
Heather stumbled back a bit, remembering how easily the ghetto girl's temper had broken two nights before.
"Guys! Does it really matter who's the leader?" Beth intervened, stopping any violence from advancing.
Trent nodded in agreement. "The only way we're gonna defeat the Bass is by working together. From what I see, they have some really strong members."
LeShawna backed down, pulling down her sleeves. "Alright, but if we lose, we know who's to blame here."
The queen bee rolled her eyes at the loud girl. "Whatever."
She turned to face the rest of her team as she sat on the bleachers.
"So who's good at dodgeball? I'm pretty alright at it." Heather looked around to see no complying teammates.
"Sports, not my forte." Noah simply said.
Gwen groaned in exhaustion.
"I can sit out for this round." Beth lisped.
Katie nodded "Me too."
Cody looked at the skinny BFFFL, winking at her before saying. "I wouldn't mind sitting out for this round."
LeShawna sighed. "So I guess it's me, pretty girl, pretty boy, music boy, and queen of mean out on court?"
Heather shook her head. "Uhh… no! You sit out for this round, LeShawna, Gwen can go out to play now!"
Gwen groaned again in exhaustion. LeShawna looked offended at the queen bee, believing her comment to be an insult to her size. Beth lisped at the mean girl, who was annoying her teammates. "Umm… why should Gwen go out? She's tired after yesterday!"
"Because, Miss Piggy, Chris said we all have to go at least once. Were you even paying attention? I'm leader so you do as I say!" Heather scolded the short brunette girl, who frowned and remained silent.
"Good! Now lets hit some fish-fuckers!" Heather pumped her fist in the air enthusiastically, which none of her teammates imitated.
(Confessional: Heather)
Heather crossed her arms on the confessional, glaring her small eyes at the camera with a short frown.
"Those three bitches questioning my authority! Especially that no-good cunt ghetto girl, she has a real attitude problem! But! If we lose… we are so getting that bitch out of here with my secret alliance!"
(End Confessional: Heather)
(Confessional: LeShawna)
LeShawna gave a snarky look at the camera, with a determined look on her face, putting her hands on her hips.
"That mall-shopping rich-girl has some nerve. I don't see her making any friends and as surprised I as I am to say this. I'd rather have her out of here than that perverted horndog at this point!"
(End Confessional: LeShawna)
The five gophers and five bass stumbled out on to the court, facing each other. The dodgeballs layed at the center of the room, waiting to be picked up and thrown.
Heather looked confident at the Bass. "Get ready to eat dirt, you cod-cocks!"
Tyler glared back. "Oh, you're going down! We're gonna bring the dinner to the table, and then we're gonna eat it!"
Gwen and Trent shrugged at each other before the tough referee blew his whistle, starting the game.
Nine of the campers dashed towards the balls in the center of the room. Lindsay looked back at her team on the bleachers. "What am I supposed to cheer for?" Many of her resting teammates facepalmed in disappointment.
Tyler grabbed a ball and ran back towards safety. Trent and Heather both grabbed a ball as well. DJ grabbed two balls from the center, tossing one of them over to Eva, who threw the ball hard at Justin, taking him out of the game.
Heather threw a ball at Sadie, knocking her out. Trent did the same at Ezekiel, who nearly caught it, but stumbled it out of his hands at the last second.
Tyler prepared to throw his ball at the Gophers. He focused heavily at where he was aiming, making sure nothing would accidentally pull him off his aim.
Tyler aimed and threw his ball at Lindsay, who looked down at the ball as it fell meters short of her and rolled up to her.
The dumb blonde kept her eyes on the ball on the ground, not sure what to do with it, as DJ's ball knocked the girl out of the game.
"Way to go, Lindsiot!" Heather called back at her teammate, dodging a ball thrown by Eva.
The clumsy jock sighed as his ball missed by multiple margins, despite him focusing on his aim.
Eva picked up the two balls which had gotten Sadie and Ezekiel out, before hurling both of them at Gwen, who deflected one with a ball she had picked up, but let herself get hit by the second incoming ball.
Heather was the last Gopher on the court, it was up to her as she was up against three Bass.
She picked up a ball that Eva had thrown at Gwen before turning to throw the ball at the iron woman, who she assumed was distracted after eliminating Gwen.
With almost instant reflexes, Eva turned towards Heather and caught the ball, eliminating the mean girl.
Chef blew his whistle and pointed at the Bass before giving them a thumbs up. The Bass cheered for DJ and particularly Eva, who both sat down on the bleachers. Tyler sighed as he sat down next to between his two friends, ashamed of his poor athletic skills.
Heather in turn, snarled in disappointment as she sat down with a smirking LeShawna next to her.
"How the hell are we gonna win with those brutes on their team!" Heather complained to her team.
"Having second thoughts, hon?" LeShawna quipped at the agitated queen bee who glared back at her.
"I have a thought." Noah closed the book he was reading and stood up.
"I have a plan. I always do. So come huddle up and listen here." Noah gestured his hand to bring the team together, which they reluctantly did. How could a scrawny bookworm have good advice for dodgeball?
Noah began whispering to his team, quiet enough that the camera could not pick up
(Confessional: Noah)
Noah crossed his arms confidently in the confessional with a sly smirk on his face.
"It was obvious these guys were gonna try to give most of the balls to the strongest members of their team, so I told them all to try to target them. What I may lack in strength, I heavily compensate in brains."
Noah tapped his large forehead, in display of his intelligence.
(End Confessional: Noah)
The camera flashed forwards to Eva, Tyler, Courtney, Bridgette, and Ezekiel on the Bass side, while Noah, Beth, Katie, LeShawna, and Cody played on the Gophers.
"What, putting all of their weakest members on the field at once? Are they trying to squeeze all the weak players into one round?" Courtney smirked at the Gophers with a look of confidence on her face.
"Go!" Chef Hatchet barked. The five Gophers sprinted as fast as they could and gathered all the balls before turning to target the Iron Woman who was surprised to see none of the balls left at the center of the room.
The female bully looked up to see five balls hurling straight at her, all hitting her, knocking her out of the game.
DJ and Courtney gasped at the sudden ambush before picking up the balls that hit Eva.
"Quick feet people!" Heather yelled towards her teammates who began to scurry towards the back of their side, away from the Killer Bass.
Bridgette threw a ball at Katie, hitting the skinny BFFFL out of the game.
"Great job, Bridge! You throw like a guy, dudette!" Geoff poorly complimented Bridgette, while DJ raised an eyebrow at the party animal.
(Confessional: Geoff)
Geoff sat in the confessional with a rare frown on his face.
"You throw like a guy? Yikes, dude, what am I doing?"
Geoff facepalmed at his poor attempt of a compliment.
(End Confessional: Geoff)
The brickhouse whispered to the blonde. "Are you sure it's that you should try to form a relationship at a place like this. Especially when you might have to, you know, later?"
Geoff gave a lazy smile back at DJ. "Chyeah, dude. It'll be alright, I know what'll happen later, but I can't live my finals days with Bridgette being such a downer, you know? I gotta cheer her up!"
DJ shrugged at the blonde before cheering his team.
Ezekiel sat down on the benches, as his ball was caught by LeShawna who called in Trent to the field.
The Gophers all held balls before volleying them at Courtney, knocking the CIT out of the round.
Tyler and Bridgette both looked at each other, afraid of their six-two chances.
The clumsy jock threw a ball hard at Noah, knocking the brainiac down on his back.
Noah looked back up and spotted something familiar shining from between the Bass bleachers and Chef's referee chair.
"YES! WOOHOO! TYLER'S THE MAN!" Tyler cheered after finally being able to knock someone out.
"Keep this up clumso and your ass may not be booted!" Duncan teased the jock, who turned around to glare him.
Duncan's comment distracted the jock long enough to be hit by Cody, surprising Tyler.
The jock walked to the bleachers, leaving an hopeless Bridgette all alone on the field against five gophers.
The surfer chick sighed as she saw Tyler frown at the sidelines. Knowing her fate, she opened out her arms in acceptance.
Beth's ball bounced off the surfer chick as Chef blew his whistle and gave a thumbs up to the Screaming Gophers, tying up the score 1-1.
The Screaming Gophers cheered while the Killer Bass sighed in annoyance, especially Eva.
"How the HELL did we LOSE to those scrawny wimps! They were so much weaker!" Eva snarled angrily as DJ tried to calm down the rageaholic.
"Calm down, Eva, it seems as if they had a strategy to target the strongest players, so we need to find a way to take them down!" DJ turned Eva's anger into motivation as he turned to face the leader of the group.
"Courtney! Have any ideas?" DJ and the rest of the Killer Bass turned to hear Courtney stuttering, thinking of an idea to beat the Gophers' strategy, only to be interrupted by a yawning mohawked delinquent.
"I've got a *yawn* idea…" Duncan looked at his teammates with tired eyes. "Come listen up here…"
(Confessional: Duncan)
Duncan yawned with tired eyes as he layed against the wall of the confessional.
"They're using the 'target the new guy' strat from Juvie. I have no idea how Heather came up with it, but I bet she doesn't know the counter to this strategy…"
(End Confessional: Duncan)
The Killer Bass huddled in to listen to Duncan's plan while the Gophers across the room congratulated Noah.
"Well, who knew that Turkey Legs had some good ideas?" LeShawna crossed her arms at the Indian bookworm in approval.
"Yes, yes, we're all very impressed, people, but we still have to defeat those Bass-bitches." Heather crossed her arms, eager to take the leadership role from Noah.
Beth sputtered at the Queen Bee. "Can't we just keep doing what we did? Targeting their strongest player?"
"Well… Yeah! I never said we should change strategy pig-girl." The Queen Bee stood on top of the bleachers before pointing to her fellow teammates. Beth, LeShawna, and Gwen glared as she stood atop the bleachers.
"Let's have me, Justin, Trent, LeShawna, and Cody on the field this time." Heather pointed to her teammates, reclaiming her leadership status.
Back at the Bass, Duncan had chosen who would go up to perform his strategy, but a lanky nerd had a point to make.
"Uhh… Duncan… I was thinking I should go up for this round." Harold looked through his glasses as Duncan chuckled at him.
"What? And let your scrawny ass get us a point? I don't think so, bud." Duncan gave a careless smirk at the boy, making him and the other two stooges frown at him.
"Gosh! We all have to participate for at least one round, according to Chef! We're you even paying attention or were you just lazily dozing off?" Harold crossed his arms at the delinquent, who quickly got mad at the dweeb.
"Hey! I'm tired after staying awake for four days, lay off! And you're snoring all night didn't help at all! You wanna find out how tired I'm feeling?" Duncan angrily raised up his fists at the dweeb, the latter putting himself into a karate stance.
"Save it, Juvie. We'll have lanky-bones on the field if one of us catches it." Eva pulled back Duncan in order to stop him from pummeling Harold.
"Rich advice coming from you, rageaholic." Duncan quipped at the strong woman with no fear in his eyes before walking to the dodgeball court.
Eva held her anger in from Duncan's comment, remembering DJ's advice about controlling her anger before following the delinquent onto the court.
Eva, DJ, Geoff, Courtney, and a tired Duncan walked onto the Bass side of the court while Heather, Justin, Trent, LeShawna, and Cody stood on the Gopher's side.
Chef blew his whistle as the teams dashed quickly towards the balls, each team got around half of the balls.
The Gophers immediately threw their balls all at Eva, getting her out. The Bass hoarded their balls keeping all of them on their side.
Geoff grabbed a ball and hurled it lightspeed towards Justin's chiseled face, knocking him down to the ground quickly.
"My face! My beautiful face! I need ice!" Justin ran out of the gymnasium as Noah called back to him.
"Your face will be fine dude! And your brain doesn't have much in the first place! Come back here!" Noah ran out of the gymnasium, chasing down Justin.
The Gophers were shocked by Duncan's newfound strat of hoarding the balls and throwing them one-by-one at the Gophers.
Quickly, DJ and Geoff resourcefully threw balls at Trent and LeShawna getting them out.
Rather than dodge, Cody focused his eyes onto the ball that Geoff had hurled towards him, getting Geoff out and bringing Katie into the round.
Heather meanwhile dodged DJ's ball and picked up one laying on the ground before throwing it at DJ who was too busy standing still and aiming his ball at Cody and Katie.
Heather's ball hit DJ, knocking him down to his feet and back to the bleachers.
Duncan began throwing some balls too, though most missed as his aim was burdened by his sleepiness.
The balls began to scatter more around the court rather than just on the Bass's side.
Duncan and Cody both threw a ball at each other at the same time, knocking each other back to the glass wall and onto the bleachers.
Katie and LeShawna both threw a ball at Courtney, who caught Katie's ball before getting hit by LeShawna's.
Katie and Courtney both sat down on their respective side as Harold walked up to the court, both excited to get in on the action and nervous to be by himself against LeShawna.
Duncan facepalmed his face, thinking 'well we've lost this round'. LeShawna smirked at the lanky dweeb. Harold smirked back at her with a confident look on his face, narrowing his eyes.
(Confessional: Harold)
Harold sat down on the confessional with a smile on his face.
"I was pretty nervous, but also kinda excited. I knew my team didn't have faith in me, especially Duncan, but what they didn't know is that I have learned dodging from Dodging Steve's Dodging Camp."
(End Confessional: Harold)
LeShawna began throwing balls at Harold, who keenly dodged the projectiles with precise movements, almost as if his body was magnetized away from the dodgeballs.
The loud girl looked shocked for a second before returning to a scowl and threw harder at Harold.
At last, one of the balls hit Harold directly in the chest as LeShawna and the Gophers gave a cheer while the Bass groaned, believing the Gophers had won the round.
Before Chef called the whistle and announced the Gophers the winners of round three, Harold held up a ball. The same ball LeShawna had thrown at his chest, showing that he had caught the ball.
Chef put down his right arm and raised his left as he blew his whistle, giving the Bass a second win under their belt. The Bass cheered for Harold's victory, they only needed one more point to win the round.
Harold appreciated the attention and appreciation for his display of his 'mad skillz.'
Courtney smiled at Harold and Duncan. "You know, you're strategy did really good at the beginning. And Harold. You did surprisingly well out there!"
Harold shrugged. "What can I say, I have mad skillz!"
Ezekiel smiled at the dweeb. "We can certainly see that, eh!"
Tyler looked enviously at him. "You gotta teach me bro! How did you do that?"
Duncan gave an approving nod at the dweeb. "Sure it was cool, but my strat nearly got their whole team down, you guys should keep doing that and that gold will be all ours."
Noah and Justin returned, the latter had held a bag of ice on his face, the former held a look of shock as he saw the Gophers frowning and the Bass cheering.
"What the heck happened while we were gone, people?" Noah asked his teammates.
"Those stupid fish got a new strategy! What do we do?" Heather asked back at the bookworm.
"I thought you wanted to be the leader, Heather. What's your plan?" Beth lisped at the Queen Bee.
"Oh shut it, pig girl, they only need one more win and one of us dies, we don't have time for witty remarks right now." Heather glared at the short brunette.
"I have an idea. All the guys and Katie, I guess, come up with me for this round, wait for my signal to throw the balls at the Bass and target the guys first." The male Gophers and Katie followed Noah to the court again, wondering what scheme he had came up with this time.
Courtney, Sadie, Eva, DJ, and Harold had come up to the court, ready to repeat Duncan's strategy.
The ten campers stood at a ready stance. Noah winked at Justin who nodded back, seemingly already onto his plan.
Chef blew his as the Bass ran towards the center of the stage.
Noah put his hands on Justin's shirt and ripped it off, showing off the model's sexiness.
The three girls on the Bass along with Katie stopped dead in their tracks, swooning at Justin's steaming hot body. Justin flashed multiple sexy poses as Cody, Noah, and Trent all grabbed balls before DJ and Harold could grab any.
The girls on the sidelines, along with Chris who would later deny that he was swooning at the 16-year old boy, all looked at Justin with sparkles in their eyes.
Cody and Trent both threw their respective balls at DJ and Harold, who were the only Bass playing not with their eyes occupied by Justin.
Tyler saw what was going on and called out to his teammates. "Hey, guys! Knock it off, get your head in the game!"
Courtney broke out of her flustering daze as Eva and Sadie both got hit out by the Gopher Boys. The two didn't even register that they were hit as Justin kept changing poses, showing off his muscular arms and alluring chest.
Courtney panicked as she realized that she was the last one standing on her team and frantically backed away towards the end of the court.
As she was running, however, Trent threw a ball at the CIT, knocking her to the ground as she slid towards the glass wall, hitting her head against the glass before halting to a stop.
Chef blew his whistle and gave a thumbs up to the Gophers, making the score tied 2-2.
The Gophers cheered in excitement while Courtney rubbed the top of her head in pain, snarling at the opposite team.
"Whatever! Justin's just a one-trick-pony we cannot fall for the same trick twice." She said.
The Bass saw an extremely agitated Eva looking around the bleachers as if she was looking for something.
"DAMMIT!" She screamed.
"Eva, calm down, we'll get them this round for sure. We're not falling for his pretty boy games this time, right guys?" DJ tried to calm the strong girl down, to no avail.
"No, you fucking idiot!" Eva snapped back. "Not the stupid game. I can't find my FUCKING MP3 Player! Someone must have stolen it!"
DJ tried to calm the girl. "Now, now, Eva I'm sure you just lost it, it'll turn up eventually. Now come on lets get on the court, it's the final round!"
Eva snarled again at the brickhouse. "NO! I have to find my MP3 player and if somebody stole it they're gonna receive a real beat down." Eva raised her fists threateningly and looked back at her team.
(Confessional: Courtney)
Courtney sat upright with an agitated look on her face as she spoke to the camera.
"Sometimes, I can't believe Eva. She tells us to not be emotional but goes totally berserk when something goes slightly wrong! We really needed her out on the court, she is our strongest player!"
(End Confessional: Courtney)
The Bass, not wanting to a raging Eva, decided to go in without her.
Noah smirked from across the room, seeing Eva enraged and refusing to cooperate with her team.
LeShawna, Trent, Justin, Cody, and Heather played the final round for the Gophers while Courtney, Duncan, DJ, Geoff, and Harold went for the Bass.
Chef blew his whistle, starting the final round to decide which team would not let one of its members be executed.
The ten members dashed towards the center of the arena, picking balls and throwing it at each other.
The camera flashed to Duncan throwing a ball at Heather who caught it, bringing in Beth and out Duncan.
Geoff caught a ball thrown by LeShawna, winking at Bridgette who stepped into the arena only to be hit by Justin a few seconds before she properly locked in.
Geoff threw a ball back at Justin, with Cody deflecting the ball with his just in time, getting out of the way of Justin.
Cody threw the ball he used to deflect Geoff's righ back at the party animal, knocking him out the game.
Harold showed off his dodging skills when Justin threw a ball his direction.
Heather threw a ball at the dweeb as well, who deflected it with a ball he quickly swiped up from the ground.
Trent threw a ball at Courtney who barely dodged his ball.
Courtney retaliated with her own ball at the musician, which he dodged as well, unfortunately for Trent, it knocked down Justin who was preparing to take a shot at the CIT right behind him.
Courtney turned to take down Beth, who had thrown a poor shot at DJ. The brickhouse didn't even notice the small girl aiming towards his legs.
The CIT quickly threw a ball at Beth's face, who ducked down into prone position before being hit by Harold.
DJ threw a barrage of balls at Trent and Heather, knocking out the latter while the former caught one hurling at his face and brought in Gwen, taking out DJ.
The tired goth reluctantly threw a poor throw at Courtney, who caught the ball and brought Ezekiel into the round.
Trent and Harold both threw a ball at each other, getting each other out of the round.
Ezekiel got out almost as soon as he entered when Cody through a ball at him, leaving the brunette tech-geek and the mocha-skinned CIT as the final two in the court.
Courtney felt a sense of familiarity in the air as she faced off against the short tech geek.
She had been the last player standing on her team last time, running away from the entire team before she was knocked in the head and hit the glass wall.
She remembered how she had underestimated her enemies in the second round, but Cody was just a perverted geek in her eyes.
Courtney had conflicting thoughts of confidence, doubts, and nervousness running through her head.
It's all up to me now…
I can't lose this again…
I'm so close…
Win it for your team, Courtney…
Easy out, Courtney… Easy out…
I can easily do this… I just can't mess up…
The CIT quickly snagged a ball up from the floor, narrowing her eyes at the smirking tech-geek who held his ball before hurling it past Courtney. She was about to taunt the perverted brunette before she saw his ball boomeranging back at her, out of her peripheral. She jumped out just in time, the ball almost grazing her arm.
Courtney gasped, shakily aiming her ball at the tech-geek, she let the ball fly at him.
…
…
…
…
…
Cody dodged the projectile in the nick of time.
A loud gasp could be heard from the Gophers as Chef kept his whistle close to his lips.
Courtney looked around and grabbed another ball, looking up to see the tech-geek finishing rubbing his ball against his shirt. Cody had a mischievous look in his eyes.
The CIT's eyes widened as he threw his ball at the CIT. Sparks of electricity seemed to come out of the ball as it magnetized towards Courtney's face.
She tried to move out of the way to no avail as the ball came closer and closer to her eyes.
…
…
…
…
…
Courtney leaped far out of the way, dodging Cody's electric ball and falling onto her feet, throwing her ball at Cody as a last-ditch effort…
…
…
…
…
…
Chef blew his whistle the second Courtney made contact with the ground.
She had a look of excitement grew on her face.
Chef looked at the CIT…
…
…
…
…
…
…before announcing her out of the round for stepping out of the boundaries.
Courtney frantically looked down. She was only a few inches out of the lines, but clearly out of the lines nonetheless.
She had lost the game for her team.
Chris smiled at the camera, right next to Chef.
"AND THE SCREAMING GOPHERS ARE THE VICTORS!"
Noah gave a high-five to Justin, who accepted it.
Trent and Lindsay cheered loudly out of their seats.
Beth, LeShawna, and Gwen all came out of their seats and gave a group hug to each other.
Cody received the most amount of praise for his crafty tactics, despite his severe perverseness earlier, he had proven his worth to the team.
Courtney didn't move at all, lost in her thoughts.
How had she lost again… She couldn't keep letting her team down like this… And now one of them is going to die…
(Confessional: Cody)
Cody grinned happily at the camera, showing off the gap between his teeth.
"I totally rocked it for my team today! I won it for us and I've proven my worth to the team! Now, the Codemeister's gonna get all the chicks…"
He gave finger guns towards the camera along with a flashy smile before it briefly turned to static.
(End Confessional: Cody)
(Confessional: Courtney)
Courtney looked like she was holding back tears as she spoke to the camera.
"I… I lost again… I fucking lost again! I was so close! And now we'll have to choose someone to… die…"
Courtney sighed, leaned back, and began tugging on her hair in stress.
"If only Eva got her goddamn act together we so could have won the game! We can't keep losing…"
Courtney stopped pulling her hair and exited the confessional as the camera turned to static.
(End Confessional: Courtney)
(Confessional: Eva)
Eva held a furious look in her eyes, she slammed her fist against the heavily damaged side of the confessional.
"DAMMIT! I still can't find my MP3 Player! I know I brought it to the gymnasium, someone must have stolen it!"
"Enough with DJ's lovey-dovey nice shit, I'm a strong member of this team! I'm too important for them just to throw away, who cares if I go berserk sometimes."
Eva snarled at the camera, glaring daggers at it.
"If I find out who took my MP3 player. I'm going to make them pay."
(End Confessional: Eva)
(Confessional: Tyler)
Tyler was shaking with stress as he leaned forward towards the camera.
"I totally blew it today, man. We lost and my clumsiness got the best of me."
Tyler sighed again, shaking.
"Sure I got one dude out, but the team saw how clumsy I am today. I'm not ready to die yet…"
(End Confessional: Tyler)
Most of the Gophers and Bass exited the gymnasium as DJ and Justin walked behind the group, talking to one another.
"Nice work, man, sorry you lost today… It sucks that you'll have to… you know…" Justin looked at the brickhouse, who sighed in response.
"Yeah, we were so close to winning too! Who knew how crafty that pervert is… huh?" DJ said. The two had stopped in place to talk to each other.
"Yeah! Hey, what was the deal by the way, why didn't Eva go in the last round?" Justin asked DJ.
"Girl lost her MP3 player. You know how she can get." DJ said.
"Not really, I guess." I mean, she looks tough and threatening but does she actually snap back at you guys sometimes?" Justin asked.
DJ nodded. "Not really, but most of the time we're restraining her back so she can't cause damage to one of us. I'm trying to help her cool off."
Justin nodded. "Anyways, you should get going to you're team, I gotta go use the bathroom. See ya, DJ!"
DJ nodded back at the Hawaiian model. "See you, man!"
DJ walked towards the rest of the crowd while Justin waited back.
A particular Indian bookworm popped out of a bush by the model.
"Justin." He said. "Charming as ever, making me seen never."
A shiny object could be seen poking out of DJ's back pocket as he walked towards the rest of the group.
At the mess hall, the twenty-teens ate their expired camp food. The Bass ate their slop with a depressed look on their faces, knowing one of them would be facing certain death soon.
"So… I guess we gotta vote someone off, right?" Tyler spoke quietly, causing many of his teammates to look in his direction.
"Gee, it's a real wonder who we might target." Duncan narrowed his eyes at the clumsy jock.
"Duncan, don't act too harsh on Tyler. He tried his best today." Ezekiel stood up and looked at the delinquent with no fear.
"Yeah, well his best was just too bad today… Unless you want to volunteer for his place?" Duncan said before taking a bite out of his green slop.
"That's not what I am saying. All I am saying is, spare him from your vicious comments." Ezekiel sat down and returned to his meal, giving a smile to Tyler.
Eva snarled. "It's survival of the fittest, not survival of the shittest, homeschooled." She was still agitated from not finding her MP3 player.
Courtney bravely criticized the female brute. "Well… Not to be too harsh, but if you did help us out in the last round rather than-"
"Another word out of your mouth and you're dead, twiggy," Eva said with cold, dead eyes staring straight at the girl's soul, quickly shutting the girl up.
"Eva, calm down…" DJ said to Eva.
"No, I will NOT calm down!" Eva yelled back. "I CAN'T FIND MY FUCKING MP3 PLAYER! SOME PRICK TOOK IT!"
DJ sighed, not sure how to calm the girl down.
He stood up and left the table to go throw away his food, passing by Eva, who saw a certain item reflecting light in his back pocket.
Eva quickly snagged the shiny item out, connecting the dots, as she looked back at DJ.
It was her MP3 player, hiding away in DJ's back pocket.
She couldn't believe it.
"You…"
Eva muttered, her eyes blazing redder than the depths of hell Chris was designated to visit.
DJ turned around and looked at Eva's blazing eyes. The entirety of the Killer Bass and Screaming Gophers had stopped and looked at the two.
DJ spotted the shiny piece of tech in her hands. Confused as to why Eva was looking at her.
"You traitor…"
Eva gripped her MP3 player and placed it in her pocket, standing up, her eyes stared into DJ's soul.
DJ held no fear in him. He looked into Eva's eyes and knew what she was thinking. He knew the girl would be erratic, but he had no idea why she was accusing him.
"Eva… I didn't steal-"
SNAP
DJ felt a surge of pain going through his legs as he fell backward.
Everybody in the mess hall had their eyes wide open in shock.
Eva had kicked DJ's legs hard, breaking them.
"MOMMA!" DJ yelped in pain.
"YOU BACKSTABBING TRAITOR! I TRUSTED YOU, YOU FUCKING SCUMBAG!" Eva repeatedly kicked DJ's legs while the brick house was sobbing on the ground.
Eva had water forming on her eyelids as Tyler and Geoff jumped up to restrain the unleashed girl.
"YOU FUCKING LIAR! HOW COULD YOU!"
Chris and Chef barged through the mess hall doors. The former grinned sadistically as he saw DJ's bleeding broken legs and Eva raging at him, the latter looked only slightly concerned before he went to DJ and stopped Eva from further damaging his legs.
Multiple screams and cries were heard from the campers around the room.
"I TRUSTED YOU… HOW COULD YOU… FUCK YOU DJ!"
Eva looked down at DJ who was whimpering on the ground, Eva's shoes had blood splattered on them.
Chris whispered to Chef to bring the Jamaican boy to the infirmary before turning to the rest of the campers and pulling out a megaphone. Chef took the wailing brickhouse onto his shoulders, walking out of the mess hall.
"Campers! Settle down! 'Specially you, Eva!" Chris had unholstered his handgun, just in case, he was already on edge after his close encounter with Izzy the day before.
Shocked comments came from various campers in the mess hall at Eva, such as 'how could you!' and 'holy shit, she killed him!'
Ezekiel closed his eyes, covering them with his toque.
Lindsay put her hands to her mouth in shock.
Beth had her mouth agape and eyes wide.
Chris pointed his gun at the female brute before she reluctantly sat down, unable to contain her rage.
"Violence, will not be tolerated in the mess hall, or anywhere on camp for that matter! We care about your health and safety after all! You're the stars of the show!" Chris said that final part with sarcasm through his megaphone.
"That prick got what he deserved."
Eva had let the stress of the competition into her head, going berserk at the animal lover.
"That may be so, but we can't have all of our campers competing in wheelchairs! Can we? This won't be unnoticed, but thanks for making good TV, Eva!" Chris gave a finger gun to the girl, who had a snarling expression on her face.
"Now that that's over with, you guys have thirty minutes to meet me beside the campfire and vote for who you want to be batted off the island! Oui?" Chris looked over at the Killer Bass. Eva was on one side of the table, while all the Bass had frighteningly sat on the other side.
Eva turned to face her teammates. "If any of you vote me off because of what I did. Remember:
I'm your strongest teammate.
DJ's now your weakest.
And if I'm about to die? Nothing is stopping me from wreaking havoc on all of you before I bite the bullet.
GOT IT?"
Most of the Killer Bass frantically nodded their heads.
"Good."
Noah and Justin smirked from across the room, giving each other a fist bump.
(Confessional: Tyler)
Tyler breathed a sigh of relief as he sat down in the confessional.
"Wow. I was beyond shitless today. My team was intending on getting me… you know… before Eva stepped up and did… that… to DJ."
"As much as I hate to say this, if Eva didn't snap, I would've been dead."
Tyler shivered in his thoughts before the camera cut to static.
(End Confessional: Tyler)
The camera cut to DJ waking up in the infirmary a cast was surrounding his legs.
He felt absolute agony flowing through his nerves as he lay down on the bed.
Why? I didn't steal her MP3 player… Why, Eva…
DJ scanned around the tent, Chef was nowhere to be seen, presumably talking to Chris about him. He saw a green wheelchair in the corner of the room along with medicine cabinets and a sink.
DJ saw, through his peripheral, the flaps to the tent move, assuming it was Chef, he was surprised to see a blue toque-wearing prairie boy enter the tent.
"Ezekiel?" He squeaked through the pain, his tears had dried out like they had on the first day he was there.
"Hello, DJ. How are you feeling?" The prairie boy walked up by the Jamiacan's bed.
"Do I really have to answer that?" DJ sat up and looked back down at his legs, casts covering his bare legs.
Ezekiel looked at the handicapped Jamaican. "DJ, think back about those who you love. Think about your favorite memories."
"Your friends. Your home. Your momma."
DJ sighed and closed his eyes looking back at the memories.
He remembered him cooking chickpea roti, his favorite dish with his momma.
He remembered him spending time with his friends as they played soccer.
He remembered his room, with his sports trophies, his comfy bed, his desk, and a picture of his beloved momma.
DJ sobbed at his memories. Ezekiel hugged the boy in silence, giving him comfort as he looked back at the happiest moments of his life, letting him know deep down: Everything was going to be alright.
The camera flashed to Noah sitting by the entrance of the male side of the gopher's cabin, reading A Tale of Two Cities.
Katie walked up to him, she was returning to the cabin where all the Gophers were preparing for bed, talking about the events that had occurred the past day.
"Hi Noah, can't you believe what happened to DJ? Poor DJ!" Katie sat down on the steps beside Noah to tie her shoes.
"I know. It's quite tragic." Noah muttered in a monotonous way, not looking up from his reading.
"Jesus Christ, Noah! His legs were snapped in half! Don't you even feel a little sad about it!" Katie looked in shock at the bookworm, who kept his tired eyes fixed on his novel.
"I guess. But it's better for it to be him than us."
The Malaysian bestie looked appalled at the Indian book lover. "That's a cold way of looking at it! DJ is such a nice guy! I can't believe he would steal Eva's MP3 player!"
Noah thought hesitantly, taking his eyes briefly off his novel. "That's because he didn't."
Katie looked at the schemer with confusion. "What?"
Noah closed his book and leaned into Katie's ears, whispering, "Look, I'm only telling you this because you're in my alliance, but I stole Eva's MP3 Player."
"YOU WHAT!" Katie screamed with Noah quickly putting a hand over her mouth. Thankfully nobody inside the cabin heard her exclamation.
"How could you do that? Did you frame DJ?" Katie whispered to the schemer.
"Yeah. Don't go telling people, though." Noah opened his book trying to find the page he closed the book at.
"But why? That's so… cruel!" Katie gazed into the blank space in front of her in thought.
Noah sighed. "Look, Katie, what if it was Sadie going home tonight? Huh? Have you thought about that? She didn't do great on the challenge today."
"But… I mean… I guess…" Katie spoke with hesitance.
"You see, better him than any of us. I might have saved Sadie's skin today."
Noah stood up, closed his book, and headed inside the male Gopher's room, leaving Katie alone to her thoughts.
I think I made a mistake.
(Confessional: Noah)
Noah crossed his arms at the confessional.
"You see, the problem with Katie is that she's too emotional. You can't have morality on this island. Many of these guys are."
"With a little trickery from me and Justin, we've taken down two of the strongest members on the Bass."
"Eva has disabled DJ as a threat and I hope that the Bass's emotions lead them to vote off Eva instead."
(End Confessional: Noah)
(Confessional: Katie)
Katie sighed before looking into the camera, uncertainty was in her eyes.
"Maybe I shouldn't have allied with Noah, Justin, and Heather…
No…
I promised that I would do anything to keep me and Sadie alive. If Sadie won't take her life seriously, then better DJ than… me…"
She said the final part with a tinge of skepticism before the camera turned to static.
(End Confessional: Katie)
The camera flashed to the campfire ceremony.
Chef stood by Chris's side, holding a baseball bat with barbed wire.
All the campers looked at either Chris with his marshmallow tray, DJ in his new wheelchair, or Eva with her deathly gaze.
"You all know the drill, people! If I call your name, you get a marshmallow and are safe! It's pretty obvious who are the biggest targets on the chopping block so I'll skip to there." Chris smiled at the camera. The light from the flames lit up his smooth skin into a bright yellow.
Chris held up marshmallows before giving them out to most of the Bass.
"Bridgette! Duncan! Harold! Sadie! Courtney! Ezekiel! Geoff! And Tyler!"
Chris tossed multiple marshmallows to the campers, who all looked at the final two.
DJ had a look of sorrow on his face. He had high doubts if his teammates had prioritized morality over strategy and would keep him in the game. They couldn't keep her here, not after she did that to me…
Eva held an emotionless look on her face, confident that she would get the final marshmallow.
Chris held the final marshmallow as he prepared to throw it to the final camper, with dramatic music playing.
"Campers, this is the final marshmallow of the evening, the symbol of safety.
The camper that is spared today is…

…Eva" Chris tossed the final marshmallow to the brute, who held a blank expression as she walked to her fellow safe members.
DJ wailed in his wheelchair, knowing his imminent doom. "WHY!"
He cried in his chair. "Eva! I promise! I never stole your MP3 player!"
For a second, you could see a tear form in Eva's eye, but she quickly blinked again, having it disappear.
DJ continued sobbing in his chair, the rest of the Bass held a look of guilt on their faces, sans Eva.
Chef handed the barbed baseball bat to Chris who held it in a sickly manner.
The host faced the handicapped Jamaican, pointing the barbed weapon at DJ's head, the Jamaican was brought out of his wheelchair by Chef and was bowing down, holding himself up by his knees.
"You can breathe.
You can blink.
You can cry.
Hell… You're all about to be doing that."
BANG!
Chris brought down the barbed weapon onto DJ's beanie. The rest of the Bass flinched in response, averting their eyes, filled with sobs or fear.
A bloody dent formed on DJ's skull as he sputtered blood onto the host's shoes.
"Momma… I'll find you…"
BANG!
A second hit on DJ's skull led to his brain matter splattering all over the host and a few of the campers, who recoiled in fear, disgust, and guilt.
Eva let one tear go down her cheek as DJ's soul left his headless corpse.
Chris gave the bat to the strong Chef who walked away with the weapon off-screen.
"Wait!" Chris called out to the Bass who were walking away with despair in their eyes.
The Bass turned around, trying to avert their eyes from DJ's dead body as Chris smiled glamorously at Eva.
"Eva! I wanted to thank you so much for giving us an easy way to kill this guy! To be honest I was kinda scared of his strength!"
Eva gave no response. Just an empty stare.
"Anyways! As thanks for the drama on this show, you'll be compensated shortly!"
Chris gave a wink, clicked his tongue, and gave finger guns at Eva who held no emotion on her face.
BANG!
Chef Hatchet came in from off-screen, swinging the bat at Eva's legs, knocking her off her feet and causing pain to surge up her right leg.
The Bass and Eva began to scream, the latter screamed louder as her right leg was bleeding. DJ's brain matter still plagued the bat and consequently had traces of it on Eva's legs.
"We can't stand a chance of you if you decide to fight against us! So! We decided to 'neuter' your strength against us! Besides, I think your teammates would appreciate it if you wouldn't be as harsh at them now!"
Eva screamed and cursed in pain as Chef brought down the bat on her other leg, breaking it as well!
BANG!
"Just be grateful we're not killing you! Like I said. Violence will not be tolerated on campus!"
"Do I make myself clear?"
Eva cried loudly, letting tears cascade from her eyes.
She cried for the first time ever since she arrived on the island.
She cried for the first time ever since she was a little girl.
She cried for the first time ever since she saw her dad get shot in front of her.
Voting Confessionals:
Eva: "That backstabbing lying little fucking traitor! How dare he take my MP3 player! After all this time, I thought I could trust him! He was just stringing me along, making me 'more nice' in order to stab me in the back!
Duncan: "We had an alliance talk and while Eva would be a hassle to deal with and we all like DJ, realistically speaking, we can't deal with someone in a wheelchair… Sorry, DJ…"
Sadie: "Oh, Em, Gee! I can't believe how Eva just snapped like that! She is, like, soooo crazy, but I don't want Eva to hurt me! I vote for DJ!"
Ezekiel: "I vote based on morality, eh. I don't care what Eva says. She cannot contain her anger and is a danger to us all, eh."
Harold: "I'm sorry DJ, it's no hard feelings. You're a nice guy, but it's gonna be hard to have a handicapped team member. Plus. Eva scares me! I'm glad I got to show off my Mad Skillz to the team today though!"
DJ: "How- How could she do that to me? I- I thought we were... friends? I vote for Eva… I can't believe she assumed I stole her MP3 Player… I don't have much chance considering I'm in a wheelchair now…"
Courtney: "I can't believe we lost again! And all this crazy shit happens afterward! Of course, it happens between two of our strongest players! It almost sounds suspicious… but I vote for DJ, his newfound handicap is just too… much of a burden…"
Bridgette: "Eva is… crazy! She hurt our team! And for what? An MP3 player? She's gonna end up killing us all eventually… I vote for Eva."
Geoff: "Damn, dude. This island is making everyone go crazy and shit. Eva's bonkers, man. I spoke with Bridgette and even though Duncan and Courtney are telling me to vote for DJ, Bridge said she's voting for Eva. I'm voting for her too."
Tyler: "Wow. This is fucking crazy dude. I thought I was gonna die earlier today before all this crazy shit went down. It's… insane! I can't imagine how DJ feels being in a wheelchair… It must hurt! I'm surprised I'm not in one, seeing how clumsy I am. I vote for DJ, I'm sorry bro, but you'll just end up hurting yourself more before you die."
DJ: (6 votes): (Sadie, Tyler, Duncan, Courtney, Eva, Harold)
Eva: (4 votes): (Ezekiel, DJ, Bridgette, Geoff)
Screaming Gophers: LeShawna, Lindsay, Trent, Justin, Heather, Gwen, Cody, Noah, Beth, Katie
Killer Bass: Bridgette, Sadie, Geoff, Tyler, Eva, Duncan, Ezekiel, Harold, Courtney
24: Owen
23: Izzy
22: DJ
Final Words: "Momma… I'll find you…"
Damn! DJ goes down TWD dead style! (If you know, you know). For those who were excited by DJ and Eva's conversation last chapter, so sorry! I planned to make DJ die in this chapter, but I realized he had no plot so I added it last minute. How will Eva go on with her injury? What was once the strongest member of her team has now become the weakest!- the same reason they voted of DJ!
I was tough writing the challenge part of this chapter, it got kind of repetitive, but I loved writing the outside challenge bits of interaction! Please stay in tune next time for the next chapter Isle of Despair! Review, Follow, and Share with your friends! Thank you!
