Lloyd POV: I sighed as I sat on the couch. It was getting late in the day, and we haven't done much today. No one was in the mood to train or go into the city and do anything at all. Again, because we were all worried about Kai and how he was acting. Zane was telling us nothing specific. Only that he learned something else that happened to Kai, and the way he said that gave me a bad feeling. I also didn't like the fact that he said to give him space. I know that sounds bad, but it was just making the bad feeling get bigger. Though I wasn't going to risk getting on both Kai and Zane's bad side.
So I found myself going to his room and sitting outside of his room and waiting until he came out. I doubt that was going to happen anytime soon, but it was making me feel better little by little. Eventually, I heard someone walking up to me after it got dark outside. It was Zane.
"What are you doing?" he asked, sitting down next to me.
"Just enjoying the floor. Don't mind me." I joked a little, and he nodded. He obviously knew what I was really doing.
"I understand, and I hope that Kai feels better soon as well." he responded, and I smiled a little at him.
But at the same time, I just felt helpless in this whole situation. I wanted to do more, and I tried to stay by his side, but there wasn't anything else that I could do. Nothing that can really make a difference for him. It's ridiculous, I know, but I just want to be there for him. Like he's always been there for me. Zane pulled me closer, like he knew how I was feeling, and I let him. He didn't say anything, and we just sat there. It was a comforting silence. Soon though, the door opened , and Kai walked out. He still looked worn out, but it wasn't as bad as before. That was a really good sign. We got up fast, and he definitely noticed that we were sitting there before.
"Didn't realize you guys were waiting for me." He commented.
"We were just hanging out. There's nothing to worry about." I said, but I noticed that his voice sounded rough. He was definitely crying hard earlier.
"Are you feeling better?" Zane asked, and Kai looked down a little.
"Some." Was all he said, and he started to walk away.
But we followed without saying a word. I get the feeling the 'heavy discussion' from before is something really important. I wanted to ask again, but I got the feeling that would be pushing it. I let it go for now, and we walked out to the deck, Kai probably wanted some fresh air. But then Jay, Cole, and Nya came out of the command room with serious expressions on their faces.
"We have a situation. Kryptarium Prison has been taken over." Cole said. I was a little shocked since it was That prison.
But it wasn't the first time something like this has happened.
"What exactly is going on?" I asked, but that made Nya give Kai a worried look.
"Hry. He took it over, and it looks like he recreated his labyrinth again. Except this time it's the entire prison that's changed." Jay explained.
That made everyone freeze and I looked at Kai. He was a little pale and I could see the terror in his eyes. I wanted to say something, but what could I say to him? I was also afraid to go fight Hry again, because I really didn't want to experience my nightmare.
"The guards that got out and other officers have the outside of the prison on lockdown. They're just waiting on us to stop him. We don't have much time to waste." Cole said, and Nya tapped Kai's shoulder.
"Kai, are you going to come?" she asked gently.
He didn't answer right away, but he was very visibly nervous and didn't know what to do. Then, out of nowhere, Sensei appeared behind him and placed his hand on his shoulder.
He gave him a reassuring look before turning to us and said, "I am going to need Kai to remain here with me."
Kai seemed more relaxed after he said that and we all nodded. Having Wu with him did sound like a good idea, plus he was definitely going to give Kai some advice that he really needed.
"Then let's go." I said, and we left. Once in the air I looked back at them. Hoping that we won't have to call either of them with bad news.

Nya POV: We arrived at the prison in record time, and I didn't like the looks of it. The whole prison was covered in a reddish black dome with slightly brighter energy swirling on the dome's surface. I wonder if the building that we were in looked like this from the outside, but I can think about that later.
We landed and the officer and guard in charge ran up to us. The officer quickly said, "Thanks for coming so fast. We're out of our depth here."
"Of course. Just leave it to us." I answered, and they both nodded.
They went back to keep citizens out of the area and we ran up to the prison. The dark, intense energy poured off the surrounding dome. That alone didn't help the fear that was growing in my chest. This place was a lot worse than the first one, and that's not a good sign.
"So, are we really willing to go into this place? After last time?" Jay asked, laughing nervously. But we all knew that he was actually scared.
"We have to. We can't let Hry win." I said.
"After what he did to Kai, he definitely is not going to." Nya said. She was filled with a lot of determination. I think she was looking to get some revenge for him.
Not that I don't disagree with her. "Let's not waste anymore time. Let's take him down." I said, and we rushed in.

Hry POV: I could see the ninja from the new tower, and I smiled as they entered. I didn't see the Fire Ninja with them, but it doesn't really matter. Though I would be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. He really was fun to watch. But no matter. I laughed to myself and summoned a full length mirror to watch the show.
It won't hit them right away, not this time. I wanted to take a different approach this time and the idea of the nightmares slowly overtaking them makes me so excited.
I laughed and someone behind me said, "You seem to be having a good time." It was the prison's warden. I had him locked up in the tower, just in case I needed the leverage.
"Certainly, but it's about to be more interesting." I responded, looking back at my mirror.
"Because the ninja are here? How is that something to laugh about? That just means that you're going down." he said, and I had to roll my eyes.
"If you knew what this labyrinth was capable of, then you would know." I said, but he just laughed at me. How bold.
"They're the ninja. They beat some many other bad guys, and you think that you'll do better? Now that's funny." he commented. And I have had enough of his 'comments.'
I waved my hand and made his cage sound proof for me. I can enjoy this show without the distraction.
