Chapter 5

Naruto appears back within Shikaku's offices. "Well I got what you need." He tells them as he pulls out the recorder. "I do believe this will be damning evidence once you listen to it." He adds as an after thought as he grins over towards Ibiki.

"Where does he want to meet you brat?" Questions Ibiki as a feral grin appears upon the man's face as he was going to have fun with the fool who had fallen into the blonde's trap.

"He wants to meet me at Training Ground 99. As well I had agreed to steal the Forbidden Scroll from Jiji's office." Naruto tells them grinning one of his D smiles.

"Then we shall inform the Hokage of what is going to be happening." Said Shikaku.

"No. It would be best if he is kept out of the loop. For it wouldn't look too convincing if the Hokage knew and allowed me to take the scroll with me." Naruto told the men within the office.

"He does have a point. If Lord Hokage knew of what is going to be happening. He will not sent shinobi and ANBU alike to chase after Naruto. With him in the dark about this. It will all appear to be real and Mizuki will think all is going to his plan." Shikamaru told his father and the others within the room.

"He has a point." Naruto agreed with his friend.

"Very well. But we will be shadowing. This time you will not protest." Ibiki told him in a tone that meant to argument.

9:30 PM

Naruto sneaks into the Hokage office. Knowing very well that the old man was burning the Midnight oil. He moves down the hallways and past the ANBU and Shinobi alike moving around the hallways and outside of the Tower.

The 3rd Hokage looks over files the Civilian Council had sent him before he could leave for home. Whining that they were important. Important his ass. "Why are they going after Naruto once more and trying to banned him for all civilian own shops?" He questions himself.

"That's easy Jiji. They want to try and stave me. As it is rare for Shinobi to own grocery stores within this village. But also I am still working on improving myself to them as well." Naruto told him as he took a step out of the shadows.

"Naruto?" Sarutobi questions wondering what the boy was doing inside of his office. "What brings you here at this time of night?" He questions once he is able to think.

"Oh you know Jiji. Came by to say Hi and borrow a scroll from you." Naruto tells him as if it wasn't uncommon for him to show up at this time of night for something.

"What scroll would that be my boy?" Sarutobi questions in his grandfatherly tone.

"Oh this one." Naruto told him as he spun around with the Forbidden scroll already attached to his back.

"Naruto….NO! That scroll is FORBIDDEN!" Sarutobi yells at the boy.

"It's okay Jiji. I got this handled. I'll return it by 1a.m." Naruto tells him as he puts his hands into a sigh that was known to villagers and some shinobi all tell well when he whispered. "SEXY JUTSU!" Turning into a beautiful blonde girl with her hair up in twin pigtails and little whisps of smoke covering her private areas. As he is standing there with one hand to his mouth blowing the old man a kiss with a wink.

Sarutobi is pushed back in his chair with a massive nosebleed. "I'm telling baa-chan on you Prevy Jiji." Said female Naruto with a giggle as she goes up in smoke to be replaced by her male counterpart. "Jeez baa-chan isn't going to be happy with either of us once she finds out.." He said with a slight shutter of the punishment that is to come his way.

With half his mission done. Naruto jumps out of the window of the Hokage's office. Running off never being seen by anyone.

Training Ground 99

With scrolls laid out before him with an ink brush and ink, Naruto got to work copying Jutsu's that went with his elements and ability to use fire as if it was second nature.

While he had an army of shadow clones practicing the jutsus he had already written down or them looking at parts of the scroll he hadn't reached yet to learn something while he is busy copying it.

While doing this one of the shadow clones found a seal within the scroll with his name on it. "Hey boss." Said the clone.

"Huh?" Naruto questions as he is busy writing away.

"I found something with your name on it." The Clone tells him with confusion lacing his voice.

Looking up from where he had finished writing down the last part of the jutsu handing it off to another clone. He moves to where the shadow clone had been looking. "Where did you see it?" He questions.

"Right here boss." The shadow clone tells him as he points to where Naruto's name is clearly written above a seal.

Taking that part of the scroll to see what type of seal it was. A small smirk crawls across his lips. "Oh this is a blood seal." He said to himself and clone.

As he moves his hand up towards his mouth as he bit his thumb running his bloody thumb across the seal. As a cloud of smoke is seen and several massive scrolls appear before him. As his clone pulls a scroll out of Naruto's pouch to seal away these scroll as it was almost midnight.

"I'll have to check these after I'm done with loser." Naruto said once more to himself as he ignores his shadow clone.

Midnight

As his final shadow clone goes up in smoke. Footsteps is heard coming his way.

"Naruto! What the hell did you think you where doing, stealing the Forbidden Scroll?" Iruka demands as he jumps down from the tree branch towards the blonde seated before him leaning against a tree.

"Did I pass and become a Chunin Sensei?" Naruto questions with fake excitement.

"Naruto….what are you talking about?" Iruka questions in a sad tone.

"Mizuki-sensei found earlier and told me that a select few Genin are chosen to become a Chunin. But they had to do a test that whatever sensei that comes to them will have to do. Mine was to steal the Forbidden Scroll." He told his sensei before him.

"Oh Naruto…Mizuki lied to you. There isn't any secret test for students to move up a rank." Iruka told him in a pitting tone.

Laughter is heard coming from the tree branches. "Oh Naruto….you're such a fool. Believing me. I know I could use you as my scape goat to get my prize." He said with laughter.

Now it's Naruto's turn to smirk. "You know you're the fool here Mizuki-tame. For I knew you wanted to set me up." He tells him with a chuckle.
